James Warner Gets 10 Years For Swallowing A Napkin - Kwame Kilpatrick Revisited

I do enjoy preludes of justice.

Kwame Kilpatrick possesses a wealth of information, you know.

Oh, the tales he shall tell!

Ex-Detroit Metro official sentenced to 10 years for bribery

Defendant James Warner, a former field inspector at Detroit Metro Airport who is charged with taking bribes, leaves the Theodore Levin Federal Courthouse in downtown Detroit on May 21, 2019.Detroit — James Warner, a former Detroit Metropolitan Airport supervisor convicted of receiving more than $6 million in bribes — the third-largest amount in U.S. history — was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison Wednesday.

The sentence from U.S. District Judge Victoria Roberts fell far short of the 25 years sought by prosecutors, and below the national record 28-year sentence for corruption. Former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick received that record sentence seven years ago, tying the corruption sentence issued to Ohio county politician Jimmy Dimora.

Warner, 53, of Commerce Township was convicted of 10 crimes in June, including bribery, theft and money laundering conspiracies, and obstruction of justice. Prosecutors say he steered $43.7 million worth of airport contracts to three co-conspirators in return for more than $6 million in kickbacks — the highest total in the history of public corruption cases in Metro Detroit.

The judge said Warner has redeeming qualities — family and friends called him a good, supportive man — and said his crimes did not cause as much damage as those committed by Kilpatrick, whose racketeering activity included pocketing approximately $1 million in illegal benefits.

Kwame Kilpatrick, left, and Jimmy Dimora"Kwame Kilpatrick mightily contributed to the slide of Detroit both locally and nationally, contributed to (Detroit's) slide into bankruptcy and the city's tarnished image," the judge said.

"Mr. Warner, while a significantly corrupt public official, is not in the same position," Roberts added.

Warner, who hung his head at hearing the sentence, apologized to his friends, family and airport colleagues. He also apologized to the judge.

"I respect the system and the role everyone plays in it and I am hopeful the sentence allows me to find work in the future and to be there for my friends and family," he said.

The government has seized $11 million from Warner and co-conspirators during the years-long criminal investigation.

Warner's lawyer pushed for no more than a four-year sentence.

The money Warner received from airport contractors is the largest bribe total prosecuted in the history of the eastern district of Michigan.

Warner is among more than 109 public officials, bureaucrats and union leaders charged with public corruption in Metro Detroit in the past decade.

Jurors deliberated for about four hours last summer before reaching the verdict following a trial that lasted parts of three weeks. In a rare move, Warner testified in his own defense.

Warner is a dishonest and deceitful man whose time on the witness stand featured "perjury-laced testimony," Assistant U.S. Attorney Eaton Brown said.

"At the end of the day, Mr. Warner robbed citizens and taxpayers blind," Brown told the judge, "and he had no qualms doing it."

Warner, an airport manager and field inspector who also worked for West Bloomfield Township, is the rare indicted public official to stand trial on corruption charges and risk a decades-long federal prison sentence.

A video primer on corruption: Count the kickbacks, cash and bribes pocketed by Metro Detroit's most corrupt UAW bosses, auto execs and politicians. The Detroit News

Two of the most recent politicians to stand trial in federal court —Kilpatrick and Clinton Township Trustee Dean Reynolds — were convicted and sentenced to double-digit prison sentences.

The bribery conspiracy outlined by prosecutors started in May 2010 when Warner was working as a field inspector at the airport approving maintenance and repair contracts. He headed several related schemes involving Metro Detroit contractors, including Romulus businessman William Pritula, whose company William Pritula & Sons held facilities and maintenance contracts at the airport, prosecutors said.

Warner drafted and submitted inflated invoices for work Pritula was hired to perform at the airport, according to the government. The payments totaled more than $18 million.

In return, Warner received approximately half of the profits from the contracts, or more than $5 million, according to the indictment.

Pritula pleaded guilty to bribery and was sentenced to probation. He agreed to forfeit $5.4 million to the government.

Federal court records describe Warner as a greedy, potty-mouthed felon.

"If it weren't for me, your ass would be out," Warner told one airport contractor, according to the indictment.

That contractor, authorities allege, was Gary Tenaglia of Rochester, who was accused of defrauding the Wayne County Airport Authority of $1.5 million. He was sentenced to 14 months in prison.

Warner allegedly gave Tenaglia inside information so the contractor's company, Envision Electric, could win contracts. In return, Warner received 10% of each invoice, prosecutors said.

At one dinner, Warner and Tenaglia discussed contracts and kickbacks, prosecutors said.

"During the meal, James Warner wrote '5k,' a proposed kickback amount, on a napkin," prosecutors wrote in the indictment. "He folded it and slid it across the table to Gary Tenaglia. After Gary Tenaglia acknowledged the meaning of the writing on the napkin, James Warner retrieved the napkin and ate it."

FBI Raids Buffalo City Hall But Not Detroit

Waiting for Detroit...

FBI seizes City Hall records, questions planning chief at his home

Investigators wheeled three carts full with boxes away from the third floor of Buffalo City Hall on Wednesday. (Derek Gee/Buffalo News)Unannounced and unexpected, FBI agents arrived at Buffalo City Hall Wednesday armed with a search warrant.

Eight hours later, they left with box upon box of seized information.

The court-authorized search, which took place just a day after voters went to the polls, focused on the city's Office of Strategic Planning and the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency in what appears to be an investigation into public corruption.

"We have not made any arrests," FBI spokeswoman Maureen Dempsey said Wednesday.

The FBI conducted the search with investigators from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the IRS but declined to comment on the probe.

Three sources said they also received information that Brendan R. Mehaffy, executive director of the Office of Strategic Planning, was interviewed by federal agents at his home early Wednesday.

The scene at City Hall Wednesday included a federal agent standing guard outside a neighborhood housing office and other agents wearing black gloves filing in and out of several third-floor offices.

Meanwhile, a gaggle of media waited nearby.

Inside of Room 315, where agents spent much their time, is the Division of Housing, which is under the Office of Strategic Planning. The office is filled with boxes of documents from housing projects, some finished, some not. The papers include bidding documents and financial reports.

At about 3:40 p.m., investigators left the office with two carts stacked with boxes covered by tarps.

Dempsey, when asked, confirmed that agents from the three federal agencies were at City Hall as part of a court-authorized search but declined to comment further.

One of the three sources who said Mehaffy was contacted by the FBI said she saw men who appeared to be investigators outside Mehaffy's house on Windsor Avenue at about 7:15 a.m. while she was walking in the neighborhood.

Dempsey declined to provide information about anyone who may have been interviewed.

"During the course of business, we talk to people about things we're interested in," she said.

Separately, a spokesman for the administration of Mayor Byron W. Brown released a statement: "Our understanding is that court-authorized activity has taken place at a BURA office. At this time we have no further information."

Brown is also chairman of the BURA board of directors.

It is not clear what the FBI was looking for Wednesday, but as recently as last June, agents working with FBI and the state Attorney General's Office were part of an investigation of the Community Action Organization of Western New York.

The group spends millions of state and federal dollars on anti-poverty programs.

As part of the investigation, the FBI and Attorney General's Office conducted two days of interviews with people familiar with the CAO's operations, according to a person who was questioned.

A spokeswoman for U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy Jr. said he would not comment on the City Hall search or its timing – the day after Election Day.

Common Council President Darius G. Pridgen said he was briefed by the Brown administration early Wednesday afternoon. He said he was told that law enforcement was in the building based on a court order, but “at this point there is no indication that BURA is the target.”

“There is no clarity of exactly who is the target, but this was about records and information,” Pridgen said.

[RELATED: This isn't the first controversy for the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency]

Several Common Council members were caught off-guard by the federal agents' search in City Hall.

Wednesday morning, Pridgen, Lovejoy Council Member Richard A. Fontana and Majority Leader David A. Rivera, who represents the Niagara district, said they did not have any information about the federal law enforcement activity, were not briefed on it and had no prior knowledge that it was going to take place.

"I only know what I saw in the news," Rivera said.

The search at City Hall began at about 7 a.m. and quickly focused on the Office of Strategic Planning.

The office is headed by Mehaffy, who is also vice chairman of the Urban Renewal Agency. Some of its programs are funded largely with federal money.

The Division of Housing, where the FBI agents were posted this morning, is headed by Yvonne McCray, who reports to Mehaffy. The housing office is among those receiving federal funds for such things as housing rehabilitation programs in the city.

The city's Office of Strategic Planning has been the focus of federal investigations in the past.

The office was once led by Timothy Wanamaker, who was sentenced in 2012 to three years’ probation for using a City Hall credit card to finance more than $27,000 in personal expenses, including travel. Wanamaker had to repay the money he stole to the federal agency it came from, the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Wanamaker was hired in 2003, when Anthony Masiello was mayor, and was kept in the post when Brown became mayor.

In the Brown years, the FBI launched an investigation into One Sunset, an upscale restaurant that closed a year after it opened and left $160,000 in unpaid government grants and loans. The One Sunset probe never led to criminal charges, but it did result in two unrelated but high-profile prosecutions. One involved Wanamaker, and the other former Common Council member Brian C. Davis, a former president of the Community Action Organization.

This is not the first time City Hall has been the subject of a federal search warrant or subpoena.

In 2017, state and federal agents investigating political operative G. Steven Pigeon issued a subpoena for documents related to firms that have done business with the city during the Brown administration. Pigeon, a former Erie County Democratic chairman, eventually pleaded guilty to two felonies – bribing a judge and making illegal campaign contributions.

Pigeon is awaiting sentencing and, according to two sources close to the case, is cooperating with law enforcement in a bid to reduce or even eliminate the jail time he could face. One of the sources said the longtime confidant to top Democrats across the state is answering questions about several ongoing investigations.

DOJ & HUD Sign Interagency Memorandum on the Application of the False Claims Act

Agreement Fulfills Key Component of HUD Housing Finance Reform Plan

Attorney General Barr, left, and HUD Secretary Carson, right, sign MOU
Attorney General William P. Barr and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Ben Carson today issued a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two agencies that sets prudential guidance on the appropriate use of the False Claims Act (FCA) for violations by Federal Housing Administration (FHA) lenders.
“This MOU sets forth a robust and collaborative process for deciding when to pursue False Claims Act cases to remedy material and knowing FHA violations,” said Attorney General Barr. “DOJ and HUD will work together to determine when HUD’s administrative remedies are sufficient, or other recourse is appropriate, to address harm to the borrower, the taxpayer, or the government. Importantly, this MOU is the product of the excellent working relationship that has developed between our two agencies in our shared pursuit of greater clarity and fairness.”
“This agreement clearly outlines our FHA mortgage program requirements, so they do not impede or discourage lenders from offering affordable FHA-insured loans to credit-worthy borrowers,” said Secretary Carson. “In taking these steps, we are fulfilling an important element our Housing Finance Reform Plan and making clear to all responsible lenders that FHA’s mortgage program is a program they should participate in. At the same time, HUD will not tolerate irresponsible or fraudulent lenders who defraud borrowers and taxpayers. We are thankful for the excellent relationship we have with our colleagues at the Department of Justice who have worked diligently with us on this effort and share our goal of advancing affordable housing finance while protecting the interests of taxpayers.”
As the MOU makes clear, HUD expects that FHA requirements will be enforced primarily through HUD’s administrative proceedings, but the MOU specifically addresses how HUD and DOJ, including the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices, will consult with each other regarding use of the FCA in connection with defects on mortgage loans insured by FHA. HUD will utilize the Mortgagee Review Board (MRB), which was created by statute and empowered to take certain actions for non-compliance by FHA lenders, to review and refer FCA claims. The MOU prescribes the standards for when HUD, through the MRB, may refer a matter to DOJ for pursuit of FCA claims, and also sets forth how DOJ and HUD will cooperate during the investigative, litigation, and settlement phases of FCA matters when DOJ receives a referral from a third party, such as in qui tam cases. The MOU also recognizes that application of the FCA requires, among other elements of proof, a material violation of HUD requirements, and DOJ attorneys will solicit HUD’s views to determine whether the elements of the FCA can be established.
This interagency understanding is intended to address concerns that uncertain and unanticipated FCA liability for regulatory defects led to many well-capitalized lenders, including many banks and credit unions statutorily required to help meet the credit needs of the communities in which they do business, to largely withdraw from FHA lending. For decades, FHA has been the hallmark product for the nation’s first time homebuyers. This important segment of the market currently constitutes over 80 percent of FHAs loans. Additionally, a third of FHA loans are made to minority borrowers. This has dramatically shifted FHA’s lender base during the last decade. Today, depository institutions originate less than 14 percent of FHA-insured mortgages, down significantly from approximately 45 percent in 2010.
The MOU is part of a comprehensive plan to bring greater clarity to regulatory expectations within the FHA program, and fulfills a key component of the HUD Housing Finance Reform Plan. In addition to the MOU, FHA is simplifying the certifications that lenders make in connection with the FHA program. The certifications will better track statutory requirements and address materiality and culpability considerations. FHA is also refining its defect taxonomy that it uses to assess the appropriate remedies for identified loan underwriting defects. Together, these new and revised components are intended to make affordable FHA-insured mortgages more accessible to qualified borrowers, reduce risks within the FHA program, and preserve appropriately tailored remedies.

Hamtramck Partners With Samaritas To Build Its First Religious Freedom Human Asset Plantation Management System Authority Pilot Model

I see so many issues here.

I see Hamtramck.

I see Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency

I see the Wayne County Land Bank Corporation, which never incorporated, just like the Detroit Land Bank Authority never incorporated where Bill *Smooches* Shuette dissolved the LLC in the Michigan Court of Claims, where it was entered into the record that there was only one, legally recognized, Federal EIN and State tax identification...but I digress.

I see Public Private Partnerships.

I see Faith Based Funding.

I see Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority.

I see Mike Duggan.

I see human sociopsych experiments.

I see the second tier of this transposable model to a large swath of land interested foreign parties have been sitting on for quite some time.

Hamtramck street to get $1.2M in new homes built for refugees

This location on Faber St. in Hamtramck is the site of a planned $1.2 million refugee housing project. Three two-family homes will be constructed with federal housing dollars for a total of six refugee families. Construction is expected to be completed in 2020.

A $1.2 million refugee housing project is coming to Hamtramck.

Using federal housing dollars, Wayne County is partnering with nonprofit groups Samaritas and Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency to develop a block on Faber Street in Hamtramck to build three homes that have two units each. The Privateers are here and they have set up their Public Private Partnerships to take over Hamtramck, self-anointed as a sanctuary city.

The housing — called 'Freedom Village' — will accommodate a total of six refugee families and is expected to open in the summer of 2020.  Remember, Public Private Partnerships take villages, then pilfers its treasures. This is only a test run and it will not get very far so just sit back and enjoy the show.

The money for the project is from a federal grant program through the U.S. Department of Housing and Development (HUD) that supports low-income families. The housing is for refugees with low incomes, in need of temporary housing after they settle in the U.S.  The housing program for domestic low income families is called Foster Care, Elder Foster Care, or Prison.

“Freedom Village seeks to provide a better life to low-income refugees and immigrants by surrounding them with the resources they need to eventually pursue permanent homeownership opportunities,”  Wayne County Executive Warren Evans said last week in a statement announcing the project. "We are a welcoming county that derives its strength from the diversity of its residents, and this project epitomizes that core value."

Hamtramck has the highest percentage of immigrants among cities in Michigan, about 44%, according to U.S. Census data. Because no one really cares. You can survive in Hamtramck without papers. There is a network.

It was historically known as a center for Polish immigrants, but today, Yemeni Americans make up the biggest ethnic group, followed by Bangladeshi Americans. The two groups have revitalized a city that was declining in population and transformed vacant areas into thriving business corridors, such as along Conant Avenue.

The city has also taken in Bosnian and Serbian refugees in recent decades escaping the Balkan conflicts.

It's unclear what countries the refugees for the new housing will come from. That decision is made later by U.S. government officials working with resettlement agencies. Samaritas, which formerly was known as Lutheran Social Services of Michigan, has resettled refugees in Michigan over the years. I am going with south of the border. Hamtramck only needs a jewish temple and South American pyramid to be recognized as the ultimate global village.

"We're really excited," Hamtramck Mayor Karen Majewski told the Free Press. "We've long been a home to immigrants. That's kind of how we were born. Through the years, as the political situations have changed, we've welcomed refugees as well."

The refugees will rent the houses, said Wayne County spokesman Keith Owens. They may be able to qualify for vouchers that allow them to pay no more than one-third of their income on housing. Refugees generally receive some financial assistance for a few months after they arrive in the U.S. that can help with housing costs.

More: Number of refugees in Michigan plunges as Trump restricts immigration

More: Study: Refugees added up to $295M to southeast Michigan economy in 2016

The city of Hamtramck will not bear any of the costs for the project, which Wayne County said will contribute revenue to Hamtramck by adding homes to the vacant lots that bring them back onto the tax rolls. Oh, yes they will. Just wait for it or you could ask Corporate Council. I believe he may become a public figure on the local news, soon.

Vacant lots are being used for the new housing. Two of them were owned by the city of Hamtramck, one by Wayne County Land Bank, and one by Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority.  The Piast Institute used to hold lots of Wayne Country Treasurer property foreclosure meetings, you know, so I thought it would be fun to climb up the chain of command on the land.  I would, but it will be more fun to watch the reactions to this statement.  I have popcorn, you know.

Wayne County acquired the lot from Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority, and the Wayne County Land Bank purchased the two lots from Hamtramck for $1 each, said Wayne County.  If, in fact, the Wayne County Land Bank, which never incorporated, purchased the lots in a ceremonious transfer of $1.00, then, how was the transaction conducted? Is there a money order or did someone just toss two bucks on the City Clerk counter and walked away without a receipt?

The Wayne County Metropolitan Community Action Agency, a nonprofit group that helps the poor, will be the property developer while Samaritas will the refugee placement and services provider. The Wayne County Land Bank Corporation is also part of the agreement.

Wayne County Metropolitan Community Action Agency will subcontract with, more than likely, the same people who got the bids for the NSP1 crappy negro removal homes, which was set up as a bait and switch to line a few pockets of some preachers and politicians who did not care about anything but stealin'. Someone is going to get a re-election campaign funded, but I digress.

https://www.hudexchange.info/programs/idis/
guides/home/#policy-guidance-and-faqs
As part of the agreement, Wayne County will loan $1.2 million at zero percent interest to the Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency. The HUD program that's involved with the project is the HOME Investment Partnerships Program, which "supports affordable housing by providing rental housing and homeownership opportunities for low-income families," said Wayne County in a statement.  Why is this an external link of HUD.gov

The project aims to help the refugees with job training, school, and home buyer assistance for future more permanent housing, said county officials. Lots and lots of Social Impact Bond Medicaid billing programs to be create jobs.

“Freedom Village is a beacon of hope and compassion," said Wayne County Metropolitan Community Action Agency CEO Louis Piszke. "The project demonstrates Wayne County’s commitment to America’s long-standing practice of helping people seeking asylum." Freedom Village is just a fun name for a human plantation rathole on a ratline for stealin' the children, land and votes. By calling it a "village" is a public announcement of a privatization initiative of establishing a newly recognized "authority" or rather a fake ass Public Private Partnership like the Detroit Land Bank Authority goes around pretending to be as a "public body corporate", just because they have a foreign corporate parent, in this case, Samaritas, who in turn, claims corporate parental rights over the goods of its human asset management system, like taking out mortgages to buy homes, expanding the realm of its tax exempt land.

The new housing comes at at time of a significant decrease in the number of refugees being admitted into the U.S.  I had another video of Bill Clinton explaining the reason on why he was bringing in Syrian immigrants to qualify for the HOME mortgage operation to rebuild Detroit's population, but this video will do just as well, which is why I believe we have ourselves another one of those pesky transposable stealin' models.

The number of refugees resettled in Michigan dropped 75% during the first fiscal year under President Donald Trump, the Free Press previously reported. In the 2018 fiscal year, which was from Oct. 1, 2017, to Sept. 30, 2018, Michigan took in only 647 refugees — the lowest number since 2006. One reason why Detroit, has seen a drop in resettled refugees is because the Detroit Land Bank Authority stole all the properties, then let them get stripped and torn up by the elements so they could that TARP, but then stole all the TARP, so there was no money left to fix the properties, so there was no place to move into to live and vote. Do you not just despise it when your best stealin' plan goes awry?

The number of refugees from the Middle East coming to Michigan has plummeted while refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo are now the largest group in the state, making up more than 43% of Michigan's refugee population in 2018. Congo has lots of much desired natural resources which makes it only logical to come up with another forced migration socioeconomic test pilot program, more than likely being run out University of Michigan, but hey, what do I know? I know one should ask Karen Majewski.

The housing could help stabilize Hamtramck, which has a poverty rate of about 50% and is facing revenue challenges.   The rate of poverty is < 80% using the Hamtramck Public Schools free lunch waivers of Title IV-A 150% below the federal poverty level because I measure child poverty because no one cares.  There is a failure to include undocumented individuals which is significant because I said so.

"Hamtramck is probably one of the more desirable places to start as a family the way our community is set up, with the businesses a family needs," said Hamtramck City Councilman Anam Miah. "You can literally walk to anywhere, don't have to rely on public transportation or having a car." http://anammiah.com

"Hamtramck has always been a welcoming community," added Miah, an immigrant from Bangladesh. "I look forward to it being completed and seeing more families come to our community." I look forward to unsealment.

The Tale Of Jamie & Sarah Raskin, Dan Kildee, TARP, Trafficking Tiny Humans & Detroit Land Bank Authority

Gather round, my Dearies, for the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed shall tell the tale of Jamie Raskin and why he was mean to my Sweetie.

Once upon a time, Jamie Raskin had a campaign event with Alexandrian Ocasio-Cortez.

I have never in my life experienced a Negro Spirituals political campaign troupe singing to the tune of Klezmer music, but there is always a first for everything.

Democracy Summer

Anyway, Jamie has this PAC to support his campaigns and those of his fellow colleagues, called Democracy Summer.

It looks like a trafficking tiny humans operation.

Max has previously represented David Brock.

David Brock has a history with CREW.

Max has a history defending False Claims actions in Medicare fraud and TARP.

Jamie's wife, Sarah Bloom Raskin just so happens to also have a background in TARP because she sat on the Board of Governors for the Federal Reserve when TARP was being laundered through the Treasury of the State of Michigan, through the Michigan Emergency Manager, to the Michigan State Housing and Development Authority, to the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority, to the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

Sarah was there for the creation of the first Land Bank in the U.S., the Genesse County Land Bank Authority, which captured all the foreclosed homes in Flint during the Water Crisis, spearheaded by Dan Kildee.

Sarah should know Don McGahn and Neil Barofsky, too.

Sarah Bloom Raskin

  • Governor, Board of Governors, 2010–2014
Sarah Bloom Raskin took office as a member of the Board of Governors on October 4, 2010, to fill an unexpired term ending January 31, 2016.  She resigned on March 13, 2014.
Raskin received a bachelor’s degree in economics (magna cum laude) from Amherst College and earned a law degree from Harvard Law School.

During her career, Raskin has served both the public and private sectors. Early in her career, she worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Joint Economic Committee of the Congress. She was later managing director at the Promontory Financial Group. She also served as the banking counsel for the US Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.

This is not Jamie & Sarah's daughter,
but I bet she
"Butina-ed" him.
Before her appointment to the Board of Governors, Raskin was the commissioner of financial regulation for the State of Maryland. In this capacity, Raskin and her agency were responsible for regulating an array of interconnected financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, and trust companies, among others. Under her leadership, the commissioner’s office played an early and multifaceted role in the state’s response to the financial crisis. This included reforming through legislation; regulation; examination and supervision; the foreclosure process; combating foreclosure rescue and loan modification scams; and elevating licensing, lending, and servicing standards.

Raskin is married and has three teenage children.

Speaking of children, Max Maccoby has a trafficking tiny humans trust fund called "Friends of the Orphans", which is generating about $20,000,000 a year in grants and tax exempt contributions, as reported in 2017, where about $10,000,000 goes to compensation of its officers who probably end up contributing to Jamie's and his rogue ass crew's re-election campaigns for the purposes of procuring votes on Judiciary and other stuff.
https://www.nphusa.org/
NPH USA, formerly Friends of the Orphans, transforms the lives of vulnerable children in Latin America and the Caribbean by supporting the homes, health services and educational programs of Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for “Our Little Brothers and Sisters”).

Together, we help children overcome poverty and become leaders in their own communities. Founded in 1954, NPH is fully supporting nearly 3,100 boys and girls in Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Peru. An additional 3,200 community children receive scholarships, meals, health care and other support. More than 114,000 services were provided through community outreach programs in 2018.

And the moral of the story is, "Do not be mean to my Sweetie. Period."

HUD & TREASURY: Mnuchin, Ben Carson testify on housing finance reform - SIGTARP Was Not Invited

No one wanted to talk about the Corporate Shape Shifters or the fake ass LLCs who take out fake ass mortgages, then get a land bank to do a quiet title to wipe out the debt, then transfer to another fake ass LLC to take out another fake ass mortgage to quiet title, where the previous two, or five, or 10 fake ass mortgages are bundled and sold overseas in fake ass bonds, used to leverage more fake ass loans to launder through foreign fake ass child welfare NGOs children's trust funds, and that does not even include the federal loans or grant programs like TARP, Hardest Hit Funds, and any other Federal Reserve scheme they can run through the backdoors of local, county and state government.

How to address the issues of affordable housing.

Stop stealin'.

Always remember, if you do not live there, you cannot vote there.

Such a shame SIGTARP was not called to testify, but I believe they are rather busy, busy, busy!

Cocktails & Popcorn: Pence Came To Detroit To Cover Up The War Crimes Of Jeffrey Epstein - Detroit Land Bank Authority, Dan Gilbert, Mike Duggan, Children's Trust Funds & Skadden

Erica Ward Gerson
Board of Directors for the
Detroit Land Bank Authority
Former Chair of Detroit Economic Club
Mike Pence came to Detroit to say how great the economy is to the Detroit Economic Club.

While telling everyone about how great the economy is, Trump tweeted about cutting interest rates, contrary to what Pence was promulgating, which led me to the conclusion that Pence did not get the memo that the Detroit Economic Club is under an international investigation.

Here is everything you ever wanted to know about the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

Erica Ward Gerson sits on the Board for the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

From her DEC Bio:

Erica Ward Gerson is a corporate attorney by background and training, but she spent the early part of her career in the federal government and is now engaged full time in the non-profit sector. Erica graduated from Stanford University and the University of Michigan Law School, where she was Managing Editor of the Law Review. She initially joined a corporate firm in Washington, DC, but moved after only three years to the federal government.

She worked first for the U.S. Senate Ethics Committee and then moved to senior positions at the Department of Energy. From there, she joined the White House staff, where she was one of the four Deputy Directors of the Domestic Policy Staff, in charge of the Departments of Energy and Interior and the Environmental Protection Agency.

When she left the government, Erica joined the international law firm of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher and Flom, where she was a corporate and finance partner, specializing in transactions in the domestic and international energy and utility sectors. She retired in 2011 after 30 years with the firm, to become Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Hospital of Michigan and a member of the Detroit Medical Center Board. In January 2014, Erica was appointed by Mayor Duggan as Chair of the Board of the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

A native Detroiter, he resides with his wife Karen and their three sons in metro Detroit.

Wanna know a secret? Matt was trying to get an EB-5 program set up through Greektown Casinos.

Wanna know another secret? The members of the Detroit Economic Club are all co-conspirators of the Jeffrey Epstein case because it all started in Michigan, and operates out City of Detroit, Wayne County, State of Michigan, University of Michigan and Michigan State University.

Even Mike Pence participated in the gerrymandering of Michigan which resulted in the 2016 election interference investigation.

Mike Pence supports the death of Detroiters from these nefarious highly sophisticated, complex, financial fraud schemes of stealing the children, the land and the votes, just like they did to Russia.

Where is George Bush, for he was uber mean to my Sweetie, yet, can tell the world why the Russian investigation started.

Ben Carson is from Detroit.

Ben is the Director of HUD.

Ben is working with SIGTARP, DOJ, SEC and a myriad of other conjugal collaborations dealing with the Detroit Land Bank Authority SIGTARP, where Erica Ward Gerson just so happens to be the former Director for the Detroit Economic Club, which, of course, is under the scrutiny of the U.S. Treasury, Russia, and the international judicial community.

That is why I say Ben and Trump trolled Pence...really hard...I mean #EPIC hard troll, because Pence just got flagged, by The Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed as a co-conspirator.

I know Mike Pence shall be back in Detroit, just as soon as the grand juries in Grand Rapids and Detroit unseal, unless Trump decides to expedite justice by stop obstructing justice and pull that IG Report from his backpocket.

Oh, the excitement!

Pence tells Detroit the economy is riding high as Trump tweets about interest rates

Vice President Mike Pence gave one of those “you’ve-never-had-it-so-good” speeches to the Detroit Economic Club on Monday just after his boss went on a tweet storm about interest rates.

Minutes before Pence took the stage at Motor City Casino, President Donald Trump  tweeted a call for massive interest rate cuts from the Federal Reserve, the overseer of the nation’s money supply. He also bashed his own appointed Fed chair, Jerome Powell, in some of his harshest language to date, deploring Powell’s “horrendous lack of vision.”

In the tweets Trump called for the Fed to slash interest rates by “at least 100 basis points” or 1 percentage point, a far bigger cut than the Fed is likely to approve.

But when the tweets cleared, Pence,  as expected,  delivered upbeat economic bromides of the kind that will form the elixir of the Trump reelection effort in 2020.

Pence's message to  300 Detroit Economic Club members and guests, in short, was that the economy was in dire straits before Trump became president but now is riding high, and will continue to do so as long as voters don't turn to what he termed Democratic socialists.

A practiced speech maker, Pence's delivery was strong but every one of his lines will be contested by the other side.

"President Donald Trump delivered, and the American economy is booming," Pence said. He peppered his 25-minute speech with variations on that theme.

Among those: “The American dream is working again for every American. The forgotten men and women of America are forgotten no more." And "We're gonna keep doing what we're doing 'cause it's working for Americans." And, "It's about trade and jobs and tax cuts ... and the results have been nothing short of remarkable."

Along the way, Pence offered a lot of the most reliable conservative chestnuts about his Democratic opponents: “socialized medicine,” "open borders" and “siren song of socialism.”

Summing it up, he said, "I leave here today with confidence that we will continue to strengthen the greatest economy in the world."

Pence’s audience was a friendly crowd but not a campaign-rally crowd. The applause was frequent but polite, and lots of people headed for the exits even as Pence was still shaking hands with front-row audience members.

In a break with Economic Club tradition, Pence neither held a news conference nor took questions from the audience.

And the Economic Club took precautions to ensure no repeat of protests from the audience that marked candidate Trump's appearance in 2016, when several anti-Trump protesters, including now-Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib, were yanked kicking and screaming from the room. The club did not allow public ticket sales and took no last-minute new member sales.

This financial speculation of the City of Detroit publication was generated to finalize the decision by the Governor of Michigan to make a judicial determination of the fake ass bankruptcy for Detroit, where the Detroit Land Bank Authority was a creditor, was written by Erica, who sits on the board for the Detroit Land Bank Community Development Corporation and that fake ass Detroit Land Bank Authority that does not exist because Bill *Smooches* Schuette took me to court to dissolve my LLC, filed with the State of Michigan, LARA.

I thought it only proper to include it since Ben and Trump failed to give Pence the Detroit memo.
