Rumor has it that the Michigan Auditor General is going through contracts of the City of Detroit Department of Planning and Development, but hey, what do I know?
Not much, because I am waiting to see what the Assistant Auditor General team of eight finds.
There is a possibility that the audit is in a conjugal collaboration with SIGTARP.
I heard the contract scrutiny included NSP2 funds.
But this I do know, the Detroit Land Bank Authority is not part of the City of Detroit and never incorporated, which means it can not enter into contracts.
I also heard a rumor that Mike Duggan was meeting with a few attorneys today putting together a legal defense team.
Stay tuned...

Michigan Proceeds To Give Auditor General Access To Confidential Records - But Will Those Records Include Medicaid Fraud In Child Welfare?
![]() |
| "I am going to get access to those Foster Care & Adoption records, now, Suckers." , said Dana. |
The Auditor General has conducted numerous Single Audits, where Michigan was found, over and over again, to violate general principals of GAGAS when it came to billing of Medicaid.
I also remember a particular extraordinary writ mandating the Office of Children's Ombudsman to refer any suspected violations of law and policy over to the Attorney General, where the court just violated multiple rules of law when it came to due process, claiming that it was not swayed.
So, now, the House is proceeding to allow the Auditor General access to confidential records, which will, obviously, included the Department of Health and Human Services in Child Welfare.
This is not going to be pretty, because those findings will be made public, which means Nancy Edmunds will be forced to accept the information that I am sure someone will enter into the record, some how, some way, to show, Michigan does nasty things to tiny humans in Foster Care and Adoption.
There are rumors that Michigan maintains double books, but hey, what do I know?
I know the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Inspector General patiently awaits for those Child Welfare confidential records, which include Michigan Children's Institute.
Since there is a movement to expand background checks on gun licensing to include confidential records of youth, I am quite sure there will be a brave soul from the legal community to step up to the plate and demand access to those child welfare records, hidden behind the iron curtain of Child Welfare, because that is where you shall find the horrors of trafficking tiny humans in Michigan.
That I know shall be messy.
House OKs bills giving auditor general access to confidential records
Lansing — In a nearly unanimous vote, the Michigan House approved legislation Wednesday that would guarantee the auditor general access to confidential information related to an investigation, legislation vetoed last year by then-Gov. Rick Snyder.Auditor general investigations, which keep tabs on state government operations, have been slowed in the past by state departments concerned about handing over documents they consider confidential, said the legislation's sponsor Rep. Steve Johnson, R-Wayland.
In 2018, the auditor general went so far as to sue the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services for access to adoption records needed for a performance audit.
The bills passed 103-3 in the House Wednesday would ensure “checks and balances” remain in place between the legislative and executive branches, Johnson said.
“One of the checks that the legislative branch has on the executive branch is constitutionally we have an auditor general and they’re able to go through and make sure that the executive branch is doing their job correctly,” Johnson said. “In order to do that, they need access to all their information, all their files.”
In 1993, then-Attorney General Frank Kelley opined that the auditor general could review confidential information from the Michigan Employment Security Commission, but the auditor general would then be bound by the same confidentiality rules governing the commission's handling of the information.
Similar to that opinion, the House bills would allow the auditor general to investigate electronically stored and confidential information in each state agency and include language holding the auditor general liable if the office divulges the confidential information.
Snyder called the legislation “an unconstitutional overreach that would blur the separation between the legislative and other branches” in his December veto letter.
The proposal would give the legislatively appointed auditor general "unrestricted access to all executive functions, whether it was conducting an audit of those functions or not," he wrote. It could result in "inadvertent disclosures of personally identifying, protected health, or other privileged or confidential information,” and potentially expose that information to data security threats.
The legislation had nearly unanimous support last year when it passed the House 107-2 and the Senate 37-0.
Johnson said Snyder was “dead wrong” in his arguments regarding the separation of powers and said the separation was why the Legislature needed the tool. The executive branch has its own form of checks in the form of vetoes and the leeway it has in implementing legislatively-enacted laws, Johnson said.
The legislation's bipartisan sponsorship — Democratic Rep. David LaGrand is a sponsor of one of bills — could help it earn Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's signature this time around, Johnson said.
“I think Gov. Whitmer has been a very pro-government transparency governor so we’re hoping that she continues that record on this bill,” he said.
But Whitmer's office indicated a veto is likely unless the legislation is amended.
"As written, the bills have serious problems — constitutional and otherwise — and the governor would not sign them," Whitmer spokesman Zack Pohl said in a statement.
Some of the confidential information that could be at stake are adoption and foster care records, health records, or personally identifiable information. Confidentiality excuses surrounding those items could be used as an out by problematic departments facing an uncomplimentary audit, Johnson said.
“You have different departments that have systemic issues that need to be fixed,” Johnson said. “We don’t know about it because we’re not getting all the information on it.”

Stephanie Jezowski Publicly Notifies Michigan Representative Lee Chatfield On Trafficking Tiny Humans
![]() |
| Michigan Representative Lee Chatfield |
Now, there is no excuse, unless everyone is going to ramp up their activities to cloak the Michigan Medicaid Fraud in Child Welfare, again, like they always do.
Just ask Governor Gretchen Whitmore about trafficking tiny humans, or rather ask her about my claims and watch her freak out and say nothing about me.
Absolutely nothing, right, Gretch?
We would not want Gretch to be a whistleblower, now would we?
PHONE: 517-373-2629
EMAIL: LeeChatfield@house.mi.gov
EMAIL: LeeChatfield@house.mi.gov
It is my understanding that it is now your duty to appoint individuals to committes and that the first person you appoint is to be the Chair. I respectfully request that should you choose to keep Representative Hertel on the Oversight Committee, that you do not make him the chairman. In light of the issues raised by the Auditor General on the operation of CPS, the fact that his wife works within the Department and thus his household financially benefits from that income, it would seem a gross conflict of interest.
Also of concern would be the fact that MDHHS is not being very honest with anyone when it comes to problems within the Department; one could call into question if he his head of the Committee how much influence she is having on his participation. It was of concern to me when, during the Department's response, he mentioned more money for the Department. They have an almost $1,000,000,000 budget and cannot get things corrected. As such, more money won't help when the issues don't stem from money.
I also want to inform you that just before the break I reached out to all the (then) committee members outlining what I have seen as problems. I requested to address the committe with more than the standard 3 minute allowance because of the grave and sweeping scope of the information I have gatherd over the last few years and am awaitong a response. I will resend my request after new committees are established.
It is, in my assessment, such a problem that should I not hear back from the Committee, I feel obligated to report the findings to Federal Agencies. Quite frankly, it is my hope that perhaps the Committee will let me present to them or meet with them together and start to tackle the issues so I don't have to do that. I have tried what I believe to be every other avenue prior to the new administration and no one has done anything.
The egregious actions of the Department and its workers include using false or "wordsmithed" information on petitions and in reports, telling parents that they have no rights but the Department does, using coercive tactics for alleged investigation (which is another issue that needs to be addressed as proper investigations seem to be rare) purposes, not providing services as required by state AND Federal law and even illegal termination of parental rights that has yet to be remedied. This is just scratching the surface....there is also reason for concern that the Department may have had children drop from the MiSACWIS system during the switch to it that they may not know were dropped. Nor have they, to the best of my knowledge, looked to see if any were dropped when they were informed of other srious issues that arose after the switch. I feel that Representative Hertel would not be ideal for handling this issue as head of the Committee because of the appearance of possible bias.
I was very impressed with Representative Howrylak's question and basic understanding of the gravity of the Audit results. I suspect the next Audit that is due out early 2019 will be as bad, if not worse and you need someone as head of the Committee who can appropriately handle the mess the state is being handed. I am also more than willing to be part of the solution. I WANT to be. This situation will also require work on the part of thr Judiciary Committee because there are just as many problems with the courts and judges in these cases.
I cringe to do so, but I must say that what is going on could very easily be seen by Federal level personnel as fraud. If requirements are not being met for funding when they have not been and the state is still collecting said funds, then it is fraud. I have done my best to get the State ahead of this to no avail as of yet.
I also believe that Governor Whitmer's order telling employees to report health and safety issues to their Department heads won't be enough. I can explain more in a follow up email, until then I will state that since it likely stems from the Flint water crisis in part, with MDHHS being so dysfunctional and hiding behind claims of "privacy" at ever single attempt to look into problems, there needs to be a Whistleblower Protection law passed.
Amanda DeRight Hernandez, of former Representative Phil Phelps' office, was working on one and I can get you in contact with her should you like to speak with her about it. She also has more information on what may be problems with Flint water and environment and it was actually a call she made that sparked the latest round of public meetings on the issues. She also has considerable knowledge about what is going on within MDHHS that she wasn't able to share with me, and I respect that. She should be someone that would serve one of the Republican Representatives well with her wealth of knowledge and experience about what is going on within the State, and particularly MDHHS. However, I digress; I did so because she could be instrumental in balancing what the legislature knows about and can do versus the incoming administration given the opportunity to continue working within the legislative ranks and could give Republicans an advantage in many ways and she has tried to hard to help me.
I see the tackling of some of these issues head on as a way to give Republicans a leg up before the next elections. I have to say I am less than impressed with Governor Whitmer's cabinet choices and am not holding my breath on AG Nessel doing much better. Especially considering whom she wants to replace Todd Flood with for Fling water prosecutions. Kym Worthy may be persistent, but she doesn't have her priorities in the right places. And there is no one to date to say "Hey, maybe we should look and see what role Mr. Schuette may have had in this." This bothers me because MDHHS policy basically says if you have any questions that may have legality concerns then go to the Attorney General. This leads me to believe that Mr. Lyon and Ms. Wells may have acted under his direction when dealing with Flint.
Speaking of appointments, Governor Whitmer apparently appointed Orlene Hawks to the head of LARA - she could not, and did not, follow the law in her last position and thus needs to be watched closely in her new position. She and her staff should have, by law, stepped in and stopped an illegal Termination of Parental Rights and did not. Who knows what she will do while in charge of the flailing LARA in light of the licensing issues. Basic legal comprehension seems to be a bit of a stretch for her. I would also put on the table that the Office of Children's Ombudsman needs to be called to the table and the possibility of defunding it be put on the table. The reason for this is simple....they are to be a check in the system when it has problems and they haven't done that but in a few cases. What I am hearing from people that have reached out to them is disturbing.
I congratulate you on your new position and I hope that you are able to male the best of it to really turn things around in this state, and I am hoping to work with the Oversight Committee in some capacity to get the light into the corners of MDHHS and to fix the system for the sake of the kids. It will mean being the parent and getting messy and telling MDHHS what their job is and demanding accountability. It has to be done so there is not more trouble for the state.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I am also able to meet with you with enough advance notice should you prefer to discuss any of this in person. I will continue to give you information I feel you may find helpful.
Sincerely,
Stephanie Jezowski

Stop Medicaid Fraud in Child Welfare
So the Oversight Committee had their second hearing and I have taken away that CPS is claiming more policies have allegedly been implemented and that legislators don't understand how a lack of training for workers is affecting families. They are also offering possible budget increases that won't fix a thing because the root causes are not being addressed. They also cited "rules" and cut off a parent who took the time to be there and who was nervous about sharing their horror story. Last week they looked poised to show they cared, this week they showed this was nothing but a show. I should have expected nothing less but I thought that because they had preliminary evidence that there were major problems that they may actually do something. Time to regroup and get them on track to take this far more seriously. Election season is going to make that tough.
Stephanie Jezowski I did just get clarification that the legislators had their last regular session day and had to go check in to be able to vote by 10:10 so that is likely why they pulled the rules card. However, I take issue with parents in this situation only getting 3 minutes to talk. Rep. Graves did invite the mother to meet with him and continue what she had to share with him sometime soon. I believe there need to be longer, and more extensive hearings on this matter because that is the ONLY way they will see the true scope of the problem.
Stephanie Jezowski Also of note, I think it was Hertel who proffered the funding and staffing. His wife works where? In the MDHHS executive offices if memory serves. I want to go back when the archive is up and make sure but pretty sure that was Hertel. Good little UAW puppet who should be watching this one from the sidelines if you ask me. Maybe if I get in front of the committee I should call that out on the record? Hehehe That would be fun!

Cocktals & Popcorn: Why Snyder Tells OCO To Review Child Protective Services, Again, The Feds Will Only Know
The Michigan Auditor General releases an audit report on Michigan Child Protective Services, and it is not pretty.
This was the response for the State Child Welfare Licensing Division:
You can tell she has yet to read the Auditor General's Report on CPS.
Then, this happened.
Then, this happened.
This was the response for the State Child Welfare Licensing Division:
Good AfternoonAs you can read in the response, Michigan Child Welfare Administrators do not have a clue to what is going on in the system, or even how the system actually works, or even a personal passion to actually respond to the questions regarding the reporting of fraud or if foster kids have civil rights.
A youth, a mandated reporter, an interested citizen, frankly anyone can file a complaint against a licensed foster home. You say home provider so I assume you are talking about a foster home. If there is a suspicion of abuse or neglect the complaint should be made to Children Protective Services Central Intake. If you have a complaint against a child placing agency or a child caring institution, it is handled through the Division of Child Welfare Licensing under the Department of Health and Human Services. DCWL investigates child placing agencies and child caring institutions around compliance with specific rules. You can make a complaint using the website if it is against a child placing agency or a child caring institution, or you can give me the information. I hope this helps. I am not aware of who investigates Protective Services. I would suggest contact with a supervisor or the District Manager of the local office involved.
You can tell she has yet to read the Auditor General's Report on CPS.
Then, this happened.
Gov. Snyder Calls for CPS Review
Governor Rick Snyder is now calling for changes after the Michigan Office of the Auditor General released a scathing report last week detailing several faults in the state’s Child Protective Services program.
The audit found a number of glaring issues in the state’s CPS program, including failing to launch and complete investigations within the required timeframe and not referring investigations to prosecutors.
The governor has tapped Orlene Hawks to lead a review and improvement process of CPS.
Hawks is currently the director of the Office of the Children’s Ombudsman, though she will leave that post during the review.
Snyder hopes Hawks will be able to find ways to rapidly improve Michigan’s CPS program, having called the audit’s findings “unacceptable.”
In the spirit of fuchsia...
Snyder's hopes shall soon be dashed because Orlene Hawks has been put on notice, from the first day she took her Oath of Office, that the entire system sucks and has sucked since it was first conceived.
(NOTE TO SELF: Check to see if her Oaths of Office are filed in the Great Repository of the Seal)
Orlene Hawks has not done a damn thing to improve the system, as the Office of the Children's Ombudsman functions as a strawman of oversight, on a shoestring budget, with no cooperation from the Attorney General or the Department of Health and Human Services.
Did you know DHHS has the power to refuse to cooperate with an OCO investigation?
I can prove it, you know.
Did you know the OCO does not possess powers of subpoena?
By the time OCO can review and present finding to the Legislature for the rulemaking process to commence, there is a term limit and another election cycle.
No one communicates with anyone up in Lansing.
The last time Snyder called for a special commission review, they lied to him, like they always do.
The Attorney General will not partner in investigations with OCO.
OCO does not have to refer any criminal activities to the Attorney General.
The Attorney General will not even appoint a Special Prosecutor.
The Attorney General refuses to investigate DHHS.
The Attorney General will not even investigation the Legislators on all their special interests child welfare legislation foreign dark money campaign contributions or those lucrative, privatized contracts these elected officials end up getting through their corporations.
As a matter of fact, the entire Michigan Child Welfare System has been under the federal monitor for over 10 years, yet Children's Rights continues to generate billing, without even advocating for the civil rights of these foster kids...because they cannot....because they are a private corporation and have not had the grant authority transferred, or rather parental rights...because these foster kids are under the jurisdiction of the state's legal guardian, Michigan Children's Institute.
To believe Children's Rights is advocating for anyone other than themselves makes a strong case to go to a drug rehab, because there is no other logical explanation to think otherwise.
There is no need to call for the OCO to review because all she has to do is read my work.

Will Snyder Stop Medicaid Fraud In Michigan?
Children's Rights received the largest attorney fees payment in the history of the state and not one penny went to the children.
The Court was going to put Michigan Child Welfare under Federal Receivership, but the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) talked Edmunds into letting them privatize the oversight where Kevin Ryan at his "neutral" Public Catalyst is doing nothing but expanding the operations to maximize his revenue.

The Tale Of The Mandated Reporter: "Please Do Not Fire Me & Make Me Homeless" Asks ~ Do Foster Kids Have Civil Rights?
| "Please Do Not Fire Me & Make Me Homeless" the Mandatory Reporter Whistleblower |
The Michigan Auditor General has just released a report on the ills of the State's Child Protective Services System.
But, as you well know, I shall craft my famous incremental inquiry for the next level of legal scrutiny through the lens of civil rights.
Do Foster Kids Have Civil Rights when it comes to reporting fraud?
Of course, not.
So, why is this?
Because it is all about chattel law, or rather SystemSucks because Mandatory Reporters are not mandated by law or policy to report child welfare fraud and retaliation is real, because the child welfare system is privatized, whereby the Mandatory Reporter has no civil rights.
The following is an tutorial on what a SystemSucks is.
So, how can a Foster Kid report fraud and a violation of their civil rights when the Mandated Reporter knows that it has previously been reported and nothing has been done?
Report the fraud to the fraudfeasors?
Considering the fact that we are dealing with a licensed foster home that, obviously, is not being monitored, we have an issue of fraud, because someone is not doing their job, or maybe they are.
Here is where I present for public discussions, the question of how a Foster Kid can report a violation of their civil rights without the Mandated Reporter being arrested, fined and stripped of their professional license for simply just helping a Foster Kid who does not want to end up tricking in the streets to eat.
Foster Kids only get $150.00 a month in SNAP, you know, and all the "U-Buy-We-Fry" joints do not take EBT benefits anymore, now, praytell, how does one eat when the foster care placement is not, how shall we say this, conducive to a proper dining experience?
I thought it best to ask the professionals up there in Department of Health and Human Services since the Mandated Reporter is a paycheck away from meeting the eligibility criteria for SNAP.
In the spirit of fuchsia, of course...
Greetings Linda,
It has been brought to my attention that there are open questions surrounding the proper way to address how foster youth may file a complaint.
Although the foster home provider is said to be under multiple investigations, there continues to exist the environment of deteriorating living conditions of food and improper electrical, like running extension cords and limited outlets that spark.
Can a mandated reporter direct the foster youth to contact their elected officials to file subsequent complaints against Child Protective Services?
Can a mandated reporter assist the foster youth in filing formal complaints to the Michigan Auditor General in the light of the September 2018 Child Protective Services conditions illuminated in the audit?
Can a mandated reporter guide the foster youth in the filing of a Civil Rights Complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice?
Do foster youth have civil rights, and if not, please elaborate?
Can a mandated reporter instruct, in a professional, educational setting, on how to file a grievance, as reporting fraud to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector? I only present this question as it is suspect to questionable cost reimbursement activities by the Child Placing Agency.
I look forward to your expertise, or referral, so we may address the continued, systemic ethical deficiencies in the Michigan Child Welfare System, by which it has been the global leader in child welfare policy development.
I strongly encourage you to reach out to me if you have any concerns.
Have a great day!
Hey Bill, Smooches!
Please share to all Foster Kids you know!
Now, here are a few more questions I have about Mandatory Reporters.
If a report is submitted to CPS about living conditions, does CPS report the living conditions to the City of Detroit Building, Safety and Environment & Engineering, since the Mayor has implemented city wide inspections or rental properties?
What if the home is one of those Detroit Land Bank Authority homes?
Would not that demand a conjugal collaborative in an open, working relationship with state, county and local governments?
Oh, wait... it is all up under those state registered foreign corporations called Public Private Partnerships where there are no civil rights, so I just answered my own question, again: Child have no civil rights, and if someone even slightly mentions that bloody Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) fake authority transfer, I shall pummel words of shame in your general direction.
A GAL, I know, in many states, is not even a mandatory reporter.
Hell, a GAL does not even have to be a licensed professional, not even an attorney. (Sounds like a great job for those who have a nasty penchant for the tiny ones.)
See, a foster home is not considered a tenant in a rental property, and, as such, a foster kid is not a tenant, nor is a youth who has aged out of foster care and has to live in an Adult Foster Care Home.
Then, you have those instances, where you have no idea of who really owns the actual real property where the foster care license is issued to the foster parent, and not attached to the property address, meaning, there are multiple options of running foster care payment scams, like running a multiple roomed building, as a foster parent, where the majority of the foster kids are running the streets doing what they do best to survive, while those foster care payment checks are cashed and split with the foster care worker and case manager, because you know they are also billing for non-existent services.
Anyway, I believe it is time to end all that anonymous and mandatory reporting through threats of enforcing policies of economic deterrence against the Mandatory Reporter, and just put it all, out there on the front lawn, dirty panties and all, because neither do Mandatory Reporters have civil rights due to privatization, leaving the reporting of child welfare fraud open to prosecution in breaching privacy laws about foster kids.

| Stop sucking children from society to sell. |
And the system sucks....
And management sucks...
Doug Ringler, the Auditor General, reached back...way back to cross reference with previous audits of Thomas McTavish to show that Michigan has not done a single thing to improve how it treats tiny humans.
Much love and respect for exposing what they did to Ricky Holland and two little boys.
As a matter of fact, the underlying message that I see in this audit, is that CPS is the front line in protecting the ratlines of child trafficking, not protecting the children or the parents, whatsoever.
Where is the Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette when it comes to trafficking tiny humans in Michigan, and other from countries?
What about our civil rights when it comes to being placed on a Central Registry, a secret database without even notification?
(I strongly encourage people to check and see if your name is on the Central Registry because you never will know, otherwise.)
What is Bill doing about the billions upon billions in fraud when it comes to stealin' the children, the land and the votes?
ANSWER: Campaigning for a legal defense.
Smooches.
Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has two months to come up with a compliance plan.
The only thing I await are federal indictments.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Bill Schuette & His Ingham County Referral To FBI
Oh, Bill.I guess you were right to say that I am a pubic nuisance.
Real estate, corporation, charity and child welfare law do not seem to be your forte'.
I wonder if Matt is going to pick this up?
Smooches!
Ingham prosecutor refers request for investigation of AG Bill Schuette to FBI
LANSING — The Ingham County prosecutor has referred attorney Mike Nichols’ concerns about possible criminal wrongdoing by Attorney General Bill Schuette to the FBI, according to Nichols.
The East Lansing attorney wrote Ingham County Prosecutor Carol Siemon on Thursday, requesting a state grand jury or other criminal investigation of allegations Schuette improperly used state resources.
On Tuesday, Siemon spokesman Scott Hughes said that Siemon referred the letter from Nichols “to an appropriate agency,” which he would not identify.
But Nichols on Tuesday circulated the text of an email he said he received Monday from Siemon that said: “After some research, it was determined that the most appropriate investigative body for this matter is the FBI and I have made that referral.
"The Special Agent with whom I spoke indicated that while they do not contact all complainants, they likely will be in touch with you.”
Tim Wiley, a spokesman for the FBI, said the agency would not confirm or deny the existence of any investigation.
Nichols, who could not immediately be reached, circulated an email Tuesday that said Siemon's decision "is a good, prudent step," and "the FBI is an excellent choice" to handle an investigation.
Nichols, who represented former state representative Cindy Gamrat and saw the misconduct in office charges Schuette brought against Gamrat in 2016 dismissed by a district court judge in Lansing, said Schuette attempted to hold Gamrat to higher standards than those he observes.
In his letter to Siemon, a Democrat, asking for a criminal investigation, Nichols cited Schuette’s use of state employees to witness personal real estate transactions in his state-funded office and his hiring of Republican campaign operatives to taxpayer-funded civil service posts in the run-up to his current campaign for governor.
"I was the attorney for Ms. Cindy Gamrat and I experienced firsthand the selective standard that Mr. Schuette sets for those who hold public office," Nichols wrote. Now, "it appears that Mr. Schuette has violated many state laws and a formal investigation is warranted to preserve the integrity and transparency of the public office of the Attorney General."
Andrea Bitely, a spokeswoman for Schuette, said Thursday the letter from Nichols is "nothing but another baseless attack on an Attorney General with a strong ethical record." On Tuesday, she added: "If I had a dime for every time a criminal defense attorney attacked a prosecutor, I’d have a lot of dimes."
Bitely did not respond to an email asking what she thought about Siemon referring the complaint to the FBI. But Stu Sandler, a spokesman for a pro-Schuette Super PAC, said "this is a prosecutor's polite way of passing the buck," and "I think there's some politics at play here."
Nichols said Thursday he's been a member of the Ingham County Democratic Party but considers himself an independent voter who is "tired of the hypocrisy."
In May, Lt. Gov. Brian Calley accused Schuette of continuing to have a hands-on role in his business dealings after saying publicly he placed his assets in a blind trust. Calley's campaign released records showing Schuette's signature on multi-million-dollar real estate transactions related to family-owned property in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Schuette vigorously denied that his family real estate should have been placed in a blind trust but his officials acknowledged that staffers signed as witnesses some of the transactions while at work.
Your volley, Bill.
Your volley, Bill.
Calley is also seeking the Republican nomination for governor.
In December, the Free Press obtained records under Michigan's Freedom of Information Act that showed Schuette, in advance of his September announcement that he was running for governor, hired as civil servants four "constituent relations representatives," also known as "executive office representatives," who are all Republican activists or experienced GOP campaign operatives. The state constitution and civil service rules prohibit partisan consideration in state hiring.
The Free Press also reported that Schuette used no-bid state contracts to pay more than $130,000 to two influential Republicans — one of whom has been active in the tea party movement that is important in winning a Republican primary.
Gamrat and fellow Republican former state representative Todd Courser were charged in early 2016, amid a bizarre scandal in which Courser arranged for an e-mail to be sent out falsely accusing him of drug use and having sex with a male prostitute.. Courser has said the intent of the email was to send up a "false flag" that would help discredit rumors of an extramarital affair between Gamrat and Courser, which was real.
The charges against Gamrat related to her allegedly lying about whether she knew about the "false flag" email before it was sent and that she allegedly allowed staffers to sign her name to two bills.
In June 2016, a district judge dismissed both counts of misconduct in office against Gamrat, while also dismissing two such counts against Courser, but sending Courser to trial on one count each of perjury and misconduct. Charges against Courser are still pending.

Lisa Gorcyca Walks While Another Michigan Child Welfare "Cash For Kids" Fraud Scheme Goes Unnoticed By Schuette
![]() |
| Delicious justice is a dish best served cold |
So, Lisa Gorcyca does not get suspension, like I said, because she was just doing her job.
But, does this mean whoever paid for the incarceration of the children can file a fraud claim for recovery?
Did Medicaid pay for it and if so, what was the cost?
Are the parents financially liable?
Perhaps, it is an insurance company?
Well, all I know is that I would most definitely file for recovery of the funds if I was the entity who ended up paying for it.
I wonder if Bill Schuette is going to refer this matter to the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, if it is Mediciad billing?
Besides, the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission sucks.
She is an elected official, but in a court of law, a judge and attorney, particularly an attorney representing a government entity, can say whatever they want about you in child welfare proceedings, or actually, in civil proceedings through a written or oral argument.
Heck, Bill Schuette had his Assistant AG state into the record that I was a public nuisance for exposing fraud.
I have even had a Kelly Ramsey call me a "bad mother" for exposing fraud.
That was a most harrowing experience because I had to keep my mouth shut.
Such a situation may be within the purview of another law enforcement jurisdiction, but hey, what do I know?
Vichyssoie is not the only dish best served cold, so is justice.
In a child custody case that made national headlines after a suburban Detroit judge jailed three children for refusing to socialize with their father, the Michigan Supreme Court has rejected a harsher punishment recommended last year — ruling that Oakland County Judge Lisa Gorcyca should be publicly censured but not suspended for her courtroom behavior.
The high court said Friday that Gorcyca committed judicial misconduct by "directing demeaning and disparaging remarks" at the children during a hearing, but that other findings of misconduct by the Judicial Tenure Commission amounted to "mere legal errors made in good faith and with due diligence," which were remedied by the appeals court.
"Public censure was proportionate to" Gorcyca's "misconduct," the court ruled.
Justice Richard Bernstein dissented in part on the finding of "mere legal errors."
"I would have adopted the findings and recommendation of the Judicial Tenure Commission to publicly censure respondent and suspend her from office for 30 days without pay," Bernstein wrote.
The ruling means Gorcyca avoids a suspension without pay and will not have to pay thousands of dollars in fines and court costs. Their decision ends a two-year saga for Gorcyca, who was accused of mishandling the bitter child-custody case that lasted more than five years.
It also vindicates her decision to appeal to the state's highest court when some had recommended that she accept the findings of the Tenure Commission and take the suspension.
The Tenure Commission ruled in November that Gorcyca had committed Judicial Misconduct in her handling of the contentious child custody case in June 2015, when she sent three children, ages 9, 10 and 13, to a juvenile detention facility for 17 days for ignoring her order to visit with their father.
She compared one child's actions to those of cult leader Charles Manson and made a circular motion with her finger near her ear as she said it.
The misconduct case against Gorcyca became a lightning rod of controversy with father-rights advocates calling her a hero. Critics complain that she tried to force the children to love someone they didn't.
A Facebook group supporting Gorcyca attracted more than 1,200 followers while another group that opposes her claims more than 1,000 followers.
Read more:
The Tenure Commission had recommended suspension but only the Michigan Supreme Court can discipline judges.
Judges make $139,919 a year, so 30 days off the bench would cost Gorcyca about $11,660 in lost salary. The commission also recommended Gorcyca pay $12,553 in fines and costs.
Gorcyca had fought the case all the way to the Supreme Court.
"Judge Gorcyca has a well-deserved and well-earned reputation as a caring and superior jurist with the support of the entire family bench and bar," her lawyers, Thomas Cranmer and Christian Hildebrandt, wrote in a brief to the Supreme Court filed late last year. "A suspension of any sort, preventing her from performing her elected duties, would be an injustice."
The case involved Omer Tsimhoni and his ex-wife, Maya Eibschitz-Tsimhoni, and drew international attention after Gorcyca locked up the children.
Advocates for the parenting rights of fathers backed Tsimhoni, arguing his was a textbook case of parental alienation. At one point, the children sat in chairs in the hallway with their arms locked together, refusing to enter the courtroom.
"This case is every judge's nightmare," Cranmer said at a November hearing. "This was five years of the most contentious, vexatious litigation imaginable."
After Gorcyca was accused of judicial misconduct, the divorce case was reassigned to Judge Joan Young, who presided over it until the end of 2016 when she retired. The case continues under new Judge Victoria Valentine. Both parties are now representing themselves after spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on lawyers.
The docket shows 999 entries in the case, the most recent earlier this month, when a judge ordered the couple to list for sale the couple's former home in Ann Arbor.
In July, more than 130 family court lawyers packed Gorcyca's courtroom to show their support for her. In September, a Pontiac man was charged with threatening to kill Gorcyca, whom he feared wouldn't treat him fairly in his own child custody case.

Michigan Child Welfare System Shall Honor Ricky Holland & The Two Boys
Michigan will honor the life of Ricky Holland and the two little boys.
The Michigan State Auditor General has reopened the investigation into the Legally Kidnapped, trafficking and murder of Ricky Holland...and the two little boys.

Hold on to that reaffirmation for a minute.
The question I really have is..."Why would Orlene Hawks come out in such a bold fashion to introduce the OCO into the public like this?
I believe she has awoken.
Michigan treats that office like dirt because it is all about the maximization of revenues, privatization.
I want to world to know about that secret cabal up there in the Michigan Children's Institute and their "saving the savages" human trafficking operations.
Stay tuned, oh, and by the way...has anyone seen The Madame Maura Corrigan, (in a high British accent) lately?
If you do, send her my love. I am worried about her, being so silent, as opposed to her previous vociferousness about Michigan child welfare, and all.

Michigan Children's Trust Fund Audit: Cinnaire's Tiny Human Trafficking TARP Slush Fund
The new Michigan Auditor General, Doug Ringler, is chugging right along in his global audit of the State's child welfare system.
The Michigan Office of the Auditor General has just released its report on the Michigan Children's Trust Fund, State Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and it verifies everything I have ever said about it.
It is nothing but a trafficking tiny humans slush fund fraud.
I should know.
I have listened to many individuals who sat on these regional boards who told me that they do not even gather for meetings except on who is going to divvy up to loot.
The fund balance of 2016 was $26.7 million.
Why, oh why do these people keep using tiny humans to make money?
Alright, I shall tell you: the Children's Defense Fund and TARP.
Yes, the Michigan Children's Trust Fund funds the generation of propaganda to promote its privatized social impact bonded, third party programs by making local child abuse and neglect council members "Fat, Dumb & Happy", as seen on the faces of the persons in the video.
The Audit found 4 reportable conditions, meaning, they found fraud and snitched to the feds.
I typically do not refer to the multiple jurisdictions of federal government as "feds", but in this instance, there are so many different avenues the Ringler may take to report these GAGAS violations.
It makes me all warm and fuzzy inside just thinking about which federal investigative entities will be looking for my guidance.
What is the stashed amount for Q1 FY 2018?
WARNING: The video you are about to see contains graphic images of the privatized stakeholder, Mark McDaniel, CEO of Cinnaire, a multi-billion dollar corporation that generates profit from trafficking tiny humans and stealing land using TARP, who are trying really hard to care about tiny humans of "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth), by laundering money through the Children's Trust Fund.
Do they have mortgages?
Yup.
Are they leveraging tiny humans for special investments through social impact bonds?
Are they stealing land?
Yup.
Are they linked up with the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) over there at the Detroit Land Bank Authority and the Clinton Foundation, et al?
Yup.
Are they stealing Hardest Hit Funds?
Yup.
Are they Corporate Shape Shifters?
Yup.
Are they funding political campaigns? <=== Definite yes. Just ask Kelly Ramsey, or me.
I guess we will just have to wait and see which federal entities will be partnering with Ringler.
These people profited from the death of Ricky Holland and two boys who survived the privatization of torture and trafficking of tiny humans because no one cares about children of "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth).

The State Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board has absolutely no accountability on what it does with its Child Abuse Propaganda funding.
