Testimony of Shannon Henderson On The Trafficking Of Her Child In Arizona Foster Care

The following is the testimony of Shannon Henderson on her child being Legally Kidnapped:

https://beverlytran.blogspot.com/search?q=arizona

"My daddy was a patriot but they stole and
sold me for his veteran's benefits."
This post will attempt to summarize my case,
although there are many details that, literally, will fill a book.

My child was taken over a year ago.

In the course of the year, the state of Arizona has received her Social Security benefits, as she is the child of a deceased veteran.

They have also committed crimes in this case. One on top of the other, as well as  subversive tactics that AZ DCS, state BAR attorneys, and family court have used in a coordinated attempt to fraudulently sever my rights to my child.

It's a long list, and grows with every day that my child is in custody. She is being traumatized psychologically by the extended separation, parental alienation tactics that are part of the way that those who wish to fraudulently adopt her and adopt her out for more federal funding, operate.
I have never abused, neglected, nor abandoned my child.

I am sane, sober and intelligent.

The state has presented, time after time, a false narrative to the court to portray myself as a mentally ill, unsuccessful, unfit parent. Regardless of the facts.

The lucratively contracted 'services' that. are provided to parents are nothing more than a way for the state to control the predetermined outcomes of their cases against families. This, proven in my case. Having completed services, only to be deemed 'unsuccessful', inaccurately.

The state BAR has controlled this via the Office of the Public Advocate by not allowing my testimony, my evidence, nor my witnesses to be entered onto the record.

The court 'Hears' only what is presented by the AZ DCs, and it's attorneys.  Documents that should be added to the record so that the court has all relevant information is being suppressed, as well as my own voice via muted, telephonic 'hearings'.

Documents submitted by the state have been altered, and falsified, under the protection of qualified immunity.

Legal perjury.

The court, as well, is an unjust court. There is no jury. There is no due process. I have specifically asked for this as well as a federal review of my case given that my rights have been violated on multiple occasions by those whom have colluded to rig my case.

Legal Abuse.

There is more than an A-Z list over the course of the year, of how I have been, and am being railroaded by AZ DCS, the state BAR, and family court.

Doug Ducey, Cindy McCain, The Human Trafficking Council members and hundreds of thousands of others have been informed of the corruption in my case. Yes, I have been public the entire time.
This has led to a massive cover up attempt to both silence my voice, my child's voice, as well as to threaten us both with retaliation, intimidate, coerce, and psychologically traumatize us into submissive fear.

I have documented my entire case well.

I have reached outside of the state of Arizona to seek redress of grievances, as all agencies inside the state of Arizona have failed to respond to parents reports, complaints, and forms for many years.

My testimony, will not make it onto the record in my case, either, as the system has been designed with roadblocks and timelines set up to guarantee that the state will win this case without a trial even being necessary.

Not only have I been threatened with retaliation, I am experiencing it. The state has moved in it's most powerful techniques to position themselves to make certain all avenues that a parent in Arizona has to seek recourse is shut off, and that parents who speak out about the injustice are severely punished.

My child was abused in state custody. Physically, as well as psychologically.

This, too, has been met with complete denial, despite the facts. The department  investigated itself and cleared itself of any wrongdoing, and mandatory reporters failed to report this to the police. In fact, my child's own guardian ad litem did not go to the trouble of seeking to have her removed from the home, even knowing about the documented abuse.

The documents of the abuse, via my child's therapist? Are also not being added to the record, nor is her therapist being called as a witness. This is all being facilitated by a system that clearly wishes to absolve itself of any culpability for facilitating the abuse.

It is a tragedy, what is happening to children and families, at the hands of a corrupt system that seeks to destroy in favor of using the federal funds they receive to help families and children.

This, is my testimony.

DOJ Busts Veterans Administration Child Welfare Fraud, More NIH Tiny Human Lab Rat Experiments - Will Black Lives Matter Protest?

My first question would be to ask why South Korea and Vietnam veterans have so many children with Spina Bifida?

Tiny human lab rat experiments, perhaps?

Health Care for Certain Children of Vietnam Veterans and Certain Korea Veterans--Covered Birth Defects and Spina Bifida. Final Rule

Trends of congenital anomalies in Europe during 1999–2008 showed abdominal wall, gastroschisis, hypospadias, trisomy 18 and renal dysplasia significantly increased, and that neural tube defect (NTD), anophthalmos/microphthalmos, severe congenital heart defects (CHDs) and limb reduction significantly decreased, and suggested decreases in neural tube defects were due to improved periconceptional folic acid supplementation [8]. Another study reported that the prevalence of NTD was lower in countries providing folic acid [9]. In Glasgow (UK) most anomalies declined from 1980 to 1997, whereas chromosomal anomalies showed an increase trend [10]. Cleft lip with or without cleft palate was found to show no significant change in US, but to follow a declining trend globally [11]. The prevalence of CHD has increased considerably over time worldwide, and recently it was reported Asia has the highest prevalence of CHDs [12]. In Korea, cryptorchidism increased from 5.01 to 17.43 per 10,000 births and hypospadia also increased from 1.40 to 3.28 per 10,000 births between 2000 and 2005 [13]. In addition, a Korean study based on medical insurance claims data for 2009–2010 showed a 14-fold increase in hypospadias and epispadias, a 12-fold increase in atrial septal defects, a 11-fold increase in undescended testis as compared with 1993–1994 [14] https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5981962/

I wonder if the Black Lives Matter Movement is going to come to Joseph Prince's defense, and to the defense of the network of the National Association of Black Social Workers, who were trained to promulgate and transpose this trafficking tiny humans child welfare fraud model, better know as the residuals of the peculiar institution?

Probably not, because Black Lives Matter is a cover for trafficking tiny humans, because slavery was never abolished, and that is how people afford new outfits for their fashion show selfies when they do the cake walk of opulence, every Sunday at the church-ez.

Just ask Debbie Williams.

You do know there are going to be found lots of tiny human trust funds, which will more than likely be foreign entities, where individuals like Joseph Prince did not file under FARA as a registered foreign agent, but, hey, what do I know?

I know I learned about all this in Detroit, where it all started.

VA Employee Found Guilty Of Corruption Charges And Defrauding VA Of Nearly $19 Million In A Year

DENVER – United States Attorney Jason R. Dunn announced that yesterday a jury sitting in U.S. District Court in Denver found former Veterans Affairs (VA) employee Joseph Prince, age 60, of Aurora, Colorado guilty of felony health care fraud, conspiracy, payment of illegal kickbacks and gratuities, money laundering charges and conflict of interest.  The verdict is the result of an eight-day jury trial before U.S. District Court Judge Raymond P. Moore.  Prince’s bond was continued and he was ordered to home incarceration pending his sentencing.
According to the indictment and evidence presented at trial, Prince was a Beneficiary Provider Relationships Specialist with the VA’s Spina Bifida (SB) Health Care Benefits Program, which covers medical needs of children of certain veterans of the Korea and Vietnam wars suffering from SB.  Prince worked for a VA call center in Denver, and spoke with health care providers and SB beneficiaries or their families regarding their health care needs and care reimbursement.
Prince defrauded the VA’s Spina Bifida Health Care Benefits Program by signing up the family members of the program’s beneficiaries as home health “contractors” with sham home health entities run by Prince’s associates.  Prince knew that the sham home health entities were not authorized providers by the VA.  He nonetheless encouraged the family members to submit bills despite the fact that they were not approved providers and to include the bills for services that either were not provided or were not allowed by the VA.  He then accepted payments from the associated home health entities for referrals he himself made to those agencies.  Prince’s referrals led to payments totaling approximately $20 million from the VA to the Prince-related home health agencies, which were run by associates including his wife, his brother-in-law, his half-sister, and friends.
Ultimately Prince referred approximately 45 SB beneficiaries to the sham home health entities.   The total amount of fraudulent claims paid by the SB Health Care Benefits Program to the five Home Health Entities totaled approximately $19 million.   Of that amount, Prince received approximately $1.5 million in kickbacks from two home health entities between December 2017 and June 2018.
“To steal from a program that is intended to help our veterans and their children who suffer from serious medical conditions is reprehensible,” said U.S. Attorney Jason Dunn.  “Mr. Prince was also harming the American taxpayers and will now pay a significant price for his actions.”
“The crimes perpetrated by Joseph Prince and his associates were especially troubling since Prince was a VA official,” said Gregg Hirstein, Special Agent in Charge, VA Office of Inspector General.  “The Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General is committed to holding accountable those who illegally enrich themselves using VA programs intended to help our nation’s veterans and their dependents, who deserve to be served by a workforce of the highest integrity.  I am thankful for the close coordination of the investigative agencies and the United States Attorney’s Office to quickly end this massive fraud.”
“The sizeable amount of false claims Joseph Prince submitted and subsequent kickbacks he received are an affront to government programs intended to help the public,” said Andy Tsui, IRS Criminal Investigation Special Agent in Charge, Denver Field Office. “It is unacceptable to abuse a position of trust for personal financial gain and for those that do, IRS-Criminal Investigation will seek justice on behalf of the true beneficiaries of government benefits programs.”
“The recent conviction of Joseph Prince is significant and highlights the FBI’s collaboration with the United States Attorney’s Office as we hold this defendant accountable for abusing his position as an official at the Department of Veteran’s Affairs to manipulate government contracts for personal gain,” said FBI Denver Special Agent in Charge Dean Phillips. “The FBI will continue to use all available tools to detect illegal conflicts of interest and bribery schemes in government entities.”
Long-time friend of Prince and co-conspirator Roland Vaughn pled guilty to paying an illegal gratuity to a public official on August 1, 2019, and is scheduled to be sentenced by Judge Moore on April 9, 2020.  Glenn and Catherine Beach, who were also friends of Mr. Prince, pleaded guilty to paying an illegal gratuity to Prince. The Beaches will be sentenced on April 1, 2020.
Prince will be sentenced on June 11, 2020.  Felony Conflict of Interest carries a penalty of not more than five years in prison and a fine of not more than $250,000 or two times the gain or loss from the offense per count.  Health care fraud carries a penalty of not more than 10 years in prison and a fine of not more than $250,000 or two times the gain or loss from the offense per count.  Conspiracy to Commit an Offense against the United States carries a penalty of not more than five years in prison and a fine of not more than $250,000 or two times the gain or loss from the offense.  Soliciting/Receiving an Illegal Gratuity carries a penalty of not more than two years in prison and a fine of not more than $250,000 or two times the gain or loss from the offense per count.  Unlawful Monetary Transactions carries a penalty of not more than 10 years in prison and a fine the greater of $250,000 or two times the value of the property involved in the transaction per count.  Money Laundering carries a penalty of not more than 20 years in prison and a fine the greater of $500,000 or twice the value of property involved in the transaction per count.
The government will seek forfeiture of specific assets and restitution to the Veterans Health Administration in the amount of approximately $19 million.
This case was investigated by VA’s Office of the Inspector General, the FBI, and IRS-CI.
This case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Anna K. Edgar and Hetal J. Doshi.

Tales Of The New Crown: Detroit Is Expected To Get More Cooties - Meet Stephen Goldstein

Emergency Manager Emperor Pence made sure to thank Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Mike Duggan.

That was nice, considering they are running those clinical trials in Detroit.

I wonder if Stephen Goldstein is going to get a procurement consulting contract to do human asset management for clinical trial patients.

They like to use the children as lab rats.

We are in Detroit, you know.

DOJ: Five Fraudsters Indicted For Million Dollar Scheme Targeting Thousands of U.S. Servicemembers and Veterans - Foster Care & Adoption Is Worse

After reading this, close your eyes and think of the possibilities of what you could do with children in Foster Care & Adoption.

One thing I liked out of this was that the citizenship was identified.

Now, only if they would identify the citizenship of children in Foster Care & Adoption.

Foreign-Based Fraudsters Stole Millions of Dollars from Mostly Elderly and Disabled Veterans

A 14-count indictment has been unsealed today in San Antonio, Texas, charging five individuals with coordinating an identify-theft and fraud scheme targeting servicemembers and veterans. The charged defendants, who were based both in the Philippines and the United States, are alleged to have used the stolen personal identifying information (PII) of thousands of military members to access Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs benefits sites and steal millions of dollars.
The defendants, Robert Wayne Boling Jr., Fredrick Brown, Trorice Crawford, Allan Albert Kerr, and Jongmin Seok, were charged with multiple counts of conspiracy, wire fraud, and aggravated identify theft based on their alleged leading roles in the theft and exploitation of victim PII to conduct their fraud scheme. Boling (a U.S. citizen), Kerr (an Australian citizen), and Seok (a South Korean citizen) were arrested in the Philippines. Brown and Crawford, both U.S. citizens, were arrested in Las Vegas and San Diego respectively. Brown has been detained pending trial. Crawford is awaiting a detention hearing.
“The crimes charged today are reprehensible and will not be tolerated by the Department of Justice. These defendants are alleged to have illegally defrauded some of America’s most honorable citizens, our elderly and disabled veterans and servicemembers,” said Attorney General William P. Barr. “Through today’s action, the Department is honoring our pledge to target elder fraud schemes, especially those committed by foreign actors using sophisticated means, and to protect the veterans of our great country. I am proud of the quick and effective work done on this case by our Consumer Protection Branch and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas, with strong investigative support from the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs. We all will continue to work together to ensure that our veterans and servicemembers are protected from fraud.”
“Our message is pretty simple,” said U.S. Attorney Bash. “It doesn’t matter where on this planet you reside. If you target our veterans, we’re coming for you. Our veterans were willing to risk everything to protect this Nation from foreign threats. Now it’s our turn to seek justice for them.”
“The compromise of personally identifiable information can significantly harm our service members, veterans and their families and we will aggressively investigate such matters,” said Glenn A. Fine, Principal Deputy Inspector General, performing the duties of the Inspector General of the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General. “This indictment and the coordinated actions of our criminal investigative component, the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, demonstrate our commitment to swift action against those who attempt to enrich themselves through identify theft, money laundering, and conspiracy. The DoD OIG, working in partnership with the Department of Justice, will continue to identify, disrupt, and bring to justice those who threaten military members, retirees, and veterans through fraud and corruption.”
“VA is working with DoD to identify any instances of compromised VA benefits accounts,” said James Hutton, VA assistant secretary for public and intergovernmental affairs. “Just as importantly, VA has taken steps to protect Veterans’ data and are instituting additional protective measures.”
According to the indictment, the defendants’ identity-theft and fraud scheme began in 2014 when Brown, then a civilian employee at a U.S. Army installation, stole thousands of military members’ PII, including names, dates of birth, social security numbers, and Department of Defense identification numbers. Brown is alleged to have then provided the stolen information to Boling, who exploited the information in various ways together with his Philippines-based co-defendants Kerr and Seok.
As asserted in the indictment, Boling, Kerr, and Seok specifically used the stolen information to compromise a Department of Defense portal designed to enable military members to access benefits information online. Once through the portal, the defendants are alleged to have accessed benefits information.  Access to these detailed records enabled the defendants to steal or attempt to steal millions of dollars from military members’ bank accounts. The defendants also stole veterans’ benefits payments. After the defendants had compromised military members’ bank accounts and veterans’ benefits payments, Boling allegedly worked with Crawford to recruit individuals who would accept the deposit of stolen funds into their bank accounts and then send the funds through international wire remittance services to the defendants and others. Evidence of the defendants’ scheme was detected earlier this year, advancing the investigation that led to the indictment.
The unsealed indictment was announced today in San Antonio by U.S. Attorney John Bash of the Western District of Texas, Deputy Assistant Attorney General David Morrell, and Director Gustav Eyler of the Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch.
The Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs are coordinating with the Department of Justice to notify and provide resources to the thousands of identified victims. Announcements also will follow regarding steps taken to secure military members’ information and benefits from theft and fraud.
An indictment merely alleges that crimes have been committed. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
The United States is represented by Trial Attorneys Ehren Reynolds and Yolanda McCray Jones of the Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch and Assistant United States Attorney Joseph Blackwell of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas. The matter was investigated by agents of the Defense Criminal Investigative Service, and counsel Matthew Freund, along with substantial investigative support from the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command, and the Veterans Benefits Administration’s Benefits Protection and Remediation Division. The U.S. Department of State’s Diplomatic Security Service, Philippine law enforcement partners, and the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices for the District of Nevada, the Southern District of California, and the Eastern District of Virginia also provided assistance. Resources from the Department of Justice’s Servicemembers and Veterans Initiative and its Transnational Elder Fraud Strike Force aided in the matter’s investigation and prosecution.
Since President Trump signed the bipartisan Elder Abuse Prevention and Prosecution Act (EAPPA) into law, the Department of Justice has participated in hundreds of enforcement actions in criminal and civil cases that targeted or disproportionately affected seniors. In particular, this past March, the Department announced the largest elder fraud enforcement action in American history, charging more than 260 defendants in a nationwide elder fraud sweep.  The Department has likewise conducted hundreds of trainings and outreach sessions across the country since the passage of the Act.
Additional information about the Consumer Protection Branch and its enforcement efforts can be found at www.justice.gov/civil/consumer-protection-branch.  For more information about the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas, visit its website at https://www.justice.gov/usao-wdtx. The D-Day 75th Anniversary Forgot To Mention The Reasons Behind Segregation - Anti-Miscegenation Laws In Honor Of William Micou & His Troops

Yes, I found it quite interesting that all the regal ceremonies honoring the men on the Shores of Normandy, failed to mention the segregated unit who cleaned up everything.

Trump did not write that speech.

William Micou bears witness, as an original source, in the public record, the tale of segregation in the U.S. military.

It is called anti-miscengenation laws.

Slavery was never abolished, but for this moment, it is beineg bleachbitted and re-engineered as the new and improved child welfare of property ownership through the corporate parent.

It is legal, but like to keep this stuff out the school textbooks.

You are born of the legal station of the mother, called Right of the Womb.

They do not like legally spreading the wealth of those chattels, you know.

Since Pence forgot to honor them, I thought I would.

Listen to him.

I bet he has many, many more stories to tell about the Great Foreign Invasion of Detroit.

Thank you, Charlie.

94-year-old veteran remembers segregation of D-Day, 75 years later

William Micou - then and now.
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. (FOX 2) - A Michigan man stood on the beaches of Normandy as the allies battled to save the world. He wasn't there to fight, though, because he wasn't allowed to. He had a different purpose.

William Micou was 18 in 1942 when he joined the U.S. Army. He wanted to serve and was ready to fight for his country, but he couldn't.

"To tell you the truth, I kept telling my supervers - just let me go."

William was there, on the beaches on June 6, 1944 - but not to fight.

"During that time, the war, they was segregated."

The U.S. Army was segragated but William was still a soldier - in the Red Ball Express. He remembers what happened that day.

"They say it happen one way but, it didn't happen that way. I know because I was there," William remembers. "I was in the Red Ball express, and that was one of the problems."

William and the rest of his all-black platoon were tasked with supplying the soldiers. His daughter-in-law, Renee Micou, explains that wasn't their only job.

"The Red Ball Express - the all black unit actually came in and up to the front and brought them in supplies, they repaired their trucks and they brought out those who, actually, had been killed during the war," Renee said.

The job was important and dangerous. Today, 75 years later, William still has a military-like neatness to his room and proudly displays his awards and his handsome picture. You would think William would be proud.

"Sometimes I'd just rather be by myself then be around people."

And trying to get the truth as to why one black soldier really felt was emotional. He told FOX 2 that, at the time, that the Army didn't want African-Americans to take white women.

Today, the 94-year-old WWII veteran describes the segregation of the U.S. Army as, simply put, bad and can only hope it's better today.

Happy Day Of Memories: A New Transposable Model To Bear Witness - #maytheheavensfall

What U.S. curriculum intentionally omits is U.S. history.

Yes, today is day we shall celebrate the new Day of Memories by preserving the annals of history.

See, this is the Quantum Renaissance and we must make sure we document everything so we can pull it up later to see if you were stealin', or, more readily understood in the community of "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending), checking that chit in multiple attestation.

Stealin' is applicable to what has been done to our legacies through the breach of the public trust, which is for the children, the future, not for rewriting history to cover up the pilfering of our national treasury through the artifices of fraud.

Falsely promulgating a fraudulently manufactured narrative to cover up human atrocities of our great nation is false advisement in obviation, or rather a sophist insurrection, which just pisses me off.

All you have to do to verify this version of history is to pull up the public record, which is free, well, if you have an internet provider, it is not.

It says 250 Union soldiers died at a race track with the town, missionaries and families.

I have an issue with missionaries because they controlled what was taught and what was recorded, under christian chattel law, of course.

So, you go pull the birth records, the land records, the school records, the business records, the slave ownership records, Native rolls, the birth, marriage and death records of the churches.

You can pull up legal records, you can pull up tax records, you can pull up military records to see who these Union soldiers were.

Heck, if you get on social media like Facebook or Twitter and ask for relatives of these Union soldiers, I bet you could find some family members who can provide video testimony of their memories to preserve their legacies, more specifically, posterity, in the blockchain, where people cannot come in and bleachbit history, anymore.

Every soldier, past, present and future, should be memorialized through more than just headstones, flags and flowers that will wilt in a few days, along with their armoralities, which are part and parcel to their legacies of their families, this nation and the world.

That way, everyone is included in history, with equal treatment, and you have a replicable, transposable model to bear witness to the heavens when someone is stealin' in times of war, which is why Lincoln's Law, otherwise known as the False Claims Act, came to be.

NOTE TO SELF: ASSIGN THIS DATABASE MODEL TO U.S. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE AND GIVE THEM 30 DAYS TO LAUNCH OR I WILL GET SOMEONE TO DO IT FOR THEM, WHO MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE GRADUATED HIGH SCHOOL.

P.S. MAKE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE DISMANTLE THAT STUPID DEFENSE LOGISTIC AGENCY

Memorial Day

Image result for history of memorial day slaves
They were referred to as "union soldiers" who are vets
not slaves.
Memorial Day marks the unofficial start of summer, conjuring images of picnics, barbecues or just a lazy day off. But originally the holiday was charged with deeper meaning — and with controversy.

The exact origins of Memorial Day are disputed, with at least five towns claiming to have given birth to the holiday sometime near the end of the Civil War. Yale University historian David Blight places the first Memorial Day in April 1865, when a group of former slaves gathered at a Charleston, S.C., horse track turned Confederate prison where more than 250 Union soldiers had died. Digging up the soldiers' mass grave, they interred the bodies in individual graves, built a 100-yd. fence around them and erected an archway over the entrance bearing the words "Martyrs of the Race Course." On May 1, 1865, some 10,000 black Charleston residents, white missionaries, teachers, schoolchildren and Union troops marched around the Planters' Race Course, singing and carrying armfuls of roses. Gathering in the graveyard, the crowd watched five black preachers recite scripture and a children's choir sing spirituals and "The Star-Spangled Banner." While the story is largely forgotten today, some historians consider the gathering the first Memorial Day. (See the photo essay "Our World at War.")

Despite scattered celebrations in small towns, it took three more years for the holiday to become widely observed. In a proclamation, General John A. Logan of the Grand Army of the Republic — an organization of former soldiers and sailors — dubbed May 30, 1868, Decoration Day, which was "designated for the purpose of strewing with flowers or otherwise decorating the graves of comrades who died in defense of their country during the late rebellion." On Decoration Day that year, General James Garfield gave a speech at Arlington National Cemetery. Afterward, 5,000 observers adorned the graves of the more than 20,000 Union and Confederate soldiers entombed at the cemetery. (Read a TIME cover story on how not to lose in Afghanistan.)

At the outset, Memorial Day was so closely linked with the Union cause that many Southern states refused to celebrate it. They acquiesced only after World War I, when the holiday was expanded beyond honoring fallen Civil War soldiers to recognizing Americans who died fighting in all wars. It was also renamed Memorial Day. Some critics say that by making the holiday more inclusive, however, the original focus — on, as Frederick Douglass put it, the moral clash between "slavery and freedom, barbarism and civilization" — has been lost. Most Southern states still recognize Confederate Memorial Day as an official holiday, and many celebrate it on the June birthday of Jefferson Davis, the President of the Confederacy. But Texas, for one, observes the holiday on Robert E. Lee's birthday, Jan. 19 — which also happens to be Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The long-cherished Memorial Day tradition of wearing red poppies got its start in 1915. While reading Ladies' Home Journal, an overseas war secretary named Moina Michael came across the famous World War I poem "In Flanders Fields" by John McCrae, which begins, "In Flanders fields the poppies blow/ Between the crosses, row on row." Moved, she vowed always to wear a silk poppy in honor of the American soldiers who gave up their lives for their country. She started selling them to friends and co-workers and campaigned for the red flowers to become an official memorial emblem. The American Legion embraced the symbol in 1921, and the tradition has spread to more than 50 other countries, including England, France and Australia. (Watch TIME's video "An 'Honor Flight' for WWII Vets.")

With the National Holiday Act of 1971, Congress moved Memorial Day from May 30 to the last Monday in May. But critics say guaranteeing that the holiday is part of a three-day weekend promotes relaxation instead of stressing the holiday's true meaning. In 1989, Senator Daniel Inouye of Hawaii introduced a bill to move the holiday back to the fixed date of May 30. He has reintroduced it in every Congress since then — with no success.

While traditional Memorial Day rites have dwindled in many towns, they remain strong at Arlington National Cemetery. Since the 1950s, on the Thursday before Memorial Day, soldiers of the 3rd Infantry Division have placed American flags at each of the more than 260,000 graves there. During the weekend, they patrol around the clock to make sure each flag remains aloft. On the holiday itself, every year about 5,000 people turn out to see the President or Vice President give a speech and lay a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. And other Americans are encouraged to observe in a more solitary fashion. At 3 p.m. local time, according to the 2000 National Moment of Remembrance Act, which was passed to emphasize the meaning of Memorial Day, all Americans should "voluntarily and informally observe in their own way a moment of remembrance and respect, pausing from whatever they are doing for a moment of silence or listening to 'Taps.'"

All Hail The Whistleblowers: FBI Hosts Wounded Warriors for First-Time Event - WWR

Why not WWR?

There is the WWE.

They can get a special seal.

These vets have to go through lots DoD and community service programs, so why not train them as intelligence officers to report the fraud to the FBI?

You do not have to do very much to train them, considering they are already trained.

I just thought this was pretty cool because they are original sources and we need boots on the ground here, in the U.S.

DOJ First Historic Conviction Of Medicaid Fraud In Child Welfare Funding Political Campaigns

The case was investigated by IRS Criminal Investigation, the FBI, and the Offices of the Inspectors General from the Departments of Justice, Labor, Veterans Affairs, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).  This is a combined investigation with the Western District of Arkansas, the Eastern District of Arkansas and the Public Integrity Section of the Department of Justice.  This case is being prosecuted by Trial Attorney Marco A. Palmieri of the Public Integrity Section and Assistant U.S. Attorney Steven M. Mohlhenrichof the Western District of Missouri.

I humbly bow, to each and everyone of you.

Much love.

Alrighty, back to work.

Vite, vite.

On a mission...

Former Charity CEO Pleads Guilty To Multi-Million-Dollar Political Corruption Scheme

The former CEO of a charity headquartered in Springfield, Missouri has pleaded guilty to her role in a multi-million-dollar political corruption scheme that involved bribes and campaign contributions for elected public officials in Missouri and Arkansas, announced Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney Tim Garrison of the Western District of Missouri.
Marilyn Luann Nolan, 68, of Springfield, pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge David P. Rush on Friday, Nov. 9, to one count of conspiracy to embezzle and misapply the funds of a charitable organization that received federal funds.
By pleading guilty, Nolan admitted that she conspired with others from 2008 to June 30, 2017, to misapply millions of dollars of the charity’s funds for substantial, undisclosed payments to lobbying firms and political advocates, monetary and in-kind contributions to the campaigns of candidates for public office, and to bribe public officials.  Nolan also admitted that she knew her co-conspirators defrauded the charity in order to enrich themselves, and her.
Nolan began working at Alternative Opportunities Inc., in 1992.  In 2015, that company merged with Preferred Family Healthcare Inc., after which it continued to be known as Preferred Family Healthcare.  Nolan was the chief executive officer and oversaw the charity’s lobbying and governmental affairs activities.
Preferred Family Healthcare and its subsidiaries provided a variety of services to individuals in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma and Illinois, including mental and behavioral health treatment and counseling, substance abuse treatment and counseling, employment assistance, aid to individuals with developmental disabilities and medical services.

Political Advocacy, Campaign Contributions, Fund-Raising Events
According to the plea agreement, Nolan and her conspirators caused the charity to misapply its funds to pay for political advocacy, including lobbying, that violated both IRS rules governing tax-exempt organizations, and federal laws and regulations governing recipients of federal grants and contracts.  Nolan admitted that she directed and assisted her co-conspirators to direct millions of dollars to lobbyists, including Donald Andrew Jones and Milton Russell Cranford, who previously entered pleas of guilty to federal crimes in related cases.  Nolan also directly lobbied legislators.
Under her plea agreement, Nolan also admitted that she and her conspirators:
  • Caused the charity to contribute financially to the campaigns of candidates for public office through “straw donors,” including the charity’s lobbyists, who were also reimbursed by way of invoices that were falsely described as “training” and “consulting” expenses;
  • Encouraged charity employees to contribute to candidates for public office and caused the charity to reimburse them for those contributions by providing funds falsely described as reimbursement for travel or other expenses the employees had not actually incurred; and
  • Caused the charity to provide in-kind contributions to the campaigns of candidates for public office, including in Missouri where they organized fundraisers for several candidates running for seats in the Missouri State Senate, Missouri House of Representatives, and the Greene County Commission and in Arkansas, where Nolan and her conspirators organized fundraisers (often at hotels or restaurants) for many candidates running for seats in the Arkansas State Senate and Arkansas House of Representatives.
Nolan also admitted as part of her plea to directing an employee to use the charity’s resources to arrange for catering, liquor, decorations, and other food connected to political fundraisers.  This employee used a charity-issued corporate credit card for the purchases, with Nolan’s knowledge.
At all times relevant to Nolan’s plea, the charity was absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of, or in opposition to, any candidate for elective public office.  Contributions to political campaign funds violated this prohibition, and could have resulted in denial or revocation of tax-exempt status and the imposition of certain excise taxes.

Bribery of Elected Public Officials
According to the plea agreement, Nolan and her conspirators misapplied some of the charity’s funds to bribe elected public officials in the following manners:
  • They gave things of value to numerous public officials, in exchange for their official actions benefitting the charity and themselves personally, including cash, travel and entertainment, premium tickets to sporting events, hotel accommodations, and use of the charity’s luxury/recreational real estate;
  • They hired public officials and the family members of public officials as charity employees; and
  • Nolan and the conspirators disguised bribes as contract payments for things such as consulting, training, and legal services.
The government believes the schemes Nolan pleaded guilty to totaled approximately $6 million.  The parties reserved the right in the plea agreement to litigate the exact amount of that loss, for the purpose of computing the federal sentencing guidelines.

Charity Embezzlement
As part of her plea agreement, Nolan also admitted that over an approximately 12-year period from 2005 to 2017, certain charity executives embezzled millions of dollars from the charity, from which Nolan profited.  Nolan admitted that although she did not know the full details of the many embezzlement and misapplication of funds schemes, she knew at the time that the charity bore additional costs from many of those transactions, and willfully blinded herself regarding the details of her conspirators’ schemes and artifices to defraud the charity.
One example referenced in Nolan’s plea agreement consisted of the formation of an LLC that was used as the management company for Alternative Opportunities, identified in court documents as Entity A.  In 2006, Entity A was sold to a publicly-traded corporation identified in court documents as Company A, which was also partly owned by Nolan.  Nolan admitted that this sale was perpetrated for the primary purpose of enriching charity executives, including herself.  Nolan’s share of the proceeds from the sale of Entity A to Company A was $3,769,536.
Nolan further admitted as part of her plea that she also received $361,574 from two LLCs identified as Entity B and Entity C where, immediately prior to the 2006 sale of Entity A to Company A, Entity B acquired title to all real estate formerly held by Entity A and Entity C held the title to the corporation’s headquarters building in Springfield, and duplex homes located in Springfield.
Under the terms of Friday’s plea agreement, Nolan must pay $4,131,111 in restitution to the government, less a credit for taxes she paid on the funds received.
A sentencing hearing will be scheduled after the completion of a presentence investigation by the U.S. Probation Office.

DEFANGO: Using Scientific Methodology To Identify Child Abuse Propaganda

What he is doing in the realms of social media is called a deep dive where one may follow real time investigations, with cited sources, to disprove the null hypothesis.

I call these propaganda campaigns psyops because it all started in child welfare.

They do it all the time.

#backyardbrawl is a story that has popped up and has dipped its toes in the tepid waters of Main Stream Media.

It quickly took shape to find a celebrity spokesperson by the name of Craig Sawyer, who, serendiptiously, of course, has a new movie and conference coming up.

The Veterans On Patrol individual in the online videos has a story to tell because it is not affiliated with the ICE HEROS operation or any other law enforcement agency, but he is soliciting for support.

This automatically reminded me of the Bundy spin offs where many of these same individuals who were involved.

This is what I like to call child abuse propaganda because people profit off the emotional drama and not verifiable evidence, and when I say that, I mean it can pass the sniff test to qualify as evidence to be entered into the record in a court of law.

Sometimes, people mean no harm because most of the time they have no idea of what they are doing.

Defango actually took the time to look past the emotional youtube triggers and did a basic investigative search for a deep understanding of the situation.

I respect that.

That is how you preserve the annals of history.

Now, he is off to interview those involved to either disprove or support his null that this is a hoax.

If I tell you now that this #backyardbrawl is a hoax it will ruin the ending of his field investigation, so I will not tell you.

There is always more to the story, but you have to engage the original sources.

Child trafficking is real and does exist, but not how you think.

It is child welfare.

That is why I call it the trafficking of tiny humans.

Why Public Attorneys Only Represent Interests Of Public Private Partnerships: SCOTUS Denied Pro Se Veteran Request To Waive Fees

Image result for veteran homeless
Veterans Battle Cry: "No money, no justice."
A funny thing happened on the way to SCOTUS...

A veteran, pro se, applied to wave the court fees as a veteran.

SCOTUS denied the veteran.

At least he made the docket.

Like I always say... No money, no justice.

I get so tickled when the Courts tell people they are not allowed to proceed because they cannot afford an attorney, let alone find an attorney who has mastery of the subject matter, let alone an attorney who has the gumption to even put their names of such civil rights cases.

This is why I have an issue with corporate counsels of government who are bound to their own interpretation of a governmental attorney, be it the U.S. Attorney General, States Attorney General or local contracted law firms representing municipalities or counties, who represent the furtherance of interests of the corporation, and not the people.

These public attorneys, who are supposed to take oath of office in some form of another, whether through appointment, election or contract, protect the interests of their clients, through that wonderful doctrine called "attorney-client privilege".

Why do governments get to call "attorney-client privilege", which is exempt from FOIA...when they are public officials representing public entities?

I say it is time to represent the people, and not protect the Public Private Partnerships that pay their attorney fees.

The following is an email communication I sent, June 6, 2018, to City of Detroit and Wayne County Corporation Counsels requesting assistance as a resident, constituent of their jurisdiction, and yes, the email was therapeutic.

This is not in the court record so I decided to preserve the annals of history and publish this here:

Greetings gentlemen,
I pray this meets you well in the spirit of your profession as corporate counsel.
It seems I have been prescient in my fears of retaliation in losing my humble abode.
I have received Notice of Property Tax Delinquency for the tax years of 2016 and 2017.
For me to shuttle back and forth between the City and the County to resolve this matter could be deemed as ex-parte communications, which is why it is at this time I am requesting constituency services.
Having communicated with the City of Detroit Tax Assessor's Office, I find out that these are not taxes, but fees for Solid Waste Removal that were converted into taxes by the Wayne County Treasury, sent over by the City of Detroit.
The City of Detroit Assessors Office states it is a Wayne County issue.  Wayne County Treasury states it is a City of Detroit issue, where staff of both government offices have instructed me to communicate with its respective corporate counsel.
In 2016 I received a property tax refund from the Wayne County Treasury after formally grieving on being falsely responsible for past due taxes included the sale of my property from the Detroit Land Bank Authority.
So, how is there a tax delinquency when I received a refund?
I also filed and was granted the poverty property tax exemptions in 2016 and 2017.
Fees are not taxes and there does not exist a legal process for this conversion and bifurcation of payment.
If these fees were properly converted into taxes, then the City Board of Assessors would have included the certified judgment of conversion of these fees into taxes for the poverty exemption and I would have qualified for State Emergency Relief through Michigan Department of Health and Human Services to apply for a grant of payment.
I am not the only homeowner experiencing property tax foreclosure similar to my concerns expressed herein.
Simply put, I am not going to lose my home and would be most appreciative if corporate counsel of Detroit and Wayne County immediately resolve the matter of property tax foreclosure for the well-being of my family.
I shall thank corporate counsel of the City of Detroit and County of Wayne, in advance, for representing me in the capacities of public officials, by advocating for me, as a resident and a mother of two disabled children.

Godspeed.

You know I will be updating.

Long Live "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth).

On a side note, why do we even have homeless veterans?

Why does Perkins Coie suck when it comes to a special veteran?

This is just so messed up on so many levels.

On a mission...

DHHS DARPA Brett Giroir Sucks - Senate Slams For Medicaid Fraud In Pharmaceuticals, Child Welfare, Opioids & Trafficking Tiny Humans

Why do we have a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) military official running the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services?

This should be terrifying.

I only say because he is not responding to the Senate grilling on lack of oversight in Medicare and Medicaid funding the pharmaceutical industry and its role in opioids.

HHS refused to respond to Debbie Stabenow about reducing the pricing of Suboxone. He refused to agree to reducing the price that was $1 in 2005 which is now a 4000% increase in price, with new presidential mandates that law enforcement carries it.

The Senators are going after the Medicaid grant funding to NGO programs where nothing really reaches the people.

There was a question about the Families First Act providing assistance to families, like it was designed to do, that has never happened, so the children are not Legally Kidnapped and put into Foster Care and Adoption programs, that are funded through NGO programs where nothing really reaches the people.

Senators just dropped "fraud & abuse" and asked how come HHS is not reporting it to CMS for investigation.

HHS just sat there.

Damn, Claire McCaskill just slammed Giroir for not doing anything about going after these pharmaceutical companies for fraud & abuse, and she even called the corporations out as being greedy from people dying.

She asked for an immediate rule to go after pharmaceuticals for Medicaid fraud; HHS grunted.

Dean Heller just put him on the hot seat asking about school, education youth programs for prevention.

Giroir kicked the responsibility to the states on how they procure services, which are privatized, and had could not respond to the child welfare component.

I keep watching to see if his sidekick Brandt is mannequin puppet because she is on point when it comes to dancing around an answer with him.

She is clueless and only follows orders.

Her tag line "this is something we have been looking at and believe a potential good tool..." I should have taken a tally on how many times she used this line.

Yes, she needs to go.

Griroir's response to what HHS is doing about child welfare services..."this is something we have been looking at and believe a potential good tool..."

I do not have a law degree so I have no Code of Ethics but my own of which to adhere, so...

Admiral Brett Giroir sucks.

Check his finances and past projects, he has deep privatization and child welfare background.

Here is a link to the hearing because C-SPAN blocked me.

The Model Originated In Child Welfare - Veterans

Listen to this FBI Whistleblower who also a clinical psychologist discuss mental health treatment of veterans regarding the confidentiality and third party contractors.

There is no individual treatment because it is all programmed, developed through universities that take funding grants from foreign nationals like Israel, for revenue maximization, through NGOs for human subject research.

There is no more privacy and all this intelligence is put into databases which are being used for predictive modeling for those god awful Social Impact Bonds.

The model originated in child welfare.

JUDICIARY: A Veteran Letter To Chairman Bob Goodlatte Who Just Wants To Be Heard

The following is a letter from a U.S. military veteran who just wants his voice to be heard by the Chairman of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee, Bob Goodlatte:

Dear Honorable Congressman Goodlatte,

Thank you for your service and conviction to justice for the American people.  I've spent the better part of 24 months in my free time digging deep, very deep, into areas I never thought I would be digging.  From human trafficking in places like Haiti (Larau Silsby), to things like Pakistani spies working in Congress for no apparent good reason (Awans),  It all makes me sick and scared at the same time.  It's unfathomable that our country can be "led" by people who are so brazenly compromised.  They are so confident in themselves and in the protection given, that we, the people won't hold them to account.  I'm utterly sick of it.

Here's the bottom line, you Trey Gowdy, Louie Gohmer, and a handful of others like Luke Rosiak, Tom Fitton, George Webb, have gone well over the call of duty to hold people to account.  I have one critical observation of all these 100's of CSPAN congressional hearings I've watched over the years.  Without improvement, these hearings will continue to produce nothing for the people.  They currently occur as a "school play" for our entertainment only.  How many times are we going to hear a subject be questioned for critical information just to hear them say, "I'm not sure or I can't answer that so I'll have to get back to you"??????

This happens so much it's almost comical.  What would it take for these important questions to be make available to the subject 24 or 48 hours in advance of the hearing?  That way, they at least have a chance to develop their lies under oath for exposure, as oppose to a complete dodge of the issue at hand.  Honestly, I think we could produce a vastly different "research" if the subjects were given a chance to know what they are being interrogated over.

Again, thank you for your service.  I', not in your district though I feel like my voice should be heard.  Thank you for your consideration as well in my concerns.

Allow me to respond, as Bob probably has his plate full at the moment.

I am quite sure Bob is appreciative.

Right, Bob?

Judiciary is a major component in this investigation because the former Ranking Member, John Conyers, Jr. and Ranking Member of Oversight, Elijah Cummings were the ones who initially requested the DOJ OIG investigations and the hearings.

Bob has been "awakened".

There is a plan and it has been in play for a few years.

Grand Juries have been convened for quite some time, all over the nation.

Stay tuned and get your popcorn ready.
