Tales Of The New Crown: No One Wants To Speak Upon The Fear Of Losing Your Children

The only other option is for Child Protective Services snatch your children and place them in Foster Care.

If this mother came out of Foster Care, she will do whatever she has to do to save her children's lives.

Michigan shredded the social safety net, then stole whatever else was left for an opportunity to live and put it in the Genessee County Land Bank.

Then, it must be taken into consideration that this mother was a victim of war, in the intentional poisoning of the water in Flint, along with making them pay outrageously fraudulent rates.

No one is talking about this population because it is part of the culture of survival.

A kid has got to eat, you know.

The Elected Ones shall continue to remain silent as they eat each other alive to cover up stealin' the children, land & vote.

Sheriff: COVID19 layoff leads young mother into prostitution

FLINT, Mich. - Even through the coronavirus pandemic is ongoing, their G.H.O.S.T operations continue.

Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson says a deputy was monitoring a local website known for prostitution, when they came across an advertisement that was out of the ordinary.

Click here to get BREAKING NEWS alerts sent to your cell phone by downloading the Mid-Michigan NOW News APP.

The picture was a 21-year-old woman soliciting herself for sex, but there was a child in the corner of the picture, according to Swanson.

Swanson says they started their investigation immediately.

"We communicated with this person who was advertising, we used one of our undercover officers to make the date," he said. "It was in a local hotel outside the city of Flint."

When team members got in the hotel room, they found the woman, as well as a two-year-old and an 11-month old asleep on the bed.

Deputies say the woman had been soliciting herself for about a month, since being laid off from her job at a fast food restaurant in the wake of COVID19.

Swanson called it a criminal act out of desperation.

"There are people because of this COVID that are going to be impacted not because of the virus, but because it's taken everything away from them," Swanson said. "So we did what we know if best and we switched into a different mode of enforcement. "

Child Protective Services was able to get involved and they are getting the woman a mentor.

According to Swanson, Hurley Medical Center staff will take her to the food pantry and get her therapy.

Voices For Children Advocacy Center in Flint is going to provide diapers, food and clothing for the kids. They are also working to find them more permanent housing.

Sheriff Swanson wants the public to know, if you are struggling, especially in the wake of recent events, you have options instead of turning to criminal activity.

He says in the worst case scenario, you can always call 911.

If The Pope Can Do It - All Churches, Mosques, Temples Should Open Its Property Doors To The Homeless Starting In Detroit

All churches, cathedrals, mosques, temples should immediately open their doors, cash out their foreign child welfare trust funds, and serve the people they made needy by stealin' the children, land and vote.

As a matter of fact, we should start with the Archdiocese of Detroit, where they can turn over all that property they are running through the Detroit Land Bank Authority, instead of having to drop even more money on the construction of more human plantations for the youth aging out of their state, privatized foster care and adoption contracts.

Child Welfare Propaganda - Even A Kid From Ghana Can Spot Trafficking Tiny Humans In The Name Of The Tax Exempt God

Give them permanent homes, not a human asset management center.

Ruth Ellis Center building 43 units of supportive housing for LGBTQ young adults

The Archdiocese of Detroit has beautiful buildings that have been magically trying to be leveraged and flipped, so they do not have to pay settlements for the horrors these young adults suffered while under its aegis, who why not use these shuttered schools instead of letting them rot, for the purposes of getting more federal bailout money, because everyone already stole all the TARP money.

How Is The Catholic Church Hiding More Than $2 Billion In Assets?

I am pretty darn sure lots of these homeless youth came out the Denby Salvation Army historic institution.

What better and immediate way to provide relief for the life of hell these children survived under the Catholic Church.

Always remember, before they were young adults, they were children.

FUN FACT! THE MEL TROTTER HOUSE IN GRAND RAPIDS BARS GAY YOUTH FROM ITS HOMELESS SHELTER

19th Century Vatican palace turned into homeless shelter at Pope Francis' behest

After the building was renovated last November, it opened its doors to the homeless.

"The Detroit Land Bank Authority is not going to like this."
ROME, Italy — Sitting off St, Peter's Square next to the Vatican, the beautiful 19th century palace would have commanded top dollars if it were a hotel, but Pope Francis had other ideas, so it has been converted into a homeless shelter.

The Palazzo Migliori, named after the family who donated it to the Roman Catholic Church, had served as the headquarters for an order of religious women, who vacated it last year.

But the Calasanziane order that occupied the building for 70 years and used it to help and care for young single mothers has since relocated to another location.

One option considered was turning the building into a hotel as it's located just off St. Peter’s Square, where pontiffs deliver sermons to thousands of worshippers. The location is also very popular with tourists, who pay hundreds of dollars to stay close to it.

But Francis had a very different idea of the kind of guests he wanted for this prime location — the poor and the homeless.

After the building was renovated in November, it opened its doors to the homeless.

“Beauty heals,” Francis said when he inaugurated the building at the time.

“This place feels more like home. I have my own bed, room and bathroom,” Mario Brezza, 53, told NBC News. “It’s so different from the dormitories I have tried until now, where sometimes you feel like an animal in a crowded stable."

Brezza, who had his leg amputated because of a "serious circulatory disease" lives on a $300 monthly disability allowance. He is among 50 or so homeless men and women who now sleep in the palace’s 16 bedrooms.

Volunteers also provide them with hot meals.

Among them is Sharon Christner, 23 who traveled from Pennsylvania as part of a research project on homelessness and social issues.

“Even if they wanted to use it for charity, a lot of people would have rented this place out, make a lot of money and give it to the poor,” Christner said. “But what is special about this place is that it’s not about maximizing dollar signs, but giving people a really beautiful place to be, with the idea that beauty heals.”

Carlo Santoro, a member of the Sant’Egidio Community, a lay catholic association in charge of many charitable projects linked to the Vatican, including Palazzo Migliori, said the place was a “real paradox.”

“It is a beautiful palace next to St. Peter’s Square and Basilica, and yet it’s home to those who until recently did not have a house to go to," he added.

Warren Busts Human Trafficking Ring - How Many Came Out Foster Care

How many came out foster care?

Hey, when you age out foster care, ya gotta eat.

I guess Vista Maria is taking back in their former foster kids.

Warren nets 46 arrests related to human trafficking, prostitution

Warren Police Commissioner William Dwyer displays some of the 46 people arrested by the Warren Police Department’s Special Investigation Division and Special Operation Unit. The arrest are part of Operation Crusade II which focused on human trafficking prostitution and pandering.Warren — Warren police touted 46 arrests Friday in an ongoing human trafficking investigation called Operation Crusade, involving drugs and prostitution.

One “John” traveled from Manistee and the prostitutes charged in the three-day roundup range in age from 18 to 60, said Warren Police Commissioner William Dwyer. The crimes were committed in hotels and multi-unit apartment complexes in the city, investigators said.

Warren Police Commissioner William Dwyer displays some of the 46 people arrested by the Warren Police Department’s Special Investigation Division and Special Operation Unit. The arrest are part of Operation Crusade II which focused on human trafficking prostitution and pandering.

“The mayor is concerned about people coming in from outside the city, using Warren as a hub to have prostitution and drugs,” Dwyer said. “It’s just not going to be tolerated by him or myself.”

No victims of human trafficking were identified in this week’s arrests. “So far none of these prostitutes who were arrested are admitting they are victims of human trafficking but time will tell,” Dwyer said.

In the operation’s first round in May that netted 35 arrests, three victims were discovered, Dwyer said. The department has connected those women with agencies to help them recover.

This week’s arrests resulted in 20 felony charges, including transporting a prostitute, which is a 20-year felony, along with 69 misdemeanors. Dwyer said the individuals have all been arraigned.

Dwyer stressed that prostitution is illegal and charges are warranted against the women. But he also called the prostitutes victims because they’ve become addicted to drugs with the help of their pimps.

Of the 46 arrests, 25 were women. Detective Craig Bankowski said some of the women were charged in connection with transporting prostitutes.

Dwyer said they want human trafficking victims to come forward and that their investigation is ongoing.

“Let the Warren police department assist you,” Dwyer said. “Everything that is done is confidential.”

“We want to make sure victims of human trafficking are identified and treated as human beings.”

Mark Wahlberg Performs A Yuletide Miracle On Vernor For The Hobos of Detroit

"Hobo Clothes" tent for "The Poors"
(always said with clinched teeth)
On December 6, 2019, picking my son up from Covenant House School, after busting the Special Needs Director's clever scheme to fraudulently billing Medicaid, I drove past a slow traffic jam on Vernor.

I had to take pictures because I could not believe my eyes!

Mark Wahlberg was performing a miracle on Vernor and had a tent for the Hobos of Detroit, to hand out clothing, that was probably so ugly that people only took it in hopes of finding something worthy to give to someone else in need.

Mark Walberg had a "Save the Savages", event with a Hobo Clothes tent in front of the school stolen by foreign invaders.

Praise the lord.

I wonder if he hired those two dumb chicks to put this together.

Image may contain: 3 people, people smiling, people standing and outdoor
They handed out for food, cabbage, potatoes with boxes of processed federally corporate subsidized leftover crap with their cans of nasty crap that I bet they got in bulk by the pound from a DeVos USAFood for Life experimental data collection tax right off for their lovely children's trust funds.

How dare he refer to Detroiters, survivors of a foreign invasion as hobos.

One of Wahlberg crew enthusiastically hailed for me to come and get some "free food".

My son said to me, "No. We are not hobos."

Image may contain: one or more people, sky and outdoorHe was so hurt, but then again, I am quite sure the Wahlbergs felt all warm and fuzzy for having the heart to interact with "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth).

I am quite sure everyone bathed, quite luxuriously well in rose petalled water, after having to interact with "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth.)

And, now, they will have lots of lovely photos to justify their tax write-offs as they sip custom whiskeys around the custom decorated christmas tree, spinning the bob about all the wonder things they did for the children of "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth) on Vernor, in Detroit.

The mission of the Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation is to improve the quality of life for inner city youth through a working partnership with other youth organizations. The Mark Wahlberg Youth Foundation provides financial and community support to assist in making the dreams and ultimate potential of inner city youth become a reality.

I believe you need to revise your mission statement to properly reflect your Detroit activities by replacing "youth" with "hobos".

Whether or not this yuletide miracle on Vernor was a miracle of your youth foundation, I am repulsed.

You hurt my child and probably the other children on Vernor who witnessed your yuletide miracle.

We are victims of a foreign invasion, not hobos.

You need to apologize to the youth of Detroit and they do not want some crappy, plastic toys or a bag of cabbage and potatoes.

MWYF has raised and distributed over $10,000,000 to organizations across the country.

That sounds like a network.

Do you or your businesses own any real estate in Detroit and if you do, from whom did you get it?

PROCLAMATION: Presidential Proclamation on Child Health Day, 2019

Issued on: October 4, 2019

On Child Health Day, we recognize that America’s children are the promise of our Nation, and their health and well-being are among our greatest responsibilities.  Today, we recommit to our children growing strong, dreaming big, and reaching their full potential.

In partnership with families and communities, my Administration is implementing new Federal programs and supporting new State-level initiatives that help diagnose, prevent, and combat diseases and maintain health and wellness from childhood through adulthood.  The Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant Program continues to provide funding to all States to improve access to quality healthcare services for low‑income women, children, and families by improving the outcomes of high-risk pregnancies, reducing infant deaths, promoting childhood immunizations, and protecting against diseases.  Additionally, I have approved funding for the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program to support Federal, State, and community partners in offering voluntary home visiting services that empower caregivers with the evidence-based skills and resources they need to raise healthy and happy children.  I also signed into law the SUPPORT Act, which addresses the most vulnerable victims of the opioid crisis by allowing State Medicaid programs to cover healthcare services for infants suffering from neonatal abstinence syndrome in residential pediatric recovery centers.

My Administration is also working to eradicate the leading cause of post-infancy death among our Nation’s young people — childhood cancer.  Working with the Congress, the Federal Government will invest $500 million over the next decade in pediatric cancer research.  This funding will enable our Nation’s best scientists and doctors to learn from those young people living with this disease, creating new opportunities to understand the unique causes of and best cures for childhood cancer.  We must continue to employ every resource available to ensure that the more than 15,000 children and adolescents under the age of 19 diagnosed with cancer each year receive the best possible care and treatment so they can triumph in their battle against this horrible disease.

America’s young people are facing unprecedented challenges at school, in their homes, and in their communities.  From bullying and negative social media interactions to the impacts of the opioid crisis on themselves and their loved ones, we must do more to foster an environment that promotes a culture of respect for every human life.  That is why I am proud of the work our First Lady, Melania Trump, has undertaken through her BE BEST initiative to promote childhood health and well-being by encouraging healthy living, kindness, compassion, and respect.  This remarkable program is helping children build a solid foundation to navigate life’s many challenges and to develop positive social, emotional, and physical habits that will help them become future leaders of our great country.

Parents play a critical role in raising healthy and happy children, and their important work is bolstered by the love and support of extended family, community members, caregivers, mentors, educators, faith leaders, and respectable role models.  On Child Health Day, we urge all citizens to reaffirm their commitment to ensuring the physical, spiritual, and emotional health of our Nation’s most precious resource.

The Congress, by a joint resolution approved May 18, 1928, as amended (36 U.S.C. 105), has called for the designation of the first Monday in October as Child Health Day and has requested that the President issue a proclamation in observance of this day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim Monday, October 7, 2019, as Child Health Day.  I call upon families, child health professionals, faith-based and community organizations, and governments to help ensure that America’s children stay safe and healthy.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this
fourth day of October, in the year of our Lord two thousand nineteen, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-fourth.

DONALD J. TRUMP

Share Your Horror Stories On Accessing IEP Special Needs Educational Services In Michigan - It Is All About The Data

Would you like to know a plausible explanation as to why Michigan was dropped form its "needs intervention" list for special education?

Have you ever tried to get an IEP in a charter school?

Feel free to share your horror stories on accessing special education in public schools of Detroit, Grand Rapids, Benton Harbor, Flint, and any one of those communities up in the central and nothern parts of Michigan, too.

I wonder what they do with all the old identities of children after they are adopted out from foster care?

Always remember, if you do not report it, it does not get tallied, just like they do with votes.

It is all about the data.

Michigan dropped from 'needs intervention' list for special education

Last year, Michigan was the only state in the nation
that failed to meet federal special education requirements
and required intervention.
Michigan no longer needs "intervention" to meet federal special education requirements but still needs "assistance," according to state education officials.

The Michigan Department of Education said on Thursday the state's performance on key special education factors improved over last year, which prompted the U.S. Department of Education to lift the state from its “needs intervention” determination to “needs assistance."
Michigan is rated for its annual performance on meeting a section of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.

The types of data used to make a determination include the participation of children with disabilities on regular statewide assessments and the percentage of children with disabilities who graduated with a regular high school diploma and who dropped out.

Michigan’s score increased from 59.17% to 65.28% from 2018 to 2019, an increase of 6.1%, according to the 2019 report.

The state boosted its numbers for the percentage of fourth-grade and eighth-grade students with disabilities participating in statewide reading assessments. This year, the numbers were 83% and 81% respectively, compared to 80% and 79% last year.

It also increased the number of students with disabilities in the same grades taking regular statewide math assessments, from 81% and 79% in 2018 to 84% and 81% in 2019.

The state saw a decrease in the percentage of students with disabilities who drop out of school — from 29% to 28% —  but the graduation rate remained the same both years at 63%.
Deputy state superintendent Scott Koenigsknecht said this is the highest score Michigan has received since 2014.

“We are pleased with the trajectory of the growth and will continue to work to improve outcomes for every Michigan student," Koenigsknecht said. "There still is much work to do around the areas of graduation rate, dropout rate, research-based best practices, and inclusion/”

Last year, Michigan was the only state in the nation that failed to meet federal special education requirements and required intervention. Washington, D.C., Palau and Northern Mariana Islands, a U.S. Commonwealth, also received the "needs intervention" ranking.

Federal officials use both compliance and results data for a “letter of determination” on whether a state "meets requirements," "needs assistance" or "needs intervention."

Koenigsknecht said work is being done in the school districts across the state and at the state education department to improve compliance.

A steering committee and four workgroups have been working since December to generate recommendations that would lead to continued improvements for graduation rates, dropout rates, M-STEP participation, and NAEP results and participation, Koenigsknecht said.

Marcie Lipsitt, a Michigan-based special education advocate and civil rights activist, said the change in determination is nothing to celebrate because special education conditions continue to erode in Michigan due to a lack of transparency at the state education department and insufficient funding for special education services.

"Conditions have worsened this year," Lipsitt said. "There is nothing to celebrate here. Outcomes for children with disabilities are not improving."

"We Are" - Featuring The Students Of Covenant House Academy & Raising The Bar Detroit Foundation - Bringing Back The Voices Of Children

https://www.raisingthebardetroit.com/rtbd-foundation
Raising the Bar Detroit Foundation has just released its first major production with the students of Covenant House Academy Southwest Detroit Campus which also celebrated a few of the students who have just graduated.

We should definitely watch what is going on with Title I funding, as the Covenant House is ground zero for the new privatization policies.

It is about time we brought music and the arts back into the schools.

Music and art have always been the means to tell a story when no one else would listen.

It is time to listen to the original sources, the children.

Marco Iaconis has an amazing story to tell and so do the students and school administrators.

If you just so happen to have a few musical instruments lying around the house collecting dust, like guitars, saxaphones or whatever else, feel free to let Marco Polo know that you would like the students to have them, considering that they have very little, in some instances, students do not even have a place to live.

Something to think about.
