Time To Address How Justice Is Dispensed To Foster Children - Not One Penny Of $8 Billion Risperdal Settlement Will Go To Medicaid Billed Foster Kids Who Were Lab Rats

FUN FACT! REISPERDAL WAS TESTED ON FOSTER KIDS AS LAB RATS

ANOTHER FUN FACT! WHEN FOSTER BOYS WOULD GROW BREASTS, THEY WERE PRESCRIBED MORE SECOND GENERATION ANTIPSYCHOTROPICS TO STOP THE BREAST GROWTH

Just think.

Arnold & Itkin LLP
Arnold & Itkin
Not one foster boy who was used as a lab rat and grew breasts will receive one red penny.

Not a dime.

Not even allowed access to their medical records upon aging out or escaping of foster care to a life on the streets, with breasts.

Why, you may ask?

Because no one cares and the attorneys will get the largest chunk of the damages, with the States in tow, launching more foreign Social Impact Bond programs, for more socioeconomic experiments, to their Public Private Partnerships, to fund campaigns.

I called Arnold & Itkin to ask if any foster kids would receive part of the settlement, or if the firm is going to work with the States Medicaid Fraud Control Units, but was told that the settlement was for their client.

One person, where not one penny goes to the Foster Kids who were used as lab rats, where the illegal use of Risperdal was billed to Medicaid, where not one penny will be reimbursed to the States.

The law firm did take my information and said they would call me back.

They asked with whom I was working.

I informed them that I would be reporting to the U.S. Department of Justice, who can then refer to the proper conjugal collaboration, just as soon as I publish.

Oh, and if a parent lodges a formal complaint, they are met with threats of termination of parental rights, to put the boy up for adoption to be sold, and continue being drugged above and beyond adult dosages.

Will the States Medicaid Fraud Control Units do anything?

Utah Attorney General Mark Schurtleff did, where his original complaint is below, but it seemed to get rather murky, and it seems to be ongoing.

Everything you wanted to know about Risperdal and foster kids if here.

Here is everything you wanted to know about drugging foster kids as lab rats - antipsychotropic experiments.

It is time to address how justice is dispensed to Foster Children.

Just keeping it real.

Johnson & Johnson to pay $8B in damages for Risperdal drug linked to female breast tissue in boys

Johnson & Johnson to pay $8B in damages for Risperdal drug linked to female breast tissue in boys

A Philadelphia jury on Tuesday awarded $8 billion in punitive damages against Johnson & Johnson and one if its subsidiaries over a drug the companies made that the plaintiff's attorneys say is linked to the abnormal growth of female breast tissue in boys.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - A Philadelphia jury on Tuesday awarded $8 billion in punitive damages against Johnson & Johnson and one if its subsidiaries over a drug the companies made that the plaintiff's attorneys say is linked to the abnormal growth of female breast tissue in boys.

Johnson and Johnson immediately denounced the award after the jury's decision in the Court of Common pleas, saying it's "excessive and unfounded" and vowing immediate action to overturn it.

The antipsychotic drug Risperdal is at the center of the lawsuit, with the plaintiff's attorneys arguing it's linked to abnormal growth of female breast tissue in boys, an incurable condition known as gynecomastia.

Johnson & Johnson used an organized scheme to make billions of dollars while illegally marketing and promoting the drug, attorneys Tom Kline and Jason Itkin said in a statement.

Johnson & Johnson said in a statement on its website it was confident that the award would be overturned, calling it "grossly disproportionate" with the initial compensatory damage award and "a clear violation of due process."

Johnson & Johnson said the court's exclusion of key evidence left it unable to present a meaningful defense, including what they said was a drug label that "clearly and appropriately outlined the risks associated with the medicine" or Risperdal's benefits for patients with serious mental illness. They also said the plaintiff's attorneys failed to present any evidence of actual harm.

"This decision is inconsistent with multiple determinations outside of Philadelphia regarding the adequacy of the Risperdal labeling, the medicine's efficacy, and findings in support of the company," Johnson & Johnson said. "We will be immediately moving to set aside this excessive and unfounded verdict."

Maryanne Godboldo Made Her Transition Into The Annals Of Civil Rights History: 10-10-17

Maryanne Godboldo, Marygrove University
Dance Instructor and Social Justice Leader of
Hartford Memorial Baptist Church
Debbie Williams, of Families & Children's Justice has announced the transition of Maryanne Godboldo.

Now, all we have to do is await for Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy to drop the charges she continues to bringforth.

Maryanne suffered a stroke and has been in a coma for quite some time.

As difficult as it was, her daughter was kept out the child welfare system.

The stress of being prosecuted, over, and over, and over, and over, I believe at least 5 times Worthy has brought back charges after being dismissed, against Godboldo, for the discharge of her gun, in her home, under utter fear of the unknown when her house was surrounded by SWAT teams of police when a child welfare worker reported her to Child Protective Services for not allowing her daughter to be put on cocktails of psychotropic medications.

Maryanne Godboldo was the first in the nation to stand up and speak out on the use of military force to remove a child by Child Protective Services.

Maryanne Godboldo was the first in the nation, whether she realized it or not, to speak out against the privatization of police.

Michigan, being the nation's policy think tank on child welfare policies of privatization, now wants to privatize police.

Child Protective Services is nothing but a private police force.

If the state can do this to a child and a parent, think of what a private police force can do to the rest of the population.

Just remember, there are no civil rights in privatization.
I made a promise to Maryanne.

On a mission...

CCHR Honors Godboldo for Surviving Michigan Foster Care

This is what happens in Michigan Child Welfare.  This is an actual CPS raid.

Yes, those are actual urban assault vehicles.  The automatic weapons are real.

CCHR honors Maryanne Godboldo for surviving Michigan foster care!

Michigan drugs kids because it can bill Medicaid top dollar and secure other federal funding streams.  Michigan is the only state that does not bifurcate its Medicaid population dollars.  No one knows how much it makes off poor children.

Michigan uses the drugging tactic for more than just making money.  It silences the screams of children who are being tortured in foster care.  Call it chemical constraints for it is considered barbaric to spank a child, right?

Utah Seroquel Risperdal Complaint

The Utah False Claims Act filing of Medicaid fraud in child welfare was based upon this Corporate Integrity Settlement Agreement.

Charges dropped against Detroit mom in police standoff

Despite federal investigations on fraudulently generating scientific reports to support "illegally and wrongfully" marketing these psychotropic drugs to kids, Michigan is willing to go for termination of parental rights to cover up the Medicaid fraud, and other violations of law.

It is time someone does something about this besides me.

Charges dropped against Detroit mom in police standoff

Detroit— A judge Monday dismissed criminal charges against Maryanne Godboldo, the Detroit mother involved in a March confrontation with police and Child Protective Services over her refusal to give her daughter a prescribed anti-psychotic medication.

The Wayne County Prosecutor's office will determine if an appeal will be taken to the Circuit Court regarding today's dismissal by 36th District Judge Ronald Giles, said Maria Miller, assistant prosecuting attorney.

Godboldo, 56, had been charged with discharge of a weapon, three counts of felonious assault, resisting and obstructing an officer, and a felony firearm count.

Godboldo was involved in a standoff March 24 when Child Protective Services authorities and Detroit Police came to remove the 13-year-old girl from the home. Authorities said she fired a handgun when police tried to kick open a door into the kitchen of the home on Blaine.
A Wayne County juvenile court jury heard about two weeks of testimony this month and found Godboldo was guilty of one count of neglect. The neglect charges stemmed from Godboldo's decision to stop giving her daughter the prescribed drug Risperdal, a controversial medication used to treat schizophrenia.

A judge is expected Sept. 29 to examine the custody issue and the child's medical treatment. The girl continues to live with an aunt; Godboldo has visitation rights.

Michigan Last Minute Release Of Godboldo's Daughter

Pro forma, I am posting my Detroit News comment on my site as they will more than likely remove it.

The U.S. Department of Justices has entered into a Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) with the makers of Risperdal, AstraZeneca and Janssen, for "illegally and wrongfully" marketing Risperdal and Seroquel with false research...on children.

Even though the U.S. Department of Justice has entered into a $520 million dollar false claims act settlement agreement, Michigan child protective services and the Attorney General do not really care because AstraZeneca has big financial stakes in Michigan politics!

Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff has filed a major false claims action against these pharmaceutical corporations for Medicaid fraud.  Unfortunately, the Attorney General of Michigan cannot do so as there stands existing law prohibiting similar actions to recovery fraudulent payments.

So, as the story goes, Michigan Attorney General will prosecute this case, as Wayne County is the only county in Michigan where the Attorney General prosecutes child welfare cases, and contemporaneously defend the privately contracted child placing agency, Children's Center, instead of going after Medicaid fraud and protecting the rights of its youngest citizens.

Now, that's child abuse!

Mom charged in standoff celebrates teen's release

Doug Guthrie / / The Detroit News

Northville Township— A Detroit teenager was released from a state mental health facility to her family today, more than a month after authorities took her from her home after her mother stopped giving her prescribed psychotropic drugs.

Maryanne Godboldo leaped and thrust her hands into the air as she walked from the entrance of the Hawthorn Center to announce that state authorities had finally acceded to a judge's order to release her daughter, 13, to live with a relative.

"I am so excited to finally have my daughter back," said Godboldo, 56. The Detroit mother still faces criminal charges over a March 24 standoff with police who helped child welfare workers take Ariana Godboldo from her west side home. Authorities allege that Godboldo fired a shot at police.

Judge Lynne Pierce of Wayne County Circuit Court's Juvenile Division threatened last week to hold parties in contempt of court today unless they complied with her order to release the girl to an aunt.

Ariana was released to Penny Godboldo shortly before noon, and Maryanne Godboldo said she is excited to "begin her daughter's healing."

State authorities have accused the mother of medical neglect for halting the girl's treatment with the controversial anti-psychotic drug Risperdal, which is used to treat the symptoms of schizophrenia. A trial over the neglect allegations and custody of the child is set to being in June before Pierce.

"Legally, they had no right to remove my daughter so I don't understand what this continuation is about, other than bullying," Maryanne Godboldo said.

The state had filed appeals of the judge's decisions. Pierce also ordered doctors from the state facility and Godboldo's own doctor, an internist who specializes in holistic medicine, to jointly draft a medical treatment plan for the girl.

Dr. Margaret Betts said she and Hawthorn Center's assistant clinical director, Dr. George Melos, completed their agreement last week.

"Dr. Melos had no objection to her medical release. Our planning was a collegial exercise and we thought she would be released last Friday," Betts said today outside Hawthorn Center. "I'm happy that we can now begin to investigate Ariana's problems and we don't have to use the pharmaceutical approach. We will give her medicine only when the effect is greater than the side effects. Risperdal is controversial because it has a black box warning. It is not indicated for children."

Betts said the plan calls for giving the girl time to rest after being kept five weeks in the state facility, and to adjust to living with her aunt.

Then, she said, tests will be done to determine the cause of Ariana's sometimes delusional behavior, which appears to have begun in 2009 after she took a catch-up cocktail of childhood immunizations to switch from homeschooling to a more traditional school. She said the state will help by providing psychiatric evaluations.

"Ariana's life has been turned upside down," Betts said. "Her traumatization began more than a year ago with what her family has said may be encephalitis as a reaction to immunization. She's been further traumatized by being taken and kept from her mother for more than a month, but now we can begin to find the cause of her problem and properly treat her."
Godboldo had signed an agreement almost a year ago to treat her daughter with Risperdal, after Detroit Police found the girl wandering naked in her neighborhood. But the written document, which is in the court's files, also advised the mother she had authority to halt the drug at any time.

State authorities said they acted when they received complaints from medical authorities that withholding the drug amounted to medical neglect.

Ron Scott, an organizer with the Detroit Coalition Against Police Brutality, said she has become a nationwide symbol of individual resistance to overzealous state authority. The coalition has helped Godboldo since before her release on bond for charges of criminal assault and opposing police.

"This is not just a victory for Maryanne and Hakim (Mubarak, the girl's father)," Scott said. "It is a victory for all families who fight to make the right decisions for their children."

And They Do This To Kids

Not only are these drugs tested on kids, but they bill Medicaid for it.

Utah AG Attacks Medicaid Fraud

Utah Attorney General Mark L. Shurtleff has filed on behalf of the state, for the people of the state, including, for the first time in the history of this nation, children.

What Shurtleff has done is to stand up and show the rest of the States Medicaid Fraud Control Units what it means to protect the best interests of the people.

The complaint centers around Utah's False Claims Act. Janssen and AstraZeneca marketed Seroquel and Risperdal with false research to target the poor, elderly and children. The brilliance of this strategy, even though the DHHS OIG entered into a corporate integrity agreement (CIA), the District of Columbia recovered its improper payments of Medicaid, Medicare and TRICARE. The total CIA was about $500 million.

Now, Utah is the first state to take the model for False Claims and transpose it. Let's watch the diffusion trendline and see how fast it takes the rest of the lazy ass Medicaid Fraud Control Units to step up and do something.

Out of all fairness, North Carolina has a Medicaid Swat team. I will put my money on Roy Cooper being the next to file. Anyone want to bet that Michigan will be the last to do anything because the Attorney General Mike Cox does not want to sully his reputation with wealthy pharmaceutical campaign contributors for his bid for the governorship, and the fact that the state administration does not have a damn clue on how to come into federal compliance with its operations in child welfare.

It does not matter that the CIA is stepping stone to tear off the iron curtain in child welfare. The only thing that matters is that it is happening and people are listing to me.

Utah Seroquel Risperdal Complaint

I wonder if the universities are going to stop pumping out false and biased research in child welfare, now.

Thank you, Mark Shurtleff, for protecting the children from the propaganda.  Thank you for joining me in rewriting the history of child welfare by ending Medicaid fraud.  You have touched my heart by saving the lives of many.
