Happy Foster Care Propaganda Month - Nancy Does Not Talk About The Industry Of Trafficking Tiny Humans

Nancy speaks upon helping Medicaid special needs children as an investment, like someone lifted some of my taglines.

She speaks of early education is good for the Treasury.

But she says nothing about foster care and adoption.

As a matter of fact, Nancy says nothing about the industry of trafficking tiny humans, or rather what really goes on in our child welfare system like funding political campaigns and their foreign child welfare NGOs they use for funding more programs for stealin' the children, the land and the votes.

Talk about Backpage, Nancy.

Talk about using foster children as human lab rats.

Talk about the homeless children and their parents that were victims of your TARP insurrection scheme.

Talk about the Nasty Ones who are the ones who do the University research of predictive modeling crap of human asset management of tiny humans.

Talk about the Nasty Ones who are legitimizing their predictive modeling crap studies that are marketed through a pretty shiny brochure and a snappy website.

Talk about the foreign corporations that have taken over all our Child Placing Agencies in Foster Care and Adoption.

Talk about how there are no civil rights in child welfare.

Talk about child trafficking and the nasty things the Nasty Ones who are the foster parents because they never got caught.

Talk about how you use Child Protective Services as a military operation to target individuals, in Targeted Populations.

Talk about how much money you funneled into your foreign children's trusts, Nancy.

Talk about how much Medicaid fraud in child welfare money was laundered through the DNC.

#sayhisname

First, they make the people poor by running some research crap out our U.S. universities based upon foreign, typically Israeli research.

Then they come up with a fancy marketing op to validate the research and the need for more federal legislation to fund the research through Medicaid.

USPIS Strips Attorney Client Privilege In Backpage - Nancy Pelosi Was A Client

For a backgrounder on Backpage you can go here.

I wonder if Nancy Pelosi's campaign will have to forfeit her Backpage campaign contributions....or real estate.

On a more upbeat note, these are law firms that got hit were:

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP - $3,713,121
Rusing Lopez & Lizardi PLLC - $5,193,679
Akin Bump Strauss Haeur & Feld LLP - $10,502
Prince Lobel Tye LLP - $77,390
Thompson Coburn LLP - $87,359
#perkinscoiesucks - $2,900,000
Copeland Franco Screws & Gill P.A. - $100,000
Wayne B. Giampietro LLC - $100,000

Where the US. Postal Inspection Service is the custodian of the property.

This seems to be a stripping of that pesky "attorney-client privilege" model because the commission of these egregious crimes are being done through the law firms, to protect the client.

Nancy Pelosi was one of those clients.

25 Years Later: George Burgasser Is Dead And DOJ Is Just Now Getting Around To Trafficking Tiny Humans

.

Today is May 4, 2018 and they are just now getting around to it.

Foster care and adoption is where it happens because kids need to eat.

Computer Child Pornography Mr. Bergasser discussed “Operation Long Arm,” a Justice Department effort to stop the exploitation of children through computer technology. He introduced two other Justice Department officials who described the arrests of a number of persons who have exploited children in this manner.

North Tonawanda police investigating death of retired assistant U.S. attorney

Former Assistant U.S. attorney George C. Burgasser spent Sunday evening on his son's boat docked at Smith Boys marina in North Tonawanda.
Then he disappeared.

George C. Burgasser
Police said his son, who was below deck, heard a sound. He came up to the deck, saw his dad was missing and went into a panic, police said.

Another son, who came to help in the search, later found Burgasser's lifeless body floating in the water a couple of docks away, police said. Burgasser, who lived in North Tonawanda, was 63.

A preliminary investigation by the North Tonawanda police indicates the death was likely either an accident or related to a medical event, said Capt. Thomas Krantz.

News of his death shocked the legal community on Monday.

"We are heartbroken to learn this devastating news," said U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy Jr.
Burgasser, who retired in 2017, worked for nearly 29 years in the Justice Department, first in Washington, D.C., and eventually as an assistant U.S. attorney in Buffalo.

Burgasser and his son were on the boat Sunday to show it to some friends who were interested in buying it, police said. They then stayed on the boat, enjoying a few drinks, but did not take it out on the water, according to police.

At some point, George Burgasser went up on deck. That's when his son heard a sound and found his dad missing. The son called his mother who in turn called 911. Another son came to help with the search, police said.

North Tonawanda police are still investigating the death, Krantz said. "Right now, it's all very preliminary until we get those autopsy results," Krantz said.

Police said there was a cut on Burgasser's head but no other trauma to his body. An autospy was conducted Monday but the medical examiner was still reviewing the case Monday afternoon.
Kennedy said Burgasser "served his country and our community with distinction."

"He was everyone’s friend," Kennedy said. "Fellow prosecutors, the defense bar, judges, juries, and even those he prosecuted, all respected George, but perhaps, most telling is the fact they all liked George as well."

Kennedy said Burgasser "remained compassionate to all with whom he came into contact."
"He lived and worked by the greatest legal precept of all — the Golden Rule. Our condolences go out to George’s loving family and countless friends," Kennedy said. "He will be missed by all."

Defense attorney Paul Cambria said his colleagues and other defense attorneys respected Burgasser.
“George was a solid public servant who did his job with no animosity toward anyone. He prosecuted major drug cases but never acted like he was trying to get vengeance on anyone. This really makes me sad. He’s going to be missed,” Cambria said.

FBI Buffalo Acting Special Agent in Charge Kevin P Lyons said, "George Burgasser was a long-time partner of ours working directly with agents on our Safe Streets Task Force and Career Criminal Task Force.  We relied on George as the lead prosecutor for these task forces for over twenty years.  His work alone represents how committed he was to keeping western New York communities and neighborhoods safe for those who lived and worked in them."

Mueller Knows Where The Tiny Humans Are Buried In Backpage

Well, contrary to popular belief, Mueller knows where the tiny human bodies are buried.

Mueller also knows how they stole the children, the land and the votes in Russia and Detroit.

There is more to the Backpage.com story than just trafficking tiny humans.

Stay tuned.

Founder & CEO of Sex-Trafficking Site BackPage.com Worked For FBI; Robert Mueller Honored Convicted Human Trafficker With FBI Award

Ferrer’s award from the FBI’s Mueller
As FBI Director, Robert Mueller awarded BackPage.com CEO Carl Ferrer recognition from the Justice Department and FBI for working in an investigative capacity to assist the FBI.

That award was bestowed on Ferrer and specifically Backpage, com by the FBI in 2011. Mueller, director at the time, signed the award. The citation may have also included a cash reward, FBI sources said.

Ironic especially since Ferrer — previously charged criminally for pimping — was arrested by the FBI last week and plead out to sweeping criminal charges on Thursday.

Last week the FBI seized the embattled BackPage.com website, the Justice Department alleging its founders— including Ferrer — helped traffic underage sex victims, as well launder millions of dollars among other federal charges.

“For far too long, Backpage.com existed as the dominant marketplace for illicit commercial sex, a place where sex traffickers frequently advertised children and adults alike,” U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions said Thursday. “But this illegality stops right now.”

Sessions harsh statement came after Ferrer pleaded guilty to state and federal charges of conspiracy, money laundering and more. Ferrer likewise agreed to testify in ongoing prosecutions against other Backpage.com owners who are fighting the charges, authorities said.

But it is not the first time Ferrer has agreed to work as a rat for the FBI concerning BackPage.com’s operations. Mueller’s FBI award lists Ferrer as BackPage.com Vice President.
Issued in May 2011, Mueller’s FBI award to Ferrer reads:

“For your outstanding cooperation and assistance in connection with an investigation of great importance. The FBI’s ability to carry out its investigative responsibilities to the American people has been greatly enhanced through your help, and you can be very proud of your valuable contribution to the success achieved.”

Was Ferrer working as a confidential informant for the FBI? It is quite possible. If so, why did it take the FBI so long to close the web site, especially if it was in the business of harming and sexually exploiting children?

FBI officials reached late Thursday said it was possible Ferrer was recognized by the FBI for assisting with additional investigations depending on the working agreement between BackPage.com, Ferrer and the Bureau.

Did James Comey’s FBI work with BackPage.com too after Mueller?

Federal prosecutors say that Backpage brought in a half-billion dollars since it began in 2004, mostly through prominent risque advertising for escorts and massages, among other services and some goods for sale. Authorities allege the site was often used to traffic underage victims, while company officials said they tried to scrub the website of such ads.

Ferrer will serve no more than five years in prison under a California agreement in which he pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy and three counts of money laundering in California. Also Thursday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced the company pleaded guilty to human trafficking.
Under his plea agreement, Ferrer agreed to make the company’s data available to law enforcement as investigations and prosecutions continue. The guilty pleas are the latest in a cascade of developments in the last week against the company founded by the former owners of the Village Voice in New York City, Michael Lacey, 69, and James Larkin, 68.

Ferrer could face up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine in the federal case in Arizona, while Backpage.com could face a maximum fine of $500,000 for its money laundering conspiracy plea in the Arizona case.

Justice Department Leads Effort to Seize Backpage.Com, the Internet’s Leading Forum for Prostitution Ads, and Obtains 93-Count Federal Indictment

The Justice Department today announced the seizure of Backpage.com, the Internet’s leading forum for prostitution ads, including ads depicting the prostitution of children.  Additionally, seven individuals have been charged in a 93-count federal indictment with the crimes of conspiracy to facilitate prostitution using a facility in interstate or foreign commerce, facilitating prostitution using a facility in interstate or foreign commerce, conspiracy to commit money laundering, concealment money laundering, international promotional money laundering, and transactional money laundering.|

The seven defendants charged in the indictment are Michael Lacey, 69, of Paradise Valley, Arizona; James Larkin, 68, of Paradise Valley, Arizona; Scott Spear, 67, of Scottsdale, Arizona; John E. “Jed” Brunst, 66, of Phoenix, Arizona; Daniel Hyer, 49, of Dallas, Texas;  Andrew Padilla, 45, of Plano, Texas and Jaala Joye Vaught, 37, of Addison, Texas.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Acting Assistant Attorney General John P. Cronan of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, First Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth A. Strange for the District of Arizona, U.S. Attorney Nicola T. Hanna of the Central District of California, FBI Director Christopher A. Wray,  U.S. Postal Inspection Service Chief Postal Inspector Guy Cottrell and Chief Don Fort of Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI) made the announcement.

“For far too long, Backpage.com existed as the dominant marketplace for illicit commercial sex, a place where sex traffickers frequently advertised children and adults alike,” said Attorney General Sessions.  “But this illegality stops right now.  Last Friday, the Department of Justice seized Backpage, and it can no longer be used by criminals to promote and facilitate human trafficking. I want to thank everyone who made this important seizure possible: all of our dedicated and committed professionals in the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section and our U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of Arizona, the FBI, our partners with the IRS Criminal Investigation, our Postal Inspectors, and the Texas and California Attorney Generals’ offices. With their help, we have put an end to the violence, abuse, and heartache that has been perpetrated using this site, and we have taken a major step toward keeping women and children across America safe.”

“Backpage has earned hundreds of millions of dollars from facilitating prostitution and sex trafficking, placing profits over the well-being and safety of the many thousands of women and children who were victimized by its practices,” said First Assistant U.S. Attorney Elizabeth A. Strange.  “It is appropriate that Backpage is now facing criminal charges in Arizona, where the company was founded, and I applaud the tremendous efforts of the agents who contributed to last Friday’s enforcement action and who assisted in obtaining the indictment in this case.  Some of the internal emails and company documents described in the indictment are shocking in their callousness.”

“This website will no longer serve as a platform for human traffickers to thrive, and those who were complicit in its use to exploit human beings for monetary gain will be held accountable for their heinous actions,” said FBI Director Wray.  “Whether on the street or on the Internet, sex trafficking will not be tolerated. Together with our law enforcement partners, the FBI will continue to vigorously combat this activity and protect those who are victimized.”

“The events of last Friday and today are a big win, not only for the agents who investigated these crimes, but more importantly for the victims, including children, who were harmed as a consequence of the alleged actions of Backpage.com,” said Chief Postal Inspector Cottrell.  “By laundering the illegal gains of an enterprise, Backpage perpetuated the exploitation of victims and continued to finance their business. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is committed to protecting our customers by stopping the money laundering to ensure the cycle of victimization ends.”

“An indictment of this magnitude is particularly troubling when you look at the various layers of corruption and exploitation that are alleged to have occurred,” said IRS-CI Chief Fort.  “The masterminds behind Backpage are not only alleged to have committed egregious amounts of financial crimes such as money laundering, they did so at the expense of innocent women and children.  While these types of investigations can be made more challenging with the use of virtual currency, offshore banking, and the anonymity of the Internet, it should serve as an example to all criminals that there is not a place they can hide where we will not find them.”

The charges and allegations contained in an indictment are merely accusations.  The defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

The effort to seize Backpage was led by the Justice Department’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona, with significant support from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, the office of the California Attorney General, and the office of the Texas Attorney General.  The law enforcement agencies conducting the investigation and seizure include the FBI Phoenix Field Office, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and IRS-CI.  The criminal case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kevin Rapp, Dominic Lanza, and Margaret Perlmeter of the District of Arizona and Senior Trial Attorney Reginald E. Jones of the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section.  Assistant U.S. Attorney John Kucera of the Central District of California is handling the asset forfeiture aspects of the case.
