The Pastoral Plays Of Jorge: Vatican Tales Of Stealin' The Children, Land & Vote - Angelo Beccui, Cecilia Marogna, George Pell & The IOR

Jorge has been busy, busy, busy!

It seems we have another passion of being christ-like between another set of two extremely amicable individuals in the exchange of money, in good faith, of course, in the execution of something for someone who was doing more christ-like passionate stuff to other tiny humans.

A pastoral play was long before radio and television.

You would have a troupe, speaking the common tongue of Romance, go town to town, putting on plays, centering on the life of Christ, as a promo to the latest commissioned Codex, by someone who has hired monks to write a really fancy pre-medieval Hollywood production, turning you into a future saint to be worshipped as your legacy, on how great you are to cover up all the wonderful things you probably should have never done.

It was called heraldry, the public record on the content of your character, by showing how great you are to bear the arms of the state to engage in commerce.

Today, it seems we have absolutely brilliant youtube investigative journalists who are cyberly bonding, having been exiled from most internet social platforms.

Then there was a codex, now there are online hoaxes, whereby both contain the letter "x" making them one in the same because cyber wars are real, but I digress.

Not really.

There shall be many, many more of these christ-like passions to come to fruition, because people get easily distracted with pretty shiny spectacularly salacious stories when it comes distracting from the unsealing of crimes against humanity.

Join me, as we descend upon Detroit.

Angelo Becciu & Cecilia Marogna

Rome Newsroom, Oct 6, 2020 / 08:00 am MT (CNA).- Italian media reported this week that a woman
with a company based in Slovenia received at least half a million euros from the Vatican’s Secretariat of State in connection with Cardinal Angelo Becciu.

According to reports, the 39-year-old Cecilia Marogna, who is from Becciu’s home island of Sardinia, received 500,000 or 600,000 euros in payments from the Secretariat of State over four years.

Reports also claimed that the payments had been made to the Slovenia-based company Logsic, D.O.O., owned by Marogna.

In two interviews Oct. 6, Marogna rejected rumors that she was related to, or had any sort of inappropriate relationship with, the cardinal, but said she was paid the money as a salary for work she did as a diplomatic consultant and as reimbursement for travel and other related expenses.

Marogna did not deny reports that she had used the Vatican payments to buy luxury purses, but insisted it was for her work and that she personally lives modestly, renting an apartment and driving a 10-year-old car.

Italian television program Le Iene claimed Oct. 5 to have documents showing that the Secretariat of State had given half a million euros to Marogna’s Slovenian company and that she had “a relationship of trust” with Becciu.

The article was published as a teaser for the newest episode of the investigative program, which will air in Italy at 9:15pm Oct. 6.

Le Iene also claimed to have documents showing that Marogna used the Vatican money to buy expensive Prada and Chanel purses, as well as other luxury goods.

In an interview with Italian daily Domani Oct. 6, Marogna said people were writing critically about her “because I do my job well and I always maintain discretion and confidentiality.”

She said she worked for Becciu and the Secretariat of State building “high-level networks” in at-risk countries and areas such as the Middle East and Africa.

“I made a mapping of the missions, of the most remote dioceses. A job that the Vatican had never done: the nunciatures certainly do not report on geopolitics or analysis of data on the territory,” she claimed.

There are discrepancies from Marogna over whether she was paid 500,000 or 600,000 euros, but she stated that the money all went to her Vatican consultancy work and her salary; expensive gifts, such as trips or purses, “were used to create cooperative relationships,” she said.

“We are talking about a few hundred thousand euros spent in over four years,” Marogna said. “And the wire transfers my company received from the Vatican also included my salary. It’s not like I’m a missionary, sorry? Will I be able to get paid for the work I’ve done? Between travel and various payments, how much money can I have kept for myself? Think about it, come on.”

According to Marogna, she also used the money “for different operations,” and said her bank statements could show she has paid companies in Somalia.

“It is not that in some countries you go to pay sources with a debit card,” she said, adding that there were also London brokers involved.

Asked about “hypothetical covert operations to free kidnapped clergy,” Marogna responded: “I am aware of these situations. I may have had sensitive information about this, but it’s not like I was going to the terrorists to take the hostage.”

“I can speak with intermediaries to try to resolve situations. But I can also tell you that Becciu and I weren’t the only ones running certain businesses,” she said.

Marogna also insisted that the sums she received from the Vatican were not used to pay kidnapping ransoms and she was “not aware” that the Vatican had ever paid anything to criminal organizations, arguing that 600,000 euros was “small change” and would not be enough “to close any negotiations.”

She told the Corriere della Sera that she met Becciu after sending him an email in 2015 to see if he agreed with her analysis of security problems at Vatican nunciatures. In a different interview she said she knew he had previously been the nuncio to Angola.

The then-sostituto of the Secretariat of State met with her at the Vatican for an hour and a half and “a relationship of esteem was born that resulted in an operational collaboration,” she said.

According to Marogna, “there was a lack of parallel diplomacy in the North African and Middle Eastern countries, but I knew what to do and how to move, also to reduce the dangers deriving from the nunciatures and missions from the terrorist cells present in those countries.”

Cardinal George Pell Of Australia Acquitted For Trafficking Tiny Humans - Is The Queen Mother Pleased?

Is the Blessed Queen pleased with this reversal to the lower court for acquittal?

I would hope, not!

So, it seems we have verification that the Queen of England is, literally, the Mother, as in Corporate Parent, the Vatican?

Hmmmmm....... me thinketh so.

Detroit is going to be horrific.

Cardinal George Pell.
"I would never harm the best interests of posterity of the
tax exempt Queen Mother!
She would take away my lucrative sticky fuzzy stuffed animals."
Just remember that I told you so, for almost twenty years, now.

This is about Parental Rights, because we are dealing with those glorious allodial titles under ecclesiastic law.

Slavery was never abolished, they just made it much more compassionate, you know, in the best interests of the child.

Praise the lord, for Cardinal George Pell is the keeper of the record for the Queen Mother, who seems to have secured that Vatican control at the launch of the Pan African Slave Trade, but, hey, what do I know?

I know this is just an issue with the hierarchic of juridic persons in chattel law.

He got off, pursuant to ecclesiastic law.

The Road To War Crimes: Live: Cardinal George Pell sentenced for child sex abuse in Australia

Cardinal George Pell: A Timeline
A chronological list of key events in the life of the Australian cardinal, including details of his financial reforms as well as abuse allegations, charges and eventual conviction, and the grounds upon which he is appealing his conviction.
Edward Pentin
Early Years

1941 George Pell is born in the Victorian town of Ballarat to an Irish Catholic mother and a non-practising Anglican father.

1960 Pell begins studying for the priesthood at Corpus Christi College in Werribee.

1966 Pell is ordained by Cardinal Grégoire-Pierre Agagianian, an Armenian Catholic and a leading figure on communism and the Soviet Union.

1972 Father Pell returns to Ballarat as a parish priest.

1973 He lives with Gerard Ridsdale who was later convicted for sexual abuse in the 1960s-1980s. Pell has maintained he never knew of the abuse, which was a focus of questioning by Australia’s royal commission in 2016.

1977 Father Pell is part of a committee that sends Ridsdale to his next parish of Edenhope. His bishop, Ronald Mulkearns, knew about complaints against Ridsdale but Pell told a 2016 royal commission that the bishop deliberately withheld details from him and other consultors.

Melbourne Appointments

1987 Pell becomes an auxiliary bishop of Melbourne.

1990 John Paul II appoints him a member of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, a position he holds until 2000.

1993 Bishop Pell accompanies Ridsdale to his first court appearance for child sex offences.

1996 John Paul II appoints Pell archbishop of Melbourne where he pioneers the Melbourne Response, which offers support and counselling to victims of sexual abuse but was criticized for placing limits on compensation payments.

Sydney Appointment

2001 Archbishop Pell is appointed archbishop of Sydney.

2002 He temporarily stands aside while a Church investigation looks into an allegation that he sexually abused a 12-year-old altar boy in 1961 while he was a seminarian. Pell denies the allegations which are not proven.

2003 Pope John Paul II elevates Pell to cardinal.

Vatican Appointment

March 2013 Victoria police set up “Operation Tethering,” a probe that targeted Pell before any formal allegations of historical sexual offences were made. The investigation turned into an “operation” in April 2015 based on allegations of “inappropriate behavior” by Pell, but no accusations of criminal conduct.

September 2013 Cardinal Pell begins work devising statutes and rules for new Secretariat for the Economy.

February 2014 Pope Francis appoints Cardinal Pell prefect of the Secretariat for the Economy, making him head of Vatican finances and the third most senior figure in the Church.

March 2014 Pell appears before the royal commission in Sydney, says he should have exercised greater oversight over fighting a legal claim by abuse victim, John Ellis. The litigation “was hard fought, perhaps too well fought by our legal representatives,” he said.

August 2014 Pell appears before the royal commission in Melbourne, and defends his Melbourne Response program for sex abuse victims.

December 2014 Cardinal Pell says his department found millions of euros in Vatican dicasteries “tucked away,” off balance sheets. The amount consisted of 94 million euros in the Secretariat for State, later followed by the discovery of nearly 1 billion euros in various other dicasteries.

June 2015 The royal commission announces Cardinal Pell is to appear in a second set of hearings in the Ballarat archdiocese. The cardinal says he is prepared to return to Australia to give evidence but health reasons later prevent him from doing so, and so he gives evidence via video link from Rome.

February 2016 The cardinal strongly denies a newspaper allegation he is being investigated for “multiple offences” and calls for an inquiry into Victorian police, believing the allegations were leaked to damage him ahead of his third appearance before the royal commission.

March 2016 During that appearance, Cardinal Pell repeats that he did not have any knowledge of Ridsdale’s actions when he was a priest in Ballarat in the 1970s.

April 2016 The Vatican Secretariat of State announces suspension of first external audit of the Vatican without consulting Cardinal Pell. “They’re afraid of the audit uncovering information they don’t want uncovered and are worried about losing sovereign control over Vatican finances,” a source tells the Register. “What they want is to get rid of Cardinal Pell.”

July 2016 Pope Francis issues a motu proprio, returning administration of the Holy See’s assets to APSA, as part of a process of stripping powers that had been given to the Secretariat for the Economy when it was created in 2014.

July 2016 Victoria police announce allegation against Cardinal Pell that he exposed himself to a group of young boys at a surf club in the late 1980s.

October 2016 Australian detectives fly to Rome to interview Pell about child sexual abuse allegations, including abuse of two choristers in Melbourne cathedral — an allegation a jury later found him guilty of committing. During the interview (see video), Pell dismisses the allegations as “a load of absolute and disgraceful rubbish.” He tells detectives that if they lay charges against him it will damage the Church.

February 2017 Detectives send an updated brief of evidence to the office of public prosecutions.

May 10, 2017 APSA unilaterally tells Vatican departments to supply information to an outside auditor, a move rejected by Cardinal Pell and Vatican auditor general Libero Milone. In a letter to the Pope obtained by the Register, Cardinal Pell says he believes “serious irregularities” at APSA indicate the Vatican could be approaching the “moment of truth” in the economic reforms.

June 20, 2017 Libero Milone unexpectedly resigns. He later says he was “threatened with arrest,” and that the head of the Gendarmerie (Vatican police) intimidated him into resigning because his investigations were uncovering corruption in the Vatican. A year later, the Vatican withdrew charges against Milone; it has yet to reinstate him or offer compensation.

Australian Arraignment

June 29, 2017 Cardinal Pell is charged with multiple sexual offences and is ordered to appear at Melbourne magistrates court on July 26. He vigorously protests his innocence, and volunteers to fly back to Australia to clear his name even though he could invoke diplomatic immunity.

September 2017 Milone links his dismissal to the exit of Cardinal Pell, implying the two may be more than just coincidence during an overhaul of Vatican finances.

May 1, 2018 Magistrate Belinda Wallington orders Cardinal Pell to face trial by jury over multiple sexual offence allegations even though many of the most serious allegations are dismissed. The first trial relates to allegations that Pell sexually abused two choirboys at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in 1996 and 1997, while he was archbishop of Melbourne. The second trial relates to allegations that then-Father Pell molested boys at the Ballarat swimming pool in the 1970s.

May 15, 2018 Suppression order enforced.

August 15, 2018 The first trial begins with a jury of 14 selected from 250 people.

September 20, 2018 A mistrial is declared after jurors were unable to reach a majority verdict. Some reports say the verdict was 10-2 in Pell's favor, but this has not been fully proven.

December 6, 2018 Jury retires to deliberate after a retrial.

December 11, 2018 The jury returns a unanimous verdict of guilty on all five charges of abusing the boys in St. Patrick’s Cathedral after less than four days of deliberation. Suppression order remains in place until second trial is over. Pell’s defence lawyer says he will “absolutely” appeal against the verdict. Pell is granted bail until February 2, 2019, in order to undergo knee reconstruction surgery in Sydney.

December 13, 2018 Pope Francis removes Cardinal Pell and two other cardinals from his Council of Cardinals advising him on Church reform. Pell remains prefect of the Secretariat for the Economy.

February 13-14, 2019 Pre-trial hearings take place for the second trial.

February 24, Cardinal Pell’s five-year mandate as prefect of the Secretariat for the Economy expires.

February 26, 2019: Prosecutors announce they have dropped the second trial owing to a lack of evidence, and because one of Pell’s key accusers died in January 2018. As there is no longer a risk of prejudicing a jury, Judge Peter Kidd lifts the suppression order on the first trial.

March 13, 2019: Kidd sentences Cardinal Pell to six years in prison, with a non-parole period of three years and eight months.

June 5-6, 2019: The Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of the Australian state of Victoria hears oral arguments in Cardinal Pell's appeal against his conviction. The appeal is based on three grounds: first, that the verdict was unreasonable, because of extensive uncontroverted evidence entered at trial by 20 witnesses establishing that the cardinal could not have committed the crimes in the manner outlined by the former choirboy who testifed that he was abused by the cardinal; second, that the trial judge erred in preventing the defence from presenting a video to jurors in its closing address; and third; that the cardinal was not arraigned in the presence of the jury, as is mandatory according to the state of Victoria's judicial procedures.

August 21, 2019: The Supreme Court of Victoria upheld the conviction of Cardinal George Pell. A three-judge appellate panel upheld his 2018 conviction for sexual abuse of minors in a divided decision delivered Aug. 21 by a majority (2-1). Pell will continue to serve his sentence of 6 years in prison and may be eligible for parole after he has served 3 years and 8 months of his sentence.

DOJ: Five Fraudsters Indicted For Million Dollar Scheme Targeting Thousands of U.S. Servicemembers and Veterans - Foster Care & Adoption Is Worse

After reading this, close your eyes and think of the possibilities of what you could do with children in Foster Care & Adoption.

One thing I liked out of this was that the citizenship was identified.

Now, only if they would identify the citizenship of children in Foster Care & Adoption.

Foreign-Based Fraudsters Stole Millions of Dollars from Mostly Elderly and Disabled Veterans

A 14-count indictment has been unsealed today in San Antonio, Texas, charging five individuals with coordinating an identify-theft and fraud scheme targeting servicemembers and veterans. The charged defendants, who were based both in the Philippines and the United States, are alleged to have used the stolen personal identifying information (PII) of thousands of military members to access Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs benefits sites and steal millions of dollars.
The defendants, Robert Wayne Boling Jr., Fredrick Brown, Trorice Crawford, Allan Albert Kerr, and Jongmin Seok, were charged with multiple counts of conspiracy, wire fraud, and aggravated identify theft based on their alleged leading roles in the theft and exploitation of victim PII to conduct their fraud scheme. Boling (a U.S. citizen), Kerr (an Australian citizen), and Seok (a South Korean citizen) were arrested in the Philippines. Brown and Crawford, both U.S. citizens, were arrested in Las Vegas and San Diego respectively. Brown has been detained pending trial. Crawford is awaiting a detention hearing.
“The crimes charged today are reprehensible and will not be tolerated by the Department of Justice. These defendants are alleged to have illegally defrauded some of America’s most honorable citizens, our elderly and disabled veterans and servicemembers,” said Attorney General William P. Barr. “Through today’s action, the Department is honoring our pledge to target elder fraud schemes, especially those committed by foreign actors using sophisticated means, and to protect the veterans of our great country. I am proud of the quick and effective work done on this case by our Consumer Protection Branch and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas, with strong investigative support from the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs. We all will continue to work together to ensure that our veterans and servicemembers are protected from fraud.”
“Our message is pretty simple,” said U.S. Attorney Bash. “It doesn’t matter where on this planet you reside. If you target our veterans, we’re coming for you. Our veterans were willing to risk everything to protect this Nation from foreign threats. Now it’s our turn to seek justice for them.”
“The compromise of personally identifiable information can significantly harm our service members, veterans and their families and we will aggressively investigate such matters,” said Glenn A. Fine, Principal Deputy Inspector General, performing the duties of the Inspector General of the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General. “This indictment and the coordinated actions of our criminal investigative component, the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, demonstrate our commitment to swift action against those who attempt to enrich themselves through identify theft, money laundering, and conspiracy. The DoD OIG, working in partnership with the Department of Justice, will continue to identify, disrupt, and bring to justice those who threaten military members, retirees, and veterans through fraud and corruption.”
“VA is working with DoD to identify any instances of compromised VA benefits accounts,” said James Hutton, VA assistant secretary for public and intergovernmental affairs. “Just as importantly, VA has taken steps to protect Veterans’ data and are instituting additional protective measures.”
According to the indictment, the defendants’ identity-theft and fraud scheme began in 2014 when Brown, then a civilian employee at a U.S. Army installation, stole thousands of military members’ PII, including names, dates of birth, social security numbers, and Department of Defense identification numbers. Brown is alleged to have then provided the stolen information to Boling, who exploited the information in various ways together with his Philippines-based co-defendants Kerr and Seok.
As asserted in the indictment, Boling, Kerr, and Seok specifically used the stolen information to compromise a Department of Defense portal designed to enable military members to access benefits information online. Once through the portal, the defendants are alleged to have accessed benefits information.  Access to these detailed records enabled the defendants to steal or attempt to steal millions of dollars from military members’ bank accounts. The defendants also stole veterans’ benefits payments. After the defendants had compromised military members’ bank accounts and veterans’ benefits payments, Boling allegedly worked with Crawford to recruit individuals who would accept the deposit of stolen funds into their bank accounts and then send the funds through international wire remittance services to the defendants and others. Evidence of the defendants’ scheme was detected earlier this year, advancing the investigation that led to the indictment.
The unsealed indictment was announced today in San Antonio by U.S. Attorney John Bash of the Western District of Texas, Deputy Assistant Attorney General David Morrell, and Director Gustav Eyler of the Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch.
The Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs are coordinating with the Department of Justice to notify and provide resources to the thousands of identified victims. Announcements also will follow regarding steps taken to secure military members’ information and benefits from theft and fraud.
An indictment merely alleges that crimes have been committed. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
The United States is represented by Trial Attorneys Ehren Reynolds and Yolanda McCray Jones of the Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch and Assistant United States Attorney Joseph Blackwell of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas. The matter was investigated by agents of the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, and counsel Matthew Freund, along with substantial investigative support from the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command, and the Veterans Benefits Administration’s Benefits Protection and Remediation Division. The U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service, Philippine law enforcement partners, and the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices for the District of Nevada, the Southern District of California, and the Eastern District of Virginia also provided assistance. Resources from the Department of Justice’s Servicemembers and Veterans Initiative and its Transnational Elder Fraud Strike Force aided in the matter’s investigation and prosecution.
Since President Trump signed the bipartisan Elder Abuse Prevention and Prosecution Act (EAPPA) into law, the Department of Justice has participated in hundreds of enforcement actions in criminal and civil cases that targeted or disproportionately affected seniors. In particular, this past March, the Department announced the largest elder fraud enforcement action in American history, charging more than 260 defendants in a nationwide elder fraud sweep.  The Department has likewise conducted hundreds of trainings and outreach sessions across the country since the passage of the Act.
Additional information about the Consumer Protection Branch and its enforcement efforts can be found at www.justice.gov/civil/consumer-protection-branch.  For more information about the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas, visit its website at https://www.justice.gov/usao-wdtx. Cocktails & Popcorn: #MeToo Psychoptic Solved! Perkins Coie Sucks Straight Out Of Detroit

Yes, Ladies & Gentlemen, the #MeToo Psychoptic has been solved.

It came out of Hollywood, Relativity Media, to be more specific, from their bankruptcy cases.

We are dealing with "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) of Perkins Coie, which sucks, because they were behind the bankruptcies, which were skirted through the Judiciary Committee in more dog and pony show of hearings, because they were doing what they do best - stealin'...and it all started in Detroit.

Just ask Bob.

Below, is a clip from the original #MeToo show, Masterminds, which was pitched to the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) over there at Perkins Coie, who, attempted to cover up their hot messes, to eventually removing my Sweetie from the annals of history.

http://relativitymedia.com/

Having now watched the video, just replace the guns with law licenses.

Here is a bit of a background on Relativity Media and a few of their subsidiaries in stealin' intellectual properties, like copyrights and patents:

Conyers Introduces “RESPECT Act” to Ensure Fairness for Music Legends & Motown Greats

Leading The Charge To Reclaim Copyrights
http://copyrightfraud.blogspot.com
I can recall some of these people, just laying by the pool, grabbing their androids and clicking away, filing fake LLCs then filing claims of copyrights to their new addresses.

For example, a Motown artist (not that I am using George Clinton as a reference) has an LLC in state A registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Some "Legal Genius" (trademark pending) has found out that, with good internet reception, he can use his android, while waking up drunk from the night before, to file a fake LLC in state B, using the same exact name, and transfer all the royalties from LLC in state A from the U.S. Copyright Office.

Then, by lunch and a few more cocktails, the "Legal Genius" (trademark pending) will have those copyrights, bundled, patented, and leveraged at least 35 times as a financial instrument for real estate investments, that can be wiped with a bankruptcy, to start all over again, by dinner.

That is how I found out what they were doing in the Detroit bankruptcy with the properties.

The Detroit Land Bank Authority was an easy set up to steal the taxes because it was set up through bribery, blackmail, campaign finance of really vile politicians who pushed through the Michigan Emergency Manager Law on the local, county, state, federal and international level to run the same intellectual property fraud scheme through patents.

Mr. Cohen has served on the board of directors of CBS Corporation since 2003. He has also served as a director of Viacom Inc. (2003 – 2006), American International Group, Inc. (2004 – 2006) and Head N.V. (2001 – 2007). RLJ believes that Mr. Cohen’s professional background, his prior senior leadership positions both at The Cohen Group and in politics, and current and past board positions, make him well qualified as a member of the RLJ board.

Now, I want you to go back in time with me to understand why so many of these people, heavily invested in Sinclair Publishing and BET, to name a few, would go through such lengths to create the #MeToo Psychoptic transposable model?

Sinclair Requires TV Stations to Air Segments That Tilt to the Right

I truly hope everyone understands that they were laundering money through political campaigns, children's trust funds, doing a bunch of other messy stuff those "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) like to do, like stealin' children, land and votes, right?

Can you say TARP?

It is all about the trust funds.

I am just going to go all the way out there and just say Perkins Coie Sucks because they were the law firm on the fake ass bankruptcy, just like the fake ass bankruptcy of Detroit from those fake ass mortgages, through fake ass businesses.

(See, I can create my own covert, counterintelligence #MeToo hastag.)

Ryan Kavanaugh likely made up sex harassment allegations against producer: judge

Hollywood producer Adam Fields on Tuesday was celebrating after nearly seeing his reputation ruined by #MeToo allegations.

Fields was ousted from Ryan Kavanaugh’s Relativity Media in 2016 and a year later stood accused by suddenly discovered files in the studio’s HR computers of sexual harassment.

But Fields, who was fighting his ouster in arbitration, was able to prove the allegation was totally made up.

An arbitration judge ruled that Kavanaugh likely created the bogus allegation — and awarded Fields every penny of the $8.44 million in back pay, according to arbitration papers filed in New York federal bankruptcy court on May 29.

“I’m happy to have my name and reputation restored,” Fields told The Post on Tuesday. “I can now go forward and do what I like best — producing movies.”

Fields, whose credits include “The Wedding Ringer,” “Limitless” and “Donnie Darko,” is expected to quickly recover from his seven months in exile — which is how long it took him to prove the ugly allegations wrong.

“The #MeToo movement has uncovered some really bad behavior that needs to be dealt with,” Fields said. “On the other hand, reckless journalism has also left irreparable casualties in its wake.”

Fields’ Relativity nightmare began in September 2016 when, on what he calls trumped-up allegations, he was fired for talking to the media — which violated his non-disclosure agreement.
Fields claims his “crime” was a seven-second elevator ride with a journalist.

Fields immediately filed for arbitration.

On the eve of an Oct. 31, 2017, trial on Fields’ claim, Relativity unexpectedly filed 2,000 pages of newly found documents.

It was in those documents that Relativity found a memo that “purportedly had been drafted by Relativity’s then Managing Director, Carol Genis, and which purported to document a pattern of egregious misconduct by Mr. Fields,” according to a bankruptcy court filing.

“In one instance a female employee detailed Mr. Fields (sic) suggestion that of his ability to increase their career path which she understood to be a sexual reference in exchange,” the memo read. “This employee directed me to 2 other female assistants whom she believed had experienced the same behavior.”

The alleged misconduct ultimately addressed unwanted sexual advances by Fields to “at least seven women (all unnamed),” according to the May 29 filing.

But in a stunning turn of events — one featuring a forensic audit of the computer generating the memo — arbitrator Judge Terry Friedman found the alleged peccadilloes presumably written up by Genis had been falsified by Kavanaugh.

This was after Genis testified at a one-day evidentiary hearing, accompanied by high-powered lawyer Patty Glaser, that she did not write or had ever even see the memo.

“The evidence was overwhelming and undeniable that Relativity falsified the Genis Memorandum,” Friedman concluded. “The [forensic] metadata refuted all of Relativity’s theories linking the Memorandum to Genis and establishes that it was last modified on Oct. 15, 2017 by ‘kav kav’, which must be Kavanaugh.”

Neither Relativity nor Kavanaugh could be reached for comment.

Grand Juries Begin Cranking Out Indictments In Congress: Chris Collins

There are many more items on that list, but what is even more interesting is the fact that the charges came down from a grand jury, which means there are lots and lots of grand juries going on.

This is the first indictment of a sitting Congressman.

Collins was promoting stock to fellow members of congress, covering up failed cancer drug trials.

You cannot use your public office to make money.

There are more charges than SEC fraud which is why I have included the SEC complaint, below.

This is seriously a new low in Medicaid fraud.

I wonder how much went into his campaign?

Stay tuned.

Congressman on pharma stock he owns: He talks about it the way you’d talk about your kid hitting a home run
The Buffalo, N.Y.–area Republican, the first member of Congress to endorse the presidential candidacy of Donald Trump, was the feature of a Hill story in which he boasted about how much money he’s made for other members of Congress by tipping them off to Innate IIL, -1.67% INNMF, +22.75% ,on the board of which he sits.

New York GOP Rep. Chris Collins arrested on insider trading charges

  • Rep. Chris Collins, R-N.Y., has been arrested on insider trading charges lodged by the Justice Department, law enforcement officials said Wednesday morning.
  • The indictment obtained from a federal grand jury also charges Collins' son, Cameron Collins, as well as the father of his fiancee, Stephen Zarsky.
  • In June 2017, Collins passed nonpublic information about Innate's drug trial results to his son in order to help him "make timely trades in Innate stock and tip others," the indictment alleges.
Rep. Chris Collins, R-N.Y., has been arrested on insider trading charges lodged by the Justice Department, law enforcement officials said Wednesday morning.

An indictment obtained from a federal grand jury also charges Collins' son, Cameron Collins, as well as the father of his fiancee, Stephen Zarsky.

The indictment relates to Australian biotech company Innate Immunotherapeutics, on which Collins served as a board member.

In June 2017, Collins passed nonpublic information about Innate's drug trial results to his son in order to help him "make timely trades in Innate stock and tip others," the indictment alleges.

His son then traded on that inside information and passed it to Zarsky, along with numerous unnamed co-conspirators, "so that they could utilize the information for the same purpose," according to the indictment.
Zarsky, too, allegedly traded on the inside knowledge and passed it along to yet more unnamed co-conspirators.
In total, the three defendants avoided "over $768,000 in losses that they would have otherwise incurred" had they sold their stock after the information was made public, according to the indictment.
In a statement to CNBC, attorneys for Collins vowed to "mount a vigorous defense to clear his good name."
They added: "It is notable that even the government does not allege that Congressman Collins traded a single share of Innate Therapeutics stock. We are confident he will be completely vindicated and exonerated."
The lawyers said Collins will have more to say on the indictment later on Wednesday.
The indictment related to Innate draws new attention to former U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price, who was grilled by lawmakers during his confirmation hearings in January 2017 about a tip on the company he allegedly received from Collins.

A spokesman for Price did not immediately respond to CNBC's request for comment.
Cameron Collins' attorney, Rebecca Ricigliano, said, "We look forward to addressing these charges in court, and will not be commenting on this case outside of the courtroom."

The GOP representative was already being probed by the House Ethics Committee, which found in October 2017 that "there is a substantial reason to believe that Representative Collins shared material nonpublic information in the purchase of Innate stock." The committee recommended further review.
The defendants are accused of multiple counts of securities fraud, as well as one count of wire fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count each of making false statements.

The GOP congressman reportedly surrendered to federal agents in Manhattan on Wednesday morning. He is expected to appear in federal court in lower Manhattan later today. The U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York is expected to detail the charges in a press conference at noon.

As the nation's opioid crisis has deepened, the number of drug treatment centers for pregnant women has grown. But experts and advocates say there aren't enough services for pregnant women to meet the demand, and many don't offer the drugs doctors would normally use to treat addiction because they are concerned about the effects they might have on a fetus. And some laws requiring that babies going through withdrawal be removed from their mother's care can be a deterrent to seeking help, they said.
