Tebow's Evangelical Crusade: Kenya, Philippines & The Trafficking Tiny Humans - Another Tale Of The Prosperity Prophecies

I must be completely honest and say that I am without words at this moment.

Ok, I am over it.

Scott and Sally Harrison with children in Uganda, 2011

Whoever said the christian slave trade ended never met the Tebows!

I believe one of my precious pearls of wisdom divers has found these treasures from the deep, dark net which features some of the activities of those who like to traffic tiny humans, in that very, very, very, special kind of way, in the name of god, which triggers law enforcement to launch investigations.

In this spirit of absolute repulsion, I am just going to pass this one off to my #Superfans, because it would be inappropriate for me to make any further assertions that the Tebow family is trafficking tiny humans without affording the individuals involved to due process.

"Praise the Lord for overseas special needs orphan lab rats!"

UNCLE DICK’S HOME

Uncle Dick’s Home Orphans
Home for orphans in the Philippines
"This is pure and undefiled religion, in the sight of our God and Father, to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world."
James 1:27

The Orphanage of Uncle Dick’s Home
In 1991, a woman died in childbirth. The husband left the baby with the poor grandfather, who said three days later, “If someone doesn’t take this baby, I will throw her into the river!” With that, our BTEA staff members Bert and Ray Gauran took the baby and named her “Queenie.” Queenie was our first orphan!

As a result, an orphanage was founded by the Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association to provide a Christian home for orphaned Filipino children. The orphanage was later named “Uncle Dick’s Home” after Richard Fowler, a neighbor of the Tebows, who became like a member of their family. They led him to Christ, and he supported the ministry in many ways through the years. Upon his death, he left BTEA a sum of money to be used to establish the orphanage.

Uncle Dick’s Home is located in Lamsugod, Surallah, South Cotabato, Mindanao, Philippines, and is home to 49 orphans and 13 staff.

Jimmy Scroggins

"The children were so beautiful, and we had a great time laughing, playing, and singing. The orphanage is an amazing place with a play area, fruit trees, a garden, a modern kitchen, and gorgeous landscaping. The staff at the orphanage does a tremendous job, and the children are bright, well groomed, and obviously well cared for. Most of all, I was thrilled to listen to the kids as they sang songs about Jesus and recited Scripture verses. Each one of these children has a great opportunity to learn about God and to enter into a personal relationship with Jesus. Praise the Lord for BTEA and its work with these orphans. Uncle Dick’s Home is the instrument of God in the lives of these children, as He proves that He is a ‘father to the fatherless,’ and as He makes a way for the little children to come to Him."

One day, Carlos’ parents were driving down the treacherous mountain road with a load of corn. The brakes on their old truck failed. As they flew off the mountain, the mother threw three-year-old Carlos out the window. Although Carlos broke his ankle and slashed his forehead, he survived! Instead of becoming beggars on the street, Carlos and his five year-old brother now live at Uncle Dick’s Home.

Maureen Albers:

Timmy Tebow with Filipino Children
"What I encountered at Uncle Dick’s Home caught me totally off guard. I sat surrounded by children, who were singing a chorus entitled ‘The Love of God,’ and I experienced God’s pure love in a way I never have before. Instead of coming away feeling sorry for these children and wanting to bring them back to America, I left knowing that they already have everything they need. They are wonderfully loved and cared for, and they have a real, vibrant relationship with a living God who is manifesting Himself through them."

Uncle Dick's Home in the Philippines The Need:

  • The monthly cost for each orphan at Uncle Dick’s Home is $125.
(This $125 includes school, transportation, clothes, food, housing, medical needs, and orphanage staff payroll.)
  • The current monthly budget for Uncle Dick’s Home is currently running $8,000.
  • 100% of the money given to Uncle Dick’s Home goes to help the orphans.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Judicial Watch, Clinton Foundation, Mark Meadows & John Huber - A Non-Profit Oversight Christmas Tale

Image result for christmas eggnog
Nothing takes the place of oversight
of non-profit organizations
for the christmas holiday!
What am I watching?

All I can tell you is that Mr. Tom (my pet name for Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch) may have some serious issues in the future.

You cannot advocate a judicial case in the congressional branch for the purposes of financial benefit, where, in this instance, it is for a 501c3.

That is called a propaganda operation because we have no idea about the foreign funding of Judicial Watch, due to the fact that it is a non-profit.

That is why Huber did not show up for this shit show.

Hell, I would not show up, either!

There was no one from DOJ, IRS,  or any OIG who was currently employed with U.S. government.

Seriously.

Talk about an ex-parte hearing, I actually experienced an episode of Post Traumatic Fraud and do not know if I shall ever recover.

The Committee did not even extend invitation to testify to the other foundations (Trump, Clinton et al & FACT).

I believe it is difficult to call a non-profit to testify in congressional hearing when that non-profit is not a 501c3, or even incorporated, for that matter, due to it being a Corporate Shape Shifter, but hey, what do I know?

I know Mr. Tom is not even a licensed attorney, so how is he allowed to represent Judicial Watch as the President of a 501c3 non-profit organization, as a litigant, to speak upon live litigation, in the capacity of a licensed attorney, in a formal congressional hearing on oversight of non-profits?
Judicial Watch, Inc., a conservative, non-partisan educational foundation, promotes transparency, accountability and integrity in government, politics and the law. Through its educational endeavors, Judicial Watch advocates high standards of ethics and morality in our nation's public life and seeks to ensure that political and judicial officials do not abuse the powers entrusted to them by the American people. Judicial Watch fulfills its educational mission through litigation, investigations and public outreach.
2016 GROSS RECEIPTS $67,005,461.00
2016 ASSETS $92,365,593.00
Did Mr. Tom use a Congressional Committee for personal inurement by promulgating propaganda into the congressional record, using congressional resources, to sway the courts?

I am unable to present any specific answers to that question, but I bet the Mueller OSC team could.

Perhaps, that is another reason why Huber did not show up.

There was not one mention of trafficking tiny humans.

Priorities, you know, it is that time of season for giving.

Why Mark Meadows would allow such a fundraiser spectacle to take place, using taxpayer dollars, knowing fully well that there are multiple, ongoing investigations into the actions and omissions of the so-called Clinton Foundation, is just beyond belief.

But, hey, what do I know?

I know Mr. Tom is going to need a few cocktails because Judicial Watch is now a willing participant of oversight as a non-profit organization.

I also know that Mark Meadows will be enjoying rum infused eggnog over the holidays.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Mark Meadows, FISA, Ethics & His Former Chief Of Staff

And,, in the words of Tom Fitton, the Clinton email scandal was uncovered as a result of Judicial Watch's actions, just remember that.

What Is Actually Being Conserved: Eugenics, Oil & Child Welfare

We, as a nation, no longer sterilize in the name of eugenics, we snatch the kids of the "genetically unfit" and put them in foster care.

We no longer sell children, we adopt them out.

We no longer call it eugenics, we call it child welfare.

That is why we fund the care of the inferior ("The Poors" always said with clinced teeth) as targeted populations.

Yes, policy creation always starts with the child because no one cares, oh, and it is the work of the tax exempt God.

In watching the video, you shall have an introduction in to what is being conserved.

Stay tuned, I will be publishing the first in a series of my books as soon as these Meanies give me a break from being so mean!

TRANSCRIPT AND MP3: http://www.corbettreport.com/bigoil

The 20th century was the century of oil. From farm to fork, factory to freeway, there is no aspect of our modern life that has not been shaped by the oil industry. But as the "post-carbon" era of the 21st century comes into view, there are those who see this as the end of the oiligarchy. They couldn't be more wrong. This is the remarkable true story of the world that Big Oil is creating, and how they plan to bring it about.

Marc Elias Of Perkins Coie Sucks & So Does The FEC

Dear Marc Elias, Partner of Perkins Coie,

Marc Elias, Firmwide Chair, Political Law Practice;
Member, Firmwide Executive Committee,
Partner of Perkins Coie
You suck.

Why do you suck?

You suck because you represent the antithesis of my entire mission, my core existence and my purpose on this earth.

This is taken directly from your profile on Perkins Coie:

Marc Elias is the chair of Perkins Coie’s Political Law practice. His practice focuses on representing public officials, candidates, parties, corporations, tax-exempt organizations and Political Action Committees (PACs) in connection with campaign finance, governmental ethics, lobbying disclosure and white-collar criminal defense matters. His clients include numerous FORTUNE 500 corporations, national nonprofit organizations, lobbying firms, Am Law 100 law firms, prominent individuals, candidates and campaigns.

Marc is currently general counsel to Hillary for America, the presidential campaign of Hillary Rodham Clinton. He served in the same role for John Kerry’s 2004 presidential campaign. Marc’s clients include the Democratic National Committee, Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Democratic Governors Associations and U.S. senators, governors, representatives and their campaigns.

A nationally recognized authority in the Federal Election Campaign Act, Lobbying Disclosure Act, Ethics in Government Act and Foreign Agents Registration Act, Marc is a preeminent counselor in the areas of congressional and executive branch ethics and gift rules, and federal and state pay-to-play laws and rules. He also advises and litigates claims under the Voting Rights Act, Help America Vote Act and National Voter Registration Act. Marc has litigated voting and campaign finance cases throughout the country in federal and state court. He has been involved in voting rights and/or redistricting litigation in a number of states, including Texas, Florida, New York, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia, Nevada and Minnesota.

Elections, Recount and Campaign Counsel

Following the 2014 elections, Marc was appointed by DNC Chair Wasserman Schultz as a member of the Victory Task Force to review key components of the role of the Democratic Party–and related organizations—in recent elections and identify places where the party can strengthen and improve operations in future elections.

Marc served as lead counsel for Senator Al Franken in the 2008 Minnesota Senate election recount and contest—the largest recount and contest in American history. He successfully argued the case before the Minnesota State Supreme Court, which resulted in a unanimous decision affirming that Franken had received the highest number of votes legally cast in the 2008 general election for U.S. Senator.

In 2013, Marc successfully represented Attorney General Mark Herring in the Virginia Attorney General’s recount. In 2010, he successfully represented Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton in the governor's recount, including a successful argument in the state supreme court. Marc represented Senator Maria Cantwell in connection with her 2000 recount, Senator Harry Reid in connection with his 1998 recount, and served as a consultant to the Senate Rules Committee during its consideration of the 1996 Louisiana Senate election contest.

Marc has represented numerous clients in public corruption and campaign finance matters before the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Offices and Offices of Independent Counsel. He has also represented clients before committees of both the House and Senate, as well as before federal agencies.

That is why you suck, Marc.  Ethics panel still reviewing Conyers' pay to aide

This is another reason why you suck:

You suck because you participated in the manipulation of the vote, the public, historic, record and laundered political campaign funds through non-profits for the inurement of your buddies and yourself.

And the final reason why you suck is because you were mean to my Sweetie.

Stay tuned...much more to come.

$100,000 is but a drop in the bucket.

Hillary Clinton’s Lawyer Helped Facebook Avoid Political Ad Disclosures

The top lawyer for Hillary Clinton's failed presidential campaign helped Facebook avoid political advertisement disclosures years prior to acting as her general counsel, according to a new report.
Facebook's ad disclosure has become a major focus of the media in recent weeks after it was revealed that Russians had bought $100,000 worth of advertisements leading up to the 2016 presidential elections.

Marc Elias, a partner at the D.C.-based Perkins Coie law firm who acted as Clinton's top campaign lawyer, was part of a legal team that represented Facebook in 2011 as they fought against adding disclosures on political ads on their platform in front of the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

Elias and the team argued that because the ads were so small that such a disclosure would be impractical, CNN reports. The Federal Election Commission, which consists of three Democrats and three Republicans, split 3-3 on their vote of allowing Facebook to forego the disclaimers.

However, the split vote allowed savvy lawyers to work around the request since the FEC did not issue an opinion. Facebook went ahead and allowed political advertisements on its site without disclosures following the commission's gridlock.

Facebook's political ad disclosure has become a hot topic after it was first revealed that Russians had bought $100,000 worth of political advertisements.

Politico reported on Tuesday that the Russian-funded ads "backed" Green Party candidate Jill Stein, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.), and Donald Trump and that the effort "didn't necessarily hew to promoting Trump and bashing Clinton," according to sources familiar with the ads. Russians also bought a Black Lives Matter ad targeting Baltimore and Ferguson, according to CNN.

None of the campaigns appeared to have been aware of the ads.

FEC Approves Amended Audit Division Recommendation Memorandum, Approves Advisory Opinion, and Agrees to Commence Work on Party Rulemaking

May 25, 2017

WASHINGTON – At its open meeting today, the Federal Election Commission approved an Amended Audit Division Recommendation Memorandum and an advisory opinion, and reached consensus to begin drafting a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on political party rules.

At the start of the meeting today, Chairman Steven T. Walther noted that, in view of external events, questions have been raised with respect to the role of the Federal Election Commission concerning allegations of foreign influence in the American political process. The Chairman asked the Staff Director and other members of the staff to develop a web portal that will assemble all campaign finance information, advisory opinions, enforcement matters, and existing educational materials in this area in order to facilitate a better understanding by members of the public. He also noted that the Commissioners unanimously agreed last September to direct the Office of General Counsel “to prioritize cases involving allegations of foreign influence.” He also called upon the Office of General Counsel and other Commission staff to apply their resources, including providing adequate staffing, to continue to fulfill that priority and to further the agency’s regulatory, educational, and enforcement work in this area.

Audit Division Recommendation Memorandum on Ted Cruz for Senate. Prior to the meeting, the Commission approved on tally an Audit Division Recommendation Memorandum on Ted Cruz for Senate, covering financial activity between January 18, 2011, and December 31, 2012. The memorandum disclosed a finding and recommendation related to the reporting and disclosure of candidate loans.

Resubmission: Audit Division Recommendation Memorandum on the Colorado Republican Committee. The Commission approved the resubmitted Audit Division Recommendation Memorandum on the Colorado Republican Committee, covering financial activity between January 1, 2011, and December 31, 2012, as amended at the table. The memorandum disclosed findings and recommendations related to the misstatement of financial activity, rephorting of apparent independent expenditures, recordkeeping for communications, and failure to itemize debts and obligations.

For those who do not remember or know about my stunning revelation of War Chest seeking FEC approval to use campaign contributions to invest in the markets, well, here is your friendly reminder because, below, is the ruling.

War Chest Seeks FEC Approval To Engage In Campaign & Tax Fraud

Considering the current IRS structural status of campaign committees and all sorts of Political Action Committees (PAC), the ruling to allow War Chest to utilize

REG 2014-10, Implementing the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015, and REG 2016-03, Political Party Rules. The Commission directed the Office of General Counsel to commence drafting a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking with respect to political parties, in response to two petitions for rulemaking and a resolution introduced by Commissioner Lee E. Goodman.

On a side note.  I have a sneaky suspicion that this War Chest, LLC was set up by someone who works in D.C. who has had their hands in the campaign cookie jar for quite some time and is seeking a new route to skim campaign money since their side income has been substantially cut.

That is all I am saying for now.

The Global Chattel Ranching Industry Of Child Welfare

Privatization of child welfare services is no longer a concept, it is a global reality.

The Global Industry of Human Trafficking in Child Welfare
The best part about watching this scheme unfold, is that no one is speaking upon the massive fraud in these fee laden child welfare programs, constructed through tax exempt NGO models, which profit from human trafficking of the poor.

First, personal responsibility policies unraveled the social safety net and created a new population of "The Poors".

Then came the waivers to untether any oversight of operations, billing and civil rights.

Now comes corporate social responsibility through social impact investing, the next phase of privatization in human trafficking, and it is tax exempt.

Keep in mind, when I mention human trafficking, it is inclusive of forced migration, or as I like to call it, "chattel ranching" the oldest form of survival.

These bonds are to be repaid through Medicaid.

Just keep that in mind.

TD Bank Supports New York City Nonprofit Growth with Nearly $461 million in Funding

TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank®, announced today that it provided a total of $460.8 million to metro New York City non-profit, education and government agencies in loans, lines of credit and letters of credit during fiscal year 2016. The funding helped support key renovations, real estate transactions, municipal services and more for organizations ranging from transit providers to private schools.

Among the transactions closed by TD Bank's New York not-for-profit group in 2016 were:
  • $39.1 million to the United States Fund for UNICEF for a tax-exempt bond purchase to refinance its headquarter building in Manhattan, which reduces the interest paid by the organization by half, saving millions over the life of the loan. The United States Fund for UNICEF (USF) is the U.S. non-profit, non-governmental organization that supports UNICEF through fundraising, advocacy and education. UNICEF supports initiatives for child development, health, access to education and gender equality worldwide.
On a personal note, UNICEF does not have the greatest track record in Haiti.
  • $47.9 million to ADAPT Community Network (formerly United Cerebral Palsy of New York City, Inc.), for a tax-exempt and taxable direct purchase of Series 2016A and 2018B bonds. The proceeds were used to refinance renovation costs of ADAPT's offices and to move educational services into the same space, creating operational efficiencies and freeing up additional space for a non-profit tenant within their building. ADAPT offers more than 75 comprehensive programs including medical, clinical, educational, technological, residential and rehabilitative services to more than 14,000 New York City residents and families annually.
More unregulated, tax exempt child welfare programs to fund political campaigns so they can further invest in these social impact bonds!
  • $10 million loan to The Windward School to support the purchase of a residential building as part of its Manhattan campus. Windward is a coeducational, independent day school dedicated to providing a proven instructional program for children with language-based learning disabilities. The school's multisensory curriculum is designed for students of average to superior intelligence who can benefit from a unique educational experience through direct instruction in small classes combined with opportunities for social and emotional growth.
Language-based learning disabilities is just a fancy way of billing to teach imported kids English.

Dark Money In Texas Child Welfare Just Got Darker

I am going to need a bit of assistance in understanding the logic behind this budget.

Zerwas called saving abused or neglected children one of the most critical functions of government, and said “we can’t get lost in the statistics on this.”
The Texas Department of Child and Family Services has asked for more than $1 billion in additional funds to make basic improvements to the child welfare system, including more staff to investigate child abuse. Lawmakers in both chambers have proposed allotting $325 million of that — less than one-third of what the agency says it needs.
Zerwas said his colleagues should scrutinize the agency’s request to make sure all that additional funding is needed.

Texas leaders have largely remained quiet about whether they’ll provide more resources to that system, even among widespread reports of its failures.
Now, instead of ameliorating the policies which have created the conditions of child poverty, the State of Texas is going to dump more money into a child welfare system which has demonstrated itself, year after year, to be ineffective.

Wait!  I retract the aforementioned statement.

Texas is jacked when it comes to the efficacy of its Medicaid programs, which, of course deals with child welfare; therefore, the state has demonstrated itself to extremely efficient in allowing Medicaid fraud in child welfare to flourish.

And, here we are, once again, with these same lobbyists (funded through Medicaid dollars from fraudulent billing of privatized child welfare programs) and elected officials (whose campaigns were funded from fraudulent billing of privatized child welfare programs) getting another billion dollars to be pumped into its jacked child welfare system.

A Quick & Dirty Texas Road Map of Dark Money from Child Welfare

Well, if you are just as bewildered as I when it comes to the budgetary logic of Texas, I shall assume you, too, are in need of a bit of assistance in understanding the logic of this budget.

Here is a link to the latest Texas legislative actions on its child welfare system.

The dark money in Texas politics just got darker.

House passes $218B budget

AUSTIN — After 15 1/2 hours of debate on hundreds of amendments to the Texas House budget, lawmakers in the lower chamber passed the two-year, $218 billion document early Friday.

The House vote included using $2.5 billion from the state's savings account, known as the rainy day fund. State Rep. John Zerwas, R-Richmond, thanked lawmakers for exhibiting "true leadership" with their willingness to tap the fund, "instead of electing to use an unconstitutional transfer from the transportation funding."

On the winning side of the House budget debate were child welfare advocates, who saw funding for foster care and Child Protective Services tentatively boosted; social conservatives, who scored $20 million for the Alternatives to Abortion program; and the lieutenants of House Speaker Joe Straus' leadership team who, in a display of unity, easily brushed aside most challenges from far-right Republicans.

Happy Compassionate Human Trafficking Month (aka Child Welfare Propaganda)

Legally Kidnapped "The Baby LK Report" - 2012

It is time to break out with the pinwheels to raise awareness of child abuse and neglect!

Yes, that is correct, April is the month where the non-profit corporations will pump millions of tax payer dollars to promote the multi-billion dollar marketing industry of human trafficking in child welfare.

The video shows New Jersey officers working at the behest of Maryland Child Protective Services, without warrant, without court order. across state lines, to take a child.

But, it does not matter because this is April, the glorious month of child acquisition, in the name of abuse and neglect, whatever that means in this situation.

The officers are utilizing the age old, blanketed doctrine of exigent circumstances, meaning, "if someone thinks the child is in danger", they do not need warrant or order of the court.

( It looks like there will be termination of parental rights.  I will provide updates.)

Once the child is removed and placed in foster care, all stakeholders, except the parents and family, will generate revenue of about $200,000 a year in Medicaid, Targeted Case Management cost reimbursements.

Foster parents will get paid.

Pedophiles will have a new product for child sex trafficking, because we all know, a state will run a background which will not produce any criminal history of child sex crimes as they have never been previously busted.

The courts will expend the federal funding to remain in operation.

Foster care and adoption agencies will keep their doors open and paychecks flowing, with a lovely adoption bonus at the end of the tunnel.

Adoptive parents will garner a substantial adoption tax subsidy.

The psychiatric and pharmaceutical industries will profit from scripting the kids for the trauma of being kidnapped and trafficked.

Schools will expand special needs programs, billed to Medicaid, to provide services for the kids who will more than likely never graduate from high school due to the trauma of being raped and tortured in foster care.

And, of course, I would be remiss if I did not mention that these privatized child welfare agencies operate in the name of the tax exempt christian God in order to fund political campaigns and pay dividends on the social impact bonds promoted by private equity firms.

So, in order to embolden the glorified practice of compassionate human trafficking, let us all pick up a pinwheel and the phone to call Child Protective Services, to create more jobs and stabilize the States economies.

As for the parents whose rights are terminated, well, there is always a profit to be generated in private prisons, organ harvesting or the other compassionate sectors in the industry of slave labor.

Whistleblowers Should Replace Regulators

Image result for joe courtney
U.S. Representative
Joe Courtney
In the spirit of deregulation, there seems to be a shift in the oversight authority back to the people.

U.S. Representative Joe Courtney has introduced the following Bill which has been referred to the U.S. House Committee on House, Education and the Workforce.

All I can do is cross my fingers that the Committee:

  • Does not keep whistleblower powers exclusive to federal employees;
  • Allow pro se standing through administrative remedies via referral coordination with EPA and IRS.  Make a community policing "court appointed" program for indigent whistleblowers to proceed with claims providing advocacy.  It is difficult for the indigent to access justice when your attorney breaks the seal of your case to work with the fraudfeasors and refuses to lift a finger to represent you in hopes the case is dismissed, with or without prejudice, because they know you will never be able to afford representation and you just gave them all the information to cover up these financial crimes. We possess the expertise as the original source, so listen to us;
  • End all the Rule 9b dilatory volley.  A fraud is a fraud.  Refer it out to an IG, Ethics or DOJ to stop wasting time on litigating legal semantics; and,
  • Stop ignoring the desperately needed clean up with the crap about a state not being classified as an "individual" under the False Claims Act.   All this does is give a free pass to state and locally elected and appointed officials to use their offices for personal inurement with special federal powers of immunities to run taxpayer money-raping schemes through nonprofits into their re-election campaigns.
Come on, people, let us just keep it real and do what needs to be done to stop the dark money being siphoned through the black budget.

Pretty please, Pretty Preet?

If this does not get fast-tracked through Committee and both chambers, I am going to ethically castigate each and every official who is not in concurrence with me because each vote in opposition will be a red flag that they are engaging in fraudulent activities through their offices and campaigns.

If you want to get rid of regulations, then you better replace it with whistleblower empowerment protections.

Every single federal department and agencies need whistleblower protections, including the States.

Period.

"Self Regulation": Snake Oil Early Education Privatization Policy

Every so often my propaganda senses start to tingle but this time there was a severe, writhing of an agonal angst.

"Self-regulation oil, apply liberally or just be conservative
with it so you will never be audited or evaluated!"
What in the name of pedagogy is this Medicaid billable chicanery?

Federal report recommends teaching self-regulation in schools

This excerpt is taken directly from the article, which does not even cite its source of the federal report on "self-regulation":

"Self-regulation affects well being across the lifespan, from mental health and emotional well being to academic achievement, physical health, and socioeconomic success," said Desiree Murray, associate director of research at the Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute and lead author of the report. "Unfortunately, prolonged or pronounced stress and adversity, including poverty and trauma, can delay children's self-regulation development."
To begin, there are two main premises for which I would like to pull out and castigate.with its own conclusion.

The article clearly states that it knows that children in poverty have a challenge surviving in socioeconomic status.

But, instead of providing immediate relief in the form of quality and affordable living conditions, food, and standard of life, this group of "The Educated Ones" stuck their hand deep, up their arse and pulled out this made up, crap, to add on another layer of services to bill the Social Security Trust Fund.

I know the stench of privatization, well, because it has no regulation.

The Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute is hooked up with the Clinton Global Initiative through Too Small To Fail, the biggest money hustle called social investing.

Privatization began in child welfare because no one cares about the well-being of the child, unless there is a revenue maximization component, (on a side note, non profits cannot say they are making profits) for contract or a fundraising opportunity.

The term "self-regulation", parallel to the term "deregulation" is found quite often in child welfare reporting of the child placing agencies, but is better known as the honor system as one never questions the work of God, or a foundation, 501(c) operation.

This is just a fancy way of saying fraud.

The next issue is that the article makes reference to research of the U.S. DHHS which cites more jacked-leg research done in the late 1990s to mid-2000s.

PROCEEDINGS FROM A WORKING MEETING ON SCHOOL READINESS RESEARCH: GUIDING THE SYNTHESIS OF EARLY CHILDHOOD RESEARCH. SELF-REGULATION: HOW CHILDREN HANDLE THEIR EMOTIONS, ATTENTION, AND BEHAVIOR IN CLASSROOM CONTEXTS

These arcane citations are almost as bad as the ones used in the Paul Ryan Budget, which cites research from the 1960s.

Seriously.

So, instead of providing direct relief to a population of individuals who have suffered under a generational shift to privatizing society to access the Social Security Trust Fund, devoid of any oversight or repercussions of false claims or legitimacy of services, a group of folks over there at the revolving door of the Administration on Children and Families came up with some more made up snake oil theories to peddle to the public.

The entire goal, which is completely devoid of any political affiliation, as both sides of the aisle are striving for the same, profitable outcome, is to dismantle public education and sell it off to the highest bidder with the best plan of funding campaigns.

Privatization point proven with another creative Snyder tax policy in Michigan:

Snyder abruptly ends push for $425M school aid shift

Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder on Thursday evening abruptly dropped his lame-duck push to pay a portion of income tax refunds out of the School Aid Fund, backing off a plan that had infuriated K-12 advocates because of a potential $425 million shift in dedicated education funding.

Ohio Local Police Launch Foster Care Fraud Investigation Of A Non-Profit

To the deliciously wonderful, breathtakingly beautiful Charles Phelps, Chief of the Troy, Ohio Police Department, I wish to declare my love to your brave initiation to stand up and take on the pervasive defalcation of the nation's child welfare system due to the legislative constraints of the Internal Revenue Service in dealing with the secrecy of nonprofits, the blatant dismissive ambiance of the State Attorney General in its contemporaneous conflict of interests in advising and advocating these contracted entities, and the out-cold, callousness of our elected officials who are promulgating their own self-serving, revenue maximization schemes of social programming.

If it takes a local law enforcement unit to do the task of ending fraud in child welfare, then I believe we need to diffuse this model across the country until there are some major changes in how we, as a nation, deal with privatization and human trafficking of children in poverty.

If the report of "theft" came in at $100,000, I am going to let you know that you must look at the billing because it is going to be extremely likely that there were much more egregious and fraudulent activities to stack up that much money to steal in the first place.

Check political campaign funding activities, while you are at it.

If you are ever in need of advise and consultation, I am here, my dearest, free, at your humble disposal.

Troy police investigating foster care facility for theft of $100,000

11-23 ISAIAH'S PLACE INVESTIGATION2.jpg

TROY, Ohio (WRGT) -- A Troy foster care facility, under investigation.

Troy Police are trying to figure out who stole more than $100,000.

The investigation into the missing money started about two weeks ago. Police say it started with a tip from an employee at Isaiah's Place.

"We're looking into a misappropriation of funds of theft from the agency or within the agency," Troy Police Capt. Joe Long said.

Long was on scene this afternoon, as officers served a search warrant.

"Right now, we believe that the misappropriation of funds or theft could reach over $100,000," said Captain Long.

Police are investigating the theft from a facility that places kids in foster homes.

"The foster care system is bad enough as it is to be taking funds from it when they really need it, makes it even worse," said Nicole.

Nicole didn't want to show her face because she was part of the state's foster care system when she was a teenager.

"I got really lucky. I had a really good foster family so it was actually really nice. But a couple of my foster brothers and sisters had come from another home that was really, really bad. Very abusive.

Very neglectful," said Nicole.

According to its website, Isaiah's Place is a private non-profit facility, taking donations and, police say, public funding.

"I believe they receive federal, state and county funding to operate," Long said.
Isaiah's Place serves 11 counties.

"To take from them is just horrible, especially when they have nothing to begin with," said Nicole.
Now, Nicole said she hopes everyone gets what they have coming to them.

"That the kids get the money that they deserve. To be taken care of properly and that the people that did what they did get punished for it," said Nicole.

We reached out to Isaiah's Place. They hung up on us the first time, and we called back and left a message for its executive director, but have not heard back.

The Education On How To Make Money Off Poor Kids: The Appointment Of Betsy DeVos

As some may or may not understand, my style of provocation is to castigate one's mores by and through ridicule of their own mores, so here we go.

The Michigan educational ponzi scheme has gone bigly and is now being led by America's Best Christian!

Ms. Betty Bowers starring as Betsy DeVos as "America's Best Christian"

Betsy DeVos, Trump’s education pick, is a billionaire with deep ties to the Christian Reformed community

That's right, folks (pun intended) lil' Miss Betsy DeVos,  has a plan to profit, oops, I mean, "maximize revenues" by ensuring that children from disadvantaged families have educational options and hope for a brighter future.

Nope, no conflicts of interests over here.

That is correct.  Without The DeVos Family leading the way for education reform, there is no salvation for "The Poors" and it is called Privatization.

The DeVos privatized educational ponzi scheme was launched in Michigan with the assistance of its political minions through the promotion of child welfare policies that made poverty a crime, or better recognized as "abuse and neglect".

Why would a Christian organization wish to delve into the world of child welfare?

Simple.  Profits, drats, I mean revenue maximization because it would be illegal for a nonprofit to profit, from a free or relatively cheap, future workforce ("The Poors") created by the Imperialist Morality Parade.

I would be soooo remiss not to mention that, due to the fact that there are no civil rights in child welfare and that "The Elected Ones"  are too busy dealing with the fact that their collective, dismissive ignorance of child welfare fraud has kept them in public office, privatization of "The Poors" is a bipartisan political ponzi scheme.

In this situation, the DeVos educational agenda is nothing but the global resurgence in the animation of the residuals of the peculiar institution, or what I prefer to call chattel ranching.

The only difference between the neo-conservative and the neo-liberal educational privatization plans is that Betsy DeVos is the one to be appointed by the President-elected Trump and has deep, extremely deep, financial and political conflicts of interests in her business dealings, but I am sure the IRS will continue to promulgate its policies of never auditing nonprofits.

Congress better investigate this or I will irritate the hell out of them until they do.

The intellectually docile of Michigan, better recognized as the "Elected Ones" slept on their claims of leadership because they were too busy with photo ops and begging for more campaign money to stay in office.

Always remember, helping children with disabilities is a non-taxable, Medicaid cost reimbursement program!

The Family That Gives Together

Across four decades and two generations, the DeVos family has poured more than $200 million into the key institutions of the Christian right and the conservative movement.

How extensive is the DeVos family's largesse? Below, we trace the family's many millions as they flow out of family foundations into the biggest-name think tanks and advocacy groups in American politics today. And for good measure, we've included Erik Prince, the founder of the private-security company Blackwater, who is the brother of Dick DeVos' wife, Betsy. What a small world.
Members of the DeVos family rank among the most generous benefactors of the conservative movement and the Christian right, up there with the Bradleys, the Coorses, and the Kochs. Not only has billionaire Amway cofounder Richard DeVos Sr. cut checks to anti-union and anti-tax efforts, but these days he's also a fixture at the Koch brothers' invite-only donor summits. Name an organization—Jerry Falwell's Moral Majority, David Koch's Americans for Prosperity, the arch-conservative Heritage Foundation—and odds are a DeVos family member has donated to it.
