Prelude To Detroit: Ted Cruz Releases His Religious Freedom Restoration Act Legal Defense Playbook On Parental Rights.

Ted Cruz is releasing his talking points playbook on the Religious Freedom Restoration Act battle to continue stealin' the children, land & vote.

Ted also ran with the crew, John Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh on the Bush v. Gore case.

That means he was mean to my Sweetie.

Naughty, naughty Ted!

I also know Jeff Sessions may possess mastery on the original intent of the Religious Land Use and Institutional Persons Act.

But, I absolutely know that this is about trafficking tiny humans, or rather, in a nutshell, gerrymandering.

Tales Of The New Crown: Congressional Hearing On The Sustainability Of The Industry Of Trafficking Tiny Humans - Jim Jordan, Lab Rats, RFRA & Magnitsky Act

The argument being used to reopen the schools is that teachers cannot report child abuse.

Members and participants promulgated the need to reopen the schools to [sic] "save the children from abuse by the parents".

The argument to keep them closed is that parents are tired of having their kids snatched and sold (aka human trafficking) but no one cares.

It is absolutely amazing that not one Member mentioned IDEA or CRIPA, when forcing children with special needs to wear a mask, which is not very productive to learning if the student is autistic, or warehousing the children in the most restrictive environment in classroom containment because there will be no visitors, as the school is now preparing to enforce corporate parental rights, in loco parentis, because they need that money, badly.

Some schools are not even allowing parents to enter.

Think about that.

I felt bad for House Judiciary Ranking Member Jim because the committee staff do not seem to be doing their job, compensatory to their pay, so I decided to help him out a bit, considering that I know a thing or two, or three.... about how the committee was designed to operate, since I know the Ranking Member who used to sit in Jim's seat.

Members are demanding China be held accountable for stealing vaccine development data, yet not one teeny tiny peep that the vaccine research is coming out of children's hospitals.

The Members spoke of how eggs used to be used to test the vaccines, but failed to identify that these were human eggs, as the research has been accelerated to the use of zygotes.

This is what the Freedom Caucus is covering up with prolife propaganda because this is how they fund their campaigns and by sending all the Medicaid fraud in child welfare overseas, through their tiny human trust funds, but do not tell this to Jim Jordan, because he is from Ohio and so is Abigail Wexner.

Jim Jordan is covering up the Russian influence in our elections because this is all about Magnitsky.

Researcher Pleaded Guilty to Conspiring to Steal Scientific Trade Secrets from Ohio Children’s Hospital to Sell in China

Crime is Another Example of Economic Malfeasance Related to the Peoples Republic of China Accommodating Theft of Commercial Products They Cannot Field Organically

Former Ohio woman Li Chen, 46, pleaded guilty today via video conference in U.S. District Court today to conspiring to steal scientific trade secrets and conspiring to commit wire fraud concerning the research, identification and treatment of a range of pediatric medical conditions.
“Once again we see the People’s Republic of China (PRC) facilitating the theft of our nation’s ingenuity and hard work as part of their quest to rob, replicate and replace any product they don’t have the ability to develop themselves,” said John C. Demers, Assistant Attorney General for National Security.  “Far from being an isolated incident, we see the PRC implicated in around 60 percent of all trade secret theft cases.  This continued economic belligerence runs contrary to the values and norms that facilitate the success of our industries and countering it remains among our highest priorities.”
“Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Research Institute took reasonable measures to protect its cutting-edge intellectual property and trade secrets regarding exosomes, and I commend the cooperation of Nationwide Children’s throughout this investigation,” U.S. Attorney David M. DeVillers said. “Chen betrayed her employer of 10 years by stealing trade secrets from this American institution and transferring them to China after receiving payments from the Chinese government.”
“Li Chen was a trusted researcher at Nationwide Children’s Hospital, conducting cutting-edge U.S. government-funded research,” stated FBI Cincinnati Special Agent in Charge Chris Hoffman. “With her guilty plea, she admits that she abused this trust to establish a company in China for her own financial gain. The FBI is committed to working closely with partners such as Nationwide Children’s Hospital to protect the innovations that make America a world leader in science and technology.”
Chen admitted to stealing scientific trade secrets related to exosomes and exosome isolation from Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Research Institute for her own personal financial gain.
Chen and her husband, alleged co-conspirator Yu Zhou, 49, worked in separate medical research labs at the Research Institute for 10 years each (Zhou from 2007 until 2017 and Chen from 2008 until 2018).  They are charged with conspiring to steal at least five trade secrets related to exosome research from Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Exosomes play a key role in the research, identification and treatment of a range of medical conditions, including necrotizing enterocolitis (a condition found in premature babies), liver fibrosis and liver cancer.

Exosomal microRNA predicts and protects against severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia in extremely premature infants

Premature infants are at high risk for developing bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD), characterized by chronic inflammation and inhibition of lung development, which we have recently identified as being modulated by microRNAs (miRNAs) and alterations in the airway microbiome. Exosomes and exosomal miRNAs may regulate cell differentiation and tissue and organ development. We discovered that tracheal aspirates from infants with severe BPD had increased numbers of, but smaller, exosomes compared with term controls. Similarly, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid from hyperoxia-exposed mice (an animal model of BPD) and supernatants from hyperoxia-exposed human bronchial epithelial cells (in vitro model of BPD) had increased exosomes compared with air controls. Next, in a prospective cohort study of tracheal aspirates obtained at birth from extremely preterm infants, utilizing independent discovery and validation cohorts, we identified unbiased exosomal miRNA signatures predictive of severe BPD. The strongest signal of reduced miR-876-3p in BPD-susceptible compared with BPD-resistant infants was confirmed in the animal model and in vitro models of BPD. In addition, based on our recent discovery of increased Proteobacteria in the airway microbiome being associated with BPD, we developed potentially novel in vivo and in vitro models for BPD combining Proteobacterial LPS and hyperoxia exposure. Addition of LPS led to a larger reduction in exosomal miR 876-3p in both hyperoxia and normoxia compared with hyperoxia alone, thus indicating a potential mechanism by which alterations in microbiota can suppress miR 876-3p. Gain of function of miR 876-3p improved the alveolar architecture in the in vivo BPD model, demonstrating a causal link between miR 876-3p and BPD. In summary, we provide evidence for the strong predictive biomarker potential of miR 876-3p in severe BPD. We also provide insights on the pathogenesis of neonatal lung disease, as modulated by hyperoxia and microbial product–induced changes in exosomal miRNA 876-3p, which could be targeted for future therapeutic development.
According to her plea agreement, Chen conspired to steal and then monetize one of the trade secrets by creating and selling exosome “isolation kits.”  Chen admitted to starting a company in China to sell the kits.  Chen received benefits from the Chinese government, including the State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs and the National Natural Science Foundation of China.  Chen also applied to multiple Chinese government talent plans, a method used by China to transfer foreign research and technology to the Chinese government.
As part of her plea, Chen has agreed to forfeit approximately $1.4 million, 500,000 shares of common stock of Avalon GloboCare Corp. and 400 shares of common stock of GenExosome Technologies Inc.
Chen and Zhou were arrested in California in July 2019 and their case was unsealed in August 2019 when they appeared in federal court in Columbus.
John C. Demers, Assistant Attorney General for National Security;David M. DeVillers, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio; and Chris Hoffman, Special Agent in Charge, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Cincinnati Division, announced the plea entered into today before U.S. District Judge Sarah D. Morrison.  Assistant U.S. Attorneys S. Courter Shimeall, Peter K. Glenn-Applegate, Special Assistant U.S. Attorney J. Michael Marous and National Security Division Trial Attorney Matthew J. McKenzie, are representing the United States in this case.

The studies are Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan, are not random nor controlled as patients were on steroids and other concurrent treatment, which means that every time you promote usage of Hydroxycloroquine (Plaquenil) (HCQ), you broadcast to the world that your lack scientific research methodological acumen or basic skills in logic.

You sound just dumb.

Stop it.

This HCQ propaganda is just as bad as pizzacrap everyone was smoking.

Trump has been falsely advised because his White House physician is not even a Medical Doctor.

When you spread that crap, you participate in the foreign invasion of the US.

This is about the industry of modern day human trafficking.

Couple Who Worked at Local Research Institute for 10 Years Charged with Stealing Trade Secrets, Wire Fraud

A former Dublin, Ohio, couple has been charged with crimes related to stealing exosome-related trade secrets concerning the research, identification and treatment of a range of pediatric medical conditions announced Assistant Attorney General John C. Demers of National Security, U.S. Attorney Benjamin C. Glassman for the Southern District of Ohio, Assistant Director John Brown of the Counterintelligence division and FBI Special Agent in Charge Todd Wickerham of the Cincinnati division.
“Nationwide Children’s Hospital devoted years of work and its own money to researching exosomes in order to promote honorable medical advances,” U.S. Attorney Glassman said.  “The hospital’s Research Institute took reasonable measures to keep its trade secrets secret.  I commend the cooperation of Nationwide Children’s throughout this investigation.”
“The theft of trade secrets is a growing threat that severely impacts our economy and our national security,” stated FBI Cincinnati Special Agent in Charge Todd Wickerham.  “The FBI is committed to investigating these cases and working with all of our partners to protect intellectual property.”
According to the indictment, Yu Zhou, 49, and Li Chen, 46, currently of San Diego, California, conspired to, attempted to and did steal scientific trade secrets related to exosomes and exosome isolation from Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Research Institute for their own personal financial gain.
The defendants were arrested in July and the case was unsealed today at the defendants’ arraignments in federal court in Columbus at 2pm before U.S. District Judge Sarah D. Morrison.
Zhou and Chen are spouses who worked in separate medical research labs at the Research Institute for 10 years each (Zhou from 2007 until 2017 and Chen from 2008 until 2018).  Exosomes play a key role in the research, identification and treatment of a range of medical conditions, including necrotizing enterocolitis (a condition found in premature babies), liver fibrosis and liver cancer.
The husband and wife allegedly founded a company in China in 2015 without the hospital’s knowledge.  While Zhou and Chen continued to be employed by Nationwide Children’s, they marketed products and services related to exosome isolation through their Chinese company.
The indictment also alleges that in 2017, Zhou and Chen helped co-found an American biotechnology company.  As of 2019, the company’s website advertises multiple products and services related to exosome isolation, including a kit that was developed from a trade secret created at a Nationwide Children’s research lab.
Zhou and Chen allegedly used the hospital’s Research Institute resources and equipment to conduct the exosome research necessary for their unauthorized, outside work.
In November 2017, Zhou and Chen allegedly received more than $876,000 and stock related to an asset purchase agreement involving the American biotechnology company.  It is also alleged Zhou entered into a stock purchase agreement with that same company under which he would receive $450,000.
Zhou resigned from the Research Institute at Nationwide Children’s, effective Nov. 10, 2017.  On Jan. 31, 2018, Chen resigned from her position at the research institute.
Before his official last day of employment with the research institute, Zhou allegedly participated in a press release announcing the American company’s plans to market and distribute “proprietary exosome isolation systems” from its headquarters in Central Ohio.
Conspiring to, attempting to and committing theft of trade secrets is punishable by up to 10 years in prison. Conspiring to, attempting to and committing wire fraud carries a potential maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison.
Assistant Attorney General Demers and U.S. Attorney Glassman commended the investigation of this case by the FBI, as well as Assistant United States Attorneys S. Courter Shimeall, Peter Glenn-Applegate and J. Michael Marous and National Security Division trial attorney Matthew J. McKenzie, who are prosecuting the case.
An indictment merely contains allegations, and defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Prelude To Detroit: Will Paul Whelan Do Hard Labor Or Will Pompeo Continue To Cloak CIA Trafficking Tiny Humans Operations?

SOS Children's Villages: A Family For Every Child - The Holy ...
SOS Children's Villages
Paul Whelan is about to do hard labor in a Russian prison camp.

I bet that sucks.

Mike Pompeo wants Paul to come home.

I bet that will suck for Pompeo when Paul comes home due to the fact that we are dealing with stealin' the children, land & vote because the CIA is the one who crafted the U.S. Child Welfare System.

I just do not understand how people so readily forget that Pompeo was running in the aeronautics industry before he got a law license, long before he was appointed by Trump to be CIA Director, which means he already knows what is going on with Whelan.

According to Wikipedia:
In 1998, Pompeo moved to Wichita, Kansas, where he and three other West Point friends, Brian Bulatao, Ulrich Brechbuhl, and Michael Stradinger, acquired three aircraft-part manufacturers there (Aero Machine, Precision Profiling, B&B Machine) and in St. Louis (Advance Tool & Die), renaming the entity Thayer Aerospace after West Point superintendent Sylvanus Thayer.[23][24][25] Venture funding for the private organization included a nearly 20% investment from Koch Industries [26] as well as Dallas-based Cardinal Investment, and Bain & Company (Brechbuhl worked for Bain at the time).[27][23] Brechbuhl and Stradinger left the company shortly after it was founded, but Pompeo and Bulatao continued.

In 2006, he sold his interest in the company, which by then had been renamed Nex-Tech Aerospace, to Highland Capital Management, which had clients including Lockheed Martin, Gulfstream Aerospace, Cessna Aircraft, Boeing, Spirit AeroSystems and Raytheon Aircraft.[28] Pompeo then became president of Sentry International, an oilfield equipment manufacturer that was also a partner of Koch Industries.[29]

In 2017, when Pompeo became head of the CIA, he named his former business partner, Brian Bulatao, the agency's chief operating officer.[24]
Then, this happened....

Pompeo denies impropriety in firing of State Dept. watchdog

Mike Pompeo is from Kansas, the very same state which hosts the fake ass foreign money laundering National Alliance of Children's Trust & Prevention Funds for all the States, which started in Detroit, where Sam Brownback is running the international ops for Faith Base Funding through USAID.

But, hey, what do I know?

I know this happened....

Prelude To Detroit: The Unholy Alliance Of Bill Barr, Mark Esper & Mike Pompeo Falsely Advise Trump To Block ICC War Crimes Prosecutions Of Afghanistan Trafficking Tiny Humans

I know we are in Detroit because it all started in Detroit.

Michigan man to be sentenced in Moscow, faces 18 years in labor camp

After nearly 18 months in prison, Michigan's Paul Whelan is expected to be sentenced Monday in Moscow as his espionage trial there concludes.

Prosecutors are seeking up to 18 years in a labor camp, which Whelan's family and attorneys consider particularly harsh, Whelan's twin brother David said.

Whelan, 50, of Novi has maintained his innocence. His attorneys pressed for acquittal.

His family doesn't really know what’s going to happen Monday, but they expect Whelan will be automatically convicted under Russia's justice system, which involves no due process. A conviction in Russia, David said, means the defendant didn't confess.

"I’m concerned and anxious for Paul. No one wants to be sentenced to 18 years, even if it’s for show. He is the one who will face going to a labor camp in 30 days," David said. "But I really am very hopeful that finally that’s out of the way."

The family is eager for the verdict because that means Whelan can finally move to the next step, where diplomats become heavily involved.

The Russian foreign ministry has indicated during the last year its interest in trading the American for certain Russian prisoners or for access to diplomatic properties the they've been denied access to in New York and Maryland, David said.

"Conviction is a necessary occurrence, so that Paul can then be considered in that potential for whatever concession the Russian government is looking for," David said.

"The sentence is almost immaterial because we don’t want him to have any of the sentence over there. It’s much more about getting past this procedural milestone, so on the government-to-government side they can have discussions about some sort of future exchange."

Paul Whelan, who grew up in Ann Arbor, was arrested in December 2018 in a Moscow hotel room and charged with espionage, which carries up to 20 years in prison in Russia.

The former U.S. Marine was director of global security for auto parts supplier BorgWarner in Auburn Hills and was visiting Moscow for a friend's wedding, according to his family.

He has denied being a spy and urged President Donald Trump to intervene, telling reporters in Moscow that a Russian friend in law enforcement planted a hard drive on him without his knowing.

Russian media reported during the trial that Paul believes Ilya Yatsenko, an FSB agent, set him up to avoid repaying a $1,400 loan to Paul, David said. The FSB is the successor agency to the communist KGB secret police.

In prison, Paul was denied treatment for a painful hernia that worsened and led to emergency surgery two weeks ago. He was transferred back to Lefortovo prison the next day, David said.

U.S. lawmakers and diplomats have repeatedly urged Russia to send Paul home, criticizing the fairness of the judicial process, the lack of evidence against him and the conditions in which he's been held.

“We ... call on Russia to do the same for Paul Whelan, who needs to be released now," Secretary of State Mike Pompeo told reporters Wednesday in Washington.

Ryan Fayhee, the Whelan family's attorney, has said Paul doesn't fit the profile of a spy, as the U.S. government wouldn't send someone to engage in intelligence gathering without diplomatic cover.

It's unclear why Paul was arrested — whether it was carefully orchestrated or was the product of negligence, said Fayhee, who worked in the Justice Department's counter-espionage section.

"What is clear is that Paul is not a spy and that he has subsequently been held, isolated from his family and subjected to a secret 'trial' that will lead to its forgone conclusion," Fayhee said Friday.

"This has all been done to seek some advantage or to extract some benefit from the U.S. government, as has been made quite clear time and again openly by Russian officials."

As a matter of policy, U.S. officials have necessarily been deferential to the Russian judicial process, Fayhee said, but once there is a conviction that deference will cease on both sides.

"And so, optimistically, Paul’s family very much hopes that with Paul’s conviction, a more intensive political process can begin after 18 long months," Fayhee said.

"We hope and expect, come Monday, the full court press will begin. ... We look forward to the coming engagement, whatever it brings."

Emperor Pence Rallies The Christian Sleeper Cells In Wake Of SCOTUS On RFRA

It is probably not appropriate for me to castigate Emperor Pence rallying the christian sleeper cells of the church-ez, due to the fact that SCOTUS is about to rule on the Religious Freedom Restoration Act in dealing with the ICC war crimes against U.S. military, and its contractors, when it comes to trafficking tiny humans through Faith Based Funding.

We have yet to release the Emperor's emails when he was Governor of Indiana, with his butt buddy Tony Perkins.

We have not even broached the subject of Pennsylvania and Jerry Sandusky trafficking tiny humans.

Heck, we have not even addressed the #coloredrevolution when it comes to the Faith Based Funding of political campaigns.

What about MAVNI?

You do know these foreign operatives flow through the christian churches, right?

For me to even pose the question on how Pastor Pimp and Reverend Pork Chop can afford private jets, is a subject I shall leave for the U.S. Treasury.

I have yet to have one single person, except in hearings, raise the fact that race is a pseudo-scientific construct of propaganda, for there does not exist any measurement of racial classification, unless we use the residuals of the peculiar institution on the hierarchy of human property ownership called Partus Sequitur Ventrum.

Welcome to the coven of tiny human traffickers, in the name of the tax exempt god, for no one shall stop their chattel train.

A Virtual Memorial Service Will Be Held for Ravi Zacharias

Ravi Zacharias, Ravi Zacharias is facing a terminal cancer diagnosis
Ravi Zacharias
Christian evangelist Ravi Zacharias will be honored in a livestream memorial service this week.

Zacharias died May 19 at the age of 74. The service will be streamed live at RZIM.org/RaviMemorial on May 29 at 11 a.m. ET.

“The story of the gospel is the story of eternal life. My life is unique and will endure eternally in God’s presence. I will never be ‘no more.’ I will never be lost because I will be with the One who saves me,” Zacharias wrote in Seeing Jesus from the East.

Zacharias founded Ravi Zacharias International Ministries in 1984. His ministry equipped some 100 Christian scholars and authors to travel the world and speak to millions of people.

Former football star Tim Tebow, Louis Giglio, Brooklyn Tabernacle Senior Pastor Jim Cymbala and others are expected to speak at Ravi’s memorial service. Matt Redman and Lecrae will also perform.

In lieu of flowers, the Zacharias family has asked that donations be made to RZIM.

Zacharias was best known as a top Christian apologist.

"(Ravi) saw the objections and questions of others not as something to be rebuffed, but as a cry of the heart that had to be answered," said Michael Ramsden, president of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries.

"People weren't logical problems waiting to be solved; they were people who needed the person of Christ. Those who knew him well will remember him first for his kindness, gentleness, and generosity of spirit. The love and kindness he had come to know in and through Jesus Christ was the same love he wanted to share with all he met."

As Christian Headlines previously reported, Zacharias wrote more than 30 books and preached in some 70 countries during his 48-year career. He was born in India and converted to Christianity as a teenager after reading the Bible in the hospital while recovering from a failed suicide attempt.

Zacharias is survived by his wife, Margie, daughters Sarah and Naomi, son, Nathan, and five grandchildren.

DOJ v. Omarosa - Will She Finally Get Due Process?

Omarosa has a long history with Trump.

Unfortunately, that history has been bleachbitted from the annals of history....or has it?

I got my money on Omarosa and Trump.

SCOTUS Says No House Judiciary To Mueller Detroit Grand Jury Material

Omarosa Manigault Newman Loses a Round Against DOJ Over Civil Lawsuit

Omarosa Manigault Newman was dealt a blow by a federal judge on Thursday after her motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice (DOJ) against her last summer was denied.

In a minute order filed by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon, the former White House Office of Public Liaison director of communications and, more famously, the serially reoccurring contestant on President Donald Trump’s reality television show The Apprentice, lost a bid to have the DOJ’s June 2019 complaint seeking a $50,000 civil fine against her tossed.

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia did not elaborate on the reasons why her motion was dismissed in the brief order.

While Manigault Newman’s brief tenure at the White House was marked by controversy and her time post-federal employment has also seen its own fair share of scandal related to her relationship with Trump, the lawsuit was filed against her due to an alleged lack of paperwork.

Filed under the Ethics in Government Act of (EIGA), the lawsuit claims that Manigault Newman never submitted a required ethics disclosure form after being let go in late December 2017.

According to that lawsuit, “on or before December 19, 2017, Ms. Manigault Newman received a post-government employment briefing in which she was advised of her obligations under the EIGA to file a termination financial disclosure report by January 18, 2018.”

The lawsuit notes the statutory background:

The EIGA requires individuals who occupy covered positions to file a final public financial disclosure report on or before the thirtieth day after leaving their position, unless they have accepted another covered position. …

Section 104(a) of the EIGA authorizes the Attorney General to bring a civil action in federal district court against any individual “who knowingly and willfully fails to file or report any information that such individual is required to report” under the EIGA.

The complaint accused Maniguault Newman of being expressly aware of her obligations under the federal law and sought to prove her awareness by citing an exchange between the defendant and a White House ethics attorney.

“On December 29, 2017, an ethics attorney in the White House Counsel’s Office sent Ms. Manigault Newman an email reminding her of her obligation to file her termination financial disclosure report by January 18, 2018,” the filing alleges. “Although the email addressed used was the personal email address provided by Ms. Manigault Newman to the White House Counsel’s Office…she did not respond.”

Repeat attempts to contact Manigault Newman via email also went unanswered, according to the lawsuit–including a warning that she was likely to be assessed a $200 late filing fee if she filed after January 18, 2018. The date came and went, according to the complaint, and several additional emails were sent. The lawsuit claims that Manigault Newman finally responded to those multiple outreach efforts in late March 2018 “by calling the ethics attorney to discuss the overdue termination financial disclosure report.”

The lawsuit further alleges that Manigault Newman also responded to an email sent by then-Deputy Counsel to the President Stefan Passantino “but thereafter did not filed the overdue termination financial disclosure report.”

Justice Dept. Religious Freedom Training Spurs Concern Among Lawyers

Some department lawyers expressed worries that the workshops were held to teach ways to limit civil rights protections for gay and transgender people.

WASHINGTON — The Justice Department this week hosted training for its lawyers on religious liberty laws as part of Attorney General William P. Barr’s push to prioritize religious freedom cases, but the workshops prompted concern among some career lawyers that they were being educated on ways to blunt civil rights protections for gay and transgender people.

Lawyers who worked at the Justice Department during the past three administrations could not recall a similar week of training sessions on any topic.

The training week was part of an ongoing campaign at the department to bolster its work to protect religious freedom, which is regularly described by top leaders as the first right protected by the First Amendment, a department official said in response to a request for comment.

In an email to employees sent on behalf of department leaders last weekend about the training, the department said that its leaders were proud of the work “done over the past year to promote religious freedom,” including prosecutions related to land use, education and employment.

Last month, the department filed a statement of interest in federal court in Kentucky that supported the right of a photographer not to work at same-sex weddings; she said it would violate her religious beliefs. And last fall the Justice Department supported an appeals case in Maine, saying that a state law banning religious schools from the state’s school tuition program was unconstitutional.

Both filings were a departure from the department’s positions under the Obama administration and have drawn criticism from gay rights activists as well as supporters of a sharp separation between church and state.

The training, the first of its kind, was voluntary. It was meant to improve employees’ understanding of their own free exercise of religious rights in the workplace, as well as the department’s resources for protecting places of worship and individual religious rights, according to the department official.
But career lawyers said that they feared the department was working to further the use of religious freedom in ways that would push back efforts to protect gay and transgender people from discrimination, according to emails and messages reviewed by The New York Times.

Some lawyers cited the department’s support of the photographer in Kentucky and its support of a Colorado baker whose refusal to make a wedding cake for a gay couple was upheld by the Supreme Court. Former Attorney General Jeff Sessions said at a Justice Department event to celebrate religious freedom that the baker, Jack Phillips, was courageous and that Western culture was increasingly “less hospitable to people of faith.”

Vanita Gupta, the president of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights and the former head of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division, accused Mr. Barr of using the Justice Department to promote his religious beliefs.

“In speeches and statements, he says that civil society is being undermined by a move away from religiosity,” she said. “He wants to use civil rights statutes and the D.O.J. to redeem what he views as the corrupted soul of America.”

The department’s civil rights division has also undertaken work more in keeping with past administrations. In January, Mr. Barr also met with Jewish leaders in Brooklyn to discuss a nationwide rise in anti-Semitic hate crimes. Prosecutors also secured a guilty plea from a Louisiana man charged with intentionally setting fire to three black Baptist churches in violation of the Church Arson Prevention Act.

The training sessions focused on topics including protections for religious land use, the religious rights of prisoners, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, protecting places of worship, and the religious liberty rights of employees under federal law.

“Religious liberty is a core American value and a top priority for the department,” the department said in the email about the training.

“We pledge to protect the free exercise of religion when we take our oath to ‘support and defend the Constitution.’ We do so out of respect for the conscience of our fellow citizens and to preserve the civil society in which our liberal democracy can flourish.”

The email echoes remarks that Mr. Barr made last month at the National Religious Broadcasters’ annual convention, where he said that “Augustinian Christianity” is at the root of the our democracy, and that Americans “providentially enjoy its blessings today.”

“In my view, liberal democracy has reached its fullest expression in the Anglo-American political system,” Mr. Barr said. “The wellsprings of this system are found in Augustinian Christianity.”
Attendees said that no religion was prioritized over another during the training sessions, which were led by departments officials from the office of the principal deputy associate attorney general, Claire McCusker Murray; the Civil Rights Division; the Community Relations Service; and various U.S. attorneys’ offices.

IMPEACHMENT: Senate Trial - Day Five - Meet The Legal Geniuses Behind The Original Coup - Detroit

This happened...

Typically, when individuals are plotting and scheming a coup to take out a sitting officeholder, they do not confer with the officeholder they are plotting and scheming to take out of office, which is why the Democratic witnesses never directly conferred with Trump, just like they did with my Sweetie.

Duh.

MOTHER TERESA'S CHARITY INVESTIGATED FOR CHILD TRAFFICKING

The Catholic charity set up by Mother Teresa in India is being investigated over allegations that it was involved in selling children in its care.

The Indian government has ordered an inspection of all child care centers run by the Missionaries of Charity after two of its employees were arrested over the sale of several children earlier this month, NPR has reported.

The investigation stems from a Missionaries of Charity shelter for pregnant, unmarried women in the city of Ranchi, in the eastern state of Jharkhand. A nun, Sister Koncilia, and a social worker, Anima Indwar, were arrested after four children were found to have been sold, including a 6-month-old boy, for as little as $730. Indwar has confessed to her involvement, and all four children have been tracked down.

Police stand outside a home which provides shelter for pregnant unmarried women run by the Missionaries of Charity in Ranchi, India, on July 4, 2018. A nun and a worker at the facility are accused of selling children from the center.

According to the Catholic News Agency, police were tipped off to the trafficking by a couple who had paid about $1,760 for a child from the shelter. The couple went to the authorities when Indwar later took the child back without returning the money.

As police continued to follow up on leads and build a case, India's Women and Child Development Minister, Maneka Gandhi, ordered an immediate inspection of the child care facilities run by the charity across the country.

The charity arranged adoptions from its centers until 2015, when it discontinued the program because it opposed new government legislation that made it easier for single, divorced and separated people to adopt children, the BBC reported.

A spokeswoman for the order said that because it no longer arranged adoptions, the allegations of trafficking were baseless. "There was no question of selling any child, as the Missionaries of Charity had stopped giving children for adoption three years ago," Samita Kumar told Catholic News Agency. Kumar added that even when the charity did organize adoptions, it never charged prospective parents.

Mother Teresa Charity Employees Allegedly Sold Babies
India's adoption network is loosely regulated, contributing to high rates of child trafficking in the country. Gandhi said that as many as 1,400 institutions were failing to comply with India's Juvenile Justice Act in which all shelters involved in adoptions must register with the central state adoption body.

The Missionaries of Charity was founded by Mother Teresa—an Albanian nun named Agnes Gonxha Bojaxhiu—in the eastern city of Kolkata in 1950. It grew to become one of the most visible charity organizations in the country, particularly caring for the sick and dying. The Vatican declared Mother Teresa, who died in 1997, a saint in 2016.

The nun faced a range of criticisms—notably from writer Christopher Hitchens—over the conduct of her organizations. It is alleged that her order used deathbed baptisms to forcibly convert their patients, and Mother Teresa was accused of glorifying the sick's suffering rather than relieving it. Friendship with controversial figures, including Haitian dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier, and questions over her management of the charity's funds drew further criticism.

DOJ: Human Trafficking Summit Did Not Mention Foster Care & Adoption

Hey, Jeff, did Boo Boo Barr tell you not to mention the trafficking of tiny humans?

It would be a bit awkward if you did, considering Boo Boo Barr advocates for the foreign invasion of trafficking tiny humans through those foeign corporations with those corporate parental rights over their tiny human capital.

Praise the lord.

Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey A. Rosen Delivers Keynote Remarks at the Department of Justice's Summit on Combating Human Trafficking
WashingtonDC
 ~
Tuesday, January 14, 2020
Remarks as Prepared for Delivery
Thank you all so much for being here at this Human Trafficking Summit.  Prosecuting human trafficking and protecting and assisting victims are among our top priorities at the Department of Justice.  Today we highlighted initiatives that are moving us forward and also discussed challenges that we all, together, need to confront in order to make the next leap forward.
I am grateful to the U.S. Attorneys, FBI and DOJ personnel here today.  Your presence helps cement the message that our department has made the fight against human trafficking a top priority.  Our state, local, tribal and territorial government partners, including in law enforcement, are on the front lines.  We have your back and are in this work together with you.  I also want to thank officials from other U.S. government agencies here – today and every day – in partnership with us.  And I also thank the organizers of today’s event.
Expert survivor leaders informed the strategies we discussed today.  We salute your courage in stopping human traffickers from hurting others, even while you build your own lives and move from surviving to thriving.  Last but not least, I thank representatives from non-governmental organizations that assist survivors and work with communities to prevent human trafficking.  We are grateful for your partnership.
***
There are important takeaways from today’s summit.  First, protecting and assisting victims is important to the larger cause of justice and to the immediate needs of investigation and prosecution.  Second, human trafficking overlaps with other crimes, including drug trafficking, gang crimes, money laundering, and human smuggling.  And human trafficking is hidden in a very wide range of settings, from local and transnational commercial sex enterprises, to sweatshops and fields across the U.S., all the way to global supply chains of major multinational corporations.  We need more innovative strategies to detect it so that we can stop it.  Third, we need the availability of all law enforcement tools to adequately investigate and prosecute more human trafficking cases.  While some say we cannot prosecute our way out of this problem, the fact is that a human trafficker who remains at large can and will find other victims.
These three points – victim protection, detection of hidden crime intersecting with other crime problems, and the value of effective investigations and prosecutions – are seen in recent cases that DOJ and its partners successfully investigated and prosecuted.
In May 2019, a federal jury found Brian Folks guilty of 13 federal felonies arising from his operation of a violent sex and drug trafficking enterprise that sold heroin and forced young, drug-addicted women to engage in commercial sex through the greater Burlington, Vermont, area.  Over almost four years, Folks targeted young, vulnerable women who were either addicted to drugs or homeless.  After recruiting victims and forcing them to perform commercial sex acts, he inflicted serious consequences if they “violated” his strict rules.  He beat the victims, often in front of others, creating a climate of fear, and he sexually assaulted them.  He also videotaped them performing explicit sex acts, and threatened to expose the videos to the public.  He, used heroin as an addictive tool, using painful withdrawal symptoms as punishment.  Folks is scheduled to be sentenced on Feb. 3, 2020, and faces between 15 years up to life imprisonment, as well as mandatory payment of restitution to the sex trafficking victims.
Also last May, a U.S. District Court Judge sentenced a couple in Southlake, Texas, to seven years in prison each and ordered them to pay $288,620 in restitution to the victim of their crime.  A federal jury had convicted the defendants of forced labor, conspiracy to commit alien harboring, and alien harboring after a four-day trial.  The defendants arranged for the victim, then a young child in rural Guinea, to travel alone from her home in West Africa to the defendants’ home in Texas in early 2000.  The defendants forced the victim to cook, clean, and take care of their own children, some of whom were close to the victim’s age, all without pay, for the next 16 years.  This bears repeating: they managed to keep their crimes hidden for 16 years.  As a consequence of their convictions, the defendants, who are citizens of Guinea and lawful permanent residents of the United States, may lose their U.S. immigration status and be removed to Guinea pursuant to law.
***
We have heard today from two DOJ prosecuting units whose work is at the heart of DOJ’s efforts.  They represent the DOJ’s commitment to the anti-human trafficking mission.  In response to the need for expertise from federal, state and local enforcement partners nationwide, DOJ formed the Human Trafficking Prosecution Unit, or HTPU, a specialized unit within the Civil Rights Division, in 2007.  The Unit is devoted to novel, complex, multi-jurisdictional, and international trafficking cases. Attorneys from DOJ Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, or CEOS, continue to serve as experts in child sex trafficking crimes and the online facilitation of sex trafficking. These two units provide distinct expertise in wide-ranging threats criminalized under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 and other laws, including those prohibiting transnational crime, organized crime, and online exploitation.  Together with the 94 U.S. Attorneys’ Offices, they have prosecuted 2,302 cases, brought 4,244  traffickers to justice and secured 3,589 convictions since the TVPA was first passed.  These include cases against customers who fuel demand by purposefully seeking sex with children, and against those who facilitate this crime, such as the groundbreaking prosecution against backpage.com.
We heard today about DOJ-led enforcement initiatives spearheaded by HTPU, CEOS and the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and the FBI.  These include the Anti-trafficking Coordination Team Initiative, or ACTeams; the U.S.-Mexico Bilateral Human Trafficking Enforcement Initiative; and Innocence Lost task forces, among other efforts that have helped us to leap ahead.  One Phase II ACTeam District prosecuted a landmark case against 38 defendants who operated an extensive transnational sex trafficking enterprise that exploited hundreds of Thai women throughout the United States.  That same ACTeam, in Minnesota, also simultaneously charged and convicted two other forced labor cases involving foreign victims – one in a restaurant and another in domestic servitude.  Another initiative was Operation Independence Day, spearheaded by the FBI last summer to identify and arrest sex traffickers and recover child victims.  The month-long initiative relied on more than 400 law enforcement agencies around the country. In all, 103 juveniles were identified or recovered and 67 suspected traffickers were arrested. The sweep resulted in 60 new federal investigations.
Since the Trafficking Victims Protection Act passed, the numbers of cases charged and defendants convicted have increased exponentially. These cases have included complex cases involving multiple victims; extensive criminal enterprises that operated for years across multiple jurisdictions; labor trafficking cases across a range of work sectors; and sex trafficking cases affecting both adult and child victims.
***
The year 2020 marks the twenty-year anniversary of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000.  The TVPA responded to the fact that the ability of one person to control, exploit, abuse and profit from another person’s labor and commercial sex acts has not yet been fully eradicated.  And it needs to be.
This is why prosecuting human traffickers, and protecting vulnerable victims, are among our top priorities.  The Department of Justice is at the forefront of this fight but we would not be able to make progress without all of you.  We would not make a dent without our investigative partners.  We would not make a dent without governmental and non-governmental human services agencies that are helping traumatized victims.  We would not make a dent without those working to prevent this crime from happening in the first place.  We have so much left to do.  But this summit is also a time to pause and celebrate all that we have done together in the two decades since the Trafficking Victims Protection Act was enacted.  I want to personally thank each of you that has been involved in this herculean effort.
Today, we recommit to ending human trafficking.  Our work continues.  Thank you.

Sharyl Attkisson Attempts To Assail The Armorial Of Rod Rosenstein

For the last few weeks, I have been observing what I like to call the team of Trollie Trolls, quite professional, who happen to like to forage through my archives.

I found them to be fascinating as their patterns were quickly identified.

Sometimes, I would even leave delightful morsels of information for them to digest, just so I could see what kind of crap they would excrete.

Well, lo and behold, it looks like we have a new queen of privatization, and thine name is Sharyl Attkisson.

Alas, the Errant Queen Sharyl (EQS) has given the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed the Great Saddy Face, for she attempts to defrock My Memo Man, Rod Rosenstein, and strip him of his right to bearing his armorialties.

Notice, I said, "attempts", because no one touches My Memo Man.

EQS, definitely not to be confused with 'esquire', has contemporaneously filed a suit of law against My Memo Man as he takes on his new roll in corporate litigation.

Rod Rosenstein Has New Friends In Baltimore

EQS deflated my excitement for Rod's new career in the filing of her action against him.

Former CBS Reporter Sharyl Attkisson announced yesterday that she is suing former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein for illegally spying on her during the Obama year.  Rosenstein and other Deep State dirty cops are identified in her filing.

Yes, Boys & Girls, we are dealing with "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) for the following reasons:
  • The proper party would have been The United States;
  • She got her information from Twitter that does not even have blue check;
  • She was attempting to civilly sue the U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder, for criminal actions, based upon her reporting on active investigations, as a CBS reporter, where CBS obviously did not want to represent her, and lost her appeal;
  • She was never called to testify in congressional hearings;
  • She is the only one in the entire universe who has exposed:
    • Fast & Furious;
    • Benghazi;
    • Russiagate;
    • Ukrainegate; and,
    • Mueller Election Interference Investigation.
  • She was mean to my Sweetie, as seen in her propaganda video, below.

I just find it odd that she claims to be a seasoned reporter, yet has not once, reached out to me, or even cite my name, as the original source, to what she has stated as claims in her lawsuits.

She promulgates lies for money because it is quite obvious she is not doing this to further her career, because, if she was, she would not be engaging in such unethical activities as enjoining with the other co-conspirators.

I guess the old adage is true that some people will do anything for a dollar, but, now, she has the crap tank, Heritage Foundation, behind her, and My Memo Man has me to defend his honor.

Who said chivalry was gender specific?

If the lady wishes to repurpose herself as a regal, fake ass whistleblower, well, by golly, then the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed shall grant her wish and make her superstar.

From the looks of her claims, there seems to be viable possibility that she was under federal investigation for her questionable activities and associations.

FUN FACT! THE DAILY SIGNAL IS NOT REGISTERED IN ANY STATE AS A BUSINESS

That is correct, The Daily Signal is what I like to call a Corporate Shape Shifter, where the Heritage Foundation is using it as a front to fund political campaigns with foreign money, more than likely, from stealin' the children, land and vote.

I see the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, a tool to use corporate parental rights for the trafficking of tiny humans,.

I also see Emperor Pence, which is why I have donned upon Sharyl, the appellation of EQS.

I will take the greatest pleasure running up your new employer's legal bills and shuttering that crap tank, and I will preserve your name in the annals of history, giving you all the credit.

You were mean to My Memo Man.

That is not nice; that is an act of sedition.

HERITAGE FOUNDATION LAUNCHES NATIONAL NEWS SITE FEATURING SHARYL ATTKISSON

2014_06_03_SAvideothumb-800x420WASHINGTON - What Illinois Review strives to do on a state issues level, Heritage Foundation is now launching at a national level - a new source of balanced news reporting. The Daily Signal has taken on CBS' ex-reporter Sharyl Attkisson as senior independent contributor. In an exclusive interview, Attkisson says the news media are heading down a dangerous path with attempts to “censor or block stories” that don’t align with their preferred agenda.

With major topics such as Benghazi, Common Core, Cronyism and ObamaCare, they'll be updating daily and adding to the national news front. From Bloomberg BusinessWeek:

Now Heritage has a new plan to exert its influence and, its leaders hope, win converts to the cause. On June 3 it will begin publishing the Daily Signal, a new digital news site whose primary focus will be straight reporting. “We came to the realization that the mainstream media had really abdicated the responsibility to do the news and do it well,” says Geoffrey Lysaught, vice president of strategic communications at the Heritage Foundation, who will also serve as publisher. The site aims to rectify the conservative perception that mainstream news slants to the left. “We plan to do political and policy news,” says Lysaught, “not with a conservative bent, but just true, straight-down-the-middle journalism.”

How does this help Heritage? The Daily Signal will also publish an opinion section aimed at a younger audience that isn’t thumbing through the editorial pages of theWall Street Journal. Heritage is betting that these readers, attracted to the Daily Signal’s news, will find themselves persuaded by the conservative commentary and analysis that will draw on the think tank’s scholars and researchers.
