FOX 2 Detroit Celebrates Trafficking Tiny Humans Month In Detroit

Foster Care was designed by those job creators where a family living $1.00 above the federal poverty guideline, can become self-sufficient by warehousing tiny humans.

Why are there over 13,000 children in foster care in Michigan?

  • Child welfare is a multi-trillion dollar industry.

Why are half of these children in foster care from Wayne County?

  • Because it is a multi-billion dollar, foreign, contractual operation of fraud.

Why is there child welfare propaganda?

  • Procuring and purveying tiny humans is a job and the work of the tax exempt god.

Why is it no one will discuss the legal doctrine of parental rights?

  • Because I wrote the book.

Why is it no one can see the residuals of the peculiar institution?

  • Because there was a coup in Detroit.

Why is it the media refuses to look into why these children are going into foster care in the first place?

I will tell you why.

  • They all have a financial interest, including FOX 2 Detroit.

I remember.

I will never forget.

This is gerrymandering.

Praise the lord.

On a mission...

Need is great for foster, adoptive families for thousands of children in Michigan

(FOX 2) - In Michigan alone, 13,000 children are in foster care. Half of them are in Wayne County. Right now foster and adoptive parents are desperately needed.

As a Detroit woman whose family fostered 40 children will tell you, you could be the one to make a difference in a child's life.

HAPPY TRAFFICKING TINY HUMANS MONTH!

DOJ: The Power Of Child Welfare Propaganda & Urine - Another $57 Million Medicaid Fraud In Child Welfare Op Busted

Brilliant op!

You steal Medicaid funds through child welfare propaganda by helping drug addicted parents you got hooked on your illegal drugs, after you snatch the kids to dope them up with psychotropics, then fraudulently billing Medicaid to make everything all better, while you get more federal grants to fund the other operations to steal the land and the votes, running the money out the country to the foreign children's trusts to fund political campaigns.

In child welfare, the drug testing in Child Protective Services is used to Terminate Parental Rights.

Ya gotta love the power of child welfare propaganda and urine.

In the words of a very wise individual who described these child welfare fraud schemes, "Build it and they will come."

Substance Abuse Treatment Center Owner Pleads Guilty to $57 Million Money Laundering Conspiracy in Connection with Hospital Pass-Through Billing Scheme

The owner of a Jacksonville, Florida-area substance abuse treatment center pleaded guilty today for his role in a $57 million money laundering conspiracy associated with a pass-through billing scheme involving laboratory testing services.
Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division, U.S. Attorney Maria Chapa Lopez of the Middle District of Florida, Special Agent in Charge Rachel Rojas of the FBI’s Jacksonville Field Office, Deputy Assistant Inspector General Thomas W. South of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management-Office of Inspector General (OPM-OIG), Special Agent in Charge Rafiq Ahmad of the U.S. Department of Labor-Office of Inspector General (DOL-OIG) and Special Agent in Charge Basil P. Demczak of the Amtrak Office of Inspector General (Amtrak-OIG) made the announcement.
Kyle Ryan Marcotte, 36, of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Joel Toomey of the Middle District of Florida to a one-count information charging him with conspiracy to commit money laundering.  As part of his guilty plea, Marcotte agreed to a forfeiture judgment of $10,220,281.42.  Sentencing before U.S. District Judge Timothy Corrigan of the Middle District of Florida has not yet been scheduled.
According to admissions made as part of his guilty plea, Marcotte was the owner of a substance abuse treatment facility in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.  In approximately 2015, Marcotte entered into an arrangement with a laboratory owner to send urine samples for the facility’s patients to the owner’s lab for urine drug testing (UDT), in exchange for receiving 40 percent of the insurance reimbursements.  The lab owner, in turn, arranged with the managers of Campbellton–Graceville Hospital (CGH) and Regional General Hospital Williston (RGH), rural hospitals in Florida, to have the testing billed to private insurers through CGH and RGH and reimbursed at favorable rates under the hospitals’ in-network contracts with insurers.  Marcotte also admitted that he brokered deals with other substance abuse treatment centers to have their UDTs billed through CGH and RGH in exchange for Marcotte receiving 10 percent of the insurance reimbursements, while the other substance abuse facilities would receive 30 percent of the insurance reimbursements.
The lab owner subsequently acquired Chestatee Hospital, in Dahlonega, Georgia, and other rural hospitals.  Marcotte admitted that he continued to supply samples from his substance abuse treatment facility and continued to broker deals with other substance abuse treatment centers to have UDTs tested at the lab and billed to insurers through Chestatee and the other hospitals, all in exchange for a percentage of the insurance reimbursements.  The reimbursements were transmitted from the hospitals to the lab, which then transmitted them to two companies Marcotte controlled, North Florida Labs and KTL Labs using financial transactions and bank accounts that Marcotte had established to facilitate the payments.  Marcotte arranged to transfer a portion of the reimbursements from KTL Labs as kickbacks to the individuals and companies that controlled the substance abuse treatment centers in order to further the fraudulent scheme.  Marcotte also transferred a portion of the reimbursements to himself and to purchase real estate and items of real property, he admitted.
Marcotte caused $50 million in payments to be made from KTL Labs’ bank accounts to at least 88 companies and individuals associated with substance abuse treatment centers that supplied urine samples for testing.  The total amount of money that was part of the money laundering  scheme was $57.3 million, Marcotte admitted.
The case was investigated by the FBI, OPM-OIG, DOL-OIG and Amtrak OIG.  Trial Attorneys Gary A. Winters and James V. Hayes of the Criminal Division’s Fraud Section and Assistant U.S. Attorney Tysen Duva of the Middle District of Florida are prosecuting the case.
The Fraud Section leads the Medicare Fraud Strike Force, which is part of a joint initiative between the Department of Justice and HHS to focus their efforts to prevent and deter fraud and enforce current anti-fraud laws around the country.  Since its inception in March 2007, the Medicare Fraud Strike Force, which maintains 14 strike forces operating in 23 districts, has charged nearly 4,000 defendants who have collectively billed the Medicare program for more than $14 billion.  In addition, the HHS Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, working in conjunction with the HHS-OIG, are taking steps to increase accountability and decrease the presence of fraudulent providers.

DNA Medicaid Fraud in Child Welfare - Data Collection For Dollars - Happy Child Abuse Propaganda Month

Oh, lookie!

Medicaid fraud in child welfare has gone full DNA database.

If the States are not yet prepared to implement DNA data collection of "The Poor", then I bet the private, contracted agencies are.

See, you do not only have the opportunity to collect HUMINT on the foster kids and children of "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth), you can also tap into the population of their original parents through civil asset forfeiture for the civil debt of being poor through these foreign, child welfare NGOs, more intuitively known as the corporate parent, to access the children's trusts for personal inurement.

These are not scammers.

These are federal sub-recipients.

They ran these same exact ops with the Seniors in Detroit, except they offered a bit more than $20 and DNA collection was not the latest rage at the time.

Just another operation of stealin' the children, the land, and the vote.

Happy Child Abuse Propaganda Month!

Scammers May Be Using DNA Testing to Defraud Medicare and Steal Identities

A DNA test kit.State authorities warn that DNA testers have targeted poor neighborhoods and senior communities.

Authorities in several states are warning about an alleged scam in which people visit senior-living communities and low-income neighborhoods, offering to perform DNA tests and collecting information from people in government health programs.

The alleged DNA-testing scams appear to be a new twist on an old tactic, in which people are tricked into giving away personal information or participating in medical services they don’t need. Perpetrators of such schemes can bill the government for unneeded medical tests and procedures, or use the information they collect — such as Medicare and Medicaid identification data — to commit identity theft and fraud.

In Kentucky, Attorney General Andy Beshear’s office said this month that Louisville residents had reported people operating out of a van and offering to pay Medicaid recipients $20 for DNA swabs and their health insurance information.

In Nebraska, the state insurance commissioner’s office said it had heard of questionable DNA swabbing in several communities. It warned on March 27 that it had “received multiple reports of groups going to senior living communities, assisted living communities and senior centers offering to swab the cheeks of seniors for genetic material purportedly for DNA checks for cancer.”

Paying people to participate in medical tests and services would likely violate federal anti-kickback laws meant to stop fraud and abuse at government programs. It’s not clear who is behind the reported activity in Kentucky and Nebraska, whether it’s an organized group or individuals acting alone, and whether it is still ongoing.

The alleged scam follows an announcement by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid last year that Medicare would cover genetic evaluation of cancer by FDA-approved tests. It also may capitalize on a growing awareness of popular consumer-marketed genetic tests where people can find out about their ancestry or learn some basic health information.

Medicare Fraud

Fraud is a significant problem in government health-care programs like Medicare and Medicaid, which cover tens of millions of elderly and low-income people. Since 2007, a Medicare fraud task force has filed more than 1,600 cases against almost 3,500 defendants in Florida, New York, California and other states who are alleged to have fraudulently billed Medicare more than $13 billion, according to a 2018 report by the Office of Inspector General of the U.S. Health and Human Services Department.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which oversees the programs for the federal government, declined to comment.

In Louisville, DNA swabbers have falsely represented themselves as affiliated with a local Medicaid insurer, Passport Health Plan, setting up in low-income neighborhoods and giving people cash in exchange for DNA swabs, City Councilwoman Barbara Sexton Smith said in a telephone interview.
“They set up in the most impoverished, predominantly black area in our community,” said Sexton Smith. “They are preying on poor people.” Sexton Smith provided Bloomberg with copies of business cards and fliers promoting the DNA tests that she said were shared by people who were concerned.

She said she had been in contact with the state attorney general’s office and law enforcement. It’s not clear if people ever got a DNA test result back after giving samples, or what their information was or wasn’t used for.

A business card Sexton Smith said was obtained from one of the testing locations shared listed a company named Freedom Medical, along with a website and phone number. The website didn’t work when checked this week, and no one answered or returned calls to the Washington, D.C., area code number listed on the card.

Sexton Smith also shared a screenshot of a Facebook post urging Passport Health insurance clients to visit the intersection of Preston and Breckenridge streets for free cancer screenings and $20. Another post on Facebook advertised a similar service, mentioning the name of a company called Genexe Health in the post.

David Palladino, Genexe’s general counsel, said in an email that it was aware of attempts to misuse the company’s name, that it wasn’t associated with any of the activities described, and that it doesn’t operate in Louisville.

“Genexe categorically denies any/all involvement with any of the activities represented/referenced,” Palladino said. Palladino said the company takes multiple steps to combat fraud, and that the people described in the Louisville area “are completely unaffiliated with Genexe.”

Passport Health said the people allegedly collecting DNA and patient information weren’t associated with the insurer. An April 1 news report by Louisville television station Wave3 shows people at a card table paying residents money in return for what appear to be cheek swabs, operating out of a white van.

“Passport Health Plan is in no way affiliated with this activity and we urge caution for anyone who may come into contact with them,” Ben Adkins, a spokesman for the insurer, said in an email to Bloomberg News.

Adkins said Passport had contacted local police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A representative for the local FBI office declined to comment.

In Nebraska, Department of Insurance Director Bruce Ramge said in a statement emailed by a spokeswoman that his agency had forwarded reports of questionable DNA swabbing to federal officials, “since Medicare dollars may have been spent for payment of the swabbing.” In response to a public records request, the state declined to provide records of reports, saying it ``will not provide information or documents that are part of investigations.’’

Ramge said in the emailed statement that his department was also concerned about people being improperly billed for the tests.

“This may be a scam and should be avoided,” the department said in the March warning notice.

Rebranding Child Welfare: Termination Of The Host Right To A Birth Is Now Called Abortion

What you are witnessing is the rebranding child welfare.

The newest legal term for a pregnant woman is a "host" as a private corporation, like a christian NGO, which includes churches, can now file to terminate parental rights through their new legal adoption of the term "aborting the birth"...of the legal chattel.

Jose Oliva even omitted the term of parent from his interview, below.

The corporate parent would have guardianship throughout the gestation period, which makes the woman the host of their goods, likened to the concept of a hostile, a temporary shelter, pre-respite care.

This is the new foster care because there is a backlog of pilot Social Impact Bond programs and studies to run on the wards in their privatized corporate custody.

This is the industry of trafficking tiny humans where corporations have been animated with personae, to be able to have religious beliefs, rights, and, according to FRCP and law, corporations are now parents who can place liens on your children and the trust funds.

This is about the identities.

Women do not go out and get abortions at full gestation. Seriously, think about that.

They are engaging in a legal transmographication of the term "abortion" for "termination of parental rights" by priming the media with propaganda to cover up that this is just the next phase when it comes to pilfering the U.S. Treasury through the children's trust funds.

Think about what happens in infant mortality, which is medically considered an abortion.

This started in Michigan.

These identities are used in banking, real estate, voting, and fraudulent billing.

This is about civil asset forfeiture of "The Poors".

This is foreign propaganda so if you wish to scream "save the unborn babies" either focus on the manufactured poverty of geographic locations as a form of forced migration, destruction of our education system, or the use of infant mortality, including the mothers, as human research subjects.

Michigan has the Life Science Corridor built from fraudulent billing to Medicaid.

Stop making these people rich and do not buy into this.

The goal is to amend the constitution.

I was there at the table when they came up with it.

This is about modern day slavery and rebranding the industry of trafficking tiny humans.

The new foster care is going AI to "maximize revenues" in the best interests of the child, because 501c3s are not supposed to "generate profit" when dealing engaging in fraud.

Only 3 Democrat Senators Vote for Bill Protecting Babies Born Alive After Abortion

The Senate voted 53-44 in favor of legislation that would protect survivors of abortion, falling short of the necessary 60 votes to proceed as Democrats blocked the bill when only three of them joined Republicans.
Sens. Doug Jones of Alabama, Joe Manchin of West Virginia, and Bob Casey Jr. of Pennsylvania were the only Democrats to vote for the bill. All other 44 Democratic senators voted against the bill.
Republican Sens. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Tim Scott of South Carolina, and Kevin Cramer of North Dakota were not present for the vote.
The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act would have mandated that babies born alive during an abortion would receive “the same degree of professional skill and care to protect the newborn as would be offered to any other child born alive at the same gestational age,” according to Sen. Ben Sasse’s website.
The liberal Left continue to push their radical agenda against American values. The good news is there is a solution. Find out more >>
“This bill isn’t about abortion,” Sasse, R-Neb., said, adding:
I’m pro-life. I’m unapologetically pro-life, but this bill is not actually about anything that limits abortion. This bill doesn’t have anything to do with Roe v. Wade. …
What this bill does is try to secure basic rights, equal rights for babies that are born and are outside the womb.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., challenged Sasse’s legislation, saying that it was “carefully crafted to target, intimidate, and shut down reproductive health care providers.”
Sasse then called out Schumer for misrepresenting the legislation.
“This language is … too blunt for many people in this body … Infanticide is what [Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act] is actually about,” Sasse said. “Are we a country that protects babies that are alive, born outside the womb, after surviving a botched abortion?”

Sen. Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, also attacked the bill.
“The legislation we are debating today is just the latest salvo in the far right wing assault on a women’s constitutionally protected right to an abortion,” Hirono said.
Sasse tried Jan. 31 to hold a unanimous consent vote on the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act in the Senate following New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat, signing a bill legalizing abortion up to birth in January and Virginia trying to pass similar legislation. However, Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash., objected.
Earlier Monday, the Knights of Columbus released a poll from Marist that found “Americans are now as likely to identify as pro-life, 47 percent, as pro-choice, 47 percent,” according to the Knights’ website.
The poll found that 34 percent of Democrats now identified as pro-life, up from 20 percent a month ago. Among Americans, “only 18 percent think abortion should be allowed at any time up until birth,” and that Americans against abortion “after 20 weeks, or overall, include: 59 percent of Democrats, 78 percent of independents and 82 percent of Republicans.”
In an op-ed published Feb. 12 in USA Today, Sasse wrote, “It should not be difficult for the members of the U.S. Congress to affirm that a child, outside the womb, deserves the protections of our law.”
“It should not be controversial to say that a child, cold and naked on a table, deserves to be treated with dignity and humanity,” he added.
Melanie Israel, a research associate for the DeVos Center for Religion and Civil Society at The Heritage Foundation, wrote in an op-ed published Monday that “it’s hard to believe anyone would oppose such a policy.”
“Yet well-funded abortion advocates like Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation, who are radically out of step with the national consensus, have convinced some in Congress that requiring medical care for babies who survive abortion is an assault on ‘reproductive health care,’” Israel wrote for The Daily Signal.

Florida House Speaker Jose Oliva Calls Pregnant Women ‘Host Bodies’

Casual Misogyny: Florida House Speaker Jose Oliva calls pregnant women “host bodies” five times during a recent interview with CBS Miami.
Oliva, a conservative Catholic and a Republican, was widely criticized after repeatedly referring to pregnant women as “host bodies” while discussing abortion.
CBS Miami notes:
Oliva’s use of the clinical term “host body” in describing a woman did not appear to be accidental. He used it five times during the interview.

During the interview the conservative Catholic lawmaker said:
Well the challenge there is that there are two lives involved. So, where I believe that we should stay out of people’s lives, I don’t believe that people’s lives should be taken. It’s a complex issue because one has to think, well there’s a host body and that host body has to have a certain amount of rights because at the end of the day it is that body that that carries this entire other body to term. But there is an additional life there.
And:
As technology moves along, a human body can exist outside of its host body earlier and earlier. And so then one has to think, until what time does the host body have veto power over this other life?

The question is: What is the value of that life? And is it subordinate to the value of its host body?
Florida Democratic Party Chair Terrie Rizzo called Oliva’s comments
 “hurtful, dehumanizing, and misogynistic,” declaring:
Speaker Jose Oliva’s words are hurtful, dehumanizing, and misogynistic,. You’d expect to hear this offensive language in the Handmaid’s Tale — not from the Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives. With the start of the legislative session just days away, Speaker Oliva has insulted Florida women — and made clear he will not be their champion in Tallahassee.
After his deplorable remarks were made public, the conservative Catholic lawmaker said his use of the phrase “host bodies” was an “an attempt to use terminology found in medical ethics writings with the purpose of keeping the discussion dispassionate. The reaction undoubtedly shows it had the exact opposite effect.”
In an attempt at damage control Oliva issued the following statement of apology:

In a recent interview where the very controversial topic of abortion was raised I used the term ‘host’ to describe a pregnant woman. It was an attempt to use terminology found in medical ethics writings with the purpose of keeping the discussion dispassionate. The reaction undoubtedly shows it had the exact opposite effect. I apologize for having caused offense, my aim was the contrary. This is and will continue to be our societies greatest challenge. I strongly believe both mother and child have rights and the extent and balance of those rights remain in question. I regret my wording has distracted from the issue. My apologies to all.
Bottom line: In an act of casual misogyny, Florida House Speaker Jose Oliva calls pregnant women “host bodies” five times during a recent interview with CBS Miami.
And the Republican war on women continues…

Do Sperm Donors Need Legal Protection By Voluntary Termination Of Parental Rights?

This sounds like an unexpected case of incest.

Sometimes, you just have to stop and ask yourself if what we have been taught to be a social norm was really a manufactured belief for profitable purposes, such as modern day trafficking of tiny humans.

This is a case of where human subject research has crossed over to be socially acceptable.

Now, we can create designer babies because human chattel is a quickly emerging, unregulated industry.

If a state can terminate parental rights, then, in the same respect, a sperm donor can terminate his parental rights.

What I would like to know is if there is a clause reflecting the voluntary termination of parental rights of the father.

Probably not because I already know I am the first one to come up with that concept.

I can even lecture on this....

Woman uses DNA test, finds sperm donor — and pays a "devastating" price

Danielle Teuscher's 5-year-old daughter Zoe is one of thousands of children conceived with sperm from an anonymous donor. When Teuscher wanted to know more about her daughter's ancestry and possible health issues, she and other family members decided to get DNA tests from 23andMe and added one for Zoe. What turned up appeared to be one of the anonymous donor's immediate relatives. She was shocked.

The donated sperm had come from Northwest Cryobank, which offers donors anonymity, but Teuscher said the apparent relative she found on 23andMe listed themselves as open to messaging.

"I said 'I don't want to cross any boundaries. I just want to let you know that we are out here and we are open to contact if you are,'" Teuscher said.

The relative responded "I don't understand," so Teuscher said she let it go. But then she got a "cease and desist" letter from Northwest Cryobank, telling her not to contact the donor or "learn more information about his identity, background or whereabouts." The sperm bank warned it could "seek $20,000 in liquidated damages." Worst of all she said, it took back "four [4] additional vials of donor's sperm that" she "purchased" — sperm she'd planned to use to have Zoe's genetic siblings.

"Devastating. I mean ... I was shocked, I was crying for days, I could barely eat," Teuscher said.  "I felt embarrassed almost. Here I thought I was doing this thing I thought was in the best interest of my daughter ... And then it just came back on me in just such a harsh way that made me feel like I did something terrible, like I was a criminal."

Northwest Cryobank told CBS News it does not prohibit DNA testing, but said "concern arises when one uses DNA test results to contact a donor and/or his family." The bank said clients like Teuscher have "contractually agreed to not independently seek the identity or attempt to contact these individuals." According to Teuscher, the contract was online.

"I mean, you just click the boxes," Teuscher said. Plus, she said, it's not all about her.
"My daughter is an actual living, breathing, feeling human being who did not sign that contract," Teuscher said.

Contracts or not, many donor-conceived children and their families are finding each other. Wendy Kramer runs the Donor Sibling Registry, a group that connects donor-conceived children and their families. Her own donor-conceived son has found 18 half-siblings, most of them through DNA test matches.

"All of us, thousands of us, have made these connections," Kramer said. "It's a right for everybody to know the truth about their own DNA, their own background, their relatives and their medical histories."

Northwest Cryobank said not all donors will want that opportunity. It said "there is a human being on the other side of the gift who may have a partner, parents, job and children of his own" and uninvited contact "could jeopardize these relationships and families."

But experts say in 2019, that contact may simply be unavoidable. He said despite our best efforts, it's impossible to promise anonymity anymore.

"The problem we have now is that the science has kind of overstepped where we are, in terms of legality," said Dr. Peter McGovern, an infertility specialist.

But Teuscher said with the loss of her vials, the promise of more children could be ended for her.
"They literally took my babies. My future babies," she said.

After we contacted Northwest Cryobank for this story, a representative sent Teuscher an email saying the bank would refund the money she paid for those additional vials of her donor's sperm, but did not offer to give her vials back.

The representative we spoke to at Northwest Cryobank told us that this is the only letter threatening legal action that they've ever sent to a client, to his knowledge.

Denmark Proceeds With U.S. Adult Foster Care Internment Camps Model

Image result for african gateway slave trade
The Door to No Return
FUN FACT! THE U.S. STILL HAS INTERNMENT CAMPS CALLED FOSTER CARE

Yes, internment camps, that no man's land of where a bunch of people try to figure out which crown your allodial title is attached.

Yes, a government can Legally Kidnap a tiny human and enact their powers to be the final arbitor of whom is worthy of being gifted the grant of guardianship and custodianship.

Oh, wait, that is child welfare.

This is nothing more than the U.S. model, which came from Detroit, on trafficking tiny humans, except, for the adults, they call foster care internment camps.

In child welfare, you Terminate Parental Rights where the child is adopted out or ages out.

In matters of adult immigration, you revocation of citizenship where the adult is exiled or deported.

It is just chattel law, or rather the residuals of the peculiar institution because they do the exact same things with real estate.

Denmark Plans to Isolate Unwanted Migrants on a Small Island

COPENHAGEN — Denmark plans to house the country’s most unwelcome foreigners in a most unwelcoming place: a tiny, hard-to-reach island that now holds the laboratories, stables and crematory of a center for researching contagious animal diseases.

As if to make the message clearer, one of the two ferries that serve the island is called the Virus.
“They are unwanted in Denmark, and they will feel that,” the immigration minister, Inger Stojberg, wrote on Facebook.

On Friday, the center-right government and the right-wing Danish People’s Party announced an agreement to house as many as 100 people on Lindholm Island — foreigners who have been convicted of crimes but who cannot be returned to their home countries. Many would be rejected asylum seekers.

The 17-acre island, in an inlet of the Baltic Sea, lies about two miles from the nearest shore, and ferry service is infrequent. Foreigners will be required to report at the island center daily, and face imprisonment if they do not.

“We’re going to minimize the number of ferry departures as much as at all possible,” Martin Henriksen, a spokesman for the Danish People’s Party on immigration, told TV 2. “We’re going to make it as cumbersome and expensive as possible.”

The deal allocates about $115 million over four years for immigrant facilities on the island, which are scheduled to open in 2021.

The finance minister, Kristian Jensen, who led the negotiations, said the island was not a prison, but added that anyone placed there would have to sleep there.

Louise Holck, deputy executive director of The Danish Institute for Human Rights, said her organization would watch the situation “very closely” for possible violations of Denmark’s international obligations.

The agreement was reached as part of the annual budget negotiations. Each year, the Danish People’s Party demands restrictions on immigrants or refugees in return for its votes on a budget.

In Denmark, as in much of Europe, the surge in migration from the Middle East and Africa in 2015 and 2016 prompted a populist, nativist backlash.

The government has vowed to push immigration law to the limits of international conventions on human rights.

Legal experts said it was too early to tell whether the Lindholm Island project would cross those boundaries, constituting illegal confinement. They said it resembled an Italian government project that was struck down in 1980 by the European Court of Human Rights.

The Lindholm Island plan furthers the government’s policy of motivating failed asylum seekers to leave the country by making their lives intolerable.

Asylum seekers with criminal records are not allowed to work in Denmark. Rejected asylum seekers who cannot be deported are given accommodations — where they cannot prepare their own meals — food and an allowance of about $1.20 per day, which is withheld if they fail to cooperate with the authorities.

A former immigration minister, Birthe Ronn Hornbech, called the island project “a joke” and a blunder comparable to a soccer player scoring a goal for the opposing team.

“Nothing will become of this proposal,” she wrote in her newspaper column.

Many foreigners who have been denied asylum cannot be deported to their home countries for fear of abuse or persecution, or simply because those countries refuse to take them back.

Hundreds lingering in two deportation centers refuse to leave — a challenge for a government that has promised to get rid of those who have no legal right to remain in Denmark.

Some have held out for more than a decade despite a steady deterioration in living conditions. An independent study by a former prison director now working for the rights group Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly found conditions in one of the deportation centers to be comparable to those in some prisons, or worse.

Prime Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen said last month that the government’s aim in receiving refugees would no longer be to integrate them, but to host them until they can return to their countries of origin.

“It’s not easy to ask families to go home, if they’ve actually settled,” he told a meeting of his party. “But it is the morally right thing. We should not make refugees immigrants.”

This summer, a ban on face coverings was introduced and quickly nicknamed “the burqa ban” as it followed a debate on the Islamic garment seen by some as “un-Danish.” This month, Parliament is expected to pass legislation requiring immigrants who want to obtain citizenship to shake hands with officials as part of the naturalization ceremony — though some Muslims insist that they cannot shake hands with someone of the opposite sex.

The government contends that hand shakes are “a basic Danish value.”

WHITE HOUSE: Trump Proclamation On Termination Of Parental Rights In Human Trafficking Through Denationalization Of Birthright Citizenship For National Adoption Month

To celebrate National Adoption Month, the last celebration in the yearly cycle of trafficking tiny humans, Trump has issued the pro forma proclamation on National Adoption Policy, but not how you think.

What is omitted in the public discussions on adoption is human trafficking.

Human trafficking is not what the media has portrayed it to be.

It is just the residual of the peculiar institution.

Children are trafficked through forced migration operations by the privateers, swashbuclking into a geographic region, making the people poor, then stealin' the children, the land and the votes, to put in their own Public Private Partnerships by taking over the governments with their propped up strawmen political officials who promulgate the propaganda behind the financing of their campaigns and financial enterprises, which keeps their fraud schemes running.

They call these kids refugees.

This is the immigration issue no one wants to talk about.

They run these kids through international foster care and adoption NGOs.

In the U.S., there is a similar operation called Child Protective Services where poverty is codified as  child abuse and neglect.

It is canonized chattel law.

Now, the U.S. Attorney General seems to have a different approach to child welfare, or rather parental rights, by addressing the pathways to citizenship by securing the legal precedent for denationalization, or rather a federal termination of parental rights.

DOJ: The Exportation Of Tiny Human Traffickers Begins

Think about it.

If the States Attorney General can proceed in legal proceedings to terminate parental rights, or even parcel them out in a Public Private Partnership of a corporation and a government, as a default to the gift of the grant of custodialship and guardianship, then, by law, the U.S. Attorney General possesses a trump of authority when it comes to any form of fraud.

Simply put, if you terminate parental rights to a kid, and the kid becomes a ward of the state, what nationality is the kid?

Better yet, if you can terminate parental rights of an original parent, then the same logic can be applied to a corporation, because corporations have parental rights, too, you know.

This is chattel law.

This is called the birthright citizenship and it is constitutionally legal under chattel law of allodial titles.

And to think they actually wanted the privatized concept of personhood.

Trump encourages adoption: It ‘signals every child – born or unborn – is wanted and loved’

WASHINGTON, D.C., November 2, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – This week, President Donald Trump issued his second annual proclamation for National Adoption Month, hailing both adopting children and placing them for adoption as acts of love that enrich American society.

“Adoption is a blessing for all involved. It provides needed relief to birth parents, who may not, for whatever reason, be in a position to raise a child,” the president said Wednesday. “It fosters loving homes for children. It enables individuals to grow their families and share their love. And it fosters strong families, which are integral to ensuring strong communities and a resilient country.”

“Adoption affirms the inherent value of human life and signals that every child – born or unborn – is wanted and loved,” Trump continued. “Children, regardless of race, sex, age, or disability, deserve a loving embrace into families they can call their own. This month, we honor the thousands of American families who have grown because of adoption.”

The president specifically highlighted adoption’s power to “show women they are not alone in an unexpected pregnancy,” called for continued assistance for families willing to adopt, and pledged support for children in foster care.

“We appeal to families, communities, and houses of worship across our great Nation to help these children find a permanent home,” he said.

“I encourage all Americans to observe this month by helping children in need of a permanent home secure a more promising future with a forever family, so they may enter adulthood with the love and support we all deserve,” Trump concluded.

The address is President Trump’s latest public affirmation of his pro-life stance. During his first two years, he has called on Congress to send him legislation to defund Planned Parenthood and ban late-term abortions; eliminated the Obama-era mandate forcing religious employers to provide abortifacient contraception; protected states’ rights not to fund the abortion industry; partially defunded Planned Parenthood; and appointed numerous conservative judges to federal courts.

Congressional Republicans have also moved to protect religious adoption agencies from losing federal funds if they insist on placing children in homes with both a mother and a father, rather than same-sex households.

During National Adoption Month, we recognize the immeasurable love and support that adoptive parents and families provide to hundreds of thousands of children each year.  We celebrate the life-changing act of adoption, bring attention to the millions of Americans who are eager to adopt, and express our gratitude to the families who have welcomed children into their lives and homes.  My Administration also acknowledges the courage of those mothers and fathers who place their child for adoption.  Our Nation grows stronger because of the love and sacrifice of parents, both birth and adoptive.

Adoption is a blessing for all involved.  It provides needed relief to birth parents, who may not, for whatever reason, be in a position to raise a child.  It fosters loving homes for children.  It enables individuals to grow their families and share their love.  And it fosters strong families, which are integral to ensuring strong communities and a resilient country.  To secure the benefits of adoption, we must continue to assist families who are willing to adopt children in need of a permanent home and support the adoptive families already formed.  We must also encourage all Americans to recognize that adoption is a powerful way to show women they are not alone in an unexpected pregnancy.

My Administration is dedicated to supporting the children in foster care who are seeking permanent homes.  Unfortunately, many youth leave foster care at the age of 18 without lasting family connections.  These children deserve a permanent family, which can provide them with love, stability, support, and encouragement as they pursue personal, educational, and employment goals and confront life’s opportunities and challenges.

Adoption affirms the inherent value of human life and signals that every child ‑‑ born or unborn ‑‑ is wanted and loved.  Children, regardless of race, sex, age, or disability, deserve a loving embrace into families they can call their own.  This month, we honor the thousands of American families who have grown because of adoption.  We also stand with those children in foster care, and we appeal to families, communities, and houses of worship across our great Nation to help these children find a permanent home.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim November 2018 as National Adoption Month.  I encourage all Americans to observe this month by helping children in need of a permanent home secure a more promising future with a forever family, so they may enter adulthood with the love and support we all deserve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this
thirty-first day of October, in the year of our Lord two thousand eighteen, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-third.

DONALD J. TRUMP

JUDICIARY: Senate Holds Hearings On Immigrant Family Reunification By Omitting The U.S. Foster Care System

The following is the Senate Judiciary hearing on immigrant family reunification.

There was not one mention of Child Protective Services, Foster Care or Adoption.

FUN FACT! ICE uses a form, developed by ACLU, approved by the court, to allow alien parents to voluntarily leave their children in the U.S. without addressing any legal mechanism of termination of parental rights.

I guess they will file lis pendens and get a quiet title because the child is abandoned, whether voluntarily or involuntarily when the parents are deported.

The privatized state contractor corporations will be granted parental rights.

(Ssshhh....do not let the individuals testifying know that they are engaging in human trafficking.)

Yes, we are dealing with "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) in the Trump Administration.

If the Members believe the separation policies are cruel, offering legislation to stop it, then I wonder if federal policy will trump the States, federally funded, Child Protection System, when it comes to U.S. citizens and its Child Welfare System.

So far, from what I see are hypocrites.

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions issued to guidance policy for family separation, but what no one is mentioning, there is national policy for the separation of children from families under the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act, with expedited removals and concurrent planning under the Adoption and Safe Families Act.

Sessions, also, which no one is mentioning, introduced the Protection of Children Act, but it seems, no one has heard of it.

Only the Congress makes law, and it is about time it faces reality.

Poverty is the crime of abuse and neglect, for failure to provide for the necessary needs of the child, which means, these children are snatched, pursuant to the norms of child welfare policies.

Baby LK Is Back With CPS Horror Stories Of Being Legally Kidnapped

http://legallykidnapped.com.
A few years ago, Baby LK was Legally Kidnapped by Child Protective Services and put in foster care.

After years of filing legal actions under the False Claims Act, the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. House Judiciary & Oversight Committees reunited Baby LK with his mommy and daddy by saving him from being another victim of the industry of trafficking tiny humans.

Now, he is back to report on the horrors of the Child Protection Industry, as an original source.

For all the latest dirt on the Child Protection Industry, go to http://legallykidnapped.com.

DNA Surrogate Citizenship Adoptions: A New Way To Traffic Tiny Humans

To begin, allow me to put forth this disclaimer:

THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT PEOPLE DO IN THE BEDROOM

Now, that we have that out of the way, let us dissect this issue of the U.S. State Department denying a surrogate child's citizenship.

U.S. Completely Shut Down In International Adoptions

This has to do with $13,400 a year in adoption tax credits and tax exempt trust funds.

This has to do with a financial investment in chattel.

This has to do with the U.S. stopping the international trafficking of tiny humans.

This has to do with pushing the proverbial envelope in the emerging industry of buying and selling tiny humans.

If the tiny adopted human grows up, and something happens where its naturalized citizenship is revoked, what is the country of origin for deportation?

This has everything to do with foreign nationals coming into the U.S. and taking over our government.

Did you know there are numerous Members of Congress who possess dual oaths with Israel like Jerrold Nadler, Ranking Member of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee?

Well, now you do.

Think about that the next time someone kicks in your door to steal your child and wonder, whose best interest are being protected.

If they can adopt this child without termination of parental rights in a court of law, then we have another instance of the residuals of the peculiar institution raising its ugly head, again.

Did you know Israel is formatting U.S. public policy in child welfare without even registering as a foreign agent under FARA?

Now, you do.

Did the surrogate mother register under FARA, considering the fact that she is doing an international transaction through the U.S. State Department.

Did she go through COA, of which I have some serious issues with its entire existence?

Below, is a video of Marianne Azizi reporting out of Israel about the government legally kidnapping children, but it is worse in the U.S.

This litigation should be fun, well, at least for the DOJ and me.

Israel has always had a DNA issue with citizenship adoptions.

Gay couple sues State Dept for denying surrogate child’s citizenship

A gay couple is suing the U.S. State Department after the agency informed the couple that one of their twin sons, born through a surrogate mother, was denied citizenship because his father is an Israeli citizen, The Associated Press reported Wednesday.

Andrew and Elad Dvash-Banks, who are American and Israeli citizens, respectively, had two boys born through donor eggs carried by a surrogate mother in Canada last year. The two twin boys, Ethan and Aiden, share the same mother but each carries DNA from only one of the two fathers.

Upon returning to the U.S. with his family, Andrew Dvash-Banks was informed that his second twin, Ethan - who is biologically Elad's son - was not linked by DNA to an American citizen, and therefore does not benefit from automatic American citizenship.

LGBT and immigrants' rights groups argue that the agency is wrong, and that any child born to a U.S. citizen who marries abroad is owed U.S. citizenship, regardless of where they are born or whether one parent is a foreigner.

"What we're trying to do is pursue justice for Ethan," said Elad Dvash-Banks, "and correct a wrong that the State Department is continuing to pursue that might affect other couples."

"I started crying," added Andrew Dvash-Banks. "These are twins, how can you differentiate between them? They were born minutes apart."

Immigration Equality's executive director Aaron Morris told the AP that the agency's decision represents a type of discrimination that gay or otherwise nontraditional families experience at the hands of U.S. immigration personnel.

"If a mother and father walk into a consulate and have a marriage certificate and birth certificate, they're never asked any questions about the biology of the child," said Morris. "But the converse is also true and every same-sex couple will be asked that."

Legal experts say the 2010 defeat of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) at the Supreme Court paved the way for a number of cases involving both artificial insemination and LGBT parenthood to come forward.

"This is an absolutely fascinating, cutting edge area of law that stems from [DOMA] being overturned," immigration lawyer Ally Bolour told the AP. "It was just a matter of time for this issue to be decided by the courts."
