DOJ: California CEO and Seven Others Charged in Multi-Million Dollar Conduit Campaign Contribution Case - Featuring George Nader

If you see George Nader, you know there is more coming because it is a network.

Just ask Erik the Prince, brother-in-law to Dick DeVos.

No one likes to mention Dick, or trafficking tiny humans, so I did in the same sentence.

Earlier today, an indictment was unsealed against the CEO of an online payment processing company, and seven others, charging them with conspiring to make and conceal conduit and excessive campaign contributions, and related offenses, during the U.S. presidential election in 2016 and thereafter.

Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and Assistant Director in Charge Timothy R. Slater of the FBI’s Washington Field Office made the announcement.

A federal grand jury in the District of Columbia indicted Ahmad “Andy” Khawaja, 48, of Los Angeles, California, on Nov. 7, 2019, along with George Nader, Roy Boulos, Rudy Dekermenjian, Mohammad “Moe” Diab, Rani El-Saadi, Stevan Hill and Thayne Whipple. The 53 count indictment charges Khawaja with two counts of conspiracy, three counts of making conduit contributions, three counts of causing excessive contributions, 13 counts of making false statements, 13 counts of causing false records to be filed, and one count of obstruction of a federal grand jury investigation. Nader is charged with conspiring with Khawaja to make conduit campaign contributions, and related offenses. Boulos, Dekermenjian, Diab, El-Saadi, Hill, and Whipple are charged with conspiring with Khawaja and each other to make conduit campaign contributions and conceal excessive contributions, and related offenses.

According to the indictment, from March 2016 through January 2017, Khawaja conspired with Nader to conceal the source of more than $3.5 million in campaign contributions, directed to political committees associated with a candidate for President of the United States in the 2016 election. By design, these contributions appeared to be in the names of Khawaja, his wife, and his company. In reality, they allegedly were funded by Nader. Khawaja and Nader allegedly made these contributions in an effort to gain influence with high-level political figures, including the candidate. As Khawaja and Nader arranged these payments, Nader allegedly reported to an official from a foreign government about his efforts to gain influence.

The indictment also alleges that, from March 2016 through 2018, Khawaja conspired with Boulos, Dekermenjian, Diab, El-Saadi, Hill, and Whipple to conceal Khawaja’s excessive contributions, which totaled more than $1.8 million, to various political committees. Among other things, these contributions allegedly allowed Khawaja to host a private fundraiser for a presidential candidate in 2016 and a private fundraising dinner for an elected official in 2018.

The indictment further alleges that, from June 2019 through July 2019, Khawaja obstructed a grand jury investigation of this matter in the District of Columbia. Knowing that a witness had been called to testify before the grand jury, Khawaja allegedly provided that witness with false information about Nader and his connection to Khawaja’s company. Boulos, Diab, Hill, and Whipple also are charged with obstructing the grand jury’s investigation by lying to the FBI.

Currently, Nader is in federal custody on other charges.

An indictment is not a finding of guilt. It merely alleges that crimes have been committed. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

The FBI’s Washington Field Office is investigating the case and Deputy Chief John D. Keller and Trial Attorneys James C. Mann and Michael J. Romano of the Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section are prosecuting the case.

I heard rumors DTE is illegally burning downblended uranium residuals for super cheap electricity in the Monroe plant, the illegally transporting to Detroit, paying off the union to look the other way, the morbidly upcharging the customers, and asking Michigan for rate increases, and being granted, but hey, what do I know?

I know DTE has child welfare NGOs with childrens' trusts, that they are investing in overseas projects to expand their maximization of revenue because it is illegal to use the word "profit".

He was 79. He and his brother, Charles, co-owned Koch Industries, a Nebraska-based energy and chemical company, since 1983. David stepped down from running the Koch organization last year due to declining health.

The Koch brothers helped to build a massive conservative network of donors for organizations that work to mobilize voters and sway elected officials in support of libertarian-leaning economic policies.

Betsy DeVos Fell Off Her Bike

Call me Missy Morbid but do you think Betsy DeVos fell off her bike when she found out John Engler was forced to resign from MSU or that some of her foreign assets are being seized under the FCPA?

Drats, I forgot about the Michigan GOP, Butina or the fact that we know about the Amway weapons ratlines.

Maybe it hit her all at once and she lost control of her bike because I am sure she is in excellent health, considering her family built Spectrum Health to send that child welfare Medicaid money to Alpha Bank.

I just do not know because the Michigan Oversight Committee is supposed to meet about the Auditor General's report on CPS contracts, like Bethany Christian, that likes to scoop up all those border babies in the name of the tax exempt god.

I am worried about her ability to continue as Secretary of Education.

We should keep an eye on Betsy, just in case she needs some assistance.

See Betsy be all royal and stuff on her Twitter account, with no visible evidence of children.

We must respect an elected official as I am not accusing her of anything.

I am simply presenting plausible assumptions for ruleout of how she fell off her bike.

I send my love and best wishes for Betsy to heal with swiftness.

I want Betsy to be allowed due process in a court of law.

We respect our constitution as a nation of laws.

I want Betsy to have the best legal defense team she can possibly afford.

I want Betsy to have the top attorneys in the world represent her for war crimes in an international court of law, well, that is just a wild dream for right now...or is it...

DeVos has surgery after bike accident

Education Secretary Betsy DeVos is recovering after undergoing surgery to repair a broken bone suffered in a cycling accident.

A department spokeswoman says DeVos is resting at home after the Thursday surgery. She is expected to recover fully. The spokeswoman did not immediately answer questions about the accident or the nature of DeVos’ injury.

A schedule released by the department says only that DeVos has no public events this week. She splits time between Washington and her home state of Michigan. The spokeswoman said DeVos will be staying in daily contact with the department while she recovers.

DOJ: Could This Be The Amway - Detroit Land Bank Authority Indictment Model?

I do not know why, but when I first read the indictment, I immediately thought of Amway, but then I saw it was one of those Corporate Shape Shifters like the real estate mortgage fraud schemes that led to the foreclosure invasion of Detroit.

That thought led me to realize that this indictment could possible be a transposable model for the Detroit Land Bank Authority, because it sounds exactly what I wrote up in my False Claims case.

Then, I started thinking that this would be too lenient a prosecution for the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) like Perkins Coie, the ones who set up the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

So, I just started to think that this is nothing but a road map to Detroit, where the grande finale shall take place.

Nutritional Supplement Marketer Pleads Guilty to Tax Crime

WASHINGTON – A Monument, Colorado, man pled guilty today to one count of attempting to evade the payment of income taxes announced Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Richard E. Zuckerman of the Justice Department’s Tax Division and U.S. Attorney Jason R. Dunn for the District of Colorado.

According to the plea agreement and other court documents, Craig Walcott operated a multi-level nutritional supplement marketing business and owned and leased residential real estate, while residing in Monument, Colorado.  In April 2010, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) notified Walcott of an assessment of taxes and penalties for the 2005, 2006 and 2007 tax years of more than $450,000.  After receiving this notice, Walcott took a series of steps to evade the payment of his tax liability.  These steps included transferring properties to nominee entities, encumbering other properties with fictitious mortgages to conceal their equity, and filing false tax returns understating his income.  Walcott also did not file income tax returns for the years 2012, 2013 and 2014. As a result of his conduct, Walcott owes $628,733.00, which he has agreed to pay the IRS in restitution.

Sentencing is scheduled for February 25, 2019.  Walcott faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison.  He also faces a term of supervised release, restitution, and monetary penalties.

Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General Zuckerman and U.S. Attorney Dunn commended special agents of IRS Criminal Investigation, who conducted the investigation, and Tax Division Assistant Chief Andrew Kameros and Trial Attorney Lee Langston, who are prosecuting the case.

The Education On How To Make Money Off Poor Kids: The Appointment Of Betsy DeVos

As some may or may not understand, my style of provocation is to castigate one's mores by and through ridicule of their own mores, so here we go.

The Michigan educational ponzi scheme has gone bigly and is now being led by America's Best Christian!

That's right, folks (pun intended) lil' Miss Betsy DeVos,  has a plan to profit, oops, I mean, "maximize revenues" by ensuring that children from disadvantaged families have educational options and hope for a brighter future.

Nope, no conflicts of interests over here.

That is correct.  Without The DeVos Family leading the way for education reform, there is no salvation for "The Poors" and it is called Privatization.

The DeVos privatized educational ponzi scheme was launched in Michigan with the assistance of its political minions through the promotion of child welfare policies that made poverty a crime, or better recognized as "abuse and neglect".

Why would a Christian organization wish to delve into the world of child welfare?

Simple.  Profits, drats, I mean revenue maximization because it would be illegal for a nonprofit to profit, from a free or relatively cheap, future workforce ("The Poors") created by the Imperialist Morality Parade.

I would be soooo remiss not to mention that, due to the fact that there are no civil rights in child welfare and that "The Elected Ones"  are too busy dealing with the fact that their collective, dismissive ignorance of child welfare fraud has kept them in public office, privatization of "The Poors" is a bipartisan political ponzi scheme.

In this situation, the DeVos educational agenda is nothing but the global resurgence in the animation of the residuals of the peculiar institution, or what I prefer to call chattel ranching.

The only difference between the neo-conservative and the neo-liberal educational privatization plans is that Betsy DeVos is the one to be appointed by the President-elected Trump and has deep, extremely deep, financial and political conflicts of interests in her business dealings, but I am sure the IRS will continue to promulgate its policies of never auditing nonprofits.

Congress better investigate this or I will irritate the hell out of them until they do.

 The intellectually docile of Michigan, better recognized as the "Elected Ones" slept on their claims of leadership because they were too busy with photo ops and begging for more campaign money to stay in office.

Always remember, helping children with disabilities is a non-taxable, Medicaid cost reimbursement program!
