Cocktails & Popcorn: When A #MeToo Psychoptic Goes Horribly Wrong - Sheila Jackson Lee, CBC & Her Legal Geniuses Grape Kool Aid Moment In Congress

goes horribly wrong
On this latest episode of Cocktails & Popcorn, Sheila Jackson Lee seems not to be too fond of her own grape kool-aid she mixed up.

I have chosen Her Flatulent Boviness' choice of ghetto-fab propaganda cheap drink, a concoction of the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) she served up the public to be grape Kool-aid, with no disrespect to the time honored, happy go-lucky Americana icon, only because the color purple represents royalty.

Sheila Jackson Lee Leaves 2 Posts After Aide Says She Was Fired for Reporting Sexual Assault

Then, this happened...

But, wait!

I wonder who is going to read her forged letter of resignation, on the Floor of the House, into the Congressional Record.

Any suggestions?

I only ask because if Her Flatulent Boviness demands due process, well, that would mean she would have to honor the demand of the individual she took it upon herself, legally representing a member of congress, without advice and consent of the congress, when that member of congress already had legal representation, in Detroit, denying the allegations that have never been presented in a court of law.

As Her Flatulent Boviness has set legal precedent in just kicking a member of congress out, devoid of any formal expulsion proceeding, well, that would only mean that she is more focused on other, pending, legal matters of possibly war crimes.

But hey, what do I know?

I know the only purple drink I want is a nice merlot.

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee’s office denies allegations of retaliation amid lawsuit

Rep. Jackson Lee resigned Wednesday as CBCF chairwoman.

Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, a high-profile, veteran Democratic lawmaker, is temporarily taking herself out of consideration to be chairman of a House Judiciary subcommittee, following an ex-staffer's claim she was fired in retaliation for making a rape allegation against a former supervisor at a previous job.

According to recent court documents published by the New York Times, the ex-Jackson Lee staffer, identified only as “Jane Doe,” claims she was raped in 2015 by her then-supervisor at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, the fundraising arm of the caucus. She’s suing the CBCF and Jackson Lee’s office, alleging economic and emotional injury.

Doe claims she reported the incident to police and informed CBCF and others at the time but did not pursue a lawsuit.

Jackson Lee became CBCF chairwoman in 2017.

The former staffer claims that in 2018, when she was then working for Jackson Lee, she informed the congresswoman’s chief of staff Glenn Rushing that she was going to pursue the rape allegation legally, but she was fired three weeks later without being allowed to speak to Jackson Lee, as she requested to Rushing.

Her lawsuit claims Lee’s office unlawfully retaliated against her after she told Rushing that she was going to sue the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, an alleged violation of the Congressional Accountability Act, meant to protect congressional employees who claim retaliation. She also alleges a violation of the District of Columbia’s Human Rights Act.

When asked Thursday morning by ABC News whether she had retaliated against her staffer, Jackson Lee declined to comment but pointed to a statement her office posted on Facebook on January 19.
“The Office adamantly denies the allegations that it retaliated against, or otherwise improperly treated, the plaintiff. It is against office policy to discuss details about internal personnel matters,” the statement reads.

The missive goes on to praise the what it describes as the congresswoman’s “outstanding record” supporting civil rights and non-discrimination, “both in legislation and in her own office.”

“The plaintiff chose federal court and she has every right to utilize this process and pursue a claim through the [Congressional Accountability Act],” the statement added. “Although the Congresswoman is eager to respond substantively, she will do so only at the appropriate time, as the court docket dictates.”

The statement then expresses confidence that the congresswoman and her office “will be exonerated of any retaliatory or otherwise improper conduct and this matter will be put to rest.”

Finally, the statement expresses concern for Jane Doe, stating the office only wants “the best for her and the many, many young people that the Congressional office has supported, encouraged and provided opportunities for over 20 years.”

Jackson Lee resigned Wednesday as CBCF chairwoman.

"The congresswoman values the Foundation’s ideals and does not want to be a distraction during the legal proceedings of the suit filed against the CBCF," interim president and CEO Elsie Scott wrote in a statement.

Jackson Lee, now in her 13th term in the House of Representatives, served during the 115th Congress as the ranking Democrat on the Judiciary subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, Homeland Security, and Investigations. With the new Democratic majority now in power, she was poised to become chair but took herself out of consideration amid the allegations.

"I fully support her decision to voluntarily and temporarily step back from the Crime Subcommittee Chair position to ensure the Subcommittee's important work continues," Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., the House Judiciary Committee chairman said in a statement. "This decision does not suggest any culpability by Representative Jackson Lee."

California Democratic Rep. Karen Bass, who chairs the Congressional Black Caucus, will serve as the interim chair of the Judiciary subcommittee until the matter is resolved and Jackson Lee can assume her role, Nadler's statement said.

Sheila Jackson Lee Owns A CBC #MeToo Moment & Another Of Treason

Image result for congressional black caucus foundation
https://www.cbcfinc.org/
Before we begin, I thought it wise to introduce the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation since all of this history is omitted from the school books and is in the process of being rewritten.

The Foundation is an off-shoot of the Congressional Black Caucus that ended up being something it was never intended to be because it was highjacked by special interests individuals who needed extra money for frequent hair and nail salon visits.

Every year, the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation puts on its Legislative Conference, where, for the right price, people and groups from across the country will attend to network.

Unfortunately, some of the networking is in the realms of rather nefarious trafficking tiny human and weapons operations, but hey, what do I know?

I know Her Flatulent Boviness is going to need a good attorney to get her affairs in order because there is no legal defense for what she has done.

U.S. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee accused in lawsuit of retaliation against staffer

The Houston congresswoman is accused of firing an employee after the employee sued the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation over an alleged 2015 rape.

WASHINGTON — A new lawsuit has a Houston congresswoman in hot water.

A former staffer for U.S. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, a Houston Democrat, identified as "Jane Doe" says in the suit that she was fired as retaliation for suing the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation over an alleged 2015 rape. Buzzfeed first reported on the matter on Wednesday evening.

Doe alleged that while she was an intern for another member of Congress in 2015, she took part in the foundation's internship program and was raped by the intern coordinator, Damien Jones.

Three years later, she was then employed in Jackson Lee's office. The congresswoman at the time was — and still is — the chairwoman of the foundation's board of directors. In March 2018, Doe informed the congresswoman's chief of staff, Glenn Rushing, of her intent to pursue litigation against the foundation. Several weeks later, Rushing and Jackson Lee fired Doe, citing budgetary reasons, the lawsuit says.

Doe is now suing Jackson Lee's office and the foundation for $75,000.

"We are deeply concerned about the welfare of all our interns and fellows, including ‘Jane Doe’, the former CBCF intern who recently filed suit,” the foundation said in a statement on Thursday. “It is CBCF's position that the Foundation did not have the purview to terminate Ms. Doe from a staff position in a congressional office, and therefore, did not take such action. We have and will remain supportive of Ms. Doe, and will fully cooperate with all legal proceedings.”

Jones, the man who Doe alleged raped her, did not respond to Buzzfeed's request for comment.
On Thursday morning, Jackson Lee declined to comment to The Texas Tribune while near the U.S. House floor. She referred to a statement from her office, which was released Thursday afternoon.
"The Office adamantly denies the allegations that it retaliated against, or otherwise improperly treated, the plaintiff. It is against office policy to discuss specific details about internal personnel matters," the statement said.

It went on to point out that a piece of legislation Jackson Lee backed in 1995, known as the Congress Accountability Act, made Doe's legal pursuit possible."The plaintiff chose federal court and she has every right to utilize this process and pursue a claim through the CAA," said the statement. "Although the Congresswoman is eager to respond substantively, she will do so only at the appropriate time, as the court docket dictates. The Congresswoman is confident that, once all of the facts come to light, her Office will be exonerated of any retaliatory or otherwise improper conduct and this matter will be put to rest."

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation is a nonprofit offshoot of the powerful Congressional Black Caucus. The foundation issues reports and offers fellowships and scholarships to develop political leadership talent among young African-Americans.

Jones went on to work for the U.S. Senate campaign of former U.S. Rep. Beto O'Rourke. O'Rourke's spokesman issued a statement to Buzzfeed on the matter: "“The Beto for Texas campaign was absolutely not aware of these allegations until today and no longer has a relationship with Damien Jones.”

Cocktails & Popcorn: #MeToo vs. DOJ - Kavanaugh Updates Featuring Sheila Jackson Lee

In this exciting adventure of Cocktails & Popcorn we are starting to witness the demise of the #MeToo psychoptic, but the issue is not that these women lied about what happened and who they are, but what are they covering up and why?

Grassley: No corroboration of Kavanaugh accusers' allegations in FBI report

Then, this happened.
Then, this happened, which triggered my memory so I have included a video on a possible relationship to explain the concerns Sheila Jackson Lee, Her Flatulent Boviness, has with computers and national security, below.

Can you say TARP?

GOP-doxxing suspect arrested; worked or interned for Feinstein, Jackson Lee, other Dems

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-California and Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas.A Democratic congressional intern was arrested Wednesday and accused of posting the personal information of at least one Republican senator during last week's hearing about sexual assault claims against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, authorities said.

Senior congressional sources tell Fox News that Cosko most recently worked as an unpaid intern for Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas. He previously worked with Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H., and former Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer of California. He also worked or interned with the office of Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, as well as with at least one other unnamed lawmaker. A LinkedIn page with Cosko's name on it describes him as a "Democratic Political Professional & Cybersecurity Graduate Student."

Jackson Lee's office told Fox News that Cosko had only worked there for a couple of months, but has now been terminated.

“It’s unfortunate,” Glenn Rushing, Jackson Lee's chief of staff, told Fox News. Rushing added that the congresswoman's office is "cooperating with law enforcement."

Hassan’s office has had two substantial personnel issues in recent months. Earlier this year, an intern for the senator shouted "Mr. President, f--- you!" across the Capitol Rotunda at President Trump as he was being escorted into the office of House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis. Hassan's office declined to comment on Cosko's arrest.

Personal information of Sens. Lindsey Graham, Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch was posted on their respective Wikipedia pages Thursday as the Senate Judiciary Committee questioned Kavanaugh over allegations that he assaulted Christine Blasey Ford at a high school party in the early 1980s. All three have professed their belief that Kavanaugh is innocent of the claims brought against him by Ford, with Graham telling the federal judge "you've got nothing to apologize for" amid a fiery rant denouncing Democrats' handling of the allegations.

The intentional publication of the information was first caught by a Twitter bot that automatically tracks any changes made to Wikipedia entries from anyone located in the U.S. Congress and publicizes them on the social media site. The bot account later deleted the tweets because the edits contained personal information. According to the bot, whoever posted the information did so from a computer in the House of Representatives.

The home addresses of the senators appeared to be correct, though the phone numbers didn't appear to be entirely accurate. A "home" phone number listed for Graham appeared to direct callers to the Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League (SMYAL), a Washington D.C.-based advocacy group.
Sources tell Fox News that authorities are looking into the possibility that at least two other senators were doxxed.

Fox News has also learned that Cosko was discovered by aides Tuesday night working on a computer in a Capitol Hill office that did not belong to Jackson Lee. He was arrested at his Washington home the following day. Capitol Hill security officials plan to scrub the computers in question.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Sheila Jackson Lee Was Spotted Handing An Envelope To Attorney Of Kavanaugh Accuser Christine Blasey Ford In Senate Judiciary Hearing - POLL

It seems U.S. Representative Sheila Jackson Lee, Member of the House Judiciary Committee, seems to have handed something off to the attorney of Christine Blasey Ford in Senate Judiciary Hearing on Kavanaugh SCOTUS nomination.

Did you know I like to call Sheila Jackson Lee, "Her Flatulent Boviness"?

That is her character in our fairy tale.

She was very mean to my Sweetie.

I believe she has one of those "attorney-client privileges" issues going on.

Did you know she participated in the Whitewater investigation?

We really need a full FBI investigation into the entire Brett Kavanaugh Senate Judiciary Nomination Hearings process.

We need a full FBI investigation for all individuals who have been accused of sexual harassment, particularly the ones who have vehemently denied the accusations.

We need a full FBI investigation to find out what in that envelope Sheila Jackson Lee handed to Ford's attorney.

We need a full FBI investigation to find out why she was mean to my Sweetie.

What was in the envelope Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee handed to Ford's attorney?

WASHINGTON, D.C. - It was brief, but certainly long enough to be caught on camera Thursday during Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford's testimonies.

U.S. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas, handed an envelope to Ford's attorney that raised speculation about what was inside.

“Simply, what was passed were unopened stationery notes to counsel for Dr. Ford from women who wanted to enter the hearing room but were not allowed to enter the hearing room," according to the congresswoman's press office.

WHAT WAS IN THAT ENVELOPE POLL

A. Cash

B. Check

C. Cryptocurrency

D. An order for fried shrimp

E. All of the above

F. None of the above

G. Other

Cocktails & Popcorn: Her Flatulent Boviness Sheila Jackson Lee & Her Rogue Ass Crew Seem to Be Getting A Bit Messy

Oh, dear!

Her Flatulent Boviness, Sheila Jackson Lee and her compatriots, (a.k.a. Her Rogue Ass Crew), seem to be getting messy.

I wonder why?

Not really.

Democratic staffer accused of doxxing GOP senators denied bail

A former House Democratic staffer accused of posting personal information about a Republican senator online was ordered held without bail Tuesday ahead of his pending trial.

Suspect Jackson Cosko was denied bail.
 Jackson Cosko
Federal prosecutors say 27-year-old Jackson Cosko used his work login to post private information about Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, from a computer in a House of Representatives office during the Sept. 27 Senate Judiciary Committee hearing about sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Cosko was working as a staffer for Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas. He had previously worked with Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H., and former Sen. Barbara Boxer of California. He also worked or interned with the office of Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Cosko was arrested Oct. 3, one day after a staffer discovered him working on a computer in Hassan's Capitol Hill office, where Cosko was not authorized to be. According to a Capitol Police officer's affidavit, Cosko threatened the staffer who confronted him in an email message in which he threatened to leak emails, information about the health of senators' children and their Social Security numbers.

In denying Cosko bail, U.S. Magistrate Judge Deborah Robinson said prosecutors had shown that no conditions could ensure the community's safety if the suspect was released.

Cosko has been charged with several federal and local crimes in the District of Columbia, including making public restricted personal information; threatening a witness; unlawfully accessing a government computer and burglary of a senatorial office. He pleaded not guilty in court Tuesday.

A trial date for Cosko has not yet been set.

The purported home addresses and phone numbers of Lee, Sen. Lindsey Graham and Sen. Orrin Hatch were posted to their respective Wikipedia page soon after Graham defended Kavanaugh from the allegations against him. The edits were tracked and recorded by a Twitter bot that monitors changes made to Wikipedia entries by anyone located in the U.S. Congress.

Prosecutors: More evidence found in apartment of former Hassan staffer accused of 'doxing'

WASHINGTON — A federal judge on Tuesday rejected any sort of pretrial release for a former congressional staffer accused of posting online the home addresses of Republican senators backing Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation to the Supreme Court.

Magistrate Judge Deborah A. Robinson ordered that Jackson Cosko remain in custody pending trial. Prosecutors had argued that Cosko, 27, posed a flight risk. No trial date has been set yet.

Cosko was arrested on Wednesday and charged with illegally accessing the personal information of five U.S. senators, and then posting that information on the senators' Wikipedia pages. He is also charged with threatening a witness who saw him in the act. The charges carry penalties of up to 20 years in prison.

Cosko was formerly employed as a systems administrator in the office of Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H., and allegedly used Hassan's computers to access the information.

According to court documents, Cosko fled after he was caught in Hassan's office by a staffer who knew him well. A few minutes later, he allegedly sent a threatening email to the staffer who caught him.

"If you tell anyone I will leak it all," the email read, according to court documents.
Prosecutors said investigators also found cocaine during a search of Cosko’s apartment.

Prosecutors said investigators found cocaine during a search of Jackson Cosko’s home.

According to court documents, police also found a to-do list of ways to hide his alleged crimes, including backing up files, mailing backup files, burning aliases and wiping down computers.
They also found a crumpled note containing a list of planned targets, along with an extensive collection of portable electronic storage devices.

Cosko left Hassan's office in May 2018. A spokesman for Hassan said, "He was asked to resign for failing to follow office procedures. We did not have reason to believe that he posed a risk."
Most recently, Cosko worked as an unpaid intern in the office of Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas.

DOJ: NADLER STATEMENT ON JUDICIARY CRIME SUBCOMMITTEE LEADERSHIP - Sheila Jackson Lee Steps Down Just Like Conyers

Washington, D.C. --Today, Congressman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY), Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, released the following statement on the House Judiciary Crime Subcommittee leadership:

“Representative Sheila Jackson Lee has built a strong legacy of service on the Judiciary Committee and in Congress.  I fully support her decision to voluntarily and temporarily step back from the Crime Subcommittee Chair position to ensure the Subcommittee’s important work continues.  This decision does not suggest any culpability by Representative Jackson Lee.

“I am also pleased that Rep. Karen Bass has agreed to serve as interim Chair of the Crime Subcommittee until the matter is resolved and Representative Jackson Lee can resume the role of Chair.

“As we move forward, one of the first priorities of the House Judiciary Committee will be to reauthorize and strengthen the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).  Collectively, I as Chairman, Representative Jackson Lee, and Representative Bass will continue working together to strengthen VAWA and to reform our criminal justice system.”

She should resign, just like John Conyers, Jr.

COURT: EX-SEN. HASSAN IT AIDE WHO ALLEGEDLY DOXXED SENATORS ‘DOWNLOADED MORE INFORMATION THAN WAS ORIGINALLY UNDERSTOOD

Note found in Jackson Cosko's apartment / Court documents
Pictured is a note found in Jackson Cosko’s apartment. (Photo of evidence filed by prosecutors in D.C. federal court)

  • Former Senate information technology (IT) aide Jackson Cosko was arrested for “doxxing” Republican senators during the Supreme Court confirmation hearings and threatening, “I own EVERYTHING … If you tell anyone I will leak it all.”
  • On Wednesday, a judge said Cosko “downloaded more information than was originally understood,” and that it was so sensitive it could not be discussed in open court.
  • Sen. Maggie Hassan had hired Cosko despite a prior felony conviction, then he “was asked to resign” for undisclosed, unrelated wrongdoing months before the doxxing. Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee then hired him in the House despite the felony and the prior employment trouble.
A former Senate IT aide who allegedly “doxxed” Republican senators by posting their home addresses during the confirmation hearings of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and blackmailed a witness “downloaded more information than was originally understood,” Judge Thomas Hogan said in District of Columbia federal court Wednesday.

Prosecutors said in November they found “terabytes of data” that they were reviewing as evidence in the case. Lawyers indicated Wednesday that what they found was so sensitive the public could not even hear it discussed.

(RELATED: Republican Senators Doxxed By Someone In House Shortly After Questioning Kavanaugh)

The judge took the unusual step of kicking reporters and even Cosko’s own mother out of the courtroom for more than a half hour while prosecutors and the defense discussed what they found with the judge.

“The defense and government have filed a motion to seal the courtroom for certain matters that are not suitable for the public,” Hogan said.

After the public was allowed back in, Hogan expressed alarm.

“His accomplishments in the computer world … allowed him to do the things he was doing … there’s a sense of great risk to the public” if Cosko can access computers, he said. “If he has access to info that only he has the key to, he could cause difficulty.”

“Self-described at the time of doing it and maybe now still, he was malicious and hostile,” Hogan continued. “He downloaded more information that was originally understood. There is no combination of conditions that could ensure the safety of the community.”

Prosecutors said in court filings that even after he was caught bragging about how he used his position as a congressional IT aide to download data, and used it to blackmail an aide, he “expressed intention to commit more similar crimes while charges were pending.”

(Wasserman Schultz’s Laptop Found In Phone Booth At Midnight)

Through his lawyer, Cosko, a slight 27-year-old with a buzz cut and a baggy orange prison jumpsuit, pleaded with the judge to help move him to a different jail, and said that he wanted to avoid going to trial. Prosecutors said they were discussing a plea deal.

Prosecutors also said that Cosko had a prior felony conviction — a drug charge from college. Sen. Maggie Hassan, a Democrat of New Hampshire, hired him as systems administrator and gave him access to the office’s data despite the felony record. Hassan fired him in May — or rather, he “was asked to resign” for unspecified prior misconduct, according to her spokesman. But it is not clear that she revoked his super-user IT credentials.

Then, Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas hired him — she has said in August — despite both a felony record and having just lost his job for misconduct.

After the arrest in October, the congresswoman claimed he was an intern, despite being a 27-year-old who had previously worked in the upper chamber.

A spokesman for Jackson Lee, Robin Chand, refused to tell The Daily Caller News Foundation whether the office did a background check or called Hassan’s office for a reference, and if so, what Hassan’s office said.

During the confirmation hearings of Kavanaugh, Cosko allegedly posted Republicans’ home addresses on Wikipedia, including from his computer in Jackson Lee’s office.

Then, on Oct. 2, he allegedly returned to Hassan’s office and logged into a staffer’s computer.

“The defendant was caught in the act of burglarizing the office of United States Senator Maggie Hassan (his former employer) for the purpose of illegally accessing a computer in the Senator’s office,” according to court papers. “When the defendant recognized that he was caught – by a staffer who knew the defendant well – he fled the office. However, only a few minutes later, the defendant sent a threatening e-mail to that same staffer.”

Cosko wrote, according to the papers: “I own EVERYTHING … If you tell anyone I will leak it all. Emails signal conversations gmails. Senators children’s health information and socials.”

Prosecutors said they searched his home and found “virtually a hackers’ obstruction checklist” and materials to impersonate congressmen such as stationary from Hassan’s office.

(RELATED: Colleagues Fear House IT Aide Imran Awan Blackmailing Members)

Neither prosecutors nor the defense would tell TheDCNF on what legal grounds the court was barring the public from hearing the extent of Cosko’s alleged breach of Congress.

Hassan’s office has declined to answer questions from TheDCNF about what wrongdoing caused it to ask Cosko to resign in May, and why it didn’t take additional measures or even, possibly, deactivate his credentials.

Cosko previously assisted other Democratic senators including Sen. Dianne Feinstein and former Sen. Barbara Boxer, both of California, according to Fox News. Feinstein is on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

Another staffer from Feinstein’s office was fired in 2013 for being a mole for China. Feinstein kept that issue quiet, and later falsely characterized that aide as a driver as opposed to a senior staffer.
One of Cosko’s lawyers claimed in October he was not an intern but a “fellow” paid for by an outside institution, according to Fox News.

But on Wednesday, a Cosko attorney told TheDCNF “there was no fellowship” and said “you’d have to take that up with Sheila Jackson Lee” as to why she called him an intern. A Department of Justice press release in October called him a “volunteer.”

Cosko comes from a wealthy California family, and his lawyer assured the judge that the family could provide him the finest mental health and drug treatment under a renowned doctor there, but the judge ordered him to be held in jail.

District Man Charged in Investigation of Illegal Posting of Restricted Personal Information of U.S. Senators on Website

Arrest Followed Investigation of “Doxxing” Activity

WASHINGTON – A volunteer on the staff of a member of the U.S. House of Representatives made his first court appearance today on charges stemming from the illegal posting of restricted personal information of five U.S. Senators on the Wikipedia website, as well as related conduct.
The announcement was made by U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jessie K. Liu and Matthew R. Verderosa, Chief of the U.S. Capitol Police.
Jackson A. Cosko, 27, of Washington, D.C., was arrested on Oct. 3, 2018 by the U.S. Capitol Police. He is charged in a criminal complaint with five federal offenses: making public restricted personal information; making threats in interstate commerce; unauthorized access of a government computer; identity theft; and witness tampering. The complaint also charges him with second-degree burglary and unlawful entry, both District of Columbia offenses.
Cosko appeared this afternoon before Magistrate Judge Deborah A. Robinson in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The judge ordered that Cosko remain detained pending a hearing set for Oct. 9, 2018.
According to the affidavit in support of the complaint, the U.S. Capitol Police began an investigation on Sept. 27, 2018, after it was determined that the Wikipedia pages of three U.S. Senators had been edited to include restricted personal information without their knowledge or permission. This information included home addresses and personal telephone numbers. These edits took place roughly contemporaneously with public – and highly publicized – Senate proceedings related to a nomination for the U.S. Supreme Court.
Then, on Oct. 1, 2018, according to the affidavit, similar information was posted on the Wikipedia pages of two additional Senators.
“Doxxing” is the act of gathering, by licit and illicit means, and posting on the Internet personal identifying information (“PII”) and other sensitive information about an individual.
On the night of Oct. 2, 2018, according to the affidavit, a witness saw Cosko at a computer in the office of a U.S. Senator who had once employed him. The witness confronted Cosko, who left the office. An investigation led to Cosko’s arrest by the U.S. Capitol Police.
The charges in criminal complaints are merely allegations and every defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
The statutory maximums for the crimes are as follows:
            Federal Offenses:
Making public restricted personal information – five years.
Threats in interstate commerce – two years.
Unauthorized access of a government computer – one year.
            Identity theft – five years.
            Witness tampering – 20 years.
            District of Columbia Offenses:
            Second-degree burglary – 15 years.
            Unlawful Entry – Six months.
The maximum statutory federal sentence is prescribed by Congress and is provided here for informational purposes.  If convicted of any federal offense, a sentence will be determined by the court based on the advisory U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
The investigation into this matter is being conducted by the U.S. Capitol Police. The case is being prosecuted by the Cyber Crime and National Security Sections of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia.

Congresswoman Jackson Lee to introduce Penn State Inspired Bad Legislation

This is a great example of good intentions misdirected.

Penn State should not be penalized and this is why.  It followed the law of the state.  There is even indication that the school did inform one of my favorite State Attorney Generals, Tom Corbett who is in control of child welfare, or rather the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.

This Bill will never go anywhere for the simple fact that is was not very well researched regarding its funding.

Penn State is neither a recipient nor a subrecipient of child welfare funding.  The transgressor or what I prefer to call fraudfeasor is The Second Mile.  This is the nonprofit organization which has violated standing federal policy and well-established federal law pertaining to funding compliance.

Is there even an appeal process and what venue will this be adjudicated?  Administrative or judicial.  I could go on and on about the substantial flaws of this proposal but I will not.  It missed its mark and will not see the light of day.

Now, if one were to conceivably vision the passage of such legislation, it would be raining cats and dogs as just about every single child welfare service provider would be shut down because the horrors exist for children of foster care.  Unfortunately, one would have to navigate around the shroud of secrecy in child welfare reporting and investigations.  Hell, you would have to design a system to just collect and manage the data of the abuses in foster care.  Wait, how the hell is a child going to report abuse in foster care?  Give it to their case manager and say,

"Ms. Foster Care Worker, Mr. Program Man has been doing bad things to me.  Would you please report this so you will loose your job and this agency is shut down making me throw my worldly possessions in a garbage bag to move to another town to live in another foster home which is so far from my mommy that you will end up putting me up for adoption to shred the evidence of the complaint I am about to hand you."

Instead of legislation that is just not technically nor economically feasible, how about enforcing some simple pre-existing mechanisms of compliance.

Oh, I have a better idea...have your staff return my damn calls.

THERE SHOULD BE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SEXUAL ABUSE WITH OUR CHILDREN CONGRESSWOMAN SHEILA JACKSON LEE
Congresswoman Jackson Lee to introduce The Federal Zero Tolerance of Child Sexual Abuse Act of 2011

Washington, DC – Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee, Co-Chair of the House Congressional Children’s Caucus, released the following statement regarding protecting our children from any type of sexual abuse and the legislation she intends to introduce this week:

“As Co-Chair of the Congressional Children’s Caucus, I work diligently to bring attention to the interests of children, and to ensure that they are considered as Congress moves to enact laws across many different areas and industries.  The incident at Penn State University is a very unfortunate situation. Much of the legislation that we face on a day to day basis can have a direct or indirect affect on children. The issue of non-profits and other entities that deal with children should be addressed when it comes to child sexual abuse.

“I will soon be introducing legislation that will immediately suspend and stop all federal funds being received by institutions, employees or any other entities where sexual abuse of children is not immediately reported. This legislation will of course exempt any funding going directly to students such as Pell Grants etc. This legislation will cover non-profits, state and local organizations and possibly other entities.

“Protection from child sexual abuse in the United States is principally the responsibility of state and local governments. Each of the 50 states has enacted laws defining child sexual abuse and mistreatment, determining when outside intervention is required, and establishing administrative and judicial structures to deal with mistreatment when it is identified.

“While principal responsibility for addressing child sexual abuse rests with states and local governments, the federal government does play an important supporting role. In 1974, Congress enacted the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act, establishing the legal framework for current federal efforts which focus on data collection and technical assistance to states. The issues surrounding children are ever changing, and it is paramount that we stay current to ensure that policies intended to protect and benefit children, do in fact achieve their purpose.

“Because children need adults in order to receive protection from child sexual abuse and neglect, it is thereby imperative that anyone who works with children receives the training they need to identify evidence of child sexual abuse and neglect. Under Pennsylvania law, everyone is encouraged to report child sexual abuse; however, individuals who work with children are required to report child sexual abuse.

"The failure of top university officials to act on reports of Mr. Sandusky's alleged sexual misconduct, even after it was reported to them in graphic detail by an eyewitness, possibly allowed a predator to walk free for years - continuing to target new victims. Equally disturbing is the lack of action and apparent lack of concern among those same officials, and others who received information about this case, who either avoided asking difficult questions or chose to look the other way. My legislation will hopefully put an end to situations like this.

“Individuals who work with children need the appropriate training to detect and report evidence of child sexual abuse. These individuals form the first line of defense for children who do not have a voice in an adult world. Non profits who receive federal funds should receive additional funding for training on how to identify evidence of child sexual abuse and mandatory reporting procedures. As these persons have an authoritative relationship with the very children that we as a society hope to protect.

“Just last week, Ashley Billasano, known as ‘Billy’ to her close friends, from my state of Texas committed suicide because she could not deal with the sexual abuse that she had went through for years. She thought that there was no one she could turn to and as a result she took her own life. I hope people will understand that any suspicion of sexual abuse should be reported to the police. Sexual abuse is a serious issue and children are often scared to tell anyone about the abuse - many cases are hidden for years - but by informing the police they can stop it."

WARNING: H.R. 40 Has Been Legally Kidnapped By Her Flatulent Boviness For Purposes Of Stealin' - Prepare For The Next Psyoptic To Drop

Well, it seems H.R. 40 has been Legally Kidnapped by Her Flatulent Boviness, Sheila Jackson Lee.

Yes, that is correct, with her rusty trusty, Maxine Waters, by her side as the new Chair of the Finance Committee, they are setting up for that glorious data collection procurement revenue maximization for that predictive modeling crap for asset forfeiture in a "colored" revolution for civil rights.

They have taken the original idea, of which there is absolutely no reference to the original author of the Bill, itself, as the cyber annals of history have been purged in search engines for metatags life "John Conyers, Jr.", "Voting Rights", and "Martin Luther King, Jr.", to name a few.

So, I guess as what is being reported on in this video, H.R. 40 is going to be flipped from being a legal study, which I have already executed, to money maker of databases.

Gotta love those databases because there is a proposal to do DNA testing to determine if you can pass for being colored to get that reparations check.

I wonder if HFB is going to name the criteria policy, "The Elizabeth Warren, 1/1000th of One Drop Rule of 2019" and you win entry into that financial class, which would just about qualify everyone in the U.S., but I digress in ridicule.

Those new policies, because you know darn well they are not going to be made by Congress, are going to be created by all those new Public Private Partnerships in lots of new programs for corporate parenting.

If you cannot see the picture I am painting here for new and improved ways for stealin', then feel free to go through my archives.

They push their "colored" revolution as the new civil rights movement by establishing policies generated by authorities to enforce civil asset forfeiture, including the profits generated from the biomedical research of your physical person to pay back your civil debt as a right to society to the UCCs of the foreign owned children's trust funds.

Just another privatization scheme to buy lots and lots more fried shrimp.

Another Spokestoken, Another Privatization Scheme, Another Attempt To Highjack Conyers' Legacy Of Reparations

#cyberwars are real and #muellerisnotajoke.
I just find it oddly interesting when I hear the lead drop on the next psyoptic because this push for this new and improved H.R. 40 revenue maximizer for NGOs coincides with this investigative parsimony to ultimately drop some truth which is neatly tucked away, in Trump's back pocket, called the OIG Horowitz Report.

There is much more going on behind this reparation money hustle, and the investigation going on behind the reparation money hustle, and the people behind the reparation money hustle.

Just remember, I am only the Scribe for the annals of history.

Plutarch would have been so proud of me.

This is one side of the propaganda machine people may readily identify as right-winged.

Below, is the converse of the psyoptic campaign, better understood as left-wing propaganda.

When both sides are coordinated in dropping their rivaling, competing narratives, you know you are going to need some really savory cocktails & popcorn.

They just refuse to say his name....

Can you smell #perkinscoiesucks or is it just me?

Congresswoman Hopes Reparations Bill is Path to ‘Repair Some of the Damage’ Caused by Slavery

WASHINGTON – Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) told PJM that the federal government should conduct a study of reparations for descendants of slaves to be able to determine the best way to “repair some of the damage" that slavery has caused to the African-American community.

Jackson Lee became the lead sponsor of H.R. 40, the Commission to Study and Develop Reparation Proposals for African-Americans Act, after Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.) resigned from Congress.

The legislation seeks to “address the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity of slavery in the United States and the 13 American colonies between 1619 and 1865 and to establish a commission to study and consider a national apology and proposal for reparations for the institution of slavery, its subsequent de jure and de facto racial and economic discrimination against African-Americans, and the impact of these forces on living African-Americans, to make recommendations to the Congress on appropriate remedies, and for other purposes.”

“It’s a commission to study the issue of what was the economic impact of the work of slaves and how does it translate in the 21st century. And what we want to do is to build a narrative, a story of the facts and out of that be able to access how we repair some of the damage,” Jackson Lee said during a recent interview after her speech at the annual Legislative and Policy Conference organized by Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network.

“When you look at urban blight, when you look at schools in inner cities and rural communities that are not at the level of excellence that they should be, when you look at support for [historically black colleges and universities], all of that will be part of understanding that whole journey and that whole economic journey,” she added. “And it is interesting that these magnificent buildings were built by slaves, obviously with no compensation. That is not what we are asking for; this bill is to have a commission to hear from people all over the nation.”

Make sure to pay attention to her detail when it comes to land, urban blight, schools, HBCUs, all areas wrought with pervasive fraud. She made inference to NGOs. She turned a legal study into another privatization moment in history.

Her Flatulent Boviness, including her obsequious afrocentristic drummers have actually pulled off an oxymoronic act of treason by furthering the industry of trafficking tiny humans, and for that, I am honored to have preserved the launch of this psyoptic.

Wow. Talk about selling humanity down the proverbial waters again.

Jackson Lee called the reparations legislation “a beginning process and an educational process for the nation in a non-controversial manner, and not in a manner of pitting one group of people against another.”

Actor Danny Glover called for reparations for African descendants during his speech before the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) in 2016. Jackson Lee was asked if she agreed with Glover.

“Danny Glover has been a strong supporter of H.R. 40 and we would love to have him as a witness providing his point of view – that’s why this is such a great initiative and legislation,” she replied.
During an interview with PJM, Sharpton said that criminal justice reform and voting rights topped his agenda during meetings with lawmakers on Capitol Hill. On Dec. 21 President Trump signed the First Step Act, which White House Senior Adviser Jared Kushner worked on with a bipartisan group of lawmakers.

I do hope everyone understands that this is not going to end well for her, and her rogue ass crew.

The Tale Of HFB Sheila Jackson Lee & Walter Fauntroy Pushing The U.S. Reparations #coloredrevolution Invasion Of Africa

Her Flatulent Boviness, Sheila Jackson Lee is back out there, hitting the ground, pushing for more reparations economic redevelopment fraud schemes because TARP dried up, but this time it is for Africa, just like Walter Fauntroy did, or probably is still working with her.

I actually have the video of Walter speaking upon this in D.C. at the CBC Institute.

Then, I had the opportunity to have my intelligence impugned, in the D.C. Congressional Office, right up in my face, about this new, U.S. colored revolutionary invasion of the continent of Africa, for their natural resources, by taking over the motherland, by Walter.

Seriously.

Those child welfare NGOs are hit-the-ground-running models for the artisanal self-sufficiency, full potential tiny humans slave labor programs, funded through USAID to maximize corporate revenues.

Most people do not realize that Africa is a continent, and not a nation, which makes Jesse Jackson's hyphenation label of African-American a bit oxymoronic and arcane.

This ends the tale of how I am an original source on HFB and her #coloredrevolution.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas says Africa has what it takes to be the breadbasket of the world. She spoke to AlloAfricaNews reporter Ben Bangoura, on sidelines of the 2019 Hunger Leadership Awards in Washington.
