Just wanted to wish our Governor Gretchen Whitmer & our other state government officials a Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

Because unlike you, we dont get to spend our holiday season with our families & children,

Bc we have had our children stolen via corruption committed by CPS & Family court.

Bill Clinton Celebrates Termination Of Parental Rights In Michigan

Well, I hope the boys family did not catch this story.

Where is his family?

How about someone telling the tale of how the boy got into foster care in the first place.

What happened to the parents whose parental rights were terminated and how were those parental rights terminated?

No one wants to talk about that but Lala will.

Former President Bill Clinton has offered a public congratulations to Michael Clark Jr., the 5-year-old Michigan boy who made headlines for inviting his kindergarten class to his adoption ceremony. Clinton sent a tweet Friday night about the boy and how special is story is.

Clark’s story went viral this week as the child’s act of kindness caught the eyes of people across the country. Videos of his ceremony were viewed millions of times and photos have been shared across various social media platforms.

During the ceremony, each of his classmates were able to stand up and say why they are friends with Clark. The kids brought handmade signs as well and cheered Clark on after he was officially adopted. Clark was adopted by Andrea Melvin and David Eaton during the 23rd annual Adoption Day in Kent County. As part of Thursday’s ceremonies, 36 other children were also adopted.

In another tweet, Clinton said the adoption issue was something he and his wife Hillary Clinton worked hard to combat during their political careers.

The Tale Of Lala & The Residuals Of The Peculiar Institution - Michigan Child Welfare Fraud

This is Lalanea Little-Tobeler.

They call her Lala.

Lala is an original source in Michigan Child Welfare Fraud, or rather, what I like to call, "Trafficking Tiny Humans".

Here is proof my femur was broken in February 1987....
i was almost 2!!! Not 10 mos old like this eval says!!
They said 10 months to make my mom look
like a monstrous child abuser!!! They blatantly lied!!!

Michigan stole her from her mother when she was very young, as seen in the documents, below.

Michigan put her in foster care because...well, because poverty is a crime, called abuse and neglect.

Lala survived being drugged, raped, electroshock therapy in foster care for years.

Lala finally emancipated herself from foster care because the only place to live when you age out is either on the streets or in a group home, where, if one is lucky enough not to be rejected from Social Supplemental Income grant.

Lala had three boys.

Michigan Child Protective Services came and took Lala's three boys, just like they took her from her mother, except the court documents are fraudulent.

Lala has not seen her sons in years.

His name was
Justin Johnson

Michigan foster care aged her foster brother out the system, placed him in a group home where ARC had legal guardianship, where they are the representative payees of the $750.00 SSI monthly payment are only obligated to give the foster youth $44.00 a month.

Now, Lala finds out her foster brother was murdered from psychotropic medication overdose and Michigan Adult Protective Services is finally investigating, after he had warned everyone that he believed he would die from the dispensed drugs.

He had no choice but to die, like so many other children.

The questions I have surround the life insurance policies on this population and where does the money go?

These are the trust funds.

Another issue I have is with ARC.

Does ARC, and all other privatized guardianship programs run absentee ballot operations for the disabled under the corporate aegis?

I am going to go with a flat out, "yuppers".

Well everyone....here is the psychological evaluation done on me at just 3 years old in 1988!!!

Notice how they describe me as a pretty blonde haired very petite little girl who is highly stimulatable and very self-directed.... (easy learner and quite independent) & my scores in daily living skills and socialization were higher than they were able to measure (a child prodigy). You are looking at 100% solid proof Michigan set their sights on me to steal me in 1988 Macomb county probate records prove I was stolen and a ward of the state in 1990). Talk about the state advertising me in a psychological evaluation as the perfect child to steal and sell!!!  

Also notice my probate court records also prove I was a ward of the state again in 2003 when i turned 18.....this is when my evil adopted mom got guardianship of me. Took me 9 more yrs in 2012 to win my own guardianship from the state.....11 months AFTER I won my guardianship, my children were stolen by CPS and family court with a fraudulent petition that til this day is not signed by a judge and not filed with a court!!! This is proof the state of Michigan has terrorized me and my family non stop for the past 30 years!!! Sorry for any disgust you may feel in advance after reading this.

Lala is mad.

According to Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Child Protection Policy, if you suspect child abuse, you are supposed to report it.

Lala reported.

Lala reported to the Presque Isle Police that there was a former DHHS Child Protection worker posting on Facebook her relationship with her boyfriend.

The DHHS CPS worker's boyfriend is listed on OTIS.

Lala commented on the CPS worker's Facebook wall to this effect.

The former CPS worker's boyfriend told Presque Isle Police that Lala was harassing her.

The Presque Isle Police told Lala to take down the post or she would be charged with harassment.

Lala took down the posts.

The Police told her she did not have the right of free speech or due process.

Lalanea Little-Tobeler Pressed 4 For FBI Public Corruption & Civil Rights Violations In Michigan Child Welfare

Lala is not happy with Bay City FBI.

She called the FBI Office and the phone system prompted her to press #4 for Public Corruption and Civil Rights Violations.

Lala told the FBI how Michigan took her children with fraudulently generated court documents and false claims of judicial determination which authorized federal funding in child welfare.

Lala told the FBI that she has video and audio recordings verifying the fraud.

The FBI told her it was a civil matter and to get an attorney.

The FBI also told her to press #4 for Public Corruption & Civil Rights Violations.

Lalanea Little-Tobeler Is Exhausting Her Administrative Remedies Reporting Child Welfare Fraud In Michigan

Lala is not happy, not at all.

She notified the courthouse of the fraudulent documents used to kidnap her children, yet nothing was done.

She notified the State Attorney General of the fraudulent documents used to kidnap her children, yet nothing was done.

She notified the Michigan Office of the Governor who advised her to retain legal counsel.

She reported fraud, as this is all Medicaid fraud, with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General of the fraudulent documents used to kidnap her children, yet nothing has been done.

Lala has just started exhausting her administrative remedies because she is going to file a case in federal court.

She notified the local police, yet noting was done, not even a police incident report number.

Why on earth would Michigan be accused of faking child welfare records?

Lalanea Little-Tobeler Officially Notifies Michigan That She Is Not Happy With Elected Officials Condoning Fraud In Child Welfare

Lala is not happy.

Michigan tortured her, stole her children and the state's elected officials refuse to do anything about the fraud in child welfare or what happened to her and her children, human trafficking.

Well, Lala has just given formal notice to Governor Rick Snyder, Attorney General Bill Schuette and Children's Ombudsman, Orlene Hawks, that she is going to file a federal lawsuit.

It does not matter if she cannot find an attorney, nor does it matter that she does not have the financial support or resources to battle the taxpayer funded behemoth  Michigan Office of Attorney General to prove her case.

When one files a complaint in federal court, that complaint is now preserved in the annals of history, as documentation of evidence.

Eventually, there will be enough of these "pro se" cases, alleging the exact same thing, with the exact same evidence, to eventually be used, as metadata, to establish a pattern of practice in the industry of Medicaid fraud in child welfare.

Lalanea Little-Tobeler Has An Issue With The Michigan Child Welfare System

Oh my, it seems the State of Michigan has lit a nice little fire with the right mother.

This is how the fraud schemes start.

Everything she testifies about what goes on in the child welfare system is absolutely correct...and it is all billed to Medicaid.

VL did a heart-wrenching interview with a woman from Michigan a few days ago. 

 The more I think about it, the sicker I become with the thoughts of what this poor woman, and many others go through. 

 There is no reason on this earth that human beings should ever be treated in this manner. 

 These vile people have gotten away with this for too long. It is time to take a stand. 

 At this point, we need every move we make to be very public. 

 That is why I wanted to make you all aware that I just finished writing emails to the VP of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, various Michigan State Reps – including Congressman Jack Bergman (who is over her district), the County Sheriff’s Office and Trey Gowdy – sending Lala’s interview and demanding full investigations into the state facilities that are still in operation and the arrest and prosecution of all individuals involved, as well as an investigation into the CPS in her area. 

 Will you do the same?
