JUDICIARY: ICE Is CPS - The First Hearing On Parental Rights Omits Parental Rights

Judiciary holds its first hearing on parental rights, while omitting parental rights.

It takes great skill to omit the discussion of parental rights when dealing with the transfer of authority over human asset management operations from a federal function, over foreign nationals, to state, privatized, foreign NGOs.

I call it for what it is, human plantations run by the Privateers, who swashbuckled in through a Public Private Partnership to run socioeconomic, sociopsych and biogenetic experiments on smaller populations.

If you are uncomfortable with the term human plantation, feel free to continue to cling to the terms of foster care, group homes, or residential institutions, for we are slowly transitioning into a more "corporate compassionate" nomenclature for modern day human trafficking, or asset forfeiture through the corporate parent if you are using child welfare trust fund lingo.

The legal procedure of international termination of parental rights is salvific law.

This is about the Legally Kidnapped.

This is about the residuals of the peculiar institution.

This is about parental rights.

Let Them Eat Cake - Memorializing The Day A Foster Child Was Legally Kidnapped

Cake4Kids
https://www.cake4kids.org/
Does anyone remember the Kids 4 Cash scandal?

Well, if not, click the link and welcome to Cakes 4 Kids.

That is correct, Boys and Girls, just what a Foster Kid always wanted on their birthday, a cake to memorialize the day of when Child Protective Services Legally Kidnapped them from the arms of their birth family.

For Goodness Cakes
https://www.forgoodnesscakes.org/
Instead of addressing the reasons of why poverty is a crime, why children are even in Foster Care, or the drugging, beatings, rapes, torture, attempted suicides, suicides and human trafficking, let them eat cake.

Have a great day!

New Valley non-profit bakes cakes for deserving children

PHOENIX - A national non-profit that delivers cakes to underprivileged kids, and kids in foster care, has started a chapter in Arizona.

"I love baking, I always have, I bake a lot for my friends and family," said Jodi Shaw, a volunteer baker For Goodness Cakes.

But the cakes Jodi makes is different, they go to a child she's never met.

"You don't have to be an expert, you just have to want to do it," says Shaw.

Shaw is one of about 175 volunteers who bakes cakes for the non-profit For Goodness Cakes.

"What we do is merge agencies that serve foster and underserved children with volunteer bakers to build birthday cakes for their kids," said Leslie Nilsen, with For Goodness Cakes Arizona.

Leslie Nilsen started the chapter here in March, and so far they've delivered over 200 cakes to kids who might have gone without a birthday celebration.

"The thought of a child not being celebrated on their birthday is just heartbreaking, and when I heard about For Goodness Cakes, I knew I had to be part of it," said Nilsen.

The volunteers have to go through an orientation and a class on food safety. They can then pick and choose a time that's convenient for them to bake. Most times, the volunteer bakers never get to see the kids they're baking for because of security reason, but they say the thought of brightening someone's day is enough for them.

"Those delivery drives, I'm so happy because I know they're going to be excited, I know I would be excited if someone were bringing me cake," said Shaw.

If you'd like to get involved, they're looking for more volunteer bakers. And even if you aren't a baker, they're looking for donations as well. Click here for more information.

Legally Kidnapped Has Retired

http://legallykidnapped.blogspot.com

Good morning.

I have decided to retire Legally Kidnapped.

After over 12 years of bring you the latest headlines regarding CPS fraud, failures and fuck-ups, I have decided it's time for me to move on to bigger and better things.  I still have no love for CPS so I will still be around in some capacity.  I just haven't figured it out yet.

LK has simply become a burden and a dead horse that I can no longer do anything with.  My life circumstances have changed.  There are also technical issues with the blog that I can no longer overcome.  For example, thousands of dead links to articles that are no longer there on the servers.  This prevents me achieving any growth or earning any revenue for the hours of work that I put in and the fact that there are costs associated with running and growing any blog requires that.

I would love for somebody else to take over, but I doubt anybody would be willing to put in the work.  I still own the domain name and haven't figured out what to do with it.  Should anybody be interested, you can contact me through Facebook and we can talk about it.

I want to thank all of my loyal followers.  I wish you all the best of luck in your fights against this evil system that has brought so much pain and suffering to to children and their families.  You will all be in my prayers.

LK

Cocktails & Popcorn: Paul Whelan Is Legally Kidnapped & Wants Trump To Intervene

I guess Trump could file for legal guardianship of Paul Whelan considering the fact that everyone else does, including all those foreign corporations who privately contract with the States, like Bethany Christian, to file for corporate parental rights.

If Trump stopped Russia from keeping Paul as being Legally Kidnapped by adopting him, that would be an easy exchange for freedom in automatic asset forfeiture.

I like transposable child welfare models, for castigation purposes, only.

But, I sincerely doubt that Trump is going to do anything except to continue to obstruct justice, by keeping that IG report burning a hole in his backpocket.

Maybe Putin will pull out his GRU report, burning a hole in his backpocket, so Trump will not have to release any of that sealed, grand jury information.

That would be quite nice if he did, I say!

Accused spy Paul Whelan makes plea from Russia, asks Trump to intervene

Accused spy Paul Whelan, right, as seen prior to a hearing in Moscow City Court on June 20, 2019, where he appealed the extension of his detention. Whelan, a citizen of the United States, Britain, Canada and Ireland, was detained on suspicion of spying by Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in December in Moscow. From inside a glass enclosure in Moscow City Court, accused spy Paul Whelan appealed Thursday to President Donald Trump to intervene in his case, saying he is a victim of "political kidnapping."

“Mr. President, we cannot keep America great unless we aggressively protect American citizens wherever they are in the world,” Whelan, 49, of Novi told reporters.

He urged the president to Tweet about his intentions.

To date, Trump has remained quiet about Whelan, a former Marine who was the director of global security for the Auburn Hills-based auto supplier BorgWarner when he was arrested in his Moscow hotel in December and accused of spying.

Though Trump has yet to make a statement (or Tweet) about Whelan, others in his administration — most recently U.S. National Security Adviser John Bolton — have spoken out against the continued detention of an American citizen without evidence from the Russian government to support its claims of espionage.

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) alleges Whelan was caught in possession of a flash drive containing classified information at his hotel in Moscow. Whelan has told his lawyers that the flash drive came from a Russian friend, and that he was under the impression that it only contained photos of the friend's hometown.

The court ruled Thursday that Whelan's continued detention is legal, and that he is to remain locked up in Lefortovo prison while an investigation continues.

"There will be another extension of Paul's detention in August, before the 28th of August," Olga Karlova, one of Whelan's attorneys, told the Free Press in an email message. "Maybe the core hearing will be in autumn.

"We have been working on this case for six months already and we didn't see any real evidence. We tried to convince the court today to change the detention to house arrest. Paul said his position to the judge (that he is innocent), but everything was in vain."

Karlova said that the Russian Criminal Procedure Code doesn't require the court to consider the question of guilt or innocence at this stage of the process.

"We haven't seen all the evidence yet," she said. "It'll be possible only after the finish of the investigation."

If Whelan is convicted of spying, he could be imprisoned for up to 20 years.

In his statement in court Thursday, Whelan — who was born in Canada to British parents and holds U.S., British, Canadian and Irish citizenship — also asked for assistance from Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, British Prime Minister Theresa May and Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar.

“I am asking the leaders and governments in Ottawa, Dublin, London and Washington for their help and public statements of support,” he said, standing inside a glass cage.

"Time works against Paul," his brother David Whelan said in an email message. "Russian police continue to isolate Paul, who has limited communication with Embassy staff and has received only a handful of letters during the nearly six months of his imprisonment. Without evidence, the FSB's only option is to coerce a confession from Paul."

David Whelan said his brother is "an American businessman, a tourist, falsely accused and facing another three months of wrongful imprisonment. Three more months with an angry FSB investigator who is violating Russian and international law, and who has substantial control over Paul's welfare. The sooner he is returned to his family in the U.S., the better."

TRUMP: Proclamation on National Foster Care Propaganda Month- Legally Kidnapped Speaks, Again

From our friends over at Legally Kidnapped.

LK, I could not have said it better.

Proclamation on National Foster Care Month, 2019

I bring you the Presidential Proclamation of National Foster Parent Glorification Month.

If this doesn't demonstrate that President Trump has a thing or two to learn, I don't know what does.

The future of our Nation rests with our children.  We must invest in their futures, instill in them the values of family, faith, and country, and ensure they have every opportunity to realize their full potential.  The development of our children begins at home, and my Administration is fully committed to strengthening American families.

This month, we recognize that there are children in our towns and communities who may not have a family, or whose families may be experiencing great difficulty and hardship.  In America, we believe in standing beside these children, walking with them through their trials, and finding permanent and safe families for each of them.  Kindhearted citizens across our land embody this belief, dedicating their time and efforts in doing so.  In fiscal year 2017 alone, American families opened their doors to 443,000 young people in foster care ‑‑ a number that has increased each of the last 5 years.  During National Foster Care Month, we honor these patriots, who open their hearts to children who need a home, and who care for the most vulnerable among us.  We also acknowledge the profound contributions of the individuals and organizations supporting foster and kinship caregivers, and those of the community providers and professionals who are helping children in foster care find safe and stable families.

We must strive to keep families united, wherever possible, and my Administration is working to reduce the removal of at‑risk children from their homes and familiar surroundings.  Last year, I signed into law the Family First Prevention Services Act, which is working to bolster families and keep children safely in their homes, when possible.  This legislation gives States access to funding for evidence‑based prevention and early intervention services such as mental health therapy, family counseling, substance use and addiction treatment, and parenting classes.  By allowing States to address factors, such as the opioid crisis, America’s sons and daughters are more likely to experience improved outcomes and hope for a brighter future.

When it becomes necessary to move children out of their homes in order to provide more safety, stability, and opportunity, placement with relatives who can provide that environment is the first option.  Children often experience less trauma when in kinship care, which is why the Federal Government is funding programs that provide family caregivers the services and support they need and requiring States to demonstrate how their foster care licensing standards promote family-friendly options.

Children deserve stable family environments, and foster care provides a wonderful opportunity for selfless and compassionate men and women to nurture children while we work to ensure that they have a forever family.  This month, and always, we express our gratitude to all of the families who generously open their doors to children in need and provide them with love and support.  We recommit to looking for opportunities to invest in the lives of our vulnerable young people, and we celebrate those who tirelessly serve our Nation’s children in foster care.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim May 2019 as National Foster Care Month.  I call upon all Americans to observe this month by taking time to help children and youth in foster care, and to recognize the commitment of those who touch their lives, particularly celebrating their foster parents and other caregivers.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this
thirtieth day of April, in the year of our Lord two thousand nineteen, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-third.

DONALD J. TRUMP

Watch A New Born Tiny Human Being Legally Kidnapped - Elizabeth Warren, et al Refuses To Talk About DACA But Has Declared Her 2020 Presidential Campaign Instead

Yes, this is a Canadian Child Protective Services video of a new born being Legally Kidnapped moments after birth.

Yes, this is what DACA us all about, but no one wants to talk about it, so that is why we are in shutdown.

This is a multi-trillion dollar, global industry of trafficking tiny humans that funds political campaigns and no one wants to talk about it, which is why we are going to SCOTUS.

We should ask Elizabeth Warren what her plans are to stop the trafficking of tiny humans, oh, and while you are at it, let her know that I never forget the popcorn when speaking upon my Sweetie, with a cocktail.

On second thought, perhaps we should leave Elizabeth Warren alone because she will be forced to speak upon the residuals of the peculiar institution, better recognized as slavery, and say the name of the individual who championed the end of it.

Viral video of Manitoba newborn being apprehended by CFS prompts family to speak out

"Have a great day, Elizabeth Warren"

Two social media videos show a newborn baby girl being taken from the arms of her Indigenous mother by Manitoba social workers and police – an apprehension that First Nations leaders say is all too common in a child-welfare system biased against Aboriginals.

The videos, broadcast live Thursday on Facebook by the woman’s uncle, show her sitting in a hospital bed, cradling her baby and rocking back and forth as social workers and police explain that the baby is being taken into care.

The woman is crying softly and being hugged by relatives, one of whom is wailing in sorrow. Eventually, police place the newborn into a car seat and take her away.

The mother is not told when she might see her baby again.

Statistics from the Manitoba government show newborn apprehensions occur, on average, about once a day in the province.

About 90 per cent of kids in care are Indigenous.

The videos, which had been viewed more than 400,000 times by Friday afternoon, offered a rare glimpse into a normally private matter and quickly led to calls for change.

“The system that we’re subject to is not a system for our people,” Grand Chief Garrison Settee, who represents northern Manitoba First Nations, said Friday at a news conference with the mother, her family and other community leaders.
“We want to take back our babies because they belong to us. They belong … in their own culture, in their own societies, among their own people.”
The woman, her baby, and other family members cannot be identified under Manitoba law.
The child was taken away because of a false accusation that the mother was drunk when she arrived at the hospital to give birth, the woman’s aunt said.

‘Blindsided’

The videos show family members telling social workers the accusation was not true. They ask whether the baby could stay with one of them instead of being taken away. The request is denied.
All the while, the mother is sitting on her hospital bed, cradling her baby. On Friday, she recalled getting strength from her infant daughter.

“I was blindsided … and it’s just astonishing how far this had to go,” she said.
“When I was holding my baby, she was actually the one who was keeping me content and strong and focused. And I’m still holding on to that.”
Cora Morgan, a family advocate for the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs, said the mother may have been targeted for a “birth alert” – a note to social workers that an expectant mother is high risk – because she had another daughter who was temporarily in care several years ago.

The woman had previously sought help for addictions and with parenting from Child and Family Services, Morgan said, but was not intoxicated when she arrived at the hospital to give birth.
“In the system – as a mother, as a father, as a grandparent – they’re always deemed guilty of something, and there’s no mechanism to ever prove you’re innocent.”

The woman is hopeful that she might be reunited with her daughter shortly. The case file has been transferred from Winnipeg to an agency in the woman’s home community.
“I’m very hopeful things are going to work out in a positive way.”

Statements from CFS, Province:

“In Manitoba, when child and family services is involved, parents have the right to choose which Authority they would prefer to work with. Apprehending a child is a very difficult decision, and is done only as a last resort and when required to ensure children are kept safe.

“When a child is brought into care, the agency’s first consideration is always to explore reunification with parents and to place the child with a family member while this is being done. Agencies utilize a variety of practice strategies, such as safety network meetings, to find family members and to create a safe environment for the child. The agency focuses on working with family and community members to collectively create and implement a safety plan for the child.

“As CEO of the General Authority, I have personally reviewed this file in detail and met with the agency staff involved, including the director of the agency. I am confident in the decisions made. We will continue to work with this family, and engage with any collateral or partner agencies the family wishes to involve.

Debbie Besant

CEO, General Child and Family Services Authority

“I am saddened to see a family’s situation result in an apprehension, which is meant to be used as a last resort when there are serious concerns about a child’s safety.

“Our government is focused on strengthening family bonds and reducing apprehensions through child welfare system reform, priorities reinforced by Monday’s announcement of a doula initiative. Over the past year, we have seen a reduction in the number of children in care, an increase in family reunifications and a decrease in apprehensions by more than nine per cent.”

Pike County Injustice Files: Amy Mischler Appeals To Sixth Circuit Because Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin & Crew Lied When Busted Trafficking Tiny Humans

Amy Mischler
Amy MischlerSurvivor of pervasive civil rights violations by
Commonwealth of Kentucky. Advocate. Speaker of truth to power.
In a nutshell, the State of Kentucky just jumped up and Legally Kidnapped two little boys, whose mother rescued them, then turned around and commenced as an original source, to bringing down the heavens for justice to be served because the State Attorney General nor the U.S. Department of Justice refuse to do a damn thing about stopping the trafficking of tiny humans.

Well, actually the U.S. Department of Justics has embarked on a conjugal collaboration with lots of different entities who actually care and are working on finally bringing an end to the trafficking of tiny humans, but are just a tad bit slow because of that learning curve, which is why I do what I do, because this netherworld is darker and deeper than they ever imagined.

These privatized operations have the Right To Lie.

DOJ: New York Foster Care Agency Busted For Tricking Out Little Girls

Yes, this happens all the time in foster care and it is all billed to Medicaid.

Foster kids have to eat and the agencies have to maximize revenues, but of course, no one wants to talk about it, so I present to you the industrial video of Legally Kidnapped to put this in a more warming light.

They do it all over the world because selling chattel is the oldest form of survival.

This is not the first time an issue of false claims has been addressed in the New York Child Welfare System.

I have provided the FCA settlement agreement, below.

"Have a great day!"

U.S. Attorney Announces Charges Against 19 Defendants For The Sex Trafficking Of Minor Girls And Young Women In New York State’s Child Welfare System

10 of the defendants in custody; 8 previously arrested; 1 remains at large

Geoffrey S. Berman, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, William F. Sweeney Jr., Assistant Director-in-Charge of the New York Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), and James P. O’Neill, Commissioner of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”), announced the unsealing of five indictments and three superseding indictments charging a total of 19 with participating in the sex trafficking of minor girls and young women.  As alleged, the defendants trafficked or recruited to engage in prostitution at least 15 minor girls in the child welfare system, including at least nine minors who resided at a particular non-incarceratory residential treatment facility located in Westchester County (“Facility-1”).  Facility-1 provided housing for at-risk and troubled children and adolescents on behalf of departments of social welfare for certain counties in New York State.
Eight of the 19 charged defendants were arrested yesterday, two are in state custody on unrelated charges, and eight other defendants were previously charged.  One remains at large.  These defendants were identified as part of an ongoing criminal investigation into the sex trafficking of minor victims, some of whom were as young as 13 years old, in the social welfare system.  As detailed below, the charges are set forth in a total of eight separate indictments.
In each of these eight indicted cases, victims of the charged conduct included one or more minors who resided at Facility-1 and were in the New York State’s social welfare system.  The conduct charged in the eight cases occurred, as detailed below, between the years of 2010 and 2018.
U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman stated:  “Children in the child welfare system are among the most vulnerable in our society.  As alleged in today’s charges, the defendants and their conspirators callously recruited girls as young as 13 from a residential treatment facility for at-risk youth, then sexually trafficked and prostituted them for financial profit.  Together with our partners in the FBI, we will work tirelessly to ensure that anyone who sexually traffics a minor is subject to the full force of the law.”
FBI Assistant Director-in-Charge William F. Sweeney Jr. said:  “Sex traffickers routinely prey on young people and those in our communities who are the most defenseless. As alleged, the defendants targeted vulnerable women and girls, including residents of a facility for at-risk children and adolescents, knowing that the victims would be more susceptible to their claims.  The FBI Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation Task Force and our law enforcement partners will aggressively pursue and hold accountable anyone who exploits others for their own profit.”
The 11 newly charged defendants are CARLTON VANIER, RUBEN MORCIGLIO, SAEED NORRIS, LLOYD KIDD, LUIDI BENJAMIN, LAWRENCE WALSH, CIMMIE WRIGHT, ADRIENNE ROBERTS, CHRISTOPHER BULLOCK, DARIEL BRAHAM, and STEVEN LESANE.  These defendants and the defendants already in federal custody were presented yesterday in the Southern District of New York.
In addition to the charges against the new defendants, Superseding Indictments were unsealed against HUBERT DUPIGNY, HENSLEY DUPIGNY, NAZEER VICKERS, SEAN MERCHANT, REUBEN SANDS, MARTIQUE MCGRIFF, JERMAINE MYRIE, and JABARI KENNEDY, who were first charged in the summer of 2018 for their participation in the trafficking of minor victims and young women.
*                *                *
If you believe you are a victim of a similar crime, or if you have information concerning the exploitation of children, contact the Federal Bureau of Investigation at (212) 384-1000 or https://tips.fbi.gov/.
A chart outlining the charges and maximum prison sentences for each of the defendants is below.  The maximum potential sentences and the mandatory minimum sentences are prescribed by Congress and are provided here for informational purposes only, as any sentencings of the defendants would be determined by the respective judges.
Mr. Berman praised the outstanding investigative work of the FBI, the NYPD, and, in particular, the New York Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force.  Mr. Berman also thanked the New York City Department of Corrections and the Human Resources Administration for their assistance.  The prosecutions of these cases are being handled by the Office’s General Crimes and Public Corruption Units.  Assistant United States Attorneys Mollie Bracewell, Elinor Tarlow, Jacob Gutwillig, and Alex Rossmiller are in charge of the prosecutions.
