Washington, D.C. – Today, April 6, 2017 at 10:30AM, Members of the U.S. House of Representatives held a forum entitled, “Civil Rights Under the Trump Administration-The First 100 Days.” 

The 2016 presidential campaign was the most polarizing and divisive in memory, particularly from a civil rights perspective.  Though the Obama administration made notable legislative and enforcement gains in civil rights, with the rise in hate violence, police shootings and legislative backlash at the state and local level, minority communities have been justifiably concerned about the continuing role of the Federal government in protecting their civil rights.  This forum will examine the appointments, polices and orders undertaken in the first 100 days of the Trump administration in order to help foster an agenda for the protection of civil rights.

War Chest Seeks FEC Approval To Engage In Campaign & Tax Fraud

In February of this year, 2017, came forth a new form of fraud, unlike what we have witnessed before in political campaigns.

Behold, I present to the world, a group of private investors by the name of War Chest, LLC, out of the great State of Ohio who have found the audacity to approach the Federal Election Commission and ask if they can leverage political campaign contributions, tax free, in the stock market.

All political campaign donations are deductible
in the name of the tax exempt
christian God.

Seriously.  I kid you, not.

War Chest wants to, even with more specificity, take Political Action Committee contributions, which shall include SuperPAC funding, all tax exempt, and turn around and invest it.

So, what does all this mean?

Well, for those who are not aware, SuperPACs are funded through what is called "dark money", meaning, no one knows from where it came.

SuperPACs are for presidential campaigns, whether for or against a particular candidate.

All political action committees are allowed to accept financial contributions from non-profits.

What this means is, oh...let us use child welfare as our working example, that a privatized, non-profit, christian, child placing agency in foster care can generate fraudulent documentation, submit to the court which authorizes through judicial determination, funding to keep a kid in foster care for as long as possible in order to submit cost-reimbursement through Targeted Case Management Services of Medicaid, fictitious billing for the purposes of making political campaign contributions.

In turn, these political campaign contributions, (a.k.a. your tax dollars which are supposed to help the most vulnerable of society) are funneled into the private investment market into what is called social impact bonds which reap profits through privatized contracts billing federal and state public programs like schools, health care, biomedical technology.

Yes, Medicaid is now funding innovations of the fields of biomedical, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, genomics, and technology, in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Defense, where the populations of foster children and relatives, "The Poors" are being used for human subject research.

These fields of innovation then bill Medicaid for services, whether legitimate or not, it does not matter at this particular juncture of the working example, because they have been doing this for decades.

Let us not fail to mention those political appointees who are wealthy enough to purchase a governmental position to further funnel federal dollars into political campaigns, by writing off sizable monetary contributions of their own into a tax exempt, christian, non-profits, which will then, donate to political action committees, which will be used for foreign investments into weapons deals, oil, and gold.

Dare I include human trafficking in the list of industries ripe for these types of fraudulent investment schemes?

Of course.

The political campaigns will make a substantial killing in the stock market through private equity investments, where, I am just going to go out there on a limb and say that these profits, as political campaign committees are non-profits, will end up finding its tax aversive way into some off-shore tax haven.

Quintessentially, the entire process of voting will be dismantled as the divinely chosen corporate political candidates will then be installed as the winner of the election by dumping ghastly amounts of money into political campaigns to buy the votes of the sophisticated populous.

So, if the FEC approves War Chest's fraud scheme, I am going to irritate them in the manner of which has made me world renowned,

CONYERS & LEWIS Lead More Than 50 Members Of Congress In Honoring 50th Anniversary Of Dr. Martin Luther King's Landmark Anti-War Sermon

Washington, D.C. — Today, Congressman John Conyers, Jr. (MI-13) and Congressman John Lewis, veterans of the civil rights movement, led more than 50 Members of Congress in introducing H.Res. 246, a resolution to commemorate the 50^th anniversary of the April 4, 1967 “Beyond Vietnam” sermon given by Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. at the Riverside Church in Harlem, New York. In the speech, he condemned the Vietnam War and called for a fundamental change in the way the United States conducts foreign policy abroad.  

“I consider Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., to be the greatest American figure of the 20^th century. When I introduced the bill to establish the Martin Luther King, Jr. national holiday, it was not only for his work to promote equality for African-Americans. His advocacy for diplomacy over conflict and for spending on human needs instead of weapons of war, was also one of his enduring contributions to mankind,” Rep. Conyers said.

The resolution highlights many powerful and prophetic passages from the sermon.  It quotes Dr. King’s call for a “true revolution in values,” one that “will lay hand on the world order and say of war, ‘This way of settling differences is not just.” The resolution further emphasizes Dr. King’s warning against prioritizing war spending of that for social welfare, declaring that “A nation that continues year after year to spend more money on military defense than on programs of social uplift is approaching spiritual death.” His statement rings true today, as President Trump has proposed a budget that would increase the U.S. military budget—already by far the world’s largest—by $54 billion dollars, while simultaneously proposing draconian cuts to domestic spending.  King called for transformative changes to our nation’s fabric, stating that “We must rapidly begin the shift from a thing-oriented society to a person-oriented society. When machines and computers, profit motives and property rights, are considered more important than people, the giant triplets of racism, extreme materialism, and militarism are incapable of being conquered.’’ The resolution calls on the United States to pursue foreign policy that aligns with Dr. King’s vision for peace by fighting poverty and promoting understanding.

CONYERS: Medicare for All's time has come

I’m as happy as anyone with the way the Republicans’ plan to wreck our healthcare system crashed and burned. And President Donald Trump is right: Republicans lost because Democrats beat them. We beat them because we were organized, we were unified and we were backed by unprecedented grassroots energy. Members of the U.S. Congress hosted dozens of rallies, advocacy organizations hosted hundreds more and constituents showed up in overwhelming numbers at town halls across this country to make their voices heard.

And what exactly was their message? One of the most poignant moments came at a town hall hosted by U.S. Rep. Diane Black, Republican of Tennessee, where a constituent explained her opposition to the GOP bill using faith. As a Christian, she said, her faith was rooted in helping the unfortunate, not cutting taxes on the rich, so why not expand Medicaid and allow everyone to have insurance? And she’s not alone. Last week, a Quinnipiac survey found that voters overwhelmingly oppose cuts to Medicaid -- 74% of them -- including 54% among Republicans.

Given the record high support for publicly funded healthcare, economists, policy experts and commentators everywhere have called on the Democratic party to build on our momentum by supporting a single payer system. But perhaps the most convincing case I heard came from Jessi Bohan, the teacher from Cookeville, Tennessee who spoke at Rep. Black’s town hall.

The week after her question went viral she wrote to the Washington Post that she was troubled to see her comments used as a "defense of Obamacare" instead of what they were: an indictment of any healthcare policy that leaves anyone out. As Bohan so eloquently put it, "it is immoral for health care to be a for-profit enterprise" that allows insurance companies to make "enormous sums of money off the sick while people are struggling to pay their medical bills." If she had it to do over again, she wrote, she would have explained to Black "the Christian case for universal, single-payer health insurance, which would protect all Americans."

While her message was targeted at Republicans, it is one that many of my colleagues in the Democratic Party need to hear as well. For two weeks, I’ve watched Democrats point to theCongressional Budget Office’s analysis of the Paul Ryan bill and express righteous outrage that it would lead to 24 million Americans losing their insurance. But that same CBO score says that 28 million Americans will still be without insurance even under the Affordable Care Act. I’m impressed that the ACA has expanded Medicaid eligibility in states that have adopted it and more than 20 million previously uninsured now have insurance, but universal healthcare it is not.

Time and time again I’ve heard Democrats dodge questions about their support for universal healthcare by saying they’re focused right now on defending the ACA. Now that we have repelled Paul Ryan’s attack and Donald Trump has signaled that Republicans will move on, the time for those excuses has passed.

For years, I’ve also watched as Democrats, including our presidential nominee last year, have avoided putting their name behind single payer by saying they’re focused on politically achievable short-term goals.

Single payer is politically achievable.

Gallup, the Kaiser Family Foundation, and other polling organizations have found that there is majority support for Medicare for All in America today. But more important, elected officials are not supposed to move to the political center, we are supposed to stake out the moral center and convince others to join us there.

November’s election results showed that we can’t just say "the other side is awful," however true that may be, and expect Americans to flock to us. To win again, we must be a party of principles and present bold ideas and a vision for the future.

It is true that single-payer healthcare has been implemented in virtually every other advanced democracy on Earth. It is also true that in those countries, people live longer andhealthcare is dramatically less expensive than it is here. And finally, it is true that Medicare for All is the direction Americans overwhelmingly want us to go. Nevertheless, I want my colleagues to join me in supporting single-payer not to save money or to win elections, but because it is the moral and just thing to do. If, like me, you believe healthcare is a right to everyone and not a privilege to those who can afford it, let’s be organized and let’s be unified in our support for Medicare for All.

Profitable Pinwheel Gardens: Child Abuse Prevention Month 2017 is all about the Fundraisers

As we know, April is Child Abuse Propaganda Month.

• Proceeds will benefit The NYSPCC's Trauma Recovery and Safe Touches programs and help fund its counseling, legal and educational programs to prevent abuse and help more children and families heal.

And what would Child Abuse Propaganda Month be without the pretty blue pinwheels that are used to represent a child reported to CPS?

• Each pinwheel was removed from the ground with each donation of $20.

What most people don't realize though is that this month isn't really designed to help protect children from abuse or neglect.

• Businesses will also display baskets of ribbons alongside donations cans as well as sell larger cardstock blue ribbons for $1 that will be displayed.The agency is still looking for additional business willing to put out lapel pin baskets or sell cardstock ribbons.  Blue ribbon yard signs are also available for $10.

It's designed to raise money for the Child Protective Industry.

• Pinwheels are available for a $1 donation to Prevent Child Abuse Louisiana.

Although the theme or message of Child Abuse Propaganda Month is claimed to be to raise awareness about child abuse as they do need to get more people reporting potential child abuse in honor of job security...

• The group is looking to privately raise $2.6 million for a 5,000-square foot facility that includes interview rooms, observation rooms and temporary housing for children waiting to transfer to foster homes.

most of these events are designed to raise funds by selling pinwheels or food or tickets to a fun event for the whole family or whatever they can think up.

• Proceeds from the race will to the Dandelion Foundation, a Great Falls non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and family violence.
• The Mitchell Advisory Board is also selling blue bows for $10. Each bow sold will allow adults to receive a free Child Sexual Abuse Prevention training.

Any private or non governmental agency can join in the fun if they provide any type of service or have any contracts with the states Child Welfare Agencies.

• Maybe that’s why this year the greeters ran out of tickets and were using a sharpie to mark guests’ hands at the Nothing’s Sweeter Than a Child chocolate and dessert banquet and auction, a fundraiser for La Salle County Court Appointed Special Advocates.

And of course, you can give them your money and buy a pinwheel.

Perhaps it will make you feel important.  Like you made a difference or something.

Michigan Child Welfare Data Fusion Centers

Do you know what model Michigan's Children's Advocacy Centers is based upon?

Fine.  I will just tell you.

Children's Advocacy Centers (CAC) are based upon the model of what is called the Joint Terrorism Task Force Fusion Centers (JTTF), reminiscent of the Combined Intelligence Centers (CIC).

According to the FBI,

The FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Forces, or JTTFs, are our nation’s front line on terrorism: small cells of highly trained, locally based, passionately committed investigators, analysts, linguists, SWAT experts, and other specialists from dozens of U.S. law enforcement and intelligence agencies. 

Now, compare the language of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Fusion Centers:

Fusion centers operate as state and major urban area focal points for the receipt, analysis, gathering, and sharing of threat-related information between federal; state, local, tribal, territorial (SLTT); and private sector partners.

Last, but not least, to bring home my point that the CAC is nothing more than the transposed model of a JTTF Fusion Center, original parents, better known as birth parents, relatives within the fifth degree of consanguinity, or any other legal guardian, are excluded from participation into these newly created databases.

These CACs are to be accredited by the privatized, NGO of the National Children's Alliance, where a quick glance at its Board of Directors will further bring home my point that these are data collection centers.

Michigan made sure to enshrine preservation of these child data collection centers by including the term of "or its successor agency".

Pretty slick because I know for a fact that stuff like that just flies over the heads of "The Elected Ones".

Oh, and since this stuff is going to be warehoused under the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, 5 will get you 10, it will be Medicaid funded, which is another reason Snyder is pushing to preserve the Medicaid Expansion.

Medicaid is going to fund the technological construction of data bases and all its operations.

Michigan was the first to construct a child protection model under CAPTA, so I guess it would only be logical to conclude that these CACs are the next phase of ASFA.

Always remember, the best way to surveil and track human data is to tag them when they are young.

Gotta be able to construct models to predict who will be "The Poors", in the best interests of the child, of course.

Snyder signs Stamas' children's medical records release law

LANSING — State Sen. Jim Stamas, R-Midland, joined child protection leaders on last week as Gov. Rick Snyder signed Stamas’ legislation to help children’s advocacy centers protect Michigan's children.

“This new law is part of an ongoing effort to ensure the best possible outcomes for victims of child abuse,” Stamas said.

“Children’s advocacy centers are safe and friendly facilities where law enforcement officials, child protection workers, medical professionals and victim advocates work together on child abuse cases. These centers give us the best chance to help children heal from abuse and hold their offenders accountable.

“This will enable children’s advocacy centers to access abuse and neglect information that can be critical in supporting young victims.”

Senate Bill 1021, now Public Act 491 of 2016, allows a confidential record about child abuse and neglect filed with the Department of Health and Human Services to be disclosed to a children’s advocacy center in the course of providing services to a victim of child abuse or child neglect or to the child’s family.

Michigan Child Welfare Administration: Same Day, Same Administrators

I bet this just sucks, well, I mean with what I am about to say about preserving incestuous institutions of child welfare administration of Michigan.

The DHHS Director, Nick Lyons is not in the best mental condition to even be executing orders in transfer of powers to the new Children's Services Agency Director, Dr. Herman McCall, formerly Juvenile Justice Program Director from this failure of an ethical creature Steve Yager (this is strictly a personal assessment in his professional capacity, in supposition to his willfully nefarious actions, just for his own personal pleasure of covering up federal fraud...or he is really just a dumb ass.  Either way, I am justified in both positions.)

So, as rumor has it, Michigan has a policy where the emails of a former administrator are wiped from the server and hidden from any access through FOIA.

This means that, unless someone is willing to hand over their first born child in the form of outrageous FOIA charges to secure the emails, all evidence of fraudulent activities are shredded into the black hole of Michigan secretive recordkeeping in child welfare.

And, as another rumor has it, Michigan is about to launch its new model to warehouse its child welfare population, or, as they are going to spin it, foster care reforms are going to take on the model of group homes.

That is correct.  Foster care in Michigan is about to be transformed into mini-plantations, where children, who are removed from homes, mainly for being poor, are going to be placed in privatized group homes, where there is little, if any, enforceable oversight because the Bureau of Child and Adult Licensing has been stripped of any of its oversight powers due to issues of immunizing the state.

If my term of mini-plantations comes across as alleging chicanery in state administrative operations, then, how about applying the term micro-residential institutions?

Michigan is about to re-interpret what is called "home-based/community-based services" under Medicaid to generate more creative layers of service billing which does nothing to promote the viability of families in need, but it does maximize revenue for these contractual micro-residential institutions which will have no incentive of ameliorating the situations which brought children into care, in the first place, or rather a continuance of human trafficking.

This would lead to a justification of shuttering these out dated juvenile justice facilities, which would not be a bad thing, if only there existed some form of oversight in the secret operations of child welfare in Michigan.

Until which time, Michigan will carry on with its horrific treatment of children in child welfare and remain under federal monitoring through its incestuous preservation of child welfare administration through recycling its experts in covering up fraud.

Oh, Look, Another Democratic Women's Toll Fest.

The National Organization of Black Elected Legislators (NOBEL) is putting together its Annual Legislative Conference to do anything but talk about poverty, human trafficking, and privatization.


How do I know?

Well, allow me to share with you another one of the famous models of the Democratic Party I like to refer to as a "toll fest".

So, what is a toll fest, you ask?

A Toll Fest is when an elite group charges a fee, typically not a nominal one, to access entry into the group.  If you do not pay the fee, your voice is excluded.

Toll Fests are closed systems designed to exclude any social media exposure or input.

Think of it as a roaring groupthink party where they celebrate the fact that they came up with a national agenda once again without engaging the majority of the population it is suppose to be representing.

For this particular conference, there will not only be a toll of an outrageous entry fee for participation, there will also be the "brown paper bag test", because, I guess, only privileged women who hail from the darker persuasion are allowed to speak upon socio-economic and geo-political issues in their conclave of groupthink.

One would be completely aghast if "The Poors" crashed their toll fest, as I am quite sure it would be contrary to the dictum of their glorious leader.

But, hey, a hustle is a hustle and I am quite sure it is all about making that money because, now, they just solicit political campaign contributions.

Hey, NOBEL, the 1980s want their domestic policies back.

CONYERS: Democrats Push Trump Administration to Protect the Education of Undocumented Children

WASHINGTON – Today, Reps.  John Conyers (MI-13), Bobby Scott (VA-03), Bennie Thompson (MS-02), and Zoe Lofgren (CA-19), the Ranking Members of the Committees on Education and the Workforce, Judiciary, Homeland Security, and Subcommittee on Immigration and Border Security, respectively, sent a letter, below, to Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly asking them to remind public schools that they are still required to educate undocumented children, despite recent changes to immigration policies.

“We write to express concern that recent changes in immigration enforcement policies are creating fear, anxiety and confusion in immigrant communities around the country,” the Members wrote. “In this environment of trepidation, it is important that we do all we can to minimize the impact these policies have on public school attendance and student learning. One way to address this concern is to ensure that school enrollment and attendance practices do not chill school participation based on the students’ or their parent’s immigration status.”

“To assuage increasing apprehensions, we request that the Department of Homeland Security issue a statement making clear that, in spite of other changes in enforcement policy, the sensitive locations policy remains in full effect, at schools and other localities,” the letter reads. “Fear of immigration enforcement actions cannot be allowed to create a hostile learning environment for our children.”

Plyler v. Doe decision, the Supreme Court ruled that it was unconstitutional to deny any child, including an undocumented child, access to a public education.  A student’s immigration status was irrelevant to the student’s right to access a public elementary and secondary education.

Hamtramck settles whistleblower lawsuit

The following is a statement released by Mark Koroi, attorney for plaintiff, Steve Shaya, in the settlement of the Hamtramck whistleblower case.

After receiving a number of phone calls from media representatives regarding the above-cited matter, I am releasing the following statement regarding the final conclusion of the lawsuit that has been pending in federal court in Detroit for the last three years and previously reported in various media outlets:

On the afternoon of Friday, March 31st, 2017, United States District Judge Matthew Leitman of the Eastern District of Michigan signed an order dismissing the Shaya lawsuit pursuant to Settlement Agreement reached between the parties shortly after the liability insurance carrier for the City of Hamtramck tendered a check for $75,000.00 to the undersigned counsel under settlement between Steve Shaya and the City of Hamtramck as well as current or former city and police officials and employees also named as defendants. Included as defendants at the time of settlement were Councilperson Andrea Karpinski and former Hamtramck Chief of Police Maxwell Garbarino, currently an Eastpointe patrolman, as well as former Hamtramck City Manager Erik Tungate, currently the Oak Park City Manager, and Kyle Tertzag. Copies of the federal pleadings are available online.

The federal lawsuit had alleged retaliation against Mr. Shaya, the former Public Works Director for Hamtramck, for his reporting of apparent police misconduct as well as city officials for allegedly targeting minority Arab and Muslim residents and businesspersons for oppressive treatment. The suit also alleged Shaya was framed on a hit-and-run criminal charge that was eventually dismissed. The U.S. District Court lawsuit claimed violations of the Whistleblowers' Protection Act, Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, Federal Civil Rights Act of 1871, as well as common law counts of malicious prosecution and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The depositions of 51 witnesses were noticed and current Mayor Karen Majewski, former Mayor Thomas Jankowski, Councilmen Robert Zwolak, Anam Miah, Mohammed Hassan and then-District Judge Paul Paruk were among those deposed as witnesses. Ten defense attorneys from three separate law firms appeared at various stages of the action and defense costs are believed to be approximately $250,000.00.

The lead counsel for the City of Hamtramck was City Attorney John Clark of Troy.

The settlement of this federal lawsuit does not affect the pending wrongful discharge lawsuit filed by Mr. Shaya, a Chaldean-American, that is currently being defended by the City of Hamtramck alleging his suspension and discharge as the Director of Public Works in violation of the Whistleblowers' Protection Act and Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act. Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Sheila Gibson held a "Special Conference" in that case last Thursday morning following a January of 2017 Michigan Court of Appeals ruling reversing Gibson's earlier dismissal in 2015 of the state court case due to an arbitration agreement; the state appellate panel held that Mr. Shaya did not sign an arbitration agreement that contained a clear waiver of his right to litigate his civil rights claims in a court of law.

Kansas Allows Judges To Profit From Their Child Trafficking Cases

Not only does the State of Kansas sanction and pay for a judge to preside over a case of removal of a child to be placed in foster care, but that same judge can actually place the child in his own home, and receive a foster care payment for it!

But, have no fear, most judges are not so bold in hustling money from the child welfare cases they oversee.

Most judges sit on non-profit boards of the child placing agencies which petition for removal of children to be placed in foster care.

Some judges even solicit campaign contributions from the same agencies which petition to have a child removed and placed in foster care.

Even some politically career orientated judges will legislate and lobby from the bench, without any disclosure of conflicts of interests or recusal.

So much for civil rights because it happens in every state.

It is time to break out with the pinwheels to raise awareness of child abuse and neglect!

Yes, that is correct, April is the month where the non-profit corporations will pump millions of tax payer dollars to promote the multi-billion dollar marketing industry of human trafficking in child welfare.

The video shows New Jersey officers working at the behest of Maryland Child Protective Services, without warrant, without court order. across state lines, to take a child.

But, it does not matter because this is April, the glorious month of child acquisition, in the name of abuse and neglect, whatever that means in this situation.

The officers are utilizing the age old, blanketed doctrine of exigent circumstances, meaning, "if someone thinks the child is in danger", they do not need warrant or order of the court.

( It looks like there will be termination of parental rights.  I will provide updates.)

Once the child is removed and placed in foster care, all stakeholders, except the parents and family, will generate revenue of about $200,000 a year in Medicaid, Targeted Case Management cost reimbursements.

Foster parents will get paid.

Pedophiles will have a new product for child sex trafficking, because we all know, a state will run a background which will not produce any criminal history of child sex crimes as they have never been previously busted.

The courts will expend the federal funding to remain in operation.

Foster care and adoption agencies will keep their doors open and paychecks flowing, with a lovely adoption bonus at the end of the tunnel.

Adoptive parents will garner a substantial adoption tax subsidy.

The psychiatric and pharmaceutical industries will profit from scripting the kids for the trauma of being kidnapped and trafficked.

Schools will expand special needs programs, billed to Medicaid, to provide services for the kids who will more than likely never graduate from high school due to the trauma of being raped and tortured in foster care.

And, of course, I would be remiss if I did not mention that these privatized child welfare agencies operate in the name of the tax exempt christian God in order to fund political campaigns and pay dividends on the social impact bonds promoted by private equity firms.

So, in order to embolden the glorified practice of compassionate human trafficking, let us all pick up a pinwheel and the phone to call Child Protective Services, to create more jobs and stabilize the States economies.

As for the parents whose rights are terminated, well, there is always a profit to be generated in private prisons, organ harvesting or the other compassionate sectors in the industry of slave labor.

Gotta make sure "The Poors" earn their keep in society!
