A Private Corporation Blocks Access To A Public Office - Rashida Tlaib & Her Congressional Privatized CAIR Door Bouncers

I hate beverlytran.com fan clan
I am an equal opportunity hater.
As we watch the rollout of the next #coloredrevolution in health care, allow me to expound upon my latest pounder presented to me as a badge of honor.

You see, the #colorevolution is term of endearment in the form of a stratefied, transposable model, that can successfully castigate any institutional belief system or any other legal animus.

Yup.

This is not about whitewashing history.

This is about slapping some paint over the burnt out shell of society the previous group destroyed to implement the next model of privatization, the exact same transposable model used by christians, because it is stealin' in the name of the tax exempt god.

CAIR, the Council on American Islamic Relations, is 501c3.

This is their 2016 IRS 990 Mission Statement:
To be a leading advocate for justice and mutual understanding, to enhance understanding of Islam, encourage dialogue protect civil liberties, empower American Muslims, and build coalitions that promote justice and mutual understanding.
This sounds like nation-building because CAIR made lots and lots of Corporate Shape Shifters which looks to me like a private government because there were 1,963 search results of its 501c3 filings.

Notes from the Nonprofit

CAIR is able to carry out its important work through the support of thousands of individual donors across the nation, through the efforts of more than 20 professional staff at our national headquarters in Washington, D.C., and hundreds of staff, board members, interns, and volunteers who work at our offices nationwide. Learn more about our story at cair.com/ourstory
The challenges that motivated the founders of CAIR to establish the organization in 1994 were formidable. Those challenges are even greater today.
This has been a historic time in our nation's history and in that of the American Muslim community. As CAIR's national headquarters and offices nationwide expand our ability to respond to these challenges, we invite you to join us in building a better future for our families, our communities, and our country. Thank you for your support.
After reading this, I remembered that Dawud Walid is the face of CAIR.

Unfortunately, no one has heard from Dawud, in a hot minute, so I thought I would share a bit of his interests in Detroit.

This is a poorly written, template on how to take over a government, but I must say, I enjoyed all the fancy privatization terms for religious, imperialistic invasion:

  • PART I CULTURAL SETTLEMENT
  • PART II CITIZENSHIP PRACTICES

Please, keep in mind that the christians are far more sophisticated in running imperialistic psyops to take over a country; therefore, you cannot label me because I am an equal opportunity hater of all religious and secular privatization fraud schemes of forced migration.

Here is video of individuals, of a private corporation, interfering in democracy.

Someone needs to file a complaint with DC Police, because this is what I call war crimes.

They already participated in the removal of one elected official from office, so I hope Rashida Tlaib keeps up her successes and files the impeachment resolution for Trump.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Algerian American Couple Told To Go Back To Their Country - But Which One? Another Failed #coloredrevolution

Image result for woman choosing which drink
"If I pour them into one glass, I can get the
civil rights I want out of both countries."
If Ameur Dhaimini and his wife, Alaa Kouider state in the public record that they are Algerian-Americans, well, that would mean that they posses dual citizenship.

How can you have dual citizenship if you are born in the United States if there are no public records, but I would not know anything about that because I have no intentions of vetting.

I am just castigating.

So, if the worker made the passionate statement to go back to your country, my question would be, "Which one?"

No one provided any due process for the worker because we only have one side of the story, starting from the point of the cell phone footage.

The worker was fired, without allowing her to bear witness.

In reversal, Trump disavows criticism of chanting crowd

I believe there shall be a gaggle of lawyers swooping down upon this young lady, who was visibly triggered from more than a corrective coffee order, but hey, what do I know?

I know I see CAIR and Dawud Walid, so, I am just going to call this for what I think it is.

#coloredrevolution

I have noticed that for the last two years, the latest and greatest craze in proatcive legal defensive moves is to preemptively file a racial discrimination lawsuit, where they are always settled out of court, to prevent criminal prosecution of the crimes your are covering up, like money laundering.

Everyone loves legal fees when it comes to money laundering, you know.

Sticks and stones can break my bones, but words will never hurt me.

I suggest they stay far away from Detroit, or any political meeting in Detroit, having been insulated from the world around them.

I would adore seeing this play out in a full, public trial.

Couple say Tim Hortons worker told them to 'go back to your country'

Alaa Kouider describes the alleged discrimination as her husband, Ameur Dhaimini, listens.

The local office of a Muslim advocacy group filed a Michigan civil rights complaint Friday on behalf of an Ann Arbor area couple who say a Tim Hortons employee told them to "go back to your country" when the couple stopped in last month.

Ameur Dhaimini, 31, and his wife, Alaa Kouider, 27, who are Muslims and live in the Ann Arbor area, say they went to a Tim Hortons on Hewitt and Michigan Avenue in Ypsilanti June 28 on their way to northern Michigan for a family vacation.

Kouider, a native of Lansing, said the clerk for the drive-through got their coffee order wrong and when she and her husband went inside to get a replacement order, an African-American clerk became belligerent with them and hurled "hostile" insults at them, eventually telling them to "go back to your country" and cursing at Kouider.

Koudier said the female employee told her during the tirade: "This isn't your country. Go back to your country. I thought you had your papers."

Koudier said it was even more "shocking" than the words came from the mouth of another racial minority.

"I don't expect any minority to treat another minority (that way) so it hurts a little more," Koudier said during a news conference at the CAIR Michigan office in Farmington Hills. "It was very hurtful. I've never been treated like that in my life."

The couple is Algerian-American.

A store manager declined comment Friday and told a reporter to go to the company website to get a corporate phone number. Tim Hortons corporate media relations did not immediately respond to an email from The Detroit News.

Koudier, a mental health therapist, said the words stung and made her "ashamed of my country" to experience the "mistreatment" by the employee.

Dhaimini, an accountant, said: "I never thought I would experience that kind of treatment. I was shocked."

Koudier urged others who encounter similar incidents to speak up and "definitely not to stay silent." She said a Tim Hortons representative called her to apologize and to offer her a gift card for a free cup of coffee.

Dawud Walid, the executive director of CAIR Michigan, said the offer was "offensive." He said similar acts are on the rise and are "permeating American society" as people are "emboldened" by the behavior of President Donald Trump toward people of color.

Koudier said she would like to see Tim Hortons offer better employee training.

Amy Doukoure, the staff attorney for CAIR Michigan, said Friday that the manager for the store on Michigan only learned about the incident Thursday though it occurred about three weeks ago.

Doukoure said she filed a complaint with the Michigan Civil Rights Department on the basis of religious discrimination on behalf of the couple.

AHA Foundation Submits Brief To Stop Branding & Sellling Little Girls, CAIR Looks The Other Way

Ayaan Hirsi Ali of the AHA Foundation.
Well, this is odd.

Where is CAIR and Dawud Walid?

Priorities, I guess.

Anyway, here is a real leader, as opposed to a fake leader, to speak out against human trafficking, or rather the branding of subjugated chattel for future sexual servitude and her name is Ayaan Hirsi Ali of the AHA Foundation.

I have previously asked Dawud if he was going to help stop slavery, but I shall assume he had other things more important on his schedule with Graham Fuller and Al-Waleed Bin Talal, which has prevented him from acting, like Public Private Partnerships in predictive modeling crap for social policies to make the lives better for the little girls who get branded and sold and how to maximize revenue with all that land that was acquired by all those mosques.

But hey, what do I know?

Mutilated brides fetch higher price, group claims

Detroit — Grooms pay more money for brides who have undergone female genital mutilation, a religious practice central to a rare criminal case involving a small Muslim sect from India, according to a victims' rights group.

The claim was included in a brief filed in federal courtMonday by the nonprofit New York-based AHA Foundation, which is trying to bolster a criminal case pending in federal court against eight people accused of participating in a conspiracy to cut prepubescent girls.

The brief is intended to support the government's contention that female genital mutilation is inextricably linked to commerce — making it a federal crime — because doctors who perform the illegal procedure are often paid and the procedure increases the "bride price" of mutilated girls.

"FGM is also linked to commerce in one further insidious way: as a means of increasing the money received by victims’ families upon marriage," foundation lawyer Mark Franke wrote. "This is not an incidental feature. In many communities, custom dictates that the parents of the bride receive a “bride price,” i.e., a payment in exchange for their daughters, upon marriage."

Defense lawyers have asked U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman to dismiss key charges, arguing that a law banning female genital mutilation is unconstitutional.

"I believe the court will find the arguments have no merit and do not apply to our case in any way," said Shannon Smith, an attorney for one of the defendants, Northville Dr. Jumana Nagarwala. "I will give them credit for creativity; however, some of the claims are so ridiculous it’s hard to believe they were presented to a court."

So far, eight people have been charged with participating in a conspiracy that prosecutors say lasted 12 years and led to mutilating the genitalia of girls as part of a religious procedure practiced by some members of the Dawoodi Bohra.

Locally, most members of the sect belong to the Anjuman-e-Najmi mosque in Farmington Hills.
Dr. Jumana Nagarwala and Dr. Fakhruddin Attar
Those charged include Nagarwala, a licensed emergency room physician who prosecutors say performed female genital mutilation, and Dr. Fakhruddin Attar, a licensed internal medicine physician accused of hosting the procedures at his Livonia medical office.

His wife, Farida Attar, and Tahera Shafiq of Farmington Hills helped Nagarwala during the procedures, according to the federal indictment. Two mothers from Minnesota — Haseena Halfal and Zainab Hariyanawala —and two from Oakland County — Farida Arif and Fatema Dahodwala — are all  parents of minor girls who arranged for the procedure to be performed by Nagarwala, according to the government.

A new indictment issued earlier this month alleges nine girls from three states underwent the illegal procedure at the Livonia medical clinic since 2015. One girl was drugged, according to the indictment.

Defense lawyers say the procedure performed on the girls was benign and not female genital mutilation. They accuse the government of overreaching.

There are four major types of female genital mutilation, including a partial or total removal of the clitoris.

Prosecutors have alleged that two girls’ clitorises were completely removed but the evidence is lacking for at least one girl, Smith said.

"The primary purpose of FGM is to control a woman’s sexuality by removing her ability to enjoy sexual intercourse," Franke wrote. "... that lack of enjoyment is meant to increase the victim’s chastity and virtue — in other words, to keep her faithful to her husband. FGM thus robs victims of their bodily integrity, autonomy and self-determination. In other words, it turns them into slaves."

The case is being closely followed in India, where the Dawoodi Bohra are based, and by international human rights groups opposed to female genital mutilation, a federal crime since 1996.

One defense argument is that Congress lacked authority to enact the female genital mutilation law under the Commerce Clause of the Constitution because the procedure has nothing to do with interstate commerce.

Prosecutors argue Congress can regulate female genital mutilation because it is a service.

"Like child pornography and marijuana, an interstate market exists for FGM that Congress has sought to regulate and eradicate," prosecutors wrote in a court filing. "Congress made clear its intent for the United States to contribute to international efforts to stop the harmful practice of FGM generally and ensure it does not occur within the United States."

I wonder when CAIR is going to submit their brief in support of the U.S., or would that be one of those "women" things to deal with selling tiny humans?

Why DNC Is Calling For Conyers To Resign

The Republicans will commence their battle cries shortly.

AWAN CASE: DNC Lawyer Scrambling To Block Evidence From Hidden Laptop Tied To Wasserman Schultz

Debbie Wasserman Schultz & Imran Awan
A lawyer for former DNC IT staffer Imran Awan is scrambling to block evidence found on a hidden laptop which may contain proof of a massive spy ring operating at the highest levels of Congress, in what may be the largest breach of National Security in U.S. history.
Awan, a Pakistani national, worked for dozens of Democratic members of Congress along with his wife, two brothers and a friend. Following the publication of DNC emails by WikiLeaks in the lead-up to the 2016 election, Congressional investigators discovered that the Awans had a secret server being housed by the House Democratic Caucus backed up to an offsite Dropboex account.
“For members to say their data was not compromised is simply inaccurate. They had access to all the data including all emails. Imran Awan is the walking example of an insider threat, a criminal actor who had access to everything,” –Daily Caller
According to a briefing, “all five of the shared employees system administrators collectively logged onto the [House Democratic] Caucus system 5,735 times, or an average of 27 times per day,” despite only one of them being authorized to do so.
The Awans were banned from the House IT network on February 2, 2017 after being named in a criminal investigation – however they continued to work in the building for Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz until Imran Awan’s arrest at Dulles Airport trying to flee the country in late July. Awan and his wife, Hina Alvi, were charged with conspiracy and bank fraud in relation to a real estate transaction.
The laptop in question was tucked away in a tiny room formerly used as a phone booth on the second floor of the Rayburn House Office Building late one night in March, only to be found by Capitol Police just after midnight on April 6, 2017 along with notebooks marked ‘attorney client privilege,’ letters addressed to the US Attorney of DC regarding Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and several forms of identification. Based on the contents of the backpack, some believe Awan wanted the laptop to be found.
Attorney-Client Privilege
Luke Rosiak of the Daily Caller, who has been Tuesday.
Via the Daily Caller:
“Chris Gowen, Awan’s attorney, said at the last hearing: “We do expect there being an attorney-client privilege issue in this case… What occurred is a backpack from my client was found, he was trying to get a better signal, there was a note that said attorney client privilege and a hard drive. We feel very strongly about this.”
A Capitol Police report reveals the following items were found in the backpack:
#1 a Pakistani ID card with the name Mohommed Ashraf Awan
#2 a copy – not original – of a driver’s license with name Imran Awan
#3 a copy (front and back) of his congressional ID
#4 an Apple laptop with the homescreen initials ‘RepDWS’
#5 composition notebooks with notes handwritten saying ‘attorney client privilege’ and possibly discussing case details below
#6 loose letters addressed to US Attorney of DC discussing the apparent owner of the bag being investigated.
As Rosiak points out, it is unclear how the handwritten note saying “attorney client privilege” could be construed to cover a hard drive, rather than the pages of [the] notebook it was contained on.
Andrew McCarthy, a former chief assistant U.S. attorney who has followed the case, said “The A/C (attorney-client) privilege only applies to communications between the client and lawyer that are for the purpose of seeking legal advice and that are intended by both parties to be kept confidential… Moreover, asserting that something is A/C protected does not make it so. You still have to show that the material in question constitutes communications strictly between the lawyer and client that were for the purpose of seeking legal advice.
“If I give my lawyer my bank records and ask him if they show evidence of a crime, the bank records do not become A/C-privileged — only his advice to me would be A/C-privileged. And if I stuck a sign on my bank records that said ‘A/C-privileged documents,’ that would not make them A/C-privileged documents,” he told The Daily Caller News Foundation Wednesday.” –Daily Caller
Debbie Downer
In May of 2016, Debbie Wasserman Schulz – an employer and personal friend of Awan – spent several minutes browbeating the Chief of DC Capitol Police at a budget meeting, claiming the laptop should be given back since it was hers and threatening ‘consequences’ if it wasn’t returned.

Of Note
shared employees,” hired by multiple Democrats for IT work whenever it was needed – so they floated all over the place doing all sorts of work on House members computers. Democrats Juaquin Castro, Cedric Richmond, Andre Carson, Jackie Speier, Tammy Duckworth, and Louis Frankel all employed the Awans.

Information Brokers?
Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on Fox Business Network in late July where he dropped a bombshell: not only did the Awans had access to the emails of every member of Congress, Imran Awan reportedly sold information to still unknown parties, which the FBI is currently investigating.
Napolitano: He was arrested for some financial crime – that’s the tip of the iceberg. The real allegation against him is that he had access to the emails of every member of congress and he sold what he found in there. What did he sell, and to whom did he sell it? That’s what the FBI wants to know. This may be a very, very serious national security situation.
Varney: Wait a second, he was the IT worker along with his two Pakistani brothers, for DWS, and other Democrats in the House – and the theory is that he got access to all of their secrets or whatever, and sold some?
Napolitano:
Yes, and this was at the time that Congresswoman Schultz was also the chair of the Democratic National Committee. So at this point I don’t believe they know what he sold, and to whom he sold it – but they do know what he had access to, which is virtually everything in the House of representatives, which would include classified material in the House intelligence committee.

Lt. Colonel Tony Shaffer went even further – claiming that the Awan brothers were linked to the Muslim Brotherhood while working for Democrat Congressman Andre Carson, a report reinforced by Frontpage Magazine:

As Frontpage reported in February:

The office of Andre Carson, the second Muslim in Congress, had employed Imran Awan. As did the offices of Jackie Speier and Debbie Wasserman Schultz; to whom the letter had been addressed.
Carson is the second Muslim in Congress and the first Muslim on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and, more critically, is the ranking member on its Emerging Threats Subcommittee. He is also a member of the Department of Defense Intelligence and Overhead Architecture Subcommittee.

The Emerging Threats Subcommittee, of which Carson is a ranking member, is responsible for much of counterterrorism oversight. It is the worst possible place for a man with Carson’s credentials.
Carson had inherited his grandmother’s seat and exploited it to promote a radical Islamist agenda. He has interfaced with a laundry list of Islamist groups from CAIR to ISNA to ICNA to MPAC. Islamists have funded Carson’s career to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. The Center for Security Policy has put together a dossier of Carson’s connections to the Muslim Brotherhood. The Brotherhood is the parent organization of many key Islamic terror groups posing a threat to our national security including Al Qaeda and Hamas.

Andre Carson shared the stage at a CAIR banquet with Sirraj Wahaj: an unindicted co-conspirator in the World Trade Center bombing who had once declared,” You don’t get involved in politics because it’s the American thing to do. You get involved in politics because politics are a weapon to use in the cause of Islam.” CAIR itself had been named an unindicted co-conspirator in terror finance.
Immunity for Hina?

In September, it was reported that Hina Alvi – Imran Awan’s wife, had struck a deal with federal prosecutors to return to the U.S. from Pakistan to face conspiracy and bank fraud charges.
Alvi and her children fled to the safety of Pakistan in early 2017, so her voluntary return – which was structured with an arrest to be made “not in front of her children” is significant. Upon her return to the United States, Hina was arraigned on four felony counts of bank fraud and handed over her U.S. passport to prosecutors.

Congressman Trent Franks (R-AZ) says that Alvi’s return may be part of a broader immunity deal with prosecutors in return for a “significant” and “pretty disturbing” story about Debbie Wasserman Schultz:
“I don’t want to talk out of school here but I think you’re going to see some revelations that are going to be pretty profound.  The fact that this wife is coming back from Pakistan and is willing to face charges, as it were, I think there is a good chance she is going to reach some type of immunity to tell a larger story here that is going to be pretty disturbing to the American people.”
“I would just predict that this is going to be a very significant story and people should fasten their seat belts on this one.”

Despite the volumes of evidence stacking up against the former DNC IT staffers, Debbie Wasserman Schultz claims the entire investigation of the Awans is nothing more than Islamophobia.

New Jersey Targeted Shooting By Black Hebrew Israelites Hate Group Raises Questions If Black Christian Americans Are Also Hate Groups

If the Black Hebrew Israelites have been labeled a hate group, well, does that mean African American Christian are hate groups, also?

We had better ask CAIR and the NAACP to weigh in on that deep, philosophical question I have just raised.

I can spot a #coloredrevolution and I already know this is going to get nastier because there is much in history to keep cloaked when it comes to trafficking tiny humans.

This is not the first time the Black Hebrew Israelites have been front and center of a #coloredrevolution, but I pray for it to be the last.

Jersey City Shooting: Suspect Linked to Black Hebrew Israelite Group

The Black Hebrew Israelites have been labeled a hate group. The suspect wrote anti-Semitic and anti-police posts, an official said.

Investigators are examining links between the attackers and the Black Hebrew Israelite movement.

Here's what you need to know:Investigating a connection to the Black Hebrew Israelites

  • Surveillance footage shows a kosher market was targeted.
  • Before the gun battle, there was a shooting at a cemetery.
  • Two members of the Hasidic community were killed.
  • Detectives continued to investigate the crime scene.

An assailant involved in a prolonged firefight in Jersey City, N.J., that left six people dead, including one police officer, had published anti-Semitic and anti-police posts online and investigators believe the attack was motivated by those sentiments, a law enforcement official familiar with the case said on Wednesday.

The official said the names of the two suspects were David Anderson and Francine Graham. Mr. Anderson appeared to have a connection to the Black Hebrew Israelite movement, which is designated as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center, a legal advocacy group that tracks such movements.

The extent of Mr. Anderson’s involvement in that group remains unclear, the official said. The Black Hebrew Israelites have no connection with mainstream Judaism.

Investigating a connection to the Black Hebrew Israelites
Investigators also found a manifesto-style note inside the assailants’ van, the law enforcement official and another official familiar with the case said.

The document, which was described as brief and “rambling,” suggested no clear motive for the shooting. Investigators also found a live pipe bomb inside the vehicle, the law enforcement official said.

The law enforcement official could not provide more details about the suspect’s online posts or where they had been published. He said investigators were still reviewing that information.

So far, the authorities have not identified the attackers, who were killed in the firefight. None of the three victims inside the store have been publicly named by officials, but multiple people connected to the Jewish community in Jersey City have identified two of them as Mindel Ferencz, 33, the wife of the market owner, and Moshe Deutch, a 24-year-old rabbinical student who lives in Brooklyn.

The Jersey City police officer who was killed was identified on Tuesday as Detective Joe Seals, a 15-year law enforcement veteran and a father of five.

Surveillance footage shows a kosher market was targeted.

Jersey City’s mayor, Steven Fulop, said that surveillance footage indicated the two attackers had targeted a kosher supermarket where most of the carnage unfolded.

Mr. Fulop said on Wednesday that the footage revealed that after the assailants shot Detective Seals in an earlier encounter, they drove slowly and deliberately to the market, roughly a mile away.

“The perpetrators stopped in front of there and calmly opened the door with two long rifles,” he said.

Both Mr. Fulop and Jersey City’s public safety director, James Shea, said that after the attackers left the van, they walked past others on the street and aimed at people inside the kosher supermarket.

“We now know this did not begin with gunfire between police officers and perpetrators and then moved to the store,” Mr. Shea said. “It began with an attack on the civilians inside the store.”

Mr. Fulop has not said whether the violence was related to anti-Semitism, though in a related post on Twitter, he said that “hate and anti-Semitism have never had a place” in Jersey City.

Mr. Shea said the attackers’ motives were still being investigated.

Initially, investigators said they believed that the attackers randomly chose the market and that the episode was not a hate crime; Mr. Shea added on Tuesday that there was “no indication” of terrorism.

By Tuesday night, however, Mr. Fulop, said on Twitter that officials had come to believe that the assailants had “targeted the location they attacked.”

Before the gun battle, there was a shooting at a cemetery.

Detective Seals approached the two assailants, a man and a woman, who were inside a U-Haul van at a cemetery near the kosher market because the van had been linked to a homicide over the weekend, according to the law enforcement official. The official did not have any more details on the homicide.

Video surveillance footage shows the assailants shooting the detective and then driving away and ending up in front of the kosher market where they park and enter the store guns firing, the official said.

For much of at least the next hour, residents nearby — and blocks away — could hear rapid bursts of gunfire coming from the area around the market. Investigators later found a live pipe bomb inside the van, the official said.

Two members of the Hasidic community were killed.
Hasidic community leaders on Wednesday morning identified the two members of their community who were killed inside the kosher market.

Ms. Ferencz, the market owner’s wife, was working at the store at the time of the attack.

About five years ago, she and her husband were among the first Hasidic Jews to relocate to Jersey City from Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The couple had three children, said Rabbi Mordechai Feuerwerker, a leader in the Jersey City Hasidic community.

“I’ve cried my eyes out already. I’m feeling pretty broken,” said the victim’s mother-in-law, Victoria Ferencz, 72, who heard the news on Wednesday morning from Jewish media. “I feel sorry for my son. She’s going to heaven, but he and his children will have it hard.”

At the time of the shooting, her son had gone to a nearby synagogue, she said. Shots rang out, and the synagogue was put on lockdown.

Her daughter-in-law had been left tending the market. “I called my son, he says, ‘I’m locked here. I have no idea where she is,’” Ms. Ferencz said.

Another victim was Mr. Deutsch, the 24-year-old rabbinical student.

In Manhattan, at a news conference at City Hall, Rabbi David Niederman, the executive director and president of the United Jewish Organizations of Williamsburg, said that Mr. Deutsch helped lead a food drive this year during the Jewish holidays and helped to feed 2,000 people.

Mr. Deutsch’s father, Abe Deutsch, is a board member of the United Jewish Organizations of Williamsburg, a large community service organization in the Satmar Hasidic community.

Rabbi Niederman said he knew Moshe Deutsch personally, describing him as “extremely kind and generous” and a “go-to person when his peers needed help.”

As he spoke about the young shooting victim, the rabbi choked up.

“Can you imagine a few hundred bullets went into the body of a 24-year-old child?” Rabbi Niederman said. “How can we as a people, a community, bear that?”

Detectives continued to investigate the crime scene.

On Wednesday morning, detectives were at the Jersey City Kosher Supermarket, canvassing the crime scene as a number of uniformed police officers stood watch outside.

The authorities were alerted about a shooting at the market around 12:30 p.m., according to Jersey City’s police chief, Michael Kelly. The officers who responded were met with “high-powered rifle fire,” he said on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Mr. Fulop, the mayor, said that two police officers who were on a foot patrol near the grocery store were able to immediately respond to the call. Both of them were injured but in stable condition.

For more than an hour, loud bursts of gunfire rang out in the blocks surrounding the market in Jersey City, which is across the Hudson River from Lower Manhattan.

Helicopters circled overhead as police officers swarmed the streets. They aimed handguns and long guns in every direction as they traveled down the street in formations, knocking on doors and rushing residents and business owners to safety.

“This is one of the biggest gunfights I’ve seen in a while,” said Willy McDonald, 67, who lives in the area. “And I’ve been in Vietnam.”

The market was part of a budding Jewish community.

The shootout and police siege overtook the Greenville neighborhood of gentrifying Jersey City — the second most-populous city in New Jersey, with about a quarter of a million residents. As helicopters circled overhead and bursts of gunfire rang out for more than hour, neighbors said their city felt like a war zone.

The center of the chaotic scene, the Jersey City Kosher Supermarket, caters to a small but steadily growing community of about 100 Hasidic families who have moved to Jersey City in recent years from the Williamsburg neighborhood in Brooklyn.

These families, many of whom belong to the ultra-Orthodox Satmar sect, have created a budding community in Greenville, a residential area with a historically African-American population and dense blocks that include a Catholic school, a Pentecostal church and a Dominican restaurant.

The opening of the kosher market three years ago signaled to some that the growing Jewish population was putting down roots in the area.

Rabbi Moshe Schapiro, of the Chabad of Hoboken and Jersey City, said the store was “a grocery that is very popular with the local Jewish community” and had “a deli counter that has nice sandwiches.”

Kosher Market Attack in Jersey City: ‘I Just Hope They’re Safe’Dec. 10, 2019

The detective killed was a longtime police veteran.

Detective Seals had been a police officer for 15 years, said Chief Kelly. He rose through the ranks of the Jersey City Police Department, coming to work in the city’s busy South District.

After being promoted to detective in 2017, he was most recently assigned to a citywide Cease Fire unit, which is tasked with reducing shootings and making gun arrests in Jersey City.

“He was our leading police officer in removing guns from the street,” Chief Kelly said on Tuesday. “Dozens of dozens of handguns he is responsible for removing from the street.”

Detective Seals lived in North Arlington, N.J., a suburb about eight miles northwest of Jersey City, with his wife and five children, the youngest of whom was 2 years old.

His mother, Deborah Ann Perruzza, 65, said that Detective Seals graduated from Bayonne High School in 1997, and set his eyes on a career in law enforcement.

“He always wanted to be a cop,” she said.

On Tuesday, Ms. Perruzza said that when she saw news of the shootings, she had no idea her son was working. It was not long before her phone rang, with one of her sons calling to tell her to come to the hospital.

When she arrived at Jersey City Medical Center, doctors and officials told her that her son had been shot twice, including once in the back of the head.

“He was gone,” she said.

Cocktails & Popcorn: The Perfection Of Absurdity - Legal Genius Larry Klayman & Laura Loomer Are Coming To Detroit To Defend John Conyers' Legacy

I am quite sure FinCEN is monitoring the financial
transactions of Laura's candidacy.
On this exciting episode of Cocktails & Popcorn, we have Laura Loomer, a stand up comedian, filing a suit of law against Rashida Tlaib, my favorite "#MeToo Girl" through her attorney Larry Klayman. who may not be her attorney if he is suspended from practicing law.
The absurdity of this action is pure art which deserves to be displayed in the annals of history, so here we go.

I bet John Ratcliffe is already on the list to be deposed.

It would be such a shame for it to be found that Laura Loomer was using this lawsuit as a form of electioneering and to solicit campaign contributions, having sworn an oath of office to uphold the U.S. Constitution as a U.S. Congressional Candidate, or even just for personal inurement, like Ilhan Omar has been accused.

That would be awkward.

Rashida snatched Laura's phone at a campaign event.

Laura solicits Larry Klayman, the man who set up Judicial Watch, a foreign corporation, in Michigan, to file pro hac vice a case in Minnesota against Rashida, alleging violations of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which just so happens to be about parental rights, child welfare, where I was one of the original writers of the Michigan Resolution, that was bastardized by people like Larry Klayman in this action.

But, I digress because this is the part that made me giggle the most:
At that time on August 11, 2018, Rashida Tlaib was essentially unopposed in
her election for Michigan's 13th congressional district for the U.S. House of
Representatives.

Rashida Tlaib ultirnately won the general election on Novernber 6, 2018, with 84.2% of the vote. Minor candidates Sam Johnson received 11.4% of the vote and D. Etta Wilcoxon won 4.1 % of the vote. However, after winning the primary, Tlaib was assured of election to Congress.
Larry Klayman has just voluntarily injected himself, and his newest client, Laura Loomer, into the 2016 & 2018 Election Fraud Investigation of Detroit, where I will be doing colored commentary as the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed.

You can tell Larry is a "Legal Genius", (trademark pending) because he did not name the U.S. House of Representatives, which means he has to amend the complaint, but that may be an issue if Rashida was there in her personal capacity.

Better be safe, Larry, and subpoena the previous office holder of the Michigan 13th Congressional District, just to make sure you got all your "religious discrimination" and election information correct.

#sayhisname

That way, DHS and DOJ can come in with the U.S. Treasury, because they are the ones who possess the powers to strip those pesky attorney client privileges and immunities.

And, of course, we must definitely invite Vladimir Putin, because everyone keeps saying he was naughty and interfered in the 2016 & 2018 elections, so he would know all about how Rashida and Brenda Jones won the Michigan 13th Congressional District Seat.

I would be remiss not to invite the Michigan Democratic Party and Michigan Republican Party, too, because they possess information on how Rashida and the entire cast of congressional candidates became qualified to run in the 2018 election.

Of course, the entire Michigan Governor's cabinet must be subpoenaed.

Joselyn Benson has a Great Repository with all the information that will be needed by both Plaintiff and Defendant.

Brenda Jones sat on the Detroit Board of Elections, along with Mayor Mike Duggan and our favorite Corporate Counselors, Butch Hollowell and Larry Garcia.

Volodymyr Zelensky Viktor Yushchenko and Viktor Yanukovych definitely know stuff on how Rashida and Brenda won that seat, so they must all get subpoenas, too.

Will Larry and Laura get discovery on Humpty Dumpty because that would smash their entire religious defense argument against Rashida as Jeffrey Epstein's brother, Mark, who are both jewish, were supportive of Rashida?

We will only know upon depsition of BiBi Netanyahu, because he knows how Rashida and Brenda got elected, too.

Since CAIR was identified in the complaint, we just have to invite Dawud Walid, whose friend is a friend of Laura's friend on that Youtube foreign propaganda election interference show.

Of course, Trump must be deposed, because he keeps obstructing justice by keeping that IG Report in his backpocket.

I bet no one will subpoena me.

That thought gives me the Saddy Face.

Will Rashida refer the matter to #perkinscoiesucks?

I should be naughty and petition for the case to be enjoined in the Detroit Grand Jury case....

Oups, j'ai dit une bétise!

For everything you ever wanted to know about Rashida:

Oh, boy!

This is soooooooo romantic.

This is about the trafficking of tiny humans and they do not have a clue of the magnitude of what they have done.

Conservative Activist Laura Loomer Files $2M Lawsuit Over Phone Grabbing Incident At Ilhan Omar Event

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Conservative activist Laura Loomer is suing Rep. Rashida Tlaib over an incident that happened at a campaign event last year in Minneapolis, seeking $2 million in damages for alleged assault and battery.

Loomer, who is currently running for Congress in Florida’s 21st District, claims that the Michigan congresswoman assaulted her when she grabbed her phone at a campaign event for Ilhan Omar at Holy Land deli last August.

Tlaib was campaigning at the northeast Minneapolis restaurant for Omar, who was then running for Minnesota’s 5th District. Both Tlaib and Omar were elected to the U.S. House that November, becoming the first Muslim women in Congress. The two are half of the progressive group of lawmakers known as “the squad.”

Video of the campaign event at Holy Land shows Tlaib grabbing Loomer’s phone as she records her, asking if Tlaib considers Hamas a terrorist organization.

According to the lawsuit, Tlaib “violently grabbed” the phone as Loomer was working as a journalist, seeking to understand Tlaib’s positions on Israel and Palestine. (Tlaib is the daughter of Palestinian immigrants; Loomer is Jewish).

Freedom Watch, the conservative group that filed the lawsuit, says that Loomer is suing Tlaib not for political purposes, but to hold the congresswoman accountable for her “unhinged hatred for Jews and Israel.”

Larry Klayman, the founder of Freedom Watch, also filed a complaint against Omar earlier this year, seeking a Justice Department investigation into the Minnesota congresswoman.

CONYERS: The Intercept's Take On The 2018 13th Congressional District Election

Coleman Young, Jr.

FUN FACT: The article failed to mention Brenda Jones and Shanelle Jackson as contenders for the Michigan 13th Congressional Seat.

JOHN CONYERS RESIGNED FROM CONGRESS OVER SEXUAL HARASSMENT. HIS SON AND GRANDNEPHEW MIGHT LOSE THE RACE TO REPLACE HIM.

MUCH OF WASHINGTON assumes John Conyers III will almost certainly replace his father, John Conyers Jr., who resigned late last year. John Conyers III apparently thinks so, too.
“I recognize my name is John Conyers III, so I didn’t fundraise at all in the first quarter,” he told The Intercept. John Conyers Jr. first won the Detroit-area seat in Congress in 1964, serving a legendary stretch until he was forced to resign amid sexual harassment allegations.

John Conyers III &
Hillary Clinton
John Conyers III, who has the endorsement of his father, later clarified in a follow-up interview that he was focused on gathering signatures to get on the ballot ahead of an April 24 filing deadline, and that he hasn’t had time to make fundraising calls.”I don’t want to make excuses, but I wouldn’t ask people to collect signatures if I weren’t also doing it myself,” said John Conyers III, who announced his candidacy for Michigan’s 13th Congressional District in February.

When he does start making calls, he may find that another Conyers has already been on the line. Ian Conyers, a state senator and the grandnephew of the retired congressional representative, is also running for the seat and raised just over $88,000 in the first quarter of the year, according to the latest Federal Election Commission records.

But after more than a half-century of being represented by a Conyers, the family may be fighting for second place.

A former state representative, community activist, and attorney, Rashida Tlaib, hauled in almost $589,000 in the first three months of this year, FEC records show, giving her a real chance to come out on top in the crowded primary. Tlaib is running on a progressive platform and won the endorsement in March of the Justice Democrats.

The notion that a Conyers will waltz into the seat ignores the way in which the last Conyers walked out — driven from office by a sexual harassment scandal. Conyers himself may be iconic for his decades of work on behalf of civil rights and social justice, but his family’s name carries more baggage than merely his forced resignation. His wife, Monica Conyers, was released from federal prison in 2012, after serving time for a conviction related to a bribery scandal that arose during her time on the Detroit City Council. Tlaib thinks she can overcome the family name.

“Back home, Conyers is not considered in the lead at all or kind of relevant in some ways, and I think here in D.C. it seems like, ‘Oh, it must be a shoe-in,’” Tlaib said. “A lot of folks, outside especially of the city of Detroit, are kind of tired of this so-called approach of inheriting the seat, and they want people to earn a seat.”

John Conyers III has so far built only a skeleton of a campaign. He announced his candidacy in February, and though he’s posted about his campaign on his Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts, his blog features only his campaign announcement, and his website does not yet have any information. (His Instagram bio reads, “just trying to be the @beyonce of politics.”) “My primary and singular focus has been to make sure that I have my name on the ballot,” he said.

“After April 24, that is when you will see the website go up, campaign slogan, and all that.”

Conyers said he will focus on the issues that he thinks matter most to the people of the district, which comprises 12 cities, including parts of Detroit: access to income (at least a $15 minimum wage), access to education (including by subsidizing college education), and mental wellness advocacy (including by putting counselors in schools who know “how to unpack trauma that’s unique to black and brown bodies,” noting that Immigration and Customs Enforcement has carried out raids in the heavily Latino district).

At 27 years old, John Conyers III has no prior political experience, but he thinks his youth is an
John Conyers III & Paul Ryan
advantage, saying that it’s time people of his generation “step up to the plate.” It’s long been his plan to run for office, he said, and he used to spend time on Capitol Hill, sitting in on meetings of the House Judiciary Committee, when his father was the top-ranking Democrat. “People don’t know that my father was going to retire in 2020, and I was going to run then,” the candidate said. “But things happened as they happened, and I’m running now.”

He hasn’t been asked about his father’s exit from Congress or his mother’s criminal history when talking to people about his campaign, he said. The candidate himself was arrested last year on suspicion of domestic violence (prosecutors declined to charge him, and he told The Intercept that the accusation was not true), but constituents haven’t asked about that either, he said.

He doesn’t take his name for granted, he added. “My name is John Conyers III, and that might mean that I can do things a little differently, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have to show up or campaign.” He’s raised about $3,000 so far, he told The Intercept, a combination of money from his parents, himself, and a few people who reached out and said they wanted to donate.

The presence of two Conyers in the race threatens to split that portion of the vote. “It’ll be a very dynamic race,” said Ian Conyers. He said that as he goes around the district campaign, he doesn’t hear much about the unpleasant way his great uncle left office. “It’s more focused on all that’s been done and the concern of losing a fighter for civil rights and economic justice — someone who’s going to be there for the long run,” he said.

Ian Conyers, who is in his 20s, is making his young age central to his campaign — he noted that he went to Georgetown with the also-youthful Jon Ossoff, a failed 2017 Democratic candidate in a Georgia special election — arguing that by getting into office now, he’ll be able to build up the seniority he would need to be able to direct federal resources back to the district, which is one of the poorest in the country. “As Democrats, we build by seniority, but not by merit,” he noted.

He added that Ian/John III confusion hasn’t been an issue. “I think there’s enough local knowledge of who’s who, though it’s probably hard to see that from a national level,” he said.

The race is unusual because a special election to replace the outgoing Rep. John Conyers will be the same day as the primary for the 2018 cycle. Candidates can be on both ballots and, theoretically, could lose one and win another on the same day. (Although without enough valid signatures, a candidate won’t make the ballot at all.)

John Conyers, Jr. & Bill Wild
Bill Wild, mayor of the town of Westland in suburban Detroit, is also making a bid, though website does not include any information on his platform; it simply features an email list and a call for campaign donations. His campaign did not return multiple requests for comment.
fundraising records are so far unavailable. Wild threatens to further split the vote, and could gobble up a chunk of the progressive, suburban vote that might have otherwise gone to the Conyers legacy on name recognition and reputation alone. Wild’s campaign

So far, only two other candidates have filed financial records with the FEC: Michael Gilmore, who raised about $37,000 in the first quarter, and state Sen. Coleman Young II, who’s brought in about $16,000.

THESE DYNAMICS COULD create just enough of a path for Tlaib to emerge on top in the August 7 primary. She built up a grassroots base with her community work and as a state representative, making a name for herself by getting billionaire Matty Moroun, who owns the controversial Ambassador Bridge between Detroit and Windsor, jailed — if only for a day — and organizing pushback against the dumping of Canadian oil waste in Detroit.

She has a plausible claim to being the most progressive candidate in the race. Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn., has been campaigning with his fellow progressive Muslim candidate. As deputy chair of the Democratic National Committee, however, Ellison doesn’t endorse in competitive primaries. He also has a long history with Conyers and is now carrying his “Medicare for All” bill. Still, his public appearances with Tlaib make his preference in the race clear.

In March, Tlaib came to Washington hoping to win the endorsement of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, formerly chaired by Ellison, though doing so will be a challenge given Conyers’s legacy. (The Intercept interviewed Tlaib at the CPC PAC’s headquarters.)

Rep. Keith Ellison with congressional candidate Rashida Tlaib.
If elected, Tlaib would be the first American-Muslim woman in Congress. The grassroots support she has from the Michigan communities she has served is bolstered by the support she is seeing from Muslims across the country. (At least three other Muslim women are running this year: Fayrouz Saad, in Michigan’s 11th District; Tahirah Amatul-Wadud, in Massachusetts’s 1st District; and Deedra Abboud, vying for a U.S. Senate seat in Arizona.)

“It’s been kind of inspiring to hear from American Muslims around the country that — it’s a huge pressure on me — getting elected means they’re welcome here, that getting elected means he’s wrong,” Tlaib said, referring to President Donald Trump. “There’s people that are getting involved in our campaign that have never been involved before.”

Tlaib has been endorsed by Emgage PAC, a political group that focuses on American Muslims, and she has held multiple fundraisers with Muslim communities across the country, tapping into an energy Ellison created after he was the first Muslim elected to Congress in 2006. “Rashida and others going to other states to raise money from the Muslim community for their campaigns is actually something that was trail-blazed by Congressman Keith Ellison,” said Dawud Walid, executive director of the Michigan branch of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, who spoke to The Intercept in a personal capacity and not on behalf of CAIR.

Ellison’s candidacy gave hope to the American-Muslim community, Walid added, “that if we could get one Muslim in Congress, that it would pave the way for others, to encourage others to run for political office.”

Tlaib is looking to donors outside Michigan because it would be difficult to raise $1 million in the district, which largely comprises working- and middle-class families, she said. Her supporters include an “American-Muslim woman in Ocala — she’s incredible — another sister in southern California, but also Muslims in New Jersey have reached out,” Tlaib said. “I think as people are hearing about me, more and more American Muslims are really excited and want to contribute.”

Still, Tlaib’s appeal as a candidate has much more to do with her service to her constituents over the years than her religious identity, said Walid, noting that the voters who elected and re-elected her to the Michigan House were predominately not Muslim.

“There are Muslims who are supporting Rashida, but a large number of people who are supporting her campaign on the ground are people who are not Muslim, and that’s the only way she could get elected to begin with,” said Walid, who met Tlaib 13 years ago, when she was an immigrants’ rights advocate at ACCESS, a Dearborn-based community organization. “She can’t be the Muslim candidate in that congressional district — she has to be the most viable candidate in that district who just happens to be Palestinian-American and Muslim.”
