The Tale Of Jamie & Sarah Raskin, Dan Kildee, TARP, Trafficking Tiny Humans & Detroit Land Bank Authority

Gather round, my Dearies, for the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed shall tell the tale of Jamie Raskin and why he was mean to my Sweetie.

Once upon a time, Jamie Raskin had a campaign event with Alexandrian Ocasio-Cortez.

I have never in my life experienced a Negro Spirituals political campaign troupe singing to the tune of Klezmer music, but there is always a first for everything.

Democracy Summer

Anyway, Jamie has this PAC to support his campaigns and those of his fellow colleagues, called Democracy Summer.

It looks like a trafficking tiny humans operation.

Democracy Summer is a one-of-a-kind political Democratic Fellowship that teaches high school and college students the nuts-and-bolts of political organizing, the arts of electoral mobilization, the critical issues of the day, and the history of progressive political change. Our mission in 2019 is to deploy Democracy Summer Fellows to help Democratic candidates win key elections in swing districts, especially to take back Virginia's state legislature and help call voters in pivotal special elections like North Carolina's 9th U.S. House District.

On may 26, 2019, Democracy Summer was not in good standing with the State of Maryland, until today, September 12, 2019.

Noah Raskin, of unknown relation with Jamie, is the Chief Financial Officer of ASCD, is listed in the Articles of Incorporation for the Democracy Summer Leadership PAC, inc.

Max Maccoby
Max Maccoby incorporated Democracy Summer Leadership PAC.

Max has previously represented David Brock.

David Brock has a history with CREW.

Max has a history defending False Claims actions in Medicare fraud and TARP.

Jamie's wife, Sarah Bloom Raskin just so happens to also have a background in TARP because she sat on the Board of Governors for the Federal Reserve when TARP was being laundered through the Treasury of the State of Michigan, through the Michigan Emergency Manager, to the Michigan State Housing and Development Authority, to the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority, to the Detroit Land Bank Authority.

Sarah was there for the creation of the first Land Bank in the U.S., the Genesse County Land Bank Authority, which captured all the foreclosed homes in Flint during the Water Crisis, spearheaded by Dan Kildee.

Sarah should know Don McGahn and Neil Barofsky, too.

Sarah Bloom Raskin

  • Governor, Board of Governors, 2010–2014
Sarah Bloom Raskin took office as a member of the Board of Governors on October 4, 2010, to fill an unexpired term ending January 31, 2016.  She resigned on March 13, 2014.
Raskin received a bachelor’s degree in economics (magna cum laude) from Amherst College and earned a law degree from Harvard Law School.

During her career, Raskin has served both the public and private sectors. Early in her career, she worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Joint Economic Committee of the Congress. She was later managing director at the Promontory Financial Group. She also served as the banking counsel for the US Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.

This is not Jamie & Sarah's daughter,
but I bet she
"Butina-ed" him.
Before her appointment to the Board of Governors, Raskin was the commissioner of financial regulation for the State of Maryland. In this capacity, Raskin and her agency were responsible for regulating an array of interconnected financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, and trust companies, among others. Under her leadership, the commissioner’s office played an early and multifaceted role in the state’s response to the financial crisis. This included reforming through legislation; regulation; examination and supervision; the foreclosure process; combating foreclosure rescue and loan modification scams; and elevating licensing, lending, and servicing standards.

Raskin is married and has three teenage children.

Speaking of children, Max Maccoby has a trafficking tiny humans trust fund called "Friends of the Orphans", which is generating about $20,000,000 a year in grants and tax exempt contributions, as reported in 2017, where about $10,000,000 goes to compensation of its officers who probably end up contributing to Jamie's and his rogue ass crew's re-election campaigns for the purposes of procuring votes on Judiciary and other stuff.
https://www.nphusa.org/
NPH USA, formerly Friends of the Orphans, transforms the lives of vulnerable children in Latin America and the Caribbean by supporting the homes, health services and educational programs of Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPH, Spanish for “Our Little Brothers and Sisters”).

Together, we help children overcome poverty and become leaders in their own communities. Founded in 1954, NPH is fully supporting nearly 3,100 boys and girls in Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua and Peru. An additional 3,200 community children receive scholarships, meals, health care and other support. More than 114,000 services were provided through community outreach programs in 2018.

And the moral of the story is, "Do not be mean to my Sweetie. Period."

Jamie "Gigas" Raskin Knows He Is To Be Cast Out The Heavens On Being Judged Under Blasphemy, Heresy and Apostasy Laws

"Upon being cast from the heavens
in termination of the parental right
to bear the arms of the United States,
for talking shit, Jamie Gigas is going
to be judged by the people who vote
on what his shit talking did to their
children."
One of my Cyber Goddesses asked me the following question:

"What is Raskin going for here?"

Jamie is one of the "co-conspirators" of the real coup. Remember, Trump is the Accidental President....

The Tale Of Jamie & Sarah Raskin, Dan Kildee, TARP, Trafficking Tiny Humans & Detroit Land Bank Authority

This is about Gerrymandering, Child Welfare, Judiciary, TARP - Detroit and Michigan, and lots and lots of other historic stuff no one has ever, ever recorded in the annals of history, but me.

Dilly, dilly!

Let's impeach so Trump can present his "Witness under Protection of the Highest Authority".

But who is the "Whistleblower under Protection of the Highest Authority"?

There is a hashtag for it.

“It’s hard to think of a more central question as it relates to religious liberty,” Rep. Jamie Raskin, Maryland Democrat, said in support of a House resolution that calls for the global repeal of blasphemy, heresy and apostasy laws."

Jamie is pushing this because he knows the heavens shall fall and his nasty ass, along with the rest of the lot, are going to be prosecuted for blasphemy, heresy and apostasy including Emperor Pence and his crew, of which Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi and Rashida Tlaib are in, too.

Raskin sits on Judiciary and did not say a muthafukkin thing to stop the coup.

He did not even show up for the Ghetto Ass Funeral or had two shits of a consideration to even drop a twat, [Twitter for those just now joining us.].

He said nothing which has left the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed displeased, for quite some time, now, and that is not a very good thing to do.

Elected Officials are held to a higher standard of ethics which is the Second Amendment.

They are first defrocked through uncloaking, which is the impeachment.

By what right does Jamie Gigas have to hold office?

Once they are removed from office through due process, the impeachment, they are then cast from the heavens to be tried on the land, by the laws of man.

Statutes, Codes, Rules.

These are the frauds that can be effectuated when the heavens fall, or rather a legal bifurcation of jurisdiction, similar to what some may know as the ascension or elevation of the appeals process.

The Second Amendment is the descension, converse, a due process of the people to remove an elected official from office to be tried by the people.

A grand jury is an official body, an arm of the court where the members possess the right to vote, to indict or not indict. The impeachment is the evidentary process for the grand jury.

You are in my realm. Stick with me kids, the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed shall narrate, and soon, livestream, when the heavens fall.

We also are facing a constitutional crisis which is another unlocked mechanism for the heavens to fall.

Here are the laws of the heavens.

They all breached an oath of office, with a specificity of those who are officers of the court, more intuitively understood as an attorney, to protect the children's trust.

Get to know them.

Raskin, international observers call for end to blasphemy legislation across globe

Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., asks a question of Corey Lewandowski, the former campaign manager for President Donald Trump, during a House Judiciary Committee hearing, Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019, in Washington. (AP Photo/Jacquelyn Martin)
"We are stripping voting rights from the heavens because
we will not be damned in being judged for blasphemy, heresy
and apostasy."
Christians in India’s Punjab province this week asked authorities to prosecute a fellow Christian for cutting a birthday cake in the design of a Bible.

Earlier this month, Indian authorities arrested two Muslim men for criticizing a recent high court decision upholding the right of a Hindu temple to be built on the ruins of a mosque.

And earlier this year, Asia Bibi — a Christian woman — left Pakistan, where she had spent three years in prison after being condemned to die for blasphemy for drinking water from a well reserved for Muslims.

India and Pakistan strictly enforce their blasphemy laws, which were enshrined in 1927 by British colonial rulers and have expanded since then. But these and similar laws in nearly 90 countries increasingly are being weaponized to silence religious dissent.

On Thursday on Capitol Hill, a lawmaker and international observers called for an end to blasphemy laws and other measures that direct religious thought.

“It’s hard to think of a more central question as it relates to religious liberty,” Rep. Jamie Raskin, Maryland Democrat, said in support of a House resolution that calls for the global repeal of blasphemy, heresy and apostasy laws. “There are billions of people on Earth who can be prosecuted for what are essentially thought crimes.”

More than 80 nations have blasphemy laws, which the U.S. Commission for International Religious Freedom defines as measures that penalize the act of insulting a deity or sacred things. Regions with the highest number of such laws are in Asia Pacific and sub-Saharan Africa, but several countries in the West, usually viewed as more religiously tolerant, maintain blasphemy laws, including Brazil, Spain and Germany.

CONYERS v. TRUMP: DOJ Files To Certify Dismissal Of Case Violating Foreign Emolument Clause

The following is from the 9-28-2018 Order:

Accordingly, the Court finds that plaintiffs have standing to sue the President for allegedly violating the Foreign Emoluments Clause. The Court therefore DENIES IN PART the motion to dismiss and DEFERS ruling on the remaining arguments in the motion to dismiss.

The Foreign Emoluments Clause provides: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State. U.S Const. art. I, § 9, cl. 8.

DOJ motioned 10-22-2018 to certify the interlocutory appeal to "advance termination of the litigation" based on "difference of opinions".

The timing is impeccable considering that the DOJ OIG report has yet to be released and the 2018 General Election is 11-06-2018, which would be facts, not opinions.

The docket, complaint, motion and order are below.

SCOTUS is in play and so is John Conyers, Jr., because he was never removed as a party.

Nip It In The Bud: DOJ Moves To Fast Track Appeal In Trump Emoluments Case

Justice Department attorneys want to give one of the myriad lawsuits accusing President Trump of violating the Constitution’s emoluments clause a quick death.

In a court filing late Monday, DOJ attorneys sought permission to appeal immediately a September ruling that found nearly 200 members of Congress do have standing to sue Trump for violating the Constitution’s emoluments clause.

Government attorneys argue that allowing the appeal would “materially advance the termination of this litigation.”

“If the D.C. Circuit decides the issue in the President’s favor, this case would be dismissed, thereby avoiding the need to address Plaintiffs’ novel Foreign Emoluments Clause claim and preserving both the Court’s and the parties’ resources,” attorneys from the Justice Department’s civil division write in the filing.

U.S. District Judge Emmett Sullivan of Washington, D.C., ruled in late September that members of Congress have standing to sue Trump over the alleged emoluments violation. The members argue in their lawsuit that Trump’s receipt of gifts – through his self-branded hotel chain, foreign intellectual property rights, and The Apprentice TV licensing fees – constitute foreign governmental gifts that should be subject to congressional approval under the Constitution.

Andy Grewal, a law professor at the University of Iowa, said that “judges grant these types of requests if they can in fact speed up the end of the litigation.”

“The idea is that if you resolve this one issue, this will end quickly,” he said. “And that’s a reason to grant the request.”

Sullivan’s September ruling only rejected half of an attempt by the Trump Administration to quash the lawsuit. The judge did not rule on the other half – on whether Trump-owned companies taking money from foreign governments counts as an emolument.

Regardless, the government slammed Sullivan’s ruling as “in substantial tension” with legal precedent.

“Congress can still vote on whether to consent or to withhold consent to the President’s alleged acceptance of foreign emoluments,” government attorneys argue. “If the President’s past alleged violations cannot be adequately remedied by congressional action now, it is not clear how this Court would be in a better position to provide a remedy.”

Since Sullivan’s ruling only concerned standing and came at an early stage in the court case, the government needs permission to file an immediate appeal.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and then-Rep. John Conyers Jr. (D-MI) filed the lawsuit in June 2017, along with 194 other Democratic members of Congress.

The suit alleges that foreign governments have used Trump’s businesses to exercise influence on the executive branch. It specifically cites instances like the granting of foreign patents to Trump-owned businesses and foreign diplomats renting Trump hotel rooms en masse as examples of emoluments that were accepted without congressional approval.

“Because [Trump] has failed to come to Congress and seek its consent for at least some foreign emoluments that have been the subject of public reporting, it is impossible to know whether Defendant has also accepted, or plans to accept, other foreign emoluments that have not yet been made public,” the members alleged in the lawsuit, adding that Trump’s acceptance of the gifts had “thwarted the transparency that the ‘Consent of Congress’ provision was designed to provide.”
