Typically, for most youth who age out the system, it is either SSI or a life on the streets that has been so flowerfully coined as human trafficking.

Yes, that is correct, there is lots of money to be made when it comes to stealin' the personae of children in foster care who are wards of the state.

I saw the Social Security Administration green screens back in the days, right after the passage of the Paperwork Reduction Act, which was used as a paper shredding opportunity for Administrative records on how Michigan was intercepting SSI payments of children in foster care and sending it to a bank out in Berkley, California, but I digress.

When you are a ward of the state, the state, more specifically, the Michigan Children's Institute becomes the legal guardian, where one person has legal guardianship over 10,000 children in care.

But now, Michigan is allowing corporations to file gurardianship over children in the care of the state, without any due process because children have no civil rights.

That is the basis of the Michigan Children's Rights case that Nancy Edmunds fails to understand the concept of Medicaid fraud in child welfare, or rather the trafficking of tiny humans, from CPS to adoption, or a life like Lala's.

The Tale Of Lala & The Residuals Of The Peculiar Institution - Michigan Child Welfare Fraud

This is Lalanea Little-Tobeler.

They call her Lala.

Lala is an original source in Michigan Child Welfare Fraud, or rather, what I like to call, "Trafficking Tiny Humans".

Here is proof my femur was broken in February 1987....
i was almost 2!!! Not 10 mos old like this eval says!!
They said 10 months to make my mom look
like a monstrous child abuser!!! They blatantly lied!!!

Michigan stole her from her mother when she was very young, as seen in the documents, below.

Michigan put her in foster care because...well, because poverty is a crime, called abuse and neglect.

Lala survived being drugged, raped, electroshock therapy in foster care for years.

Lala finally emancipated herself from foster care because the only place to live when you age out is either on the streets or in a group home, where, if one is lucky enough not to be rejected from Social Supplemental Income grant.

Lala had three boys.

Michigan Child Protective Services came and took Lala's three boys, just like they took her from her mother, except the court documents are fraudulent.

Lala has not seen her sons in years.

Michigan foster care aged her foster brother out the system, placed him in a group home where ARC had legal guardianship, where they are the representative payees of the $750.00 SSI monthly payment are only obligated to give the foster youth $44.00 a month.

Now, Lala finds out her foster brother was murdered from psychotropic medication overdose and Michigan Adult Protective Services is finally investigating, after he had warned everyone that he believed he would die from the dispensed drugs.

He had no choice but to die, like so many other children.

The questions I have surround the life insurance policies on this population and where does the money go?

These are the trust funds.

Another issue I have is with ARC.

Does ARC, and all other privatized guardianship programs run absentee ballot operations for the disabled under the corporate aegis?

I am going to go with a flat out, "yuppers".

Notice how they describe me as a pretty blonde haired very petite little girl who is highly stimulatable and very self-directed.... (easy learner and quite independent) & my scores in daily living skills and socialization were higher than they were able to measure (a child prodigy). You are looking at 100% solid proof Michigan set their sights on me to steal me in 1988 Macomb county probate records prove I was stolen and a ward of the state in 1990). Talk about the state advertising me in a psychological evaluation as the perfect child to steal and sell!!!  

Also notice my probate court records also prove I was a ward of the state again in 2003 when i turned 18.....this is when my evil adopted mom got guardianship of me. Took me 9 more yrs in 2012 to win my own guardianship from the state.....11 months AFTER I won my guardianship, my children were stolen by CPS and family court with a fraudulent petition that til this day is not signed by a judge and not filed with a court!!! This is proof the state of Michigan has terrorized me and my family non stop for the past 30 years!!! Sorry for any disgust you may feel in advance after reading this.

According to Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Child Protection Policy, if you suspect child abuse, you are supposed to report it.

Lala reported.

Lala reported to the Presque Isle Police that there was a former DHHS Child Protection worker posting on Facebook her relationship with her boyfriend.

The DHHS CPS worker's boyfriend is listed on OTIS.

Lala commented on the CPS worker's Facebook wall to this effect.

The former CPS worker's boyfriend told Presque Isle Police that Lala was harassing her.

The Presque Isle Police told Lala to take down the post or she would be charged with harassment.

The Police told her she did not have the right of free speech or due process.

The following is from Lala:

As a survivor of CAPTA, as well as the ASFA....I suffered literal torture for the past 31 out of all 33 years of my life. In 1990 CPS stole me as a 5 yr old Child from my mother bc i was considered a "child prodigy" after they did 2 years worth of "evaluations" (including psyche) on me (evals that i have copies of til this day) and locked me away in long term kids mental institutions where i was forced to take psychotropic drugs, was physically, mentally, emotionally, verbally and sexually abused. I also was locked away in literal prison style solitary confinement. This was a 6x6 room, brick wall, hard tile floor, a metal door with a huge deadbolt on the outside, a slit in the door to slide food through & a plexiglass window for workers to look through....no sink, no toilet, no bed, no nothing....just locked in this room for hrs, days & sometimes even weeks. My longest stay in this room dubbed "the quiet room" was 3 weeks....proven later to be ultimately for something i didnt even do!!! 

I also was forced to receive shock treatments at the age of 19 bc i had a legal guardian at the time who consented to them, i couldnt refuse them & i died via cardiac arrest from the psychotropic drug risperdol at the age of 12 that i was forced to take bc i was a minor i couldnt refuse it...or any of the other psychotropic drugs...bc if i did...i either got locked in the quiet room, or they put me in 6 point restraints and injected me with ativan, haldol, thorazine or a cocktail of two of them to knock me out....so if i refused the pills...i got forced injections anyways.

 We had this lock box to fill out recipient rights complaints to report abuse....well we wrote them....but very rarely received help bc recipient rights works out of the DHS offices and DHS was burying the abuse complaints so they could further use us as paychecks & guinea pigs for psychotropics. This eventually was proven to be exactly what happened to me amd countless of other children across the country in 1997 when MICHIGAN drafted the ASFA & then president bill clinton passed it..so yes...i am literally one of the child survivors that caused the ASFA to be made by at the time michigan 4th district congressional representative dave camp and it was commissioned by the ways and means committee when submitted to the house. 

Bill clinton passed it and thus adding the ASFA as a extension off of CAPTA. Shortly after the ASFA was passed. Dave Camp was made chairman of the ways and means committee (the very committee who comissioned the ASFA) & thus he was able to literally baby sit and protect this "evil act" all the way until last year when he retired, coincidentally he retired after i publicly posted this information about the ASFA 😅 

 The ASFA was created to put children in more homely settings (foster homes) instead of locking them away in places worse than prison (mental facilities) so they would not have to suffer everything we had already suffered...the ASFA did make more fosterhomes...but thats ALL IT DID!! other than that....most of the same abuse that happened to me is now happening to children in fosterhomes & mental facilities...all the ASFA did really was expand the battle field from just mental facilities to adding fosterhomes fosterhomes....the madness truly never quit....not even for me.....CPS has terrorized me for my entire life to the point i am currently in the middle of a federal lawsuit right now to get my children back CPS stole from me with intentionally created fraud court papers.  All the while i grew up in these facilities from the age of 5 in 1990 til the age of 21 in 2007 my adopted parents who adopted me at 7 yrs old and hardly ever took me home were collecting money monthly from the federal govt for adopting me & at the same time the state was collecting my disability checks to "pay for my stay" & other things for the facilities...disability the federal govt awarded me as a result of surviving their own abuse upon me!!! In 2003 The state allowed my adopted mom to get legal guardianship of me at 18 and she collected even more federal money monthly off my back a til i was 27 when i finally won my own guardianship from her, macomb county & the state of michigan on december 20, 2012.....6 weeks later.... CPS began attacking me....which is why i am in the middle of a federal lawsuit now....CPS stole my kids from me with a intentionally created fraud petition on November, 26, 2013 that til this very day (January, 26,2019) HAS NOT been signed by a judge & HAS NOT been filed with the court!!! Yet my parental rights were taken on November, 13, 2015 & my children were adopted out August 2016 despite the fact there was never a CPS case opened on me in the first place because the petition was never signed or filed!!! 

 So for the past 31 out of all 33 yrs of my life, i have literally been a child cash cow whos back was being double dipped off of by my adopted parents and the state & now a mother whos had my children stolen from me with fraud court papers to make more money off their backs as well ...and CAPTA made this 100% possible to do to me & countless of other children & parents!!! #Kids4Cash CAPTA was specifically created to steal children for profit and use them as paychecks & psychotropic guinea pigs til they age out, appoint them guardians, make more money off them, steal their kids when they have them & drug them up & Make even more money off them too and rinse and repeat. Which is why multi-generations of families across the country like my own have been stolen by CPS!!!

Lalanea Little-Tobeler Officially Notifies Michigan That She Is Not Happy With Elected Officials Condoning Fraud In Child Welfare

Lala is not happy.

Michigan tortured her, stole her children and the state's elected officials refuse to do anything about the fraud in child welfare or what happened to her and her children, human trafficking.

Well, Lala has just given formal notice to Governor Rick Snyder, Attorney General Bill Schuette and Children's Ombudsman, Orlene Hawks, that she is going to file a federal lawsuit.

It does not matter if she cannot find an attorney, nor does it matter that she does not have the financial support or resources to battle the taxpayer funded behemoth  Michigan Office of Attorney General to prove her case.

When one files a complaint in federal court, that complaint is now preserved in the annals of history, as documentation of evidence.

Eventually, there will be enough of these "pro se" cases, alleging the exact same thing, with the exact same evidence, to eventually be used, as metadata, to establish a pattern of practice in the industry of Medicaid fraud in child welfare.

Lalanea Little-Tobeler Pressed 4 For FBI Public Corruption & Civil Rights Violations In Michigan Child Welfare

Lala is not happy with Bay City FBI.

She called the FBI Office and the phone system prompted her to press #4 for Public Corruption and Civil Rights Violations.

Lala told the FBI how Michigan took her children with fraudulently generated court documents and false claims of judicial determination which authorized federal funding in child welfare.

Lala told the FBI that she has video and audio recordings verifying the fraud.

The FBI told her it was a civil matter and to get an attorney.

The FBI also told her to press #4 for Public Corruption & Civil Rights Violations.

Well, you know what they say, "No money, no justice."

And that is how Medicaid fraud in Michigan child welfare just keeps the ratlines of human trafficking operating at maximum capacity.

Lalanea Little-Tobeler Has An Issue With The Michigan Child Welfare System

Oh my, it seems the State of Michigan has lit a nice little fire with the right mother.

This is how the fraud schemes start.

Everything she testifies about what goes on in the child welfare system is absolutely correct...and it is all billed to Medicaid.

VL did a heart-wrenching interview with a woman from Michigan a few days ago. 

 The more I think about it, the sicker I become with the thoughts of what this poor woman, and many others go through. 

 There is no reason on this earth that human beings should ever be treated in this manner. 

 These vile people have gotten away with this for too long. It is time to take a stand. 

 At this point, we need every move we make to be very public. 

 That is why I wanted to make you all aware that I just finished writing emails to the VP of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, various Michigan State Reps – including Congressman Jack Bergman (who is over her district), the County Sheriff’s Office and Trey Gowdy – sending Lala’s interview and demanding full investigations into the state facilities that are still in operation and the arrest and prosecution of all individuals involved, as well as an investigation into the CPS in her area.

Lalanea Little-Tobeler Is Exhausting Her Administrative Remedies Reporting Child Welfare Fraud In Michigan

Lala is not happy, not at all.

She notified the courthouse of the fraudulent documents used to kidnap her children, yet nothing was done.

She notified the State Attorney General of the fraudulent documents used to kidnap her children, yet nothing was done.

She notified the Michigan Office of the Governor who advised her to retain legal counsel.

She reported fraud, as this is all Medicaid fraud, with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General of the fraudulent documents used to kidnap her children, yet nothing has been done.

Lala has just started exhausting her administrative remedies because she is going to file a case in federal court.

She notified the local police, yet noting was done, not even a police incident report number.

Former President Bill Clinton has offered a public congratulations to Michael Clark Jr., the 5-year-old Michigan boy who made headlines for inviting his kindergarten class to his adoption ceremony. Clinton sent a tweet Friday night about the boy and how special is story is.

Clark’s story went viral this week as the child’s act of kindness caught the eyes of people across the country. Videos of his ceremony were viewed millions of times and photos have been shared across various social media platforms.

During the ceremony, each of his classmates were able to stand up and say why they are friends with Clark. The kids brought handmade signs as well and cheered Clark on after he was officially adopted. Clark was adopted by Andrea Melvin and David Eaton during the 23rd annual Adoption Day in Kent County. As part of Thursday’s ceremonies, 36 other children were also adopted.

In another tweet, Clinton said the adoption issue was something he and his wife Hillary Clinton worked hard to combat during their political careers.

Why on earth would Michigan be accused of faking child welfare records?
