Judicial Watch May Not Like What Is Under The Awan Seal

Federal Judge Orders Justice Department to Explain Why Awan Documents Are Being Kept Secret

An apparently frustrated federal judge ordered attorneys for the Department of Justice (DOJ) to appear Jan. 15 for a “snap” hearing to explain why the government isn’t producing documents sought by Judicial Watch concerning former Democratic information technology aide Imran Awan.

U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Judge Amit Mehta’s unusual order followed a sealed submission by DOJ attorneys Jan. 10 in the case prompted by the nonprofit government watchdog’s November 2018 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

Such hastily convened hearings are extremely unusual in a federal judicial system so jammed that months can pass before cases are litigated in courtrooms.

“In a hearing last month, U.S. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta expressed frustration and ordered the Justice Department to explain its failure to produce records by January 10 and to provide Judicial Watch some details about the delay,” Judicial Watch said in a statement Jan. 14 about the snap hearing.

“Instead, the Justice Department made its filing under seal and has yet to provide Judicial Watch with any details about its failure to produce records as promised to the court,” Judicial Watch said.

Federal attorneys previously said in December 2019 that they were unable to provide the documents sought in the Judicial Watch FOIA requests because they include materials from a “related sealed criminal matter.”

The lawsuit was prompted by DOJ’s failure to produce documents sought by Judicial Watch in two separate FOIA requests in the Awan scandal.

Awan, a Pakistani national, and several members of his family and friends were IT aides to more than 40 Democratic members of key national security and foreign policy committees in the House of Representatives. Their positions gave the aides access to all of the members’ digital communications and documents.

With the exception of Imran Awan, all of the Awan network members lost their access to the House IT network in February 2017, as a result of a report by the top House administrative officials that said the aides “are an ongoing and serious risk to the House of Representatives, possibly threatening the integrity of our information systems and thereby members’ capacity to serve constituents.”

Imran Awan was kept on the House payroll by then-Democratic National Committee Chairman Rep. Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (D-Fla.) until he was arrested by federal agents while trying to leave the United States.

Awan was subsequently charged with bank fraud in connection with a loan from the Congressional Federal Credit Union.

Awan pleaded guilty in a plea deal in which federal prosecutors agreed to drop a bank fraud charge against Awan’s wife, and said they found no evidence that he “illegally removed House data from the House network or from House members’ offices, stole the House Democratic Caucus server, stole or destroyed House information technology equipment, or improperly accessed or transferred government information, including classified or sensitive information.”

To date, federal prosecutors haven’t explained why their investigation reached a conclusion opposite to that of House Sergeant-at-Arms Paul Irving and House Chief Administrative Officer Phil Kiko.

Awan served no time in prison and only three months of supervised release. His attorney in the bank fraud case was a longtime associate of Bill and Hillary Clinton.

The Awan scandal was first exposed by Daily Caller investigative journalist Luke Rosiak, who subsequently published a book on his findings, titled “Obstruction of Justice: How the Deep State Risked National Security to Protect the Democrats.”

None of the Awan network members were reportedly required to undergo security background checks prior to being employed on congressional staffs.

Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in the nonprofit’s statement that “the DOJ’s handling of the Awan brothers case has long been an issue of concern and now we are expected to believe some secret investigation prevents the public from knowing the full truth about this scandal. We are skeptical.”

Omar Awan Has Been Found In A Burnt Out Tesla

Here is Omar Awan.

If this is the same one in congress, this is going to be interesting, but hey, what do I know?

I know someone should ask Imran Awan.

Dad died in burning Tesla because its futuristic doors wouldn’t open, lawsuit claims

A Tesla driver burned to death after a crash because the “futuristic handles” on his car trapped him inside and rescuers couldn’t open the doors, it is claimed.

Dr. Omar Awan, 48, lost control of his car, skidded across a road and smashed straight into a palm tree in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in February.

Smoke and then flames engulfed his blue Model S Tesla shortly after the crash.

A police officer arrived almost immediately, and crowds gathered outside the vehicle, but no one was able to save the father of five because of the “inaccessible door handles,” a lawsuit claims.

The car’s retractable door handles are meant to “auto-present” or pop out when they detect a key fob nearby.

But it malfunctioned, stopping first responders from opening the doors and saving Awan, it is claimed.

His loved ones are now suing the electric car company for wrongful death, alleging the car’s lithium-ion battery caught fire.

The smoke from this suffocated Awan and burned him from his feet upwards, it claimed.

The complaint said the car burned for hours, reigniting several times even after firefighters extinguished the flames and also when it was being towed away.

The lawsuit added: “After the Tesla hit the tree, he was alive. He had no internal injuries or broken bones.

“He died from the smoke he inhaled as he sat locked inside the Tesla, despite that a police officer and others were there and ready to help, until flames forced them away.

“The fire engulfed the car and burned Dr. Awan beyond recognition — all because the Model S has inaccessible door handles, no other way to open the doors, and an unreasonably dangerous fire risk.”

The Sun has contacted Tesla for a statement.

The company’s lawyers have not yet responded in court.

Tesla, the maker of electric vehicles, claimed the Model S once achieved the “best safety rating of any car tested.”

Awan’s family lawyer Stuart Grossman described the victim as environmentally sensitive and safety conscious.

He insisted Awan could afford a Mercedes or another luxury vehicle but went with the 2016 Tesla because of its safety.

He added: “These things, they just love to burn. The car is so over-engineered.

“It’s so techy, it makes you want to buy a Chevy pickup truck.”

After the incident, Tesla said in a statement: “We understand that speed is being investigated as a factor in this crash, and know that high-speed collisions can result in a fire in any type of car, not just electric vehicles.”

His family is seeking more than $15,000 in damages.

The emergency guide says: “If the door handles do not function, open the door manually by reaching inside the window and using the interior door handle.”

It is not the first time Tesla has been blamed for a death.

In May 2018, Barrett Riley and his friend Edgar Monserratt, both 18, died when they lost control of Riley’s dad’s car at 116 mph.

Dad James Riley claimed Tesla is at fault for the speed, fire and the teens’ deaths.

Cocktails & Popcorn: August 20th, 2019. More Epstein- Kissinger-Maxwell Connections - Otaiba, Blum, Sonnenfeldt, DWS - The #MeToo Girls & Humpty Dumpty

Rashida Tlaib and  Ilhan Omar, I like to so affectionately call them "The #MeToo Girls", seems to have Humpty Dumpty issues as well as issues of war crimes for how they got into office through a series of false claims in the public record, under the color of law, in the name of the lord, in a fraud scheme of gerrymandering,

I shall send this to Rashida to see how long it takes until her next snot slobbing press conference.

DOJ: Afghanistan National and Former U.S. Military Interpreter Charged for Role in Human Smuggling Conspiracy

What about the children?

An Afghanistan citizen and United States Lawful Permanent Resident was indicted today for his role in a scheme to smuggle undocumented aliens from Afghanistan to the United States.
Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito of the District of New Jersey, Special Agent in Charge Anthony Salisbury of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Miami, and Special Agent in Charge Brian Michael of HSI Newark, made the announcement.
Mujeeb Rahman Saify, 32, is an Afghanistan national who received a Special Immigrant Visa and became a U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident in 2009, after serving as an interpreter for the U.S. military in Afghanistan.  Since 2009, Saify has resided in New York and Newark.  Saify was charged in the District of New Jersey with conspiracy to smuggle aliens to the United States, encouraging and inducing alien smuggling, and attempting to bring aliens to the United States.
According to the indictment, between July 2016 through January 2017, Saify conspired with members of an Afghanistan and Pakistan-based smuggling network to smuggle two Afghanistan nationals to the United States.  The Afghanistan nationals did not have prior authorization to enter the United States and one had been denied a U.S. visa.  The indictment alleges that Saify made contact with the aliens and arranged meetings with the co-conspirators to discuss smuggling arrangements.  Further, according to the indictment, Saify received payment, gave instructions to the aliens to facilitate the smuggling venture, and he used email and phone communications to facilitate and coordinate the criminal operation.
The case is being investigated by HSI Miami, with valuable assistance provided by HSI Newark and HSI’s Human Smuggling Unit and Department of Homeland Security’s Homeland Identities, Targeting, and Exploitation Center (HITEC). The investigation is being conducted under the Extraterritorial Criminal Travel Strike Force (ECT) program, a joint partnership between the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and HSI.  The ECT program focuses on human smuggling networks that may present particular national security or public safety risks, or present grave humanitarian concerns.  ECT has dedicated investigative, intelligence and prosecutorial resources.  ECT coordinates and receives assistance from other U.S. government agencies and foreign law enforcement authorities.
This case is being prosecuted by Trial Attorney Jay Bauer of the Criminal Division’s Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section and Senior Trial Counsel Margaret Ann Mahoney of the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the District of New Jersey.
An indictment is merely a formal accusation.  Defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

All Hail The Whistleblowers: George Webb March 2019 Summary - Part Two - Mueller Marries Brennan - More Transposable Models

Still no mention of the child welfare industry transposable models but you can follow the attempts to get media to pick up the story before the legal tsunami unleashes because they will have no place else to turn for original source material.

This is how you stop propaganda.

Cocktails & Popcorn: March 8th, 2019 Manafort Sentencing - The Real Story, Oleg, KK, Butina, and Podesta

They all do the nasty with each other, including stealin' the children, the land and the votes.

They were bringing in foreign students to sheep deep, to train and to learn nuclear tech skills, to go back to their home countries to work, set up corporations to get federal privatized contracts to run our national security systems in Public Private Partnerships, because we are too dumb to realize that we, the world, are not investing in the child, to mature, into a productive, compassionate citizen, because maximizing revenues is in the best interest of the children's trust funds.

That is why we have to import our intellectual resources and why I love to castigate in run-on sentences.

I am practicing on my live, dream performances.

Here is an example of how they operate.
