How can the City of Detroit claim Carmack stole city land when the City of Detroit recognized that his corporation owned the land by naming them as a defendant.
Just asking because Detroit Land Bank Authority was at one time in the chain of command of the deed, even though it was licensed as a LLC with Michigan, after, long after, and forcefully dissolved by the State of Michigan?
Feel free to leave comments because I do not believe the City of Detroit understands what they have gotten themselves in another fine mess.
