I even remember my Sweetie calling on the United Nations to address the water shutoffs in Detroit.

Where did those abandoned homes go? Detroit Land Bank Authority, where he is running his own ops selling to fake ass LLCs, who got TARP mortgages, then quiet titled, wiped out the debt, and ran it all over again and again.

The City is setting up its districts food banks.

Since the state keeps cutting SNAP benefits, all the stores shuttered, leaving the local party store the only place for groceries, as most people either do not have vehicles, disabled and aged.

Guess what people are going to do with the stimulus checks?

• Pay the fake ass water bills;

• Pay the fake ass property taxes;

• Pay the fake ass DTE bills;

• Pay the mortgage and ren;

• Buy a bit of libations to go back waiting for the next round of shutoffs and foreclosures.

This reality gives the people of Detroit the Saddy Face, too, because without water, people die.

I wonder how many people died in Detroit from fake ass water shutoffs?

Detroit Water and Sewage Department is reaching out to people who have been living without water for up to a year, but what about the those whose water is about to be shutoff at any moment?

Detroit reaching out to 5K households that might not have water amid virus outbreak

Detroit — The city's water department is reaching out to thousands more households that could be occupied and without water as coronavirus cases continue to climb.

Beginning Tuesday, Detroit's Water and Sewerage Department is taking steps "out of abundance of caution" to contact 5,000 households as it works to restore service to all accounts previously cutoff for nonpayment amid the virus outbreak, DWSD spokesman Bryan Peckinpaugh said in an email.

The water department on March 9 identified about 3,600 accounts that had been without water for more than a year and initiated a broad outreach effort after Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan unveiled an interim policy to restore water service to customers at a discounted rate.

Of the first properties identified, Peckinpaugh said the department found that close to 800 of the homes already had service re-established under a different account. The remaining 2,800 addresses "were the priority as the households were most likely occupied and without water service," he said.

The water department hired the Detroit-based community outreach firm Human Fliers to knock on doors at each of the households and distribute door hangers with information on how to get service restored. The team verified some that were vacant and about 2,000 others didn't answer, weren't home or were unoccupied, officials have said.

On Tuesday, Human Fliers began visiting the 5,000 additional properties, passing out door hangers and attempting to contact any occupants. They plan to visit 750 to 1,000 per day, Peckinpaugh said.


"The second wave of door hangers is going to 5,000 addresses of older accounts that show no water usage," Peckinpaugh said. "We are already finding most of these houses had water restored in another name or are now vacant."

Under the restoration program, eligible residents will pay $25 a month for water service for as long as the coronavirus remains a threat. The first month's payment of $25 will be covered by the state.

To sign up for, residents can call the Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency at (313) 386-9727 to set up an appointment.

During Detroit City Council's formal session on Tuesday, DWSD Director Gary Brown said 700 water accounts have been restored, 300 others have pending work orders and 300 more slated to be turned off over nonpayment won't be. Additionally, plumbing fixes are being made at 150 Detroit homes to get water flowing again, he said.

Brown told council members that 100 water department workers are out on the city's streets right now, "turning on water exclusively."

The People's Water Board Coalition has put out a call to the state, asking that emergency water stations be installed and sanitizing products distributed in Detroit and Flint. The group also has warned it is "deeply concerned" that Detroit's water department will be unable to carry out the restoration plan for homes with burst pipes, lead contamination or plumbing worries after been shut off over nonpayment for weeks to years.

On Tuesday, Denise Fair, Detroit's chief public health officer, said cases of COVID-19 in the city have soared to 551 and there have been eight deaths. That's up from just 14 cases initially reported in the city last week, she said.

Peckinpaugh said beyond ensuring every home in Detroit that provides access to restore water has it back on, the process also is helping DWSD update existing data with occupancy information.

Brown reiterated Tuesday that the water department has an open line of communication with activists and encourages them and community members to be in contact with DWSD if they know of households without water that haven't received a response.

“Help us find these people so that we can give them the information and get their water on,” he said. “I want to know where they all are.”

About half of Detroit water shutoffs are still off

The Detroit Water and Sewerage Department wants us to understand that the city's water crisis is not as dire as it may appear to those reviewing its latest shutoff data. 

Water department officials caution that the October 2019 update it made public this November is only a snapshot in time.

Some of the shutoffs, they say, were likely in vacant structures.

And some of customers whose water has been turned off may have had service restored under a different resident's name.

But . . .

As of Oct. 31, according to its own internal report, the water department had turned off water to more than 25,000 accounts in 2019, and subsequently restored service to 13,721 of those customers.

That means 11,297 accounts still lack water service. And 10,145 of those accounts serve properties the department believes are occupied.

Department spokesman Bryan Peckinpaugh is surely right when he says that not every one of those shutoffs means a family is living without water, but it seems clear that these numbers indicate that thousands of Detroiters are in this predicament.

I'm getting tired of writing it, but: This is nuts. 

This is year seven of Detroit's water crisis, and I think it's actually getting worse. After decades of lax enforcement, the department got serious about shutting off delinquent accounts in 2014, during the city's historic municipal bankruptcy. Then-emergency manager Kevyn Orr noted that 90,000 customers owed about $90 million in delinquent bills, a condition Orr correctly noted was unsustainable.

But the department's crackdown was poorly handled, providing water customers in a city with a 40% poverty rate too little time to prepare after decades in which the department tolerated unpaid bills.

Department officials finally recognized this, launching two programs to help delinquent customers pay their bills.

The WRAP program, administered by Wayne County Metro (Water Residential Assistance Program) is for the department's poorest customers. Another program for residents whose incomes are too high to qualify for WRAP, called 10-30-50, requires customers to pay percentages of their balance at set times.

A third program announced in August, aiming to provide wraparound service for impoverished water customers, hasn't launched yet, Peckinpaugh wrote in an email.

As of this fall, about one in 10 water department customers were in payment plans. Peckinpaugh says there's funding currently available to help Detroiters struggling with water bills

The department didn't provide information in response a request for the cumulative total of accounts whose service has been suspended.Bridge Magazine, the Detroit News and the Detroit Free Press have all profiled Detroiters who have lived for months or years without water.

Peckinpaugh said this week thathe is not aware of any customers with long-term service interruptions. 

None of this is new.

The remains of the Roman Empire, sprawled across Europe, are aqueducts and roads, the hallmarks of civilization. Access to water and sewerage service isn't just a personal amenity; it's a public good, a necessity critical to limiting the genesis and spread of disease. Shutting down water service en masse makes no sense, and it's unbelievable that after seven years of shutoffs, no one has figured out a solution to what the United Nations has called a humanitarian crisis in Michigan's largest city. 

More comprehensive assistance programs are required. But the best solution would be to re-think the way we distribute water.Charging low-income customers less based on household income would increase access to water. (Why is it fair for some people to pay less for water? Because it's better for all of us when all of us are healthy.) Skeptics say establishing tiered rates for a tax-supported service would be illegal, pointing to a 1998 Michigan Supreme Court decision.

But others, including some water department officials, don't think so. Democratic lawmakers have introduced legislation to that effect, so far to no avail.

Meanwhile, 10,000 Detroit households have no running water. This is something we've absolutely got to figure out.

The reason why my water was shutoff was because it was reported as water theft because I refused to pay the reconnection fee when they shutoff my water in the IT system earlier this summer, when my water was never shutoff.

Yes, the Detroit Water & Sewage Department has got an Homrich hustle and it is not going anywhere because their contracts keep getting extended.

Now, here is the point where I call out the scheme of water shutoffs in Detroit.

TARGET: Those who hail from the land of "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth), also known as Detroit.

PHASE 1: Generate an arbitrary and capricious water shutoff prevention program from the 0.03% Great Lakes Water Authority operational budget, which is not incorporated, where no one has probably ever had complete, unfettered access to the financials, and come up with some cute little Public Relations campaign to show how you are being all socially responsible and stuff about your targeted population.

PHASE 2: Coordinate with some Public Private Partnership like Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency that will offer up to $25 a month to paydown the arrearages of the past due water bill, but not any of the service fees, where if your water usage is $7.56 a month plus the past fees:

• Water Service Charge
• Sewage Service Charge
• Drainage Charge

Then add on what is called a "Green Credit" which is basically some made up to get federal funding to do other stuff like fund gerrymandering operations I basically call forced migration, because you cannot allow your children to live where is there is no water.

Water Residential Assistance Program (WRAP) The WRAP’s mission is to administer the distribution of the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) WRAP funding to the eligible, low-income residential customers of the GLWA service areas, with a vision to create a transformative water utility assistance program focusing on bill assistance, conservation, and self-sufficiency initiatives. City of Detroit residents who are not eligible for WRAP assistance can enroll in the DWSD 10/30/50 Payment Plan. You cannot participate in the WRAP program is you have no account.

DWSD administrative and financial systems, being transferred, from what I was told by a Supervisor downtown, is under GLWA, where the accounts are terminated and referred out to the water theft section.

This is what they were trying to do in Hamtramck and they were shutting off remotely.

Wayne Metro has access to the databases of DWSD, did you know that?

Yes, Wayne Metro can look up your account to click the little assistance button to get that $25 a month assistance for your water.

Yes, Wayne Metro is not just linked up with DWSD, they are both linked up with the State of Michigan Department of Human Services, where, if you qualify for the $25 a month water bill assistance, you get slashed by $25 in SNAP benefits, but you document and report the assistance program, as a subrecipient, to show all the great things you are doing for "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth) and then, use all that money to other gerrymandering stuff.

Finally, make sure to have IT wall off the account, which means there is a secondary system, or rather double books, so you can shutdown anyone you want who lives in targeted historic neighborhoods and create blight, because just about all the quiet titles of the Detroit Land Bank Authority have wrong addresses, plot and LIBER numbers.

I know because I had to sneak through the backdoor and find some really caring staffers over in DWSD before the transfer to GLWA, to do an internal switch-o-change-o on my primary address to the secondary address, despite having a jacked up deed from the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

The monthly DWSD bill will go from $7.56 to a whopping $60.77.

PHASE 3: You hook up with the fake ass Detroit Land Bank Authority and let them refer to you as "outstanding water bill" even though any "outstanding water bill" was wiped from the quiet title action, funded through TARP, Hardest Hit Fund, to sell a property to one of "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth) because you know they will never figure it out because you already ran the "shutdown public schools and replace with your indoctrination models" operations, and split the money and not even report it because the closing documents are never, ever filed in the Wayne County Registry of Deeds, so as not to get busted.

PHASE 4: Then, if anyone starts to complain about their bill, you just, with a tap of a keyboard, you do the "weekend shutoff" as a warning, to quiet the masses, backlogging Homrich in turning water back on to a 24 to 48 hour wait.

PHASE 5: IT now has a privatized meshed database of residential water accounts through DWSD and MDHHS, to hand over to Election Clerk's databases, for a legal premise to not tally votes, which can be deemed not valid because there is multiple database documentation that the water has been shutoff, under condemnation Michigan laws of 1911.

The Great Water Shutoff Debacle - Day 4 - Complaint To The Michigan Attorney General

The following is my consumer complaint to the Michigan Attorney General.

The Meanies are coming for me......

Divdat Kiosk down without paper for receipt of payment

Earlier this summer, I encountered a DWSD worker attempting to disconnect my water on a Saturday morning for utility theft.

I was told that I had no water account and was stealing water.

I was able to have the worker put off the disconnection until Monday evening to give me time to resolve the issue.

I went to the DWSD, main office, to find out that I had no water account and had to pay a reconnection fee to turn my water back on.

I declined to pay the fee because my water was never disconnected, and to ensure that my water would not be shutoff, I made a payment of 10% with payment arrangements where I was paying $120 a month.

I am not eligible for community assistance through Wayne Metro because I am not recognized in the system having water service.

I am not eligible to request State Emergency Assistance because I am not recognized in by DHHS as having water service, where the state has cut my son's SNAP benefits.

I also went to the Detroit Police Department and filed a report to allege a situation of hacking of the City IT system for the disappearance of my water account because I have no other administrative remedy.

There was a spike in my water usage, that I could not justify in the months of October and November 2018.

I pay each month.

On November 15, 2019, Friday, around 5:00 p.m., I received a door hang which stated that my water service was due to be disrupted in 7 days, where the seventh day was identified as Monday, November 18, 2019.

Monday morning, while on the phone with DWSD to find out the situation, my water was shutoff.

I have never received a shutoff notice.

I requested to speak to a Supervisor to find out the process to request investigation and was told to "send a FOIA request to the attorney".

Who that attorney is, I have no idea, but was told it would be the Great Lakes Water Authority, of which is not registered as a business nor is it incorporated in the State of Michigan.

I was told that I broke my payment agreement.

I requested copy of my payment agreement, which was unsigned, without any dollar amounts specified for payment, as it was blank.

When I brought this to the attention of the Supervisor who continued to berate me that I broke the payment agreement, I was then told that I had no payment agreement, despite the Divdat Kiosk showing that I had payment arrangements.

On November 20, 2019, I went to the DWSD Grand River service center to schedule reconnection where I have a payment agreement, which is a hand written amount, completely different from the main office generate payment agreement.

I made a payment at the Divdat Kiosk, where it showed that my monthly payment was only $40.00 a month.

Later that day, there was a notice on the front porch that no one was home.

My oldest son was home all day waiting for the DWSD worker.

On November 21, 2019, I called to reschedule reconnection.

As of the time of this complaint, I still have no service.

I called and was told that I must now wait until Saturday, November, 23, 2019 for services to be reconnected.

I spoke to City of Detroit Corporate Counsel who was kind enough to inform me that the IT billing was "transferred" to the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA), which, similar to the Detroit Land Bank Authority, is not registered as a business in the State of Michigan, nor is it incorporated.

I was told by the DWSD Supervisor that the GLWA "answers" to the Board of Water Commissioners.

The Detroit Board of Water Commissioners is an appointed by the Mayor of Detroit, but the Board of Water Commissioners does not exist which begs the question: "how does one make checks or money orders payable to the Board of Water Commissioners" and not the City of Detroit?

It also begs the question: "how does the Board of Water Commissioners cash checks when it does not possess the legal instruments to open a bank account?"

I would also like to note that my water and sewage payments, that I formally requested to be printed out from the main DWSD office, do not pair with my bank activities.

I am extremely upset, not just because my water service was disrupted, but because there is no due process.

I am 54 years of age and I have never had my water shutoff.

I could have made the payment.

I could have reached out for immediate assistance.

This is how I know it is an illegal operation because it is the exact same thing that was done in the City of Hamtramck, where water service was terminated, en masse, on election day, where the same line to pay for water reconnection was the same line to vote, where if you water is terminated, your vote was tossed, under the guise of condemnation of the property for lack of water utility.

I smell bitcoin through Divdat and the City IT Department.

I believe this is a pattern of practice for the purposes of personal inurement through the Great Lakes Water Authority individuals.

It is my belief this is a predatory fraud scheme targeting the poor to acquire Detroit properties through quiet title in the historic districts, mainly Russel Woods Sullivan.

I only state this because the City of Detroit is in the process of initiating foreclosure on my property based upon a "debt of my business" that was dissolved by the former Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette, named Detroit Land Bank Authority, LLC.

The mysterious debt was fraudulently converted to be a property tax, despite the fact that I have been granted the poverty property tax exemption for the past three years.

I have filed complaint with City Councilman Gabe Leland and was dismissed by his staff.

I have filed complaint with the Office of the Mayor, and was dismissed by staff.

I have contacted Detroit Corporate Counsel and was told it would take "a few days" to figure it out.

Please note that Gary Brown, the DWSD Director does not possess an S1 license.

I pay money yet get no water.

Why?

I believe the hustle is with the late fees, shutoff fees, reconnection fees because there is no due process to complain, as it is a private operation, meaning, I must hire an attorney to advocate, which means if an individual can afford legal representation, they can afford payment.

Go get them all.

Make it stop.

People have died.

I am requesting immediate assistance to have my water services restored.

For those of you just now joining us, here is a bit of history of Detroit stealin' water.

Detroit Has An Authority To Shutoff Water & Another To Steal The Land

Yesterday, being a Monday, having received a door hanger on Friday, notifying me that I had 7 days to address an interruption in my water service, my water was shutoff, I would say sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., I went on a rampage and let all the co-conspirators know that I do not do retaliation very well.

I called the Detroit Office of the Mayor, where, the phone answering gal was so damn nasty and condescending that the only services she offered were numbers to the Detroit Water and Sewage Department appointee of the Mayor, which just so happened to just be basic numbers.

I called back, being all emotional, due to my personal loss, and all, and went off on her to ensure she hand delivered Mike Duggan my message, since he never sent me any condolences of my personal loss, and all.

Then, I called Corporate Counsel, where I found out that the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) had taken over the IT billing.

The GLWA is one of those fake ass operations, like the Detroit Land Bank Authority, because it never incorporated, so I knew, this was going to be a battle because I had, once again, pissed someone off over there in IT.

My account was terminated earlier this summer, but no one told me because I still had water and was still paying the bill, every single month.

One Saturday summer morning, the public service theft unit came out to turn off my water for illegal usage but I got the guy to wait until that Monday.

I was not in a happy place because I experienced Post Traumatic Fraud from the time I went and filed a Voting Rights Act violation on Hamtramck for shutting off water service, on election day, where the Office of the Clerk, which was one window to pay just about all bills for the city, was also the same window to go vote, and the line was long.

But, I digress.

I went down to the water department, at which time they told me I needed to pay a reconnection fee.

I said, nope.

Why do I have to pay when it was never ever shut off.

They said my water had been shut off for months, yet I make payments under the guest pay because I have no account so I cannot pay online, so she put me on a payment plan and all was well.

So, yesterday, the supervisor told me that my water was shut off because I broke the payment agreement that I do not have.

If I had no payment agreement, then how did I stop the service theft unit from coming back out to shutoff my water for illegal usage?

I did not want to be arrested for water theft, so I went to the Detroit Police Department and filed a police report, because it was an IT issue, possibly hacking.

People like to hack my stuff, which is why I leave my self wide open so I can watch them do it.

Anyway, I asked her to print out the payment agreement and it is blank.

So, I asked the supervisor how it was possible for me to break the payment agreement when I never signed it.

She was not happy.

I asked for an internal audit of my account.

She told me I had to do a FOIA to "the attorney".

That sounded like privatization because a FOIA is not the proper remedy for water situation, but I am going to do it anyway so I can take them to court the same exact way I did the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

I hear those FOIA cases pay swell.

Besides, I have fun exhausting my administrative remedies.

I have to put 30% down to restore services, plus the $40 disconnection fee, plus the $40 reconnection fee, plus the late $40 late fee, when it dawned on me, that was the hustle for the water shutoffs.

See, if you are referred to Wayne Metro, which assists in water payments, in the amount of $25 a month, your SNAP benefits are cut by $25 a month because the systems are meshed.

Yes, Wayne Metro, a private organization, is meshed with the Detroit Water & Sewer Department, which is how I learned that I had no water account, as recognized by the State of Michigan, as  reflected in my DHHS expense statements, which cut my son's SNAP benefits.

I tried to challenge, but I have no water account with DWSD, even though they claim I do.

I have been watching the vultures salivate over the properties in the Russell Woods Sullivan historic district, where the Detroit Land Bank Authority was never supposed to use Hardest Hit Funds to snatch these homes.

Yes, there are all kinds of slithering foreign investors working through a local strawman who believes they are going to regain their glory after losing everything from the fake ass foreclosures of Detroit.

This is the first time in my 54 years on this planet that I have ever experienced a water shutoff, so I suffer a serious case of the Saddy Face, which is never a good thing for anyone.

When your water is shutoff, your property automatically goes into condemnation, which leads to an inevitable quiet title action by the Detroit Land Bank Authority,  which means I have to suffer another round of Post Traumatic Fraud and go reopen my Detroit Land Bank Authority federal case, in the midst of the SIGTARP case, which is my case.

I also came home to another notification from the Treasurer Revenue Collection on my unknown business debt....of my business....dissolved by former Michigan Attorney General Bill *Smooches* Schuette....which used to be called the Detroit Land Bank Authority, someone magically converted to a property tax and placed on my property tax bill, which does not exist in the public record outside of the letter I received.

Boy, oh by, these people really do hate my guts because all of this started when my friend had his ghetto ass funeral.

Then, there is that IG Report that has yet to drop, so I was prepared for the lunacy.

They even got the Dumb Chicks in on it, too.

They want my house, but they cannot have it, but do not tell them that because I want to watch to see what crafty schemes they come up with to make my life a living hell.

So, I decided to email the attorney on my former FCA and let him know that I would reopen my actions, where he swiftly responded by letting me know he was on the case.

But, then, I received an email from, from Gabe Leland's Office, asking me how he could be of service and wanted to know where I had sent previous grievances to his office.

Larry always creeped me out when he was a staffer for my Sweetie because he never engaged in communication with me because he would always flinch, erect his spine and back himself to a wall, while his eyes never left my person, which made me think he was one of the Meanies.

I take it Gabe deleted my emails.

I also take it Larry is too stupid to understand when I send a request for my water to be turned back on, that is probably the constituency services I am requesting.

The dumbness of Larry was verified because he does not have a clue of his other co-conspirators in and around Gabe Leland's Office, like Fat Ass, Grubby and Turd Sack.

No Water, No Vote - The Legal Geniuses Of The Great Detroit Water Shutoff Debacle Prepares For Their 2020 Election Victory

Well, it looks like our favorite "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) over there at the City of Detroit are gearing up for the 2020 election because they are getting ready to launch their next, latest and greatest election victory operation, since all the legal cases against them have gone bye bye.

Yes, that is correct, it seems the rogue ass crew is at it again, but I believe this matter may be resolved by the time that I post this, considering that the Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has just raided the IT Department that handles all this stuff I have filed multiple complaints about.

This is not a legal notice which
makes it a fraud scheme lie.

I have brought this complaint to the attention of SIGTARP, FBI and any other relevant law enforcement agencies that have jurisdiction and have no fucking qualms of reanimating all my legal actions.

I know how to do that, you know.

I attempted to send an online form complaint to SIGTARP, but the system would not let me, so I found another way.

When you have no water, you have no vote.

A water shutoff automatically disqualifies your vote because you property is condemned.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Detroit & Wayne County Figure Out That Fees Are Not Taxes

On November 15, 2019, I received a door hang notifying me that my water service is scheduled to be interrurpted in approximately 7 days due to nonpayment with a shut off date of November 18, 2019.

According to DWSD system, my water has been shut off where I experienced a previous situation of having a worker come to my home to shut off my water for illegal usage, of which I was never notified. I physically went to the main office where I was told I had to pay a reconnection fee, for services that were never terminated. I was told that I listed as water theft. I filed a police report as this was an internal issue with the system, suspect to either hacking or other egregious activities, as I dismiss the possibility of human error, due to my litigation with the City.

I sent grievance to my City Councilman, Gabe Leland, requesting referral for investigation, to no avail.

In this situation, I take a water shutoff as another act of retaliation for the simple fact that, I am listed as engaging in a criminal act of public service theft, which not only triggers the process to disqualify my votes, but also initiates foreclosure on my property and prosecution.


On June 21, 2019, I received a letter from the Chief Financial Officer Office of the Assessor Operations and Administrative Services regarding unpaid property taxes, even though I have been approved for the poverty exemption property tax program.

On September 10, 2019, I received a letter from the Office of the Chief Financial Officer of the Office of the Treasury, Revenue Collections Unit, identifying me as a "customer" and not a resident.

The letter of collection goes on to state that the Revenue Collections Branch has been notified that my vusiness license will expire on September 30, 2019 and that I have to notify the office in 30 in writing to dispute the debt.

This unidentified "debt" was then converted into a property tax which was placed upon my property, for the tax years that I have previously been approved for the poverty property tax exemption, which is not listed in any public database.

The point person is identified as Michael Jones, Tax Examiner II, but herein lies the issue:

My business, the Detroit Land Bank Authority, LLC, was dissolved in the Michigan Court of Claims by former Attorney General Bill Schuette, November 27, 2017, so , riddle me this: How is it the City of Detroit converted an unidentified debt of my dissolved legal business entity, Detroit Land Bank Authority, LLC, when the end result will be a transfer, through a court of law, to the Detroit Land Bank Authority, which is not, nor has it ever been a legal entity, with no chance in the future to be a legal entity?

I have two disabled children and continue to survive the barrage of these unprecedented acts of fraud.

I am forwarding this to complaint to SIGTARP, DHS, DOJ, FBI, Office of the Mayor, including Corporate Counsel, and Michigan Attorney General.

I am also documenting the resolution of this matter on my blog, because this is not an act of incompetence, this is retaliation in the most nefarious means.

Do not let my water be shutoff.

I pay each and every month, where I have never had my services terminated.
