Then, I sat back to wait and see what Bill Schuette, Michigan Attorney General and 2018 Gubernatorial Candidate was going to do as a comeback to the weak response to Calley.

Bill Schuette let me know that he is all over this.

See, the State Auditor General has "Reopened" the Ricky Holland investigation by suing the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and I just so happen to be an original source about this, so I can tell you that it is about child welfare fraud.

I am pretty sure the case is being represented by Schuette's office, or at least coordinated, because the case is in the Court of Claims.

Anyway, Schuette is using lots of special prosecutors, which is great to distance himself from any look of impropriety or political bias, because William Forsyth could be considered as a political operative for his campaign, but I really do not care at this point because Schuette is going for the glory.

Now, let us play a little game called, "Guess who did not incorporate in the State of Michigan".

If you say, "Detroit Land Bank Authority" you are absolutely correct, but there is one more organization, where the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) of #perkinscoiesucks did not incorporate.

Perkins Coie did not incorporate the Clinton Global Initiative University in the State of Michigan.

So, how is it that Michigan State University joined with the Clinton Global Initiative University?

Kent County Land Bank Authority of the Michigan State University College of Agriculture & Natural Resources Land Policy Institute.

Yes, the same Kent County where William Forsyth, the special prosecutor, hails, but this might just be a good thing considering that he might just be considered a subject matter expert.

This might be the same phenomenon that happened with Matt Schneider, Schuette's former Deputy Attorney General, coming back down to Detroit as the top U.S. Attorney for Michigan Easter District Court, to continue t he Detroit public corruption investigation that put former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, et al in their proverbial proper places.

There is one more area of significance the local rags will not talk about.

Michigan State University is a major influence in child welfare policies in the State of Michigan, for quite some time.

Hillary Clinton made her claim to fame on the Adoption and Safe Families Act, which is nothing more than a child trafficking operation, where Michigan is up there in the top 3 in the nation for children trafficked through foster care and adoption.

Michigan State University has a youth mentoring program just like Penn State had, except it is part of the University called FAME.

The children who were raped in the Jerry Sandusky, Penn State incident were foster kids, and more than likely, so were some of the youth in the MSU situation.

MSU to join Clinton Global Initiative University

As they prepare for a Wednesday visit from former President Bill Clinton, Michigan State University will join his Global Initiative University and offer a campus-wide minor in entrepreneurship and innovation.

In doing so, MSU will be the first Michigan university to join CGIU, which was created to engage the next generation of leaders on college campuses around the world.

“Michigan State is committed to creating an entrepreneurial culture on campus and preparing our students to solve the world’s most pressing problems in innovative ways and to embark on careers that won’t resemble those of the past,” Neil Kane, MSU’s director of undergraduate entrepreneurship, said in a written statement.

Clinton will be on campus Wednesday and be the keynote speaker at the Governor Jim Blanchard Public Service Forum and first recipient of the Spartan Statesmanship Award for Distinguished Public Service.

The award and forum, announced in September, were established through a $1-million gift to MSU from Blanchard and his wife, Janet. Blanchard said the program honors distinguished leaders in politics, diplomacy, public service and journalism and gives MSU students and others “a chance to meet them and be energized by them.”

“The goal of this lecture series is to provide generations of students, faculty and people in the MSU community with the opportunity to hear and learn from national and international political leaders and others,” said Blanchard, former Michigan governor, U.S. congressman and ambassador to Canada, in a written statement. “His public service in politics, followed by his excellent work through the Clinton Foundation, is exactly the type of dedication and inspiring story we hoped to bring through the Blanchard Forum.”

The Clinton Global Initiative Network is a consortium of colleges and universities that provides support, mentoring and seed funding to student entrepreneurs. Students develop a “commitment to action” to explain how they might solve a social problem in areas such as education, the environment and public health.

Some students are chosen to attend the CGIU’s annual meeting. By joining the initiative, MSU pledges to financially support students invited to the meeting, which next takes place April 1-3 at the University of California-Berkeley.

Raeuf Roushangar, an MSU doctoral student in biochemistry, attended the CGIU at Washington University in St. Louis in April 2013. As part of his commitment to action, Roushangar formed a nonprofit organization that to date has donated more than $1 million worth of medical supplies to the developing world.

Two MSU students have applied for next year’s CGIU: a neuroscience freshman from Ghana, who is creating a mentoring program similar to Big Brothers Big Sisters, and a computer science sophomore from Ethiopia, who is working on a software application to make college more accessible to students in Ethiopia.

With the Minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, which starts in the spring semester of 2016, MSU establishes a way for students to develop entrepreneurial skills, whether they aspire to start a business or become more competitive candidates for traditional employers.

Required for the minor are 15 credit hours consisting of two core courses and an assortment of electives that allow students to tailor the curriculum toward their interests.

“A university is an ideal setting for students to experience the entrepreneurial journey because there is no financial or professional risk in trying,” Kane said. “Once students leave campus, the cost, which is measured many ways, goes up a lot.”

As Haiti protests continue, US citizens warned to shelter in place

The US Embassy in Haiti warned its citizens Saturday to stay inside amid continued demonstrations in the capital of Port-au-Prince and a northern city following a fuel price hike.

Protesters have been demonstrating this week against a sharp rise in fuel prices ordered by the government.

Prime Minister Jack Guy Lafontant on Saturday announced a temporary stop to the price increases and appealed for calm. Prices for gasoline were to rise 38% while diesel prices were to go up 47% and kerosene 51%, the Haitian daily newspaper Le Nouvelliste reported.

An estimated 120 American and 100 Haitian guests are staying in a Port-au-Prince hotel where demonstrators earlier tried to set fire to the hotel and get past security, said Stacy Librandi Bourne, an emergency medical professional from HERO Client Rescue who is at the Oasis Hotel.

After the Prime Minister's announcement, the situation calmed down, she said.

US officials told tourists and missionaries to shelter in place.

"Do not attempt to travel at this time. Avoid protests and any large gathering of people. Do not attempt to drive through roadblocks," a State Department Bureau of Consular Affairs official said.

There are no reports of US citizens in Haiti being injured, the embassy said.

US group encounters trouble at roadblock

A youth group from Bradenton, Florida, that was scheduled to return from a missionary trip in Haiti is stranded until at least Monday, Executive Pastor Dewayne McFarlin said.

The group from Bradenton's Woodland Community Church left Neply, Haiti, early Saturday for a 3 p.m. flight from Port-au-Prince International Airport, McFarlin said. Only a few miles into the approximately 30-mile journey, the group, which includes middle school- and high school-age children, encountered armed individuals demanding payment for access to the roadway, according to McFarlin.

They talked their way past the roadblock, but elected to turn around when they came to second group of armed individuals who had erected a blockade of burning tires on the road, McFarlin says.

A local colleague of McFarlin's was riding on a motorcycle a few miles ahead of the missionary group's bus. The friend called him to say that the road ahead was filled with similar impromptu "checkpoints," McFarlin said.

"They weren't government or police," McFarlin says. "Just people taking advantage of the situation."

The group returned to Neply but McFarlin said he thinks they won't get out until Monday at the earliest.

Canceled flights

American Airlines, JetBlue and Spirit Airlines said Saturday they have canceled flights to Haiti.

American spokesman Curtis Blessing said the airline canceled seven flights and will re-evaluate the situation Sunday.

Spirit said it will resume service as soon as possible.

Michigan's attorney general looks to interview Engler about MSU

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has directed her MSU investigation team to interview former Michigan State University Interim President John Engler, her office said Thursday.

Nessel made the request Monday before Engler stepped down from the post amid controversy. Her office had already contacted MSU to try to set up the interview and the attorney general is “counting on him to honor the request despite his resignation,” said spokeswoman Kelly Rossman-McKinney.

Nessel was concerned by the “lack of transparency and overall cooperation” by MSU under Engler, Rossman-McKinney said.

Engler, citing the advice of counsel, has refused to hand over certain MSU documents in the Larry Nassar investigation based on client-attorney privilege. Nassar had sexually assaulted young women for decades while an MSU and USA Gymnastics doctor, and is effectively serving a life sentence in prison.

MSU spokeswoman Emily Guerrant said Thursday she just became aware of the request to interview Engler.

"I don't see why he wouldn't comply with it," Guerrant said, adding that Engler is in Texas for the interment of his father-in-law.

Engler submitted a letter of resignation on Wednesday that the Board of Trustees accepted on Thursday.

During last Friday's editorial board meeting with The Detroit News, Engler said a judge has reviewed all of the documents and there are 29. If the judge rules that MSU should turn them over, Engler said the university would “absolutely happily to turn those over and privilege is protected for those.”

“There is no issue in those documents, but we are sure resisting the idea that insurance companies should get access to that information at a time when we are in litigation with them,” Engler said.

Nessel’s office is continuing its investigation of MSU and its role in the Nassar scandal after special prosecutor William Forsyth stepped down when his contract expired at the end of last year. Forsyth had been appointed by former Attorney General Bill Schuette.

Christina Grossi is the lead assistant attorney general in the ongoing probe and is working with chief investigator David Dwyre.

The investigation under Forsyth led to criminal charges against former President Lou Anna Simon along with Kathie Klages, the former head MSU women's gymnastics coach, and William Strampel, the former dean of the College of Osteopathic Medicine. Simon's preliminary hearing will be held later this month.

Forsyth's December report on the investigation noted the university had repeatedly stonewalled the investigation "it pledged to support."

“Given the change at MSU,” Nessel’s office may approach the university again for documentation that had previously been withheld during the investigation, Rossman McKinney said. She said Nessel’s office is “hoping for a renewed commitment to transparency.”

The change in the interim presidency and changes in the board membership “provides an opportunity to revisit some of our earlier requests that were denied or argued as privileged or we were told they didn’t exist,” Rossman McKinney said.

When asked whether MSU’s general counsel Bob Young, an Engler appointee, would prove a roadblock to that task, Rossman McKinney said she couldn’t speculate.

MSU Trustee Joel Ferguson on Thursday denied allegations that MSU stonewalled the investigation and said the university has cooperated throughout the process. He said each trustee cooperated when interviewed by investigators.

“This is Forsyth giving a rationale of why he couldn’t find anything on us,” Ferguson said. “It’s a nonissue.”

Ferguson said the university has withheld just 29 documents, which are being reviewed by a judge. Rossman McKinney said the university initially withheld or redacted 7,651 documents.

The university voluntarily released 1,000 documents after Attorney General Schuette's office challenged the denial in court. Of the remaining 6,651 of the documents, 177 were ruled not privileged and went to the attorney general.

MSU objected to the release of 29 of the 177, keeping them tied up in court longer.

Edward Sparrow Hospital Association  had reported in 2016 $966,512,648 and ASSETS of $1,361,393,716.

Sparrow Health System generated revenue of $107,496,545 in 2016.

Michigan State University - Sparrow Hospital Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (RNICU) does lots of research on really tiny humans.

Sparrow Health Systems handles the Flint Water Crisis which is why I continue to say it was intentional.

Sparrow Health Systems is part of the Michigan Life Sciences Corridor, built as a Public Private Partnership so they can keep all the intellectual proprietorship of all pharmaceutical, biomedical and genetic research discoveries using the tiny humans they used as lab rats, while billing Medicaid.

Sparrow Health Systems is part of the Children's Miracle Network and more than likely uses the MSU Federal Credit Union as its financial arm.


The Children's Miracle Network is also working with another Baylor University through the Texas Children's Hospital.

Ken Starr, former Special Prosecutor of the Whitewater Impeachment used to be over the children's lab rat research programming at Baylor until he was asked to leave.

It seems the Children's Miracle Network is part of the Bush Family's charities of OneStar, but the Michigan Attorney General Charity Section finally shut it down.

I guess Bill Schuette found prudence in heeding my words.

Recently on beverlytran.com, I thought it would be fun to do political color commentary on the Michigan 2018 race for governor because I know stuff.

This race is going to be all about Michigan's Child Welfare System and the Clinton Foundation, including TARP, but specifically, Detroit Land Bank Authority, et al.

Calley called for money to fix the MSU-Nassar-Engler drama.

Schuette came back and did the Calley smackdown by taking the reigns on the MSU-Nassar-Engler drama by announcing Bill Forsyth to do the special investigation.

I must say that I am oddly stimulated by Calley because I did not think he had it in him.

MSU case prods Calley push for new independent counsel

Lansing – Lt. Gov. Brian Calley is expected Friday to call on the Michigan Legislature to create a new class of independent special prosecutor in state law, citing potential conflicts of interest in cases like Attorney General Bill Schuette’s investigation of Michigan State University.

Calley dropped the ole "expected" use of his Lieutenant Governor superpowers to have th.e Legislature introduce, and pass, what I am calling an emergency Bill, only because the primaries are August and he would have to get "The Elected Ones" to actually come together and do something besides stealin'.

Schuette on Saturday announced that retired Kent County Prosecutor Bill Forsyth is leading the probe into MSU’s handling of the Larry Nassar sexual assault scandal, promising a thorough investigation “from the president’s office down.”

Actually, I do not have an issure with Forsyth for the simple reason that, if you are running a major, and this is going to be an historic investigation (trust me on this one) you really want people around you who are "ride or die" when it comes to taking on the deep, dark material that is about to be unearthed.

But Calley, a Portland Republican who is running for governor and competing against Schuette for the GOP nomination, said Thursday that special prosecutors appointed by the attorney general – such as Forsyth – are “not at all independent, and that is problematic.”

If Calley has an issue with special prosecutor function of the Attorney General's Office, then where was he when Schuette called Arena and Flood to do the Flint - Governor's Office investigation?

Calley will ask legislators to change state law to allow courts to appoint independent special prosecutors to investigate situations like the scandal at MSU. He said he wants to see that change as soon as possible.

If the law is changed, will it be retroactive and will it replace the Flint - Governor's Office investigation?

“This case is rife with potential conflicts,” Calley told The Detroit News. “Relationships, ties, connections do affect things. Having a truly independent review is important. It does not inspire confidence the way things transpired this week.”

How about calling in the DOJ?  It is called a referral.

Forsyth is known as a tough, fair-minded attorney, according to people who know him. But critics have questioned his impartiality because his 2016 retirement party was partially sponsored by MSU booster Peter Secchia, who is also a major GOP donor.

Whatever.

The party was a fundraiser for Silent Observers, a non-profit that relies on donors to gather anonymous tips to help police solve crimes, said program director Chris Cameron, who added that “there is no conflict” because the organization lined up all the sponsors.

Schuette’s office has fought criticism of the investigation, calling Forsyth an “honest and quality prosecutor who will get the job done.”

Forsyth comes out of Kent County, which has a land bank, which is under MSU, which advised Michigan on the Michigan State Housing Development Authority, which advised the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority, which worked with the Detroit Land Bank Authority, which makes him a subject matter expert.

“His goal is to find the truth and he will, thoroughly and completely in an unbiased way,” spokeswoman Andrea Bitely said Tuesday.

And to find out what Michigan hid under all that TARP.

Interim MSU President John Engler, the former governor unanimously selected for the post Wednesday by the MSU Board of Trustees, is also connected to MSU boosters such Secchia. Engler joined the board of Universal Forest Products Inc., the company Secchia led, in 2003.

Enter the "cleaner" - Engler.

Secchia stirred controversy last week by saying parents who feel their children would be unsafe at MSU could send them elsewhere since the university has a long waiting list.

Asshole.

Calley’s call for a independent special prosecutor comes amid continued criticism of MSU trustees, who remain under fire over the Nassar scandal after former President Lou Anna Simon and Athletic Director Mark Hollis resigned last week.

Hey Brian, are you thinking what I am thinking?

"If you can get rid of Schuette's control of the MSU-Nassar-Engler drama by getting a special prosecutor, then you do not have to cite your conflict of interests with Schuette, considering the fact that you are under a state special investigation in dealing with your emails in the Flint Water Crisis."

House Speaker Tom Leonard, R-DeWitt, is among those continuing to call on the full eight-member board to resign. He said Thursday impeachment proceedings are “off the table” because they would require proof of “unlawful conduct.”

State elected board of governors are useless, just ask Debbie Dingell.

Leonard declined to say whether he thinks Snyder should launch a formal inquiry into possible neglect of duty or malfeasance by trustees. Snyder’s office said last week action against MSU leadership was “under review.”

Synder is too busy working with his legal defense team on rebuilding an image and soliciting funding to pay for it.

If Snyder did force any members out of office, he could appoint a replacement. MSU Board Chairman Brian Breslin works for the governor as his manager of appointments and helps Snyder make picks for a variety of open positions.

Precious, Snyder is under multiple federal investigations, just saying.

Leonard told reporters he thinks Engler was a good choice to lead MSU and thinks criticism over the pick is “very unfortunate.” Still, he said, trustees should step down.

Engler is the perfect choice to take over MSU.  He is a key target of the entire Michigan child welfare fraud probe.  Oops, did I just say that?

“Is there any of them right now that in good faith can travel this country or travel across the globe, sit down across from them, and be taken credibly by them as it relates to representing the university?” Leonard said. “I believe that answer is no.”

Separately, Republican state Rep. Jim Lower of Cedar lake on Thursday proposed a constitutional amendment that would abolish governing boards at MSU, Wayne State University and the University of Michigan and have the state’s next governor replace the elected members.

The joint resolution would also dissolve and replace elected State Board of Education members who have direct supervisory duties involving K-12 schools.

That sounds like one of those Clinton privatization authority-emergency law governmental takeover schemes.  

Lower’s proposed amendment would require a two-thirds vote in both chambers of the Michigan Legislature followed by statewide approval by voters in November. It would abolish boards at three major state universities – the only three nominated by political parties and then elected by statewide voters – and the Board of Education on Dec. 31.

On the first day of 2019, Michigan’s next governor would appoint new members to staggered terms. The appointments would be subject to review by the Michigan Senate.

“I believe voters should have the opportunity to decide for themselves whether or not the current system is working,” Lower said in a statement. “We need to place this on the ballot this year.”

Time to do a deep dive on Jim Lower.  I wonder if he was bribed or blackmailed.  Maybe he was just punked, like one of his other colleagues.

Two MSU trustee positions are up for election this year, but incumbents Breslin and Mitch Lyons have said they are not seeking re-election. Calley said Thursday he would like to see a Nassar abuse survivor on the board and would help those that run for the seats.

What about a survivor of human trafficking, considering the fact that MSU advised Michigan on its child welfare policies.

First-term Rep. Lower said he has long considered the nomination and election process for the state and university boards to be “problematic.” Nominees are selected at political party conventions and are not often well known by voters who see their names on the general election ballot.

“This situation, coupled with eight-year terms, leads to very little accountability and a lack of thorough vetting,” Lower said.

Rep. Adam Zemke, an Ann Arbor Democrat and vice chairman of the House Education Committee, said he is open to ideas to increase accountability for university boards but does not think gubernatorial appointments would accomplish the goal.

“I don’t see how we would be increasing accountability by taking away the voters’ direct voice in the process,” Zemke said.

I have a fabulous idea to increase accountability over Michigan's entire education institution, provide an option for justice for "The Poors".  Give the people access to legal representation through an educational legal defense trust fund.  Michigan has that Children's Trust Fund, never before audited, why not let the children use it instead of "certain" people using it as a slush fund.  Snyder has a legal defense fund for poisoning Flint's children, just saying.

Schuette, in his campaign for governor, called for a similar constitutional change this week, but Lower’s resolution proposes going further by also giving the governor appointment power for the State Board of Education, as recommended last year by a commission appointed by term-limited GOP Gov. Rick Snyder.

Speaker Leonard is not committed to taking up Lower’s proposal. He has tasked committee chairs with developing reform proposals in response to the MSU scandal and intends to let them “do their work and build the best proposals they can,” said spokesman Gideon D’Assandro.

“I think there’s going to be several ideas for potential reforms,” he said.

Transposable Privatization Models: Engler, Clinton Foundation, MSU & Child Welfare Fraud

It is moments such as this, that makes me melt, and he knows it.

It is just unfortunate that I had to wait for Schuette to run for Governor to actually do something...unless he has been working behind the scenes.  Still sniffing around on that verification.

Engler is back, and he has been marked.

Allow me to introduce to the world, the godfather of privatization, the one, the only, John Engler.

Here is a synoptical overview of Engler:

John Engler & Bill Clinton, MSU

He came into Michigan with a bunch of big time corporate money to finance his campaign to be elected as Governor so he could sell off the state government service operations back to the corporations who funded his campaign, so he could be hired by them when he was term limited because he had planted all his people and policies and politicians in the state departments and agencies who handed out the contracts to the corporations who funded his campaigns and pay him, now, lobbying fees.

This is the world's first privatization model.

I recall the day he just up, and shut down residential institutions.

You woke up to see hundreds of individuals who were institutionalized their entire lives, wondering aimlessly on the streets, without medication, aged, disabled, old, and young.

It was quite the horrific site at 8 mile and Greenfield.

He and his corporate buddies got together and figured out that non-profits do not pay taxes, and, in particular, religious non-profits are even more secretive which means you can just take all the money you want and never get caught when you privatize child welfare services.

He sold off Michigan's children's legacies to the highest bidder by denationalizing, or rather, privatizing human services to "garner the best interests of the child" all around the world, starting with the Child Protective Services Model.

Engler led the way to hedge human capital with the blessings of the tax exempt god because this was the Bush era of faith-based funding, the new federal campaign slush fund machine for churches to pump out their privatization propaganda and the vote.

This was the beginning of the era of what I like to call "Pastor Pimp and Reverend Pork Chop' that broughtforth the phenomena of the megachurch.

A megachurch, more than likely built in Detroit, in what was and still is considered the mightiest congressional voting district, due to its civil rights, music, automobile history, and geographic location of an international trade border, water ways, grand trunk railroads and freeways, as a representation of community power temples, contolling the vote, the candidates and eventually the elected official by distracting them with pretty shiny things if they tried to join their privatization big money making clubs.

He re-invigored the residuals of peculiar institution with his PERM model, in the splendor of pilfering the coffers of the children's trust funds through Medicaid fraud in child welfare and the churches did not say a damn thing, except for thank you when they got their faith-based funding.

(Side note:  The Michigan acronym PERM was fungible with the federal Payment Error Rate Measurement (PERM), you know, to throw off anyone who even dared think of calling out fraud to make people think you were crazy.)

After his term, Engler did a quick, "peace out" and left the state, that had a budget surplus, on the verge of bankruptcy, diffusing the privatization model all around the nation, and eventually, all over the world.

The world faith-based funding slush fund is warehoused in USAID of the State Department.

Engler sold Michigan's child welfare services to private corporations through contracts, setting up the quagmire of the Attorney General's conflict of interest in contemporaneously advising and advocating child welfare agencies in court.

In Wayne County, only the Attorney General prosecutes child abuse and neglect cases.

Enter Jennifer Granholm.

She got with the Clinton Foundation and her gurl, Hillary, to set up the very first, transposable model of privatizing child welfare fraud services under ASFA, and ran that socioeconomic experiment, right here in Detroit because no one had the sophistication to figure out what was going on but me.

The mortgage foreclosure fraud scheme hustle models were simaltaneously also launched in Detroit.

They ran it through the Michigan Democratic Party.

The Michigan Republican Party was making their dolla's holla's through their faith-based NGOs by promoting the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, that I worked on in dealing with parental rights, when I began to research and found out that the state was complicit in a corporate takeover.

See, it is like this, Michigan, set in motion by Engler's Type III Transfers with an Executive Order, with the finalizing stroke of Grahholm's pen, reorganized state government, put everything in the hands of a corporation, decentralizing executive powers, making governmental muddling to the likes of walking through a sewer, at night, with no lights nor protective equipment, for miles, not knowing if or when you would ever get out.

Not all governmental docs were online nor were federal, state or local governments online to the capacity of today, so I hope you appreciate the picture of what I went through to get this intel.

I was the first person to FOIA data extrapolation of county expeditures in child abuse and neglect court cases from the State.

I still have the original data, too.

They thought I was crazy, but worked with me.

I ran that stuff in my own spline models and I found the patterns.

Wayne County was running child welfare fraud operation to the tunen of $100 million a month and no one said a word, except for Brendan Dunleavy, former Wayne County Auditor General.

Exit Granholm, literally.  She took off to California and, as the article below presents it, Jenny from the Block was a bit too smart to take over as head of MSU because she sees me coming.

We shall leave it like that for now.

Engler did one more thing before he left the Office of Governor; he set up a network model in Michigan State University to run his corporate operations.

Blanchard, the Governor before Engler, was not that sophistocated in fraud schemes, but was eventually appointed as U.S. Ambassador to Canada, you know, to execute a transporting stuff model someone came up with and told him to make it happen, back and forth across the border, under the Clinton Administration.

But I am getting a bit ahead of the investigation and the tale of Michigan stealin'.

MSU was structuring not just child welfare policy and programs for the State of Michigan, it was also running programs and controlling resources, with United Way and Salvation Army linked up (that I will tell that story later or you can show me whacha got and pull PACER).

MSU was also running some bogus ass child welfare operations funneling money to questionable Russian enterprises (or Israeli because it is always the same people who go back and forth, restructuring each time they get busted stealin' like Catholic Charities).

Anyway, I digress because I am getting too excited.

Back to Engler, Clinton and Granholm.

Remember that time I told you the tale about University of Southern California, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the Emergency Manager Law of Michigan, that next leg in the privatization model to take over government?

The Emergency Manager law was such a spectacular hit in the corporate, privatization world, that it eventually was implemented on the federal, and international levels which I will go into later, or you can just go through my archives, which brings us back to the article, below, and the resurrection of Engler.

The same university takeover model that was used to establish the USC PriceWaterhouseCooper School of Public Policy that came up with the land bank takeover model that Dan Kildee spearheaded, conjured up the Detroit Land Bank Authority, also came up with Michigan's public assest forfeiture Emergency Manager Law, is the same university takeover model that was implemented at Michigan State University.

MSU is and always has been the think tank for Michigan government, and so far, from what I have observed, is bigger than the Jerry Sandusky, Penn State horrors, which dealt with foster kids and child welfare fraud.

MSU was the place that came up with the Michigan Election Commission models because Chris Thomas told me so.  He told me they were students who put the election system together because they did not have to pay them.  I shall assume someone who negotiated the deal kept and split the federal funding for it.

There is much more to come because I truly cannot wait to see how Engler is going to pull himself out of this trick bag due to the fact that the Clinton Global Initiative University was never incorporated, and its Michigan Charity section filings are all jacked up, too.

The future always unlocks the past and revenge is a dish, best served cold.

I am putting my money on Schuette to do the right thing and serve me, at my pleasure, in the most public fashion.

The moral of the story shall always be, "Do not be mean to my Sweetie".

Former Gov. John Engler to be Michigan State's interim president

Michigan State University will name former Michigan Gov. John Engler to be interim president, multiple sources with knowledge of discussions told the Free Press.

Engler, a Republican, is a MSU graduate. He is expected to be named to the position at a special 9 a.m. MSU board meeting Wednesday.

Also coming on board is another former Michigan governor, Jim Blanchard, a Democrat, who will be named as a senior adviser. Blanchard is also a MSU graduate.

Board members believe that by adding both Engler and Blanchard - former leaders of both major political parties in Michigan - any concerns about politics will be muted.

Engler will be in place while the board conducts a nationwide search for the replacement to Lou Anna Simon, who resigned last week in the fallout of the Larry Nassar case.

She made the announcement hours after a judge sentenced Nassar to 40 to 175 years in prison as part of a plea deal on seven counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving more than 156 girls and women over more than two decades.

She said in her resignation statement there was no cover-up at MSU.

"The survivors’ accounts are horrific. They are tragic, heartbreaking, and personally gut-wrenching. I take solace that many victims have indicated that the opportunity to confront Nassar is a step toward healing. I am proud of the exceptional work of the Special Victims Unit led by Lieutenant Andrea Munford with the steadfast leadership of Chief Dunlap. I am proud of my support of their work even though the results have been very painful to all who watched," Simon said.

After Simon resigned, there were a number of names raised to the board as possible interim presidents, including Engler, Blanchard and former Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm.

In a tweet shortly after Simon resigned, Granholm said it wouldn't be her.

"Not me, but I’m confident they will find a strong, clear leader. For the sake of current and future Spartans, let’s hope so."

Also raised as a possible interim choice was former Grand Valley State University President Mark Murray, who also served as president of Meijer, Inc. Murray told board members he wasn't interested, sources said.

Blanchard and Murray were all mentioned as a possible MSU president when Peter McPherson left in 2004 and Simon was promoted from provost to president.

But as MSU graduates and top executives of a large bureaucracy, Engler and Blanchard are natural picks, and will appease both the Republicans and Democrats on the MSU board of trustees, which has a 4-4 partisan split.

Engler, 69, has been a longtime political presence in Michigan. He was the youngest person elected to the state House of Representatives in 1970 at the age of 22, where he served until 1979, leaving after winning a seat in the state Senate and serving as the iron-fisted Senate Majority Leader.

He scored a razor thin victory over then incumbent Governor Blanchard in 1990 and stayed in the state's top job through the end of 2002. After leaving the job, he moved to Washington where he served as president and CEO of the National Manufacturers Association and then the head of the Business Roundtable, a national organization of business leaders. He retired last year and has a home in Laingsburg with his wife Michelle. His triplet daughters have all recently graduated from college.

After losing his reelection bid in 1990, Blanchard became the U.S. Ambassador to Canada under President Bill Clinton and later became a partner in the Washington DC-based law firm of DLA Piper. He ran for governor again in 2002, but lost to then Attorney General Jennifer Granholm, who would then go on to win two terms as Michigan's governor.

The choice was applauded by both politicians and people who have worked with the men.

"John Engler is the right choice to be Michigan State University's interim president," said Speaker of the House Tom Leonard, R-DeWitt Township. "He is a strong leader with a proven track record of reform, and the school needs someone who is able to come in from the outside, stand up to the status quo and make immediate changes."

David Doyle was the chairman of the Michigan Republican Party while Engler was governor. While he was surprised that Engler was the choice, given the partisan make-up of the board, "I think he'll do a great job."

Perkins Coie is privatizing the justice system, right under the noses of the Judicial Branch starting
with the States, or rather Michigan.

They are crowning themselves as the keeper of justice in their databases.

Ok, I get the usurpation of the State Attorney General powers (Oooooooo, Bill, they pulled your "Frank Kelly Cool Card") stuff, but how come no one is up in arms about a law firm running ops through a state, public institution of learning, Michigan State University, which is a non-incorporated organization, just like they did with the Clinton Global Initiative University and Detroit Land Bank Authority?

Are these "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) running the same scam they are doing with the Detroit Land Bank Authority?

Looks like it.

Since LegalServer possesses no legal instrument of authority to engage in any financial activities in Michigan, or any place else from what I see in any intellectual property or legal filings, they cannot open a bank account.

That means they cannot cash a check.

That means they are using Michigan State University to cash their checks and launder their money, just like the Clinton Foundation has been doing with MSU, the State of Michigan and the City of Detroit.

Legal Aid money for "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth) and forfeiture of all assest and legacies.

They are building databases of all the legal, economic, financial, educational, psychological, etc. intel of "The Poors" (always said with clniched teeth) with absolutely no oversight, and, considering the fact that this is more than likely operating by and through the Clinton Foundation, there are no civil rights or FOIA because you cannot FOIA a private corporation.

By setting up the fraud in such a manner, they are taking over the State of Michigan, or more intuitively, privatizing a state through the authoritarian scheme called the Emergency Manager.

They are creating a private arbitrator of justice, with predictive modeling.

Yes, these "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) are all up into predictive modeling and they are setting up shop, right here, in Michigan.

This is just another crafty model of the new human trafficking, based on the residuals of the peculiar institution.

Well, on second thought, it is not really that crafty; they stole it from the Michigan Children's Institute Superintendant model and MSU crafts just about all child welfare policy in the state.

John Engler Is Running The MSU Defense

Something tells me John is scared.

What do you think?

At least, now, John Engler knows what it feels like to have your house raided, your children legally kidnapped, with no advanced warning, considering the fact that he was the one who privatized the child welfare system for profit.

I wonder if Forsyth is searching for those trust fund ratlines.

Engler protests investigators’ surprise visit at MSU

"Don't worry, John, they will never figure it out."

Michigan State University interim President John Engler defended the school’s cooperation with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office and expressed disappointment that agents arrived on campus without warning last week in the wake of the Larry Nassar scandal.

In a letter, Engler wrote he would have appreciated a phone call Friday from Special Independent Counsel William Forsyth, who was appointed by Attorney General Bill Schuette to oversee the independent Nassar investigation at MSU.

Agents arrived on campus with search warrants and removed items from several offices after AG officials said they requested records and other items from key players in the scandal a month ago.

“Your decision to arrive without warning at the Hannah Administration Building with search warrants and camera crews was ... very much at odds with the cooperation I have pledged,’” Engler wrote to Forsyth. “I realize that I was not the Interim President on Friday, but I would have appreciated a phone call regarding any perceived lack of cooperation, which we would emphatically dispute.

“As for the accompanying camera crews, the Attorney General has made clear this investigation is to be not ‘political,’” Engler continued. “Hopefully, their presence was not part of an investigation ‘media strategy’ but rather inadvertent and the result of indiscrete (sic) behavior that can be stopped.”

In an email, AG spokeswoman Andrea Bitely said, “Mr. Forsyth is currently reviewing the letter from Interim President Engler.”

The letter was released Tuesday by MSU, a day after Engler wrote it on his first day as the school’s interim president.

The AG’s office launched a probe into MSU to find out who knew what and when during the more than two decades that Nassar, one of the most notorious and prolific child predators, worked at the university.

He sexually assaulted 265 young women by inserting his fingers into them under the guise of medical treatment.

The probe comes more than a year and a half after MSU police launched an investigation into one woman’s complaint about Nassar, and scores of other women came forward. Nassar initially denied the accusations, then pleaded guilty after prosecutors charged him and victims testified in preliminary court proceedings.

In December, a federal judge handed Nassar a 60-year prison sentence for possessing 37,000 child pornography images. Then, after more than 200 women testified over nine days in two courtrooms about the impact the abuse had on their lives, two county judges gave Nassar prison sentences of 40-175 years and 40-125 years. His last sentence came Monday.

Many are now turning their attention to Michigan State, to see who and what within the culture may have allowed the former doctor to prey on victims for so long.

Last month, a Detroit News investigation showed reports of sexual misconduct by Nassar reached at least 14 MSU representatives in the two decades before his arrest, with no fewer than eight women reporting his actions.

AG agents issued a search warrant on Friday at MSU after Forsyth sought every record from the university related to former women’s gymnastics coach Kathie Klages, former College of Osteopathic Medicine dean William Strampel, as well as emails and text messages sent to or from former MSU President Lou Anna Simon regarding the convicted sports doctor.

Forsyth also asked for the immediate production of physical items assigned to Strampel, Nassar’s former boss, who recently stepped down, Bitely said last week.

AG special agents and Michigan State Police removed records and what appeared to be a flash drive from the Hannah Administration Building and Fee Hall, and made other stops, including the Office of the Provost.

They also went to the office of Kristine Moore, assistant general counsel at the university, who oversaw a Title IX investigation into Nassar’s conduct that led to two reports, including one that recently became public.

Engler said getting the facts out and changing the culture that allowed Nassar to flourish for so long at MSU is critical to healing.

“The abuse suffered by so many survivors as young women under the guise of treatment by Larry Nassar has created unimaginable pain for these women and their families,” Engler wrote. “My mission is to change the culture that could have prevented this tragedy.”

Engler added that the university must understand and be able to answer the questions being asked, such as why Nassar was not discovered earlier, what warning signs were missed, whether MSU officials knew about Nassar’s conduct and chose to ignore or cover it up, and what can be done to prevent this tragedy from ever appening again.

“I hope we can become a model for university communities across the state and nation,” Engler wrote. “My top priority is to have a safe and respectful campus for those who learn and work here.”

In another development, MSU Board of Trustees Chairman Brian Breslin is taking a leave of absence from his job as manager of appointments for Gov. Rick Snyder.

As allowed under Michigan Civil Service rules, Snyder’s office said Breslin will take an unpaid leave of between 30 to 90 days as he and other MSU trustees grapple with continued fallout from the Nassar scandal.

“He wants to devote his attention to being on the Board of Trustees, given all the activities” Snyder told The Detroit News during a brief Tuesday interview at the state Capitol. “So I appreciated his focus on Michigan State.”

Breslin’s leave comes as the Snyder administration considers potential intervention at MSU, where the eight trustees have come under fire and face a looming no-confidence vote by the faculty senate.

The Snyder administration is reviewing options for action at MSU, “and we continue to work on that,” the governor said.
