Prelude To Detroit: The Tale Of Why Peter Duke & Tracy Connors Suck - Stealin' The Children, Land & Vote The GO BLUE - Detroit Land Bank Authority Model

He is the political fashion photographer to all the co-conspirator stars of the 2016 election interference.

I would never have ever given him a second thought to his existence, but he attempted to summon the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed, without going through the proper prayers, while contemporaneously invoking the names of Cernovich and Ali Alexander, in the same video, as 2016 election interference experts, which gave me all indicators that he is of similar ilk of these same vile creatures, for they were all mean to my Sweetie.

He said "#MeToo".

This means he knows my blog, leaving him no excuse to continue promulgating false claims in the public record for the purposes of cloaking the industry of trafficking tiny humans.

That is what I call dark magic because we have something called due process in this land, where, prayers are peaceably delivered to the individual who has received the transfer of the one's voice, through the vote.

This means, if there is a situation where one finds transgressions upon government, or with governance, there exists formal mechanisms, either through the administrative process of grievance to one's elected representative in request for constituency services to report such actions, or, in an exhaust of administrative remedy, in court of law, under oath of the seal, in bearing witness.

Alas, Peter likes to make modern day codexes, which is not included the formal process of heraldry, or rather preservation of the record, like what Jorge just did in beatification, for the posterity of society, under oath, because his endeavours are devoid of being granted a seal, or rather a crowdsourcing of manufactured, edited evidence, of false claims, which begs the question to the national sources of his funding.

So, I looked up to see if he had registered as a foreign agent under FARA.

The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) was enacted in 1938. FARA requires certain agents of foreign principals who are engaged in political activities or other activities specified under the statute to make periodic public disclosure of their relationship with the foreign principal, as well as activities, receipts and disbursements in support of those activities.  Disclosure of the required information facilitates evaluation by the government and the American people of the activities of such persons in light of their function as foreign agents. The FARA Unit of the Counterintelligence and Export Control Section (CES) in the National Security Division (NSD) is responsible for the administration and enforcement of FARA.

Due to health concerns regarding COVID-19, the FARA Public Office will be closed until further notice. Should you need access to information that is unavailable online, please contact the FARA Unit at fara.public@usdoj.gov for assistance.

I did not find any seals so I looked up his NGO association and found this.

And, I found this...

2008 is the last filing for Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation

Then, I found this, where the Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation seems to have gone through the Corporate Shape Shifting metamorphis to magically become the USC Shoah Foundation Institute, because I could not produce any state or federal corporate findings, nor UCC, to demonstrate the contrary to my premise that the corporate parental right to keep and bear the arms of the United States were terminated,  which automatically led me to experience a severe episode of Post Traumatic Fraud Disorders, because I have just found myself another one of those transposable models, like the Detroit Land Bank Authority and the Clinton Foundation, where they like to use big institutions like banking or universities to launder money out the country through those glorious tiny human trust funds transposable models, like Michigan State University, University of Michigan, Grand Valley State, and the many other universities which are at the threshold of a SCOTUS review.

https://businesssearch.sos.ca.gov/

Then, I found lots of living and dead trademarks, which automatically demonstrates that there was some serious trafficking tiny humans operations going on, because I can see the transposable model.

May 13, 2015, 10:07 ET

DETROIT, May 13, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Steven Spielberg, founder of USC Shoah Foundation – The Institute for Visual History and Education, will present William Clay Ford, Jr., executive chairman of Ford Motor Company, with the Institute's Ambassador for Humanity Award at the organization's annual gala, taking place this year in Detroit on Sept. 10. Ford will be recognized for his leadership and corporate citizenry around education and community. Mickey Shapiro, real estate developer and longstanding member of the Institute's Board of Councilors, is the event's co-chairman. The gala vice chairs and benefit committee will comprise leaders from the local community and from around the nation.

The September gala will provide the opportunity to highlight the Institute's global work in making the 53,000 audio-visual interviews with survivors and witnesses of the Holocaust and other genocides in its Visual History Archive a compelling voice for education and action.

USC Shoah Foundation has a long history in Michigan and with Ford Motor Company, which was the sole sponsor of the 1997 NBC broadcast of the Academy Award® winning "Schindler's List,"' the film that inspired the establishment of the Institute. The Institute collected 335 testimonies with Holocaust survivors and witnesses in the Detroit area, with local videographers and interviewers specially trained for the job.

The Visual History Archive is also available on two campuses in Michigan, University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and University of Michigan - Flint.

The event will also shine a light on the emerging partnership between USC Shoah Foundation and Ford Motor Company to expand the Institute's IWitness educational platform in the Detroit area. IWitness brings the first-person stories of survivors and witnesses of genocide from the Institute's Visual History Archive to students via multimedia-learning activities that are accessible via Macs, PCs, iPads, and tablet devices connected to the Internet.

They all have trafficking tiny humans trust funds
Currently, 100 educators in Michigan – and over 6,500 globally – use IWitness. In addition, more than 250 educators in Michigan, and over 15,000 nationally, have been trained on Echoes and Reflections, a multimedia Holocaust curriculum developed by the Institute and partners, the Anti-Defamation League and Yad Vashem.

This is that database David Whelan, brother of Paul Whelan, the one who did the Clinton Foundation
database, set up the University of Michigan library system for the State of Michigan, where I still have access, as soon as I update my stuff, because I am pretty damn sure I worked on the initial stages of the design out University of Michigan Dearborn with my Psychobabies. This is a human asset management database of identities, where, you can search for the right made up crap to formally present as evidence because they make up the facts through the use of predictive modeling crap. I am having another Post Traumatic Fraud Seizure...

A significant portion of the proceeds raised at the gala will remain in the region, where the funds will be utilized for educational programs in secondary schools.

This is code for Detroit Children's Fund where they probably invested in some of those Detroit Land Bank Authority properties so they could run merrily through the streets of Detroit, creating and flipping those fake ass TARP mortgages because it is in partnership with USC and University of Michigan, just like how the Emergency Manager Law of Jones Day was implemented after it was generated out of those fake ass Public Private Partnerships like with Kevyn Orr and the PriceWaterHouse USC School of Public Policy that utilized that Archdiocese of Detroit model to go a-stealin' the children, land & vote.....I got some serious boos boos I am putting on my special "honey do" list.

Steven Spielberg, founder of USC Shoah Foundation and chairman of the Ambassadors gala said, "Working with Bill Ford and Ford Motor Company to further explore ways to share the work of the Institute with the people of Michigan is a wonderful opportunity. Reaching people when they're young is the key to changing the world with testimony. IWitness and its ability to deliver tolerance education to the Detroit region gives me great hope that together we can affect significant change. The commitment of Bill Ford and Ford Motor Company to support new approaches to learning, to provide scholarships, and to help deserving students attain higher education, makes him a great ambassador, and I am proud to recognize him for his efforts."

Behold, the trafficking of tiny humans, straight out Detroit.

FUN FACT! THE FORD MOTOR COMPANY IS UNDER A FEDERAL COLLABORATIVE INVESTIGATION PERTAINING TO THESE AFOREMENTIONED ACTIVITIES

"The USC Shoah Foundation stands as an enormous point of pride for USC, and has seen its efforts advanced greatly through the support of individuals and organizations that recognize its value as a truly transformational tool for education. Mr. Ford is a visionary leader who understands the contribution that USC Shoah Foundation makes to the world, and we are honored to recognize him for his corporate citizenry and leadership," said University of Southern California President C. L. Max Nikias.

"I am so pleased that USC Shoah Foundation will be joining forces with Ford Motor Company and the local Detroit community to explore new ways to utilize IWitness as an educational tool, and endeavor to reach a growing number of educators and students across the Detroit region," said USC Shoah Foundation Executive Director Stephen D. Smith.

Now, meet Tracy Connors, of whom there is scant information about, which leads me to question the content of her character and her allodial attachment to a land.

Tracy may not know this, but she just entered her testimony into the public record on the history of the Civil Rights movement in the United States with the Black Panthers Foundation, which is now called the Dr. Huey P. Newton Foundation, and its journey to Cuba and back, which just so happens to have had its parental rights to keep and bear the arms of the United States, terminated, just like the Shoah Corporate Shape Shifter.

And, on that note, I need to take a personal moment because Peter impugned my intelligence, which is never a very wise thing to do, which is why he sucks, and so does Tracy, until she can disprove my claims, under oath, in bondage of her body and spirit, because the cases of USC, et al trafficking tiny humans Trust Funds are already in SCOTUS, where we are going all out, old school, full maternal.

The Tale Of Detroit FBI Serendipity - Wayne State University, Bill Clinton, Gerrymandering & Medicaid Fraud In Child Welfare

How serendipitous!

Bill Clinton, of Tenet Health interests, will be here, in Detroit, for The Death of Conyers.

Perhaps, the FBI could ask Bill about what he and Mike Duggan did with all that Medicaid funding that was supposed to go to help "The Poors" who ended up producing defective goods (a.k.a. infant mortality) for their foreign, privatized, human asset management systems to make Wayne State University #1 in the world for perinatal research.

Perhaps, FBI could ask Mike about what happens when a generation is lost.

Oh, wait.

When a generation is killed off for the purposes of maximization of revenues, because NGOs are not supposed to generate profit, you get programs like Make Your Date, because we cannot call it a NGO, as it never incorporated, just like the Detroit Land Bank Authority, which Bill Clinton could do a few interviews for "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth) of Detroit who have yet to be killed off for lack of access to health care because they were stealin' the children, land & votes.

I wonder who is going to represent the FBI for the funeral, just a jurisdictional question, but hey, what do I know?

I know someone from the FBI should definitely interview Hillary Clinton, because she may be eulogizing her 2020 campaign with The Grieving Widow of Conyers at the funeral, you know, for purposes of posterity, and all.

FBI corruption team hovers as politics roil Wayne State

M. Roy Wilson, president of the Wayne State University, is shown here in March.
Roy Wilson
Detroit — Infighting at Wayne State University over the use of public dollars for physicians who treat the poor has attracted the attention of the FBI public corruption task force, The Detroit News has learned.

After several WSU doctors accused the university earlier this year of skimming money that was owed to them, the FBI approached several people, two sources told The News.

Among those interviewed was Michael Busuito, a member of the WSU's Board of Governors who is part of a faction that has called for President M. Roy Wilson to leavethe university. A source said a Detroit FBI agent questioned Busuito about how funds flow in a program aimed at increasing health care access to Medicaid patients.

A lawsuit filed last month framed the issues at stake: Wilson, along with former Vice President of Health Affairs David Hefner, allegedly withheld and diverted more than $330 million over six years from doctors treating Medicaid patients "to mask WSU's mounting financial losses," according to the complaint.

The lawsuit alleges that the funds were diverted in part to financially cripple the University Physician Group, a medical practice group affiliated with Wayne State, as university officials planned to make the Henry Ford Health System the school's primary medical partner.

The Sept. 19 lawsuit was filed in the Michigan Court of Claims by University Pediatricians, a group representing hundreds of physicians, which six months ago accused the university of skimming more than $60 million in Medicaid funds. The pediatricians practice group left WSU and aligned with Central Michigan University several months ago.

There is no indication that the FBI has opened a formal investigation, which would let agents issue subpoenas to compel testimony and document production. An FBI spokeswoman declined comment.

But the FBI's inquiries add to the growing pressure on Wilson, who faces a sharply divided Board of Governors that has blocked the university's planned tie-up with Henry Ford, publicly squabbled over his future and faced off in court.

Wilson, who became WSU's 12th president in 2013, declined to comment for this story, but he has said numerous times that the funds were  allocated appropriately from the  Medicaid Public Entity Physician Payment Adjustment Program (PEPPAP), a state/federal effort to help Medicaid patients get access to specialty services.

"Neither the state nor the Medicaid Health Plans impose requirements specifying how each public entity is to allocate PEPPAP funds to meet the goal of improving access to specialty and sub-specialty providers for Medicaid patients," Wilson wrote on April 15 to the faculty.

"Whether or not the Wayne State School of Medicine has the legal standing to keep part of the PEPPAP funds to achieve the intent of the authorizing legislation is not a debatable question. It does," Wilson continued. "The question of whether the amount kept is appropriate or not is a related, yet different issue that should be addressed. It is important and cannot be adjudicated through the media."

Wilson also called on the  Michigan Department of Health and Human Services to hire an outside expert to review Wayne State's past and current practices of using the Medicaid funds.

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services hired accounting firm Myers and Stauffer this month for $168,000 to do a review of Wayne State's funds that is expected to be completed by September 2020, said department spokeswoman Lynn Sutfin.

For an additional $399,000, the firm will review six other Michigan institutions that participate in the program, which awards government dollars to shore up physicians’ payments after treating patients on Medicaid, which are typically small reimbursements.

Matt Lockwood, spokesman for Wayne State, said this week that no one he has spoken to in the university's administration had been contacted by the FBI about the Medicaid funds, and none of them were aware of Busuito being interviewed.

"But we are confident that any review of the PEPPAP program — including the ongoing state audit of all public entities that we initiated —  will find that the university has used the funds appropriately," Lockwood said.

Hefner, who no longer works at Wayne State, declined comment on the lawsuit, saying, "The litigation stands on its own or lack thereof. Let the court decide."

As for the FBI asking questions, Hefner said: "I have no knowledge related to the FBI."

In the background of the lawsuit and the FBI inquiry is the ongoing difficulties between WSU, with a mission to teach and do research, and the Detroit Medical Center, owned by the for-profit Tenet Healthcare.

Wayne State's medical school has faced numerous challenges in recent years, including a $29 million deficit spread among it and two affiliates in 2015 and a citation that year from the Liaison Committee for Medical Education, which said WSU needed to improve its diversity and 11 other areas in the medical school to avoid losing its accreditation.

For decades, Wayne State's primary medical partner has been the DMC, but the university has been actively seeking a new partner; WSU officials say the DMC has not been willing to invest in the university's academic mission.

The university's negotiations with Henry Fordwere torpedoed earlier this year by several WSU board members, including Busuito. Wilson hinted two weeks ago during his state of the university address that talks could be resurrected because "it’s an elected board and there are changes all the time."

At the center of both dramas is Busuito, the Troy plastic surgeon who said Wilson maneuveredhim out of a leadership role with the University Physicians Group, a claim that Lockwood disput.

Busuito then ran and won election in November 2016 to the Board of Governors, which oversees Wayne State. Busuito leads the faction that wants Wilson out, which includes WSU Governors Sandra Hughes O'Brien and Dana Thompson. Another member, Anil Kumar, has sometimes voted with that group.

Busuito, who says he has acquaintances in the FBI but not in the Detroit office, declined to discuss whether  he had been questioned by the FBI.

But he told The News: “If there was no wrongdoing, then nobody should be fearful of (the) FBI. ...”

The alleged inappropriate diversion of funds ran from 2012-18 and involved Wilson, Hefner and "others known and unknown" withholding or converting money owed to University Pediatricians and other provider groups, according to the lawsuit. Wilson became president in August 2013 and Hefner joined the university in June 2015.

The suit alleged a "scheme" involving the Wayne State UPG, a group representing about 250 physicians, many of whom are on the Wayne State University Medical School faculty and work at teaching hospitals including the DMC.

At Wayne State, approximately $100 million to $125 million annually in Medicaid funding has historically been distributed to doctors by the University Physician Group.

UPG declared bankruptcy in November, a move that raised questions about how the federal funds are distributed by physician practices that aren't part of the University Physician Group but still depend on Wayne State and UPG to hand over their Medicaid enhancement payments.

Busuito said an important issue in the PEPPAP funding is something known as institutional adjustment. For every PEPPAP dollar earned by a physician, a small percentage goes to the medical school for a dean’s tax to support research and teaching.

Another small percentage goes for administrative costs. In total, about 12% is diverted from PEPPAP to cover those costs, Busuito said, and the UPG disperses the rest of the funds to the doctors.

When Hefner was an administrator at WSU, he made a unilateral decision to divert more than 12% in PEPPAP funds to the university, the issue that is now in question, said Busuito.

From 2012-18, Wayne State received more than $810 million in payments from the state, distributed less than half — $402 million — to medical providers and kept the rest "to which it was plainly not entitled," according to the lawsuit.

Wayne State withheld approximately $331 million of the $402 million for institutional adjustments between 2012 and 2018, even though the money belonged to University Pediatricians and other medical providers, according to the lawsuit.

During the alleged scheme, Wayne State's medical school, a related nonprofit and UPG were "hemorrhaging tens of millions of dollars due to what Hefner described as 'financial mismanagement' and budget cuts," University Pediatricians attorneys Avery Williams and Juan Mateo wrote in the lawsuit.

In 2015, the Liaison Committee on Medical Education put the university on probation, partly because of its finances, according to the lawsuit.

"Upon information and belief, WSU engaged in concerted activity with WSU executives, including defendants Wilson and Hefner who directed the taking of these institutional adjustments and directed that these takings be concealed from the provider groups, including (University Pediatricians)," the lawyers wrote in the lawsuit.

The FBI questions come as Wayne State University has been on a roller coaster of controversies during the past year, including complaints to the nation’s higher education accreditation agency and the departure of Hefner and many consultants for the university.

“The shambles that have resulted from the Wilson-Hefner regime have created a lot of discord and anxiety in our physician groups,” Busuito said, “and I think that the only way we can bring it back together and run it efficiently like it had been years ago is to get to the bottom of what happened with the finances.”

Lockwood declined to address any of the issues.

"We are not going to get into this until the state completes its audit," he said. "We are just going to fall back on that and let the state clear us and show that everything has been done above board."

When Rashida Tlaib & Her DNC Reparations Stealin' Talking Points Go Horribly Wrong

Image result for prince archie
"Will Prince Archie get a reparations check, too?"
FOX 2, or anyone with a camera rolling, should ask Rashida, "What is your measurement used to determine if someone is African-American."

That should be fun.

Will there be any due process to challenge being omitted from this reparations check classed based animus?

I will ask her.

After all, she is the best person to represent African-Americans when it comes to discrimination of due process.

Gotta have an operationalized tool of measurement when it comes to handing out those reparations economic development contracts.

TARP ran out, you know.

Then, there is that pesky issue with identifying individuals who are not formally recognized as U.S. citizens, or have multiple identities, or victims of child trafficking, or are brought as foreign political operatives....oh, the list of legally established measurable variables goes on and on for those privatized local governments known as sanctuary cities.

Which foreign corporation is the administrator of record of the data?

DPD Chief Craig outraged at Rashida Tlaib's race remarks

DETROIT (FOX 2) - Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib told Chief James Craig on Monday that analysts who work with the facial recognition software should be African-American only.

It is something Tlaib, a lawyer, later told FOX 2 wouldn't even be legal to hire someone solely on race.

Chief James Craig is not mincing words.

On Monday Tlaib said in a Detroit News online video: "Also, analysts need to be African-Americans, not people that are not. No, it happens all the time, it is true. I think non-African-Americans think African-Americans all look the same."

Craig responded in that video saying, "I trust people who are trained. Regardless of race, regardless of gender."

FOX 2: "Are her comments racist?"

"I think they are racist, I don't know (if) we can call it what we want," Craig said Wednesday.

Chief James Craig is not mincing words after showing how the hotly debated facial recognition technology works to the congresswoman who has been adamantly against it.

Her concerns are regarding the reliability in identifying people of color.

"The facial recognition software is racist in itself," Tlaib said.

The Detroit News was rolling when Tlaib said analysts who work to identify potential criminals with the software should be African American…not, non-African American.

"It's a double standard," Craig said. "Certainly as the police chief of this city, if I had made a similar comment, people would be outraged and they would be calling for my resignation."

FOX 2: "Do you wish you would have said it differently?"

"I'm trying to say it needs to be reflective and if you look at the video I think you can see I'm trying to respectfully disagree," Tlaib said.

Tlaib cited several studies for support on how people of one race identify another.

"The science supports what I'm saying," Tlaib said.

FOX 2: "I'm not asking what the science is saying I'm asking what you're saying?"

"I repeated what the science said," Tlaib said. "I think if you talk, not just to me ... "

FOX 2: "The science says that black analysts should be hired?"

"No," she said. "It says there are mistaken people that cannot identify African-Americans, no, no, no, it's okay, we aren't going to get into an argument about this.

"Please ask African-Americans in my district."

Craig says the software is one tool for investigators and although it isn't 100 percent accurate, trained analysts fill in the gaps.

"I'm not even going to try and understand why the comments were made," Craig said. "Let's just simply say it was improper, it wasn't right and we should be talking about other things."

Tlaib says many of her constituents are against facial recognition - that's why she has been so outspoken. She is actually behind two bills to ban the technology and prevent the cameras from going into public housing.
