DOJ Sues Google But Boo Boo Barr Has His Own Tales He Has Yet To Tell

Oh, the antitrust lawsuit against Google is far more protracted that what Boo Boo Barr is presenting.

Statement of the Attorney General on the Announcement Of Civil Antitrust Lawsuit Filed Against Google

Attorney General William P. Barr released the following statement:

“This morning the Department of Justice, along with eleven states, filed a civil lawsuit against Google for unlawfully maintaining a monopoly in general search services and search advertising in violation of the U.S. antitrust laws.  This is a monumental case for the Department of Justice and, more importantly, for the American consumer.

Today, millions of Americans rely on the Internet and online platforms for their daily lives.  For years, there have been broad, bipartisan concerns about business practices leading to massive concentrations of economic power in our digital economy.  Hearing those concerns, I have made it a primary commitment of my tenure as Attorney General for the Department of Justice to examine whether technology markets have been deprived of free, fair, and open competition.

To that end, the Department of Justice formally opened a review of online market-leading platforms in July 2019.  One part of this review is the Antitrust Division’s investigation of Google.  Over the course of the last 16 months, the Antitrust Division collected convincing evidence that Google no longer competes only on the merits but instead uses its monopoly power – and billions in monopoly profits – to lock up key pathways to search on mobile phones, browsers, and next generation devices, depriving rivals of distribution and scale.  The end result is that no one can feasibly challenge Google’s dominance in search and search advertising.

This lack of competition harms users, advertisers, and small businesses in the form of fewer choices, reduced quality (including on metrics like privacy), higher advertising prices, and less innovation.

The complaint filed today against Google is based on violations of the U.S. antitrust laws and is separate and distinct from concerns raised about content moderation and political censorship by online platforms.  As part of the Department’s broader review of market-leading online platforms, we listened to myriad public concerns about how online platforms fail their users.  While many of the concerns we heard were competition-related, others were not – like online child exploitation, public safety, and censorship.  Outside the Antitrust Division, the Department has considered these issues separately, including by advocating for Section 230 legislative reforms.  Our antitrust investigation of Google, by contrast, is based solely on traditional antitrust principles and is aimed at promoting consumer welfare through robust competition.

Twenty-five years ago, the Department of Justice sued Microsoft, paving the way for a new wave of innovative tech companies – including Google.  The increased competition following the Microsoft case enabled Google to grow from a small start-up to an Internet behemoth.  Unfortunately, once Google itself gained dominance, it resorted to the same anticompetitive playbook.  If we let Google continue its anticompetitive ways, we will lose the next wave of innovators and Americans may never get to benefit from the “next Google.”  The time has come to restore competition to this vital industry.

Today’s challenge against Google – the monopoly gatekeeper of the Internet – shows the tremendous efforts of the Department, in particular the hardworking men and women of the Antitrust Division, and our state partners to restore competition in markets beholden to an unlawful monopolist.  This is an important milestone, but not the end of our review of market-leading online platforms.  The Department will continue to vigorously investigate and enforce the antitrust laws where appropriate to protect and promote competition in the digital economy for the benefit of the American consumer.”

Prelude To Detroit: Google Gets A New Antitrust Attorney - Halimah DeLaine Prado, Juvenile Law Center & Michigan Sex Offender Registration Act

H/O: Halimah DeLaine Prado, new General Counsel at Google
Halimah DeLaine Prado
Getting a new attorney does not absolve one from lying into the public record.

Halimah is from the Juvenile Law Center.

This is getting interesting, but, we shall see what she does, as we are dealing with the industry of trafficking tiny humans.
Halimah DeLaine Prado is a Vice President of Legal at Google LLC. Prior to joining Google, Halimah practiced media law and products liability law at Dechert LLP and Levine Sullivan Koch and Schulz (now Ballard Spahr). She also clerked for the Honorable Mary A. McLaughlin of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Halimah graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in Political Science and later obtained her J.D. from Georgetown. Halimah is passionate about education and juvenile rights, having served on various boards that address these issues, including the board of the Juvenile Law Center. When not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters.
Just as a point of interest, I thought it prudent to note that my blog is run on google, for I am quite sure Halimah already knows this, as google would never bleachbit the public record....they may just face an situation in the termination of their corporate parental rights to keep and bear the arms of the United States....

Google names Halimah DeLaine Prado new general counsel as antitrust cases loom

Google has promoted Halimah DeLaine Prado, vice president of legal, as its new general counsel.

Prado will take on legal duties previously held by Kent Walker, a senior vice president, the company said.

The new appointment comes at a time the company faces intense antitrust scrutiny.

Halimah DeLaine Prado is the new General Counsel at Google.

Google has a new head general counsel, company legal exec Halimah DeLaine Prado.

The company announced Tuesday that Prado will be taking over legal duties from Kent Walker, a senior vice president, effective immediately. The company promoted Walker to senior vice president of global affairs in 2018, where he took on extra responsibilities, including overseeing Google's policy, legal, trust and safety, and corporate philanthropy teams.

The latest appointment comes as the company faces potential antitrust cases against it this year. Google is reportedly expecting a lawsuit from the U.S. Department of Justice, focused on its dominance in online advertising and search. Last month, Alphabet and Google CEO Sundar Pichai joined CEOs of Amazon, Apple and Facebook at the House Judiciary subcommittee on antitrust for a four-hour questioning session about the company's competitive practices. That was followed by the release of trove of internal emails.

Prado will oversee legal responsibilities and teams, reporting directly to Walker, the company said.

In a statement, Walker said: "Halimah has been a trusted counselor and exceptional leader, having navigated a variety of cross-product and company-wide issues over the course of her nearly 14-year career at Google. She is uniquely qualified to lead the Legal Department at this critical moment, and I look forward to working with her as we enter this next chapter."

Before the new appointment, Prado oversaw Google's global team that worked on legal counseling for Google products including advertisements, Search and YouTube, the company said. She's been at Google since 2006.

The company said she is not taking on a replacement role for Alphabet's longtime chief legal officer, David Drummond, who in January retired after he was the subject of shareholder lawsuit alleging misconduct.

Children on the registry – including some as young as 8 years old – face residency and employment restrictions as well as barriers to education; suffer the stigmatization of being labeled a sex offender; and can face possible incarceration for failing to meet onerous registration and reporting requirements.4 A 2013 Human Rights Watch report examined the grave consequences befalling registered youth.5 Over 85% of these youth reported serious mental health issues or suicidal ideation. A 2017 study revealed that registered children are nearly twice as likely to have experienced an unwanted sexual assault that involved contact or penetration in the past year when compared to nonregistered children who have also engaged in harmful or illegal sexual behaviors.6 They are also five times more likely to report having been approached by an adult for sex in the past year.7 Children on sex offender registries are four times more likely to report a recent suicide attempt than non-registered children who have engaged in harmful or illegal sexual behavior.8 Many registered youth also experience vigilantism in their communities, with 52% reporting harassment and physical violence directed at them. Accessing and maintaining housing is also a major barrier for both registered youth and their families. Over 44% of children experienced homelessness as a result of the restrictions placed on their housing due to registration.9 Almost all registered individuals face financial challenges and barriers to employment. In some states, registration fees are so prohibitive that many fall out of compliance and face incarceration.

The Juvenile Law Center has only enhanced the industry of trafficking tiny humans, through juvenile justice, in the sense that they only address the latest and greatest hot button issues, and have, not once engaged me.

I reached out to them many moons ago.

They never got back, but I do recall a spirited dialectic.

They were "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending).

I told my Sweetie about them.

They never even had the courtesy of reaching out to him, which means they are Meanies, but I do not know Halimah, so I shall reserve my angst for that moment she starts her magical cloaking of what they do in the realms of antitrust.

Now, as for Google, well, they just cannot stop bearing false witness into the public record.

I was sitting right there, in shock, when they first spoke in the public record about their search algorithms, because, what they were doing, flew right over the Members' heads, which is why I do what I do.

As of this very moment, the search function is just a hot mess, but, it may be due to the fact that I am on legacy mode, because the new mode is severely lacking on the ability to see individual datum, but data visualization in pretty pictures in the new blogger, but I digress.

This case is currently being weaponized by one of our most favorite  "Legal Genius" (trademark pending), Cernovich, because he is the progenitor of #pizzacrap and the promulgator of #MeToo.

In a nutshell, a group of young men were individually convicted under the Michigan Child Welfare System of governance in the courts for, not to make light of the situation, "dating" girls who were over the four year range of the age of consent, meaning, according the suit, were anywhere from 14 years to 17 years of age, where, the perpetrators were in median of 18 years.

Some of the John Does came out of Foster Care.

Some of the John Does were in the hands of Those Who Like To Do Nasty Things To Tiny Humans.

Many of the Plaintiffs were sentenced under Michigan HYTA Law, for juveniles between the ages of 17 and 24.

For the simple fact these individuals came out child welfare, I take pause as to what Cernovich is rallying in nefarious cyberverse.

Michigan also has a Central Registry of Child Abuse and Neglect, but we have already covered these databases.

There was another issue that triggered me, and that was the fact that I saw gerrymandering.

These juveniles must register on the Michigan Sex Offender Registry, which is a label for life.

This SORA label is in google.

These juveniles use google maps to see where are the restricted zones on where they may reside.

That means google controls data for gerrymandering, and we all know what gerrymandering is.

So, since we have Halimah at the helm, and I am quite sure she has just finished reading this post, let us sit back to see what she is going to do, particularly, when dealing with Cernovich and his pizzacrappers, because they were all mean to my Sweetie, including the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, which are the overlords for these foreign, privatized, Foster Care to Juvenile Justice Pipelines.

Does Perkins Coie & Google Manipulate Elections?

Does Perkins Coie & Google manipulate elections?

It surely does look like it, and it also looks like they did some money laundering through the DNC and Clinton Foundation, too!

The following fabulous Twitter thread on the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) at Perkins Coie is from @almostjingo

It is absolutely fabulous!

Just to tag on, here is a bit of my background work on the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) over there at Perkins Coie.

(1) “O, what a tangled web we weave when first we practise to deceive” the story of Google, Perkins Coie, CrowdStrike, Fusion GPS, Clinton, Soros and many other players. To begin, Google has been a client of #PerkinsCoie for quite a long time..

(2) #Google has a very close relationship with Clinton, it goes all the way back to her days as Secretary of State. Not only did they donate heavily to her campaign they also support the Clinton Foundation. In fact the boss even made her campaign plan.
(3) During the campaign Google and Perkins Coie just happened to partner together to release a tool designated to drive voter turnout. “Partnering” seems like a strange term considering they have long worked together.
(4) Oh and Google also decided to venture into cyber-security, they invested $100 million into a little company called #Crowdstrike
(5) Then a funny thing happened in April when #DNC noticed the servers had been penetrated they didn’t call the FBI they had an emergency meeting of course and in that meeting was none other than Sussman from #PerkinsCoie and he took control.
(6) Four days later, what did Sussman do? He called #Crowdstrike why not enlist the help of a company owned by your longtime client Google.
(7) Guess what else happened in April? #PerkinsCoie lawyer retained #FusionGPS who, as we know provided us with the #TrumpDossier
(8) So #PerkinsCoie who Democrats paid just over $26 million to in 2016, just happen to have hired the two most infamous companies that are responsible for #RussiaGate without either of them would there be any “proof” of “Russian interference”
(9) #FunFact Perkins Coie also represents Amazon, Starbucks and Facebook and Obama, who they defended during all pre-election lawsuits about his birth certificate.
(10) Oh and what would any story be without the one and only #Soros apparently #PerkinsCoie works with him day-to-day in fact if you look at addresses to many super PAC’s and organizations you may not see his name but you’ll see the address of Perkins Coie🧠👀
(11) For extra credit: Guess what firm went after @RealSheriffJoe ?? If you guessed #PerkinsCoie you win!! 🤦🏼‍♀️
(12) You might be wondering how all this money from Democrats makes it to #PerkinsCoiewithout raising any red flags with the #FEC ?!? Ah well, the commissioner is a former lawyer there as part of their Political Law Group 🔎💩
(13) BOOM there it is, the country everyone keeps leaving out #UKRAINE cc: @DropTha_Mic25 @with_integrity @chiIIum 👇🏻

(14) Per the guidance of @Imperator_Rex3 the original lump sum of financing to kick off #Crowdstrike came from Warburg Pincus aka Timothy Geithner.
(15) To Be Continued..
(16) Oh really? One down, how many more to go? Adios Hilda campaign planner and head of Alphabet (aka Google) aka owners of #FusionGPS #TheStormIsHere

What Do Google, Waymo, Uber, AI & DOJ Have In Common?

Q: What do Google, Waymo, Uber & DOJ have in Common?

A: Anthony Levandowski, who may or may not have been set up to take the fall for bigger and nastier dirt like intellectual property theft; or,

B: Detroit Land Bank Authority, et al?

However did these AI start ups get all that money and land?

I wonder what happened to all those jobs.

We should as Mike Duggan.

Former Google self-driving car engineer charged with stealing trade secrets

SAN JOSE, Calif. — A former Google self-driving car engineer was charged Tuesday with 33 counts of stealing or trying to steal the company's trade secrets related to the technology, federal prosecutors announced Tuesday.

The initial accusation that Anthony Levandowski stole secret materials from Google in 2015 rocked Silicon Valley and led to a blockbuster civil trial last year.

Levandowski, who is expected to appear in San Jose federal court Tuesday, could face up to a decade in prison if convicted.

“All of us, generally speaking, are free to move from job to job, but what we cannot do is stuff our pockets on the way out the door,” U.S. Attorney David Anderson said at a press conference in San Jose.

Levandowski, 39, was allowed to self-surrender, which he did at the San Jose federal courthouse. Anderson would not comment on the Justice Department probe of Uber.

Miles Ehrlich and Ismail Ramsey, lawyers for Levandowski, said they will fight the charges.

"This cash rehashes claims already discredited in a civil case that settled more than a year and a half ago," the lawyers said in a written statement handed out at the courthouse. "The downloads at issue occurred while Anthony was still working at Google — when he and his team were authorized to use the information."

In 2017, Waymo — Google's self-driving car operation — sued Uber, and while Levandowski never testified at the trial the following year, his absence loomed large over it.

The fight began in February 2017, when Waymo publicly alleged that former star engineer Levandowski “downloaded over 14,000 highly confidential and proprietary design files for Waymo’s various hardware systems,” including a crucial laser-based system known as LiDAR.

In federal charges unsealed Tuesday, the government claims that in December 2015, Levandowski took nearly 10 gigabytes of secret data from his employer.

“Silicon Valley is not the Wild West," said John Bennett, the special agent in charge of the FBI’s San Francisco bureau, at the same press conference. "The fast-paced and competitive environment does not mean that federal laws can be ignored."

Levandowski abruptly left Google early in 2016, founding the company Otto, which was quickly acquired by Uber for $680 million — an astonishing amount for a company that was only several months old.

In 2017, during hearings in the run-up to the civil trial, Levandowski fought hard to keep silent. He repeatedly invoked the Fifth Amendment, protecting himself against self-incrimination and was threatened with being fired rather than comply with court orders.

According to former Uber CEO Travis Kalanick's July 2017 deposition, Levandowski downloaded the files as an "insurance policy" to protect a $120 million bonus from Google. But Kalanick was blunt with his analysis of his then-employee’s behavior: "That's pretty f---ing dumb."

After four days of trial in February 2018, the lawsuit ended in a surprise settlement.

Anderson said Uber and Google's Waymo were both supportive of the investigation and provided materials to the government

Since being fired from Uber in May 2017, Levandowski has gone on to found a related company called Pronto, which he announced in December 2018. Its top executives include veterans from Uber, Otto and Google.

Pronto announced on Tuesday that Robbie Miller, the company's chief safety officer, would be taking over as chief executive.

Waymo plans final assembly on self-driving cars in Detroit; will need 100-400 workers

Waymo has picked Detroit for final assembly of its self-driving vehicles.

The company, once known as Google's self-driving car project and now a leader in the push to develop autonomous vehicles, had previously said it was scouting locations in southeast Michigan but did not name a specific city.

CEO John Krafcik revealed Detroit as the company's choice in a blog post scheduled to publish Tuesday titled, "Making Waymos in Motor City." It refers to being "up and running" this year.

"Today, we’re excited to announce that we’ve found the perfect facility in Detroit. We will partner with American Axle & Manufacturing to repurpose an existing facility, bringing a workforce back to an area where jobs in the automotive industry were recently lost," according to the post.

A company spokeswoman said the Detroit facility will be where the company integrates Waymo's self-driving hardware and software systems into Chrysler Pacificas and Jaguar I-Paces for its commercial ride-hailing fleet.

A Michigan Economic Development Corp. memo had said the project would involve the creation of at least 100 jobs with a potential for 400 jobs and a capital investment of $13.6 million. Waymo, which is a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc., Google's parent, had requested an $8 million Michigan Business Development Program grant.

Waymo is to lease and repurpose an existing facility on the American Axle and Manufacturing campus on Holbrooke where American Axle has its world headquarters, Detroit Business office and Advanced Technology Development Center. The company notes that it ended production of front axles there in 2012.

The location was most recently being used as sequencing center for a local parts supplier, and American Axle recently moved back into the facility with business operations in the administrative portion of the building, according to the company.

Chris Son, American Axle vice president of marketing and communications, said in a statement that “we are excited to partner with Waymo and be a part of bringing future automotive technology to our Detroit campus."

There had been some speculation that General Motors' Detroit-Hamtramck Assembly plant, which is scheduled to be idled in 2020, could be in play, although that offered considerably more space than the 200,000 square feet Waymo was seeking. In addition, GM's Cruise unit is in competition with Waymo on self-driving vehicle development.

Waymo has billed its project as the "world's first factory 100%-dedicated to the mass production of L4 autonomous vehicles." The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, citing the Society of Automotive Engineers, lists Level 4 as high automation, one step below full automation.

"The vehicle is capable of performing all driving functions under certain conditions. The driver may have the option to control the vehicle," according to the definition of Level 4.

GM has produced "near Level 4" Chevy Bolts for test purposes at its Orion Assembly Plant.

'Center of the auto industry'
Krafcik thanked a range of individuals and entities for their assistance in the location effort, including Mayor Mike Duggan, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, former Gov. Rick Snyder, American Axle and even Dan Gilbert's Bedrock development company.

Both Duggan and Whitmer were quoted in Krafcik's piece. Duggan said the "announcement by Waymo shows that the city of Detroit remains at the center of the future of the auto industry" and Whitmer noted that "Waymo is continuing the city’s momentum and further cementing Michigan as a leader in mobility and the epicenter of advanced automotive manufacturing."

Krafcik cited  metro Detroit's automotive industry strengths as a key reason for focusing on the area.

"We wanted this facility to benefit from a location in southeast Michigan — the heart of the American automotive industry — and its strong talent base. We began looking for a facility that would allow us to quickly get up and running by mid-2019 while offering us the flexibility to continue to grow and expand our operations in Michigan over time and where there was a strong pool of talent across engineering, operations and fleet coordination," Krafcik wrote.

He noted that "we’re thrilled to join Detroit’s vibrant community, helping to play a role in the future of the automotive industry in the city that started it all."

The factory will add to Waymo's presence and connections in southeast Michigan and nearby Ontario. Waymo has about 20 employees in the Novi area and a partnership with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, which supplies Windsor-made Chrysler Pacifica minivans.

FCA plans
The news is the second announcement this year related to auto manufacturing in Detroit.

Fiat Chrysler in February announced a $4.5 billion expansion in Wayne and Macomb counties, expected to result in 5,000 jobs.

The plan includes a new Jeep plant at the company's idled Mack Avenue Engine factory and an expansion of the Jefferson North Assembly Plant. That deal is pending the City of Detroit assembling 200 acres to complete FCA's needed footprint. The 60-day deadline to complete that under the city's agreement with FCA is this week.

Earlier this month, the city said it was still negotiating the last piece of property needed with the Moroun family. Through its Crown Enterprise real estate arm, the family owns the 80-acre former Budd plant site near Charlevoix and Conner on the east side. Crown currently leases that site to Chrysler for use as a parking lot for new vehicles produced at its Jefferson North Assembly Plant.

Google Considering YouTube, Gmail Accounts For Kids

However shall current foster care and adoption policies deal with advances in technology?

Google Considering YouTube, Gmail Accounts For Kids

169260365

(Reuters) - Google Inc is considering allowing online accounts for children under the age of 13 and give their parents control over how the service is used, according to media reports.

Google has been working on a version of YouTube, its video-sharing site, for youngsters and is considering other child-friendly accounts such as its Gmail system, the Financial Times reported, citing a person familiar with the matter. (on.ft.com/1pXMWYF)

Internet companies such as Google and Facebook Inc do not offer their services to children under 13, but it is tough to catch users who sign up by providing false information.

A U.S. law called Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, or COPPA, imposes strict controls on the collection and use of information about children under 13.

Google's effort is partly driven by the fact that some parents are already trying to create accounts for their children and the company wants to make the process easier and compliant with the rules, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing a person familiar with the effort. (on.wsj.com/VAUdml)

Google's move was first reported by technology news website The Information. (bit.ly/1leEgOZ)
Google spokesman Peter Barron declined to comment on what he called "rumors and speculation".

JUDICIARY: Transparency & Accountability: Examining Google and its Data Collection, Use and Filtering Practices - Color Commentary

I get such  a tickle when watching House Judiciary question the gatekeepers of the internet questions on its search engine algorithms and control of the data when it comes to censorship.

I remember sitting in the first Google hearing, in absolute awe that they actually spoke, quite openly, mind you, of reverse algorithms in searches.

Some Member's staffers actually developed good questions, some just left their Member look like a bumbling fool.

That is mean and a reflection of incompetence.

Google is an equal opportunity censorship organization because they suppress my searches.

Gaetz seemed to have an issue with Google suppressing conservative speech.

Allow me to bring him up to speed.

Google suppressed me, so that argument gets defenestrated.

Most of that "conservative speech" is funded propaganda talking points by foreign, online operations, like that of Granpa Corsi, my affectionate name for the conservative online celebrity, Dr. Jerome Corsi, who made his fortune spinning yarns by the Youtube fireplace about how Obama has a fake birth certificate and, at one point, told the world he was "Q".

But never forget TYT and the other foreign, online personalities of CNN, MSNBC & FOX pumping those propaganda talking points.

Shout out to Johnson for dropping "Flat Earthers" in the public record.

Shout out to Rashkin for dropping #pizzagate and the pizzacrappers..

FUN FACT! CONGRESSIONAL CHIEFS OF STAFF RUN BACKDOOR, CONGRESSIONAL OFFICE - PERSONAL INUREMENT OPERATIONS ON GMAIL!

Now, that is what I call a Public Private Partnership!

Jayapal just asked about access to due process in the courts in sexual harassment for Google employees.

I wonder what she is going to say about a staffer, who was sexually harassed by fellow staffers, Members of congress, and their Super Secret Smarty Pants Public Private Partnerships for almost 10 years.

Gohmert is going after Wikipedia using political bias against conservatives asking if Google should be held accountable in a court of law, which was an interesting approach to letting the people have access to due process, if they can afford it, or know how to do it.

Funny, no one has yet to raise the issue of foreign funding of political social media operations, both conservative and liberal, or whatever.

Oh wait, King just brought up Grampa Corsi without mentioning his name. (someone may want to look into King's Public Private Israeli funding network.)

MAXIMUS GOODLATTECUS just asked who was making decisions on Google content moderation, meaning Youtube.

U.S. Representative Michelle Lujan Grisham Says My Blog Is Spam

ONE MORE UPDATE:  I totally forgot about her being under Ethics investigation.  The Ethics referral documents are below.

ANOTHER UPDATE: Facebook dropped $1 billion in New Mexico the same time she "announced" she was running for governor during her congressional election.

UPDATE:  The PAC "New Mexicans For Michelle" is not registered with the State of New Mexico, nor is it registered with the FEC.

Image may contain: one or more people, people standing, sky and outdoor
Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham added 2 new photos.
I welcome Facebook’s $1 billion investment in New Mexico. The expansion of the Data Center in Los Lunas, in addition to the company’s investment in our small businesses, will complement our efforts to create a sustainable economy that benefits all New Mexicans.

Busted.

It seems the lady doth knows absolutely nothing about spam.

A fan has informed me that U.S, Representative Michelle Luhan Grisham considers my blog to be spam.

Image result for spam
SPAM: irrelevant or inappropriate message sent on the internet to a large number of recipients; a trademarked canned meat product made mainly from ham.

As U.S. Representative Michelle Lujan Grisham believes that my blog is an unwanted food product, then I strongly encourgage her to report me to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee and the U.S. Department of Justice, because I have been "spamming" for them for almost 10 years, now, of which I have included her name in all the press releases of these federal entities.

To assist the gentlewoman in the filings of her federal complaints against me for producing SPAM, I have provided as evidence. past links where she had no problem with me including her name in my work.

You have been tagged, metatagged, my dear.

Honestly, I just think she is mad that I did not tag her more often in my posts.  I will go back and amend.

It is either that or she is scared.

Stay tuned as I continue to flush out more Meanies for my #Superfans.
