Cocktails & Popcorn: Reese Everson Of AfroFuture Sucks & Failed Her Detroit #coloredrevolution Operation

"I wonder if Reese would have given me that
African American discount."

It was when I saw RT America, do this piece on Detroit, the week before the big NAACP and DNC, invite only, Detroit 2020 Presidential Candidate Debate, that I just had to drop my head, in shame, for the simple fact that some more foreign, Predictive Modeling Crappers had come up with another one of their Monte Carlo Meth Smoking Behavioral Analysis Models on who the people of Detroit are and what they are supposed to look and act.

The African-Americans, a term Jesse Jackson coined, needs to told as his tale.

If Africa is a continent, and the United States is a nation, does that mean African Americans have dual citizenship or are these votes disqualified under Voter ID laws?

Not everyone from the continent of Africa is of the darker persuasion.

Not everyone of the darker persuasion is from Africa.

If Colored Person A procreates with Colored Person B, producing Colored Offspring X; and, Colored Person C procreates with Colored Person D, producing Colored Offspring Y; where, Colored Offspring X and Colored Offspring Y procreate to produce Colored Offspring XY, does the zygote qualify for reparations?

This is Detroit and we do not play that crap.

This is that privatization, re-animation of the residuals of the peculiar institution and I smell Perkins Coie.

I also smell the stench of Julian Epstein, of whom I have so affectionately bestowed the appellation of "Mr. Slimy, Slime, Slime" to describe the content of his character.

This is one of those Detroit #coloredrevolutions.

#EpicFail

This was so embarrassing because it went viral, global, and is preserved, forever, in the annals of history, that I had to transform into the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed and tell the tale of another failed attempt of a #coloredrevolution, for The Meanies are trying really, really hard to cover up, bleachbit, change the narrative, create plausible deniability, or whatever other "colored" excuse they could conjure from their excreted findings of statistical crap, like this AfroFuture.

Gather round, my dearies for I shall tell you the tale of the invasion of the #coloredrevolution in Detroit.

Once upon a time, I did a quick and dirty search for the corporate filings of AfroFutures.

But, alas, AfroFutures was dissolved January 8, 2019, long before this Detroit propaganda invasion was to have taken place.

http://dennistapfuma.com/
AfroFutures LTD, is, oops, was owned by Dennis Stapfuma

Dennis seems to be an expert in the realms of propaganda and colored revolutions.
Dennis Tapfuma is an accomplished digital consultant who has spent the last 12 years delivering digital projects for agencies and corporate clients in London. He has worked with leading firms such as Accenture, SapientRazorfish, POSSIBLE, Havas, Wunderman, OgilvyOne and others. As a digital programme management consultant, Dennis has managed the delivery of Digital Strategy, User Experience, Global Web Platform Builds, Digital Marketing Campaigns, CRM Strategy and Implementation and Digital Transformation for a number of clients. These include Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline, Glencore, HSBC and others. Dennis also provides consulting services to SME’s on how to implement effective digital strategies to grow their businesses.
The only color Dennis cares about is the color of cryptocurrency in the profit margins.

I could easily hear the melodious sounds of foreign propaganda because Reese Everson, an attorney,  being interviewed was promulgating the reasons why there was poverty and despair in Detroit.

She went what we call "color-struck".

Yes, she was dealing out full hands of race cards which tells you she is not from Detroit because one of the performers dropped out due to the pervasive disgust of these foreign political propaganda operations, probably funded through some child welfare fraud scheme, to play clean up to their other predicitive modeling crappy Public Private Partnership programs like the Detroit Land Bank Authority and its willing participation in gerrymandering to interfere with the 2016, and before that, elections.

She was brought in to cover up for the nefarious activities of public corruption in Detroit because there was *russian/israeli/ukrainian* election interference, which has me wondering if the Detroit NAACP is hosting this op, to follow up with the big CNN DNC 2020 Presidential Invite Only Event.

Then, I took pause, and found that she came out Michigan State University, which means she should she makes false claims in the public record.

After completing law school, and operating her own firm in Chicago, Illinois, M. Reese Everson’s proven legal expertise propelled her to be chosen to serve as legislative staff to some of the most senior elected members of the United States Congress. It was there that she realized a need, and set out to fill it. Having been targeted by sexual harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination on Capitol Hill, Reese realized that young women often lack the tools for successfully navigating sexual harassment and gender discrimination in the workplace. Further, there were few support systems and safe spaces one could go to seek guidance without the fear of retaliation. Reese decided to create a manual for young women in the workplace to address sexual harassment while maintaining their integrity,  entitled “The B.A.B.E.’s Guide to Winning in the Workplace: You Don’t Have to Compromise” and to create a digital safe space to provide women with a support system and resources.

M. Reese Everson is now a tireless advocate for young women, committed to helping them to find their voice and showing them how to walk in their purpose, uncompromised. While serving as Advocate in Chief, she travels the globe as a Sexual Harassment Expert and Advocate, Workplace Integrity Engineer, Amazon Best Selling author, and speaker. Reese works to advocate for removing discrimination and harmful biases in the workplace that can be very problematic, specifically for women of color. She is the Founder of B.A.B.E.S in the Workplace which provides peer-advocates for women dealing with sexual harassment and gender discrimination in universities and workplaces across the U.S. She also founded the B.A.B.E.S in the Workplace Foundation to provide economic resources for women devastated by sexual harassment and entrepreneurship training for K-8 students.

M. Reese Everson is formerly the Principal Attorney for the Everson Law Group. The Everson Law Group specialized in Corporate, Municipal, Real Estate and Asset Protection. M. Reese Everson began her legal career as American Bar Associate Fellow on behalf of the Nevada Attorney General’s office. In this role, M. Reese Everson was entrusted to assert Nevada’s right to share a $173M damages settlement from a multi-state class action lawsuit.
M. Reese Everson’s proven legal expertise propelled her to be recruited by senior United States Congressional officials to serve as Legislative Counsel to some of the most senior elected members of the United States Congress. This position entailed providing advice and counsel on all things judiciary, including civil rights, voting rights and Constitutional policy. In addition, M. Reese Everson drafted amendments for legislation proposed by the Judiciary Sub-Committee Ranking Member on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations.
M. Reese Everson also worked as a Legislative Staffer on behalf of the House Financial Services Committee’s Capital Market and Government Sponsored Enterprises staff, where she also spearheaded a Conaddressing the student loan debt crisis with world-renowned financial guru, Suze Orman. Ms. Everson received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Michigan State University and holds a Juris Doctor and Certificate in International Law from DePaul University College of Law. She is a member of the Illinois Bar. Ms. Everson has studied law in Madrid, Spain and Beijing, China. She is a humanitarian with a passion for financial literacy and food security. Her collegiate accolades include being awarded 8 Scholarships including the Michigan Competitive Scholarship, Michigan Merit Award, and the Ernest & Cammille Green MSU Black Alumni Scholarship and also creating a fundraising campaign that raised over $27,000 to support relief efforts for victims of Hurricane Katrina (click for more detail). <===another money laundering operation out MSU, which gave me much more pause as to her character.

It only took her 4 years to come out and say something.

It took me 3 seconds to figure out that she is a wanna be operative still in training because she went through congressional staffer training which means she knew how to file a complaint, or hire an attorney, like the majority of those staffers did to get a quick settlement before hoping over to their next assignment.

You suck, Reese, badly.

Questions, doubt about credibility of Rep. Robert C. Scott’s accuser

Bobby Scott liked to look, but I highly doubt her credibility based upon the date of her grande entrance into the junior society of little operatives.

This was the same time the Meanies were really, uber mean to my Sweetie.

Reese gives me the Great Saddy Face.

I say we should ask her where she got those colored-struck talking points.

I knew I smelled Congressional Black Caucus and that NAACP go-to chick who likes to package up these really dumb, cover up operations of her associates.

Praise the Lord, in a cacophony of *russian/israeli/ukrainian* afrocentristic screams from the obsequious, sycophantic psychotics who are willing to do just about anything to prevent the release of the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed who will bring down the heavens.

There have been lots of paid operatives who are more than willing to take any form of money in order to survive, or not be prosecuted for war crimes.

I wonder if she is going to defend the Detroit NAACP?

Someone should sue AfroFutures....oh, wait, I forgot, they were dissolved earlier this year.

How did they get permits from the City of Detroit to perform?

How are they selling tickets, online, when they have no instrument of authority?

How were they insured?

I really hope no one signed any legal documents with the County or State using the name "AfroFutures" like the Detroit Land Bank Authority does, because it never incorporated, but hey, what do I know?

I know propaganda when I see it because I am the original source.

I also know they were mean to my Sweetie.

I believe Reese may have one of those pesky attorney client privilege issues coming up in Detroit.

#sayhisname

#perkinscoiesucks

As the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed, I hereby issue a Proclamation Of Apology to the world for having to experience the work of "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending).

Much love, my dearies, this too shall come to pass.

AfroFuture Fest in Detroit wanted to charge white people double. Backlash ensued.

A Detroit music festival is changing its ticket pricing system after organizers say they were harassed by white supremacists and racist comments.

When AfroFuture Fest, an August Afrocentric music and art festival, opened ticket sales, organizers were charging "early bird" people of color $10 and “non-POC” $20, with other tickets as high as $40 on Eventbrite.

Last weekend, after the event was widely publicized and debated across social media, the national attention prompted organizers to change the pricing to $20 for all attendees.

Organizers originally posted the event with an explanation: The prices were based on the idea of equitable access to festivals, which they said are often cost-prohibitive and do not benefit the black communities that host them.

“Events often designed for marginalized Black and Brown communities can be easily co-opted by those with cultural, monetary, and class privileges,” organizer Numi Ori wrote on Facebook. “Our goal is to ensure that the youth of our communities can participate in the building of a just society; one that promotes EQUITY over EQUALITY.[sic]”

While organizers said they intended to make the festival more accessible, the doubled price for white festivalgoers sparked pushback from performers as well.

Tiny Jag, a Detroit-based rapper who is biracial, was slated to perform at the festival, but pulled out of the lineup in a Twitter announcement, writing the pricing system “does not reflect the views of myself or the Tiny Jag team.”
Social media accounts like The Shade Room reposted the festival pricing, prompting thousands of replies. Some called the system racist, while others pointed out white privilege as a factor in the ticket scale. One commenter wrote: “Like 1950s racism in 2020. No bueno,” receiving thousands of likes.

The event’s hosting site, Eventbrite, threatened to take the festival’s page down if organizers did not change the pricing, which an Eventbrite spokesperson said violated company terms. "We also let them know that if they did not comply, we would remove the event completely from our site," the spokesperson said in a statement.

"While the creator removed the discriminatory pricing for admission, we were made aware they added an optional donation ticket type that was still based on a protected characteristic," Eventbrite's statement reads. "Given this also violated our Terms, we removed that specific ticket type and communicated to the creator that they can include a donation option so long as it’s inclusive of all attendees."

In a Monday post, Ori wrote that she and fellow organizer Franchesca Lamarre were changing the pricing system because of racist harassment. “There is no other reason why. This was for the sake of safety,” she wrote.

“I don’t feel not one ounce of sadness or regret about Franchesca Lamarre and I’s choice for creating this ticket structure,” Ori wrote in a July 5 Facebook post. “...Don’t comment on here about what we could have done differently with the structure. We did what we did and equity matters.”

Artists slated to perform at AfroFuture Fest include Curtis Roach, Pri$m and White Buffs on the Astral Plane.

JUDICIARY: Scott, Nadler Release New GAO Report that Proves Students of Color Suffer Harsher Discipline for Lesser Offenses

Although I respect the investigative staff of the this GAO report on another segment of the child welfare system, I must also respectively point out that the report is flawed for the following reasons:
  1. It does not say a word about Child Protective Services, which was specifically designed to for discipline disparities for black students, boys, and student with disabilities;
  2. There is no mention of what is considered as "Black" or "More than two races" are, meaning, data collection is extremely biased as it did not properly apply the "one-drop rule" when it comes to federal funding of programs specifically designed to target these populations.
  3. The variable classifications used can be seen as a violation of federal law.
  4. There was no mention for data inclusion for children in Foster Care programs or the fact that these foster youth in many situations have no educational records.
  5. There is no mention of the data obstacle that Foster Care information is considered a "privacy" issue and many of the cases are sealed in State courts.
  6. There is no mention that the GAO tried to do a study on Foster Care but previously was shuttered.
  7. There is no mention of fraud.
  8. There is no mention on the drugging of children.
  9. There is no mention of residential institutions.
  10. The report lightly glosses over the concept of poverty and the impact in cognitive and developmental challenges due to things like environmental or sardonic policies slashing educational services for youth
  11. There is no stratified geographic data to further analyze, what I am just going to say, issues with these NGO programs training educators to function in such a disparaging capacity.
  12. There is no mention of States asset forfeiture social welfare programs where language is being transformed to include the terms "youth, aged, mental health, poverty" which are being lumped into the term "disabled".
  13. This is what is called "Targeted Populations" of Medicaid Fraud in Child Welfare.
  14. The report omits anything regarding the trafficking of tiny humans.
  15. The pdf of the report https://www.gao.gov/assets/700/690828.pdf  is locked, and tagged as "assets", which leads me to believe there is fraud and someone other than the children are going to benefit from the outcomes of this report in some private contracts and campaign finance.

This report sucks because it is based up the same exact report it did that sucked which I have embedded below, because the pdf was not locked, unlike this report.

The report also sucks because I see that crappy predictive modeling for those darn Social Impact Bonds.

WASHINGTON – Today, Congressman Bobby Scott (VA-03), ranking member of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce and Congressman Jerrold Nadler (NY-10), ranking member of the House Committee on the Judiciary released a Government Accountability Office (GAO) report entitled, “Discipline Disparities for Black Students, Boys, and Students with Disabilities.” The ranking members requested that the GAO investigate disparities in discipline policies and practices applied to students of color, boys, and students with disabilities.

“The Government Accountability Office has conducted first-of-its-kind analysis of national data which dispels claims that racially disproportionate rates of discipline are based solely on income. The analysis shows that students of color suffer harsher discipline for lesser offenses than their white peers and that racial bias is a driver of discipline disparities,” said Ranking Member Bobby Scott (VA-03). “This report underscores the need to combat these gross disparities by strengthening, not rescinding, the 2014 Discipline Guidance Package, which recommends specific strategies to reduce the disparities without jeopardizing school safety.”

Black students, boys, and students with disabilities are disproportionately disciplined in K-12 public schools. This pattern of disproportionate discipline persists regardless of the type of disciplinary action, level of school poverty, or type of public school students attend.

“After an extensive analysis by the Government Accountability Office, there can be no ignoring the facts of racial biases – facts that the Trump Administration must face head-on and cannot refute,” said Ranking Member Jerrold Nadler (NY-10) of the House Judiciary Committee. “The GAO report shows that race plays a significant role in discipline disparities, with students of color suffering harsher punishment in school compared with their peers. To suggest otherwise would require ignoring the major factor in these disparities, and ignorance of the facts can be no excuse for failing these students. Ignoring the impact of race on school discipline would be unconscionable and fail to address a critical issue impacting school performance by students of color. I thank Ranking Member Scott for his dedication to this important issue, and hope the Administration will finally come to grips with the realities faced by students of color. Secretary DeVos and the Department of Education must ensure that the necessary resources and guidelines are in place to address these disturbing racial disparities in our schools, and I hope this report will provide the necessary urgency for quick action on this matter.”

In 2014, the Department of Education and the Department of Justice issued a School Discipline Guidance Package, to remind schools of their legal obligations to administer school discipline without discriminating on the base of race, color, or national origin. Based on the empirical evidence provided in this GAO report, it is critically important the guidance be strengthened, and not rescinded, as some have suggested.  If the Department moves to turn a blind eye to the evidence-based research in this report, it will rob our nation’s students of full civil rights protections and informed decision-making.

GAO Report on Disparities and Racial Segregation in K-12 Education by Beverly Tran on Scribd

Boy, oh boy! I cannot wait until they come out with the third addition on research of the research of the research.

Someone got paid.  Just look into the footnotes.

Always look at the footnotes.

To finally bring my point home that these reports suck, Michigan does the same thing on this issue, appropriating money to study and report the same thing about these children, and nothing gets done, except people make money to fund campaigns to make sure they will get a private contract to do more research.

House, Senate Democratic Leaders Push Trump Administration for Answers on Affirmative Action

Amid national conversation on race and white supremacy, new efforts from the Trump Administration to reexamine the values of racial diversity on campus are deeply troubling

Democrats: “This is the latest effort by [Trump]Administration to step away from enforcing the protections provided under the Civil Rights Act and instead promote policies that undermine civil rights protections”

Congressman John Conyers  (D-MI), ranking member of the House Committee on Judiciary, Congressman Bobby Scott (D-VA), ranking member of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce,, Congressman Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), Senator Patty Murray (D-WA), ranking member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions, and Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), ranking member of the Senate Committee on Judiciary, sent a letter, below, to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos about a recent memo that showed intent of the Departments of Justice (DOJ)  and Education (ED) to reexamine the process by which the federal government ensures racial diversity on college campuses.

“Recently, an internal hiring posting from DOJ citing ‘investigations and possible litigation related to intentional race-based discrimination in college and university admissions’ caused public concerns as to whether DOJ and ED are launching a new effort to reexamine the values of racial diversity on campus,” the Members wrote. “This is the latest effort by this Administration to step away from enforcing the protections provided under the Civil Rights Act and instead promote policies that undermine civil rights protections and your Departments’ Civil Rights Offices. The Supreme Court has made it clear that racial diversity is a compelling state interest and that it is in our national interest that talented students from a variety of backgrounds get a close look and a fair chance at overcoming obstacles to higher education.”

The Members also highlighted that this memo follows a disturbing pattern of the Trump Administration’s hostile view of the federal government’s role in protecting civil rights.

“This action is especially suspect given this Administration’s lack of attention to civil rights issues in our education system thus far,” the letter continues. “For example, neither DOJ nor ED have publically addressed the spate of racially charged incidents on college campuses nor the rise in white supremacist recruiting efforts and incidents on college campuses which the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) describes as unprecedented.   Such incidents include the stabbing of an African American student commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army by a fan of white supremacist websites, or bananas hanging from nooses labeled ‘Harambe bait.’”

CONYERS, SCOTT Statement On Reports Of Trump Administration Plans To Attack Affirmative Action

WASHINGTON – Representatives Bobby Scott (VA-03) and John Conyers, Jr. (MI-13), the ranking members of the House Committees on Education and the Workforce and the Judiciary, respectively, issued the following statement after reports surfaced that the Department of Justice plans to attack and undermine affirmative action programs in colleges and universities.

Dean of the U.S. House
of Representatives
John Conyers, Jr.
“While we cannot comment on the veracity of this alleged memo, we are deeply concerned by news reports that the Department of Justice intends to challenge the application of affirmative action programs in colleges and universities.  What is already clear is the Trump Administration’s public record of attacking civil rights protections on multiple fronts.

“As ranking members, we led 86 Members of the House in an amicus brief in support of affirmative action programs in higher education. We were one of nearly 70 organizations to take the same position, including retired Chiefs of Staff of our nation’s Armed Services, leading Fortune 500 companies, academics, 19 state governors, the faith community and many others. The position that we took was ultimately affirmed by the Supreme Court – the consideration of race and ethnicity to achieve diversity in admissions is a constitutional and is a compelling state interest that can be achieved through narrowly tailored means.

“Whether it is the Department of Justice’s decision to examine the use of consent decrees with state and local police departments, which are designed to reduce instances of police brutality and discriminatory treatment; Attorney General Session’s decision to  return to the harsh application of mandatory minimum sentences which have been proven to be racially discriminatory and counterproductive to reducing crime; the White House’s so-called election integrity commission which purports to “solve” voter fraud while requesting the most personal data of the Nation’s 200 million registered voters; or efforts to weaken the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) – agencies charged with the enforcement of employment nondiscrimination laws, the Trump administration has not wasted any opportunity to roll back existing civil rights protections for underrepresented minorities.

“Further, the Administration’s reactionary efforts were signaled in the White House’s proposed budget to which reduces or eliminated funding tied to the enforcement of federal civil rights laws.  The Trump Administration’s budget undermines the constitutional promise of Brown v. Board of Education by cutting federal funding to support public schools that serve our nation’s poorest students. It proposes elimination of the environmental justice program, gutting the primary tool to examine and address the impact of environmental policies and decisions on communities of color, low-income and tribal communities. And proving the adage “any rights without remedies are no rights at all,” the President’s budget proposes eliminating federal funding for the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) that provides civil legal aid for low income Americans to help them have their day in court.

“These actions, already on the record, provide a clear, yet unsettling picture of this Administration’s hostile view of the federal government’s role in protecting civil rights.”

CONYERS & SCOTT Introduce Bill to Address Racial Inequities in Public Education

WASHINGTON – TODAY, Committee on Education and the Workforce Ranking Member Bobby Scott (VA-03) and Committee on the Judiciary Ranking Member John Conyers, Jr. (MI-13) introduced the Equity and Inclusion Enforcement Act (EIEA). This legislation would empower parents and communities to address – through robust enforcement – racial inequities, including inequities in access to educational resources, in public education.

Today marks the 63rd anniversary of the landmark Supreme Court decision in the Brown v. Board of Education case, which struck down lawful school segregation and affirmed that education was a right that “must be made available to all on equal terms.” Last year on the anniversary of Brown, Ranking Members Scott and Conyers unveiled the findings of a Government Accountability Office (GAO) report which found that our nation’s schools are, in fact, re-segregating by race and class.

Dean of the U.S. House
of Representatives
John Conyers, Jr.
“Though the Nation can celebrate the progress made over the course of the last 63 years after the Brown v. Board decision, we should acknowledge the long path ahead of us in the battle toward equal education,” said Ranking Member Conyers. “Last year’s GAO report confirmed our fears -- that many of our schools are re-segregating at alarming rates. On this landmark occasion, I’m proud to join Rep. Scott in introducing the Equity and Inclusion Enforcement Act, legislation that will help us on our path to providing equal educational opportunities for all students.”

“On this anniversary of Brown, we are reminded that we have a long way to go to achieve educational equity for all students,” said Ranking Member Scott. “Last year’s GAO report confirmed that increasing segregation along the lines of race and poverty continue to be a driver for inequities in education. The Equity and Inclusion Enforcement Act provides parents and communities with the tools necessary to ensure all children have a chance to succeed, and moves us one step closer to fulfilling the promise of Brown.”

In 1964, Congress passed the Civil Rights Act, a decade after the Brown decision. Title VI of the Act mandates that federal dollars cannot subsidize or support programs or activities that discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national origin. The EIEA would:
  • restore a private right of action to file disparate impact claims under Title VI;
  • create Title VI monitors to ensure that every school has at least one employee to specifically carry out the responsibilities of the law; and
  • create an Assistant Secretary in the Department of Education to coordinate and promote Title VI enforcement of equity and inclusion in education.

Earlier today, a companion bill - the Rebuild America’s Schools Act of 2017 - was introduced to support new investments in school infrastructure to help level the playing field for students in under-resourced communities.

Organizations supporting the EIEA: NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund (LDF), Southeast Asia Resource Action Center (SEARAC), the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, the Advancement Project, NAACP, and Teach Plus.

The 2016 presidential campaign was the most polarizing and divisive in memory, particularly from a civil rights perspective.  Though the Obama administration made notable legislative and enforcement gains in civil rights, with the rise in hate violence, police shootings and legislative backlash at the state and local level, minority communities have been justifiably concerned about the continuing role of the Federal government in protecting their civil rights.  This forum will examine the appointments, polices and orders undertaken in the first 100 days of the Trump administration in order to help foster an agenda for the protection of civil rights.

CONYERS: Democrats Push Trump Administration to Protect the Education of Undocumented Children

WASHINGTON – Today, Reps.  John Conyers (MI-13), Bobby Scott (VA-03), Bennie Thompson (MS-02), and Zoe Lofgren (CA-19), the Ranking Members of the Committees on Education and the Workforce, Judiciary, Homeland Security, and Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security, respectively, sent a letter, below, to Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly asking them to remind public schools that they are still required to educate undocumented children, despite recent changes to immigration policies.

Dean of the U.S. House
of Representatives
John Conyers, Jr.
“We write to express concern that recent changes in immigration enforcement policies are creating fear, anxiety and confusion in immigrant communities around the country,” the Members wrote. “In this environment of trepidation, it is important that we do all we can to minimize the impact these policies have on public school attendance and student learning. One way to address this concern is to ensure that school enrollment and attendance practices do not chill school participation based on the students’ or their parent’s immigration status.”

“To assuage increasing apprehensions, we request that the Department of Homeland Security issue a statement making clear that, in spite of other changes in enforcement policy, the sensitive locations policy remains in full effect, at schools and other localities,” the letter reads. “Fear of immigration enforcement actions cannot be allowed to create a hostile learning environment for our children.”

Plyler v. Doe decision, the Supreme Court ruled that it was unconstitutional to deny any child, including an undocumented child, access to a public education.  A student’s immigration status was irrelevant to the student’s right to access a public elementary and secondary education.

In the spirit of deregulation, there seems to be a shift in the oversight authority back to the people.

U.S. Representative Joe Courtney has introduced the following Bill which has been referred to the U.S. House Committee on House, Education and the Workforce.

All I can do is cross my fingers that the Committee:

  • Does not keep whistleblower powers exclusive to federal employees;
  • Allow pro se standing through administrative remedies via referral coordination with EPA and IRS.  Make a community policing "court appointed" program for indigent whistleblowers to proceed with claims providing advocacy.  It is difficult for the indigent to access justice when your attorney breaks the seal of your case to work with the fraudfeasors and refuses to lift a finger to represent you in hopes the case is dismissed, with or without prejudice, because they know you will never be able to afford representation and you just gave them all the information to cover up these financial crimes. We possess the expertise as the original source, so listen to us;
  • End all the Rule 9b dilatory volley.  A fraud is a fraud.  Refer it out to an IG, Ethics or DOJ to stop wasting time on litigating legal semantics; and,
  • Stop ignoring the desperately needed clean up with the crap about a state not being classified as an "individual" under the False Claims Act.   All this does is give a free pass to state and locally elected and appointed officials to use their offices for personal inurement with special federal powers of immunities to run taxpayer money-raping schemes through nonprofits into their re-election campaigns.
Come on, people, let us just keep it real and do what needs to be done to stop the dark money being siphoned through the black budget.

Pretty please, Pretty Preet?

If this does not get fast-tracked through Committee and both chambers, I am going to ethically castigate each and every official who is not in concurrence with me because each vote in opposition will be a red flag that they are engaging in fraudulent activities through their offices and campaigns.

If you want to get rid of regulations, then you better replace it with whistleblower empowerment protections.

Every single federal department and agencies need whistleblower protections, including the States.

Period.
