DOJ: California CEO and Seven Others Charged in Multi-Million Dollar Conduit Campaign Contribution Case - Featuring George Nader

If you see George Nader, you know there is more coming because it is a network.

Just ask Erik the Prince, brother-in-law to Dick DeVos.

No one likes to mention Dick, or trafficking tiny humans, so I did in the same sentence.

Earlier today, an indictment was unsealed against the CEO of an online payment processing company, and seven others, charging them with conspiring to make and conceal conduit and excessive campaign contributions, and related offenses, during the U.S. presidential election in 2016 and thereafter.

Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and Assistant Director in Charge Timothy R. Slater of the FBI’s Washington Field Office made the announcement.
A federal grand jury in the District of Columbia indicted Ahmad “Andy” Khawaja, 48, of Los Angeles, California, on Nov. 7, 2019, along with George Nader, Roy Boulos, Rudy Dekermenjian, Mohammad “Moe” Diab, Rani El-Saadi, Stevan Hill and Thayne Whipple. The 53 count indictment charges Khawaja with two counts of conspiracy, three counts of making conduit contributions, three counts of causing excessive contributions, 13 counts of making false statements, 13 counts of causing false records to be filed, and one count of obstruction of a federal grand jury investigation. Nader is charged with conspiring with Khawaja to make conduit campaign contributions, and related offenses. Boulos, Dekermenjian, Diab, El-Saadi, Hill, and Whipple are charged with conspiring with Khawaja and each other to make conduit campaign contributions and conceal excessive contributions, and related offenses.
According to the indictment, from March 2016 through January 2017, Khawaja conspired with Nader to conceal the source of more than $3.5 million in campaign contributions, directed to political committees associated with a candidate for President of the United States in the 2016 election. By design, these contributions appeared to be in the names of Khawaja, his wife, and his company. In reality, they allegedly were funded by Nader. Khawaja and Nader allegedly made these contributions in an effort to gain influence with high-level political figures, including the candidate. As Khawaja and Nader arranged these payments, Nader allegedly reported to an official from a foreign government about his efforts to gain influence.
The indictment also alleges that, from March 2016 through 2018, Khawaja conspired with Boulos, Dekermenjian, Diab, El-Saadi, Hill, and Whipple to conceal Khawaja’s excessive contributions, which totaled more than $1.8 million, to various political committees. Among other things, these contributions allegedly allowed Khawaja to host a private fundraiser for a presidential candidate in 2016 and a private fundraising dinner for an elected official in 2018.
The indictment further alleges that, from June 2019 through July 2019, Khawaja obstructed a grand jury investigation of this matter in the District of Columbia. Knowing that a witness had been called to testify before the grand jury, Khawaja allegedly provided that witness with false information about Nader and his connection to Khawaja’s company. Boulos, Diab, Hill, and Whipple also are charged with obstructing the grand jury’s investigation by lying to the FBI.
Currently, Nader is in federal custody on other charges.
An indictment is not a finding of guilt. It merely alleges that crimes have been committed. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
The FBI’s Washington Field Office is investigating the case and Deputy Chief John D. Keller and Trial Attorneys James C. Mann and Michael J. Romano of the Criminal Division’s Public Integrity Section are prosecuting the case.

What we do ~ We steal Medicaid from Child Welfare, then use the funds for personal investments in land we stole from the Detroit in fake ass property tax & bogus mortgage forclosures, then snatch up the properties in the name of the tax exempt god from the fake ass Detroit Land Bank Authority, then mortgage a few times in federal grants, wiping them out in quiet titles, run the financial boon out the U.S. through children's trust funds, mostly the Ukraine, then funnel back to fund U.S. campaigns, to get chosen spokestokens elected by taking over the administrations of local & state governments, to get more crappy predictive modeling Social Impact Bond private state contracts in child welfare, where we never have to pay taxes because it is all done as a foreign takeover the U.S. in the name of the tax exempt god.

The Michigan Life Sciences Corridor (MLSC) is a $1 billion biotechnology initiative in the U.S. state of Michigan.
The MLSC invests in biotech research at four Michigan institutions: the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor; Michigan State University in East Lansing; Wayne State University in Detroit; and the Van Andel Institute in Grand Rapids.

The Michigan Economic Development Corporation administers the program. It began in 1999 with money from the state's settlement with the tobacco industry. When the program's funds distributions are completed in 2019, the goal is that the investments in high tech research will have notably expanded the state's economic base.
History
In 1998, the State of Michigan, along with 45 other states, reached the $8.5 billion Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement, a settlement with the U.S. tobacco industry.[1] Former Governor John Engler created the Michigan Life Sciences Corridor in 1999 when he signed Public Act 120 of 1999.[2] The bill appropriated money from the state's settlement with the tobacco industry to fund biotech research at four of Michigan's largest research institutions.[3]
Under the management of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, the MLSC allocated $1 billion over the course of 20 years, including $50 million in 1999 to fund research on aging.[4] The following year, the MLSC awarded $100 million to 63 Michigan universities.[5] In 2002, Governor Jennifer Granholm incorporated the MLSC into the Michigan Technology Tri-Corridor, adding funding for homeland security and alternative fuel research.[6]
In 2009, the University of Michigan added a 30-building, 174-acre (0.70 km2) North Campus Research Complex by acquiring the former Pfizer pharmaceutical corporation facility.[7]
A BioEnterprise Midwest Healthcare Venture report found that Michigan attracted $451.8 million in new biotechnology venture capital investments from 2005 to 2009.[8][9]

Cindy Estrada is serving her third four-year term as a UAW Vice President and currently heads the Fiat Chrysler and Women’s Departments.

She earned a degree in education from the University of Michigan and had planned to become a teacher. After organizing with the United Farm Workers union on an internship she was drawn to union organizing instead.

Estrada worked as a UAW Region 1A temporary organizer successfully organizing a number of Parts suppliers.  She helped organize workers at Mexican Industries in southwest Detroit in 1995, resulting in one of the UAW’s largest victories among Spanish-speaking manufacturing workers.

Estrada’s organizing ability was recognized by then UAW President Stephen P. Yokich, who appointed Estrada to the UAW International’s organizing staff in 2000.

She was soon appointed to Coordinator of Michigan organizing and ran the Michigan Organizing Center.  In 2007 UAW Vice President Terry Thurman appointed her as the Administrative Assistant over the Organizing Department. After Terry Thurman’s retirement UAW President, Ron Gettlefinger appointed Estrada as the Director of the National Organizing Department.

She was first elected UAW Vice President in 2010 and assigned to direct the unions UAW Independents, Parts and Supplier/Competitive Shop Department; Public Sector and Health care servicing department and the UAW Women’s Department. While in that role she was the lead negotiator for over 17,000 UAW workers in the State of Michigan.

Estrada also led negotiations for the Michigan Coalition of State Employee Unions, providing historic agreements protecting health care and establishing vital programs addressing privatization and workplace democracy for over 35,000 state employees.

As director of UAW Independents, Parts and Suppliers/Competitive Shop Department Estrada proudly honored the reason Walter Reuther urged the departments establishment in 1968: to use the UAW’s parts worker density to establish minimum industry-wide compensation standards in IPS contracts. This resulted in breakthrough agreements in seating and other major auto component part industries.

Four years later, she became the first woman and first Latina to lead the union’s General Motors Department.

The long-time organizer and activist is involved with many labor and community organizations. Estrada is a proud member of UAW Local 174, having worked at Impressions in Taylor, MI. She is the mother of twin 15-year-old sons, stepmother to four and grandmother of six. She is the widow of the late UAW organizer and retired Administrative Assistant Frank White.

Cindy sold out. That broke my heart.

Betsy's Team Forgot To Bleachbit Dick DeVos' Financial Disclosures From His 2006 Campaign

Did you ever wonder how Betsy DeVos personally inures herself through a public office of appointment, with confirmation and consent from the Senate?

Well, wonder no more!

Yes, it is absolutely profitable to own the program for our nation's charter schools, and make up whatever educational policies you want, just as long as it generates a profit for your foreign held corporations.

You can do the same thing for U.S. DHHS child welfare policies, too.

EDUCATION: School Re-Segregation - Brown v. Board Of Education - A Residual Of Predictive Modeling Crap Databases Of Property Ownership & Gerrymandering

And do not forget all her child welfare NGOs, along with their foreign children's trust funds.

It seems Betsy's team forgot to bleachbit her husband's campaign material when he first tried to take over Michigan and privatize it.

I was there.

I saw everything.

I even had one of those thick cotton DeVos t-shirts.

The Tale Of Why Betsy DeVos Wanted To Cut Special Olympics: Children's Trust Funds & Her Foreign Corporations

Gather round, dearies, for I shall tell the tale of why Betsy DeVos wanted to cut Special Olympics funding.

Once upon a time, Betsy came up with lots of privatized child welfare services with John Engler.

Foster care and adoption turned out to be quite the financially fruitful industry in Medicaid fraud, so they built hospitals to do more research with children because HHS was handing out lots and lots of grant money in children's research, particularly psychological and pharmaceutical, because Michigan is the only state where the State Attorney General cannot sue a pharmaceutical corporation.

Betsy said the Special Olympics cuts were needed, but she did not tell the truth as to why she wanted to slash the funding, so I will.

It is about Medicaid fraud in child welfare.

See, it goes like this.

Bethany Christian Services is moving, quite quickly I must add, to implement full scale claiming of corporate parental rights.

Instead of Special Olympics for kids, there can now be specialized services whose costs can be reimbursed through Targeted Case Management in the expansion of the Families First Act.

Yes, that is correct, when you sign up for these Public Private Partnerships to receive services for your child, that means you are poor, and, as such, shall immediately sign over all your rights, including parental rights, over to the corporate parent, where, the corporation has full control of the children's trust, like the identity, Social Security Number, EITC, to be leverage for more money, that they exfiltrate out the United States through child welfare NGOs to money launder into political campaigns.

I guess Trump did not like Betsy's plan, but hey, what do I know?

I know MiABLE is a foreign corporation  and its name is TSA Consulting Group, Inc., and it is taking all the federal funding for all these special needs children, and is going to help these kids save their money, and you can trust them because they are not even a Michigan corporation.

It looks Australian.

Yes, privatization is the real reason why Betsy wanted to cut Special Olympics funding for children.

Betsy likes to send Medicaid fraud in child welfare money to her overseas children's trusts.

Betsy is doing the work of the christian god, the residuals of the peculiar institution.

And that ends the tale of how Betsy does not realize that I just dry snitched, again.

President Donald Trump says Special Olympics will be funded after fallout with Betsy DeVos on the Hill

President Donald Trump on Thursday said the administration will fund Special Olympics following a whirlwind of criticism this week over the White House's budget proposal that had eliminated federal funding for the program.

"The Special Olympics will be funded, I just told my people," Trump told reporters outside the White House. "I want to fund the Special Olympics and I just authorized funding of the Special Olympics."

Prior to Trump's comments on Thursday afternoon, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos faced more backlash at a hearing in the morning on Capitol Hill over the Trump administration’s proposal to cut federal funding for the Special Olympics. Despite Trump's comments on Thursday afternoon, Congress is ultimately responsible for approving the budget that is proposed by the administration.
In a heated back-and-forth with Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., DeVos defended the administration’s “tough choices and decisions,” saying she did not personally approve the cuts, but forcefully pushed back against criticism.

“Let's not use disabled children in a twisted way for your political narrative,” DeVos said when answering questions from Sen. Durbin. “That is just disgusting and it's shameful.”

Durbin, in response, said the proposed cut was “shameful.”

“I am not twisting it, I asked you to answer yes or no, and you said you did not personally approve this,” Durbin said.

DeVos told the committee that she loved the Special Olympics and had contributed a portion of her salary to the organization.

Durbin went on to criticize decision-makers at the Office of Management and Budget, saying, “Whoever came up with that idea at OMB gets a Special Olympic gold medal for insensitivity.”

DeVos has faced significant backlash this week over part of the administration’s budget proposal that would eliminate $17.6 million for the Special Olympics. The full budget proposed a decrease of $7.1 billion for education funding overall.

The proposal to cut funding for the Special Olympics has been part of past Trump administration budget proposals. The chances that the budget will get passed as it is in this first iteration is highly unlikely.

On Wednesday, the chairman of the Senate appropriations subcommittee, Sen. Roy Blunt, R-Mo., issued a statement saying that the subcommittee would “not cut funding for the program."

“I'm a longtime supporter of Special Olympics and proud that Missouri is home to the largest Special Olympics training facility in the world,” Sen. Blunt wrote. "I was just at the World Games and saw, as I have many times before, what a huge impact the organization has on athletes, their families, and their communities. Our Department of Education appropriations bill will not cut funding for the program."

Dick & Betsy DeVos Create Yachting Jobs For Foster Youth

Oh dear!

Dick & Betsy's yacht was vandalized and I found out they are heavily invested in Florida real estate.

I am quite sure she will find a way of developing a cost-reimbursed, privatized, educational vocation Medicaid Cost Reimbursement high school program to pay for the wages of a foster kid who is in residential placement of one of her family's child welfare operations, to work on her yacht.

That is how she made her fame, you know.

Besides, it is no longer politically correct to apply the term of servitude to foster kids.

It reminds people of that Thirteenth Amendment.

HURON, Ohio — A boat owned by the family of U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos was vandalized over the weekend while moored at a Huron dock, according to the Huron Police Department.

The Seaquest was moored at the Huron Boat Basin, 330 Main St., according to a police report. The captain of the 163-foot yacht, worth a reported $40 million, called police at about 6 a.m. Sunday, telling them that he and the crew realized at sunrise that someone had untied Seaquest from the dock, setting it adrift.

The crew eventually got control of the yacht, but not before it struck the dock, causing an estimated $5,000 to $10,000 in damage from large scratches and scrapes, according to the police report.

Officers were searching for surveillance video that may show who untied the yacht.

Betsy DeVos was born into wealth, and also married into wealth. She's the daughter of Edgar Prince, whose Prince Corporation was incredibly successful.

Her brother is Erik Prince, notorious for his ownership of controversial private military contractors.

She married Richard DeVos, Jr., whose father started the Amway corporation, a multi-level marketing company.

They are consistently ranked some of the richest people in the world.

The Seaquest, according to a number of profiles in national publications, is one of 10 boats owned by the family.

It is registered to RDV International Marine LTD., according to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection database.

That company is at the same location as RDV Corporation, the company that manages the DeVos family's wealth.

According to superyachtfan.com, the SeaQuest can accommodate 12 guests and 12 crew members.

The super yacht is registered under a Cayman Islands flag.  (The Cayman Island is the same place for the registered corporation, Bill Clinton, Inc.)

Ms. DeVos was in northwest Ohio earlier this month to tour the Penta Career Center as well as the Lucas County Correctional Treatment program.

Her selection and tenure as secretary of Education has been harshly criticized by public school advocates, as she’s been a major funder of the ”school choice” movement.

It’s unclear why the yacht was in Huron.

A message left with an RDV Corporation representative was not returned.

A message left with officials from the City of Huron, which owns Huron Boat Basin, was also not returned.

FUN FACT! RDV Corporation owns real estate in Florida.
