Happy Partus Sequitur Ventrem Month! - Pramila Jayapal & Her Rogue Ass Judiciary Crew Got Hit With Ethics Complaints

I wonder if Pramila and her rogue ass crew up in Judiciary have figured it out, yet.

Probably not, for they are "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending),

I believe these actions, if found through due process of judicial determination could defrock her of her law license and be grounds to revoke her U.S. citizenship.

I bet exile would suck.

Judiciary Committee Dems hit with ethics complaints over ‘suspicious’ conduct

EXCLUSIVE: Three Democratic members of the House Judiciary Committee were hit with ethics complaints Wednesday, connected to a slew of alleged violations related to campaign fundraising.

Nonprofit watchdog group Americans for Public Trust filed complaints with the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) against Reps. Madeleine Dean, D-Pa., Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., and Lucy McBath, D-Ga., calling for investigations of possible violations of House rules and federal law. The organization, founded by former National Republican Congressional Committee research director Caitlin Sutherland, also filed complaints against Dean and McBath with the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

“All three of these members have engaged in disturbing activities that appear to us to be violations of federal law and House rules. This is especially alarming given all three sit on the prestigious House Judiciary Committee, which has direct oversight responsibilities over the U.S. Department of Justice and, by extension, the nation’s law enforcement,” said Adam Laxalt, former Nevada attorney general and outside counsel to Americans for Public Trust. "We’re calling on the Federal Election Commission and the Office of Congressional Ethics to immediately investigate these suspicious activities.”

Fox News reached out to the offices of all three congresswomen for comment, but they did not immediately respond.

The complaints against Dean claim that after she suspended her campaign for lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania, she used campaign funds from that race to go toward the congressional campaign she launched soon afterward. The complaints allege that this violated federal law — and by extension, House rules  because campaigns for federal office must only use funds that were subject to the FEC. The complaints state that these expenditures continued after Dean was elected to Congress, and totaled more than $17,000.

The OCE complaint against Jayapal describes allegations that the Washington Democrat violated a House rule that prohibits members of Congress from soliciting campaign or political contributions that are "linked with an official action taken or to be taken by a House member." The complaint also notes that federal law prohibits House members from requesting money or other things of value connected with performing an official duty.

The complaint points to tweets from Jayapal related to the "Medicare-for-all" bill that she sponsored, in which she referenced or linked to a C-SPAN broadcast of a House hearing related to the bill while soliciting campaign contributions to keep “momentum going” for the bill. The complaint also alleges that by doing this, Jayapal violated a House rule against using broadcast coverage of official House business for political purposes.

The complaints against McBath are connected to money her campaign received from the advocacy group Everytown for Gun Safety. McBath had been employed by Everytown prior to launching her congressional campaign in March 2018, and the complaint states that she remained employed there for roughly two more months. During that time, she appeared on television as both a candidate and a spokesperson for Everytown.

The complaints also allege that McBath received money from Everytown for her campaign during that time, even though Everytown reported in an FEC filing that they first began contributing to McBath's campaign on April 25, 2018.

"However, Everytown began spending in the election for Georgia’s 6th Congressional District while Representative McBath was still serving as the group’s national spokesperson," the OCE complaint says. "It is not publicly known what level of involvement Representative McBath had in Everytown’s expenditures against her eventual general election opponent while she was still employed by Everytown."

The House Judiciary Committee played a central role in the recently concluded impeachment inquiry — and eventual trial — of President Trump regarding his pressure campaign against Ukraine. The three Democrats flagged in the ethics complaints voted for the articles of impeachment as they were prepared for the floor.

The president was acquitted last week on accusations of abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, in a largely party-line Senate vote.

JUDICIARY: Citizens United Hearing - No One Wants To Talk About The Children's Trust Funds, Parental Rights Of Foreign Corporations Or FARA

So, Judiciary has a hearing on corporation PACs where they had Ted Deutch, of Ethics and Pramila Jayapal testify as witness experts on dark money, without calling out foreign corporations running Medicaid fraud into political campaign like Bob MAXIMUS GOODLATTECUS, former Judiciary Chairman did with TEVA, under Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

No one even mentioned how MAXIMUS GOODLATTECUS tried to pull a fast one and introduce legislation to gut the Ethics Committee that was investigating this matter, that Ted Deutch did not even mention.

This was about corporate parental rights, which seems to be a concept foreign to Judiciary, because no one wants to talk about the children's trust funds.

Perkins Coie's SEC Money Laundering Trust Fund Emolument Fraud Scheme

Yes, we all know the FEC does not have a quorum, but no one wants to talk about the U.S. Treasury having superseding powers of authority over political campaign finance.

One reason is because Perkins Coie Sucks, which basically runs the FEC, where Marc Elias is MIA when it comes to those pesky congressional subpoenas no one is enforcing.

This was a hot mess of a hearing!

WATERGATE: Judiciary Subpoenas John Dean But Not John Conyers, Jr. - Sean Hannity Sucks

Watergate is back but the U.S. House Judiciary did not think this one out very well.

This may be a bit awkward but we are dealing with "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending).

If U.S. House Judiciary Committee calls John Dean, former White House Legal Counsel of Nixon, during Watergate, to testify so the members can "learn" on how to proceed in impeachment hearings, well, that would mean....dare I say it....

Fine, I will say it.

The U.S. House Judiciary Committee will have no choice but to subpoena the individual who constructed the impeachment hearing process.

They will have to #sayhisname so he can testify on what went on in Judiciary, behind the scenes, in Watergate, where Hillary Clinton worked for him.

Judiciary would most definitely have to call Hillary Clinton to testify so we can see how badly she bears false witness into the congressional record, again.

Or, if the Committee does not want to #sayhisname, I could always publish my own testimony into the record with lots of hyperlinks so the Members do not have to #sayhisname because I will be discussing CAPTA, which is what Watergate was covering up - the industry of trafficking tiny humans.

That would be fun.

I bet Roger Stone would be fun to be subpoenaed since he was right there, too.

Sean Hannity promulgates false claims into the public record, where all he had to do was to do a basic internet search.

Hannity sucks.

Please enter this into the record.

DEMOCRATS SEARCH FOR A 'PATH FORWARD' ON IMPEACHING TRUMP IN JOHN DEAN'S TESTIMONY

court judge Brett Kavanaugh to be an associate justice on the U.S.
Supreme Court, in the Hart Senate Office Building on
September 7, 2018, in Washington, DC.
It might be 2019, but Democrats are looking to John Dean to be their guiding light.

The former Richard Nixon White House counsel will testify before the House Judiciary Committee next week as part of a series of hearings about the Mueller report, offering Democrats a prime opportunity to further publicly highlight what a growing number of members believe to be impeachable offenses committed by President Donald Trump.

Democrats are increasingly split on opening an impeachment inquiry into Trump, as more members across Capitol Hill defy leadership's wishes and join their dozens of colleagues in advocating for such a proceeding—and they hope Dean can help their position and messaging.

"It will be very, very helpful to us, as we think about the path forward," Representative Pramila Jayapal, a Judiciary Committee Democrat, told Newsweek. "What were the things that were relevant from Watergate? What were those tipping point moments? What do the American people need to know about what was in the Mueller report? This will help us to continue to get the information out in front of the people about what exactly has happened."

John Dean photo portrait as White House Counsel black and white sitting.jpg
John Dean, Watergate
The divisive topic of impeachment continues to loom large over the Democratic Party — whether they like it or not — as they seek to force the Trump administration's hands in complying with their congressional probes into obstruction and abuse of power. Dean knows all too well about those topics, having pleaded guilty to obstruction of justice for his involvement in the Watergate scandal in the 1970s that led to the unraveling of the Nixon administration. His cooperation with a special prosecutor and his testimony before Congress about key Watergate figures — including the president — helped to move lawmakers and the public on impeachment and push Nixon to resignation.

Now, decades later, Dean's testimony could sway Democrats and help to shift the public's perception on impeachment for a different president.

"We're still doing what we wanted to do in the very beginning: to make sure that the public has as much information as they possibly can, and that we continue to lay out a case to begin impeachment proceedings," Representative Val Demings, a Judiciary Committee Democrat, told Newsweek.

Democrats reiterated it was not their intent to hold such hearings for the sole purpose of persuading anyone's particular mind on impeachment, it's to "be sure that the American people understand the contents of the Mueller report," as Representative David Cicilline, a Judiciary Democrat, told Newsweek.

But the former special counsel's public remarks last week, in which he simply highlighted information already revealed in his 448-page report, acted as the tipping point for many House Democrats on calling for impeachment proceedings. They said that simply hearing from certain figures in public, such as Mueller and Dean, could act as a game changer to how they proceed and how the public wants them to proceed.

"It's a fluid situation that we're in," Representative Jamie Raskin, also a Democrat on Judiciary, told Newsweek, speaking on whether Dean's upcoming testimony could have the ability to move the needle on impeachment. "I think it's unfolding. Anything could change the direction we're going in."

Although he's referred to impeachment in the past, Representative Hank Johnson does not agree with some of his Democratic colleagues that now is the time for an impeachment inquiry. There's too little support for it in Congress, as well as with the American people, the Judiciary Committee Democrat told Newsweek, in order for him to call for the proceedings.

However, he, too, viewed the upcoming hearings with Dean and other prominent legal experts as a chance to shift the public's mind and, as a result, perhaps begin to change minds like his.

The History Of U.S. Family Separation Policies & Borders - Interstate Compact On The Placement Of Children ~ A House Judiciary Tale Of Corporate Shape Shifters In The Trafficking Tiny Humans Industry

Once upon a time, "The Elected Ones" gave the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed the Saddy Face because, the Members of the U.S. Judiciary Committee continued to demonstrate a severely lack of legal acumen in the concept of asking just where the administrative process of DHS, DHHS, and the individual states warehoused as an authoritative source when it comes to dealing with trafficking tiny humans across borders.

Voila!

These are the private, secret foreign organizations (because they are fake) that are now the great repository of child welfare law, accreditation, the regulators, the policymakers, the lobbyists, the rulemakers of the U.S. Judicial Branch, and all other decision makers, in the hierarchy of international law for the UCC, children's trusts funds.

This is how they invaded the U.S. because no one cares about the children, as demonstrated by legislators of the day.

FUN FACT! STATES HAVE BORDERS, TOO.

These are your private human databases where they input to do that predictive modeling crap on the "best interests of the child" by wagering the children's trusts.

WHAT IS JIDS?
The Juvenile Interstate Data System (JIDS) is a web-based system that facilitates the supervising, transferring, accepting, tracking, and returning of juveniles from one state to another. JIDS enables the 50 states and 2 territories that comprise the Interstate Compact for Juveniles (ICJ) to manage workflow and communications, as well as provide consistent service to juveniles. JIDS provides users with the ability to quickly complete ICJ forms, notify Compact Offices of new information and requests, and track cases and juveniles. In addition to serving as the main communication tool for processing juvenile requests, JIDS serves as a clearinghouse for juvenile information. Data can be accessed through dynamic or static reports on a local or national level. JIDS’ implementation furthers the mission of the Compact by promoting public safety interests through the effective tracking and supervision of juveniles and establishing a system of uniform data collection on information pertaining to juveniles subject to the Compact.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Dec. 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Web.com Group, Inc. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President David L. Brown on Friday announced he plans to retire from the company in early 2019. Brown founded the company in 1997 and has served as its CEO since that time. Under Brown’s leadership, the company grew to $750 million in revenue.
“Working alongside our Web.com employees for the last 21 years has been immensely rewarding, and for that, I am forever grateful,” said Brown.
In October, Web.com was purchased by an affiliate of Siris Capital Group, LLC., a private equity firm specializing in technology investments. When the company was acquired, Brown committed to continue leading the company until a new CEO was identified by Web.com’s board of directors.

Yes, privatization, where government national treasuries are the final frontier for the corporate raiders, because it then took me here to Westbridge Energy Corporation, which was just picked up by HartEnergy.

Alas, APHSA is but another Corporate Shape Shifter.

This is what you call a Public Private Partnership because the feds give them money, and they come up with the databases and policies to maximize revenues in the trafficking of tiny humans, through the promulgation of private policies, just like DACA and DAPA, for the investors of Social Impact Bonds using their crappy predictive models.

Congress makes law, not a private, fake, foreign corporation.

This is the work of Jenny "from the Block" Granholm and her crew of "The Girls", because she was the one who championed the diffusion of a human services based economy, starting in Michigan to compliment the Adoption and Safe Families Act (ASFA) to get to that Children's Trust Fund.

This is private policy of the Interstate Commission for Juveniles and Association of Administrators of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children, DHS and DHHS uses for family separation policies.

And that ends the tale of how the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed assuaged the dearth intelligence on trafficking tiny humans policies in the U.S. House Judiciary Committee.

Nova Scotia Examines Citizenship Of Foster Kids - U.S. Terminates Parental Rights

Will Nova Scotia be the first Province to establish international law in the trafficking of tiny humans?

Probably.

In the United States, contrary to what Pramila Jayapal likes to promulgate, the alien children who cross the border are placed in the custody of the States.

The States, in turn, contract out to privatized entities I like to refer to as privateers.

In the majority of situations, these alien children are placed in concurrent planning, meaning they are going to be adopted out, whether or not the parent wants to give up their child or not.

These Child Placement Agencies then proceed to bill Medicaid, as the case is prepared for termination of parental rights.

It is at this point the parental rights are transferred to the new, corporate parent, where the child is eventually warehoused and sold through adoption, under the issuance of a new birth certificate, and new citizenship.

So, in essence, alien children under the care of the state are U.S. citizens.

Nova Scotia to require social workers to consider citizenship status of children in care

HALIFAX — Social workers in Nova Scotia are now required to consider a child’s immigration status when they are taken into care — and can even apply for citizenship on their behalf.
The policy changes follow the high-profile case of Abdoul Abdi, a former Somali child refugee who successfully fought to remain in Canada in the face of a deportation hearing last summer.
In an interview Tuesday, Kelly Besler, director of child protection and children in care with the Department of Community Services, said the changes introduced last May are significant because there was no previous policy to specifically deal with citizenship and immigration issues.
“It differentiates the two statuses (immigrant and citizen) and what a person might need to know in terms of how one might go from one to the other,” said Besler.
Besler said social workers are now expected to validate and document a child’s citizenship during every 90-day review period conducted by the department.STORY CONTINUES BELOW
“The department did commit to reviewing this area of citizenship and immigration,” she said. “It fits in well with other (previous) changes that requires an understanding of a child’s connection to their community, their cultural background, heritage and traditions.”
It differentiates the two statuses (immigrant and citizen) and what a person might need to know in terms of how one might go from one to the other
Besler said workers will also have the ability to consult with federal officials and outside experts and to seek legal advice on individual cases.

And, in cases where a child is in the temporary or permanent care of the province and is deemed eligible to apply for citizenship, a social worker may apply on the child’s behalf.

“As in the past, the services of an immigration lawyer may be accessed during this process.”
Nova Scotia’s changes came to light following a freedom-of-information request by CBC.

Abdi, who was never granted Canadian citizenship while growing up in foster care in Nova Scotia, was detained by the Canada Border Services Agency after he served about five years in prison for multiple offences, including aggravated assault.

Benjamin Perryman, Abdoul Abdi’s lawyer, heads from Federal Court after a hearing to determine whether deportation proceedings should be halted for the former child refugee, in Halifax on Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018. A former Somali child refugee’s request to temporarily halt his deportation proceedings has been rejected by the Federal Court. Andrew Vaughan / The Canadian Press

His non-citizenship put him at risk of deportation, although he was eventually allowed to stay in Canada in July after federal Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale announced that Ottawa would not move to deport him.

“When you do not have any policy in place, getting a policy in place is a good first step,” Abdi’s lawyer, Benjamin Perryman, said Tuesday.

“The question then becomes how is that implemented and can it be implemented in a way that works to ensure that this type of case does not happen again.”

Perryman voiced concerns that social workers are already overtaxed and added they will need the proper external supports to make the changes work properly.

He said in Ontario, the Peel Children’s Aid Society has developed a centre of expertise to assist with complex immigration cases involving children in care.

“Nova Scotia has said that they will just contract out on an as-needed basis or they will reach out to unnamed partners for that expertise,” Perryman said. “But I think it would be helpful to have a centre like that or a go-to person … because these cases can be extremely complex.”

Perryman also said the department should have a legal obligation to get citizenship for children, especially those who are refugees.

“The policy appears to be permissive as opposed to mandatory,” he said.
But Besler said such cases are rare and the objective is always to return children back to their families.
“So the majority of those children return to their families,” she said.

Besler said the department cared for one child who was a non-Canadian citizen in 2017 and four in 2018. She said just over 1,000 children are currently being cared for by the province.
Abdi, who was born in Saudi Arabia in 1993, came to Canada in 1995 and was taken into provincial care shortly after, moving between foster homes 31 times.

He developed behavioural problems that advocates say were not adequately treated and led to problems with the justice system.
