Prelude To Detroit: Bill Pulte's Daddy's Home Got Burnt Up

Bill "Punk Ass" Pulte's daddy's home got burnt up.

I hope no one got hurt.

I know Jack Dorsey is by Bill's side as an emotional support, or at least he should be.

Perhaps, Bill and Jack can run another fundraiser on twitter while the insurance company, and others, investigate the origins...of stuff...and get rid of the blight.

7,000-square ft home destroyed by fire in Bloomfield Twp.

BLOOMFIELD TWP., Mich. (FOX 2) - A massive house fire broke out in a Bloomfield Township home that backed up to the Oakland Hills Golf and Country Club.

The blaze happened Friday night destroying a 7,000 square-foot residence at Lahser and Quarton. By 10 p.m. firefighters were still working on putting out hot spots. The residence is the home of Twitter philanthropist Bill Pulte's father, according to family, though police and fire did not confirm it. Pulte is the grandson of the late founder of home-building giant PulteGroup.

The good news is that nobody was injured but the home is a total loss. The couple got out and they got their puppy out too, but every picture and family memory left insideFOX 2 photographer Todd Brangen shot incredible video of the fast-moving fire.

This house fire reduced a mansion to a total loss Friday.
It all started when the owners smelled smoke from the fire which started in the garage and they called 911.

Bloomfield Twp. Fire Chief John LeRoy spoke about how the size of the house worked against those fighting the fire.

"The bigger the house the more wide-open spaces there are," LeRoy said. "They tend to move faster and there is nothing to hold the fire back. Once it gets into the house it is very difficult to stop.

"We have deployed master streams which are large volume hoses which allows us to deploy massive amounts of water and we are flowing as much water as the system will give us."

The Tale Of PewDiePie, His $50,000 Pledge To The ADL & The Silence Of The U.S. Foster Care System

Then, this happened....

Then, this happened...

PewDiePie pulls $50,000 pledge to Jewish anti-hate group after fan backlash

The YouTuber said he ‘didn’t know a lot’ about the ADL

Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg is pulling his $50,000 pledge to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) after his initial announcement drew backlash from parts of his fan base.

In a video uploaded today, Kjellberg said that he didn’t know much about the ADL when he made the pledge. It was only after uploading the video and seeing feedback about the organization that he admitted he “didn’t know a lot of things that surfaced throughout this whole thing about the charity.” He made the original announcement during an unboxing of a special YouTube Play button to celebrate surpassing 100 million subscribers.

THE ADL ONCE CRITICIZED PEWDIEPIE OVER ANTI-SEMITIC CONTENT
“I made the mistake of picking a charity that I was advised to instead of picking a charity that I’m personally passionate about,” Kjellberg said in the video. “Which is 100 percent my fault.”

Kjellberg previously addressed the criticism against his donation in a recently deleted tweet, acknowledging that “making a donation to the ADL doesn’t make sense to everyone, especially since they’ve outright spoken against me.” A spokesperson for the ADL told The Verge at the time that they learned about the “potential donation when everyone else did: when he made the announcement on his channel yesterday.”

The original announcement about his donation to the ADL comes after Kjellberg stated he wanted to move past his former controversies. Kjellberg first drew global criticism for paying two men on Fiverr to hold up a sign with anti-Semitic imagery in February 2017. He was then caught using a racist expletive during a gaming live stream on YouTube. Most recently, he tried to distance himself from a popular meme, known as “Subscribe to PewDiePie,” after it was used in the Christchurch terrorist attack in New Zealand earlier this year.

Kjellberg said he’s still going to donate the $50,000, which he received as a sponsorship from Honey. He hasn’t announced which charity will receive the money, but said he plans to take his time with it. The Verge has reached out to the ADL and Kjellberg’s team for further comment.

And not one word on the traffickng of tiny humans of the U.S. Foster Care System from the ADL.

Bill Pulte Sucks TARP & Data With Jack Dorsey

Gather round, my Dearies, for the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed shall tell the tale of why Bill  Pulte Sucks.

Once upon a time, Bill Pulte sold all his self made mortgages, like right before the housing foreclosure crisis, where Detroit was top of the list of cities to collapse.

The Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr came in and implemented the TARP stealin' system in Detroit.

Bill Pulte got together with Dan Gilbert and set up the Detroit Blight Authority, but forgot to file for incorporation or get an LLC.

Pulte was mean to my Sweetie because he lied but he got lots and lots of money from TARP.

So, Mike Duggan snatched the Detroit Blight Authority from Pulte, who changed the name to The Blight Authority and moved to Pontiac.

The Blight Auhority

https://pdf.guidestar.org/PDF_Images/2017/461/898/2017-461898090-10481049-Z.pdf
Mike Duggan took over the Blight Demolition Program through the Detroit Land Bank Authority, which never incorporated, but the LLC was dissolved by Bill *Smooches* Schuette, the Former Michigan Attorney General, and ended up in an ongoing SIGTARP investigation.

Then, Bill Pulte hooked up with Jack Dorsey to run another TARP gerrymandering scam in St. Louis.

And that ends my tale of why Bill Pulte Sucks.

Defango has another tale of why Bill Pulte Sucks.

Who is Bill Pulte? He's the Grandson Of Real Estate Magnate Is Trending On Twitter For Giving Out $100,000 and more. He's connected to one of the biggest housing builders in the United States with a rather unsavory reputation. Deep Diving into the money give away is only part of the puzzle of what is going on here. Did you know you have to pay 10 bucks to become a Teammate to collect if you win the prize? How about the horror stories off all the people talking about getting blocked by him for speaking up.

Pulte, Twitter co-founder Dorsey take blight removal effort to St. Louis

Pulte also running direct giving campaign on Twitter.

Bill Pulte & Jack Dorsey
Bill Pulte (left) is taking his Blight Authority program to Twitter CEO's hometown of St. Louis. The men connected on the social media platform.

Bill Pulte's blight removal efforts are getting the help of Twitter co-founder and CEO Jack Dorsey in St. Louis.

Pulte, managing partner of Pontiac-based Pulte Capital Partners LLC and grandson of the late homebuilding legend William J. Pulte, is using his Pontiac-based Blight Authority nonprofit to eliminate blight on more than 150 properties in the Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood in St. Louis along with Dorsey, a native of the city.

"I got connected with him and he seems like he really wants to give back and he was very interested in the blight work we have done in Detroit and Pontiac," Pulte said Thursday. "He and I had a conversation, and I said, 'What about St. Louis?' Without hesitation, Jack was like, 'Let's do it.'"

A formal announcement is expected Friday.

Both men contributed to the Blight Authority for the roughly $500,000 effort after being connected over Dorsey's social media platform, Pulte said.

Demolition in St. Louis has begun and Pulte said he believes "a significant amount" should be done by the end of the day Friday.

The efforts in St. Louis model the work Pulte has done in Pontiac and, earlier, Detroit.

In those cities, primarily Pontiac, the cost of blight removal was lowered because the Blight Authority would target heavily blighted areas and clear it all out at once, achieving economies of scale and reducing costs.

Pulte, whose blight removal efforts in Detroit began in 2013, stopped doing demolition work in the city at the request of officials there and in 2014 started working in Pontiac.

In November, Pulte and Pontiac and Oakland County officials said residential blight in the county seat is expected to be eliminated by the end of this year. At that time, there were 99 homes left to be demolished out of the 916 when the effort started. It cost about $12,400 per home to demolish, putting the project at about $10 million currently.

Pulte, 31, has long talked about expanding the blight removal efforts to other cities around the country, including Chicago, Baltimore, Atlanta, Miami and several in Ohio.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Friday that there are "some 7,000 vacant buildings, most beyond repair, and over 10,000 vacant lots" in the city of about 300,000.

Dorsey co-founded Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) in San Francisco in 2006 and it has a market capitalization of $28.95 billion. Dorsey is worth $5.7 billion, according to Forbes. Dorsey is also a co-founder of Square, a mobile payment company.

Twitter philanthropy
Pulte has also made news recently for his direct giving on Twitter.

Last week, he announced that he would give away $100,000 by the end of the year.

Almost immediately after that, President Donald Trump retweeted Pulte's pledge to give $30,000 to a veteran with a presidential retweet.

On Friday, Pulte honored that pledge by giving a $20,000 Chevrolet Trax and $10,000 in cash to a veteran in need of a vehicle.

He has also made appearances on Fox News and been pledging donations in exchange for retweets by celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and others.

"I'm well over $40,000," he said of his giving.

Pulte also said his campaign has spurred other people to donate in amounts small and large on Twitter.

DEFANGO: The Twitter Psyop Map #DataScience #Cicada3301 #QAnon - Gerrymandering & Its Predictive Modeling Crappers

There are lots of other ways of data scraping through public databases.

You can easily secure Voting Age Databases in excel from your local city clerk for a nominal fee per variable.

You can search real estate, credit histories, and property taxes which is what they call polling data.

Through what they call Public Private Partnerships, there are those I like to call Predictive Modeling Crappers because they mesh local, state, and federal databases, like Social Security, medical, financial, property, tax, organ donation, court cases, criminal, insurance records and run their forecasting models for gerrymandering, like they did with Michigan in 2010 with the fake ass Emergency Manager Law and its manufactured Detroit Bankruptcy fraud scheme.

They call that crap evidence based.

These are asset forfeiture models of which I speak: stealin' the children, the land and the votes.

It started in child welfare.

Microsoft helped.

Alan Krueger, Father Of Predictive Modeling Crap On Modern Human Trafficking, Self-Extracts Himself From Society - Detroit Land Bank Authority, FARA, TARP & Princeton University

There are nefarious schemes being nurtured through social networks to cloak manipulations in elections by targeting specific audiences, then swooping in with some foreign money to further the foreign interest by pushing a social presence of a candidate, which is a fraud.

There are databases of operatives you can hire CPAC and KeyWiki who will go out on into the cyberforest and plant their seeds of discourse as explained so well explained in the video.

Then, through the doctrine of "If You Do Not Live There, You Can Not Vote There", someone you got into government administration runs an absentee ballot scheme with laws passed by the last group of spokestokens you put into office passed.

Then, you just use the vacant properties of the Detroit Land Bank Authority to register and vote with whatever database of identities you probably got from some kids you adopted out, imported in or anyone under corporate guardianship, and you get the election outcome you wanted, or rather paid, unless you were busted by the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed who threw a cyber monkey wrench into the inner workings of the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) to be hoisted by her own petards.

This is the proper way to use predictive modeling because these are living, breathing data with multiple attestations, or iterations, if you prefer to call it.

This makes me happy.

The code doesn't make up things, it just shows you what it knows how to do and how it's doing it. Right now there are so many psyops running and people blame the wrong people for "promoting" it. When you look at the digital footprint on twitter of Cicada 3301 overlayed with Qanon you will notice something pretty strange. There are many things that are missed with connections, sometimes people forget that public platforms with public api's allow people to do some amazing things if they have some skill. I was hoping for someone with this skill to start making some graphs of whats really going on and it's a great piece of information.

DEFANGO: An Open Secret - Demon Identity Exposed #Hydra3301 #RP2PB #Qteam - The Art Of Taking Down Predictive Modeling Crappers - Happy Foster Care Propaganda Month

Image result for queen bowing to knight
If you bear false witness to the heavens, they shall fall.

The Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed heralds cyber-accolades her Wondering Monk, In The Black Hoodie, Just Wandering Through The Cyber-Forest, Defango, who presents another work of art.

Predictive Modeling Crappers operate out of our universities, promoting foreign interests by having their research funded by private foundations to create your belief systems strictly for the purposes of educating the masses in new theories and social norms to cover up their institutional operations of stealin'.

It is called propaganda and destroys the national treasuries of history.

Our great repositories of knowledge exist as legacies, to obviate for the best interests of our posterity, the children, but now, there are people who are so desperate to function in society, having been shunned by the contents of their character, they will do, or in this instance, say, anything to keep a roof over their heads.

Social psychology is how political campaigns operate because it teaches how to identify and target populations, but now, the original sources are equipped with the exact same tools that are used to interfere in elections.

The 2016 election interference was not with memes; it was with cyber-psyops such as this stratified population who generated a false narrative which was fed into the national and international news networks, popular culture to falsely advise our elected officials to make law to promulgate a foreign, corporate invasion through manufacturing an insurrection.

I can easily prove, with one hashtag, that these individuals, in this particular network, are without any concept of ethics when giving public testimony, via Youtube, Twitter & Facebook, which is part of the public record in the U.S. Copyright Office, which is used to advise our Congress, Executive, and Judiciary.

They refuse to #sayhisname by bearing false witness to the heavens, or, in this instance, the public record.

So, to Tracy Beanz, Airforce Annie, and the rest of those who profit from the vulnerable by regurgitating  the prophecies of that random letter of the alphabet to execute this national insurrection for foreign interests, keep on making those videos for I shall ensure that your legacies are preserved!

Remember, boys and girls, smile because it is all about preserving the annals of history through multiple repositories for attestation.

Mueller did not bear false witness to the heavens.

I formally enter this into my public record.

DOJ: WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange Charged in 18-Count Superseding Indictment - DEFANGO

FUN FACT! I SENT WIKILEAKS DOCS ON MEDICAID FRAUD IN CHILD WELFARE WAY BACK.

Links: https://pastebin.com/Rczkh2nC
Charges Related to Illegally Obtaining, Receiving and Disclosing Classified Information

A federal grand jury returned an 18-count superseding indictment today charging Julian P. Assange, 47, the founder of WikiLeaks, with offenses that relate to Assange’s alleged role in one of the largest compromises of classified information in the history of the United States.  Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers, U.S. Attorney G. Zachary Terwilliger for the Eastern District of Virginia, Assistant Director John Brown of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division and Acting Assistant Director in Charge Timothy Dunham of the FBI’s Washington Field Office made the announcement.
The superseding indictment alleges that Assange was complicit with Chelsea Manning, a former intelligence analyst in the U.S. Army, in unlawfully obtaining and disclosing classified documents related to the national defense.  Specifically, the superseding indictment alleges that Assange  conspired with Manning;  obtained from Manning and aided and abetted her in obtaining classified information with reason to believe that the information was to be used to the injury of the United States or the advantage of a foreign nation;  received and attempted to receive classified information having reason to believe that such materials would be obtained, taken, made, and disposed of by a person contrary to law; and  aided and abetted Manning in communicating classified documents to Assange.
After agreeing to receive classified documents from Manning and aiding, abetting, and causing Manning to provide classified documents, the superseding indictment charges that Assange then published on WikiLeaks classified documents that contained the unredacted names of human sources who provided information to United States forces in Iraq and Afghanistan, and to U.S. State Department diplomats around the world.  These human sources included local Afghans and Iraqis, journalists, religious leaders, human rights advocates, and political dissidents from repressive regimes.  According to the superseding indictment, Assange’s actions risked serious harm to United States national security to the benefit of our adversaries and put the unredacted named human sources at a grave and imminent risk of serious physical harm and/or arbitrary detention.
The superseding indictment alleges that beginning in late 2009, Assange and WikiLeaks actively solicited United States classified information, including by publishing a list of “Most Wanted Leaks” that sought, among other things, classified documents.  Manning responded to Assange’s solicitations by using access granted to her as an intelligence analyst to search for United States classified documents, and provided to Assange and WikiLeaks databases containing approximately 90,000 Afghanistan war-related significant activity reports, 400,000 Iraq war-related significant activities reports, 800 Guantanamo Bay detainee assessment briefs, and 250,000 U.S. Department of State cables.
Many of these documents were classified at the Secret level, meaning that their unauthorized disclosure could cause serious damage to United States national security.  Manning also provided rules of engagement files for the Iraq war, most of which were also classified at the Secret level and which delineated the circumstances and limitations under which United States forces would initiate or conduct combat engagement with other forces.
The superseding indictment alleges that Manning and Assange engaged in real-time discussions regarding Manning’s transmission of classified records to Assange.  The discussions also reflect that Assange actively encouraged Manning to provide more information and agreed to crack a password hash stored on U.S. Department of Defense computers connected to the Secret Internet Protocol Network (SIPRNet), a United States government network used for classified documents and communications.  Assange is also charged with conspiracy to commit computer intrusion for agreeing to crack that password hash.
Assange is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.  If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison on each count except for conspiracy to commit computer intrusion, for which he faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison.  Actual sentences for federal crimes are typically less than the maximum penalties.  A federal district court judge will determine any sentence after taking into account the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
First Assistant U.S. Attorney Tracy Doherty-McCormick, Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kellen S. Dwyer, Thomas W. Traxler and Gordon D. Kromberg, and Trial Attorneys Matthew R. Walczewski and Nicholas O. Hunter of the Justice Department’s National Security Division are prosecuting the case.
An indictment contains allegations that a defendant has committed a crime.  Every defendant is presumed to be innocent until and unless proven guilty in court.

DEFANGO: Jussie Smollet Criminal Case Dropped 'Whitewash of Justice' - #Coloredrevolution Update - NAACP

"Will run Detroit psyops for campaign funding"
Is Jussie Smollet the new superhero for the NAACP?

I only ask because the NAACP has some issues, itself.

See, it goes like this.

Once upon a time, the Meanies were really mean to my Sweetie.

Watergate is part of the Civil Rights History of the U.S., but the Meanies are trying really, really hard to rewrite it by what I call the #coloredrevolution because it is how they get elected and make money, of which I prefer to call stealin'.

Yes, the #coloredrevolution has to do with dark psyoptics because they are throwing shade to what they did.

See, it goes like this.

Someone called this entire investigation years ago, in multiple venues within the law enforcement communities, and in multiple legislative actions, like the Emmett Till Unsolved Civil Rights Crimes Reauthorization Act of 2016, which had to do with Watergate and Whitewater re-investigations and the lack of action by the FBI and DOJ.

So, what had happened was, one day, some "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) came up with the really cleaver idea of co-opting and bastardizing, proactively, mind you, any possible legal investigation of what they were about to do, and that was their Detroit #MeToo Moment to cloak their egregious election interference operations.

The "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) came up with the idea of an "anti-lynching" bill which was nothing but a propaganda project by having Kamala Harris and Corey Booker take the lead an introduce, replete with a full scaled, campaign finance, money laundering, called "Justice for Victims of Lynching Act".

The Anti-Lynching Bill, itself, was dumb because they, once again, had transmographied U.S. history by flushing the legacy of John Conyers, Jr., down the toilet to save their asses for jacking up the 2016 election.

Well, that just gave me the Saddy Face because it seems it came out of the National Museum of African American History and Culture, which is not incorporated, but a subset of the Smithsonian Institute.

They were running anti-lynching psyops to secure more federal grants for more propaganda to generate more revenues.

The NMAAHC operates under the Smithsonian, with over $6 Billion in assets, because it is not incorporated. I am not finding any corporate registration of the organization which leads me to believe it is a passthrough for money laundering, just like the NAACP.

The "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) destroyed the legacy of Emmet Till Act because it is about investigating stuff that went on during the civil rights era, or, for those of you who are just jumping aboard this ship of WATERGATE, for the nasty stuff that went on behind the scenes to cover up the Child Abuse Protection Treatment Act, modern day human trafficking.

And you know who was over Watergate?

Yes, the same individuals who pulled off the Detroit #MeToo Moment, wanted to make sure they suppressed any form of legal precedent in the forms of impeachment, simply for the fact that the impeachment process was originally constructed with the intentions of Hillary Clinton winning the 2016 General Election.

But she did not.

Because she was hoisted by her own petards.

Because it was another #coloredrevolution operation by "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending).

These are the same people who were stealing' children, land and votes, as a right of ascension, a residual of the peculiar institution, by any means necessary.

These individuals are just another group of operatives who will do whatever it takes to keep their hair and nails "did".

First Assistant to the Cook County State Attorney Joseph Magats -- who replaced Kim Foxx when she recused herself from the Smollett case -- just did an interview explaining why he and his office dropped all their charges against Jussie ... but it raises more questions that answers. First off, Magats says one big factor in why they dropped the charges has to do with the fact that Jussie doesn't have a violent criminal history, not to mention that this wasn't a violent crime. Magats says his office prioritizes violent crimes in Chicago, and felt this case wouldn't be the best use of resources. For the record, he says he made this decision alone ... without consultation from Kim Foxx. Links to sources:

Cocktails & Popcorn: Cernovich Has A #Thernogate Moment To Cover Up Modern Day Industry Of Trafficking Tiny Humans

SYNOPSIS: Mike Cernovich obtained classified congressional documents, that may or may not be real, was paid to "leak" on social media, which resulted in a sitting member of congress being forced to resign for a sexual harassment scandal without any due process, after it was denied in the public record through an attorney hired in the personal capacity of the member.

There is also speculation this was done to intentionally take out the civil rights icon to continue to cover up the real situation going on behind the scenes of Watergate and Whitewater because that member of congress was the one who called for the current investigation of the FBI and DOJ.

What was being covered up was child welfare fraud because Watergate was the cover to launch CAPTA.

Whitewater was the cover for ASFA.

Now, we deal with the covers of DACA and DAPA.

Cerno, my name of endurement for him, may want to contact Alan Dershowitz.

Perhaps, Lisa Bloom could represent Cerno.

I hope he finds excellent legal counsel to defend his honor.

Here is a link to all the background to the Cerno, but make sure to have a few shots of tequila with freshly fried tortilla chips and salsa before you start.

Roger Stone Russia Collusion Indictment Of The Office Of Special Counsel, Robert Mueller - Watergate Is Back

Defango makes history being the first person in history to report the reanimation of the Watergate investigation with the Grand Jury indictment from the Office of Special Counsel for bearing false wtiness in the Trump-Russia investigation, in 3D VR.

Watergate is coming back into existence, for a reason.

Pay attention to the players coming to the stage.

"I did not bear false witness"
Yes, the Roger Stone raid was a bit over the top dramatic, but it was well coordinated, all the way down to the cell phone live stream, with the coffee and donut scrum set up a half hour before, across the street.

Mueller Reveals Link Between Trump Campaign and WikiLeaks’ Efforts to Damage Clinton

WASHINGTON — The special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, revealed on Friday the most direct link yet between the Trump campaign’s and WikiLeaks’ parallel efforts to use Democratic Party material stolen by Russians to damage the campaign of Hillary R. Clinton.

In an indictment unsealed on Friday, the special counsel disclosed evidence that a top campaign official in 2016 dispatched Roger J. Stone, a longtime adviser to President Trump, to get information from WikiLeaks about the thousands of hacked Democratic emails. The effort began well after it was widely reported that Russian intelligence operatives were behind the theft, which was part of Moscow’s broad campaign to sabotage the 2016 president election.

The indictment makes no mention of whether Mr. Trump played a role in the coordination, though Mr. Mueller did leave a curious clue about how high in the campaign the effort reached.: A senior campaign official “was directed” by an unnamed person to contact Mr. Stone about additional WikiLeaks releases that might damage the Clinton campaign, according to the court document.

Mr. Stone was charged with seven counts, including obstruction of an official proceeding, making false statements and witness tampering.

F.B.I. agents arrested him before dawn on Friday, appearing at his Fort Lauderdale, Fla. home with ballistic vests and guns drawn. Agents typically use those tactics as a precaution to secure possible evidence and protect themselves in case a suspect fights arrest. F.B.I. agents were also seen carting hard drives and other evidence from Mr. Stone’s apartment in Harlem.

Mr. Stone appeared briefly in Federal District Court in Fort Lauderdale on Friday morning, his ankles and waist shackled in front of a packed courtroom. Mr. Stone, known for his dapper wardrobe, was dressed simply in a navy blue cotton polo shirt, bluejeans and his trademark round, black-rimmed glasses, his demeanor flat.

He posted a $250,000 bond, was ordered to surrender his passport and agreed to appear in federal court in Washington later. His lawyer, Grant Smith, dismissed the charges, calling them “ridiculous,” and said, “this is all about a minor charge about lying to Congress about something that was apparently found later.”

Mr. Stone posted a photo of himself on Instagram on Friday under the banner “Who Framed Roger Stone.” Part of the caption read, “this morning’s news is deeply saddening. Robert Mueller’s early morning raid was straight out of the Gestapo’s playbook.”

The indictment is the first in months by Mr. Mueller, who is investigating Russia’s interference in the 2016 election and possible coordination with Trump campaign associates. Citing details in emails and other forms of communications, the indictment suggested that Mr. Trump’s campaign knew about additional stolen emails before they were released and asked Mr. Stone to find out about them.

According to the indictment, between June and July of 2016, Mr. Stone told “senior Trump campaign officials” about the stolen emails in WikiLeaks’ possession that could be damaging to Mrs. Clinton. On July 22, WikiLeaks released its first batch of Democratic emails. After that, according to the indictment, the Trump campaign sought more.

“A senior Trump campaign official was directed to contact Stone about any additional releases and what other damaging information Organization 1 had regarding the Clinton campaign,” the indictment said, referring to WikiLeaks.

The White House press secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, sought to broadly distance Mr. Trump from the charges. “The charges brought against Mr. Stone have nothing to do with the president,” she told CNN. Asked whether he directed a campaign aide to contact Mr. Stone about the WikiLeaks emails, she repeated that the charges did not involve the president.

The indictment does not mention whether Mr. Stone or any other Trump associate knew about the Russian operatives’ plans before they hacked the Democrats. As Mr. Mueller’s investigators interviewed witnesses and reviewed documents, they sought to answer that question, according to two people briefed on the inquiry. To make a case that Mr. Trump’s associates conspired with the Russians, the investigators indicated, they needed to show that the associates knew about the hacks in advance — knowing about the fruits of what Russia stole was not enough, the people said.

A self-described dirty trickster, Mr. Stone began his career as a campaign aide for Richard M. Nixon and has a tattoo of Nixon on his back. He has spent decades plying the political dark arts — including scandal-mongering — to help influence American election campaigns, and has long maintained that he had no connection to Russia’s attempts to disrupt the 2016 presidential election.

He sometimes seemed to taunt American law enforcement agencies, daring them to find hard evidence to link him to the Russian election interference. His brash behavior made him less of a subject of news media scrutiny than other current and former aides to President Trump — like the character in a whodunit whom readers immediately dismiss as too obvious to have committed the crime.
In June of 2016, days before Russia was publicly identified as having stolen the emails, senior Trump campaign officials and Mr. Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr. had a meeting with a Kremlin-linked attorney about getting information that could be damaging to Mrs. Clinton.

It is illegal for a political campaign to accept foreign aid, and Mr. Trump and his son have said they did nothing wrong because they did not receive any damaging materials because of that meeting.

Mr. Stone has said publicly that he was in contact with WikiLeaks and suggested on Twitter that additional damaging information would be coming.

But the special counsel’s investigators spent months encircling Mr. Stone, renewing scrutiny about his role during the 2016 presidential race. Investigators interviewed former Trump campaign advisers and several of his associates about Mr. Stone’s fund-raising during the campaign and his contacts with WikiLeaks.

Three senior Trump campaign officials have told Mr. Mueller’s team that Mr. Stone created the impression that he was a conduit for inside information from WikiLeaks, according to people familiar with their witness interviews. One of them told investigators that Mr. Stone not only seemed to predict WikiLeaks’ actions, but also that he took credit afterward for the timing of its disclosures that damaged Hillary Clinton’s candidacy.

In October, Mr. Stone exchanged emails with Stephen K. Bannon, then the chief executive of Mr. Trump’s campaign. In one exchange, Mr. Stone wrote that more WikiLeaks disclosures were forthcoming, “a load every week going forward,” according to the indictment. Mr. Bannon appears to be the official described in the court document as “the high-ranking Trump Campaign official,” based on previous disclosures about the email exchange.

A day before Mr. Stone and Mr. Bannon emailed about WikiLeaks, Donald Trump Jr. exchanged Twitter messages with the WikiLeaks Twitter account and asked, “What’s behind this Wednesday leak I keep reading about.”

At the end of that week, on Oct. 7, WikiLeaks released more than 6,000 emails related to John D. Podesta, the chairman of the Clinton campaign. The release came 30 minutes after The Washington Post published a recording of Mr. Trump bragging on the set of “Access Hollywood” about assaulting women. The timing has raised questions about whether the WikiLeaks release was an attempt to distract the public from the tape and redirect negative attention from Mr. Trump to the Clinton campaign.

In social media posts and numerous interviews before the 2016 election, Mr. Stone indicated that he had advance knowledge that a trove of information damaging to Mrs. Clinton’s campaign might be about to spill into public view, and even suggested that he had personally spoken to the WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange.

Mr. Stone has changed his story in the months since, saying that he was not actually speaking to Mr. Assange and that he had no direct knowledge that Russians were responsible for the Democratic hacking. Still, it was revealed last year that, in the weeks before the election, Mr. Stone was messaging on Twitter with Guccifer 2.0, a pseudonym used by one or more operatives in the Russian intelligence scheme to steal the emails and funnel them to WikiLeaks.

Mr. Stone himself has said publicly that he was prepared for the possibility that he could be indicted, but he has long maintained that he is innocent and has often echoed Mr. Trump’s claims that Mr. Mueller’s investigation is a politically motivated witch hunt.

“This was supposed to be about Russian collusion, and it appears to be an effort to silence or punish the president’s supporters and his advocates,” he said last May on “Meet the Press.”

“It is not inconceivable now that Mr. Mueller and his team may seek to conjure up some extraneous crime pertaining to my business, or maybe not even pertaining to the 2016 election,” he said.

The tumultuous relationship between Mr. Stone and Mr. Trump goes back decades, with Mr. Stone acting as an informal adviser to Mr. Trump as he considered running for president several times. When Mr. Trump formally announced during the spring of 2015 that he was running for president, Mr. Stone was one of the first members of the team, but within months, he had a public dispute with Mr. Trump and left the campaign.

The two men have remained close, though, speaking often by telephone.

DEFANGO: Going Through The Dark Overlord 911 Insurance Documents & More

The best part of all of this is that it is public information through PACER and such actions like the paywall can actually trigger a FinCEN investigation when it comes to the corporate insurance payouts, like the payouts to those "Authorities" and other Corporate Shape Shifters.

Then, there is that pesky "Attorney-Client Privilege" that can be stripped in the commission of a crime, you know.

That would bring in all the former DOJ characters like Bill Barr, Janet Napolitano, and the U.S. District Attorneys like "Pretty" Preet Baharara and Terrorism Risk Insurance Act.

#cyberwars are real.

The hackers who stole Orange is the New Black are back, and they've hit a new low. The group known as TheDarkOverlord claims to have stolen 18,000 documents from Hiscox Syndicates, Lloyds of London and Silverstein Properties, and threatened to release files providing "answers" for 9/11 attack "conspiracies" unless it received a ransom. Saying it was “welcoming 2019 with open arms and a big announcement,” the Dark Overlord hacker group Monday threatened via a Pastebin post to release files it said were nicked from a law firm – believed to have advised insurer Hiscox Syndicares Ltd. – that handled September 11-related cases.

Hackers Threaten to Dump Insurance Files Related to 9/11 Attacks

The Dark Overlord appears to be trying to capitalize on conspiracy theories about the September 11 attacks.

On Monday, New Year’s Eve, a hacker group announced it had breached a law firm handling cases related to the September 11 attacks, and threatened to publicly release a large cache of related internal files unless their ransom demands were met.

The news is the latest public extortion attempt from the group known as The Dark Overlord, which has previously targeted a production studio working for Netflix, as well as a host of medical centres and private businesses across the United States. The announcement also signals a slight evolution in The Dark Overlord’s strategy, which has expanded on leveraging the media to exert pressure on victims, to now distributing its threats and stolen data in a wider fashion.
In its announcement published on Pastebin, The Dark Overlord points to several different insurers and legal firms, claiming specifically that it hacked Hiscox Syndicates Ltd, Lloyds of London, and Silverstein Properties.
“Hiscox Syndicates Ltd and Lloyds of London are some of the biggest insurers on the planet insuring everything from the smallest policies to some of the largest policies on the planet, and who even insured structures such as the World Trade Centers,” the announcement reads.
It is unclear what exact files the group has stolen, but it is trying to capitalize on conspiracy theories around the 9/11 attacks.
“We'll be providing many answers about 9.11 conspiracies through our 18.000 secret documents leak,” the group tweeted on Monday.

A spokesperson for the Hiscox Group confirmed to Motherboard that the hackers had breached a law firm that advised the company, and likely stolen files related to litigation around the 9/11 attacks.
“The law firm’s systems are not connected to Hiscox’s IT infrastructure and Hiscox’s own systems were unaffected by this incident. One of the cases the law firm handled for Hiscox and other insurers related to litigation arising from the events of 9/11, and we believe that information relating to this was stolen during that breach,” the spokesperson wrote in an email.
“Once Hiscox was informed of the law firm’s data breach, it took action and informed policyholders as required. We will continue to work with law enforcement in both the UK and US on this matter,” they added. Lloyds of London did not respond to a request for comment.
The hacking group published a small set of letters, emails and other documents that mention various law firms, as well as the Transport Security Administration (TSA) and Federal Aviation Administration (The TSA could not provide a statement in time for publication, and the FAA told Motherboard in an email it was investigating.) Those documents themselves appear to be fairly innocuous, but the group says it may release more.
In its extortion note, The Dark Overlord included a link for a 10GB archive of files it allegedly stole. The group also provided a link to this archive to Motherboard before publishing its announcement. The cache is encrypted, but the hackers are threatening to release the relevant decryption keys, unlocking different sets of files at a time, unless the victims pay the hackers an undisclosed ransom fee in Bitcoin.
“Pay the fuck up, or we're going to bury you with this. If you continue to fail us, we'll escalate these releases by releasing the keys, each time a Layer is opened, a new wave of liability will fall upon you,” the extortion note reads.
The Dark Overlord is also claiming to be offering to sell the data on a dark web hacking forum, and is attempting to blackmail individuals who may be included in the documents themselves.
“If you're one of the dozens of solicitor firms who was involved in the litigation, a politician who was involved in the case, a law enforcement agency who was involved in the investigations, a property management firm, an investment bank, a client of a client, a reference of a reference, a global insurer, or whoever else, you're welcome to contact our e-mail below and make a request to formally have your documents and materials withdrawn from any eventual public release of the materials. However, you'll be paying us,” the group’s post reads.
As The Dark Overlord’s announcement notes, the breach itself was previously reported in vague terms by a specialist legal publication, and Hiscox Group pointed Motherboard to the firm’s own April 2018 announcement of a data breach.
“Hiscox recently learned of an information security incident affecting a specialist law firm in the US that provided advice to Hiscox or its policyholders on some of its US commercial liability insurance claims. The incident involved illegal access to information stored on the law firm’s server, which may have included information relating to up to 1,500 of Hiscox’s US-based commercial insurance policyholders,” that earlier announcement reads.
