Cocktails & Popcorn: Senate Vote In The #MeToo Due Process Legal Precedent - The Kavanaugh Psychoptic Comes To Detroit

Image result for champagne hollywood 1950s
"I believe this SCOTUS nomination is being hoisted
by the petards of the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending).
Pour me another glass of #MeToo,would you, love.
J'ai dit une bêtise."

Yes, this is correct.

I am highjacking #MeToo because it makes a mockery of the parents whose children who have been Legally Kidnapped by CPS, drugged, raped, tortured and sold through Foster Care and Adoption, where the parents are accused of the crime of poverty called child abuse, where one is guilty until proven innocent, charged, anonymously, ex-parte, without being able to confront one's accuser, place on a central registry to destroy one's career, and seize all future assets in a complex financial fraud scheme I like to call the trafficking of tiny humans, just like what is going on in the Kavanaugh Psychoptic.

This is a Live Action Role Play (LARP) on how to handle the menagerie of psychotic zoo animals within the confines of Congress, Executive Branch, and Judiciary, including those feral humans who like to play games for a living through privatized partnerships with federal and state contracts.

You see, if you accuse someone of sexual harassment (or child abuse, it is all fungible), there should be the opportunity for all parties involved to tell their stories, even the corporations, because corporations are people, too, according to Mitt Romney.

Stories were told in Senate Judiciary nomination hearings where someone was lying, rather generating and presenting false claims to a congressional committee investigation, into the public record, which is a felony that can be applied in a myriad of criminal, statutory forms.

Either it happened, or it did not happen, or something else really happened and it is not desirable to make the public privy to what is actually going on, because, it more than likely has something to do with stealin' children, land and votes.

There was an FBI investigation, but nothing was said if there was an ongoing investigation in dealing these very same actors in this Kavanaugh Psychoptic.

I am pretty sure there is an existing, open and active investigation, making it unnecessary to investigate all the other women who claimed to have been sexually harassed, because the FBI would never compromise their findings, which I am pretty sure they have already wrapped up and sent off to DOJ, but hey, what do I know.

I know we have all their "super-duper-secret-encrypted" communications.

I know the DOJ OIG Horowitz report has yet to be released to the public.

I know the Michigan 2018 Primary Election has yet to be certified and recorded.

I know this same #MeToo game was played with Julian Assange and John Conyers, Jr., yet, still, as we speak, there has not been any movement from federal investigative authorities to examine the breathe of #MeToo.....

....wait a minute....

Brett Kavanaugh confirmed as a Supreme Court justice, cementing conservative control of the nation’s highest court

WASHINGTON – The Senate voted Saturday to confirm Judge Brett Kavanaugh as a Supreme Court justice, solidifying conservative control of the highest court in the land for years to come and ending a bitter battle over his nomination.

The final vote was not just a chance for Republicans to shift the court to the right for what could be decades but is also a test of how public officials respond to the raw emotions unleashed by the allegations of sexual assault against Kavanaugh as part of the #MeToo movement.

That response will likely be scrutinized even further with the Nov. 6 midterm elections a month away, giving Democrats have a chance take control of one or more chambers of Congress.

It was also a victory for President Donald Trump, who nominated Kavanaugh, told reporters ahead of the Senate vote that Kavanaugh would be a "great justice of the Supreme Court."

For weeks, Kavanaugh's future had hung in the balance during hours of hearings, FBI investigations and sexual assault allegations, which he has denied. The remarkable and ugly set of twists and turns that ended with Saturday's vote.

Kavanaugh's path to confirmation became clear Friday afternoon when Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, who had been on the fence for months, announced her support for the judge in a 45-minute speech on the Senate floor.

"It is when passions are most inflamed that fairness is most in jeopardy," she said. "I will vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh."

And this ends Act II, Scene One.

Cocktails & Popcorn: The "Black & White" Double Drizzled Standard When It Comes To Conyers, Kavanaugh & Franken

Image result for eating popcorn in court
Law only comes in black and white.
Well, now, how come the FBI investigated #MeToo accusers before they alleged sexual harassment by Conyers and had him "taken out" of office?

I know why.

So, how come the FBI did not do the same thing and investigate the #MeToo accusers before they alleged sexual harassment by Kavanaugh and have him "taken out" of the nomination for SCOTUS?

I know why.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Will FBI Release Investigative Reports On The "Other" Denied Sexual Assault Allegations?

If Kavanaugh is confirmed to office amidst allegations of sexual harassment that have been investigated by the FBI and unsubstantiated, that would mean that someone lied to Congress.

That would also mean that all the other former elected officials who have denied sexual harassment allegations have FBI investigations, of which we have yet to see the findings because the DOJ OIG Horowitz report has not been released.

Cocktails & Popcorn: #MeToo vs. DOJ - Kavanaugh Updates Featuring Sheila Jackson Lee

Her Flatulent Boviness & her daughter, Champagne
(undercover espionage identities of Congress)
In this exciting adventure of Cocktails & Popcorn we are starting to witness the demise of the #MeToo psychoptic, but the issue is not that these women lied about what happened and who they are, but what are they covering up and why?

Grassley: No corroboration of Kavanaugh accusers' allegations in FBI report

Then, this happened.
Then, this happened, which triggered my memory so I have included a video on a possible relationship to explain the concerns Sheila Jackson Lee, Her Flatulent Boviness, has with computers and national security, below.

Can you say TARP?

GOP-doxxing suspect arrested; worked or interned for Feinstein, Jackson Lee, other Dems

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-California and Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas.A Democratic congressional intern was arrested Wednesday and accused of posting the personal information of at least one Republican senator during last week's hearing about sexual assault claims against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, authorities said.

Senior congressional sources tell Fox News that Cosko most recently worked as an unpaid intern for Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas. He previously worked with Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H., and former Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer of California. He also worked or interned with the office of Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, as well as with at least one other unnamed lawmaker. A LinkedIn page with Cosko's name on it describes him as a "Democratic Political Professional & Cybersecurity Graduate Student."

Jackson Lee's office told Fox News that Cosko had only worked there for a couple of months, but has now been terminated.

“It’s unfortunate,” Glenn Rushing, Jackson Lee's chief of staff, told Fox News. Rushing added that the congresswoman's office is "cooperating with law enforcement."

Hassan’s office has had two substantial personnel issues in recent months. Earlier this year, an intern for the senator shouted "Mr. President, f--- you!" across the Capitol Rotunda at President Trump as he was being escorted into the office of House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis. Hassan's office declined to comment on Cosko's arrest.

Personal information of Sens. Lindsey Graham, Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch was posted on their respective Wikipedia pages Thursday as the Senate Judiciary Committee questioned Kavanaugh over allegations that he assaulted Christine Blasey Ford at a high school party in the early 1980s. All three have professed their belief that Kavanaugh is innocent of the claims brought against him by Ford, with Graham telling the federal judge "you've got nothing to apologize for" amid a fiery rant denouncing Democrats' handling of the allegations.

The intentional publication of the information was first caught by a Twitter bot that automatically tracks any changes made to Wikipedia entries from anyone located in the U.S. Congress and publicizes them on the social media site. The bot account later deleted the tweets because the edits contained personal information. According to the bot, whoever posted the information did so from a computer in the House of Representatives.

The home addresses of the senators appeared to be correct, though the phone numbers didn't appear to be entirely accurate. A "home" phone number listed for Graham appeared to direct callers to the Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League (SMYAL), a Washington D.C.-based advocacy group.
Sources tell Fox News that authorities are looking into the possibility that at least two other senators were doxxed.

Fox News has also learned that Cosko was discovered by aides Tuesday night working on a computer in a Capitol Hill office that did not belong to Jackson Lee. He was arrested at his Washington home the following day. Capitol Hill security officials plan to scrub the computers in question.

Stop Medicaid Fraud in Child Welfare

So, if we approach the Keith Ellison Psychoptic in similar fashion to the Kavanaugh Psychoptic, we have in our sight one of those transposable models I just adore.

Kavanaugh Senate Judiciary Republicans say every body (congressional, executive & judicial pun intended) deserves due process but do not want an FBI investigation.

Senate Judiciary even published their own, preliminary report from Rachel Mitchell about Brett Kavanaugh's accuser, Christine Blasey Ford.

But then, Trump said the FBI can question anybody about Kavanaugh.

Then, this happened.
Since Keith has already called for a U.S. House Ethics investigation, that means that there exists a very strong possibility that there is already an ongoing DOJ investigation, because everyone forgets he is friends with my Sweetie.

Basically, what this means is that, if there is an issue with unsubstantiated claims, we have a transposable legal model to apply to those who were forced to resign from Congress in a court of law that would automatically be deferred for a full FBI investigation, which is probably already finished considering it has been going on for quite some time...like it should hurry up and finish...like right now...

I can.

That is why I went to the resale shop and got a hot air popcorn popper for $3 bucks.

MINNESOTA DEMOCRATS’ KEITH ELLISON INVESTIGATION CONCLUDES ABUSE ALLEGATION ‘UNSUBSTANTIATED’: REPORT

An attorney hired by Minnesota Democrats to investigate domestic abuse allegations against Minnesota Democratic Rep. Keith Ellison reportedly concluded the accuser’s claim was “unsubstantiated.”

Ellison’s ex-girlfriend, liberal activist Karen Monahan, accused Ellison of physically and emotionally abusing her during their years-long relationship.

Ellison, the deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee, has been dogged by Monahan’s accusations in his campaign for Minnesota attorney general.

(RELATED: Minnesota Democrats’ Own Lawyer’s Partner Handling ‘Independent’ Keith Ellison Investigation)

Monahan’s refusal to produce a video she claimed proved Ellison’s alleged abuse led Minnesota attorney Susan Ellingstad “to conclude that the allegation is unsubstantiated,” according to a draft version of Ellingstad’s report obtained by The Associated Press.

“An allegation standing alone is not necessarily sufficient to conclude that conduct occurred, particularly where the accusing party declines to produce supporting evidence that she herself asserts exists,” Ellingstad wrote, according to The AP.

“She has thus repeatedly placed the existence of the video front and center to her allegations, but then has refused to disclose it.”

Ellison’s Republican opponent, Doug Wardlow, previously cast doubt on the validity of Ellingstad’s investigation.

“Keith Ellison is being investigated by the party that endorsed his candidacy after multiple allegations of domestic violence. Any claim that this is an independent investigation is laughable,” Wardlow previously told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

“The investigation report, which was released today without our knowledge by someone outside of our organization, was unable to substantiate the claim of physical abuse made by Ms. Monahan,” DFL chairman Ken Martin said in a Monday statement to NBC News.

“For the purpose of objectivity and getting all of the facts regarding these allegations, we have decided to forward the information in the investigation to local authorities in order to let them review the contents and determine whether further investigation is warranted,” Martin said.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Kavanaugh & Accuser Christine Blasey Ford Testify ~ Someone Is Going To Prison

On this exciting episode of Cocktails & Popcorn, Christine Blasey Ford has a fear of flying which is why she flies everywhere.

Special Counsel for the Senate Majority, Rachel Mitchell, is rocking hot in her position.

I had to give her a shout out because no one is paying attention to the legal, which is what this is all about, the attorney-client privilege.

'An unmitigated disaster': Trump's allies aim fury at prosecutor Rachel Mitchell's questioning of Christine Blasey Ford

During the Kavanaugh hearing, the Senate Judiciary Members addressed sensitive topics about our civil rights such as quarter bounce, farts, and how much beer one can consume until they puke.

When discussions came up about Trump referring the matter for investigation to the FBI because both Kavanaugh and Ford have conflicting stories about the rape, sexual assault, gang rape...still trying to figure out where it happened, who was involved and which stories we are going with here, Kavanaugh freaked out.

Virginia has no statute of limitations for sex crimes.

Providing false testimony into the congressional public record, under oath, is a felony.

Someone is definitely going to be prosecuted and we have 3 more Kavanaugh victims coming forward, Julie Swetnick, Deborah Ramierz and "To Be Announced".

The blood was drained from Ford's face when Blumenthal spoke of the strength she had to testify like children who were also sexually abused and coming forth to tell their stories.

I think Blumenthal saw the video.

Blumenthal chastised Trump for not calling for FBI investigation.

There were cheers for due process for all the Members, and former Members of Congress who were accused of sexual harassment.

Lindsey did a legal smackdown on the burden of proof in due process, but, then again, he could just be taking the lead in the school play, now that McCain is no longer around.
Then Lindsey went off on the Minority for not informing the Majority of Ford's letter and accusations to call for an FBI investigation.

He still did not call for an FBI investigation, but I sincerely believe he knows there are a few going on already.

Lindsey dropped that Feinstein's Office referred the attorneys for Ford with questions about who paid for the polygraphs.

Cruz spoke of how wonderful Kavanaugh's mother is.

Good thing Kavanaugh came from wealth because CPS would have removed him from his mother and put him in foster care for a serious drinking problem at the age of 15 in high school that Corey Booker pulled in his line of questioning for his set up as a hit to the nomination.

Ford stated into the record, under oath, that she is 100 percent positive it was Kavanaugh.
Testifying to a Senate committee with the balance of the Supreme Court at stake, Christine Blasey Ford said Thursday she is "100 percent" sure that court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her 36 years ago, and particularly remembers how Kavanaugh and a friend were drunkenly laughing throughout the alleged attack.
Then, this happened.

Two men say they, not Brett Kavanaugh, had alleged sexual encounter with Christine Ford

WASHINGTON - The Senate Judiciary Committee has questioned two men who say they, not Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, had the disputed encounter with Christine Blasey Ford at a 1982 house party that led to sexual assault allegations.

The revelation was included in a late-night news release by Sen. Chuck Grassley, the top Republican on the committee. The release includes a day-by-day view of the committee's investigative work over the last two weeks since allegations surfaced targeting Kavanaugh.

Ford was the first to step forward with allegations and claimed Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed, groped her and attempted to pull off her clothes while both were high school students in 1982. Since then a number of accusations have piled on, including that of a physical assault and several other sexual encounters.

Kavanaugh has repeatedly denied all the allegations lodged against him.

The committee has interviewed two men who came forward about the disputed assault at a summer house party. Both told the committee they, not Kavanaugh, "had the encounter with Dr. Ford in 1982 that is the basis of his complaint," the release states.

The previously unknown interviews could add a new layer to the evolving saga on the eve of a possible explosive hearing between Kavanaugh and Ford, though it's unknown whether the men's claims are being taken seriously.

One of the men was interviewed twice by committee staff. He also submitted two written statements, one on Monday and a second, more in-depth statement on Wednesday.

Committee staff spoke to a second man over the phone Wednesday who also said he believed he, not Kavanaugh, had the disputed encounter with Ford. "He explained his recollection of the details of the encounter" to staff, the release states.

Both men were not named. USA TODAY was not able to independently vet the claims.

The committee has said it is investigating all claims made in the Kavanaugh saga, attempting to "make sure no stone was left unturned."

In this regard, the committee has also questioned Kavanaugh about a series of anonymous allegations, including a physical assault on a woman in the 1990s.

The release also outlines a number of others the committee has interviewed, including friends of Kavanaugh and those who know the women who have lodged accusations against him.

Then, this happened.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Sheila Jackson Lee Was Spotted Handing An Envelope To Attorney Of Kavanaugh Accuser Christine Blasey Ford In Senate Judiciary Hearing - POLL

It seems U.S. Representative Sheila Jackson Lee, Member of the House Judiciary Committee, seems to have handed something off to the attorney of Christine Blasey Ford in Senate Judiciary Hearing on Kavanaugh SCOTUS nomination.

Did you know I like to call Sheila Jackson Lee, "Her Flatulent Boviness"?

That is her character in our fairy tale.

She was very mean to my Sweetie.

I believe she has one of those "attorney-client privileges" issues going on.

Did you know she participated in the Whitewater investigation?

We really need a full FBI investigation into the entire Brett Kavanaugh Senate Judiciary Nomination Hearings process.

We need a full FBI investigation for all individuals who have been accused of sexual harassment, particularly the ones who have vehemently denied the accusations.

We need a full FBI investigation to find out what in that envelope Sheila Jackson Lee handed to Ford's attorney.

We need a full FBI investigation to find out why she was mean to my Sweetie.

What was in the envelope Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee handed to Ford's attorney?

WASHINGTON, D.C. - It was brief, but certainly long enough to be caught on camera Thursday during Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford's testimonies.

U.S. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, handed an envelope to Ford's attorney that raised speculation about what was inside.

“Simply, what was passed were unopened stationery notes to counsel for Dr. Ford from women who wanted to enter the hearing room but were not allowed to enter the hearing room," according to the congresswoman's press office.

WHAT WAS IN THAT ENVELOPE POLL

A. Cash

B. Check

C. Cryptocurrency

D. An order for fried shrimp

E. All of the above

F. None of the above

G. Other

Here Is the Full Text of the Declaration by Julie Swetnick, the Third Women to Accuse Kavanaugh of Sexual Misconduct

In her sworn statement, Swetnick says that she "fully understands the seriousness" of her accusations and charges that she was "gang raped" when she was a high school student at a party where Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge were both in attendance.

WHO IS JULIE SWETNICK, THE AVENATTI CLIENT ACCUSING KAVANAUGH OF ATTENDING GANG RAPE PARTIES?

  • Little is known about Julie Swetnick, the woman who came forward on Wednesday to accuse Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct in high school.
  • Swetnick, who is being represented by Michael Avenatti, claims that Kavanaugh spiked drinks at parties where women were gang-raped.
  • Kavanaugh vehemently denies the claims.
Julie Swetnick, a 55-year-old IT professional living in Washington, D.C., leveled serious allegations of sexual misconduct against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh on Wednesday, a day before the Senate Judiciary Committee is poised to hear testimony from the judge and Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, another woman accusing him of sexual misdeeds when he was in high school.
In a declaration released by her attorney, Michael Avenatti, Swetnick alleged that Kavanaugh and a friend spiked girls’ drinks with alcohol during parties in the early 1980s. She also suggested the conservative judge was present during gang rapes, which allegedly took place in the suburbs of Washington, D.C.

Swetnick claimed that Kavanaugh was at one party in 1982 where she was gang raped, though she does not accuse him of taking part in the attack.

Of particular note in Swetnick’s declaration is the age difference between she and Kavanaugh. Swetnick said the events described in her declaration occurred between 1981 and 1983, when she was between 18 and 21 years old. Kavanaugh would have been between 15 and 18 years old at the time.

She graduated from Gaithersburg High School in 1980, according to Swetnick’s resume. She was born in December 1962, according to publicly available records. Kavanaugh was born in February 1965 and graduated from Georgetown Prep School in 1983.

(RELATED: Woman Repped By Avenatti Claims Kavanaugh Attended Gang-Rape Parties)

Swetnick’s eleventh-hour emergence has come under scrutiny, as has her representation by Avenatti, the lawyer for Stormy Daniels, the porn star who claims to have had an affair with President Donald Trump.

(RELATED: Kavanaugh Responds To Accuser Represented By Avenatti)

In her own complaint against Kavanaugh, Blasey Ford alleged that Mark Judge, a longtime friend of Kavanaugh’s, was present when Kavanaugh attempted to rape her during a house party in the summer of 1982. Ford claimed that Kavanaugh and Judge trapped her in a bedroom, and that Kavanaugh forced himself on her and attempted to remove her clothes.

Both Kavanaugh and Judge have denied that the incident occurred. A college classmate of Kavanaugh’s has also come forward to claim that he thrust his penis in her face at a party when they both attended Yale. Before coming forward, the accuser, Deborah Ramirez, told friends that she was not entirely certain that Kavanaugh was the person who exposed himself to her.

Swetnick’s allegations are vague on details and specifics, though she claimed that unnamed eyewitnesses will back up her claims.

She alleged that she attended more than 10 house parties with Kavanaugh and Judge. During the gatherings, Swetnick says she witnessed Kavanaugh “drink excessively and engage in highly inappropriate conduct, including being overly aggressive with girls and not taking ‘No’ for an answer.” She alleged that the conduct “included the fondling and grabbing of girls without their consent” and that Kavanaugh was “abusive and physically aggressive” towards girls.

She alleged that Kavanaugh and Judge would spike drinks at parties in order to lower victims’ defenses.

“I also witnessed efforts by Mark Judge, Brett Kavanaugh and others to cause girls to become inebriated and disoriented so they could then be ‘gang raped’ in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys. I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.”

Swetnick further claimed that “in approximately 1982,” she was the victim of a gang rape at a party where Kavanaugh and Judge were present. Swetnick would have been 19 or 20 years old at the time, while Kavanaugh would have been 16 or 17.

Kavanaugh denied the allegations as “ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone.”

“I don’t know who this is and this never happened,” Kavanaugh said in a statement issued through the White House.

Little else is known about Swetnick, other than items included on her resume and several court cases she has been involved in over the years.

A credentialed web developer, Swetnick lists security clearances with the U.S. Department of Treasury and U.S. Mint. She previously held clearances at the “Secret” level (“Top Secret” is the highest) for the State Department and Department of Justice.

Swetnick also claims to have a security clearance with the IRS despite having recently had a $40,000 judgement against her for unpaid taxes. She settled a $40,303 IRS judgement on March 23 of this year, according to a public records search. Maryland court records show a $62,821 tax lien filed against her on Oct. 2, 2015.
Swetnick has also been involved in civil cases in Maryland and Oregon.

Swetnick filed a personal injury lawsuit against the Washington, D.C. Metro in September 1994. The outcome of that case is also unclear.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Brett Kavanaugh & Emmett Till ~ The Faces For The New Civil Rights Movement

This is the era of the new civil rights movement where, we judge, not on the color of one's skin, but on the content of one's character, but you cannot judge without due process.

Emmett Till, 14 years old, was murdered by a vigilante group because he was accused of sexually accosting a woman who existed in the exclusive realm of a property ownership society.
On August 24, 1955, 14-year-old Emmett Till reportedly flirted with a white cashier in Money, Mississippi. Four days later, two white men tortured and murdered Till. His murder galvanized the emerging Civil Rights Movement.
Emmett Till was falsely accused and murdered, all without due process.

This is just another reason why I already know the DOJ, or rather the Office of Special Prosecutor has already completed its investigations of the sexual harassment accusations of Congress, including the Senate Hearing issues with Kavanaugh.

In the 1987 documentary "Eyes on the Prize," Huie told filmmakers that Till's murderers "killed him because he boasted of having a white girl and showed them the picture of a white girl in Chicago," according to the Clarion Ledger.

We, as a nation, no longer lynch.

We have due process, a right of a civil society that was not afforded Emmett Till, but then again, he was a child and no one cares about children.

Right?

The time has come for justice to take off that fraudulent hoodwink called chattel law and see the truth because that is what the Emmett Till Unsolved Civil Rights Crimes Reauthorization Act is all about, due process for all involved in a civil society.

All whistleblowers deserve their civil right of due process and they shall have it, because I said so.

It seems Brett Kavanaugh is the new face for the new civil rights movement.

BREAKING NEWS.....THIS JUST IN.....

FORD’S POLYGRAPH PRESENTS ANOTHER INCONSISTENCY IN WHO ATTENDED ALLEGED PARTY

Carolyn Donham, the woman who made false claims to an uncivil society against Emmett Till for sexual harassment later recanted her story which is why the investigation was re-opened.

She was never afforded due process for lying on a child about sexual harassment.

I am going start a new list of individuals who will be subpoenaed, to ensure they, too, have their civil right of due process, because I like cocktails with my popcorn, you know.

DOJ reopens Emmett Till case after ‘new information’ arises: report

Federal investigators have reopened a decades-old investigation into the lynching of Emmett Till, a black teenager who was killed in Mississippi.

The Justice Department announced in a March report to Congress that it has reopened Till’s 1955 killing after receiving “new information,” The Associated Press reported Thursday.

The case was closed in 2007 after authorities said the suspects had died and the state grand jury didn’t file any charges.

Till’s cousin, Deborah Watts, said she was not told the case was reopened until the AP contacted her but said it was “wonderful.”

“None of us wants to do anything that jeopardizes any investigation or impedes, but we are also very interested in justice being done,” she told the outlet, declining to discuss specifics.

The Justice Department declined to comment to the AP about the investigation.

An explosive book by Timothy B. Tyson titled “The Blood of Emmett Till," out last year, and alleges that Carolyn Donham, the white woman at the center of the case, admitted to lying about the events leading up to the lynching.

Donham told police in 1955 that Till, a 14-year-old black boy from Chicago, whistled at her and tried to grab her inside a store in Money, Miss.

Till was later abducted from the home he was staying at for the summer and was beaten and shot.

His body was later found in the Tallahatchie River, weighed down by a cotton gin.

Pictures of his mutilated body during his funeral helped spark the civil rights movement, the AP noted.

Tyson quotes a 2008 interview with Donham in his book, acknowledging that she lied during her testimony.

“Nothing that boy did could ever justify what happened to him,” Donham says in the book.

Donham’s then-husband, Roy Bryant, and his half-brother J.W. Milam were charged with the murder but were later acquitted by an all-white jury.

Both men later confessed in a magazine interview but have since died, AP reported.

Donham, who will be 84 this month, currently lives in Raleigh, N.C., and declined comment to the AP.

Cocktails & Popcorn: What Do Kavanaugh & Conyers Have In Common?

Q: What do Kavanaugh & Conyers have in common?

A: A menagerie of privileged psychotic zoo animals who fail to understand that making false claims into the public record under oath is a fraud, which just so happens to be a federal crime to be referred to the Office of Special Prosecutor for further action.

So, that is why there will be trials in 2019.

Oups, j'ai dit une bétise!

I am biting my pearls to find out what these people are going to do when the parents testify, under oath, of the screams of their children who were ripped from their arms in the middle of the night to be drugged, raped and tortured in foster care for years.

I wonder if the Congress and the public will give this much attention to the children when they tell their stories, and it is not 35 years ago, it is going on, still, to this day, as we speak, and no one cares.

Priorities, you know.

Bill Cosby his sentence for sexually assaulting
Andrea Constand
Just to properly frame the Kavanaugh Psyoptic in a more down to earth light, allow me to introduce a counter argument to spotlight, again, the need for everyone to tell their stories, under oath, in Senate Judiciary Hearings.

The Latest: Cosby accusers say he got what he deserved

636650813387011488-ZolkowskiM.jpg
Mary Zolkowski, 21, pleaded guilty to falsely reporting a felony
There is one common factor in the Cosby conviction and the Zolkowski conviction: there was a police report.

Woman who lied about rape at Michigan college sentenced to jail

Yes, at no time have any of the women who have accused Kavanaugh of attempted rape and rape, or whatever the new story of the day is, have ever filed a police report.

You would think, instead of going online and starting a fundraising campaign, even though these are weathly, professional women, who have access to legal representation, have never, ever, ever filed a police report.

Nope.

So, let me explain to you the role of the police since it seems we are dealing with "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending).

Police are keepers of the peace, civil servants, which means they have the duty to preserve the public record, as keeper of the record.

Police are civil servants to preserve civility of society, which includes protecting the civil rights of individuals who have been accused of any transgression, because it is the role of the officer to investigate, gather evidence and process it to prevent any future harms to society.

Law enforcement is more than just body armor and guns.

Law enforcement records the claims in the annals of history.

Law enforcement is supposed to enforce law, like the U.S. Attorney General, and we have civil rights laws on the books that have yet to be stripped by these "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending).

So, this means that, in the event these transgressions happened when they were juveniles, under the age of 18, the legal guardian, in this instance, the parents were supposed to bring forth claims to law enforcement, due to privacy issues in child welfare law, which is just another reason to have congressional testimony.

If no one has brought forth claims against Kavanaugh, then, the responsibility defaults to Congress to report it to law enforcement for full investigation and prosecution, whether valid, or invalid.

If law enforcement finds the enough evidence that there are grounds for prosecution, then, the U.S. Attorney General can take action, if the accusers have given false testimony in a congressional hearing, then, there are grounds for criminal prosecution, just like Mary Zolkowski.

Then, the New Yorker, that you must pay to read unless you know who to circumvent the paywall, comes out with the story of the latest Kavanaugh accuser, Deborah Ramirez, who has also hails from the hermetically sealed ivory tower of society, came out with an even more salacious 36 year old suppressed memory.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Kavanaugh Gets A Taste Of Due Process For The Poors

Image result for whiskey and court
"And justice for all. Dilly, dilly!"
Well, it looks like Brett is getting a taste of our justice system in how they deal with "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth).

See, in Child Welfare, child abuse and neglect cases, Child Protective Services has the Right To Lie, even through it was ruled in the contrary, but no one is going to enforce it, where one is guilty until proven innocent, without right to face one's accuser, publicly recorded as a crime, before due process even begins, the child is snatched from the home, separated from the parents, and there is nothing you can do about it.

Do you know how many termination of parental rights cases have gone through the justice system based upon a lie of sexual abuse of a child?

Do you know how many parents have been accused of horrific deeds that have led to being placed upon a Central Registry, without due process, to be stripped of assets, jobs, and denied the right to live in a civil society being labeled as a social pariah?

Do you know there are congressmen who have been accused of sexual assault allegations that have never been afforded due process?

If Brett is going to be a leader in justice for this country, then I would encourage him to demand a fair process to defend integrity for all the congressmen who have been accused of sexual assault, and all the parents who have had their children Legally Kidnapped.

Sexual harassment does not always come from someone who is your superior.

Sometimes, sexual harassment comes from other staffers, who happen to be female, where these female colleagues will smear another woman in the workplace, which can, and does, turn violent, whether that violence be physical, verbal or economic.

Sometimes, female colleagues will just take your paycheck.

Sometimes, female colleagues will have your tires slashed or your homes torched.

Sometimes, female congressional staffers will encourage other congressional staffers to do really, super mean things to someone you care about, just to make you go away, without due process.

Such a shame that Congress does not understand that they already granted the U.S. Treasury the powers.

Women can be so nasty.

Just remember that.

Get popcorn.

Ex-aides in Hill sexual harassment scandals tell Congress: Finalize a misconduct deal

Seven women who have come forward about experiencing sexual harassment while they worked in Congress made a public plea Thursday for lawmakers to finalize a deal to strengthen Capitol Hill’s misconduct policing system.

In a letter to congressional leaders, a copy of which was shared with POLITICO, the women described themselves as “dismayed and disheartened by Congress’s failure to act and take care of its own” by agreeing on final legislation modernizing the Hill’s workplace harassment rules.

“In every building, down every hallway, and behind every door in Congress are good, honest people — often young people — working long hours for little pay in hopes of making our country and the world fairer and more just,” the seven women wrote.

“But for too many of us, the work was tainted by harassment and abuse nurtured by a culture of secrecy and an unforgiving, flawed system that protects those in power rather than those who need protection most. This included sexual harassment, verbal beratement, public humiliation, being punched, being grabbed, being threatened. And in every instance, our current jobs and future careers in politics were integrally tied to our willingness to stay quiet.”

Among the letter’s seven signatories are Lauren Greene, whose harassment claimagainst ex-Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Texas) helped force his resignation, and Anna Kain, whose harassment by a top aide in Rep. Elizabeth Esty’s office prompted Esty (D-Conn.) to forgo reelection and acknowledge she had mishandled Kain’s claim. Their letter comes as a sexual assault allegation has upended Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination and as the one-year anniversary of the rise of the #MeToo movement nears.

The House passed a bipartisan bill revamping the current system for handling and deterring workplace misconduct on the Hill in February, amid a wave of sexual misconduct scandals that ended careers on both sides of the aisle. Republicans and Democrats aligned in that chamber call for changes to a harassment adjudication process that imposed undue burdens on accusers, including mandatory mediation, and allowed lawmakers to settle claims using taxpayer money.

The Senate approved its own Hill harassment overhaul in May. But the upper chamber’s bipartisan accord watered down several pivotal provisions of the House’s measure and has sparked tension between the chambers ever since over the shape of a final accord. Although staff-level talks have continued, the prospects for agreement before the midterm elections appear slimmer by the day given the scant number of days lawmakers are set to remain in session.

The seven former congressional employees pointed to the ticking clock in their letter to lawmakers, writing: "The 115th Congress must act now to effectively address the scourge of harassment and discrimination in its own workforce."

The letter's other signatories are Katherine Cichy, who shared her story of harassment while working in former Sen. Tim Johnson's (D-S.D.) office; Rebecca Weir, who shared a story of being asked to "twirl" by former Rep. Gary Miller (R-Calif.); Ally Coll Steele, who founded a nonprofit focused on combating sexual harassment after sharing her own experience of harassment by an ex-Democratic senator; Winsome Packer, who settled a harassment claim against Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-Fla.); and Melanie Sloan, a veteran watchdog-group lawyer who joined others in alleging harassment by former Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.).

Why I Did Not Report - Testimony Of Baby LK Of Legally Kidnapped

Baby LK of Legally Kidnapped tells his story of why he did report being drugged, raped and trafficked in foster care, and why no one listened.

#WhyIDidntReport

No one cares about children being drugged, raped and trafficked in foster care and adoption, whether they report it or not.

But then came the blatant dismissal of trafficking tiny humans which made me think.

Then, from the bowels of the internet, came boiling questions to the motivations of Christine Blasey Ford.

Melanie Sloan was the first person to speak out on behalf of Christine Blasey Ford to tell her story under the psyoptic propaganda of #MeToo.

Then came the next phase of psyoptic propaganda.

Christine, who hails from family of generational prominence, had her team start a GoFundMe account, but nothing for the kids in foster care and adoption being drugged, raped and trafficked.

#WhyIDidntReport is a trend going on Twitter responding to this tweet by Trump.
Which brings us to one more reason why she never reported.

Christine Blasey Ford is a clinical psychologist in child welfare predictive modeling who has published in medical journals to validate patents in medical procedural testing, where I dare say, seems to have used children in foster care as lab rats.

I believe the reason why she as asked for an extension to testify was to come up with a better reason why she did not report other than she, and the #WhyIDidntReport fans, do not care about foster kids being used as lab rats, raped and trafficked.

I bet she is corroborating with Melanie, right about now.

I am still reading the TEVA cases, so I will update in future posts.

Go ask your candidates for the November General Election 2018 what would they do if a foster kid reported being drugged, raped and trafficked in foster care to them and let me know what they say.

Take pics and record!

Attorneys for Christine Blasey Ford ask for another day to make decision to testify

Attorneys for Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who has accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, asked the Senate Judiciary Commitee on Friday night for an additional day to make her decision to testify.

Senate Republicans earlier Friday extended a counteroffer to Ford to testify on Capitol Hill next Wednesday, amid negotiations over whether she would elaborate on her allegations against Kavanaugh in public.

Fox News was told that the Republican senators wanted an answer “by the end of the day.”
In a statement released Friday evening, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley extended the deadline for a response to 10 p.m. If there's no response, or a rejection of the offer, Grassley said in a statement, the committee may set a vote on Kavanaugh's nomination for Monday.

“I’m extending the deadline for response yet again to 10 o’clock this evening," Grassley said. "I’m providing a notice of a vote to occur Monday in the event that Dr. Ford’s attorneys don’t respond or Dr. Ford decides not to testify. In the event that we can come to a reasonable resolution as I’ve been seeking all week, then I will postpone the committee vote to accommodate her testimony."
But Ford's lawyer, Debra Katz, labeled the 10 p.m. deadline "arbitrary."

"Its sole purpose is to bully Dr. Ford and deprive her of the ability to make a considered decision that has life-altering implications for her and her family," Katz said in a statement. "She has already been forced out of her home and continues to be subjected to harassment, hate mail, and death threats.  Our modest request is that she be given an additional day to make her decision."
