Cocktails & Popcorn: Kavanaugh & Accuser Christine Blasey Ford Testify ~ Someone Is Going To Prison

On this exciting episode of Cocktails & Popcorn, Christine Blasey Ford has a fear of flying which is why she flies everywhere.

Special Counsel for the Senate Majority, Rachel Mitchell, is rocking hot in her position.

I had to give her a shout out because no one is paying attention to the legal, which is what this is all about, the attorney-client privilege.

'An unmitigated disaster': Trump's allies aim fury at prosecutor Rachel Mitchell's questioning of Christine Blasey Ford

During the Kavanaugh hearing, the Senate Judiciary Members addressed sensitive topics about our civil rights such as quarter bounce, farts, and how much beer one can consume until they puke.

When discussions came up about Trump referring the matter for investigation to the FBI because both Kavanaugh and Ford have conflicting stories about the rape, sexual assault, gang rape...still trying to figure out where it happened, who was involved and which stories we are going with here, Kavanaugh freaked out.

Virginia has no statute of limitations for sex crimes.

Providing false testimony into the congressional public record, under oath, is a felony.

Someone is definitely going to be prosecuted and we have 3 more Kavanaugh victims coming forward, Julie Swetnick, Deborah Ramierz and "To Be Announced".

The blood was drained from Ford's face when Blumenthal spoke of the strength she had to testify like children who were also sexually abused and coming forth to tell their stories.

I think Blumenthal saw the video.

Blumenthal chastised Trump for not calling for FBI investigation.

There were cheers for due process for all the Members, and former Members of Congress who were accused of sexual harassment.

Lindsey did a legal smackdown on the burden of proof in due process, but, then again, he could just be taking the lead in the school play, now that McCain is no longer around.
Then Lindsey went off on the Minority for not informing the Majority of Ford's letter and accusations to call for an FBI investigation.

He still did not call for an FBI investigation, but I sincerely believe he knows there are a few going on already.

Lindsey dropped that Feinstein's Office referred the attorneys for Ford with questions about who paid for the polygraphs.

Cruz spoke of how wonderful Kavanaugh's mother is.

Good thing Kavanaugh came from wealth because CPS would have removed him from his mother and put him in foster care for a serious drinking problem at the age of 15 in high school that Corey Booker pulled in his line of questioning for his set up as a hit to the nomination.

Ford stated into the record, under oath, that she is 100 percent positive it was Kavanaugh.
Testifying to a Senate committee with the balance of the Supreme Court at stake, Christine Blasey Ford said Thursday she is "100 percent" sure that court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her 36 years ago, and particularly remembers how Kavanaugh and a friend were drunkenly laughing throughout the alleged attack.
Then, this happened.

Two men say they, not Brett Kavanaugh, had alleged sexual encounter with Christine Ford

WASHINGTON - The Senate Judiciary Committee has questioned two men who say they, not Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, had the disputed encounter with Christine Blasey Ford at a 1982 house party that led to sexual assault allegations.

The revelation was included in a late-night news release by Sen. Chuck Grassley, the top Republican on the committee. The release includes a day-by-day view of the committee's investigative work over the last two weeks since allegations surfaced targeting Kavanaugh.

Ford was the first to step forward with allegations and claimed Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed, groped her and attempted to pull off her clothes while both were high school students in 1982. Since then a number of accusations have piled on, including that of a physical assault and several other sexual encounters.

Kavanaugh has repeatedly denied all the allegations lodged against him.

The committee has interviewed two men who came forward about the disputed assault at a summer house party. Both told the committee they, not Kavanaugh, "had the encounter with Dr. Ford in 1982 that is the basis of his complaint," the release states.

The previously unknown interviews could add a new layer to the evolving saga on the eve of a possible explosive hearing between Kavanaugh and Ford, though it's unknown whether the men's claims are being taken seriously.

One of the men was interviewed twice by committee staff. He also submitted two written statements, one on Monday and a second, more in-depth statement on Wednesday.

Committee staff spoke to a second man over the phone Wednesday who also said he believed he, not Kavanaugh, had the disputed encounter with Ford. "He explained his recollection of the details of the encounter" to staff, the release states.

Both men were not named. USA TODAY was not able to independently vet the claims.

The committee has said it is investigating all claims made in the Kavanaugh saga, attempting to "make sure no stone was left unturned."

In this regard, the committee has also questioned Kavanaugh about a series of anonymous allegations, including a physical assault on a woman in the 1990s.

The release also outlines a number of others the committee has interviewed, including friends of Kavanaugh and those who know the women who have lodged accusations against him.

Then, this happened.

And, the moral of the story is that thou shalt not bear false witness under oath.
