The Tale Of The "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending): Sidney Powell & Rudy Giuliani Accuse John Conyers, Jr. Of Public Corruption Without Demanding Due Process

Yes, Sidney Powell & Rudy Giuliani are "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) as they hold a press conference to utter and publish accusations that "The Elected Ones" of the politically stratified districts under John Conyers, Jr. were rift with public corruption.

I say we investigate!

Or, have we already?

I say Sidney and Rudy should go ask Rashida if there is still political corruption of criminal activities still going on in her congressional district.

Oh, Sidney and Rudy should go ask Rashida to call for an investigation into these alleged treasonous activities of Detroit by filing, first, with the U.S. Committee on Ethics.

Drats!

I forgot, that was already done, quite a few times, if I correctly recall.

Anyway, just watch them do the legal dilatory distraction dance, because we are already in Detroit, just watching the world realize, that the heavens are falling because this is about gerrymandering, or rather, stealin' the children, land & vote.

Watch Sidney and Rudy not say his name as they speak upon Detroit and Voting Rights, while demanding due process, but not for my Sweetie.

These districts are being formed as community districts, where there exists state laws, for the formation of geographic areas which are qualified as private federal contractors, under local parishes, the lower rung of hierarchy in the church, under the dioceses, where the mother is the Archdiocese of Detroit, where the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops take oaths of fealty to a foreign nation state called the Vatican, or perhaps, GoldmanSachs  DeutcheBank, but, hey, what do I know?

I know what gerrymandering is in the era of modern day human trafficking.

The statues that are being torn down are registered with the U.S. Geological Survey, for global recognition of authority, but authority under what corporate parent?

This is how the U.S. is being invaded.

Praise the lord.

Detroit neighborhood names could be changed, under proposed ordinance

Historic Indian Village on Detroit's east side. This Historic District is on the U.S. National Register of  Historic Places since 1972 and has many architecturally- significant homes built in the early 20th century.

Detroit residents may soon get a chance to rename their neighborhood under a proposal sponsored by City Council President Pro Tem Mary Sheffield.

If passed,  the proposed Neighborhood Renaming Ordinance would allow Detroiters to submit an application to give their neighborhood an official moniker or rename an existing one.

"In the midst of the revitalization that is happening in our city and as neighborhoods begin to redevelop, there's going to be a desire to want to change names," Sheffield told the Free Press on Thursday. "But it's important that council has a voice and it's important the neighborhood is also engaged in the process, too."

Across the country, statues have been taken down, sports teams have changed their names and buildings are getting new titles. Gov. Gretchen Whitmer over the summer stripped the name of slave owner Lewis Cass from a state office building, now called the Elliott-Larsen Building.

"In light of what's really going on nationally, we're seeing a lot of monuments being taken down and people wanting to research what names really stand for," Sheffield said.

A draft ordinance is under consideration by the City Council's Neighborhood and Community Services Standing Committee. Next, a public hearing will take place during which residents can suggest changes to the ordinance. After that, it will be up to City Council to approve. Sheffield said the goal is to have it pass before the council recesses in November.

One contender for renaming is Indian Village.

Resident Jared TenBrink, who wrote a letter in July calling for a name change of his neighborhood, said the ordinance is a positive development and one around which he and about a dozen other residents are mobilizing.

They started a petition this week for the application and have collected 30 signatures as of Thursday. Their goal is to get 50% of residents, or roughly 375 people, to sign on. Since the application requires  a 20% buy-in, TenBrink said they would settle for about 150 but they want a majority to be on board.

Indian Village on Detroit's east side has been on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places since 1972.

In his letter, TenBrink, 41, of the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of Potawatomi said the name is historically inaccurate because there is no record of an American Indian settlement on that site.

"If Land O'Lakes Butter can remove the American Indian woman off of their packaging, we can remove American Indian references off of our neighborhood name because the name wasn't chosen to uplift or empower people, it was chosen to sell houses," TenBrink said.

An Aug. 3 neighborhood association meeting didn't lead to a resolution, TenBrink said. But it did lead to their newsletter being renamed to "The Indian Village Newsletter" instead of "Smoke Signals."

There are some neighbors who disagree with the name change. But TenBrink said the ordinance, which proposes a formal process, may help.

"I think we can create a new identity and we can create a new neighborhood perception together. But it is still a big shock for people," he said. "That's one of the big things ... that can come out of something like this. It'll really empower communities to decide how they want to identify."

Though they have a few dozen signatures to date, Indian Village residents may be calling their neighborhood "The Village."

Still, some Detroit residents don't want to change their neighborhood name.

The idea for the ordinance came after some Virginia Park residents expressed concern when the city proposed possible name changes for their community, Sheffield said.

Some ideas included "Henry Ford Neighborhood" or "Herman Kiefer Neighborhood," Julian Witherspoon, president of the Virginia Park Citizen District Council, said.

"We are adamant about being known as the Virginia Park neighborhood. ...We have a history of accomplishments," Witherspoon, 63, said.

Witherspoon said the ordinance may give Detroit residents "a voice at the table" to express opinions and concerns.

Under Detroit city code, parks can be renamed. Sheffield said her ordinance is another formal process to now change the name of neighborhoods.

If approved, Detroiters can start submitting applications between June 1 and July 1. The person who submits the paperwork must be 18 or older.

The proposed name — either an individual or an entity — should come with an application package including signatures of 20% of the residents who live in the neighborhood; the historical, cultural or social significance of the new name; a map or photographs of the area; a summary of public outreach with neighborhood, business and commercial property owners associations.

The Department of Neighborhoods would receive and review the application — like checking for duplicates or inappropriate suggestions — which would then be forwarded to City council for approval. There would also be a public hearing prior to the potential name change.

"I think there's going to be a lot of different forthcoming possible proposals that we haven't seen yet," Sheffield said. "But we want to have an effective process in place to make sure it happens with transparency and with community at the table."

The 2020 Election Is Definitely Going To Be Contested - Tyler Ignored FBI To Cover Up Electoral College Gerrymandering

Q: Why did Tyler Technologies pay the ransomware?

A: Because they and their co-conspirators did not want to be uncloaked for interfering in the 2020, 2018, 2016, 2014, 2012, 2010 Electoral College, but, hey, what do I know?

Always remember, the President is elected through the Electoral College, not the Popular Vote, so be a part of this historic investigation and go vote, we need the data.

#maytheheavensfall

Tyler Technologies finally paid the ransom to receive the decryption key

Tyler Technologies has finally decided to paid a ransom to obtain a decryption key and recover files encrypted in a recent ransomware attack.

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is the largest provider of software to the United States public sector. At the end of September, the company disclosed a ransomware attack and its customers reported finding suspicious logins and previously unseen remote access tools on their networks.

The ransomware attack took place on September 23, the threat actors breached the network of the company and deployed the malware.

Tyler notified law enforcement and hired a forensics firm to investigate the incident and determine the extent of the incident.

Immediately after the attack company representatives declared that the incident only impacted the internal network and phone systems.
Some reports circulating online speculate the company was infected with the RansomExx ransomware.

The RansomEXX is human-operated ransomware, this means that attackers manually infected the systems after gained access to the target network.

In June 2020, the same ransomware was employed in an attack on the Texas Department of Transportation, in September it infected the systems at the IPG Photonics high-performance laser developer.

According to BleepingComputer, which cited a source informed on the event, Tyler Technologies paid a ransom of an unspecified amount to receive the decryption key and recover encrypted files.
“When the ransomware encrypted Tyler Technologies’ files, they appended an extension similar to ‘.tylertech911-f1e1a2ac.'” reported BleepingComputer.

“To prove that the decryptor was valid, BleepingComputer was able to decrypt encrypted files [1, 2] uploaded to VirusTotal at the time of the ransomware attack.”

When decrypted, the Arin.txt file contained a list of IP ranges used by the company.

Experts pointed out that many school districts, court systems, and local and statement governments in the United States uses Tyler Technologies software, this means that the disclosure of data stolen during the ransomware attack could have serious consequences.

For this reason, the company decided to pay the ransom.

How to Respond and Report

The FBI does not support paying a ransom in response to a ransomware attack. Paying a ransom doesn’t guarantee you or your organization will get any data back. It also encourages perpetrators to target more victims and offers an incentive for others to get involved in this type of illegal activity.

If you are a victim of ransomware:

I wonder if this is in any shape or form related because I had a very difficult time figuring it out.

Of Parental Rights: What Amy Coney Barrett Did Not Disclose On Her SCOTUS Confirmation Hearing Application: "How Did You Get Those Tiny Haitian Humans?"

Well, I guess it is just pro forma when you take a foreign oath of fealty to intentionally omit how you traffic tiny humans.

John Roberts did it, so why not Amy?

If not, the heavens shall fall and Catholic Charities will no longer be able to acquire goods to procure and purvey tiny humans through Foster Care and Adoption, making all the assets of their tiny human trust funds, toxic.

Not one member of the Senate Judiciary Committee asked Amy how she got those tiny Haitian Humans.

#maytheheavensfall

(CNN)Judge Amy Coney Barrett initially failed to disclose two talks she gave in 2013 hosted by two anti-abortion student groups on paperwork provided to the Senate ahead of her confirmation hearing to become the next Supreme Court justice.

Barrett, President Donald Trump's nominee to succeed Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, gave the talks -- a lecture and a seminar -- in 2013 in her capacity as a law professor at the University of Notre Dame. The seminar was co-sponsored by the school's Right to Life club and constitutional studies minor, and the lecture was held by the law school's Jus Vitae club. CNN's KFile found advertisements for two lectures on social media and in a weekly Notre Dame faculty newsletter.

Late on Friday night, hours after this story published, the Senate Judiciary Committee released a supplemental update to Barrett's committee questionnaire that includes the lecture and seminar, as well as a paid advertisement she signed that criticized Roe v. Wade and reaffirmed support for Notre Dame's "commitment to the right to life." The release came after CNN asked the White House about the advertisement earlier on Friday.

It is not known what was said in the two events, though both centered on abortion court cases. In a separate instance, CNN's KFile found a publicized talk that Barrett gave to coincide with the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade -- a seminar Barrett disclosed in her Senate paperwork -- was removed by the university from YouTube in 2014. A school spokesman told CNN the video is now lost.
Content by CNN Underscored

Barrett's confirmation to the Supreme Court would strengthen its current conservative majority -- creating a 6-3 bloc of conservative justices -- and could limit abortion access.

Barrett's initial failure to disclose the two events also raises questions about whether the questionnaire is complete or whether there will be any consequences from the Republican-led Senate Judiciary Committee, which oversees her confirmation hearing. Past chairmen of the powerful committee have halted the nomination process after judicial nominees omitted information in their Senate paperwork but under committee Chairman Lindsey Graham that scenario is unlikely.

The committee has slated a hearing for Barrett on October 12 in an effort to confirm her by the full Senate before the election.

Senate Democrats on the Judiciary Committee sent a letter to the Justice Department this week that said Barrett did omit materials concerning Roe v. Wade and asked if Barrett omitted any more materials after the National Review reported that Barrett signed a letter on a "right to life" ad in 2006 that called for the end of the landmark legal decision.

White House spokesperson Judd Deere told CNN in an email, "Judge Barrett submitted her lengthy Senate Judiciary Questionnaire, spoke with an overwhelming majority of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and continues to be transparent throughout her confirmation process. She looks forward to answering questions from the Senators next week."

A spokesperson for the Senate Judiciary Committee told CNN "it is a very normal practice" for Supreme Court nominees to update their questionnaire, noting that several current Supreme Court justices also supplied updated copies.

CNN reached out multiple times to Barrett through her law chambers but did not get a response.
While Barrett's association with anti-abortion groups has come under scrutiny -- including signing a Right to Life ad in 2006 -- little has been examined about her work with anti-abortion groups at Notre Dame. Barrett gave the talks hosted by the anti-abortion student groups while she was also a member of the Notre Dame chapter University Faculty for Life, which staunchly opposes abortion.

In 2016, the group sent a letter asking the university to rescind an award honored to then-Vice President Joe Biden in recognition for his work as an American Catholic. The group called it "a scandalous violation of the University's moral responsibility (as the American bishops wrote in 2004) never to honor those who act in defiance of fundamental moral principles about the sanctity of life" and attacked his views on abortion.

Barrett initially failed to disclose two seminars she gave students on Roe v. Wade
In April 2013, Barrett gave a small hour-long seminar "for students on changes to law and life for women after Roe v. Wade" entitled "Being a Woman After Roe."

According to a copy of the Facebook event advertising the seminar, spots were limited to 15 students. A student publication promoted the event as an informal seminar, small group setting in which students can learn more from faculty members who oppose abortion.

"The Right to Life Seminar Series was begun as an opportunity for students and professors to discuss a variety of issues related to human life and dignity," an advertisement for the event reads.

The conservative judge also did not disclose that in November 2013 she spoke to Jus Vitae, the law school's Right to Life club, on "The Supreme Court's Abortion Jurisprudence." The law school advertised the lecture as focusing on Roe v. Wade and the cases that followed it, including cases that were being litigated on the lower courts at that time.

The lecture Barrett did disclose was entitled "Roe at 40: The Supreme Court, Abortion, and the Culture War that Followed," taking place in January 2013 and open to the university community. It was co-sponsored by the university's Constitutional Studies minor.

However, video for the lecture, which CNN's KFile found on the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine was advertised by the school as being available on YouTube, was removed by the user in 2014, according to a YouTube spokesperson.

Of 11 lectures publicized as available to watch on the school's event, only Barrett's was removed from YouTube.

After CNN inquired to obtain video of the event, a university spokesperson, Dennis K. Brown, told CNN, "We have checked with the organizer of the event [sic] have no information on what has become of the video of that lecture."

Several on-campus publications covered the event and Barrett's remarks at the time.

The Observer, Notre Dame's student newspaper, wrote that Barrett said, ''I think it is very unlikely at this point that the court is going to overturn Roe as curbed by [Planned Parenthood v.] Casey. The fundamental element, that the woman has a right to choose abortion, will probably stand," she said.
The Irish Rover, a student publication covering Catholic identity, quoted Barrett as saying, "whether or not Roe gets overturned is irrelevant," saying the question of abortion would return to the state level and could still be legal in certain states.

Anti-Biden letter
As Barrett gave talks on abortion to groups associated with the on-campus Right to Life groups, Barrett was also a member of the university's chapter of the University Faculty for Life from the group's founding in 2010 until 2016, according to her Senate paperwork.

While she was a member of the group, the group unanimously passed a resolution for a letter calling on the university to rescind an award given to then-Vice President Biden because of his beliefs on abortion.
"Notre Dame claims to award the Laetare Medal 'annually to an American Catholic in recognition of outstanding service to Church and society,'" the letter reads. "But our Faculty for Life Chapter agrees with Bishop Kevin Rhoades that the awarding of the Laetare Medal to Vice-President Biden is a scandalous violation of the University's moral responsibility (as the American bishops wrote in 2004) never to honor those who act in defiance of fundamental moral principles about the sanctity of life."

The faculty letter attacks Biden's position on abortion for not wanting to "impose" the Catholic Church's teachings on abortion upon a woman or a doctor, supporting the death penalty and for rejecting "the truth that human life begins at conception." It also states that public officials like Biden have "an especially grave duty to preserve" life.

Preserving the residuals of the peculiar institution is just the work of the foreign tax exempt god.

The Pastoral Plays Of Jorge: Pompeo, China, The Vatican & The Integration Corporate Parental Rights

How very special!

The U.S. and the Vatican want to integrate chattel law in China.

Why?

Because it is so passe' to use the term assimilation.

Oh, and UNIDROIT et al is rewriting chattel law to create Corporate Parental Rights, or rather to recodify the hierarchy of human asset management to better maximize revenues in what the world is coming to see as modern human trafficking in the name of the tax exempt god.

Naughty, naughty, very naughty Pence & Pompeo!

People may conjure images of Native American christian boarding schools, whose histories are exclusively excluded from U.S. curriculae and literature, because, you know, if we preserved the legacies of this nation, I would not have to constantly document this crap covering up the residuals of the peculiar institution which is the Child Welfare System, for they only slapped a cross on the salvific plantations after the Emancipation Proclamation, because you have to be over the age of 15 years to qualify.

China has lots of people who make lots of babies the private corporations like to use to make those wonderful, magical pills to cure all your ills, researched and administrated by the Vatican.

Do not let me mention the revenue maximization possibilities of all those absolutely glorious churches, who shall evangelized that turn key Detroit transposable model of stealin' the children, land & vote, the same thing they did in Russia.

CRS' HISTORY IN CHINA

Since 2004, CRS has supported the development of the emerging social service sector in China, with a particular focus on providing care and support services for people with HIV and their families. CRS expanded in 2012 to include services for cancer patients and their families.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the number of cancer cases is rising “ferociously” in China. About 2.2 million people die every year from the disease. For men, the most commonly diagnosed form of the disease is lung cancer. For women, it is breast cancer. WHO says many deaths could be prevented, mainly by reducing the country’s very high smoking rates. There are more than 300 million smokers in China with more than half of all men as regular smokers. WHO says air pollution, particularly in urban areas, is also a contributing risk factor for cancer in China.

I wonder what will happen when the people do not want to accept the christian integration socioeconomic model when the find out it failed, miserably, in its first test pilot City of Detroit.

*awkward*

The evangelical corporate parental rights human asset forfeiture network is already up and running.

I want to know why Pompeo is engaging in private matters on behalf of private corporations like the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, who are the ones running all the child welfare contracts when it comes to trafficking tiny humans.

Is christian integration election interference or are we to stick with the more traditional evangelical term of gerrymandering?

Better yet, I want to know why Pompeo is touching anything dealing with Catholic Charities when he should be fully aware of a matter pending before SCOTUS on whether or not to terminate the right to keep and bear the arms of the United States on November 4, 2020, the day after the 2020 Presidential Election, which is based upon the Electoral Vote of Electors who cast ballots, and not the Popular Vote by Qualified Voters who vote for the Electors, who will constantly change the the vote, by blackmail or bribe of a foreign actor, rather a christian corporation, registered under a state seal, with foreign oaths of fealty, like Christ, but the children's trusts are a completely different subject matter in dealing with all that money laundering out the IOR, more readily recognized as the Vatican Bank, by and through DeutscheBank and GoldmanSachs, in the heavy presence of Detroit legal situations.

The Vice President is over foreign policy and the Secretary of State is the signator, which tells me Trump has been falsely advised as these people develop false claims narratives to cover up what they are doing and what they have done since the very first Papal Bull.

To be continued because I need to breathe....

#maytheheavensfall

See?

Naughty, naughty Pence.

The Tale Of The Electoral College: The Predictive Modeling Crappers Of Tyler Are Not Having A Very Good Lead Up To The Presidential Election - "Drats, Hacked Again"

Tyler Technologies is not in a happy place at the moment, but I am having a schadenfreude moment, so it does not matter.

Now, I want to know about these databases and if there are any land patents with fancy financial instruments associated, because this is what I call some serious gerrymandering, because you know you have to have your human asset management databases up to date before you run your magical plans for the outcome of an election, at least 30 days before the election, to make sure you got your psephological, resegregationary #coloredrevolution fairy talking points polished.

NOTE TO SELF: COME UP WITH A MODERN SOOTHESAYING AI TERM FOR GERRYMANDERING & ITS DIRTY DATA CENSUS OPS

Suspicious logins reported after ransomware attack on US govt contractor

Ransomware attack on Tyler Technologies is looking worse by the day.

Customers of Tyler Technologies, one of the biggest software providers for the US state and federal government, are reporting finding suspicious logins and previously unseen remote access tools (RATs) on their networks and servers.

The reports come days after Tyler Technologies admitted last week to suffering a ransomware attack.

The Texas-based company said that an intruder gained access to its internal network on the morning of Wednesday, September 23.

The intruder installed ransomware that locked access to some of the company's internal documents.

Tyler initially played down the incident

Tyler played down the incident and said that only its internal corporate network and phone systems were impacted.

Its cloud infrastructure, where the company hosts its customer-facing applications, was not impacted, the company said in a statement published on its website and via emails sent to customers last week.

But over the weekend, the situation changed as Tyler made headway investigating the incident. The company changed its statement on Saturday.

"Because we have received reports of several suspicious logins to client systems, we believe precautionary password resets should be implemented," the company said.

"If clients haven't already done so, we strongly recommend that you reset passwords on your remote network access for Tyler staff and the credentials that Tyler personnel would use to access your applications, if applicable." [emphasis Tyler's]

Customers report remote access tools on their servers

At the same, some of Tyler's customers also reported seeing new software installed on their systems.

"If you're a Tyler customer check your servers for Bomgar that they installed," wrote one of many users on Reddit over the weekend.

A similar report followed on Monday from cyber-security training outfit SANS.

"One of our readers, a Tyler Technologies's customer, reported to us that he found this morning the Bomgar client (BeyondTrust) installed on one of his servers," said Xavier Mertens, one of the SANS ISC handlers.

According to users, Tyler uses the Bomgar client to manage its servers, but some reports claim the software was not installed prior to this weekend, prompting some to panic.

While Tyler insists in its updated statement that the attack was aimed at its internal system, customers now believe attackers might have gained access to passwords for Tyler's web-hosted infrastructure that were stored on the company's local network — and attackers are now escalating access to Tyler's client networks.

While the Tyler Technologies name might not say anything to the regular American, the ransomware attack on this company's network might quietly become one of the biggest cyber-attacks of the year, if indeed attackers gained access to passwords for customer networks and the Reddit and SANS reports aren't isolated cases.

According to its website, Tyler provides more than 50 types of web-based applications to the US public sector, such as student and school management software, public transport management solutions, jail management, courts and jury management systems, cyber-security solutions, tax and billing software, fire and EMS solutions, and entire city staff management systems, known as "Munis," just to name a few.

According to Reuters, which first broke the story about the ransomware attack, some of Tyler's software is also scheduled to be used in the upcoming US presidential election — for aggregating voting results from other sources into central dashboards."

The gang behind the Tyler attack was identified as the RansomExx group.

Government software provider Tyler Technologies hit by ransomware

Leading government technology services provider Tyler Technologies has suffered a ransomware attack that has disrupted its operations.

Tyler Technologies is one of the largest U.S. software development and technology services companies dedicated to the public sector.

With a forecasted $1.2 billion in revenue for 2020 and 5,500 employees, Tyler Technologies provides technical services for local governments in many states in the USA.

Starting earlier today, Tyler Technologies' website began to display a maintenance message, and their Twitter account tweeted that they were having technical difficulties.

In an email seen by BleepingComputer, Tyler Technologies CIO Matt Bieri emailed clients stating that they are investigating a cyberattack and have notified law enforcement.

"I am writing to make you aware of a security incident involving unauthorized access to our internal phone and information technology systems by an unknown third party. We are treating this matter with the highest priority and working with independent IT experts to conduct a thorough investigation and response."

"Early this morning, we became aware that an unauthorized intruder had disrupted access to some of our internal systems. Upon discovery and out of an abundance of caution, we shut down points of access to external systems and immediately began investigating and remediating the problem. We have since engaged outside IT security and forensics experts to conduct a detailed review and help us securely restore affected equipment. We are implementing enhanced monitoring systems, and we have notified law enforcement," Bieri stated in an email to clients.

Bieri also stated that current investigations indicate that the attack was limited to Tyler Technologies' local network.

In posts to the Municipal Information Systems Association of California (MISAC) forum shared with BleepingComputer, local government employees were told that Tyler Technologies suffered a ransomware attack affecting their phone ticketing system and support systems.

"We were told this morning from one of the support techs that they got hit with ransomware early this morning on their corporate networks. Don't have any other details at this point other than support is down until they access their systems," one local municipality employee posted to the MISAC forum.

Another MISAC user stated that they heard the attack was limited to Tyler Technologies' internal network and did not affect clients.

If you have first-hand information about this or other unreported cyberattacks, you can confidentially contact us on Signal at +16469613731 or on Wire at @lawrenceabrams-bc.

Tyler technologies hit by RansomExx ransomware
Cybersecurity sources familiar with the attack told BleepingComputer that Tyler Technologies suffered an attack by the RansomExx ransomware.

RansomExx is a rebranded version of the Defray777 ransomware and has seen increased activity since June when they attacked the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Konica Minolta, and most recently IPG Photonics.

While BleepingComputer has not obtained the ransom note, we found an encrypted file uploaded to VirusTotal today related to this attack.

This encrypted file has an extension of '.tylertech911-f1e1a2ac,' which includes Tyler Technologies' name and is the same format used in other RansomExx attacks.

RansomExx does not have a ransomware data leak site, but that does not mean they do not steal unencrypted files before deploying their ransomware.

BleepingComputer has contacted Tyler Technologies with further questions but has not received a response.

Thx to Fate112 for the tip!

Prelude To Detroit: OVERSIGHT - "Confronting White Supremacy, Part IV" -Yet Nothing On Black Supremacy, Religion Or Gerrymandering

Yes, that is correct, race is the great American multi-trillion dollar industry.

Did anyone discuss this?

Nope.

Want to know why?

Because it would mean we would have to address christianity, and no one wants to do that, or do they?

What about islam and its colored stratified history of social standing in the U.S.?

Then, if you are going to talk about judism, which is a subject matter no one dares to broach, including the Ashkenazi, then, you are going to have to talk about the history and Detroit.

If the committee really wanted to address civil rights and civil liberties, do you not think that a good starting point would be to explain the laws and the educational curriculum in our institutions of learning?

Race is taught through what is now called Predictive Modeling Crap.

I got one even better.

How about the committee talk about the foreign operatives who have infiltrated our law enforcement & law making institutions with their #coloredrevolution fairies?

Perhaps, it has something to do with cloaking why a civil rights legacy is not afforded due process, but, hey, what do I know?

I know no one has yet to define race, but like I always say, "Just as a scientist uses science, a racist uses race."

Always remember, Black Lives Matter, because the acquisition of goods, or rather stealin' the children, land & vote, is only done in the name of the tax exempt god to maximize the best interests of the child these foreign corporations own, in pilfering a national treasury, in need of Medicaid cost reimbursement and Faith Based Funding.

What about black supremacy?

Yes, there is black supremacy and it is not very pretty because there seems to be a strong presence in the Child Welfare System, but Rashida made a mockery of this fact in her dismographied, cloaking tale of a "racial attack about two foster kids".

Since Rashida raised foster care, I thought this to be an opportune moment to introduce "Targeted Populations" no one wants to talk about, particularly the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, considering this is her District, and all, ya know.

Gerrymandering: Congress makes the law, where police enforce the law, because those in power create the law, and we all know how political campaigns are funded.

This is about Parental Rights, where the resegregation is the latest financial grifting craze.

Praise the lord.

DOJ: United States Files Complaint Against Nutter Home Loans for Forging Certifications and Using Unqualified Underwriters to Approve Government-Insured Reverse Mortgages - Gerrymandering & The False Claims Act

If you think this is bad, just wait until we get to Detroit.

Just on a side note, I also found these questionable, federal reverse mortgages with the State of Ohio, but, hey, what do I know?

I know that #sealsmatter.

#maytheheavensfall

The United States has filed a complaint under the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 and the False Claims Act against Nutter Home Loans, f/k/a James B. Nutter & Co. (Nutter), for forging certifications and using unqualified underwriters to approve Federal Housing Administration (FHA) insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM), the Department of Justice announced today.

“The HECM program benefits America’s seniors and our communities,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Bossert Clark of the Department of Justice’s Civil Division.  “The Department is committed to holding accountable those who violate the bedrock requirements of this important program.”

“Companies participating in federal programs must operate with honor and integrity,” said Acting U.S Attorney Michael R. Sherwin for the District of Columbia.  “This settlement sends a clear message that we will not tolerate fraud against programs designed to financially help our nation’s seniors.”

“Lenders who willfully disregard FHA requirements for HECM loans expose the program to significant financial losses that threaten the future availability of this important program to seniors,” said Rae Oliver Davis, Inspector General, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  “This complaint is evidence that we will tirelessly investigate allegations of abuses of the HECM program by FHA lenders.”

The FHA, part of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), offers numerous mortgage insurance programs intended to help build and sustain strong communities across America.  The HECM program is a reverse mortgage program specifically for senior homeowners age 62 and older.  The program allows seniors to access the equity in their residences, and thereby age in place in their family home, through a mortgage agreement with a lender that is insured against loss by the FHA.  The United States’ complaint alleges that in order to significantly increase its loan production, Nutter used unqualified underwriters lacking the requirements established by HUD to review and approve HECMs that Nutter ultimately insured with the FHA.  Moreover, on other loans, Nutter forged the signatures of qualified underwriters to make it appear that a qualified underwriter had reviewed and approved the loan.

This matter was investigated by the Commercial Litigation Branch of the Department of Justice’s Civil Division, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, HUD, and HUD’s Office of Inspector General.  The claims asserted against the defendant are allegations only, and there has been no determination of liability.

Tales Of The New Crown: Holy See, Pompeo, China, Ukraine, Russia & Detroit - Gerrymandering Through Stratfor

I would harken to what seems to be amiss as the Battle of Valhalla in the Book of the Kings

First, the Coven convenes.

Then, someone came up with this crap because it lacks any credible sources, let alone sources, itself.

This is about Parental Rights.

The Battle shall be for the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, in the name of the tax exempt god, using lots of predictive modeling crap to coronate the powers of the Emergency Manager, because it all started in Detroit.

Praise the foreign lord, emblazoned in the #coloredrevolution of privatization, to conserve the industry, which built this great nation, in the spirit of the residuals of the peculiar institution in trafficking tiny humans, more spiritually known as stealin' the children, land & vote.

Gerrymandering through emergency strategic response modeling, of which they have absolutely no freaking clue of what they are doing, except getting fat, dumb and happy.

I know.

I am on a mission...

Prelude To Detroit: Giovanni Angelo Becciu Has Been Defrocked But Is Jorge Illegitimate? #SealsMatter

Vatican cardinal pushes back after pope fires him in scandal

ROME (AP) — A powerful Vatican cardinal who was sacked by Pope Francis in an astonishing twist to
"I was only doing the work of the lord."

the Vatican’s latest financial scandal pushed back Friday against allegations he embezzled Holy See money and denied he did anything wrong.

Cardinal Angelo Becciu presided over an extraordinary news conference a day after Francis fired him and yanked his rights and privileges as a cardinal. The 72-year-old Becciu, a onetime papal contender, said his downfall was “surreal,” but that he had a clear conscience, remained loyal to Francis and was ready to die for him.

Becciu said Francis had asked him to step down as prefect of the Vatican’s saint-making office during a “troubled” 20-minute meeting Thursday evening in which the pope said he “no longer had confidence in me.”

Becciu had gone to the pope’s residence for a previously scheduled meeting to go over possible sainthood candidates when the pope told him that documents from the Italian financial police alleged he had embezzled 100,000 euros of Holy See money and sent it to a charitable fund run by his brother.

The cardinal’s name had previously been caught up in a whirlwind financial scandal involving the Holy See’s investment in a London real estate venture. But Becciu said the London investment didn’t even come up Thursday; instead, he said the issue that forced his removal was the allegation of embezzlement, which was first reported by the L’Espresso news magazine Friday.

Becciu, the former No. 2 in the Vatican’s secretariat of state, admitted he sent the money from the office’s asset fund in 2017 to his home diocese in Ozieri, Sardinia, for its charitable work. Becciu’s brother, Tonino Becciu, is the legal representative of the diocese’s operational charitable arm, Spes Cooperative.

But the bishop of Ozieri, Corrado Melis, issued a statement Friday saying the money was never used and remains in the diocesan coffers for a future project. And the Becciu family said in its own statement that Spes never saw a dime of the money.

Becciu said such donations were fully in line with directives that the secretariat of state’s off-the-books fund be destined toward charity, and that it was the only time in his seven years that he had approved a donation for his native Sardinia.

“Certainly, one could say it would have been better if I hadn’t given it. But I wanted to help the diocese, not my brother, and that 100,000 euros was for the diocese.”

Becciu said he also recommended the Italian bishops’ conference donate 300,000 euros to the same charitable fund years earlier to help set it up, but insisted that too was legitimate because it was the conference’s decision to do so. The cooperative is a non-profit that runs a bakery and some vineyards that Becciu said employs around 60 young people who otherwise wouldn’t have jobs.

“I don’t think I’ve committed any crime,” Becciu said during the news conference, sitting in front of a giant silver crucifix in a religious institute just off St. Peter’s Square.

Becciu, long considered a possible papal contender himself, said in giving up his rights as a cardinal he obviously could not vote in a conclave to elect a new pope. But he acknowledged that he can now also be judged by others, including Vatican magistrates, and not just the pope since he no longer had a cardinal’s privileges.

“If they want me to clarify, I’ll clarify,” Becciu said of Vatican prosecutors. “I’m a citizen like everyone else, and if they call me, I’m ready.”

In its report, L’Espresso also reported other allegations of conflicts of interest involving Becciu and his brothers: That when he was ambassador to Angola and Cuba, his brother did carpentry work for the Vatican’s embassies, and that he also promoted another brother’s beer business.

Becciu denied having anything to do with the beer business. But his response was also an indication of a general acceptance in the Italian-dominated Holy See of favors and displays of nepotism that are anathema to many Anglo-Saxon corporate cultures, where even the appearance of such conflicts are forbidden.

Becciu admitted he gave work to his carpenter brother when he was renovating the embassies, but justified it saying the Vatican secretariat of state had approved the work and that in Cuba at least, it was impossible to obtain building materials locally.

“What was I supposed to do, go around Italy calling up carpenters to avoid let’s say a conflict of interest?” he asked.

Becciu was long known to have clashed with Francis’ first economic czar, Cardinal George Pell, who was brought in to reform the Vatican’s opaque finances and impose international accounting standards across the Curia, or bureaucracy.

Pell greatly irritated the Vatican’s old guard, Becciu included, and he issued a statement Friday congratulating Francis for finally taking action.

“He plays a long game and is to be thanked and congratulated on recent developments,” Pell said in the statement. “I hope the cleaning of the stables continues in both the Vatican and Victoria.”

Asked about Pell’s statement, Becciu readily admitted the two had professional differences. He recalled that he lost his temper when Pell accused him once in a meeting of being “dishonest.”

But Becciu said when Pell left the Vatican to face trial in his native Australia for historic sexual abuse charges for which he was eventually absolved, Becciu sent him a handwritten note expressing his solidarity and assurances of his innocence.

“If he still considers me corrupt, there’s nothing I can do,” Becciu said. “My conscience tells me I’m not corrupt.”

Despite his bitterness, Becciu said he remained loyal to the pope and pledged again his obedience even to the point of death.

“I promised him loyalty until the end, and when I became a cardinal I promised I’d give my life for the church and the pope,” he said. “I will never betray him.”
