I just learned that when POTUS declares a national emergency, like every POTUS has done under the Act, that POTUS can snatch up any statute and use it, whether relevant to the emergency or not.

So, I started thinking and realized that this is another transposable model on the origins of the Michigan Emergency Manager.

Yes, it was the Michigan Emergency Manager, a non-elected personae, by the name of Kevyn Orr, who was on his phone, texting Bill Schuette *Smooches*, when they tagged up on that Detroit Bankruptcy filing.

You know I saw that.

I took a screenshot.

Then, they minecrafted what is called Public Private Partnerships that sail in on their foreign UCC privateering ships, to pillage the treasuries of the land, bearing false witness of the elected offices of the children's trust, by stealin' the children, the land and the votes.

It all started in child welfare because no one cares.

Trafficking tiny humans is the residual of the peculiar institution that no one want to talk about because the proper jurisdiction is international.

Background of the Emergency Manager

I learned something else new!

Did you know under a National Emergency you can shuffle money back and forth between departments?

Neither did I.

You know why?

Because there is nothing that says the policy process has to be read into the congressional record, you know, like the congress does when they are lawmaking and stuff, which means there is no federal, historic, record, because it was administrative, under the Executive Branch...and not the Congressional Branch....with the right to redress grievance in due process in the Judicial Branch...breaching the holy tripartite trust of the posterity of this nation, the children's trust....

That is what they did to Michigan because is started with the Michigan Children's Institute, the first National Emergency Manager.

Someone is testifying as a party to a Border Wall lawsuit that "people came and and threatened them to sign over their properties" yet no one picked up on it.
