Notre Dame Goes Down In Flames For Holy Week

That art was financially leveraged through the Vatican bank.

I wonder if the Holy See will find more importance in rebuilding or ending their practices in trafficking tiny humans.

U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops Finds A Spokestoken To Throw Under The Bus - Judge Only By The Color Of One's Skin, Not Content Of Character - A Vatican #coloredrevolution

Yes, that is correct.

We have ourselves another one of those #coloredrevolutions, smiling cheek to cheek.

Precious just inherited a hot mess, which he was a will participant, but do not let him know that!

Wilton Gregory is now going down in history for being the first black Archbishop of Washington, taking over the responsibilities of the trafficking tiny humans global industry, and the ongoing mess of the "Nasty Ones", his former boss.

But, do not let that stop Wilton from happy moment, for it shall not last very long.

I cannot wait for his Instagram and Twitter Selfies.

Archbishop Wilton Gregory asked to lead Washington archdiocese

Archbishop Wilton Gregory of Atlanta
.- Pope Francis is expected to appoint Archbishop Wilton Gregory of Atlanta to serve as the next Archbishop of Washington, multiple sources have independently reported to CNA. Gregory would become the seventh Archbishop of Washington, succeeding Cardinal Donald Wuerl.
A formal announcement could come as early as next week, sources say, though it has not yet been confirmed that the archbishop has accepted the appointment. Sources in Rome and the United States told CNA that Gregory was informed of the appointment earlier this week.

Technically, there has been no Archbishop of Washington since Cardinal Wuerl’s resignation was accepted in October 2018, but Wuerl himself has served as interim leader of the archdiocese since that time.
The identity of Wuerl’s successor has been the subject of intense speculation over the last five months, and several prominent members of the American hierarchy were reportedly considered for the role.
One source told CNA that because Washington has been an epicenter of the Church’s sexual abuse crisis, the background of potential candidates has been subject to more exacting scrutiny than is typical for episcopal appointments.
For that reason, the source emphasized, the likely appointment of Gregory could still be subject to change, even close to the announcement, if the Holy See or Gregory himself had reason to be concerned about his ability to address the problems relating to sexual abuse and misconduct that have plagued the Washington archdiocese.
“They absolutely want to get this one right,” the source told CNA.
While Gregory, 71, is generally well-regarded among U.S. bishops as an administrator, one bishop told CNA that some expected his age might discourage him from accepting the appointment.
In Washington, Gregory would likely be expected to provide a period of steady leadership in Washington for the near term, while leaving open the possibility he could carry on past the normal retirement age for bishops of 75.
The Archbishop of Washington is generally viewed as one of the most influential Churchmen in the United States; the five most recent archbishops were all created cardinals - including the now-laicized Theodore McCarrick. The Archbishop of Washington is generally expected to walk a narrow line: articulating the Church’s teaching in the middle of the national political conversation, without appearing to be partisan.
Gregory’s appointment to the archdiocese would follow months of scandal in the Church in the United States, and his selection would likely have been made, at least in part, in recognition of his experience in dealing with the fallout of the last major abuse crisis in the Church.
Serving a term as president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops from 2001 to 2004, Gregory was responsible for helping to lead the American hierarchy through the fallout of the Church’s 2002 sexual abuse scandals. He oversaw the formation and implementation of the “Dallas Charter” and USCCB’s “Essential Norms” in 2002.
As a past USCCB president, Gregory is part of a working group - together with Cardinal Timothy Dolan and Archbishop Joseph Kurtz - charged by the U.S. bishops with examining and developing proposed reforms for enhancing episcopal accountability.
As the first African-American Archbishop of Washington, Gregory’s appointment would also be viewed as a historic milestone for the Church in the United States, especially since the archbishop is likely to be created the first African-American cardinal.
Within the Archdiocese of Washington itself, Gregory’s appointment would likely bring a welcome end to months of speculation.
While Washington’s near 700,000 Catholics are a considerably smaller flock than the 1.2 million Gregory has led in Atlanta, the capital archdiocese is home to a broad diversity of communities, which include the deeply enculturated African-American parishes in the southeast of the city, the affluent parishes of northern parts of the city, large communities of Latin American immigrants, thousands of university students, and the rural communities of southern Maryland.
A Chicago native, Gregory converted to Catholicism as a student in a Chicago Catholic grade school. In 1971, he was ordained a priest in Chicago by Cardinal John Cody. Consecrated bishop at age 36, Gregory served as an auxiliary bishop in his home diocese under Cardinal Joseph Bernardin from 1983 until 1994.
The archbishop is known to have preserved close ties with his home city, and with archdiocesan leadership in Chicago.
In 1994 Gregory became the Bishop of Belleville, Illinois, where he remained for ten years before moving to Atlanta in 2004. Since his arrival in Atlanta, Gregory has ordained 64 men to the priesthood and overseen the welcoming of more than 16,000 people as converts into the Catholic Church.
Calls requesting comment from the Archdiocese of Washington went unreturned. The Archdiocese of Atlanta did not respond to questions as of press time.

I Bet The Vatican Trafficking Tiny Humans Meet Up Was Wired Up

I bet the entire event was wired up.

Weeeeeeeeeee.........!

Vatican’s four-day meeting to explore how to protect children from sex abuse by clergy

Vatican’s four-day meeting to explore how to protect children from sex abuse by clergy
"White Rabbit to Superfans,
we are a go."
Pope Francis’ special meeting on protecting children from sexual abuse by clergy may be a turning point for the Vatican, but many critics still wonder what took so long.

The four-day gathering, which begins Thursday, is expected to explore ways for the Roman Catholic Church to protect children from abuse by examining bishops’ legal responsibilities.

It is also supposed to address accountability by church leaders and transparency in confronting cases of abuse.Francis called more than 100 bishops from around the world and dozens of others, including superiors of men’s and women’s religious orders, to the Vatican amid ongoing scandals about decades-long clergy abuse.

The church last week announced the defrocking of former U.S. Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, who was found guilty by the Vatican of sexually abusing a child.

The church and the pope during the past year have also faced an abuse scandal in Chile and a Pennsylvania grand jury report showing decades of cover-ups of abuse by priests.

“There is going to be every effort to close whatever loopholes there are and to make sure bishops understand what their responsibilities are,” Chicago Cardinal Blase Cupich, who helped organize the meeting, said at a Vatican briefing this week.

“My hope is people see this as a turning point.”

Cupich was joined at the briefing Monday by Maltese Archbishop Charles Scicluna, the Vatican’s top abuse investigator, who said, “Silence is a no-go. Whether you call it omerta or a state of denial.”

Scicluna said an initial response may be to deny problems, but that is not sufficient.

“It’s a primitive mechanism we need to move away from,” he said.

Francis called the meeting after his dramatic U-turn last year on abuse cases in Chile, where he first denounced victims for slandering priests, then admitted widespread abuse and prompted a number of bishops to resign.

“The pope said, ‘I got that wrong, we are not to do it again and we are going to get it right,’ and that gives us great hope,” said Scicluna, who led Francis’ investigation in Chile. Francis on Saturday sought to show bishops he means business by defrocking McCarrick, 88, for sex crimes including abusing an 11-year-old boy about 50 years ago, marking the most serious punishment inflicted on a Catholic cardinal in modern times.

Father Tom Reese, a senior analyst at the National Catholic Reporter, said the defrocking sent a clear message to bishops “who still say they don’t have a problem,” 17 years after a Boston Globe investigation revealed cases of abuse within the Roman Catholic Church and triggered a global wave of revelations about priests molesting minors.

A Massachusetts man who was abused by a priest when he was a youth, and whose evidence was used by the Globe, arrived in Rome this week to lobby bishops for change. “I find it astounding that there are bishops in the world who still don’t understand,” said Phil Saviano, 66, who is on the board of abuse research group BishopAccountability.org.

Bishops summoned to the Vatican were asked by organizers to fill in a questionnaire about how they protect children and were told to meet abuse victims before flying to Rome.

Between Thursday and Sunday they will hear speeches from experts and victims and split into 11 working groups to discuss three themes — responsibility, accountability and transparency.

“There is no word for accountability in Italian, French, Portuguese or Spanish, which tells you something — if the word doesn’t exist, there is a lack of it,” said German priest Hans Zollner, a child protection expert involved in the meeting.

After the conference, task forces may be dispatched to countries where bishops still lack what the Vatican considers adequate anti-abuse measures.

If U.S. bishops at the meeting can afford to feel confident they have led the world in putting controls in place, the defrocking of McCarrick suggests the North American church is still nevertheless covering up the sins of its clergy.

McCarrick, a fundraiser and global ambassador for the church who even took on the role of spokesman for fellow bishops when they introduced a “zero tolerance” policy against abuse in 2002, escaped censure for years despite widespread reports in the church about his sexual pursuit of seminarians.

“We have seen this play out with priests over and over again, with all these bishops saying, ‘I thought he was fine!’” said Anne Barrett Doyle, co-director of BishopAccountability.org.

“We have to look at a system that encourages allegations to fall through the cracks, which is designed not to process information but to preserve plausible deniability.” Barrett Doyle cited the resignation of Los Angeles auxiliary bishop Msgr. Alexander Salazar in December over abuse allegations the local archdiocese was aware of in 2005.

Ahead of the conference, Catholic religious orders Tuesday offered their own apology for ignoring abuse in their ranks, with two umbrella groups representing the world’s male religious orders and female religious orders, respectively, saying they bowed their heads in shame.

“The strong sense of family in our Orders and Congregations – something usually so positive - can make it harder to condemn and expose abuse,” the Union of Superiors General and the International Union of Superiors General said in a statement.

“It resulted in a misplaced loyalty, errors in judgment, slowness to act, denial and at times, cover-up.”

Zollner last week defended the Roman Catholic Church’s record on abuse, saying the church had done more to quantify it and block it than other organizations.

Zollner said that of the 300 cases of likely priestly abuse in the Catholic Church listed last year by prosecutors in Pennsylvania, only three occurred after 2002.

Saviano said the statistics proved little.

“It takes a great deal of time for people to come forward, so this is not a time to be complacent,” he said.

Critics of Francis have alleged the pope meted out harsh punishment on McCarrick to cover up for how he himself had turned a blind eye to the former cardinal’s predatory behavior.

For Catholic conservatives who resent Francis’ acceptance of homosexuals, the McCarrick case supports disputed claims that homosexuality is linked to abusive behavior.

Cupich denied that link on Monday and pushed back against claims that gay priests are less likely to expose pedophile colleagues because they are afraid the secret of their own homosexuality will become public.

“It is a hypothesis that has to be proven,” he said. Amid the talk of accountability ahead of the meeting, the Vatican faced embarrassment this week after the diocese of Trenton, N.J., listed a priest, Msgr. Joseph Punderson, as having been removed from ministry after being credibly accused of sexual abuse.

The priest has since worked at the Vatican’s supreme court in Rome, suggesting he may have been moved to a new role after the allegations of improper behavior. A Vatican spokesman, Alessandro Gisotti, told reporters at the pre-conference briefing,

“We are not here to discuss single cases.”

Frank Pavone Is Back & He Is Bringing The Boys - The Propaganda Of Election Interference For Trafficking Tiny Humans - Trust Funds

http://wdtprs.com/blog/
Yes, Frank is back.

He gave me saddy face when he dumped me on Twitter, but now he is following me again and he is bringing "The Boys" who come bearing arms, with their heavenly, well-regulated militia.

Behold, the battling factions have been identified in the final war for privatization.

Secular v. Non-secular.

For those who are ready to bravely descend into the next dark abyss of the netherworld of trafficking of tiny humans, here is door to the network.

They like to tweet, but I like to follow the blogs.

The world of the blogs are a sophisticated, complex  network, where very few are able to navigate, let alone sail.

Look at the symbols.

Look at the language.

Look at the Holy See because they are the administrators of the Children's Trust, written as Papal Bull, literally, on the backs of children.

This is how they control the master ratline and it is global because they are the ones who get the child welfare contracts and grants, in the name of the Lord.

This is about the Children's Trust Funds and who will be victorious in controlling our most precious treasures because this is an action in limine as we the Petitions for Certiorari are on the fast track to SCOTUS.

This goes deep, but we will get there.

I made John Zuhlsdorf my new friend because he knows what it is like to be so Baroque, you do not know if who will be stealin' your children, land and votes.

Opus Dei paid $977,000 to settle sexual misconduct claim against prominent Catholic priest

C. John McCloskey
The global Catholic community Opus Dei in 2005 paid $977,000 to settle a sexual misconduct suit against the Rev. C. John McCloskey, a priest well-known for preparing for conversion big-name conservatives — Newt Gingrich, Larry Kudlow and Sam Brownback, among others.

The woman who filed the complaint is a D.C.-area Catholic who was among the many who received spiritual direction from McCloskey through the Catholic Information Center, a K Street hub of Catholic life in downtown Washington. She told The Washington Post that McCloskey groped her several times while she was going to pastoral counseling with him to discuss marital troubles and serious depression.

The guilt and shame over the interactions sent her into a tailspin and, combined with her existing depression, made it impossible for her to work in her high-level job, she said. She spoke to him about her “misperceived guilt over the interaction” in confession and he absolved her, she said.
“I love Opus Dei but I was caught up in this coverup — I went to confession, thinking I did something to tempt this holy man to cross boundaries,” she said. The Post does not name victims of sexual assault without their consent.

The disclosure of the complaint and settlement were not made public by Opus Dei until Monday but behind the scenes, the ministry of the well-known priest had been sharply curtailed. Many Washington-area Catholics have wondered for years what happened to McCloskey, who was the closest thing to a celebrity the Catholic Church had in the region.

One other woman told Opus Dei that “she was made uncomfortable by how he was hugging her,” Brian Finnerty, an Opus Dei spokesman said Monday night. He said Opus Dei is also investigating a third claim — so far unsubstantiated — that he called potentially “serious.” He declined to provide details but said the woman “may have also suffered from misconduct by Father McCloskey” at the D.C. center, which is a bookstore, chapel and gathering place for conservative Catholics in particular.
In a statement, Opus Dei Vicar Monsignor Thomas Bohlin said McCloskey’s actions at the center were “deeply painful for the woman” who made the initial complaint “and we are very sorry for all she suffered.”

Bohlin’s statement, which came after the woman requested Opus Dei go public in an effort to reach other potential victims, said McCloskey was removed from his job at the center a year after the complaint, when it was found to be credible.

“All harassment and abuse are abhorrent,” Bohlin wrote. “I am painfully aware of all that the Church is suffering, and I am very sorry that we in Opus Dei have added to it. Let us ask God to show mercy on all of us in the Church at this difficult time.”

After leaving Washington after the complaints, McCloskey was sent to England, and then Chicago and California for assignments with Opus Dei. The woman in the settlement said she was told by church officials in Chicago when he was sent there that McCloskey would not be allowed to “get faculties” — or permission to fully function as a priest — and would be put on a very tight leash.
She became worried last year when she came into contact with someone else who knew about McCloskey and heard he may have been working as a priest in California.

In the statement Monday, Opus Dei said that after the settlement, McCloskey was told to only give spiritual direction to women in the confessional — meaning separated physically from them. In Opus Dei, a traditional community of Catholics, that is the norm for priests working with those they are counseling. McCloskey had an unusually public, free role at the Information Center.

In interviews in 2014, McCloskey was identified as working in “spiritual direction and pastoral ministry.” In a 2014 piece for the Jesuit magazine America, he said he was a “spiritual consultant.”
As a result, the woman in the settlement said, a lack of clarity about McCloskey’s role all these years haunted her, and she wants to be sure any other women potentially harmed by the priest know they aren’t alone and can get help.

McCloskey, who is now in his 60s, recently moved back to the D.C. region, where he has family. Opus Dei said Monday that he “suffers from advanced Alzheimer’s. He is largely incapacitated and needs assistance for routine daily tasks. He has not had any pastoral assignments for a number of years and is no longer able to celebrate Mass, even privately.”

The woman, who remains close to Opus Dei and participates in some of their spiritual activities, said Monday she was grateful to them for going public. She is now in her mid-50s, and was 40 when the incidents with McCloskey occurred.

“I’m very happy with how it’s being handled right now. They listened,” she said.

When she first reported McCloskey’s actions in the early 2000s, she said, she did so in a confessional with an Opus Dei priest in Virginia. The priest told her not to tell anyone else, including any other priests, “so he could fix it,” she said.

Later, an Opus Dei priest tried to help her, she said, encouraging her to seek medical and legal assistance.

Finnerty said the settlement for McCloskey is the only sexual misconduct settlement Opus Dei has ever paid out in the United States. The group received a special contribution specifically for it, he said. He would not name the donor.

Before becoming a priest, McCloskey worked for Citibank and Merrill Lynch on Wall Street, according to media reports. He was ordained a priest of Opus Dei in the early 1980s. He went on to become a successful author and religious commentator on television and radio, including the Catholic station EWTN.

In a 2011 piece by the Catholic News Agency celebrating 30 years as a priest, McCloskey said God had used him “as an instrument in spite of myself to bring dozens of vocations to the priesthood, religious life and to the new ecclesial movements, and all this with my evident faults and human failings.”

Mississippi Catholic Churches Next Up In Trafficking Tiny Humans - DHS Raid Diocese Of Jackson

This sounds like one of those Catholics In Action (CIA) operatives.

Why did Homeland Security raid Catholic Diocese of Jackson? It starts with a priest.

The Office of Homeland Security raided the Catholic Diocese of Jackson office investigating accusations a Starkville priest obtained money by lying about having cancer when in fact he was HIV positive and was sent to a Canadian sexual addiction facility for priests.

An affidavit by Homeland Security Special Agent William Childers was filed Friday in U.S. District Court in Jackson. The search of the Jackson Diocese apparently took place Nov. 7.

The affidavit says Homeland Security Investigations have developed probable cause to believe the Rev. Lenin Vargas-Gutierrez, pastor of St. Joseph Parish in Starkville, knowingly devised schemes of obtaining money by means of false and fraudulent pretense, through the use of wire communications.
The affidavit refers to Lenin Vargas-Gutierrez as Father Vargas after the initial introduction. A native of Mexico, he was ordained a priest in the Jackson diocese in 2006.

Childers' affidavit said the diocese had knowledge of Vargas' felony and concealed it by not making it immediately known.

The Diocese of Jackson issued the following statement Monday:

"Earlier this week the government began an investigation of the financial administration of St. Joseph in Starkville. St. Joseph Parish and the Diocese of Jackson are cooperating with the investigation. Pending the resolution of the investigation, Father Lenin Vargas will not engage in any public ministry and has been removed from all pastoral and financial administration.

"After receiving complaints, Bishop Joseph Kopacz ordered an internal accounting audit of the Starkville Parish’s finances.  After Bishop Kopacz’ staff conducted the audit, the Diocese placed fiscal constraints on Father Vargas’ spending and found that he was violating diocesan policy concerning soliciting charitable donations and demanded that he stop these activities and conduct no further charitable fundraising without first informing the diocese of these planned activities. Federal law, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, better known as HIPPA, prohibits our discussion of Father Vargas’ medical condition — not only when we first learned of it, but also throughout the time period mentioned in the affidavit. In fact, HIPPA law continues to bind us today in that we can neither admit nor deny anything related to Rev. Vargas’ medical condition."

In Vargas' absence, the diocese saidthe Rev. Jeffrey Waldrep, pastor of Annunciation in Columbus, will serve as administrator, and the Rev. Rusty Vincent will be responsible for all pastoral ministry at St. Joseph and at Corpus Christi in Macon.

"The continued spiritual and financial well being of St. Joseph Parish and Corpus Christi is of the utmost importance, and we will continue to aid you both in sound fiscal management of all of your resources. Let us pray with trust that the Lord Jesus will shepherd us through this difficult time of upheaval and uncertainty," the diocese said.

The affidavit said agents met with five confidential informants with years of experience with the diocese in August or September.

Affidavit highlights of confidential informants' statements

  • Confidential informant No. 1 reported that in late 2014 Vargas went to the Oktibbeha County Hospital Regional Medical Center for breathing trouble. Vargas stayed in the hospital for several days.
After Vargas was discharged, he invited the confidential informant to dinner and told him he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer — Walden Storm's macroglobulinemia lymphoma.
Vargas told the informant that the Diocese of Jackson was sending him to Canada for treatment because the Canadian hospital was one of the few hospitals that dealt with the type of rare cancer.
The informants said Vargas announced from the pulpit numerous times to St. Joe parishioners that he had cancer.

In April and May of 2015, an announcement appeared in the church bulletin, providing an address of Vargas for those parishioners who wished to send him mail. The address listed was the address of Southdawn Institute, "founded to address the need of religious and clergy around addictions and mental health issues."

A GoFundMe account was established for Vargas' benefit to cover medical expenses. Also, an informant said Vargas raised money for his alleged cancer from private donations as well.

Agents confirmed the GoFundMe account and that 57 people donated $9,210.

The GoFundMe narrative said that while Vargas has medical insurance, the costs associated with his cancer were high and that bills continued to be significant, and that donated funds would be deposited into the account. Three confidential informants told Homeland Security agents that the Diocese of Jackson's medical coverage for priests is very good and effectively covers everything, and that Vargas' medical expenses were covered.

The narrative contained a disclaimer that the Diocese of Jackson wasn't responsible for this campaign.
  • Confidential informant No. 2 told agents he learned from a reliable source that Vargas didn't have cancer and was in fact diagnosed with HIV in 2014. The informant said the information was forwarded to Bishop Joseph Kopacz of the Diocese of Jackson in 2015.
Information provided by the informant was corroborated by agents who subpoenaed Vargas' medical records from Oktibbeha County Hospital Regional Medical Center. The doctor ordered a HIV test. On Sept. 28, 2014, Vargas checked out of the hospital without seeing his doctor.

On July 16, 2016, Vargas went to Oktibbeha County Hospital Medical Associates for right knee pain and reported he had HIV. He reported on two other occasions that he was HIV positive, according to the court affidavit.

The cover-up allegation

In April 2015, Vargas left St. Joseph and went to Canada for treatment, informing parishioners during Mass that he was going for cancer treatment.

One of the informants said Vargas actually went to Southdown Institute of Toronto, Canada, which among other things, is a sexual addiction facility for priests.

In March 2015, the Diocese of Jackson furthered Vargas' cancer story by sending out email to priests in the diocese. Two informants said they believe the diocese was aware of Vargas' diagnosis when he was sent to Canada.

"The Diocesan email stated that Vargas would be leaving for extensive treatment in the near future, and that he would be gone for a few months. What the email failed to state was that Vargas was not going away for cancer treatment. As a result, Vargas continued to raise money for his supposed cancer treatment. Your affiant (Agent Childers) believes the email was sent in order to perpetuate the cancer story, to hide Vargas' HIV condition and protect the Diocese of Jackson  from negative publicity," the affidavit said.

In addition to the GoFundMe account money, St. Joseph parishioners and others donated more than $33,000 to Vargas and most of the money was spent on personal expenses. Two informants said that as of this year, Vargas was still claiming he had cancer.

Additionally, Vargas was raising money for an orphanage in Mexico, but authorities said he never provided any letter or correspondence from a Mexican orphanage and never provided receipts.
Vargas is also alleged to have solicited money for a chapel in Mexico.

Informants said Vargas spent excessively, especially by standards for priests.

According to the affidavit, in October 2017, Bishop Kopacz and Vicar General Kevin Slattery were informed by concerned clergy that Vargas was raising significant amounts of money from parishioners for cancer treatment and unverified charitable causes. The bishop and Slattery were told that Vargas was making numerous trips to Mexico and that money was missing from the parish coffers.

DOJ: SESSIONS v. The Conference Of Catholic Bishops - The Heckler's Veto

JEFF SESSIONS RESPONDS TO MINISTERS WHO INTERRUPT HIS SPEECH QUOTING SCRIPTURE

Attorney General Jeff Sessions was giving a speech Monday when he was interrupted by religious leaders shouting passages of scripture at him.

Sessions was speaking to the Boston Lawyers Chapter of the Federalist Society in Boston when a man wearing a ministers outfit began reciting a scripture from the Book of Matthew at Sessions. The man quoted Jesus, saying, “I was hungry, and you didn’t feed me. I was thirsty, and you didn’t give me a drink. I was a stranger, and you didn’t invite me into your home.”

“When you do not care for others, you are wounding the body of Christ,” the alleged minister said.
The minister concluded by saying, “Brother Jeff, as a fellow United Methodist, I call upon you to repent — to care for those in need.”

This is quite interesting considering that there seems to be civil unrest among the powering factions of the United Methodists.  I have some fun historical stuff on its child welfare clubs that I have to reconstruct.

DOJ: Sessions Calls Out Christians On Their Child Welfare Hypocracies

Sessions said, “Well, thank you for those remarks and attacks, but I would just tell you, we do our best every day to fulfill my responsibility to enforce the laws of the United States,” but Sessions was interrupted once more by another man claiming to be a minister. Keyword, "claiming".

The second minister yelled at Sessions as security removed him, “I am a pastor of a Baptist church, and you are escorting me out for exercising my religious freedom!”

After the hecklers were removed, Sessions said the moment demonstrating the “Heckler’s veto” in which “the ability of one individual to prevent others in a public forum to be able to express, hopefully, a coherent thought on a subject.”

Jeff Sessions responded to protesters: “I don’t believe there’s anything in my theology that says a secular nation-state cannot have lawful laws to control immigration. It is not immoral, not indecent and not unkind to state what your laws are and then set about to enforce them.”

This is definitely a campaign about the trafficking of tiny humans, but some would consider this campaign to be military and not political.

The investigations continue.

The Holy See Residuals Of The Peculiar Institution - Part Two - Civil Rights & Chattel Law - DOJ Issues Spoliation Letter To Conference Of Catholic Bishops

Concordia discordantium canonum
The First Civil Rights Database
(NOTE TO SELF:
 DNA ENCRYPTED BLOCKCHAIN TRUSTS)
The sanctity of society, under canon law, in the constructs of chattels, is the premise of civil rights, in equal access to justice under the administrative structures of chattel law.

Civil rights, as we understand, was the so-called answer to the ownership of chattels through the decree of consent, where one owns nothing but controls the chattels, perhaps, more intuitively understood as the right of civilization, a transposable model to set up a government under decree of the church.

Civil rights was the constraints of property ownership in establishing the administrative structure of the principle agent doctrine, designed in the early christian church, to delineate powers of the allodial title of tiny humans, or rather the kingdom.

The principle agent structure was one by appointment of the pope to authorize someone to function under the chattel laws of the land, the delegation of authority to administer, or rather formulate uniform law instruments, principles and rules to achieve those objectives.

And we are to remember that Abraham and his seed, for four hundred years, had no warrant to admit any stranger into that church, but by buying of him as a servant, with money. And it was a great privilege to be bought, and adopted into a religious family for seven years, and then to have their freedom. And that covenant was expressly repealed in various parts of the New Testament, and particularly in the First Epistle to the Corinthians, where it is said, "Ye are bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's." And again, "Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping of the commandments of God. Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men." Thus the gospel sets all men upon a level, very contrary to the declaration of an honorable gentleman in this house, that "the Bible was contrived for the advantage of a particular order of men."

These legal constraints of chattel law were basically to stop war, which was how a kingdom was expanded through slavery, human trafficking, potato, potato, in the implementation a tripartite structure, where the people pray to the agents of the principle, which can be understood as courts are equity.

Asset forfeiture is a civil right, not a criminal constraint, just remember that.

Slavery is really just a tiered system of access, and exit, to full rights of citizenship in a society, like in the right to vote which can be terminated, under the transposed model of chattel law, with many paths of constraint to parental rights of the chattel to procure and purvey private interests, as would see today as privatization.

This is the very first child welfare decree of consent, issued as marques to privateers, to engage in the acquisition of goods and the purveying of the chattels.

“We weighing all and singular the premises with due meditation, and noting that since we had formerly by other letters of ours granted among other things free and ample faculty to the aforesaid King Alfonso -- to invade, search out, capture, vanquish, and subdue all Saracens and pagans whatsoever, and other enemies of Christ wheresoever placed, and the kingdoms, dukedoms, principalities, dominions, possessions, and all movable and immovable goods whatsoever held and possessed by them and to reduce their persons to perpetual slavery, and to apply and appropriate to himself and his successors the kingdoms, dukedoms, counties, principalities, dominions, possessions, and goods, and to convert them to his and their use and profit -- by having secured the said faculty, the said King Alfonso, or, by his authority, the aforesaid infante, justly and lawfully has acquired and possessed, and doth possess, these islands, lands, harbors, and seas, and they do of right belong and pertain to the said King Alfonso and his successors”.
Amen
Papal Bull Dum Diversas
18 June, 1452

If, in any instance, these constraints of chattel law were violated, the chattel reverts through default to the allodial title powers of the church, on behalf of the king, instead of a bloody battle in the streets over who owned whom, including women, land and tiny humans, which some may recognize as family law.

Relevant texts from Decretum gratiani:
Betrothals cannot be contracted before the seventh year. For they can be contracted only with consent, which requires each party to understand what they agree to. This proves that betrothals cannot be contracted between children, because the debility of age prevents consent. (Decretum gratiani, Case 30, q II)
Marriage cannot be contracted before the age of consent.
Where there is no mutual consent, there is no marriage. Therefore, to give boys to girls in their cradles, or vice versa, accomplishes nothing, even if the father and mother do it and desire it, unless both children consent after reaching the age of discretion. (Decretum gratiani, Case 30, q II. C1)
Basically, life expectancy was not very long so they liked to start procreation at young ages to increase population and maximize production of a kingdom, or what was called a family after feudal law became passe' when it came to tithing children to the church for tax debts, just like they still do with children and land under county administered abuse & neglect laws.

This is why I keep saying it is #Time2AuditGod, because they are the administrators who control the law through privatization, held accountable, entitled to full immunities under commerce in chattel of UCCs.

Seriously, listen to the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) argue on behalf of the chattel system of land, for land and children are fungible under doctrines of property law, as the deeds are moveable chattel under civil rights, addressed, equally, under the UCC through UNIDROIT.

The International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT) is an independent intergovernmental Organisation with its seat in the Villa Aldobrandini in Rome. Its purpose is to study needs and methods for modernising, harmonising and co-ordinating private and in particular commercial law as between States and groups of States and to formulate uniform law instruments, principles and rules to achieve those objectives.

Eminent Domain and Property Rights Legal experts testified at a hearing on H.R. 1689, the Private Property Rights Protection Act. The bill would preserve constitutional protections for property owners following a Supreme Court eminent domain decision in the case of Kelo v. City of New London. Subcommittee members and witnesses discussed various applications of eminent domain in several states and debated what the Constitution does or does not protect in terms of private property owners' rights and state and local governments' ability to take privately owned land for public use or benefit.

Where, if you do not know, are the chattels of the States Children's Trust Funds, first established in Kansas as UCC, registered in the States under other UCCs of foreign corporations which are financially leveraged through Children's Investment Trust Fund in the instrument of the patent & trademark liens in real estate?

The allodial title to the christian real estate holdings seems may be in the process of reconveyance to Israel.

For better understanding of this concept of foreign interests controlling our government in complex, financial fraud schemes, please refer to the work of the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) who set up the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

President of Catholic Bishops Conference Joins Other U.S. Church Leaders in Expressing Strong Concern Over Israel’s Plan to Tax Church-owned Real Estate

This very same model of asset forfeiture of chattels, in personae, I like to refer to as legacies, has been in existence for some time in the form of the re-animation of tithing, of a child, or rather the revocation of the gift of God in the grant of custody and guardianship of the posterity, to continue the constraints of chattels, the law in the stations of society, they set up with their fancy child welfare NGO Public Private Partnerships that do nothing but more stealin' children, the land and the votes.

When a child goes into the custody of the courts or aegis of the states, there is a judicial mechanism which issues a decree of consent to transfer the controlling instrument, in this instance, the birth certificate and Social Security Number, through an administrative process, for the purposes of opening that federal funding spigot of Medicaid to a realm of spiritual ecstasy in their new found ways of stealin' with the blessings of the tax exempt god through foster care and adoption, or what I prefer to call the industry of trafficking tiny humans.

For those of you who are just now learning that the U.S. Department of Justice is investigating the Catholic Dioceses and the Vatican into sexual abuse of children, allow me to expound upon what is actually under investigation.

Child welfare, the history of chattels.

I found this all out when I received a letter of apology for what was done in Michigan foster care, signed by the law firm representing the Holy See.

Welcome to my mission...

All Hail The Whistleblowers: Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro Announces Grand Jury Report Of Sexual Abuse Of Children By Catholic Dioceses & Vatican

Federal Government Tells Catholic Bishops Not to Destroy Sex Abuse Documents

The Department of Justice has sent a sweeping request to every Roman Catholic diocese in the United States not to destroy documents related to the handling of child sexual abuse, a sign that the federal investigation into the church could grow far more extensive.

Catholic bishops have been asked by the federal government to retain their files on a broad array of internal matters, including sexual abuse investigations, and the transfer of priests across state or international borders, or to treatment centers. The request includes documents contained in “secret archives” — the confidential files that are kept by each diocese.

News reports last week revealed that the Justice Department had opened an investigation into all eight Catholic dioceses in Pennsylvania, and the diocese of Buffalo in New York. This marked the first time the federal government had undertaken an investigation of the church’s handling of abusive priests, a scandal that surfaced in the United States in the mid-1980s.

But this request to preserve files, first disclosed by Whispers in the Loggia, a site that closely follows the Catholic hierarchy, suggests that federal investigators are throwing a very wide net. The abuse scandal, long fueled by the shocking details in the church’s own personnel documents, may now grow like an uncontrolled wildfire.

“Every diocese should assume that it is potentially under investigation,” said Marci A. Hamilton, a law professor and founder of CHILD USA, a think tank at the University of Pennsylvania that studies child sexual abuse and prevention. “Given the crisscrossing paths of priests sent from one diocese to another across the United States, I can understand why someone in Washington would say, ‘O.K., everybody needs to hold onto their evidence right now because we’re just starting to sketch out where the pedophiles have been sent by the hierarchy.’”

Abuse victims have despaired for years that the church in the United States would never be called to fully account for the perpetrators and the people they violated. There have been government-run inquiries in countries like Australia and Ireland, but the federal government in the United States has been reluctant to intervene, until now. The letter from the United States attorney suggested only the potential of a broader investigation, but abuse victims greeted it as a turning point nevertheless.

“It’s going to bring tears to my eyes just thinking about it,” said Tim Lennon, president of the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests. “It’s hopefully the beginning of a process of long-awaited justice. For survivors, it’s been a long road to bring those who have harmed children and the vulnerable to justice.”

The request to the bishops was contained in a seven-page letter and set of instructions from United States Attorney William M. McSwain, of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and sent to the president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Cardinal Daniel DiNardo of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston. The letter, dated Oct. 9, asked that Cardinal DiNardo “immediately transmit copies” to all dioceses in the United States. The bishops conference then sent it to the dioceses on Oct. 23.

Mr. McSwain said in his letter that at this point there was “no need” for the bishops to produce any documents “solely on account of this letter.” He said that the letter was only a request that the church entities “not destroy, discard, dispose of, delete, or alter any of the described documents.” But he started his letter by saying that his office was “investigating possible violations of federal law.”

The general counsel of the bishops’ conference, Anthony R. Picarello Jr., warned in a cover letter to the bishops that the request was “very broad.” Mr. Picarello wrote that the bishops conference had taken steps to preserve its documents, and advised the dioceses to do the same. But he said he had told the United States attorney that the bishops’ conference “lacks the authority” to make sure that the dioceses retain their documents.

In a statement on Friday, Mr. Picarello said, “We have transmitted the U.S. Attorney’s letter at his request and in the spirit of cooperation with law enforcement.” His office said he was unavailable for a telephone interview.
Mr. Lennon said that two groups advocating for survivors first asked the federal government for an investigation in 2003. He said that survivors asked again in 2014 and in August of this year, after a Pennsylvania grand jury released a report that found more than 300 priests had abused over 1,000 children in a 70-year period.

Since then, attorneys general in at least a dozen states have opened investigations into whether their local dioceses engaged in cover-ups of priests and other church employees who sexually abused minors. The District of Columbia and Virginia announced investigations this past week.
Many dioceses have already said they will cooperate with local prosecutors, and they are likely to take the same stance in relation to the request to preserve their documents.

“We’re doing that anyway,” said Penny Wiegert, director of communications and publications for the Diocese of Rockford, in Illinois, “because we’re cooperating with our own Illinois state attorney, and we have our own documentation retention protocol anyway.”

But in the past, several dioceses have been accused of destroying fileson abusive priests, according to BishopAccountability.org, a research and advocacy group. Some church employees, including priests, nuns and lay people, have been responsible for blowing the whistle when documents were discarded or shredded, noted David Clohessy, a founder of the survivors network.

He said on Friday, “We applaud this move and hope it prevents the destruction of incriminating records that could lead to the prosecution of clerics who commit or conceal horrific child sex crimes.”
