DOJ: Pennsylvania Man Pleads Guilty to Engaging in Illicit Sexual Conduct with Minors in the Republic of Kenya - In The Name Of The Tax Exempt God, DoD, NIH & Vatican

Welcome to the world of the residuals of the peculiar institution, where the time has come to dismantle.

Slavery was never abolished, it just slapped a big cross on front of their "Public Private Partner - Ships" and called themselves Child Welfare Services.

Much love to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and crew.

Praise the lord, for there are thousands upon thousands more of these trafficking tiny human operations, but for now, this is just one operation of trafficking tiny humans in Kenya.

These children are orphaned from mothers who died of HIV human lab rat experiments, funded through the U.S. National Institute of Health, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the Vatican, specifically Catholic Charities, where the children grow up, sometimes, to be lab rats, to see if the girls can give birth under the age of 11 years, to produce more goods to acquire, where, of course, the process is documented on video.

Greg Dow
Gregory Dow, The christian daddy
A Lancaster County, Pennsylvania man pleaded guilty today to engaging in illicit sexual conduct in a foreign place.
Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney William M. McSwain of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Special Agent in Charge Michael Driscoll of the FBI’s Philadelphia Field Office made the announcement.

Gregory Dow, 61, pleaded guilty to four counts of engaging in illicit sexual conduct in a foreign place, before U.S. District Court Judge Edward G. Smith. Sentencing is set for Sept. 29, 2020.
According to the plea agreement, Dow, an American citizen, traveled to the Republic of Kenya in 2008 to start an orphanage which came to be known as the Dow Family Children’s Home.  While running the orphanage with his wife, he sexually abused, on multiple occasions, four minor girls between October 2013 and September 2017.  During this time period, he maintained ties to the United States.

The FBI’s Philadelphia Field Office conducted the investigation with assistance from Kenyan authorities and local law enforcement in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  Trial Attorneys Lauren S. Kupersmith and Lauren E. Britsch of the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section (CEOS) and Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy M. Stengel of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania are prosecuting the case.
This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice.  Led by U.S. Attorneys’ Offices and CEOS, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state and local resources to better locate, apprehend and prosecute individuals who exploit children via the Internet, as well as to identify and rescue victims. For more information about Project Safe Childhood, please visit www.justice.gov/psc.

The following is their financial money laundering network.

Please note the federal funding.

Slavery was never abolished, it just slapped a cross on it and called it child welfare, in the name of the tax exempt god.

Speaking of tax exempt god, has anyone heard from Betsy DeVos, lately?

Lancaster man pleads guilty to sexual abuse of girls in Kenyan orphanage: officials

A Lancaster man accused of sexually abusing four girls at his Kenyan orphanage between 2013 and 2017 has pleaded guilty to four counts against him, according to U.S. Attorney William McSwain.

Gregory Dow, 61, created the Dow Family Children’s Home back in 2008 when he and his family traveled to the Republic of Kenya to start an orphanage, according to the statement from McSwain’s office. The orphanage was established in Bomet County, and Dow claimed he was a Christian missionary who cared for the children and asked them to call him “Dad."

The home was open until September 2017, when Kenyan authorities suspected that Dow was sexually abusing children in his care, McSwain’s office said. Dow fled back to Lancaster when the allegations came to light.

The FBI then investigated the allegations, determining that he had sexually abused at least four girls between October 2013 and September 2017, according to McSwain’s office. Two of the girls were as young as 11 when the assaults began.

The investigation found that Dow’s wife brought the girls to a medical clinic to have birth control devices implanted into their arms in order for Dow to continue abusing the girls without fear of impregnating them, according to McSwain’s office. <=== lab rats.  Michigan christians found out that tiny humans can reproduce as young as 11 years of age. Dow was charged with these crimes in July of 2019, and on Monday, Dow pleaded guilty to the four counts of engaging in illicit sexual conduct with a minor in a foreign place, in front of U.S. District Court Judge Edward G. Smith.

“Gregory Dow hid behind his supposed faith on the other side of the world, hoping no one in the U.S. would know or care about the children he abused. He was wrong,” said U.S. Attorney McSwain. “Holding those accountable who sexually abuse children, no matter where their crimes occur, will continue to be a top priority of my Office and the entire Department of Justice.”

Dow Family Children’s Home Support Trip

Fundraising campaign by jleighlamb

Letien , KE | Other Funding

Some of you may remember hearing about Phil’s trip to Kenya back in 2012. He visited the Dow Family Children’s Home to install cement floors in their school building. He came home talking my ear off about girls who “braided” his hair and how I just had to go see for myself what the Dow’s were doing. And then he showed me the pictures of beautiful children and my heart melted.

I began working with the Dows helping with administration items last summer. I started following their updates, reading about these abandoned children and how the Dows were stepping in to change their lives. This family truly lives by faith; giving their entire life up to serve children in Letien, Kenya. They not only run this amazing home, but also minister to the community through a school and church. We will never truly know how many lives they have and will touch! Intrigued by what they are doing, I started doing some research. I learned that there are approximately 153 million orphans worldwide! Just in Kenya there are approximately 2.6 million. How does this happen? And how do we sit here unmoved, armed with those statistics?

With the help of Phil’s uncle and his company, Doug Lamb Construction, we’ll be visiting the Dow Family Children’s Home on October 25th through November 4th. We’ll be going with a group of 10 people to build a pavilion and play area for the children. With 55 plus children, their eating area is outside. This becomes a problem during their rainy season, so a pavilion will help keep them dry during meal times.  The majority of the children are under the age of 5. You could put that in the context of a bunch of Izzy’s running around looking to expel large amounts of havoc energy. They need a play area…and the staff needs a lot of prayer!

Other than loving on the kids, supporting staff in any way I can, I’ll also be helping to finalize the administration needs for the Dows as they will be partnering with Brittany’s Hope starting in January 2014. Brittany’s Hope is an organization from little old Elizabethtown, PA who is enacting global change for internationally abandoned children. Their work is amazing and they will be a wealth of support and stability to the Dow Home. (You should check them out, http://www.brittanyshope.org)

We need your help in these three areas. Pick one or pick all three but know that we’re calling on you to support in these areas because we believe you can make a difference in the lives of orphaned children with us.

Pray! Pray! Pray! Pray for our plane safety and our traveling safeties once we arrive in Kenya. Pray for the funds to come in for the people going and also for the supplies needed for the playground. Pray for travel logistics to fall into place smoothly. Pray for the Dow’s and the children to be encouraged by our visit. Pray that ultimately, the community in Letien, our traveling companions in the air and on the ground, and all who we come in contact would be truly moved by our mission and see Jesus in it all.

Give! Phil and I will need to personally raise a minimum of $2,000 to cover our plane tickets, additional travel costs, immunizations and extra baggage fees as we’ll be taking extra things over to the children. Please know that any amount you can give is truly appreciated!  Any funds over our minimum amount raised will go directly towards funding the playground project costs and helping with specific needs of the home and children. If helping out with these direct needs sounds intriguing to you, email me at, jleighlamb (at) gmail (dot) com and I’ll pass along the list of things we’ll be collecting closer to the date of travel.

Join Us! Yeah, we know it’s probably a lot to ask you to join us on that 18 hour plane ride; but consider joining us in other ways. Such as learning about the Dow Family Children’s Home at http://www.dowfamilychildrenshome.org and Brittany’s Hope at, http://www.brittanyshope.org . Consider sponsoring a child in Kenya with the Dow’s or maybe in Ethiopia or Viet Nam which are two of the other countries Brittany’s Hope works in. Consider volunteering at Brittany’s Hope’s events, joining their board of directors, or at the very least, go “like” their Facebook page so you can begin to witness the change they are making in children’s lives. 100% of donations go directly to helping children (in thanks to a very generous sponsor who covers the organizations overhead and administration expenses). This percentage is unheard of and should be a relief to know that your monies really will make a difference in the life of an international orphan.

We know it’s not easy to give money, or time or even mental & heart space for one more cause. It’s never easy, but it’s always worth it. We love you all and thank you for taking the time to read this!

Feed the hungry and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as day. ISAIAH 58:10

How Huber Can Finally End Child Sexual Exploitation - Termination Of The Right To Bear Arms

Children should be free from sexual exploitation, but to do so would interfere in the right to engage in commerce and an invasion of privacy for the individuals who decry the Parental Right to do what they want to do with their chattels.

This is deeply woven into society and culture as a method of "pick yourself up by the bootstraps" survival.

Back in the days, all you needed to venture out under the marque of the king to vanquish governments and lands of the savages, were a boat and a virgin, because the term virgin was just the colloquial of the day for the sale of a little girl, and the younger you start breeding, the greater the increase in profits of more little girls and boys being born to be used at the leisure of the legal parent.

Today, all you need is a foster care license.

Children are are legally determined by law as a good in the hierarchy of property, where their is financial incentive to procure and purvey tiny humans, called Child Protective Services.

The acquisition of these tiny human goods is the industry of child welfare, where it is perfectly legal to target and convert the lives of children into a sustainable livelihood through Foster Care and Adoption, all done in the best interests of the child to maximize revenues, if you are a privatized, foreign contracted NGO, or generate profit if you are incorporated, even in the stock markets.

Children should be free from sexual exploitation but it will never happen because there is too much money to be made and no one wants to hold these institutions accountable, because it is all  perfectly legal, as an act of the tax exempt god.

How about termination of the right to keep and bear the arms of the U.S.?

You can start with PornHub because they have a trademark.

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops is already in the pipeline, and so are the Vatican and World Bank.

Dissolution of a corporate entity is a powerful legal mechanism as a start.

And make it a public event for all the world to see, in the annals of history.

Huber: Childhood should be free from sexual exploitation

Child exploitation cases merit federal prosecution. My office files dozens of child exploitation cases every year. Each year, the ages of the children in the images get younger, and an increasing number of offenders use online platforms to target children.

The label “child pornography” fails to capture the true essence of the crimes.

"Wanna kid?"
More accurately described, our prosecutions involve images that depict sexual violence and rape of children by depraved adult perpetrators. Even one image of this violence would evoke tears, nausea or anger from a parent, grandparent or any human being. Yet federal defendants record and possess videos and images in the hundreds and thousands. They barter and trade images amongst themselves like collectible sports cards.

Adult perpetrators do not limit themselves to images of rape. Some of them creep online through social media in search of child victims. They assume a false online persona, groom victims with gifts and promises, and blackmail children by coaxing them to send embarrassing sexualized images to the perpetrators. Parents and those who try to guard against this conduct may not realize that no boundary or safety wall exists that adult perpetrators cannot cross to meet a child with the intent to sexually abuse the victim.
During the pandemic, parents have taken on more and more during stay at home directives. Work, school and parenting blend into demanding days. With everyone at home together, we may expect that the threat of child sexual exploitation would diminish. Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation reports that COVID-19 school closings may present increased risk of child exploitation. Children will potentially have an increased online presence and be in a position that puts them at an inadvertent risk. In order for the victimization to stop, children must have the courage to come forward to someone they trust — like a parent, teacher, caregiver or law enforcement. Understandably, the embarrassment of being enticed or coerced to engage in unwelcome behavior often prevents children from coming forward.

As a community, we can take measures to help educate and prevent children from becoming victims of child predators and sexual exploitation during this time of national emergency. We should help our young people come forward and report this predatory behavior when it happens to them or their friends. Offenders may have hundreds of victims around the world, so coming forward to help law enforcement identify offenders may prevent countless other incidents of sexual exploitation.

We can discuss internet safety with children of all ages, review and approve games and apps, and generally monitor internet usage. Children should understand that images posted online exist permanently. We should assure our children that it is not a crime for a child to send sexually explicit images to someone if they are compelled or coerced to do so — sometimes fear of being “in trouble” causes a child to hesitate to tell a trusted adult, because they feel guilty about their conduct. We want to ensure that children know they should report to a trusted adult when someone asks them to engage in sexual activity.

We should not forget about physical dangers that exist offline, as well, and watch over our children as our community transitions back to more normalized activity beyond the pandemic. Let’s teach our children about body safety and boundaries. Parents should continue to be mindful and screen those who provide childcare or babysitting, and consider safety precautions during playdates and overnight visits.

The adult perpetrators are out there, and we can all do more to prevent crimes against our children.

John W. Huber serves as U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah. President Barack Obama appointed him to that position in 2015, and President Donald Trump reappointed him in 2017. The U.S. Senate unanimously confirmed each appointment.

Tales Of The New Crown: Before Lebensborn, There Was Gerrymandering - The Continuing Saga Of The Residuals Of The Peculiar Institution - The Plantations Of Catholic Charities

After Emancipation Proclamation, the plantations renamed as children's charities to snatch and sell kids from the Secret Society of Gerry, gerrymandering, now known as CPS.

The nuns were German Nazis doing Lebensborn because not all Paper Clippers were men.

It seems there is an active border baby operation.

Buying and selling tiny humans of The Poors is legal and built this christian nation.

These are the places, when a little girl got knocked up, that birthed and snatched the babies to put them up for adoption or sale.

Baby plantations.

The United States has demonized women, or young girls who were raped and impregnated, as floozies, sluts, whores, when they are just victims of a christian hierarchic society, under chattel law, where children were, and still are, to be seen, and not heard, because it is the industry which built this great nation.

Some may readily understand this to be forced adoptions.

Think about this because as it all still goes on today, deeply woven into our economies.

Remember, a child can only be emancipated upon the proper age of a juridic person.

After Decades of Service, Five Nuns Die as Virus Sweeps Through Convent

https://www.sssf.org/SSSF/Get-To-Know-Us/History.htm

The coronavirus outbreak was difficult to trace in the Wisconsin convent, which specializes in care for aging nuns with dementia.

CHICAGO — Our Lady of the Angels Convent was designed as a haven of peace and prayer in a suburb of Milwaukee, a place where aging, frail nuns could rest after spending their lives taking care of others.

Songbirds chirped in the sitting area. A courtyard invited morning prayers and strolls for the several dozen nuns who lived in the facility, a low-slung cream-colored building with a turret.

The quiet convent has become the site of a deadly cluster of the coronavirus. Four staff members have tested positive, a health official said. Since April 6, five nuns have died from the virus.

Covid-19, difficult to contain in any circumstance, has spread within Our Lady of the Angels with a particular invisibility. All five nuns who died were only discovered to have the virus after their deaths.

Sister Marie June Skender.
Sister Mary Regine Collins
The women had moved into the convent after decades of service in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa and Nebraska. They worked in parishes, schools and universities, teaching English and music, ministering to the aged and the poor and nurturing their own passions for literature and the fine arts. Our Lady of the Angels, which specializes in caring for people with dementia, was meant to be their final home.

IMPOSSIBLE CHOICE
Many workers in states that are reopening must wrestle with whether to risk their health or their livelihood.

Officials say that this week, as alarm has grown surrounding the outbreak in the convent, medical staff quickly increased testing, ensuring that every resident was tested for the coronavirus. Earlier in April, the facility had temporarily stopped testing nuns for the coronavirus, according to investigative reports by the Milwaukee County medical examiner.

Records show that administrators at the convent had reasoned that the process of testing the nuns, by inserting a long nasal swab through a nostril into the back of the throat, was too difficult for them to endure.

Sister Annelda Holtkamp.
Sister Marie June Skender
In early April, Sister Mary Regine Collins was several weeks away from her 96th birthday. She had retired to Our Lady of the Angels after a life filled with religious service and education, according to a biography provided by her ministry, the School Sisters of Notre Dame.

She taught in Catholic schools and at a university in Milwaukee; she earned a master’s degree in art at the University of Notre Dame in 1962 and was known for her wood carvings.

On April 3, she developed a mild cough. The next day she was short of breath. On April 6, she died.

The convent staff had attempted to test Ms. Collins for the virus, but she had dementia and was “too combative to tolerate” the process, an investigator’s report from the medical examiner’s office said.

“Staff is treating her death as if she had Covid,” the report said.

A post-mortem coronavirus test, conducted by the medical examiner’s office, came back positive.

There have been at least 6,854 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Wisconsin, according to a New York Times database, and as of Thursday, at least 316 people had died.

ENROLLMENTS PLUMMETAs high school seniors put off college, school administrators foresee steep financial losses.
Most of the deaths have occurred in Milwaukee County, the most populous county in the state. In March, local health officials hosted conference calls with administrators of nursing homes and long-term care facilities, warning them that their residents — in advanced age, with underlying medical conditions — would be especially vulnerable.

“The convent administrator and staff have been following, and continue to follow, all the guidelines and recommendations of the local health department, the facility’s infection control coordinator, and the sisters’ primary care physician,” said Michael O’Loughlin, a spokesman for the School Sisters of St. Francis, a co-sponsor of the convent.

“They are very aware that the convent’s residents, who are elderly and receive specialized memory care, are a vulnerable population, which is why the convent suspended all communal activities and enforced social distancing long before any of the residents tested positive for Covid-19.”

Darren Rausch, the director and health officer for the Greenfield Health Department, said Our Lady of the Angels was among the facilities in the small suburb of Milwaukee that had kept in close touch with his office.

Sister Mary Francele Sherburne.
Sister Annelda Holtkamp
From the beginning of the outbreak, the convent staff followed the advice of his department, he said. Isolate positive cases. Make sure staff members are wearing personal protective equipment. Monitor the temperatures and symptoms of residents.

“It’s definitely very challenging,” Mr. Rausch said, noting that it can be more difficult for medical staff to detect symptoms of the coronavirus in patients with dementia. “They can’t always vocalize what’s going on.”

Health officials say that monitoring for Covid-19 is especially crucial in a residential setting full of older, medically vulnerable patients; about one-fifth of coronavirus deaths in the United States have been linked to nursing facilities.

Nursing homes and long-term care facilities, which struggled with a widespread lack of tests in the early days of the outbreak, have significantly ramped up testing in recent weeks, even for residents who are asymptomatic.

Sister Bernadette Kelter.
Sister Mary Francele Sherburne.

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services has asked long-term care facilities with an outbreak to test residents who appear sick; the specimens can then be sent to a state lab for free Covid-19 testing.

Many people who undergo coronavirus tests using the most common method — swabbing through the nose — find the test uncomfortable or even painful. Other methods, using a sample of saliva that is spit into a vial, are being introduced in a small number of states but are not widely available yet.

Mr. O’Loughlin, a spokesman for the ministry, said that since testing at the convent resumed, all of the residents have now been tested, some multiple times.

History
The School Sisters of St. Francis community was founded on April 28, 1874. Our sisters began their ministry in parish schools, responding to the call of the Church in the United States. Our ministries, past and present, are rooted in Christian and Franciscan values. Our community is alive with the call of the Gospel, uniting with others to build a just and peaceful world.

Called by God
FoundressesIn 1873, three young women—Emma Franziska (Mother Alexia) Hoell, Paulina (Mother Alfons) Schmid, and Helena (Sister Clara) Seiter—were called by God to establish a Franciscan religious community that would care for people in need. They left their ten-member community, ministering at an orphanage in Schwarzach, Germany, and sailed to America. They settled in New Cassel (now Campbellsport) Wisconsin. Their dream was to help immigrants with a large religious community that would meet the needs of the Church.

Rapid Growth
Mother AlexiaMany women joined the community in the next decade and by 1887, our sisters staffed schools in five states. A new motherhouse, St. Joseph Convent in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was built and dedicated. St. Joseph's Normal School, which would grow to become Alverno College, was established within the motherhouse to educate the sisters. In 1893, the community expanded into health care ministry with the opening of Sacred Heart Sanitarium adjacent to the motherhouse. The sanitarium was the first of its kind in Milwaukee and became well known around the world.

Expansion in Europe
Mother Alexia returned to Europe in 1895, where she focused the community’s energies on ministry in sanitariums, kindergartens, homes for orphans and troubled youth, and homes for young women seeking higher education. Working mostly in Germany and Switzerland, sisters also conducted pastoral work and offered care to sick and elderly people.

Leadership in the Arts
Leadership in the ArtsUnder the leadership of Mother Alfons Schmid, a lover of the arts, the community established a strong tradition in music and art. The School Sisters of St. Francis have merited distinction as artists, composers, music educators and parish musicians, and have provided leadership in the field of liturgical music throughout the United States. The initiative of Mother Alfons in fostering the arts shaped a legacy that continues today.

New Institutions
Sharing Christ's mission through education, health care, social work and pastoral ministry became a central focus for our congregation. Under Mother Alfons' direction, the School Sisters opened these institutions:

Alvernia High School, Chicago
Madonna High School, Aurora, Illinois
St. Mary's Hill Hospital, a psychiatric hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Seraphic Press and St. Joseph Convent Conservatory of Music, Milwaukee
New InstitutionsLater outreach efforts included these institutions, some still active, some now a part of our community’s legacy:

Alverno College, Milwaukee
Sacred Heart School of Practical Nursing, Milwaukee
Waupun Memorial Hospital, Waupun, Wisconsin
St. Joseph Academy, Kenosha, Wisconsin
Ryan High School, Omaha, Nebraska
Service in numerous multicultural parishes and neighborhoods
Global Outreach
Global OutreachIn the 1930s and following decades, the community’s vision became more international. Expansion included a school in China, two missions in India, several hospitals in Germany and an orphanage in Honduras.

A province developed in Latin America with missions in Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Peru and Mexico. It was named the Union of Latin American ULAF ProvinceFranciscans (ULAF). This province, now administered as a region of the congregation, emphasizes pastoral work, education, health care, ministry to indigenous people, and service in the Guatemalan orphanage founded by the community.

Two provinces in India, established in 1996 and 2000, each have attracted close to 100 sisters. There, the School Sisters of St. Francis serve the poorest of the poor, carrying out ministries in villages, dispensaries, schools and hostels for girls and women.

Congregational Renewal
Congregational RenewalThe events and direction of the Second Vatican Council mandated that religious congregations renew themselves and faithfully follow the charism of their founders. The School Sisters of St. Francis responded whole-heartedly. The Constitutions and Rule of Life were revised to become new Congregational Renewalministries and opportunities—developed in response to new needs in pastoral outreach, social justice, education and health care—reflected a more contemporary understanding of Gospel life and service.

The School Sisters of St. Francis today is firmly rooted in the Franciscan values of non-violence, mutuality, hospitality, and spirituality that balances activity and prayer. Associate Relationship gives lay women and men the opportunity to join the School Sisters of St. Francis in a common commitment to the Gospel and to carrying forward the mission of the Church.

Reconciling with the SSJ-TOSF
ssj-tosfAt the turn of the 19th century, a number of School Sisters of St. Francis were called to establish a new congregation that would become the Sisters of St. Joseph of the Third Order of St. Francis. Based in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, SSJ-TOSF sisters serve in direct ministry to those in need throughout the United States and around the world. After years of prayerful discussion, a formal reconciliation between our communities was celebrated in 2013 as sisters with whom we are truly sisters!

Cardinal George Pell Of Australia Acquitted For Trafficking Tiny Humans - Is The Queen Mother Pleased?

Is the Blessed Queen pleased with this reversal to the lower court for acquittal?

I would hope, not!

So, it seems we have verification that the Queen of England is, literally, the Mother, as in Corporate Parent, the Vatican?

Hmmmmm....... me thinketh so.

Detroit is going to be horrific.

Cardinal George Pell.
"I would never harm the best interests of posterity of the
tax exempt Queen Mother!
She would take away my lucrative sticky fuzzy stuffed animals."
Just remember that I told you so, for almost twenty years, now.

This is about Parental Rights, because we are dealing with those glorious allodial titles under ecclesiastic law.

Slavery was never abolished, they just made it much more compassionate, you know, in the best interests of the child.

Praise the lord, for Cardinal George Pell is the keeper of the record for the Queen Mother, who seems to have secured that Vatican control at the launch of the Pan African Slave Trade, but, hey, what do I know?

I know this is just an issue with the hierarchic of juridic persons in chattel law.

He got off, pursuant to ecclesiastic law.

The Road To War Crimes: Live: Cardinal George Pell sentenced for child sex abuse in Australia

Cardinal George Pell: A Timeline
A chronological list of key events in the life of the Australian cardinal, including details of his financial reforms as well as abuse allegations, charges and eventual conviction, and the grounds upon which he is appealing his conviction.
Edward Pentin
Early Years

1941 George Pell is born in the Victorian town of Ballarat to an Irish Catholic mother and a non-practising Anglican father.

1960 Pell begins studying for the priesthood at Corpus Christi College in Werribee.

1966 Pell is ordained by Cardinal Grégoire-Pierre Agagianian, an Armenian Catholic and a leading figure on communism and the Soviet Union.

1972 Father Pell returns to Ballarat as a parish priest.

1973 He lives with Gerard Ridsdale who was later convicted for sexual abuse in the 1960s-1980s. Pell has maintained he never knew of the abuse, which was a focus of questioning by Australia’s royal commission in 2016.

1977 Father Pell is part of a committee that sends Ridsdale to his next parish of Edenhope. His bishop, Ronald Mulkearns, knew about complaints against Ridsdale but Pell told a 2016 royal commission that the bishop deliberately withheld details from him and other consultors.

Melbourne Appointments

1987 Pell becomes an auxiliary bishop of Melbourne.

1990 John Paul II appoints him a member of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, a position he holds until 2000.

1993 Bishop Pell accompanies Ridsdale to his first court appearance for child sex offences.

1996 John Paul II appoints Pell archbishop of Melbourne where he pioneers the Melbourne Response, which offers support and counselling to victims of sexual abuse but was criticized for placing limits on compensation payments.

Sydney Appointment

2001 Archbishop Pell is appointed archbishop of Sydney.

2002 He temporarily stands aside while a Church investigation looks into an allegation that he sexually abused a 12-year-old altar boy in 1961 while he was a seminarian. Pell denies the allegations which are not proven.

2003 Pope John Paul II elevates Pell to cardinal.

Vatican Appointment

March 2013 Victoria police set up “Operation Tethering,” a probe that targeted Pell before any formal allegations of historical sexual offences were made. The investigation turned into an “operation” in April 2015 based on allegations of “inappropriate behavior” by Pell, but no accusations of criminal conduct.

September 2013 Cardinal Pell begins work devising statutes and rules for new Secretariat for the Economy.

February 2014 Pope Francis appoints Cardinal Pell prefect of the Secretariat for the Economy, making him head of Vatican finances and the third most senior figure in the Church.

March 2014 Pell appears before the royal commission in Sydney, says he should have exercised greater oversight over fighting a legal claim by abuse victim, John Ellis. The litigation “was hard fought, perhaps too well fought by our legal representatives,” he said.

August 2014 Pell appears before the royal commission in Melbourne, and defends his Melbourne Response program for sex abuse victims.

December 2014 Cardinal Pell says his department found millions of euros in Vatican dicasteries “tucked away,” off balance sheets. The amount consisted of 94 million euros in the Secretariat for State, later followed by the discovery of nearly 1 billion euros in various other dicasteries.

June 2015 The royal commission announces Cardinal Pell is to appear in a second set of hearings in the Ballarat archdiocese. The cardinal says he is prepared to return to Australia to give evidence but health reasons later prevent him from doing so, and so he gives evidence via video link from Rome.

February 2016 The cardinal strongly denies a newspaper allegation he is being investigated for “multiple offences” and calls for an inquiry into Victorian police, believing the allegations were leaked to damage him ahead of his third appearance before the royal commission.

March 2016 During that appearance, Cardinal Pell repeats that he did not have any knowledge of Ridsdale’s actions when he was a priest in Ballarat in the 1970s.

April 2016 The Vatican Secretariat of State announces suspension of first external audit of the Vatican without consulting Cardinal Pell. “They’re afraid of the audit uncovering information they don’t want uncovered and are worried about losing sovereign control over Vatican finances,” a source tells the Register. “What they want is to get rid of Cardinal Pell.”

July 2016 Pope Francis issues a motu proprio, returning administration of the Holy See’s assets to APSA, as part of a process of stripping powers that had been given to the Secretariat for the Economy when it was created in 2014.

July 2016 Victoria police announce allegation against Cardinal Pell that he exposed himself to a group of young boys at a surf club in the late 1980s.

October 2016 Australian detectives fly to Rome to interview Pell about child sexual abuse allegations, including abuse of two choristers in Melbourne cathedral — an allegation a jury later found him guilty of committing. During the interview (see video), Pell dismisses the allegations as “a load of absolute and disgraceful rubbish.” He tells detectives that if they lay charges against him it will damage the Church.

February 2017 Detectives send an updated brief of evidence to the office of public prosecutions.

May 10, 2017 APSA unilaterally tells Vatican departments to supply information to an outside auditor, a move rejected by Cardinal Pell and Vatican auditor general Libero Milone. In a letter to the Pope obtained by the Register, Cardinal Pell says he believes “serious irregularities” at APSA indicate the Vatican could be approaching the “moment of truth” in the economic reforms.

June 20, 2017 Libero Milone unexpectedly resigns. He later says he was “threatened with arrest,” and that the head of the Gendarmerie (Vatican police) intimidated him into resigning because his investigations were uncovering corruption in the Vatican. A year later, the Vatican withdrew charges against Milone; it has yet to reinstate him or offer compensation.

Australian Arraignment

June 29, 2017 Cardinal Pell is charged with multiple sexual offences and is ordered to appear at Melbourne magistrates court on July 26. He vigorously protests his innocence, and volunteers to fly back to Australia to clear his name even though he could invoke diplomatic immunity.

September 2017 Milone links his dismissal to the exit of Cardinal Pell, implying the two may be more than just coincidence during an overhaul of Vatican finances.

May 1, 2018 Magistrate Belinda Wallington orders Cardinal Pell to face trial by jury over multiple sexual offence allegations even though many of the most serious allegations are dismissed. The first trial relates to allegations that Pell sexually abused two choirboys at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in 1996 and 1997, while he was archbishop of Melbourne. The second trial relates to allegations that then-Father Pell molested boys at the Ballarat swimming pool in the 1970s.

May 15, 2018 Suppression order enforced.

August 15, 2018 The first trial begins with a jury of 14 selected from 250 people.

September 20, 2018 A mistrial is declared after jurors were unable to reach a majority verdict. Some reports say the verdict was 10-2 in Pell's favor, but this has not been fully proven.

December 6, 2018 Jury retires to deliberate after a retrial.

December 11, 2018 The jury returns a unanimous verdict of guilty on all five charges of abusing the boys in St. Patrick’s Cathedral after less than four days of deliberation. Suppression order remains in place until second trial is over. Pell’s defence lawyer says he will “absolutely” appeal against the verdict. Pell is granted bail until February 2, 2019, in order to undergo knee reconstruction surgery in Sydney.

December 13, 2018 Pope Francis removes Cardinal Pell and two other cardinals from his Council of Cardinals advising him on Church reform. Pell remains prefect of the Secretariat for the Economy.

February 13-14, 2019 Pre-trial hearings take place for the second trial.

February 24, Cardinal Pell’s five-year mandate as prefect of the Secretariat for the Economy expires.

February 26, 2019: Prosecutors announce they have dropped the second trial owing to a lack of evidence, and because one of Pell’s key accusers died in January 2018. As there is no longer a risk of prejudicing a jury, Judge Peter Kidd lifts the suppression order on the first trial.

March 13, 2019: Kidd sentences Cardinal Pell to six years in prison, with a non-parole period of three years and eight months.

June 5-6, 2019: The Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of the Australian state of Victoria hears oral arguments in Cardinal Pell's appeal against his conviction. The appeal is based on three grounds: first, that the verdict was unreasonable, because of extensive uncontroverted evidence entered at trial by 20 witnesses establishing that the cardinal could not have committed the crimes in the manner outlined by the former choirboy who testifed that he was abused by the cardinal; second, that the trial judge erred in preventing the defence from presenting a video to jurors in its closing address; and third; that the cardinal was not arraigned in the presence of the jury, as is mandatory according to the state of Victoria's judicial procedures.

August 21, 2019: The Supreme Court of Victoria upheld the conviction of Cardinal George Pell. A three-judge appellate panel upheld his 2018 conviction for sexual abuse of minors in a divided decision delivered Aug. 21 by a majority (2-1). Pell will continue to serve his sentence of 6 years in prison and may be eligible for parole after he has served 3 years and 8 months of his sentence.

Betsy DeVos Forgot About Foster Care In Her Title IX Due Process Policy

This is interesting.

via GIPHY

In dealing with Child Protective Services, an anonymous reporter, or mandated reporter in fear of losing the state professional license, they will hold ex parte hearings where one is not even in attendance and immediately placed on the Central Registry, sometimes with a letter of notification....sometimes.

So, now, these actions are to be public in child welfare proceedings?

What about Foster Care?

Will these proceedings be public?

Better request legal advisement from the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops because they are busy, busy, busy, hiding their assets, considering there are all those tiny human cases they are facing.

Betsy Devos introduces rule making it harder for child abuse victims come forward at school

Education secretary Betsy DeVos has introduced a new rule that could make it harder for child abuse victims to come forward at school.

The Trump admin introduced changes to Title IX to be rolled out this month about how sexual assault and harassment chargers are handled at K-12 schools and on college campuses.

Alterations to Title IX still state the survivor will be taken seriously, according to Ms DeVos, but that the accused cannot be presumed guilty.

"Our proposed rule recognises that we can continue to combat sexual misconduct without abandoning due process," she said about the change.

When President Barack Obama was in office, his administration laid out guidelines for schools that would help them handle complaints of sexual assault and violence. But Ms DeVos claims these guidelines were unfair to all the parties involved.

Backlash about the changes to Title IX has resonated across the public, specifically for the impact it will have on college campuses.

But people are also concerned about what this could mean for children in elementary, middle, or high school when they want to report abuse. Their reasoning is the new mandate will go largely unfunded, with the government anticipating it will save $360m over the next 10 years, so it could create a loss in resources within the schools.

"Schools are not all prepared to handle these incidents as they occur right now," Joel Levin, a co-founder of the nonprofit Stop Sexual Assault In Schools organisation, told Politico.

"The new regulations will just create a more chaotic environment," he said. "The Department of Education has tried to bring some college or higher education-level Title IX rules into K-12, where they don't really work."

Under the new rules it allows, but does not require, for K-12 schools to hold hearings where the victim's advocates or representatives can question the perpetrator.

The rule also requires the victim to write a formal, signed statement to be given to a selected group of staff at the school when reporting assault or sexual harassment.

Critics are worried this would encourage students to avoid reporting abuse at their schools, specifically if it occurs from a teacher or staff member in the building.

"To me, the most damaging things that they're doing are just making it harder for students to report sexual harassment," Levin told the publication. "There's already barriers for K-12 students. A lot of students don't report because they don't think the school is going to do anything about it, or they'll be blamed, or (the school) won't discipline the perpetrator."

Another change Ms DeVos made to Title IX alters how sexual assault and harassment is defined in the law to provide protection for the victim. Currently, the rule states its "unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature".

Ms DeVos is now advocating for the phrasing to state a need for quid pro quo services between the perpetrator and the victim that are "so severe, pervasive and objectively offensive that it effectively deprives a person of equal access to educational programmes or activities." If this change is made, it would discount sexual misconduct and allow for sexual acts to happen that do not drive the victim out of their school or off campus.

Critics say Ms DeVos is not reforming the laws; she is instead rolling back the strides made by organisations to help victims report and handle abuse on a federal level.

Denby Salvation Army Detroit Foster Care House Of Horrors For Sale - Again

The walls of Denby Salvation Army House of Horrors for children Legally Kidnapped by Child Protective Services can not talk, but the children who survived can.

Denby was a temporary, 30 day emergency shelter of Child Protective Services for children over the age of 10 years.

When taking a tour of the property, as you consider your acquisition, close your eyes and imagine the gang rapes, beatings, drugging and torture of a little 8 year old boy, for nine months, all funded through Medicaid, and no one cared.

Always remember, the bloody screams of children can always be silenced with higher doses of psychotropic medication when running human lab rat research.

Denby Center in northwest Detroit hits market again, this time for $2.95M

The over 90,000-square-foot campus has been vacant since a Salvation Army facility closed in 2016

The Denby Center has had trouble finding a permanent owner and use. The mansion and grounds have changed hands multiple times since the Salvation Army Denby Center for Children & Family Services, a facility for at-risk youth and teens, left in 2016.

The nearly four-acre, 92,875-square-foot campus sold to Southfield-based IDG Holdings LLC for $515,000 in 2017. This year, it sold to ARI Management LLC—also registered in Southfield—for $1.8 million after sitting on the market for over a year and first listing for $3 million.

Once again, it’s back on the market for $2.95 million.

At the time of the last sale, Crain’s Detroit Business reported that new owner Ieshula Ishakis was looking to build a facility to house and serve homeless veterans. Many of the windows are still boarded up and it’s unclear how much if any work has been done. IDG told Crain’s it spent around $250,000 on maintenance and upkeep.

The brick front entrance and second-story wood deck. The Denby Center was at one point just a Tudor Revival mansion designed by Jameson & Graves and built in 1931. The gorgeous building has a stucco and brick facade with some stone accents, bay windows, half-timbering, and a turret. It contains classrooms, sleeping quarters, a chapel, and offices. A cafeteria and gymnasium were added later.

Today, it takes up a whole city block with paved paths between seven buildings and a surface parking lot. Three, one-story cottages were built between 1980 and 2010. They’re between 6,000 and 8,000 square feet and all contain office space, laundry rooms, common rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

Want to own an entire campus? 20775 Pembroke Avenue near 8 Mile Road is listed with Kim Page of Front Page Properties for $2.95 million.

What If Michigan Started Prosecuting Its Privatized, Foreign Child Welfare Contracts For The Rape Of Foster Kids?

Blue tulip imaging :: children
"It's ok. I know no one cares. They told me that one day
my prayers would be answered when I age out
of Foster Care."
Well, I do not know if these boys were charged by the State of Michigan or the County.

Can you imagine if the State of Michigan started convicting Foster Kids raping Foster Kids, or Foster Kids being raped by Foster Parents, or Foster Kids being raped by Foster Care Workers?

You can not call it child trafficking because there is no monetary exchange when it comes to a Foster Kid getting raped, unless you consider fraudulent billing Medicaid for outrageous adult levels of psychotropics to silence the screaming.

You can not even call CPS on the privately contracted foreign corporation who is the legal guardian of the Foster Kid getting raped.

Boy, oh, boy.

3 young Michigan boys convicted of raping brothers ages 6, 8

Battle Creek – Three boys who were 11, 12 and 13 at the time they were charged have been convicted of raping two young brothers, ages 6 and 8.

The Battle Creek Enquirer reports a jury of four men and two women found two of the older boys guilty late Thursday of three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and the other guilty of two counts. They will be sentenced in the juvenile delinquency case on Oct. 23 following a pre-sentence investigation including psychological exams on each of the boys.

The defendants, including two brothers, were charged in June 2018.

The victims told their mother they were taken to an old garage by the other boys and attacked multiple times over a month.

Defense attorneys argued the victims had been coached.

Michigan Attorney General Dana & Her Volunteers Cover Up Christian Trafficking Tiny Humans Operations In Her Office

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel is using her staff, of whom I shall assume are Assistant Attorneys General, because there is no point of reference for the public, or rather the defense, to validate the chain of custody of the records.

Dana, are these #perkinscoiesucks?

I only say this because I know about an extremely large file up there in her office that has lots, and lots of documentation that goes beyond the purview of the sexual abuse of clergy in the Catholic Church, a foreign corporation.

That extremely large file up there in her office that has lots and lots of documentation on the contractual fraud with the agents of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops that hire privatized child welfare NGOs who allowed foster children to be drugged, raped, tortured and used and lab rats, if they did not die, seasoned with lots and lots of fraudulent Medicaid cost reimbursements that her office ignored.

Are these "volunteers" volunteering to selectively sequester the rapes of children in state, private contracted foster care residential facilities, group homes and foster care placements that billed Medicaid to silence the screams of these children with pharmaceutical testing and psychological experiments in child welfare to cover up what was going on in the State Attorney General's Office?

Are these "volunteers" cherrypicking the crimes against humanity which transpired in Wayne County, Lincoln Hall of Justice, the only County in the State where the Attorney General prosecutes child abuse and neglect cases?

Will Dana and her volunteers be going after Jennifer Granholm and the dirt she did when it comes to the rapes, murders, suicides, attempted suicides, torture and massive fraud that went on while she was Assistant Attorney General prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases in Wayne County?

How about calling some of the parents who sued the Michigan Attorney General for covering up the drugging of the screams of children being raped, nightly, in these so called Catholic Charities?

Will Dana and her volunteers be going after Bill Schuette and Cinnaire, in all the fraudulent real estate transactions from Medicaid fraud in child welfare through these christian, privatized, Child Placing Agencies or are they preparing to skirt by another scathingly distractionary Auditory General report?

Perhaps, Dana and her "volunteers" will be filtering the exfiltration of fraudulent Medicaid payments of cloaking the drugging, rapes, and tortures of foster children in these christian institutions like United Methodists, trafficking tiny humans into Michigan from other countries?

I bet Dana and her "volunteers" are doing what Maura Corrigan did in SCAO right before that U.S. HHS OIG Single Audit, considering the fact that the world awaits for Nancy Edmunds to have one of those Epiphanies and realizes that nothing has been done in the over 10 years of court monitoring of the State Child Welfare System, well, people have gotten lots of more money in privatized contracts, but that is not the issues in this situation....or is it?

If Michigan Department of Health and Human Services goes into federal receivership, it would behoove Dana and her "volunteers" to sift through the documents and pull out any self-incriminating evidence of public corruption, you know.

How about the Michigan Children's Trust which launders money overseas and into political campaigns of the DNC and RNC?

Did you get some of that Medicaid fraud in child welfare money in your campaign, Dana?

I bet you did, Dana.

We will never know because these are "volunteers" volunteering, where we have no idea who they are or what their training is.

This is a photo of an inherent conflict of interest and I, accordingly, enter it, formally, into the record  because my blog is evidence of war crimes against humanity, and in this particular instance, I am referencing forced migration through Child Protective Services.

These children who are never mentioned as victims of drugging, rape and torture in foster care and adoption are tossed to the streets, with no educational or medical records, because "volunteers" volunteered to destroy evidence.

Then again, the Michigan Attorney General contemporaneously advises and advocates, so this is nothing new.

I probably should never have commented on this situation because St. Vincent and Bethany Christian can now call all the evidence produced in prosecution to be contaminated, but hey, what do I know?

I know she should have had Starletta Banks run this op and ask her to tell you what it means for a parent to sacrifice everything to stop the trafficking of tiny humans, which originated from the Office of Attorney General.

Feel free to verify what I have just stated through PACER, Michigan Courts, or my blog.

"Who are these 'volunteers' volunteering?"
