Dr. Cornel West and Mayor Corey Booker
In support of "Music Education", George Clinton, the Mother’s Hip Education Foundation and the Barack Obama Green Charter High School, New Jersey’s first High School focused on Sustainability will be hosting a special "Music Education" listening party event. George Clinton has partnered with the Barack Obama Green Charter High School, to find creative ways to develop a sustainable music education program. Using principles of sustainability, where solutions are best implemented locally, Mr. Clinton is focusing on the town of Plainfield, New Jersey, where he grew up and formed his groundbreaking group Parliament and Funkadelic.

Barack Obama Green Charter High School

The Barack Obama Green Charter School
The mission of The Barack Obama Green Charter High School also known as Obama Green is to prepare students to become informed, engaged and independent critical thinkers and to inspire leaders for sustainable development with a focus on our environment. Students have already started to reach-out to make a difference.

Two Obama Green students were selected out of 30 high school students from around the country and participated in a government sponsored watershed project in Japan; other students participated in the Nature Conservancy’s’ Leaders in Environmental Action for the Future program. Students have tweeted cotton manufacturers in China to discuss production, working conditions and economics. Obama Green also boosts the only school to have a mobile living wall. This wall is composed of
plants, an aquaponic system and live fish creating a self-sustaining system. With support from George Clinton, the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation and PSE&G, Obama Green is breaking new ground in developing an urban model for sustainability education.

George Clinton

George Clinton is one of the foremost innovators of funk music, and was the mastermind behind the bands Parliament and Funkadelic. Clinton was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997 along with 15 other members of Parliament-Funkadelic.

Parliament and Funkadelic captured 40 hit R&B singles, including No. 1 hits "Flashlight," "One Nation Under a Groove," "Aqua Boogie," and "(Not Just) Knee Deep." Clinton’s collaborators included keyboardist Bernie Worrell, guitarist Eddie Hazel, bassist Bootsy Collins, saxophonist Maceo Parker, trombonist Fred Wesley.

U.S. Representative John Conyers, Jr.
Clinton has become recognized as the godfather of modern urban music. Beats, loops, and samples of P-Funk have appeared on albums by OutKast, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Busta Rhymes, Missy Elliot, De La Soul, Fishbone, and many others. As Clinton has said, "funk is the DNA of hip-hop and rap." In 1996, Clinton released the solo album The Awesome Power of a Fully Operational Mothership, which reunited him with Bernie Worrell and Bootsy Collins. In 1997, Clinton and Parliament-Funkadelic were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Guitar Center’s Hollywood Rock Walk, and earned a Lifetime Achievement Award at the NAACP Image Awards. In 2002, Spin voted Parliament-Funkadelic No. 6 of the 50 Greatest Bands of All Time.

Over the past decade, Clinton has continued to play sold-out shows across the globe, while a countless number of his songs have been licensed for film and television. Currently, he is compiling new and old songs for an exclusive online-only release, fighting for artist rights through the P-Funk Initiative (a bill drafted with Congressman John Conyers Jr. to protect against copyright and royalty theft), and blogging about these issues on his website, FunkProbosci.com.

The Legend Of A Mighty General, Jeff Sessions & His Mission To End The Trafficking Of Tiny Humans

Image result for fairy playing lyre
The Ballad of The Mighty General
Gather round, my dearies, for the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed shall share with you the legend of Jeff Sessions.

During the age of the residuals of the peculiar institution, certain customs, terms and legal structures condoned the targeting of populations, for the purposes of the imperialistic morality parade, promulgated through the blessings of the tax exempt god, which, applicable to this tale as the United Methodists.

There was no such thing as commisseration for historically, economically condigned, for it was written into law, as this is a nation of laws; therefore, my dear Jeff was a product of his environment, who was taught well to follow the rule of law, until he went to D.C. and was enlightened with the newest civil rights lingo.

So, I looked up the case that launched him to the pinnacle of his career as a seasoned, federal prosecutor.

It was a voting rights case.

With then swiftness of a swallow, I immediately applied my Meanies Litmus Test, where, lo' and behold, Jeff Sessions was prosecuting a voting rights violation case because it dealt with unions and community organizations participating in mail fraud with absentee voter ballots, or basically, identity theft.

No one understood at the time, or could conceive that perhaps, just perhaps, the Civil Rights Voting Rights Act was a distraction for vote manipulation, using the technology at the time, being the U.S. Postal Service in absentee ballots.

Such vote manipulation schemes are not perpetrated by the people, particularly an historically targeted population for economic and political disenfranchisement, but, to take over a government.

In short, whenever you get busted doing election fraud, manipulating the vote, just throw the ole race card, and the that criminal train will be derailed.

Coretta Scott King wrote a letter as to such, yet had no idea, perhaps, of the possibility of vote manipulation through the databases, but who could at that time, or rather would have known about databases?

United States of America Plaintiff-appellee, v. Albert Turner, et al., Defendants.in Re Howard Moore, Jr., Appellant, 812 F.2d 1552 (11th Cir. 1987)

The indictment charged: (1) a conspiracy, in violation of 18 U.S.C. p 371, to use the mails, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341, in furtherance of a scheme to defraud the citizens of Perry County, Alabama, and of the state of Alabama of a fair and impartial Democratic primary election on September 4, 1984, and, in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1973i(e), to vote more than once in that primary; (2) 26 instances of the use of the mails in furtherance of that fraudulent scheme; and (3) double-voting. Prior to trial, defendants moved for dismissal on the ground of selective and vindictive prosecution and the motion was denied.
Jeff failed the Meanies Litmus Test which means that he is an expert in Voting Rights Act violations, which means...Jeff knows more than people think he knows because I know what they did in Detroit to my Sweetie and so does Jeff.

With knowledge in hand, I journeyed to my ancient archives to find that Jeff has a long and illustrious history of fighting to stop the trafficking of tiny humans.

The Protection of Children Act is about "alien, immigrant children" and a process for families to remain together upon entry into the United States.

No wonder Jeff was called out to the world and emphasized that he is following the rule of law, and, if the people do not like the law, to demand Congress change the law.

Well, here is the Protection of Children Act to change the law regarding alien, immigrant children, because, in far too many instances, these children are not related to the "so-called parents", where DNA cannot even be established in situations of adoption or foster care, by which these children are being trafficked, straight into the pipelines of foster care and adoption.

DOJ: Sessions Encourages Congress To Stop Trafficking Tiny Humans By Changing Legal Immigration Law

Let’s be clear. These actions will not end or reduce legal immigration. These actions will be directed at reducing illegal immigration. Only Congress can change legal immigration.

For other reasons I shall refrain from mentioning at this time, only because I await the opining of Jeff, I shall not expound about the other stuff that allows me to announce the proclamation of the land that, Perkins Coie Sucks.

Then, recalling the performance of the menagerie of psychotic sycophants during Jeff's Senate Confirmation Hearing, I remembered Corey Booker.

Corey Booker took $27,000, cash, from George Clinton after a New Jersey concert for his Senate Campaign and never declared it to the FEC.

I only know this because George Clinton told me, but, you know George!

Anyways, Corey Booker clowned at the confirmation for U.S. Attorney General, which I believe has to do with Betsy DeVos and his financial ties to privatization of education, which is a children's trust fund, which means they are laundering money, and funding political campaigns and lobbying.

Education deals with child welfare fraud, which is privatization, which is why the U.S. Department of Justice is being reorganized, internally, along with the U.S. Treasury, to deal with pilfering of "our most precious treasures", children and their futures.

This is the reason why Jeff recused himself from the Russian investigation, for he, too, was on a mission the very moment he accepted the mission of the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed.

This is what is going on behind the scenes.

Jeff Sessions is going after the trafficking of tiny humans, in quite the fashion of an epic romance, by joining in the conjugal collaboration with his CIGIE Generals.

Go forth my Mighty General and command thine troops to prepare for our legions of "old school legal playas".

Godspeed, and I shall meet you in Detroit.

The moral of the story is, "Do not be mean to my Sweetie, Period."

Cocktails & Popcorn: NAACP Partners With Kamala Harris, Corey Booker & Elizabeth Warren To Rally A Legal Defense Strategy In Detroit

When Swendell Anthony rallied the battle cry, "Vote for your life. Your freedom depends on it", he was not joking.

I think that is why Kamala pushed that anti-lynching bill.

Here is a bit of background on the NAACP that I believe encourages Corey Booker and Elizabeth Warren to champion Swendell's battle cry.

No one will #sayhisname.

64th Annual NAACP Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner

(FOX 2) - The tables set, dressed to impress in the packed ballroom at Cobo Center for the 64th Annual Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner.

The focus was on policy and politics with the 2020 Presidential Race as the backdrop.

Head of the NAACP Detroit Branch, Reverend Doctor Wendell Anthony led the more than four hour program.Governor Gretchen Whitmer at Sunday's event is promising a strong partnership with the NAACP now and during her time in office.

Of course all eyes were on keynote speaker U-S Senator Kamala Harris who’s gunning for the white house race in a crowded democratic field of candidates.

Touting her platform no question this was a campaign stop Harris.

Over the years the Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner showcased African American politicians but they don't endorse candidates because they are a nonpartisan organization.

But there were many mentions of how important this next election is for the African American community.

DEFANGO: Jussie Smollet Criminal Case Dropped 'Whitewash of Justice' - #Coloredrevolution Update - NAACP

"Will run Detroit psyops for campaign funding"
Is Jussie Smollet the new superhero for the NAACP?

I only ask because the NAACP has some issues, itself.

See, it goes like this.

Once upon a time, the Meanies were really mean to my Sweetie.

Watergate is part of the Civil Rights History of the U.S., but the Meanies are trying really, really hard to rewrite it by what I call the #coloredrevolution because it is how they get elected and make money, of which I prefer to call stealin'.

Yes, the #coloredrevolution has to do with dark psyoptics because they are throwing shade to what they did.

See, it goes like this.

Someone called this entire investigation years ago, in multiple venues within the law enforcement communities, and in multiple legislative actions, like the Emmett Till Unsolved Civil Rights Crimes Reauthorization Act of 2016, which had to do with Watergate and Whitewater re-investigations and the lack of action by the FBI and DOJ.

So, what had happened was, one day, some "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) came up with the really cleaver idea of co-opting and bastardizing, proactively, mind you, any possible legal investigation of what they were about to do, and that was their Detroit #MeToo Moment to cloak their egregious election interference operations.

The "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) came up with the idea of an "anti-lynching" bill which was nothing but a propaganda project by having Kamala Harris and Corey Booker take the lead an introduce, replete with a full scaled, campaign finance, money laundering, called "Justice for Victims of Lynching Act".

The Anti-Lynching Bill, itself, was dumb because they, once again, had transmographied U.S. history by flushing the legacy of John Conyers, Jr., down the toilet to save their asses for jacking up the 2016 election.

Well, that just gave me the Saddy Face because it seems it came out of the National Museum of African American History and Culture, which is not incorporated, but a subset of the Smithsonian Institute.

They were running anti-lynching psyops to secure more federal grants for more propaganda to generate more revenues.

The NMAAHC operates under the Smithsonian, with over $6 Billion in assets, because it is not incorporated. I am not finding any corporate registration of the organization which leads me to believe it is a passthrough for money laundering, just like the NAACP.

The "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) destroyed the legacy of Emmet Till Act because it is about investigating stuff that went on during the civil rights era, or, for those of you who are just jumping aboard this ship of WATERGATE, for the nasty stuff that went on behind the scenes to cover up the Child Abuse Protection Treatment Act, modern day human trafficking.

And you know who was over Watergate?

Yes, the same individuals who pulled off the Detroit #MeToo Moment, wanted to make sure they suppressed any form of legal precedent in the forms of impeachment, simply for the fact that the impeachment process was originally constructed with the intentions of Hillary Clinton winning the 2016 General Election.

But she did not.

Because she was hoisted by her own petards.

Because it was another #coloredrevolution operation by "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending).

These are the same people who were stealing' children, land and votes, as a right of ascension, a residual of the peculiar institution, by any means necessary.

These individuals are just another group of operatives who will do whatever it takes to keep their hair and nails "did".

First Assistant to the Cook County State Attorney Joseph Magats -- who replaced Kim Foxx when she recused herself from the Smollett case -- just did an interview explaining why he and his office dropped all their charges against Jussie ... but it raises more questions that answers. First off, Magats says one big factor in why they dropped the charges has to do with the fact that Jussie doesn't have a violent criminal history, not to mention that this wasn't a violent crime. Magats says his office prioritizes violent crimes in Chicago, and felt this case wouldn't be the best use of resources. For the record, he says he made this decision alone ... without consultation from Kim Foxx. Links to sources:

Cocktails & Popcorn: Kavanaugh & Accuser Christine Blasey Ford Testify ~ Someone Is Going To Prison

On this exciting episode of Cocktails & Popcorn, Christine Blasey Ford has a fear of flying which is why she flies everywhere.

Special Counsel for the Senate Majority, Rachel Mitchell, is rocking hot in her position.

I had to give her a shout out because no one is paying attention to the legal, which is what this is all about, the attorney-client privilege.

'An unmitigated disaster': Trump's allies aim fury at prosecutor Rachel Mitchell's questioning of Christine Blasey Ford

During the Kavanaugh hearing, the Senate Judiciary Members addressed sensitive topics about our civil rights such as quarter bounce, farts, and how much beer one can consume until they puke.

When discussions came up about Trump referring the matter for investigation to the FBI because both Kavanaugh and Ford have conflicting stories about the rape, sexual assault, gang rape...still trying to figure out where it happened, who was involved and which stories we are going with here, Kavanaugh freaked out.

Virginia has no statute of limitations for sex crimes.

Providing false testimony into the congressional public record, under oath, is a felony.

Someone is definitely going to be prosecuted and we have 3 more Kavanaugh victims coming forward, Julie Swetnick, Deborah Ramierz and "To Be Announced".

The blood was drained from Ford's face when Blumenthal spoke of the strength she had to testify like children who were also sexually abused and coming forth to tell their stories.

I think Blumenthal saw the video.

Blumenthal chastised Trump for not calling for FBI investigation.

There were cheers for due process for all the Members, and former Members of Congress who were accused of sexual harassment.

Lindsey did a legal smackdown on the burden of proof in due process, but, then again, he could just be taking the lead in the school play, now that McCain is no longer around.
Then Lindsey went off on the Minority for not informing the Majority of Ford's letter and accusations to call for an FBI investigation.

He still did not call for an FBI investigation, but I sincerely believe he knows there are a few going on already.

Lindsey dropped that Feinstein's Office referred the attorneys for Ford with questions about who paid for the polygraphs.

Cruz spoke of how wonderful Kavanaugh's mother is.

Good thing Kavanaugh came from wealth because CPS would have removed him from his mother and put him in foster care for a serious drinking problem at the age of 15 in high school that Corey Booker pulled in his line of questioning for his set up as a hit to the nomination.

Ford stated into the record, under oath, that she is 100 percent positive it was Kavanaugh.
Testifying to a Senate committee with the balance of the Supreme Court at stake, Christine Blasey Ford said Thursday she is "100 percent" sure that court nominee Brett Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her 36 years ago, and particularly remembers how Kavanaugh and a friend were drunkenly laughing throughout the alleged attack.
Then, this happened.

Two men say they, not Brett Kavanaugh, had alleged sexual encounter with Christine Ford

WASHINGTON - The Senate Judiciary Committee has questioned two men who say they, not Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, had the disputed encounter with Christine Blasey Ford at a 1982 house party that led to sexual assault allegations.

The revelation was included in a late-night news release by Sen. Chuck Grassley, the top Republican on the committee. The release includes a day-by-day view of the committee's investigative work over the last two weeks since allegations surfaced targeting Kavanaugh.

Ford was the first to step forward with allegations and claimed Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed, groped her and attempted to pull off her clothes while both were high school students in 1982. Since then a number of accusations have piled on, including that of a physical assault and several other sexual encounters.

Kavanaugh has repeatedly denied all the allegations lodged against him.

The committee has interviewed two men who came forward about the disputed assault at a summer house party. Both told the committee they, not Kavanaugh, "had the encounter with Dr. Ford in 1982 that is the basis of his complaint," the release states.

The previously unknown interviews could add a new layer to the evolving saga on the eve of a possible explosive hearing between Kavanaugh and Ford, though it's unknown whether the men's claims are being taken seriously.

One of the men was interviewed twice by committee staff. He also submitted two written statements, one on Monday and a second, more in-depth statement on Wednesday.

Committee staff spoke to a second man over the phone Wednesday who also said he believed he, not Kavanaugh, had the disputed encounter with Ford. "He explained his recollection of the details of the encounter" to staff, the release states.

Both men were not named. USA TODAY was not able to independently vet the claims.

The committee has said it is investigating all claims made in the Kavanaugh saga, attempting to "make sure no stone was left unturned."

In this regard, the committee has also questioned Kavanaugh about a series of anonymous allegations, including a physical assault on a woman in the 1990s.

The release also outlines a number of others the committee has interviewed, including friends of Kavanaugh and those who know the women who have lodged accusations against him.

Then, this happened.

Happy Black History Month: A Tribute To Juicy "Jussie" Smollett For The 2019 Lynching LARP

Jussie Smollett, the black, gay, Jewish actor of the hit show Empire, has made it into the annals of history, and it is not just for Black History Month.

Jussie has taken the lead as the greatest LARP of 2019.

Elizabeth Warren held that title in 2018.

MAGA Attacker Nigerian Brothers Abimbola & Olabinjo Osundairo (right)
It seems Twitter has taken down his name in the trending section.

It also seems Corey Booker and Kamala Harris may have some association with the situation as the attack was timed with their lynching bill, but, hey, what do I know?

HERE ARE ALL THE POLITICIANS WHO RUSHED TO JUDGEMENT ON THE SMOLLETT ‘HATE CRIME’

I know this is another effort to bastardize civil rights history by wiping out Conyers' legacy.

I know what Juicy Jussie did was a hate crime against humanity.

I know not one Jewish, anti-semetic group has lifted a finger for "Juicy Jussie".

Where are all the Jewish anti-semetic groups coming to his defense?

Smollett's attorneys refute charges attack on client was staged

A grand jury will hear the Jussie Smollett case early next week ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
Law enforcement sources connected to the investigation tell TMZ, the 2 brothers who were arrested and then released are staying somewhere around the Loop in downtown Chicago under the watchful eye of police so no one gets to them. We're told cops especially want to make sure Jussie does not contact the brothers.
We're told when police raided the home of the 2 brothers they found magazines with pages torn out, and authorities are now trying to determine if the missing pages are connected to the threatening letter that was sent to Jussie 8 days before the alleged attack.
Image may contain: 2 people, people smiling, people standing
Maine Waters & Juicy Smollett
Our sources say early on they asked Jussie if he'd sign complaints against the 2 men who attacked him and he was clear that he would. But, when he found out the 2 brothers were the ones in custody we're told he said he knew them, felt bad for them and declined to sign the complaints.
Our sources say although cops believe the brothers purchased the rope that was around Jussie's neck after the incident, there is no surveillance video at the hardware store because it erases after a week.
We're told the way they tracked the 2 brothers down was by their movements in arriving and leaving the scene around Jussie's apartment building. As we reported, they left in either a cab or an Uber, but we're told cops tracked the vehicle and the 2 brothers got out on their way home and into another vehicle. As one source put it, "It was almost like a bad spy movie."
The sources say there were red flags from the get-go. Cops were extremely suspiciouswhen Jussie took them out to the area where he said he was attacked and pointed to an obscure camera saying how happy he was that the attack was on video. Turns out the camera was pointing in the wrong direction. Cops thought it was weird he knew the location of that camera.
And, there's this. We're told investigators didn't believe the 2 alleged attackers screamed, "This is MAGA country," because, "Not a single Trump supporter watches 'Empire.'"
And, a few loose ends ... we're told when cops picked up the 2 brothers at O'Hare Airport, police were armed with 3 warrants for each man, one of which was to seize their phones.
We're also told there is no video of a "rehearsal" of the attack in the street.
Jussie and his lawyer have vehemently denied the attack was staged, maintaining this was a hate crime.

CONYERS v. TRUMP: DOJ Files To Certify Dismissal Of Case Violating Foreign Emolument Clause

The following is from the 9-28-2018 Order:

Accordingly, the Court finds that plaintiffs have standing to sue the President for allegedly violating the Foreign Emoluments Clause. The Court therefore DENIES IN PART the motion to dismiss and DEFERS ruling on the remaining arguments in the motion to dismiss.

The Foreign Emoluments Clause provides: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State. U.S Const. art. I, § 9, cl. 8.

DOJ motioned 10-22-2018 to certify the interlocutory appeal to "advance termination of the litigation" based on "difference of opinions".

The timing is impeccable considering that the DOJ OIG report has yet to be released and the 2018 General Election is 11-06-2018, which would be facts, not opinions.

The docket, complaint, motion and order are below.

SCOTUS is in play and so is John Conyers, Jr., because he was never removed as a party.

Nip It In The Bud: DOJ Moves To Fast Track Appeal In Trump Emoluments Case

Justice Department attorneys want to give one of the myriad lawsuits accusing President Trump of violating the Constitution’s emoluments clause a quick death.

In a court filing late Monday, DOJ attorneys sought permission to appeal immediately a September ruling that found nearly 200 members of Congress do have standing to sue Trump for violating the Constitution’s emoluments clause.

Government attorneys argue that allowing the appeal would “materially advance the termination of this litigation.”

“If the D.C. Circuit decides the issue in the President’s favor, this case would be dismissed, thereby avoiding the need to address Plaintiffs’ novel Foreign Emoluments Clause claim and preserving both the Court’s and the parties’ resources,” attorneys from the Justice Department’s civil division write in the filing.

U.S. District Judge Emmett Sullivan of Washington, D.C., ruled in late September that members of Congress have standing to sue Trump over the alleged emoluments violation. The members argue in their lawsuit that Trump’s receipt of gifts – through his self-branded hotel chain, foreign intellectual property rights, and The Apprentice TV licensing fees – constitute foreign governmental gifts that should be subject to congressional approval under the Constitution.

Andy Grewal, a law professor at the University of Iowa, said that “judges grant these types of requests if they can in fact speed up the end of the litigation.”

“The idea is that if you resolve this one issue, this will end quickly,” he said. “And that’s a reason to grant the request.”

Sullivan’s September ruling only rejected half of an attempt by the Trump Administration to quash the lawsuit. The judge did not rule on the other half – on whether Trump-owned companies taking money from foreign governments counts as an emolument.

Regardless, the government slammed Sullivan’s ruling as “in substantial tension” with legal precedent.

“Congress can still vote on whether to consent or to withhold consent to the President’s alleged acceptance of foreign emoluments,” government attorneys argue. “If the President’s past alleged violations cannot be adequately remedied by congressional action now, it is not clear how this Court would be in a better position to provide a remedy.”

Since Sullivan’s ruling only concerned standing and came at an early stage in the court case, the government needs permission to file an immediate appeal.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and then-Rep. John Conyers Jr. (D-MI) filed the lawsuit in June 2017, along with 194 other Democratic members of Congress.

The suit alleges that foreign governments have used Trump’s businesses to exercise influence on the executive branch. It specifically cites instances like the granting of foreign patents to Trump-owned businesses and foreign diplomats renting Trump hotel rooms en masse as examples of emoluments that were accepted without congressional approval.

“Because [Trump] has failed to come to Congress and seek its consent for at least some foreign emoluments that have been the subject of public reporting, it is impossible to know whether Defendant has also accepted, or plans to accept, other foreign emoluments that have not yet been made public,” the members alleged in the lawsuit, adding that Trump’s acceptance of the gifts had “thwarted the transparency that the ‘Consent of Congress’ provision was designed to provide.”
