Cocktails & Popcorn: Looks Like ICE Is Doing More Than Just Deportation - Property Tax Fraud & More

ICE falls under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

ICE does more than just "deport".

DHS has been running the Absentee Voter Fraud investigations.

Former DHS Secretary, Jeh Johnson said this:

Former DHS chief warns immigrants not to open doors for ICE without a warrant

But, the next day, ICE made a visit to 13251 W. Warren Avenue, Dearborn, Michigan, where I have yet to find any Wayne County Property Tax Records....just like "those other" properties I found, but, hey, what do I know?

I, also, know we may be dealing with the most notorious "Legal Genius" (trademark pending).

I, also, know that I would love to have a carrot-orange smoothie, with a twist of lime.

ICE visit to Dearborn restaurant has residents on alert

ICE agents allegedly entered Hamido Restaurant, on Dearborn's east side, on Monday requesting to see records of employees.
http://www.hamidorestaurant.com/
Dearborn — Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents entered a Middle Eastern restaurant Monday, seeking information from owners, according to ICE and an employee.

Two ICE special agents entered Hamido Restaurant, located at 13251 W. Warren Ave., around 12:30 p.m. Monday and requested that a manager, Kassem Rizk, sign paperwork, he said.

Rizk said the agents wanted all employment records for the restaurant for the last three years. Rizk refused.

“They were very aggressive and wanted me to sign this paper releasing information to them,” he said. “I just told them no.”

There appeared to be no further ICE activity in the area, the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan said.

Rizk said the agent said it was essential he sign the papers so they could conduct their government business. He said the form had generic wording and didn’t have a court order signed by a judge.

“He told me that we were their 10th stop today,” he said. “I don’t know if he was lying to me but I sent them away.”

Rizk said the officer replied, “OK, we’ll be back in a few days.”

Form I-9 Inspection Process
Fake employees, anyone?
ICE spokesman Khaalid Walls said special agents with Homeland Security Investigations served an I-9 audit notice today at a Dearborn business. A notice of inspection, an I-9, informs business owners that ICE is going to audit their hiring records to determine whether they are complying with hiring laws. No arrests were made Monday, he said in a statement.

“HSI routinely conducts work site investigations in order to uphold federal law," Walls said. "HSI’s work site enforcement strategy continues to address both employers who knowingly hire unauthorized workers and the workers themselves. These routine efforts are ongoing and not related to other operational activity,” according to the ICE statement.

“... HSI’s work site enforcement investigations often involve additional criminal activity, such as alien smuggling, human trafficking, money laundering, document fraud, worker exploitation and/or substandard wage and working conditions.”

State Rep. Abdullah Hammoud spoke with Rizk, saying this is what they feared.

“It’s important to emphasize this isn’t something new,” Hammoud said. “ICE has used this tactic of attacking poor communities like east Dearborn with working immigrants, and we have to be prepared without panicking.”

Hammoud said ICE establishes fear in communities like Dearborn by announcing raids and entering businesses without having to launch full-scale raids.

He, other politicians and advocacy groups launched Know Your Rights efforts on social media, with key rules in multiple languages to keep residents informed.

“People need to know what they have to tell government officials and what they don’t,” Hammoud said. “We, as a community, need to stay strong together and push back against this because it’s for no justifiable reason.

“Dearborn is a beautiful diverse city and we’re strong together because of that,” he said.

Many local organizations issued statements during the weekend saying they are alarmed by anticipated raids by ICE and Department of Homeland Security agents.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan was aware of the Dearborn incident. The nonprofit is working with the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center, urging people to know their rights.

“This is the intrusive ICE activity that happens every day,” said Abril Valdes, an ACLU of Michigan Immigrant Rights staff attorney. “Our communities shouldn’t have to live in fear that parents won't come home from work, or kids won't return from school, or a knock at the door could rip a family apart.”

Post by repandylevin.
Elected officials, including U.S. Rep. Andy Levin, shared a know your rights video on  Facebook urging people who may encounter officers to not open the door without a signed judge order, consult an attorney and remain calm.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations, the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, issued a community advisory this weekend for immigrant families, warning they may be targeted by ICE this week.

The American Human Rights Council said it was  alarmed by the anticipated raids and see measures being taken “for political expediency and to score points.”

"We are deeply troubled by raids and rumors of raids," said Imad Hamad, AHRC executive director. "Democratic societies cannot operate normally under constant fear and anxiety of massive and disruptive law enforcement activity not connected to safety or the well-being of communities. It's time to stop using immigration as a political football by finding a real solution consistent with democratic values and human rights.”

Prelude To Detroit: Will Michigan Supreme Court Set Case Precedence By Allowing The Fake Ass Detroit Bankruptcy To Be Revisited Because Of Fraud Upon The Court By A Public Official?

In a nutshell, City of Dearborn agreed to purchase the land for West Dearborn Partners, L.L.C., to build residential and commercial space, while they got the money to build it.

West Dearborn Partners, L.L.C. took out a mortgage with Bank of America under a construction lien, where the bank would take the land as collateral.

West Dearborn Partners, L.L.C., filed bankruptcy after they got the mortgage, where it was discharged.

The MIED Bankruptcy Court was supposed to contact all parties to the case.

The City of Dearborn was never party to the case.

Bank of America never discharged the other parcel.

Now, through lots of litigation which probably paid off the mortgages of the attorneys on the case, it seems Scott Lites, the resident agent of the former Dearborn Partners, LL.C. was also the same attorney who was flipping properties for Mike Duggan, out the backdoor of his Make Your Date grifting op, which is the next street over, which goes by the name of Detroit Progress.

Detroit Progress got those properties from the Detroit Land Bank Authority through fake ass property taxes through the fake ass Detroit Bankruptcy, but since it looks like someone was playing around with my blog, removing certain documents, which I still have, and are public information, I will be nice and bite my tongue.

Ok, that was long enough, but I am back on the fake ass Detroit Bankruptcy.

West Dearborn never recorded the discharge of mortgage?

A bankruptcy order can be nullified?

Well, I would most definitely say that is the Michigan Supreme Court reverses the case, that would mean the fake ass Detroit Bankruptcy could be revisited, including the Emergency Manager, which is all a fraud perpetrated upon the court.

Someone needs to ask Bill *Smooches* Schuette what he has to say on the matter because there are also lots of properties in the City of Dearborn that were wiped from the property tax rolls, but I digress.

Not really.

I believe it is time to start talking about JonesDay.

Now, where is Don McGahn?

Happy Foster Care Propaganda Month: National Day Of Prayer For More Faith Based Trafficking Tiny Humans Money Laundering & Political Campaigns - Pence Forgot To Invite The First Muslim Child Placing Agency

Pence, oops, I mean, Trump wants to dole out more money for faith based foster care and adoption.

Trump, oops, I mean Pence, forgot to invite Rehab Amer and the first muslim foster care.

Support H.R.4990 - Rehab and Ahmed Amer
Foster Care Improvement Act of 2018
This is going to be painful, but I am going to call this out because I am sick of this shit.

I have been battling Rehab Amer for decades.

Image may contain: 6 people, people smiling
AMER American Muslim Empowerment & Resources
Her children were snatched because her youngest got a broken bone and bruises in the tub.

CPS snatched all her kids.

Her kid died in foster care, her parental rights were terminated and the kids adopted out.

The body was exhumed and it was found that her child had brittle bones disease.

Instead of going after the child welfare system for snatching kids and killing her child, she decides to go after the law to have muslim kids placed in muslim foster care.

That is religious discrimination.

Her kids grew up to be christian and do not want much to do with her.

I do not believe she even bothered to sue the State of Michigan, let alone go to the FBI, but, instead, she opted out for the money, faith based, that is.

So now, she has a fancy foster care operation complete with faith based donations and money laundering to be the first muslim foster care facility.

Would that mean that non-muslim children would be turned away?

Would that mean that she will start trafficking tiny humans from muslim countries?

That would be an issue of forced migration, a war crime.

Would be just like St. Vincent and Bethany Christian, who are suing Michigan, turning away same sex adoption couples, except they would turn away non-muslims?

That would be religious segregation.

That last time I checked this was all very illegal which is why I am going to call this a money laundering operation.

Why?

Because I watched it being put together by William Isaac Robinson who is now running another money laundering operation with Imad Hammad, the guy who made a pass at Rashida Tlaib and she freaked out, or rather used the moment as an optic.

William Isaac Robinson ran ops out of Judiciary Committee because I watched.

He now runs the American Human Rights Council, Inc., a domestic non-profit.

*Elisa Grubbs, the very, very, very dear friend of William Isaac Robinson, cousin to Marion Brown, did not show up for sentencing for her role in the ongoing public corruption case in Detroit.

Are these groups working together?

Well, of course, Silly!

Isaac "Fat Ass" Robinson put it all together because he is a "Legal Genius" (trademark pending).

I bet if you look really, really close, like if you squint your eyes, you will see his trademark absentee voter ballot fraud scam going on.

You know what Pookie says, "They are so obsequious".

After decades of her own struggle, Rehab Amer works to empower other families

Dearborn – The story of Rehab Amer and her husband Ahmad’s struggle to keep their children is known to many. After decades of legal battles, and eventual successes bringing the Amer Law to the state of Michigan in 2010, Amer and her community partners want to inject hope and self-determination into families across the nation.

Rehab Amer has been busy working towards building a strong non-profit organization that protects children and empowers parents.

I do not recommend continuing to this website.
According to the organization’s website, AMER, or American Muslim Empowerment Resources, will provide, “services and preventative resources, family judicial advocacy and developing of legislative initiatives for children and families in need.”

The AANews met with Amer and board member Hussein Siblini at New Yasmeen Bakery last week to discuss their important work of keeping families united and preventing children from being put into the foster care system where they could go through unchecked abuse or trauma.

Amer’s work, like the law she helped enact, seeks to bring cultural and religious sensitivity back into common sense childcare decisions made by the state and local authorities. More importantly, she has been actively working to advocate for families and ensure that Amer law is observed in judicial proceedings in foster care cases.

“I am a nurse and I left my job after hearing of the overwhelming need, from the community and from outside of it, for someone to be there for them during a potential child separation procedure,” Amer said.

“Our work is even more important when it comes to refugees, who may not speak the language,” she added. “If such a family comes (to this country) with seven or eight children and just one of them gets involved in the protective services system, the state will automatically want to remove all other children as well.”

Amer and her colleagues have a variety of strategies in place to prevent such summary removals and separations. The first of these is seeking out potentially risky family environments, especially in immigrant and refugee homes where cultural norms can be misinterpreted by state authorities as hazardous for children.

“There is a cultural barrier when it comes to these cases,” Siblini said. “A lack of knowledge on the part of Child Protective Services of cultural practices can lead to unfair judgments and child care assessments.”

Amer has personally intervened in several such cases and has helped bring welfare services and much needed resources to families who have had children taken from them, so that they do not face the same threat with the rest of their children.

In cases where children are to be put into foster care, Amer advocates for the next of kin or Muslim foster parents to take the child, following the Amer law.

“I currently have a 6-year-old in my care,” she added. “The importance of having a safe and fit family for a child can make a tremendous difference in his or her emotional life.”

Reflecting on her work, Amer noted that the legal procedure in these cases is often rushed.

“In my interventions I make sure the interpreter to refugee parents is communicating information accurately,” she said. “In some instances, we found that case workers did not inform the court that the family had relatives willing to take care of the child. I make sure to bring these relatives to court so that the judge can see the entire picture.”

Last February, U.S. Rep. Debbie Dingell (D-Dearborn) introduced HR 4990, the Rehab and Ahmed Amer Foster Care Improvement Act of 2018. The legislation would require state foster care programs nationwide to ensure children are prioritized for placement with their relatives and puts additional requirements in place for a fairer decision-making process when an agency places a child.

Additionally, the legislation would require states to establish procedures that would allow any of the parties who receive notice of the placement decision to request, within five days after receipt of the notice, documentation explaining the reasons for the state’s decision.

It would also allow the child’s attorney to petition the court to review the decision and require that the court commence a review within seven days after receipt of the petition.

“This legislation needs nationwide support to pass,” Amer said. “I am urging the community to reach out to their state representatives and request their support by cosponsoring the bill with Congresswoman Dingell.”

The AMER Foundation is currently in the process of getting licensed to become an approved foster care agency. Amer also plans to grow the non-profit to expand its advocacy operations nationwide.

“We need the assistance and support of our community in order to make this vision a reality,” she said. “I would ask all parents, Muslim or not, to look into their hearts and see that the child’s best interest is to keep them close to their loved ones. I invite others to advocate with me in court, provide much needed resources to refugee parents and families and donate to the AMER Foundations mission to empower families.”

Donations and khums can be made at //www.amerfostercare.org/donate.html

According to Wikipedia, a khums is a religious tax from the booty of war to take care of the orphans.

In Islamkhums (Arabicخمس‎ Arabic pronunciation: [xums], literally 'one fifth') refers to the required religious obligation of any Muslims to pay one-fifth of their acquired wealth from certain sources toward specified causes. It is treated differently in Shia and Sunni Islam. This tax is paid to the imam, caliph or sultan, representing the state of Islam,[1][2] for distribution between the orphans, the needy, and the [stranded] traveler.[3]In Sunni Islam tradition, the scope of khums tax has been ghanim, which is defined as the spoils of war. In Shia Islam tradition, states Abdulaziz Sachedina, the scope of khums tax has included, (1) booty (al-ghanima), (2) objects obtained from the sea (al-ghaws), (3) treasure (al-kanz), (4) mineral resources (al-ma'adin), (5) gainful earnings (arbaah al-makaasib, business profits), (6) the lawful (al-halaal) which has become mixed up with the unlawful (al-haraam), and (7) land which is transferred from a Muslim to a dhimmi (a free non-Muslim who is protected by a treaty of surrender) by the latter's purchase of it.[2][4] The recipients of the collected khums have been the descendants of Muhammad and the Islamic clergy.[5][6]Khums is a 20% tax that must be paid on all items regarded as ghanima (Arabicالْغَنيمَة‎, booty seized with war). There are differing legal traditions within Islam about what constitutes ghanima, and thus how far-reaching khums should be. In some jurisdictions, khums included a 20% tax paid on business profit and on minerals extracted in regions under the control of the state. Khums is different and separate from other Islamic taxes such as zakat and jizya.[1][7]
Taxation without representation or money laundering into political campaign committees?

A wise one would amalgamate to two and follow the money to the United Arab Emeritus.

Looks Like FBI Has Been Running Up On Real Estate Fraud

Funny story.

I had just published a similar story on an FBI raid on a house in Virginia, but the criminal complaint detailed specifics.

So, in keeping with my mission, I felt it was only proper to preserve this raid.

When the raid went down, rumors began to encircle the Detroit gossip circles about what had happened and who was involved.

So, instead of listening to rumors, I just went ahead and did a deep dive.

I pulled the address of the home and found out that it was removed from the property tax rolls of the City of Dearborn and Wayne County Treasurer.

Then I found out the entire block was removed from the property tax rolls.

Then I remembered another "Elected One" who had his home raided by the FBI, where there was no published complaint at the time, but I thought I would deep dive the story, also.

Lo and behold, there were no property tax rolls for the entire street with the Wayne County Register of Deeds, nor were there any records with its respective city.

Then, it dawned on me, there could only be one connection in dealing with computer files.

FBI ran up on some real estate fraud and I bet it had something to do with the Detroit Land Bank Authority as Donna Shalala is all over Detroit.

I am going to stop there because there are some Meanies out there who like to do mean things, like ruining my day to foil their sad little plots, when I could be writing another salacious chapter of my epic romance.

But hey, what do I know?

FBI raid in Dearborn involves national FBIsecurity, but not a planned terror attack

636320094983585095-dearborn.jpegA late-night FBI raid in Dearborn involves a national security issue, but it's not about a planned terrorist attack or explosives or anyone locally, the Free Press has learned.

According to a source familiar with the operation , the Thursday raid at a house in Dearborn appears to have nothing to do with metro Detroit or the young adult male who lives in house that was raided.

That person was not in the home at the time of the raid and no charges are imminent, the source said, noting it is not clear whether that person has been detained by authorities.

According to multiple sources, the FBI in Detroit is working with the FBI in another state about a national security issue.

For ex-FBI chief Andy Arena, who was the former head of terrorism operations in Detroit, national security means one of two things: "It tells me it's either a terrorism case, or B, an espionage spying case," Arena said, noting if it were an explosives case, the raid would have involved bomb-sniffing dogs and nearby neighbors would have been evacuated.

Neither of those things happened, which, for Arena, suggests they went looking for the following: "They likely went in there looking for people or records or computers, cell phones, iPhones, those types of things," Arena said.

"What they're doing now is they are looking at what they took from there — the people, the evidence — and they're trying to decipher it. 'Where does it fit?' "

Arena said he understands why the FBI is being tight-lipped about the operation. "Obviously, the public wants to know what's going on, but the last thing law enforcement wants to do is mess up an ongoing investigation," Arena said.

Mary Laundroche, director of public information for the City of Dearborn, issued this statement: "The city is directing inquiries to the FBI, as it is their investigation. We have been told that there is no danger to our community."

The operation wrapped up just before midnight Thursday at the home on the 7200 block of Jonathon Street. Detroit's FBI spokesperson Tim Wiley declined to comment on specifics of the operation, stating only: "FBI personnel (were) on scene conducting a law enforcement operation.

There is no threat to public safety." On Friday, the home appeared no different from neighboring residences.

There was a football in the driveway and flower pots near the front door, but nobody answered. A neighbor who declined to give her name said she saw law enforcement officers Thursday evening surrounding the house and removing boxes.

But she didn't see anyone taken into custody.

The woman first saw the officers there at about 5:30 p.m., and they didn't leave until about midnight.

She said she used to live in an upper unit at the residence, and that the people who live there are a man with two children. Recently, the man's father had come to visit.

The woman declined to give more details on the neighbors but said it's a safe, quiet neighborhood. More details about the raid were expected to be released sometime today, though the FBI has indicated new information may not be forthcoming until this weekend.
