Hamtramck Partners With Samaritas To Build Its First Religious Freedom Human Asset Plantation Management System Authority Pilot Model

I see so many issues here.

I see Hamtramck.

I see Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency

I see the Wayne County Land Bank Corporation, which never incorporated, just like the Detroit Land Bank Authority never incorporated where Bill *Smooches* Shuette dissolved the LLC in the Michigan Court of Claims, where it was entered into the record that there was only one, legally recognized, Federal EIN and State tax identification...but I digress.

I see Public Private Partnerships.

I see Faith Based Funding.

I see Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority.

I see Mike Duggan.

I see human sociopsych experiments.

I see the second tier of this transposable model to a large swath of land interested foreign parties have been sitting on for quite some time.

Hamtramck street to get $1.2M in new homes built for refugees

This location on Faber St. in Hamtramck is the site of a planned $1.2 million refugee housing project. Three two-family homes will be constructed with federal housing dollars for a total of six refugee families. Construction is expected to be completed in 2020.

A $1.2 million refugee housing project is coming to Hamtramck.

Using federal housing dollars, Wayne County is partnering with nonprofit groups Samaritas and Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency to develop a block on Faber Street in Hamtramck to build three homes that have two units each. The Privateers are here and they have set up their Public Private Partnerships to take over Hamtramck, self-anointed as a sanctuary city.

The housing — called 'Freedom Village' — will accommodate a total of six refugee families and is expected to open in the summer of 2020.  Remember, Public Private Partnerships take villages, then pilfers its treasures. This is only a test run and it will not get very far so just sit back and enjoy the show.

The money for the project is from a federal grant program through the U.S. Department of Housing and Development (HUD) that supports low-income families. The housing is for refugees with low incomes, in need of temporary housing after they settle in the U.S.  The housing program for domestic low income families is called Foster Care, Elder Foster Care, or Prison.

“Freedom Village seeks to provide a better life to low-income refugees and immigrants by surrounding them with the resources they need to eventually pursue permanent homeownership opportunities,”  Wayne County Executive Warren Evans said last week in a statement announcing the project. "We are a welcoming county that derives its strength from the diversity of its residents, and this project epitomizes that core value."

Hamtramck has the highest percentage of immigrants among cities in Michigan, about 44%, according to U.S. Census data. Because no one really cares. You can survive in Hamtramck without papers. There is a network.

It was historically known as a center for Polish immigrants, but today, Yemeni Americans make up the biggest ethnic group, followed by Bangladeshi Americans. The two groups have revitalized a city that was declining in population and transformed vacant areas into thriving business corridors, such as along Conant Avenue.

The city has also taken in Bosnian and Serbian refugees in recent decades escaping the Balkan conflicts.

It's unclear what countries the refugees for the new housing will come from. That decision is made later by U.S. government officials working with resettlement agencies. Samaritas, which formerly was known as Lutheran Social Services of Michigan, has resettled refugees in Michigan over the years. I am going with south of the border. Hamtramck only needs a jewish temple and South American pyramid to be recognized as the ultimate global village.

"We're really excited," Hamtramck Mayor Karen Majewski told the Free Press. "We've long been a home to immigrants. That's kind of how we were born. Through the years, as the political situations have changed, we've welcomed refugees as well."

The refugees will rent the houses, said Wayne County spokesman Keith Owens. They may be able to qualify for vouchers that allow them to pay no more than one-third of their income on housing. Refugees generally receive some financial assistance for a few months after they arrive in the U.S. that can help with housing costs.

The city of Hamtramck will not bear any of the costs for the project, which Wayne County said will contribute revenue to Hamtramck by adding homes to the vacant lots that bring them back onto the tax rolls. Oh, yes they will. Just wait for it or you could ask Corporate Council. I believe he may become a public figure on the local news, soon.

Vacant lots are being used for the new housing. Two of them were owned by the city of Hamtramck, one by Wayne County Land Bank, and one by Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority.  The Piast Institute used to hold lots of Wayne Country Treasurer property foreclosure meetings, you know, so I thought it would be fun to climb up the chain of command on the land.  I would, but it will be more fun to watch the reactions to this statement.  I have popcorn, you know.

Wayne County acquired the lot from Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority, and the Wayne County Land Bank purchased the two lots from Hamtramck for $1 each, said Wayne County.  If, in fact, the Wayne County Land Bank, which never incorporated, purchased the lots in a ceremonious transfer of $1.00, then, how was the transaction conducted? Is there a money order or did someone just toss two bucks on the City Clerk counter and walked away without a receipt?

The Wayne County Metropolitan Community Action Agency, a nonprofit group that helps the poor, will be the property developer while Samaritas will the refugee placement and services provider. The Wayne County Land Bank Corporation is also part of the agreement.

Wayne County Metropolitan Community Action Agency will subcontract with, more than likely, the same people who got the bids for the NSP1 crappy negro removal homes, which was set up as a bait and switch to line a few pockets of some preachers and politicians who did not care about anything but stealin'. Someone is going to get a re-election campaign funded, but I digress.

https://www.hudexchange.info/programs/idis/
guides/home/#policy-guidance-and-faqs
As part of the agreement, Wayne County will loan $1.2 million at zero percent interest to the Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency. The HUD program that's involved with the project is the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, which "supports affordable housing by providing rental housing and homeownership opportunities for low-income families," said Wayne County in a statement.  Why is this an external link of HUD.gov

The project aims to help the refugees with job training, school, and home buyer assistance for future more permanent housing, said county officials. Lots and lots of Social Impact Bond Medicaid billing programs to be create jobs.

“Freedom Village is a beacon of hope and compassion," said Wayne County Metropolitan Community Action Agency CEO Louis Piszke. "The project demonstrates Wayne County’s commitment to America’s long-standing practice of helping people seeking asylum." Freedom Village is just a fun name for a human plantation rathole on a ratline for stealin' the children, land and votes. By calling it a "village" is a public announcement of a privatization initiative of establishing a newly recognized "authority" or rather a fake ass Public Private Partnership like the Detroit Land Bank Authority goes around pretending to be as a "public body corporate", just because they have a foreign corporate parent, in this case, Samaritas, who in turn, claims corporate parental rights over the goods of its human asset management system, like taking out mortgages to buy homes, expanding the realm of its tax exempt land.

The new housing comes at at time of a significant decrease in the number of refugees being admitted into the U.S.  I had another video of Bill Clinton explaining the reason on why he was bringing in Syrian immigrants to qualify for the HOME mortgage operation to rebuild Detroit's population, but this video will do just as well, which is why I believe we have ourselves another one of those pesky transposable stealin' models.

The number of refugees resettled in Michigan dropped 75% during the first fiscal year under President Donald Trump, the Free Press previously reported. In the 2018 fiscal year, which was from Oct. 1, 2017, to Sept. 30, 2018, Michigan took in only 647 refugees — the lowest number since 2006. One reason why Detroit, has seen a drop in resettled refugees is because the Detroit Land Bank Authority stole all the properties, then let them get stripped and torn up by the elements so they could that TARP, but then stole all the TARP, so there was no money left to fix the properties, so there was no place to move into to live and vote. Do you not just despise it when your best stealin' plan goes awry?

The number of refugees from the Middle East coming to Michigan has plummeted while refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo are now the largest group in the state, making up more than 43% of Michigan's refugee population in 2018. Congo has lots of much desired natural resources which makes it only logical to come up with another forced migration socioeconomic test pilot program, more than likely being run out University of Michigan, but hey, what do I know? I know one should ask Karen Majewski.

The housing could help stabilize Hamtramck, which has a poverty rate of about 50% and is facing revenue challenges.   The rate of poverty is < 80% using the Hamtramck Public Schools free lunch waivers of Title IV-A 150% below the federal poverty level because I measure child poverty because no one cares.  There is a failure to include undocumented individuals which is significant because I said so.

"Hamtramck is probably one of the more desirable places to start as a family the way our community is set up, with the businesses a family needs," said Hamtramck City Councilman Anam Miah. "You can literally walk to anywhere, don't have to rely on public transportation or having a car." http://anammiah.com

"Hamtramck has always been a welcoming community," added Miah, an immigrant from Bangladesh. "I look forward to it being completed and seeing more families come to our community." I look forward to unsealment.

No, Michigan Does Not Need More Foster Mothers & Fathers - Happy Foster Care Propaganda Month

Why No One Cares About The True Meaning Of Mother's Day
In celebration of Mother's Day, I would like to present a classic, classroom teachable example of foster care propaganda.

Here, we have a lovely, young, clueless spokestoken for the foreign corporation Samaritas, one of the world's leaders in the industry of trafficking tiny humans.

Michigan CPS Runs Out Of Tiny Humans To Traffic, Switches To Profit From Warehousing Immigrant Tiny Humans Instead

Stop Medicaid Fraud in Child Welfare

Little does she realize that she the agency which has licensed her is preparing for a major influx of Faith Based Funding for its legal defense of war crimes with the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.

Yes, Michigan is under the scrutiny of the legal community for its trafficking of tiny humans because it is nothing but the residuals of the peculiar institution where one can pay their mortgage off while doing the work of the foreign, regal monarchy of the Vatican by saving the savages.

Samaritas, also doing business in Detroit as Lutheran Family Services, along with Bethany Christian generates sustainability for its institutions by constancy acquiring more goods to be processed through its chattel system as it transforms into corporate guardianship to pilfer the children's trusts.

Michigan Samaritas Prepares For Profiting From Trafficking Of Tiny Humans From The Border

Stop Medicaid Fraud in Child Welfare

Michigan is also at the threshold of a federal decision on the legitimacy of its child welfare system once Nancy Edmunds stops playing games, but I believe she will need a bit of assistance because she was mean to my Sweetie, but I digress.

Michigan is ground zero for the horrors of child trafficking due to its Public Private Partnership  of Medicaid fraud in child welfare.

Instead of generating more propaganda campaigns to recruit more foster parents, how about stop stealin' the children, the land and the vote because this has been going on for centuries.

When Michigan stops intentionally making people poor, ends the criminalization of poverty, you shall find there is no longer a need for foster mothers and fathers, because there degrees of consanguinity and affinity already in place.

And, on that note, this is why this article is nothing but teaching model of covering up why there is a need of more foster mothers and fathers, which, in itself is propaganda to glamorize modern day human trafficking.

Have a great Mother's Day, even though Child Protective Services has snatched your child from your arms to invest in more foreign human asset management Social Impact Bonds.

What do you think they do with the billions generated from foster care?

I am going to say they pay for very seasoned legal representation.

Michigan needs more foster mothers and fathers

Farmington Hills — Sarah Sporny says she has always had a heart for children. But what she needed was some mac-n-cheese, twin bed sheets and a car seat.

Sporny recalled the phone call in 2016 from a foster care agency worker who said a 6-year-old boy needed a home: would Sarah and her husband Rob, who had obtained their foster care license after intensive training, be ready in hours for their first foster child?

"I asked a lot of questions. There is a lot about a kid. It's important you know what you are getting into," said Sarah, a social worker for 20 years.

The couple met the little brown-haired boy inside a Bob Evans where he was focused on his pancakes.

After a short conversation about making chocolate chip pancakes at his new foster home, the child walked out of the restaurant with the Spornys. And without prompting, while the adults talked, the boy hopped into the back of the family car and belted himself in.

At home, the boy wrapped himself up in a blanket that night and laid on Rob's lap as a movie played. This family of two was suddenly now three.

"It was the sweetest night," Sarah said.

The Spornys fostered the child for six months before he was reunited to his biological family. Sarah says she and her husband would do it all over again and are awaiting their next call to foster another child who needs a home.

"It's incredibly rewarding," Sarah said. "It feels incredibly loving. And I found that I really loved parenting, picking him up from school, reading books, nighttime snuggles."

As of April, 13,574 children are in foster care in Michigan. That includes 3,297 in Wayne County, 698 in Oakland County and 613 in Macomb County. Yet there are only 6,000 foster homes ready to take in a child.

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, which oversees the state’s foster care system, says the first step to becoming a foster parent is contacting a Foster Care Navigator, experienced foster parents who can answer questions, help individuals find an agency and provide guidance.

“Foster parents are critically important in helping us meet our mission of protecting the safety and well-being of children,” MDHHS Director Robert Gordon said.

Children land in foster care who have been victims of abuse and neglect and who need temporary homes to care for them, until they can be safely reunified with their parents or find adoptive homes.

Laura Mitchell, executive director of foster care for Samaritas, a nonprofit that recruits and supports foster care families, supports 900 kids and families in foster care every day. The agency also works with birth parents to restore rights, which is the goal of foster care.

"Foster care is never because of what a child did. It was what was done to them," Mitchell said.
The children have experienced abuse, neglect and trauma, she said.

Children For Sale
"All of our kids have some sort of trauma," Mitchell said. "Even just being removed from home. Home is where we are magnetically pulled, and we feel that connection to family. Kids who have experienced trauma don’t know how to process that."

Foster parents are trained on how to recognize and respond to trauma in children.

"Often times, kids are seen as bad or naughty kids due to their behavior, but that is their response to trauma," Mitchell said. "It's our role to make sure foster parents are educated on the effects of trauma to a child and also help the child work through that trauma."
Foster care parents see children not only need love and attention but need support to heal, Mitchell said.

"The amount of selfless love and commitment they give to a child who is hurting and has had very difficult life experience is amazing," she said.

Jessica Sweet, a foster and adoptive parent recruitment support and development manager at DHHS, said becoming a foster parent takes a lot of patience and skill. The state uses a specialized program called PRIDE to train parents.

"As much as we try to support and prepare people ahead of time, it's something you can't fully learn until you start doing it," Sweet said. "We ask families to assess what they are capable of, what areas do they need support."

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer proclaimed May to be Foster Care Month in Michigan to encourage people to consider becoming foster parents and to recognize those who are already doing so.

“Every child deserves a safe, loving and stable home,” Whitmer said. “This month and throughout the year, I hope Michiganders will consider opening up their homes to children in foster care.”
Cathe Hoover, an adoption, guardianship, recruitment and retention program manager at DHHS, said there are a lot of misconceptions about becoming a foster parent.

You do not need to be married or own your own home, Hoover said, and it often takes a person a few years between being curious about foster care and reaching out to a foster care agency to take those next steps.

"A lot of this is word of mouth," Hoover said. "If you know someone who does this you can see this. There is a lot of support and they aren't left on an island. It’s a really big decision people are making for their families."

Sarah Sporny, who now has an 18-month-old son, said she thinks about her foster son every day although it's been nearly three years since she has seen him.

She said she will think about him on Mother's Day as she celebrates being a mother with her family.
"I absolutely loved my foster son. Sometimes, I say loved, but I still love him," she said. "He hasn't been here for three years, but I love that child."

Sarah says being a foster parent was a good experience, but she knows it's unclear what the next foster care experience may be like.

"It might be better. It might be worse," she said. "So there is always some apprehension on what the next child will be like, but it's worth it, and I am willing to take that chance," she said.

"The Girls" v. "The Boys": Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel v. Archdiocese Of Detroit - Who Will Be The First To Talk About The Children's Trust Fund?

Image result for boys v girls
Michigan Attorney General v. Vatican
This, is so succulent a moment to me, I am in pure bliss.

What we have here is a delicious fantasy I have played out in so many fashions, but this one is spectacular.

The Michigan Attorney General has to investigate the Archdiocese of Detroit.

Yes, I have been transported back to a time when I decided to figure out why the Michigan Attorney General has allowed me to suffer for almost two decades when it comes to their nefarious operations in child welfare.

Yes, my dearies, I am the original source and I am about to push this as far as I can, because I have to prepare, you know.

I wonder if Dana has pulled my file, yet.

I have the largest file in the history of the State of Michigan Office of Attorney General, but hey, what do I know?

I know I have found fresh flesh for false claims of Medicaid fraud in child welfare.

I also know I was never afforded due process in a court of law.

Nessel warns Catholic Church: Let state investigate clergy sexual abuse

Michigan AG: "If an investigator comes to your door and asks to speak with you, please ask to see their badge and not their rosary"

Beverly Tran: "If Child Protective Services comes to your door and asks to speak with you, please ask to see their warrant and not their badge because they are no law enforcement"

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel accused Catholic Church leaders of not fully cooperating with law enforcement, telling them to stop "self-policing" and allow state investigators to probe sexual abuse by clergy.

They are only doing what the State of Michigan does in child welfare.  Dana is new.  She will catch on, or maybe not.

Speaking Thursday at her first news conference, Nessel said she will continue the investigations into Michigan's seven Catholic dioceses launched under her predecessor, former Attorney General Bill Schuette. Schuette conducted raids in October at dioceses in Michigan that involved 70 police officers and 14 assistant attorney generals, Nessel said.

But will she go into the foster care and adoption contracts? How about Faith Based Funding Slush Funds? Trafficking Tiny Humans?

Nessel told victims of abuse and others to speak with state investigators rather than Catholic officials, expressing concern that nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) are being used to discourage victims of abuse to speak with law enforcement authorities.

Where are all the attorneys looking to make a name for themselves? I find it quite odd these massive law firms in Detroit refuse to lift a single finger when it comes to trafficking tiny humans in Michigan.  Well, not really.  Some are too ignorant to wrap their brains around the subject matter, some just want a paycheck, some just do not care.  Just ask the State Bar of Michigan.

"Stop self-policing" and let the state do its investigations, she said. "Our office is conducting a thorough investigation and it's important we be able to talk with any and all victims harmed by these egregious acts without the intervention of the church."

A thorough investigation entails the child welfare contracts, including the schools, residential institutions, child placing agencies and any faith based foster care situation because this sexual abuse is all funded by Medicaid.

"If an investigator comes to your door and asks to speak with you, please ask to see their badge and not their rosary," Nessel said. "And here's why that matters. Because many churches and diocese appear to be self policing and encouraging parishioners to report abuse to them so they can conduct their own internal investigations. We've heard many stories from victims who have been encouraged to take settlements and sign NDAs or nondisclosure agreements. And victims may believe that they cannot or should not report abuse to us because the church is going to handle it and simply put, that's just not true. Firstly, if you signed an NDA, you still have a right and I would say a responsibility to speak to law enforcement authorities. An NDA will not protect the church."

At least "The Boys" are being proactive.  "The Boys" are part of that arm of the Vatican who just so happens to coordinate operations such as NDAs. Dana does not know this because she has no clue how deep this is going to get. She would if she read my blog because you know darn well she will never, ever reach out to me on dealing with anything remotely relevant to child welfare in Michigan.

Nessel was joined at the news conference by the head of Michigan State Police, Col. Joe Gasper, who echoed Nessel's remarks.

"I also want to echo your comments regarding the importance of reporting tips directly to law enforcement," Gasper said. "We take all leads seriously and it's critically important that we hear directly from you when you have information to provide."

Are you going to start taking seriously the screams of kids in the foster care system and directly report to law enforcement or shall we continue with that "hire a private attorney" response of your office when it comes to a private contractor in child welfare.  The Archdiocese of Detroit, and the rest of the state, have those cherished, private child welfare contracts.

In response, the Archdiocese of Detroit issued a statement contesting some of Nessel's points, saying it wants to "clarify some of the broad generalizations made during today’s press conference."

The statement said: "The Archdiocese of Detroit does not self-police. We encourage all victims to report abuse directly to law enforcement. When we learn of an allegation of sexual abuse of minors, we immediately notify law enforcement authorities, in accordance with the agreements we have had in place with them since 2002..."

FUN FACT! I MAY HAVE BEEN A CATALYST IN THIS 2002 GRAND EPIPHANY OF "ENCOURAGING" REPORTING TO LAW ENFORCEMENT, WHICH IS STILL NOT A LAW, WHICH THEY STILL DO NOT REPORT

Ned McGrath, director of public affairs at the Archdiocese of Detroit, criticized Nessel's remarks about how investigators should have badges, not rosaries.

Yes, that was pretty pithy, but you have to give props where props are due.  That was a smackdown.

“The rosary is a treasured devotion of the Catholic Church," McGrath told the Free Press. "And it’s troubling to have it used as a punch line. Here’s hoping future statements show no additional disrespect.”

There actually was no disrespect. A badge has legal authority. A rosary is a tool of privatization.  Sorry, McGrath, your coup to completely take over the State of Michigan has yet to come to full fruition.  "The Girls" are on it!

The Archdiocese also took issue with Nessel's remarks on NDAs:

"Since 2002, the Archdiocese of Detroit has not entered into any nondisclosure agreements, unless specifically requested by a survivor of abuse, as required by the Catholic Church in the United States.

In addition, the archdiocese does not enforce any nondisclosure agreements signed prior to 2002 ..."

Nessel's remarks happen to come on the same day that Pope Francis kicked off a four-day summit at the Vatican to discuss the issue of sexual abuse among clergy. Michigan has about 2 million Catholics.

Timing is everything.  I wonder if Dana is going to cross over to the proper side of history and become a whistleblower?  Time will tell.

Michigan is one of more than a dozen states that launched investigations after a report released last year by the Pennsylvania Attorney General showed extensive abuse by priests and cover-ups by Catholic leaders.

Nessel said they have received 300 tips so far and are reviewing hundreds of thousands of pages of documents.

What about the contracts?

Nessel compared the reaction of Catholic Church leaders to the reaction of leaders at Michigan State University to the sexual abuse of Larry Nassar.

"Oh, no she did not"!

"The clergy abuse investigation is jarringly similar to the MSU investigation in that both institutions when confronted with a public sex abuse scandal, publicly pledged their cooperation with law enforcement authorities, but it failed to deliver on those public promises," Nessel said. "And regrettably, it would seem as though these two powerful institutions care more about protecting their brand than the people they serve."

Hey Dana....if you look really closely, you will see the financial connections in the contracts.  Let me give you a hint on where to start ===> The Michigan Children's Trust Fund.  Can you say "DACA or DAPA"? I can.  You can, too, if you do the right thing for the public trust of the children.

Nessel said victims should contact law enforcement even if the statute of limitations to prosecute has ended.

There still are civil options for obtain justice....that is if you have money because you know no one wants to look at the false claims filed for Medicaid cost reimbursement of those child welfare contracts.

No money, no justice.

"We may not be able to charge every priest, but our office will be sending letters to the diocese when we find credible allegations, and we ask that the diocese step up and deal with these abusers and protect people from them when the statute of limitations keeps us from being able to do that ourselves, which is often the case, or frankly, when there are other unethical acts that are uncovered," Nessel said.

If you cannot charge every priest, meaning there are many who will walk, can you at least take a look at the contracts? How about the child welfare NGOs?

The Archdiocese said in response that "the state of Michigan’s mandated reporting laws have been in place for decades. Through the years, we have strongly supported expansions to the list, including the addition of clergy. The Archdiocese of Detroit regularly educates all mandated reporters of their duties to report sexual abuse or neglect of minors."

Mandated reporters are a limited group of individuals, under the law.  I do not feel like looking it up, but you can on the top right of the page, but clergy are not mandated reporters because the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops is a private, foreign corporation, registered as a UCC in Michigan, which means that the State Attorney General is too much of a little punk to take this matter to the proper jurisdiction to the ICC because what has happened to the children in these christian child placing agencies is nothing but a war crime of forced migration and torture of a child.

Nessel said her office has sent letters to parishes asking them to inform their members of the state's investigations.

Step it up and go out to the private, contracted child placing agencies like Bethany Christian, Wellspring, Orchards Children's Services and Samaritas and hold a full blown interactive with the Administration and Boards to let them know they have been put on public notice.  On second thought, if you do that, you will have to do the same with the all the other "non-faith based". Oh, well, it was just an idea.

She encouraged victims of abuse or those who may know about possible abuse to contact the state through its hotline.

Can kids still in foster care report abuse?  That would be grounds to terminate parental rights of the Michigan Children's Institute Superintendent for being abused and neglected while under the legal guardianship and custodianship of the State.  Guess foster kids should just go back to praying they find a good pimp to rescue them from the aegis of the state.

The Archdiocese of Detroit said in its statement that when it "became aware of the Attorney General’s request for parishes to publicize the state’s tip line, we immediately offered to help our parishes facilitate the publication of that material."

Yup, the email was sent.

The Archdiocese of Detroit also said it "has not been asked by the Attorney General’s Office to stop its internal review process. These internal investigations are required under Church law, and their purpose is to restrict or remove from ministry anyone who has committed sexual abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult."

The act of defrocking or removing one from ministry is an act of exile from the law of the sea for justice to be served from the laws of the land for bearing false witness to their office of the children's trust.  Congress possesses a similar procedure of removing a member of the body from public office.  It is called impeachment, nullification, indictments in other jurisdictions, you know, due process.

During her news conference, Nessel also spoke about her investigations into the Flint water crisis and Michigan State University over abuse tied to Larry Nassar.

Did Dana say Sparrow?  I missed that.

Col. Gasper of Michigan State Police said "we are committed to seeking justice for all the victims in the cases and we were also equally committed to ensuring that we conduct a thorough and proper investigation."

In its statement Thursday, the Archdiocese of Detroit also said:

"Since the Attorney General’s investigation began, the Archdiocese of Detroit has not received notification from that office regarding credible accusations against any of our priests. Should we become aware of such a complaint, we will act immediately."

Tebow's Evangelical Crusade: Kenya, Philippines & The Trafficking Tiny Humans - Another Tale Of The Prosperity Prophecies

I must be completely honest and say that I am without words at this moment.

Ok, I am over it.
harrisons-uganda_5594_optimized-full

Whoever said the christian slave trade ended never met the Tebows!

I believe one of my precious pearls of wisdom divers has found these treasures from the deep, dark net which features some of the activities of those who like to traffic tiny humans, in that very, very, very, special kind of way, in the name of god, which triggers law enforcement to launch investigations.

In this spirit of absolute repulsion, I am just going to pass this one off to my #Superfans, because it would be inappropriate for me to make any further assertions that the Tebow family is trafficking tiny humans without affording the individuals involved to due process.

UNCLE DICK’S HOME

Uncle Dick’s Home Orphans
Home for orphans in the Philippines
"This is pure and undefiled religion, in the sight of our God and Father, to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world."
James 1:27

The Orphanage of Uncle Dick’s Home
In 1991, a woman died in childbirth. The husband left the baby with the poor grandfather, who said three days later, “If someone doesn’t take this baby, I will throw her into the river!” With that, our BTEA staff members Bert and Ray Gauran took the baby and named her “Queenie.” Queenie was our first orphan!

As a result, an orphanage was founded by the Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association to provide a Christian home for orphaned Filipino children. The orphanage was later named “Uncle Dick’s Home” after Richard Fowler, a neighbor of the Tebows, who became like a member of their family. They led him to Christ, and he supported the ministry in many ways through the years. Upon his death, he left BTEA a sum of money to be used to establish the orphanage.

Uncle Dick’s Home is located in Lamsugod, Surallah, South Cotabato, Mindanao, Philippines, and is home to 49 orphans and 13 staff.

Jimmy Scroggins

"The children were so beautiful, and we had a great time laughing, playing, and singing. The orphanage is an amazing place with a play area, fruit trees, a garden, a modern kitchen, and gorgeous landscaping. The staff at the orphanage does a tremendous job, and the children are bright, well groomed, and obviously well cared for. Most of all, I was thrilled to listen to the kids as they sang songs about Jesus and recited Scripture verses. Each one of these children has a great opportunity to learn about God and to enter into a personal relationship with Jesus. Praise the Lord for BTEA and its work with these orphans. Uncle Dick’s Home is the instrument of God in the lives of these children, as He proves that He is a ‘father to the fatherless,’ and as He makes a way for the little children to come to Him."

One day, Carlos’ parents were driving down the treacherous mountain road with a load of corn. The brakes on their old truck failed. As they flew off the mountain, the mother threw three-year-old Carlos out the window. Although Carlos broke his ankle and slashed his forehead, he survived! Instead of becoming beggars on the street, Carlos and his five year-old brother now live at Uncle Dick’s Home.

Maureen Albers:

Timmy Tebow with Filipino Children
"What I encountered at Uncle Dick’s Home caught me totally off guard. I sat surrounded by children, who were singing a chorus entitled ‘The Love of God,’ and I experienced God’s pure love in a way I never have before. Instead of coming away feeling sorry for these children and wanting to bring them back to America, I left knowing that they already have everything they need. They are wonderfully loved and cared for, and they have a real, vibrant relationship with a living God who is manifesting Himself through them."

Uncle Dick's Home in the Philippines The Need:

  • 100% of the money given to Uncle Dick’s Home goes to help the orphans.

DOJ: The Prosperity Prophecy - Children's Slush Trusts & Its Highly Complex Financial Fraud Schemes

The Prosperity Prophecy - Children's Slush Trusts
It is my belief that this is the first time in the history of the Department that trust schemes have ever been examined.

Trust fund laws are a myriad of ancient spells, blended with incogniziable interpretations of "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) throughout the ages, who have patchworked the strawman argument with their manufactured propaganda crap, much like you see in the religious fervor of child welfare propaganda, in the cracked out legals structures of international, national and state laws, that either do not exist or have not been touched since WWII.

So, now, you have a scourge of mom & pop tax shops promoting the oxyomronic claim of being able to teach you how to be a sovereign citizen, which I am absolutely fascinated in listening to their fallacies when explaining how one can contemporaneously be sovereign yet still be a citizen.

It is quite cocktails & popcorn worthy, but I digress.

Wherever did these mom & pop tax shops come up with this brilliant scheme, and the ability to actually execute it?

I am going to go with Prosperity Prophecies (also called Prosperity Gospel, Prosperity Theology) as my final answer.

Mom & Pop probably went to a Thursday night seminar at their church where they had a guest speaker telling them, for a small investment fee, they could buy themselves into the asset class of the born again through the sovereign citizen franchise.

I know Pat Robets promoted the prosperity prophecies through the christian industry of trafficking tiny humans, which is what I refer to as foster care and adoption, for those of you just joining us.

The Prosperity Prophceies fraud schemes become far more complex as one ascends the ranks of christian leadership, like Franklin Graham and his children's slush trust (<=== I just came up with that one).

Once the mom & pop tax shop has mastered the art of the sovereign citizen children's slush trust, they need to approach the promised land of asset management.

Praise the Lord, the recordkeeper of the land, and all chattels attached.

The purpose of listing all these asset management operations' links is to demonstrate how highly complex the children's slush trusts are structured for stealin' the children, land and votes when it comes to those Social Impact Bonds through Public Private Partnerships.

This is not the first time DOJ has broached the issues of questionable activities with trusts, but it is just now, I believe, that the boys and girls in some of those special Smarty Pants financial intelligence global collectives have finally witnessed the transposable model.

Oh My Goodness, Broken Trust Forgot Child Welfare Fraud

Basically, there are many, many more schemes out there when it comes to children's slush trusts, because they are typically UCCs, where the proper jurisdiction of prosecution is international, unless, you can come up with some really brilliant Old School Civil Rights Legal Dogs who will find an alternative approach to justice.

In this particular case, you are just looking at the low hanging fruit on in the highly complex financial world of children's slush trusts.

The concept of children's trusts originates far deeper in history than within the confines of Ecclessiastical law, which is why the Prosperity Prophecy is just another christian propaganda crusade, promising blessings from God, in the form of foreign, tax aversive trusts.

DC and Maryland Residents in Scheme to File Fraudulent Tax Returns and Obstruct the IRS

The indictment charges Johnny and Maria Moore, from the District of Columbia, along with Charese Johnson, aka Charese Adesalu, from Aberdeen, Maryland, with conspiring to defraud the United States in an effort to obtain fraudulent  refunds from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).  The indictment also charges the Moores with aiding and assisting in the preparation of false trust tax returns (Forms 1041), and filing their own false amended personal income tax returns (Forms 1040X) with the IRS.  Additionally, Johnson is charged with aiding and assisting the Moores in preparing their false Forms 1040X.
To further the scheme, the Moores, together with Johnson and another co-conspirator, allegedly prepared and filed tax returns that claimed either false withholdings or false credits.  Based on those alleged falsities, they requested significant refunds to which they were not entitled.  The Moores allegedly received a refund of over $500,000 for one trust tax return filed for the 2012 tax year.  As charged in the indictment, when the IRS sought to recoup that refund, Johnson conspired with the Moores and others to obstruct the IRS collection efforts.
If convicted, the defendants each face a maximum sentence of 5 years for the conspiracy charge, and 3 years for each of the false return charges.  The defendants also face substantial monetary penalties, supervised release, and restitution.
Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Zuckerman commended special agents of Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigation, who investigated this case, and Trial Attorneys Abigail Burger Chingos and Jeffrey McLellan of the Tax Division, who are prosecuting this case.
An indictment merely alleges that crimes have been committed. The defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
Additional information about the Tax Division and its enforcement efforts may be found on the division’s website.
