Tales Of The New Crown: Her Flatulent Boviness, Sheila Jackson Lee Announces The Congressional Procurement Consortia Task Force - TARP 2.0

This woman is not human.

She is a vile creature who has no soul worthy in this ethereal realm of existence.

Her Flatulent Boviness, Sheila Jackson Lee, in her regal leadership on reparations, is now memorialized as the one who publicly initiated Emergency Manager Emperor Pence's Procurement Consortia Task Force to launch her bipartisan working group for TARP 2.0, because they stole all the TARP and need more money so their fake ass schemes for stealin' the children, land and vote can get bailed out, from another bailout, because they ran all the money out the country through children's trust funds, then back into the country to fund political campaigns, like hers.

It is all about the timing.

It is almost that time for Trump to stop obstructing justice and pull those IG Reports from his backpocket.

I bet they timed this to blame her this all fell apart, which is shall, when the heavens fall.

This is about the trafficking of tiny humans, of which, Her Flatulent Boviness promulgates the residuals of the peculiar institution for her personal inurement.

This is not her first time bearing false witness into the public record.

DOJ & OIG: Statement by Attorney General William P. Barr on the Inspector General's Report of the Review of Four FISA Applications and Other Aspects of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation & Report

There is much more to come because there are the Ethics Referrals and all the other District Referrals from the OIG, including Durham, Huber, Mueller, SDNY, and the Detroit Grand Juries.

Oh. and Vladimir Putin has the other side of all of that which no one wishes to discuss, the trafficking of tiny humans.

And we have yet to find out how this all started...

Attorney General William P. Barr issued the following statement:
OIG FISA Report - Crossfire Hurricane
"Nothing is more important than the credibility and integrity of the FBI and the Department of Justice.  That is why we must hold our investigators and prosecutors to the highest ethical and professional standards.  The Inspector General’s investigation has provided critical transparency and accountability, and his work is a credit to the Department of Justice.  I would like to thank the Inspector General and his team.
The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken.  It is also clear that, from its inception, the evidence produced by the investigation was consistently exculpatory.  Nevertheless, the investigation and surveillance was pushed forward for the duration of the campaign and deep into President Trump’s administration.  In the rush to obtain and maintain FISA surveillance of Trump campaign associates, FBI officials misled the FISA court, omitted critical exculpatory facts from their filings, and suppressed or ignored information negating the reliability of their principal source.  The Inspector General found the explanations given for these actions unsatisfactory.  While most of the misconduct identified by the Inspector General was committed in 2016 and 2017 by a small group of now-former FBI officials, the malfeasance and misfeasance detailed in the Inspector General’s report reflects a clear abuse of the FISA process.
FISA is an essential tool for the protection of the safety of the American people.  The Department of Justice and the FBI are committed to taking whatever steps are necessary to rectify the abuses that occurred and to ensure the integrity of the FISA process going forward.
No one is more dismayed about the handling of these FISA applications than Director Wray.  I have full confidence in Director Wray and his team at the FBI, as well as the thousands of dedicated line agents who work tirelessly to protect our country.  I thank the Director for the comprehensive set of proposed reforms he is announcing today, and I look forward to working with him to implement these and any other appropriate measures.
With respect to DOJ personnel discussed in the report, the Department will follow all appropriate processes and procedures, including as to any potential disciplinary action."

JUDICIARY: Lessons from the Mueller Report, Part III: “Constitutional Processes for Addressing Presidential Misconduct”

Judiciary is trying to find out why Mueller was appointed as Special Counsel.

This is fun!

Hank Johnson was in rare form, like he was when he used to sit on the bench back in the days and it was truly enjoyable because he had the witnesses squirming in their seats.

The committee could find out why Mueller was appointed if they would just #sayhisname or read my blog, but hey, what do I know?

I know Mueller, not (mule-er) is scheduled to testify before House Judiciary July 17, 2019, right before the 2020 Democratic Presidential Detroit Campaign kicks off, right after the NAACP event.

How come the Members are harping on the importance of the press being used, like they did in Nixon, to impeach when they refuse to mention the Smith-Mundt Act?

According to Wikipedia:

The U.S. Information and Educational Exchange Act of 1948 (Public Law 80-402), popularly called the Smith–Mundt Act, is the basic legislative authorization for propaganda activities conducted by the U.S. Department of State, sometimes called "public diplomacy". The act was first introduced by Congressman Karl E. Mundt (R-SD) in January 1945 in the 79th Congress. It was subsequently passed by the 80th Congress and signed into law by President Harry S. Truman on January 27, 1948.

U.S. Repeals Propaganda Ban, Spreads Government-Made News to Americans

For decades, a so-called anti-propaganda law prevented the U.S. government's mammoth broadcasting arm from delivering programming to American audiences.

How come only a handful of congressional members never went to the Rayburn Building and read the redacted report?

Justin Amash did.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Judiciary Jolly Jerry Prematurely Ejaculates Victory All Over The Emolument Lawsuit Discovery Order

Image result for jolly rancher cocktail
Jerry is going to need one of these.
Poor Judiciary Jolly Jerry is prematurely being jolly.

Emmet Sullivan just ordered to proceed in discovery in the emoluments lawsuit.

That means Trump is just going to have to stop obstructing justice and pull that IG Report out from his backpocket, which would make Jolly Jerry, et al, very unjolly.

Onward to impeachment!

Dilly, dilly, Rashida!

IN A VICTORY FOR THE CONSTITUTION, JUDGE REJECTS DELAY & ORDERS DISCOVERY IN BLUMENTHAL V. TRUMP, LAWSUIT BROUGHT BY BLUMENTHAL, NADLER & 213 MEMBERS OF CONGRESS

In a victory for the Constitution and 215 Congressional plaintiffs, Judge Emmet Sullivan of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia denied President Trump’s request to delay the challenge brought by U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), and members of the Senate and House of Representatives to hold him accountable to the Constitution’s Foreign Emoluments Clause, and ordered discovery to begin on Friday, June 28. The Members of Congress are represented in this case by the Constitutional Accountability Center.

“This tremendous victory assures that President Trump will be held accountable to the Constitution and the American people — a historic triumph for legally mandated transparency,” Blumenthal said. “In a thoughtful, well-reasoned opinion, Judge Sullivan articulated what the law makes clear: there is absolutely no reason to delay one more day in ensuring that President Trump is held accountable for his violation of the Constitution’s preeminent anti-corruption provision. For more than two years, President Trump has thumbed his nose at the American people in flagrant violation of the law. Today, the courts spoke: no longer.”

“The Constitution is clear: the President must obtain Congress’s consent before receiving foreign benefits,” said Chairman Nadler. “Yet again, the courts have ruled in our favor as we seek to uphold the Constitution and prove that no one is above the law. This is a great victory in our fight for transparency and accountability for the American people.”

“We’re gratified that Judge Sullivan has rejected President Trump’s effort to run out the clock on this important lawsuit,” said Constitutional Accountability Center (CAC) Chief Counsel Brianne Gorod. “Our Constitution’s Framers adopted the Foreign Emoluments Clause to ensure that our nation’s leaders, including the President, would act in the national interest, not in their own financial self-interest, but for over two years, the President has been making sensitive foreign policy decisions under a cloud of potentially divided loyalty and compromised judgment caused by his enrichment from foreign states. It is therefore critical that this case be decided as expeditiously as possible, and as Judge Sullivan rightly recognized, the best way to ensure that happens is for this litigation to proceed in the district court. With the orders Judge Sullivan issued today, discovery can proceed, and we can begin to obtain the information that will enable us to prove our allegations that the President is violating the Foreign Emoluments Clause.”

OVERSIGHT: Hearing on Hatch Act violations - Kellyanne Conway Does Not Show Up - Quid Pro Quo Campaign Personal Inurement Conundrum - Where Is The U.S. Treasury?

The Latin phrase quid pro quo originally implied that something had been substituted, as in this instead of that. Early usage by English speakers followed the original Latin meaning, with occurrences in the 1530s where the term referred to either intentionally or unintentionally substituting one medicine from another. This may also have extended to a fraudulent substitution of useful medicines for an ingenuine article. By the end of the same century, quid pro quo evolved into a more current use to describe equivalent exchanges.
In 1654, the expression quid pro quo was used to generally refer to something done for personal gain or with the expectation of reciprocity in the text The Reign of King Charles: An History Disposed into Annalls, with a somewhat positive connotation. It refers to the covenant with Christ as something "that prove not a nudum pactum, a naked contract, without quid pro quo." Believers in Christ have to do their part in return, namely "foresake the devil and all his works".
The "foresaken" part is in reference to circumvention of the laws of the land, the U.S., to adhere to the laws of the heavens, or rather ecclesiastic law, more intuitively recognized as private law of the Vatican, a jurisdictional issue.

The Covenant with Christ is now recognized as the UCC, the children's trust funds.

TRANSLATION: If I give you lots of money while you are in office, to your campaign, through corporate layered NGOs and PACs, where I was only able to make this large sum political campaign contribution by procuring a federal government contract, with the help of your Chief of Staff, who then changes your congressional votes for more money deposited into their credit union account, monthly, to make sure Bills are put on committee hearing agendas, so I do not get busted doing what I am doing, like stealin', is this considered a violation of the Hatch Act if I run my ops through a foreign corporation with a children's trust?

Yes, the members of the U.S. House of Representatives have voting rights, well, some, until Nancy Edmunds started stripping their right to vote.

What if I gave you money to your political campaign by donating to an arm of the Vatican, like Bethany Christian, and you did some congressional, or even executive or judicial stuff for me like launch the Christian Children's Crusade of Faith Based Funding, Medicaid Expansion and Title I chattel re-interpretations, to "save the savages" at the border by funding child welfare propaganda operations, is that an Hatch Act violation or would that be an act of insurrection?

Better yet, what is the proper jurisdiction to address the act of a staffer, and or public official, who has not just taken money, but foreign money, to participate in the construction and continuance of money laundering operations in overseas economic development of infrastructure for the private inurement of a privateering UCC?

So, did Kellyanne make any money running ops from her office, and if she did, where is the U.S. Treasury and is stealin' from the U.S. Treasury an act of treason?

I guess the only way to find out is to initiate impeachment proceedings.

Dilly dilly!

On a side note, Raskin's new hairstyle is rather complimentary to him.

Jim Jordan asked the most important question to OSC: "Who filed the complaint?"

I know who filed the complaint.

Do you know who filed the complaint?

Probably not, but I do see a transposable model.

Jim identified CREW as one of the groups that filed the complaint.

Cummings is asking OSC to name the other groups.

Kelly is questioning OSC social media rules and the correlation of donations and media activities.

Sixth Time Is Always A Charm: Who Is The Last Foreign Company To Challenge The Mueller Special Counsel Appointment?

Robert Mueller
Bob, after a long day dealing with "Legal Geniuses"
(trademark pending)
Say what you will, but I am going with "Secret Foreign Company A" ,which more than likely did not register anywhere as a LLC or a Corporation, because it is a Corporate Shape Shifter, just like the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

See, if "Secret Foreign Company A" claims to be one of those Public Private Partnerships like the Detroit Land Bank Authority claims to be, will "Secret Foreign Company A" have legal standing to challenge in appeal, considering the fact that it cannot file its Corporate Parent Disclosure Form, because it was never incorporated, and lacks possession of any financial instrument?

Oh, the suspense!

Anyway, back to the appointment of Special Counsel Mueller.

You do know who made sure these legal challenges were planned out a long time ago, right?

Mueller scores big win as court rejects challenge to his appointment

Special counsel Robert Mueller scored one of the biggest legal wins of his tenure on Tuesday, as a federal appeals court rejected claims that his appointment was unconstitutional.

In a unanimous ruling, a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals turned aside arguments that Mueller wields so much power as a special prosecutor that he should have been nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate.

The appeals court judges also found no flaw in Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s appointment of Mueller in the wake of the recusal of then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions. The court said that because the attorney general can repeal the regulations used to appoint Mueller at any time, he remains under the control of a Cabinet official.

“Special Counsel Mueller effectively serves at the pleasure of an Executive Branch officer who was appointed with the advice and consent of the Senate,” Judge Judith Rogers wrote, joined by Judges Sri Srinivasan and Karen Henderson.

Mueller’s office declined to comment on the decision.

The D.C. Circuit challenge was brought by Andrew Miller, an associate of former Trump adviser Roger Stone, who was indicted in January on charges of witness tampering and lying to congressional investigators.

Trump's inner circle might escape Mueller charges — but still won’t be safe

Last year, Mueller’s office demanded that Miller appear before a federal grand jury in Washington probing the Russia matters, but Miller moved to quash the subpoena by citing alleged flaws in Mueller’s appointment. Miller’s challenge was backed by conservatives looking for a vehicle to escalate the legal attack on Mueller’s office.

In addition to arguing that Mueller’s appointment was flawed because he was not confirmed to the post by the Senate, Miller’s attorney Paul Kamenar argued that Rosenstein lacked authority to make the appointment because only the head of the Justice Department at the time — Sessions — could do so.

Before the ruling, Kamenar said he expected to lose before the D.C. Circuit and was eager to take the case to the Supreme Court.

On Tuesday, Kamenar said they are contemplating their next step.

“We are disappointed with the decision and will be considering further legal action, whether before the full court of appeals or the Supreme Court,” he said.

Miller worked as an assistant to Stone, who began saying last spring that he was bracing for an indictment by prosecutors from Mueller’s team.

Stone initially said he expected any charges would relate to his business dealings or tax issues. However, the indictment returned last month showed prosecutors were keenly focused on whether he had advance knowledge of the WikiLeaks election-year release of emails pilfered from Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta's personal email account.

Stone has denied any contact with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange or of having any privileged information about WikiLeaks' plans, notwithstanding an August 2016 tweet in which Stone predicted it would soon be “Podesta’s time in the barrel.”
For a time, it appeared prosecutors might be waiting for a ruling on Miller’s protests before proceeding to indict Stone, but they ultimately brought charges without Miller’s testimony.

However, in an interview with POLITICO, Stone said Miller’s duties for him were so menial that the snag in obtaining his testimony could not have done much to stymie Mueller’s investigators.

“I can't imagine,” Stone said. “Andrew Miller is a house painter. He did not work for me in ’15 or ’16. He came to the convention mostly to make sure I get out of bed in the morning after staying out too late at night.”

The D.C. Circuit’s ruling is the fifth federal court decision in recent months to uphold Mueller’s authority.

Chief Judge Beryl Howell of the U.S. District Court in Washington rejected Miller’s arguments last year, although she wrote that his attorney raised “legitimate questions.”

U.S. District Court Judges Amy Berman Jackson in Washington and T.S. Ellis III in Alexandria, Va., also turned aside somewhat narrower challenges to Mueller in separate criminal cases he brought against former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

And another D.C.-based jurist, Judge Dabney Friedrich, rebuffed a similar legal attack on Mueller mounted by a Russian company the special counsel had charged with scheming to use impersonation, fake social media accounts and other deceptive tactics to interfere in the 2016 election, chiefly on behalf of Trump.

That firm, Concord Management and Consulting, endorsed Miller’s appeal and presented arguments against Mueller at the November D.C. Circuit session where Kamenar pressed Miller’s case.
Manafort ultimately elected to plead guilty and waive most of his appeal rights.

Concord still has the right to appeal if it is convicted, but since criminal appeals must generally wait until after a trial and sentence, Miller’s challenge to the grand jury subpoena he received presented a more attractive means to push the issue of Mueller’s legitimacy quickly to the appeals court and on to the Supreme Court.

The fight the D.C. Circuit panel ruled on Tuesday is separate from another grand jury battle that recently traveled to the Supreme Court that also involves Mueller. In the other showdown, a company owned by a foreign government argued it should not have to comply with a grand jury subpoena.

Another D.C. Circuit panel rejected the company’s arguments. Chief Justice John Roberts briefly held off the $50,000-a-day fine the firm faced, but the Supreme Court ultimately turned down the company’s request for emergency relief. The identity of the company and foreign nation involved remain a mystery, but court records made public in recent weeks confirmed a POLITICO report from last year that the prosecutors involved appeared to be from Mueller’s team.

The opinion issued Tuesday was relatively dismissive of Miller’s arguments, but Kamenar said the longer wait for a decision from the D.C. Circuit in the case showed that the challenge had some force.
“The fact that the court took over three months to decide this appeal after oral argument compared to the three days it took in December to decide another challenge to a Mueller subpoena issued to an unnamed foreign corporation, demonstrates that this was a serious and substantial challenge,” Kamenar said.

Rogers, the author of the opinion upholding Mueller’s authority, is an appointee of President Bill Clinton. Henderson was appointed by President George W. Bush. Srinivasan is an appointee of President Barack Obama.

Happy Black History Month: Bennet College, HBCUs, Betsy DeVos & Child Welfare Fraud

HBCUs have always been part of the underground network for money laundering, but hey, what do I know?

I know the timing is just impeccable and reminds me of Detroit, sooooooooo much!

Bennett College loses appeals hearing but files federal suit to keep accreditation

Then this happened...
Just another transposable model.

HBCU, SEC, DOE, DOJ And The Child Welfare Fraud

Happy Black History Month!

DeVos donates her salary to historically black colleges, 6 other groups

Education Secretary Betsy DeVos donated a portion of her government salary to the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, a group of public historically black colleges and universities, the group announced Wednesday.

“Out of all the higher education organizations in the country she could have selected, we can’t thank Mrs. DeVos enough for her trust, belief in and support for TMCF, the mission and our 47 member-schools,” Harry L. Williams, TMCF president and CEO, said in a statement.

It's the latest example of her warming relationship with HBCUs, which got off to a rocky start when she issued a statement in 2017 calling the schools — founded during an era of racial segregation — "real pioneers when it comes to school choice.” Later that year, she was booed by hundreds of graduating seniors at a historically black university in Florida as she delivered the school's commencement address.

But DeVos has since drawn praise from leaders, in part for her work on a capital financing program that's helped their financially struggling schools.

“Mrs. DeVos has taken the time to consistently meet, listen and work with TMCF, learning more about the needs and value of our schools throughout her time at the Department of Education,"

Williams said. "We have had a productive and impactful working relationship with Mrs. DeVos and her entire team.”

DeVos made a $199,700 salary as a Cabinet member in 2018. The college fund would not say how much she gave. Nor would an Education Department spokesperson.

DeVos, a billionaire philanthropist, has a long history of donating to groups that support expanding access to charter schools and private schools and religious organizations, among other causes. Last year, she divided her government salary among four nonprofits, including the Special Olympics.

Besides the college fund, DeVos this year also gave unspecified amounts to:

This is one of those fun philosophical Gregorian Knots I like to throw at the heads of "The Elected Ones" every so often when I need a good chuckle by counting how many days it takes them to figure out that I just called them out for stealin'.

If a tree falls in the forest, does it make a sound?

If a child meets to qualifying criteria under the Title IV-A Poverty Means Test in being eligible for free or reduced school lunches in attending a public school, funded under Title I, then why is there a private scholarship fund to pay for what the student gets for free already?
In all situations, this exercise in ethics flies over the heads of "The Elected Ones".

This particular one is fun because it flat out tells you that they are using kids as lab rats, having Medicaid pay for their socio-economic research through child welfare, an expertise of Betsy.
