SpaceX Public Private Partnership With Russia & The International Space Station Scrubbed

If we are supposedly on the cusp of war with Russia, and Russia is hacking our stuff, then riddle me this -
"Why are we in a joint Russian partnership with the International Space Station and space R&D?"
SpaceX will launch the second demonstration mission of its Crew Dragon vehicle as part of NASA's Commercial Crew Transportation Capability Program (CCtCap), carrying two NASA astronauts to the International Space Station. This mission will be the first crewed flight to launch from the United States since the end of the Space Shuttle program in 2011. DM-2 demonstrates the Falcon 9 and Crew Dragon's ability to safely transport crew to the space station and back to Earth and it is the last major milestone for certification of Crew Dragon. NASA has extend the mission duration to allow the astronauts to participate as Expedition 63 crew members. The exact duration of the mission will be determined in orbit based on the readiness of the first operational crew mission.
The mission was scrubbed due to weather.

They are doing live color commentary like a sporting event and I absolutely love it.
They are even doing live commercials for the corporations involved in the launch, claimed as the largest Arab satellite network in the world.
The tech companies are now the new NFL in technology promoting corporate team spirit in open sourced advancement.
I can see the armoralities in colorful heraldry where individuals rally, through their votes, not limited to a thumbs up or down marginalized decision-making process.
No more war because stock market is nothing but a rigged gambling theifdom that is to be dismantled and rebuilt and we can do it blockchain and stop the stealin'.
We are entering the Quantum Renaissance.
We are doing AI space mining.
We no longer need intermediaries to bear witness.
