Do Parents Have Civil Rights? Kansas Sued For Trafficking Tiny Humans

In the wake of the settlement in the Right To Lie case, parents now have case precedent.

You will stop lying to steal and sell our children.

We may not be able to afford, let alone, find a competent attorney, but we are capable of invoking the powers of our civil rights, and filing in the court.

Typically, the Chancery, clerks of the court will rely upon internet searches on the merits of the case, which is why I first started blogging, for there was no verifiable source or historic reservoir of information for the fraud in foster care and adoption.

Unfortunately, there has been a very coordinated effort to promulgate propaganda which discredits the legal claims put forth by the original sources, the original parents.

What is even worse is the fact that there are masses of individuals online, social media, that are fanatical when it comes to the sensationalism behind the psychosexual propaganda, the likes of that pizzagate crap and "The Idiot Known As Q", fueled by questionable financial sources.

These anonymous and online personalities shall be held accountable for promoting propaganda, for monetary and other purposes.

With these two, aforementioned propaganda factors, federal judges, trained and sequestered from reality, encased in the bubble called Public Private Partnerships jacked-legged research and training, with only "pre-Emancipation Proclamation" case law to make a decision, parents have no chance, whatsoever, to successfully litigate.

Parents, rather, pro se litigants who take the risk of further public ridicule, for the passionate purposes of saving their children from a life of torture in foster care and adoption, and file in the courts, do so, not out of greed, for no dollar amount will make the parents or the children whole again, but do so to preserve the historic record.

The National Archives have been ravished and systematically destroyed for years in child welfare.

The pro se is now the keeper of the record.

Here is background on Kansas trafficking tiny humans.

Whether or not we win, we will not be stopped and you will stop lying to steal and sell our children, and you will cease and desist doing it in the name of the tax exempt god.

The question I present to the Courts, for legal preparation, of course, is this: "Do parents have civil rights since children have no civil rights?" because children, with all their identification, are still on the books as moveable chattel and I formulate the question of civil rights as a question of property rights, as opposed to parental rights.

Godspeed.

Kansas Child Welfare Secretary Phyllis Gilmore Finally Resigns

DCF statement on the new information in Kan. hot car death

Yea.

Next.

Kansas DCF secretary announces retirement

Kansas Department for Children and Families Secretary Phyllis Gilmore announced her retirement Friday. Her last day with the agency will be December 1.

Gilmore was appointed to the position in 2012.  She points to the overhaul of the state's welfare programs as a highlight of her tenure. She said there has been a nearly 78 percent drop in the number of Kansans on welfare.

DCF and Gilmore have come under fire for their handling of the foster children program in Kansas. At a recent hearing in Topeka, Gilmore admitted she did not know about the case of three sisters who disappeared from a foster home in northeast Kansas.

Approximately 70 foster children are considered missing in the state.

Kansas Privatized To Disenfranchise "The Poors": Calling For Phyllis Gilmore To Step Down For Covering Up Child Welfare Fraud

For those of you who have not been following the child welfare saga in the State of Kansas, allow me to provide you with a synoptical overview.

'Flabbergasted.' More Than 70 Children Are Missing From Foster Care

Lawmakers are expressing outrage after learning more than 70 foster children are missing in Kansas

Kansas GOP Gubernatorial Candidate, Mark Hutton &
Kansas DCF Secretary Phyllis Gilmore
Then, the Kansas Republican gubernatorial candidate, Mark Hutton, had to stand up and do the job of Kansas current Governor Sam Brownback to call for the resignation of Department of Children and Family Secretary, Phyllis Gilmore, because, well, she thinks missing foster kids is normal and, one can only assume, but in this instance, I am just going to call it out that Brownbach was too busy prepping for his U.S. Senate confirmation hearings for his nomination to the position of U.S. State Department Ambassador At-Large for the Office of International Religious Freedom.

Then, Phyllis Gilmore puts out a damage control opinion to make it look like a politically partisan attack on her leadership.

This is a quote from her damage control piece:
The statistics are not new. An estimated 92 percent of youth who run away from foster care are 12 and older. In some cases, they may have a history of running away. Often, they are running to get back to their family and friends. None of these factors negate the urgency in locating them. That’s why DCF has strict policies and procedures in place that require our foster care contractors to notify law enforcement within two hours that the teens’ whereabouts are unknown.
But wait, it gets better.

Kansas Candidate Targets Child Welfare After Grandson Dies

A Democratic candidate for Kansas governor whose 3-year-old grandson's body was found encased in concrete has joined the push to reform the state's child welfare agency.

Kansas Democratic Gubernatorial
Candidate Carl Brewer
Former Wichita Mayor Carl Brewer said his family filed multiple requests with the Kansas Department of Children and Families to check on his grandson, Evan Brewer, before the toddler's remains were found last month, The Kansas City Star reports.

His grandson was encased in a cement wall.

I saw some of the raw, personal videos, of his family trying to find his grandson.

I believe it was a bipartisan effort, Phyllis.

But wait, it gets even better.

Then you have Senator Pat Roberts, a supporter and long time friend of KVS, one of only 2, state, privately contracted child welfare provider, who has his political campaigns funded through KVS.

The following was taken from an advocate in Kansas:
No automatic alt text available.

A little look into KVC.always follow the money... My flow chart is getting full folks but we will start with ONE example of each major KVC player otherwise the internet would run out of space if I listed it all. So moving right along:

William H. Dunn, who donated $500.00 to Pat Roberts, who's daughter, Anne M. Roberts is CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER KVC HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC.

Ok moving right along now, KVC Kansas foster care contractor is FEDERAL grant sub-recipient.

(AKA Kansas's Leading Child trafficking agency)
William H. Dunn, KVC vice chair (finance)

KVC new $10 million dollar building @ 21350 W. 153rd street Olathe Kansas by contract awarded to JE Dunn Construction.

JE Dunn Construction, William H. Dunn, Chairman at JE Dunn Construction Group, Inc.

We will get to The Mayor of Olathe Kansas Michael Copeland who is on the board of DIRECTORS of KVC shortly.

But, wait!  It keeps going.

Then, you have former Kansas Secretary of State, Kris Kobach, who was tapped to be the Vice Chair of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity running as another Republican Gubernatorial Candidate for Kansas promoting federal campaign fundraising while using his federal position to advance his state campaign.

Kobach left the his office of Secretary of State in complete and utter chaos, but allow me to explain.

The majority of Kansas residences have no idea how to look up their state representatives because the state website provides an external look up, which, in most instances, leaves one in complete confusion.

Of course, I would be remiss if I did not note that the state representatives are reduced to using their campaign websites and emails, sometimes personal emails, because they were never provided with state sanctioned emails or websites.

From a cursory look into the current candidates for state representatives running for office, they hail from KVC, using KVC funding to campaign, with some of them not even registering as official candidates.

The people of Kansas, or rather "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth) have so many barriers to representation in the state's rampant public corruption of its political process that the people, rather, "The Poors" are disenfranchised, intentionally, through privatization.

But wait, I will leave you with this.

Meet Judge Daniel Cahill: Kansas Has A "Kids For Cash" Scheme Going On

The KVC funding fraud and the judicial system money laundering issues are entirely another barrel of rotten worms as Judge Daniel Cahill is seriously trying to tap into DOJ Juvenile Justice grants in child welfare.

Hey, gotta keep funding those political campaigns and making those mortgage payments!

And this is just the beginning of the unraveling of why Kansas has:

  • A 'Kids For Cash' scheme going on;
  • Human trafficking;
  • More than 70 kids missing from foster care with some willing to commit suicide rather than go back into care;
  • Kids being snatched from home with no substantiation of abuse and billed for months;
  • Contemporaneous billing of Medicaid and private health insurers for phantom child welfare services;
  • No civil rights protections from the State Attorney General because child welfare has been privatized;
  • No referral to the State Attorney General Medicaid Fraud Control Unit; and,
Last, but not least, taxation without representation, because everything has been privatized in the legislature so that voting rights can continue to be stripped, to silent "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth) who call for the ousting of DCF Secretary Phyllis Gilmore.

(On a side note, Kansas also has one of those Detroit Land Bank Authority issues going on, but I am going to save that one for later #DOJ #FBI)

Kansas is getting ready to have a "Case of the GILMORE'S".

Very Important for Kansas!
Please read all the way to the bottom and send it to the Kansas Senators listed below with the request to NOT confirm Phyllis Gilmore as the new Secretary of SRS.
Phyllis Gilmore's past history shows that she would be not be good for the children and families of Kansas.
Ever feel sick, got the flu and it lasts for a week?
Or maybe you have a nasty cold that turns into bronchitis.
Well that's NOTHING compared to what Kansas is getting ready to incur.
Phyllis Gilmore
That would be the newly appointed SRS Secretary Phyllis Gilmore if she is confirmed.

And the "Case of the Gilmore's" is not going to go away in a week or 2 months.

Here is some history on Phyllis Gilmore...As Executive Director for 11 years over the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board, Gilmore was responsible for monitoring Social Workers. During her time, many families reported Social Workers for not following policies and procedures, HIPPA Laws, and Kansas laws.. Phyllis Gilmore and her staff refused to investigate Social Workers claiming "no jurisdiction".

Gilmore and her cohorts were questioned in a closed meeting in March of 2008 about refusing to investigate these cases. You can read more about that here and watch the video.
The Senate Confirmation Oversight Committee will debate whether to recommend the appointment to the full Senate, which will probably vote on Gilmore’s appointment within about a month. It is IMPERATIVE that everyone contact every Senator in Kansas ASAP to recommend that Gilmore NOT be approved for this position.
Don't get a "Case of the GiLMORE'S"... write all Kansas Senators to ask that Phyllis Gilmore NOT BE CONFIRMED as the next SRS Secretary of SRS.  Pass this on!
HERE is a list of all Kansas Senators

I have not executed a legislative review of Kansas codes, but I can tell you in Michigan, social workers in the foster care industry are considered as "case workers" to circumvent any regulatory activities.  In most child placing agencies, one does not need to be a social worker to work in foster care.

Let us not forget immunity.

Coupling this with the fact that she has taken no action to establish any accountability in child welfare and you have the grounds for not appointing Phyllis Gilmore.
