How foreign corporations invade the U.S. by funding political campaigns of the intellectually dearth through fake ass foreign child welfare NGOs that come up through Public Private Partnerships to create Predictive Modeling Crap, for the purposes of ensuring more procurement of child welfare contracts, in this instance, education in Michigan, starting with Detroit, for more stealin'.

Cynthia Johnson

This is Cynthia Johnson, Michigan State Representative, District 5, known as the perpetual candidate, who happens to sit on the Committee for Families, Children & Seniors.

She did not know who I was, which speaks volumes considering she had to State Auditor in her own committee, to explain what SACWIS meant, which is at the center of an almost two decades old case of the Michigan Child Welfare System, where the state is under federal monitoring, which is subject to a federal investigation, where I am the original source, and have been blogging about for over 10 years.

That is your first indicator that she is one who would sell her soul for a check.

I was at Eleose, the local undercover christian cafe' headquarters for all the bussed in out of towners who like to roam the streets of da hood with backpacks and computers, the "Elected Ones" and up and coming community leaders.

After having Cynthia, the "Elected One" mock the way I speak, giving me directions to remove my glasses, and chastising me for being "uncooperative" for refusing to do so, I sat there, listening to her meeting with a christian community leader, who had a non-profit, and needed to recruit more Detroit students to meet the benchmarks of her grant for the Detroit Parent Network and "teach about Jesus".

So, Cynthia, the "Elected One", makes her way over to the resident cafe' christian leader to ask how to achieve this goal of getting the word of Jesus in the schools.

The response was to "just get in the school, get a classroom and do not let anyone know what you are doing."

I shivered.

She was mean to my Sweetie, too.

This is Sherry.

See Sherry promote Public Private Partnerships of foreign corporations, for the purposes of stealin' the children, the land and the votes.

She will sell a child down the river for a fashion show selfie and a plate of fried shrimp.

I watched her do it, before.

She will not allow one single word of child welfare fraud to leaver her lips for the funding keeps her in office.

She is not looking too well lately but here is the network of foreign Public Private Partnerships she is guiding through the process of stealin' more children, land and votes, through the trust funds of Detroit children's education.

She was mean to my Sweetie, too.

How do you think they all got into office.

Oups j'ai dit une betise!

Tom's daughter is Carrie Lewand Monroe, former  head honcho of the Detroit Land Bank Authority and the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority.

Carrie is over at Invest Detroit, now.

Invest Detroit grooms hackers.

Invest is also over the Detroit Public Schools privatized Education Achievement Authority of which has been surreptitiously named as the Detroit Children's Fund, a children's trust fund.

Mike Duggan has lots of experience when it comes to Detroit Children's Trust Funds.

Michigan has long and dubious history of its Children's Trust Fund, too.

And that ends another tale of the foreign christian invasion of Detroit to save the tiny human savages by stealin'.

Detroit economic development chief Tom Lewand to retire

Detroit — Tom Lewand, the city’s economic development chief for six years, plans to retire at the end of the year, city officials said Friday.

Lewand, 73, was named as group executive for jobs and the economy in January 2014. Since that time the city said he has been a chief negotiator on deals bringing more than 15,000 new jobs to the city and billions of dollars in investment.

Those projects include Fiat Chrysler’s new Mack Avenue Assembly Plant, Ford Motor Co.’s Corktown mobility campus and Flex-N-Gate's manufacturing plant.

The city also credits Lewand in playing a central role in the city bringing the Detroit Pistons back home and for leading the restructuring of the city’s job training programs.

“In 2013, Tom was retired and attending art school when I recruited him to spend a couple of years to help us rebuild the city’s planning and economic development team and to help land the first couple of deals,” Mayor Mike Duggan said in a statement Friday.  “Tom is as fine a negotiator as I’ve ever met.  He has exceeded by far every expectation I could have had for transforming Detroit’s reputation as a great place for business development.”

Duggan said he expects to hire Lewand’s successor by the end of the year.

Lewand thanked Duggan, his team and Detroit residents for the experience. He said he looks forward to retiring again.

“It’s time for me to let others take on the full-time challenge of creating new opportunities for growth in this great city and time for me to return to being a full-time husband, father and grandfather,” he said.

The announcement of Lewand's retirement comes as the city experiences a shift in leadership involving workforce development.

Earlier this month, the city announced that Nicole Sherard-Freeman was promoted to executive director for Workforce Development and that former Neighborhood Services Organization CEO Sheilah Clay was named director of training quality and retention at Detroit Employment Solutions Corporation, the city's workforce agency.
