Tales Of The New Crown: Wendell Quinn Is Extracted From Humanity

Sometimes, your heroes are not your heroes, at all.

Hurley Medical Center’s ‘gentle giant’ dies from coronavirus

Hurley public safety officer dies of coronavirus
Wendell Quinn
FLINT, MI – Standing head and shoulders above most people, Wendell Quinn’s height was only surpassed by the amount of caring he had for others.

A public safety officer of more than 26 years at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Quinn died Sunday, April 19 from COVID-19 at the hospital where he served. He was 51 years old.

Matthew Murray, Hurley’s public safety chief, called Quinn larger than life in “both stature and in personality.”

“Those of us who know him and who love him, he’s affectionately known as the gentle giant. (He) stood 7-foot-2 and he had a heart to match,” said Murray. “It’s hard to come to grips with the loss of someone like Wendell because he meant so much to everyone here.”

Quinn would always greet people with a smile and was willing to provide help when needed.

“To be a public safety officer at any medical center or any hospital, it takes a certain skill set,” Murray noted. “Patience for the patients... He cared about everyone and he would ask you how you were doing, and it wasn’t just something in passing. He actually cared about how you were doing, and he would sit there and listen to you. That is a quality and a trait that is not easily found. He was wonderful.”

Quinn was always eager to provide assistance with the Children’s Miracle Network and expressed a passion at getting people signed up for the annual Bowl-A-Thon at Grand Blanc Lanes hosted by the Hurley Foundation.

Along with his job at Hurley, Quinn served as the men’s bowling coach at Powers Catholic High School in Flint.

The Prosecution Of Lou Anna Simon, MSU & Trafficking Tiny Humans

MSU has many tiny human skeletons they are hiding.

I want to know about the Children's Trust Funds.

Former MSU President Lou Anna Simon to stand trial on Nassar-related charges

Lou Anna Simon, the ex-president of Michigan State University, will stand on trial on charges that she lied to police regarding what she knew about the allegations filed against disgraced gymnast coach Larry Nassar.

In a written decision announced on Monday, Eaton County Judge Julie Reincke determined Attorney General Dana Nessel's office had probable cause that Simon lied to police in an interview last year when she said she was unaware of allegations against the convicted sex offender back in 2014.

The 71-year-old is facing four charges, two of which are felonies. The other two are misdemeanors.

Simon will be arraigned on the charges on December 12th with a pre-trial conference set for December 20th.

According to the Eaton County Prosecutor's Office, Simon told police she was not aware of allegations against the disgraced gymnastics doctor. But police claim there is documented proof she knew about his behavior back in 2014.

Simon was in court for six days of preliminary hearings in June. She maintained she didn't know anything about Nassar's allegations until 2016. Simon attended one of the six days of testimony, said she was lied to and misled like everyone else.

Simon resigned as president at MSU on Jan. 24, 2018 - the same day Nassar was sentenced to 40 to 175 years in Ingham County for sexual abuse.

She's accused of telling Michigan State Police last May that she only knew that a complaint had been filed against a sports doctor back in 2014. MSP Detective Sgt. William Arndt testified in June that she said she didn't even know the nature of the investigation.

"The only thing she referred to was she was aware (was it involved) a sports medicine doc - but not the nature and substance of the investigation," Arndt testified.

Another Classic Michigan Model Of Stealin' - StoneCrest

Why stop at Stonecrest?

Stonecrest is a classic, textbook example of a Corporate Shape Shifter.

Why not ask the privateers who issue "Marques of Quality Care"?

As seen here, in LARA, this operation would always slap a new sign on front of the building all the time.

When a youth would file one of those Recipient Rights Complaints, it was always tossed.

I know.

I used to talk to them.

Then I would file a grievance with Michigan, strictly for documentational purposes, only, because all they did was toss, or send me a gratuitous phone call, or dismissive missive, letting me know everything was status quo.

See, there are no civil rights in child welfare because it is all privatized under foreign corporate shape shifters who like to use LLCs because it is easy to dissolve, or bankrupt, or sell, gift, trust or something, right after you get the state grants. contracts and the fake ass Medicaid cost reimbursements because, more than likely, they took out some mortgages, DLA Small Business loan, TARP, then quiet titled, then mortgaged again, or some stealin' like that.

Let me check right quickly.

All they ever want is to turn a profit.

How is it one can turn a profit when engaging in the healing of a child?

Medicaid Fraud in Child Welfare, of course.

Oh, there are so many fraudulent billing scams that go on in child welfare.

I used to let them take me in their offices and show me everything, including voicing their grievances that Michigan will not do a damn thing for these children.

Many of the staff should not even be in the field of human services, ever, seriously, there should be some form of ethics involved when it comes to hiring practices in human resources... when it comes to human asset management for foreign, privatized, entities.

Remember, there are no civil rights in child welfare because it is privatized, where the foreign entity comes up with its own, self-reporting, of all the wonderful things they do for kids.

State didn't investigate psych patient deaths after release from Detroit hospital

Lawmakers call for more review of post-release deaths

Notification of Death Report
LANSING (WXYZ) — Since 2017, at least four patients have died within two days of being released from StoneCrest Hospital, a private inpatient psychiatric facility in Detroit. Despite being notified of each of the deaths, state officials never investigated.

Officials with LARA, the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, say they’re not legally required to follow up on deaths like these, nor are they empowered to by statute. Today, in response to an investigation by 7 Action News, two state senators are calling for changes to ensure that post-release deaths are investigated.

RELATED: A Detroit psychiatric hospital released him Thursday, he took his life Friday

At 162 beds, StoneCrest is one of the largest private psychiatric facilities in the state. 7 Action News first investigated the hospital earlier this year, after one of its patients, Joe Sadlak, admitted to murder only two days after he was discharged.

He had been treated at StoneCrest for less than a week.

“You put my son on four different kinds of medication and knew his drug history,” said Pamela Rowley, Joe’s mother, “and you let him go.”

In Michigan, when a psychiatric patient dies within two days of being released from a hospital, the state requires the hospital to report it. Those reports come to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.

In September 2017, StoneCrest reported that a patient came to its hospital after stating he “was not happy in his life and wanted to die.” After treatment, he was released and died shortly thereafter. StoneCrest reported the death to the state, listing the cause as “not known.”

Less than a month later, another patient came to Stonecrest after saying he wanted to “jump off a bridge.” Within 2 days of release, he was found dead in his bathtub with his throat cut. State officials from LARA didn’t investigate.

A third death would be reported the following July. A woman came to Stonecrest with a history of suicidal behavior. She was treated, released and—the next day—found dead in a river. The cause of death was listed as “unknown.” Again, state officials didn’t investigate.

Then, this past June, a 29-year-old Detroit man came to Stonecrest after displaying severe psychotic behavior. He was deemed well enough to be released, but took his life the next day.

“Did your office ask any questions about that?” asked Channel 7’s Ross Jones.

“Again, we’ve been doing our statutory requirement,” said Larry Horvath, the Director of the Bureau of Community and Health System at LARA

“Did you ask any questions about that?” Jones asked again.

“We required the report to be filled out,” Horvath said.

“And that’s it,” Jones replied.

“Yes,” Horvath said.

Officials asked no questions, according to a spokesman, because “LARA is not by law or rule required to follow up on these reported deaths,” nor—they say— does the law give them the express authority to. State watchdogs are empowered to investigate only deaths that occur in restraints, Horvath said.

The death reports are reviewed during regular inspections, but no investigations are launched. Horvath said he hopes hospitals use the reports to guide their treatment.

"If they're starting to notice a pattern with a cause of death that occurs have discharge, hopefully they're starting to work with their medical directors, their nursing staff, their social workers to put corrections in place to address it," he said.

“It’s inexcusable,” said Mark Reinstein, President and CEO of the Mental Health Association in Michigan. “To hide behind, ‘It’s not our legal responsibility.’ Well then whose is it?”

By law, LARA is required to report all psychiatric deaths reported to them to the state legislature. But they haven’t been, 7 Action News has learned, for at least the last three years. In August, prompted by our reporting, the state submitted reports for 2016, 2017 and 2018, though they did not include post-release deaths.

Following our questions, LARA changed the reporting requirements for post-release deaths—no longer requiring that deaths occurring within 48 hours of discharge be reported. Spokesman Jason Moon said changing the policy aligns LARA with state law, which doesn’t require notification of post-release deaths.

The decision stunned multiple mental health advocates, including Andrea Rizor, the Director of Advocacy for Michigan Protection and Advocacy Services,.

“It looks like they don’t want to know if it’s a suspicious death or not,” she said. "It doesn't make sense."

This week, in response to 7 Action News' findings, the Democratic leader in the state senate is calling for changes.

“Stories like these are deeply concerning, and as a state we should be doing all that we can to help stop these preventable deaths,” said Senate Minority Leader Jim Ananich (D-Flint). “The department should have the ability to identify concerning patterns, and if it requires a legislative fix to make sure they are empowered to do so, we will write the bill.”

Stealin' Is Not Job Creation - Centria Wants To Help "The Poors" Of Detroit - In Farmington Hill

Image result for poor children detroit
"Who needs water?
Soft Skills are a human resource!"
It was when I read this sentence from the article, did I realize that we have a new Detroit pacification campaign of rebranding "The Poors" as "overlooked and underserved".... in Farmington Hills.
StreetWise is partnering with Centria Healthcare, based in Farmington Hills and when mentors and mentees meet, it will be at Centria's offices.
Centria Healthcare has a long and illustrious history of Medicaid Fraud in Child Welfare when it comes to funding political campaigns off the backs of the "overlooked and underserved".

Then, I read the following sentence and saw the battle cry of Hillary Clinton, "to help people reach their full potential", which is code for Predictive Modeling Crap in elections.
According to Jeff Steigerwald, a vice president at Centria, the partnership fit with its mission, "which is to help people reach their full potential."
Perhaps, if Centria Healthcare and the "Elected Ones" would stop stealin' Detroit's children, land and the votes, there would not be a population of overlooked and undersourced in Detroit.

See how that works?

Yes, I consider the overlooked and undersourced in Detroit to be victims of gerrymandering war crimes, but I believe there shall be much more of a need to stop the generation of the overlooked and undersourced, populations, first.

It is time to examine why there is even a need for mentors in the first place.

Stealin' is not job creation.

How come there is no one from Detroit who is "worthy" enough to teach the overlooked and underresourced ?

Oh, wait, I forgot, the worthy are the overlooked and underresourced.

See how that one works?

I consider this partnership to be a form of public relations legal defense for Centria, too.

Mentors to teach career skills to 'overlooked and underresourced' Detroiters

When Leona Medley was in her early 30s and working at Home Depot, her manager pulled her aside to offer her some unsolicited career advice.

"If you want to be a leader, you need to dress like a leader," the manager told her.

She heeded the advice and started wearing slacks to work. It took.

"People changed their behavior around me," the 40-year-old recalled. "And all it took was changing my pants," which she said never would have occurred to her if it a respected source hadn't mentioned it.

Medley, a community engagement manager for Bedrock is among the first mentors signed up for a new program launching in Detroit and designed to teach career skills to the "overlooked and underresourced."

StreetWise Partners started in the late 1990s in New York City and expanded to Washington, D.C., in the mid-2000s, serving more than 6,000 people along the way.

Now it's coming to Detroit — its third city — where unemployment and underemployment are major issues. The "skills gap," between what employers want and what they can find in the local hiring pool, has been a source of frustration for business and political leaders alike in southeast Michigan.

Dichondra Johnson, program director of the Detroit office, said the program complements existing workforce development efforts in the area, which often focus on hard skills by way of training and certifications, with the "soft skills" training they may never have gotten.

"We don't want to be a parachute organization," Johnson, 42, said. "We want to fit in where we're needed, not just come in and say 'we're here to save Detroit.' We asked those tough questions and learned from our partners what their needs were."

Building soft skills
What they found was that Detroiters are falling through the cracks with resume development, writing cover letters and building interviewing skills.

"Employers are saying 'we're not seeing the talent that has the soft skills,'" Johnson said. "But building a social network is important as well, and that also part of what we do."

StreetWise is partnering with Centria Healthcare, based in Farmington Hills and when mentors and mentees meet, it will be at Centria's offices.

According to Jeff Steigerwald, a vice president at Centria, the partnership fit with its mission, "which is to help people reach their full potential."

"We felt this would help close opportunity gaps and level the playing field for (those who) might otherwise be overlooked and underresourced, which is what we do on a daily basis," Steigerwald said.

Centria has an Autism services branch, and has become the largest applied behavioral analysis therapy provider in Michigan. It employs about 3,500 people in 11 states, including more than 500 people in Michigan.

The plan is to improve on the factors that get people hired and minimize those that get people fired or keep them from getting callbacks, such as an unprofessional social media presence.

'Secret knowledge'

Mentorship of that sort allows mentees to benefit from the "secret knowledge that's not really secret," Medley said, and to familiarize themselves with how bosses think and talk behind closed doors. She calls it "executive presence," and it's a lesson she hopes to impart when she is paired up with a mentee.

The mentorship effort will kick off on Sept. 17, when the first cohort of 20 mentees meets with the 30-35 people who will be their mentors for the next year. When the second cycle starts in March, organizers hope to double the footprint.

The program starts with 13 weeks of classroom work, where the group will meet for 2½ hours each Tuesday through mid-December.

After the classroom work ends, the curriculum switched to workshops.

Streetwise's target audience is job-seekers from the ages of 18 to 65, Johnson said.

While all are welcome to apply, including people who have criminal records, there is also a need for mentors and organizations willing to provide meeting space.

Getting the most our of your mentor
Dexter Perry, of Redford, is among the first cohort of mentees. The 2015 Western Michigan University grad heard of the program during a seminar at Focus: Hope in Detroit, where he is taking a 10-week class on information technology.

Perry is in the midst of a switch from business development, which he did for Staples for much of the last year, to IT.

Dexter Perry participates in the Streetwise Partners Program, which teaches 'soft skills' and network building to job-seekers.Buy Photo

Despite his resume, skills and drive to change careers, Perry understands he could benefit from guidance and a chance to expand his network.

"These are people who are well off and doing great work," the 27-year-old said. "There's a lot of opportunity to grow."

Medley advised mentees to realize the onus is on them to make the most of the relationship.

"The big mistake people make is, they assume it's a friendship," Medley said, noting she made the same mistake herself at one point. "And it can be, eventually. But your mentor is there to help guide you through obstacles. You have to initiate those conversations."

Cocktails & Popcorn: Kwame Kilpatrick Has Many Tales To Tell - Detroit Brady Impeachment Dilemma Continues

Image result for kwame kilpatrick hip hop
Kwame Kilpatrick
Former Mayor of Detroit
ready to serve up some of that
brandy impeachment
It seems Kwame Kilpatrick has much to say.

I do not believe he was ever allowed to tell his tale, considering the fact that the federal government was dealing with an ongoing investigation, which forced its hand to sit on exculpatory evidence, that they had no idea about at the time.

This is about that Detroit Brady Impeachment Dilemma.

This is about to get juicy because everyone knows Kwame is not the sharpest knife in the kitchen drawer.

I have always said that he was groomed by what we call the McNamara Kingmaker.

Just another operation that was being run to cover up the stealin' of the children, the land and the votes.

This is when the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) began setting up the Detroit Land Bank Authority, right in the midst of the fake mortgage and property tax schemes that led right to that fake ass Bankruptcy and Grand Bargain.

In this video, Kwame is calling out contracts and NGOs, that he probably does not have a clue about considering the internet was not rocking in public search databases at the time.

There are still to this day, politicians, like his cousin Bert Johnson, who got propped up as one of those sad sacks of potatoes you throw under the bus so everyone runs over to get their does of fear porn, while the Meanies go running off in the other direction setting up another complex financial fraud scheme that I have so readily boiled down to be known as stealin'.

There are former Corporate Counsel individuals who have unaddressed public allegations of stealin'.

There are former Michigan Democratic Party leaders who have issues with stealin'.

There are current Michigan Republican Party leaders who also have histories of stealin'.

Oh, the oh so many "Elected Ones" whose tales of stealin' could be preserved in the historic record.

Kwame knows everyone, all over the world.

He was the Big Baller Hip Hop Mayer.

Oh, the stories he shall tell.

I am quite sure Trump would just adore preparing a venue for public listening to each and everyone of them.

I have heard tales that Kwame immediately requested transfer to a Texas facility upon his incarceration because there were individuals who were tasked with silencing him.

But, hey, what would I know?

I know Kwame knows Janice Winfrey.

Cocktails & Popcorn: Engler Has No Intentions Of Cooperating With Michigan Attorney General Nessel - Too Many Trafficking Tiny Humans Trust Funds At Stake

Dana is being very polite in seeking an interview with Engler for the simple fact that this is the same dance that went on in March 2019.

Engler knows there are watchful eyes upon him.

We shall see which side of history Dana wishes to be remembered.

Nessel, Engler 'at an impasse' over interview in MSU investigation

Michigan State University Interim President John Engler answers questions from The Detroit News Editorial Board and reporters in the Tony Snow conference room at The Detroit News in downtown Detroit on Friday, January 11, 2019.Mackinac Island — Attorney General Dana Nessel said her office is “at an impasse” with Michigan State University’s former interim president John Engler regarding an interview for Nessel’s investigation into the university Larry Nassar scandal.

Engler’s unwillingness to be interviewed about the university's handling of complaints against former sports medicine doctor Nassar will not stop Nessel’s office from completing its investigation, she said, “but we won’t have as much information.”

Nessel said she won’t put up with Engler’s “forum shopping” or excuses regarding his lack of availability for an interview.

“It’s not because he never comes to Michigan,” Nessel said. “It’s because he doesn’t want to be interviewed in a state where I have prosecutorial authority. He doesn’t want to be interviewed in a state where ... he can be held responsible in the event that he makes intentional misrepresentations.”

When contacted by The Detroit News Wednesday, Engler said he had a call on the other line and hung up. A request for comment sent to Engler’s lawyer was not immediately returned.

Nessel requested an interview with Engler in January around the same time the former governor resigned under pressure after a year at the helm of MSU. He had replaced former President Lou Anna Simon, who resigned in the wake of the scandal involving serial pedophile Nassar.

In April, Engler’s lawyer Seth B. Waxman said Engler had not been contacted by Nessel’s office since it cancelled a scheduled March interview in D.C. Nessel’s office has said it was only willing to meet with Engler in D.C. if he was unavailable in Michigan.

Engler has attended several MSU sporting events during that time period.

In March, Waxman objected to having Engler be interviewed by Christina Grossi, who is the lead assistant attorney general in the MSU probe. He argued that Grossi had "prejudged Mr. Engler's veracity and motives without ever talking to him" and wrote that Grossi demonstrated a "personal bias against Mr. Engler."

When university trustees urged Engler to meet with Nessel in an April letter, Waxman responded that Engler “at all times offered, and made himself available, to meet with the Attorney General’s Office.”

Please Make MSU Stop Stealin' - Nassar Victims Healing Fund Fraud Investigation

Dear U.S. Department of Justice,

They just refuse to stop stealin'.

Please make them stop stealin'.

Much love,

/s/The Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed

Arrest warrants issued in MSU Healing Fund fraud investigation

EAST LANSING, Mich (WLNS) - Arrest warrants have been issued for seven people in connection with the investigation into fraud in the MSU Healing Assistance Fund.

The initial fund was established for survivors of the Larry Nassar sexual abuses at Michigan State University.

Today the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office issued the warrants for 22 felony counts for claims of over $527,000 in fraudulent payments from the fund.

The payments were to be used to support the resources needed for survivors’ recovery and healing, specifically counseling and mental health services that are not covered by insurance.

The Michigan State University Police Department has been investigating alleged fraudulent reimbursements since fall of 2018.

A second Healing Assistance Fund has been established for survivors in the wake of the fraud investigation.

The Office of Children's Ombudsman is a poorly constructed cover up operation that is powerless, to the point that their reports are not allowed to be entered into a court of record, they do not refer anything for suspected, alleged, violations of law or policy, and absolutely will not refer to the State Attorney General for Medicaid fraud in child welfare.

These people allowed the murderers of Ricky Holland to adopt his siblings, during a murder investigation, and not a damn thing has been done.

Look at Calysta Springer.

I know these kids.

"The Elected Ones" did nothing.

The State Attorney General did nothing.

The Governor did nothing.

DOJ did nothing.

FBI did nothing.

HHS OIG did nothing.

There are many children who were not fortunate enough to die.

There were two who survived.

Well, there was one who died, and lived, then died again, then lived, then died again, then lived...

So, I embarked on my mission.

The Office of Children's Ombudsman used to have a category called "Valid-Not-Open" meaning, a complain of a child being tortured and trafficked in foster care is valid, but due to budget constraints and personal self-interests, there will be no investigation.

If there were investigations, there would be found billions upon billions in Medicaid fraud in child welfare, and as we all know, the system is too big to fail, for it is nothing but the residuals of the peculiar institution, maximizing revenue for foreign corporations, in the name of the tax exempt god.

These people make you pray as your child is being drugged as a lab rat and being raped, nightly.

Where is Maura Corrigan?

'Huge concern': 206 child deaths not reported to watchdog

LANSING, Mich. (WOOD) — Eighteen months after Target 8 exposed a gap
in Michigan’s child death reporting system, a state audit is demanding a fix.
A report released Tuesday by Michigan’s Auditor General found Michigan’s Department of Health and Human Services failed to notify a watchdog promptly of 206 child deaths from 2014 through 2017.

That watchdog, the Office of Children’s Ombudsman, is an independent agency mandated by state law to review the deaths of children who have had recent contact with Michigan’s foster care, child welfare or child protection system. The goal is to identify if Children's Protective Services caseworkers failed to follow policy or could have done things differently to better protect the child.
But the ombudsman can’t conduct those reviews if MDHHS fails to notify the watchdog of qualifying deaths.

"It’s certainly a huge concern that these child death alerts were missed because it’s important that we’re the oversight for (CPS within MDHHS)," said Lisa McCormick, the recently appointed head off the Office of Children’s Ombudsman.

McCormick stressed the OCO ultimately did receive and review all of the unreported death cases.
"There were 206 cases that we went back and reviewed, but the important thing to note is that we did review them, and that MDHHS came to the table and they worked with us to make sure we were getting all the cases," she said.

In recent years, on average, the ombudsman received 267 child death alerts annually.
The 206 missed alerts comprised 20% of the total death cases reported over a four-year period.
The audit also urged the ombudsman to find ways to independently identify child deaths that require OCO reviews.

"The auditors made a valid point, which is why we have auditors to improve our procedures, to tell us this is a deficit, this is a hole that’s missing, let’s address it and move forward," McCormick said.

The Tale Of Why Betsy DeVos Wanted To Cut Special Olympics: Children's Trust Funds & Her Foreign Corporations

Gather round, dearies, for I shall tell the tale of why Betsy DeVos wanted to cut Special Olympics funding.

Once upon a time, Betsy came up with lots of privatized child welfare services with John Engler.

Foster care and adoption turned out to be quite the financially fruitful industry in Medicaid fraud, so they built hospitals to do more research with children because HHS was handing out lots and lots of grant money in children's research, particularly psychological and pharmaceutical, because Michigan is the only state where the State Attorney General cannot sue a pharmaceutical corporation.

Betsy said the Special Olympics cuts were needed, but she did not tell the truth as to why she wanted to slash the funding, so I will.

It is about Medicaid fraud in child welfare.

See, it goes like this.

Bethany Christian Services is moving, quite quickly I must add, to implement full scale claiming of corporate parental rights.

Instead of Special Olympics for kids, there can now be specialized services whose costs can be reimbursed through Targeted Case Management in the expansion of the Families First Act.

Yes, that is correct, when you sign up for these Public Private Partnerships to receive services for your child, that means you are poor, and, as such, shall immediately sign over all your rights, including parental rights, over to the corporate parent, where, the corporation has full control of the children's trust, like the identity, Social Security Number, EITC, to be leverage for more money, that they exfiltrate out the United States through child welfare NGOs to money launder into political campaigns.

I guess Trump did not like Betsy's plan, but hey, what do I know?

I know MiABLE is a foreign corporation  and its name is TSA Consulting Group, Inc., and it is taking all the federal funding for all these special needs children, and is going to help these kids save their money, and you can trust them because they are not even a Michigan corporation.

It looks Australian.

Yes, privatization is the real reason why Betsy wanted to cut Special Olympics funding for children.

Betsy likes to send Medicaid fraud in child welfare money to her overseas children's trusts.

Betsy is doing the work of the christian god, the residuals of the peculiar institution.

And that ends the tale of how Betsy does not realize that I just dry snitched, again.

President Donald Trump says Special Olympics will be funded after fallout with Betsy DeVos on the Hill

President Donald Trump on Thursday said the administration will fund Special Olympics following a whirlwind of criticism this week over the White House's budget proposal that had eliminated federal funding for the program.

"The Special Olympics will be funded, I just told my people," Trump told reporters outside the White House. "I want to fund the Special Olympics and I just authorized funding of the Special Olympics."

Prior to Trump's comments on Thursday afternoon, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos faced more backlash at a hearing in the morning on Capitol Hill over the Trump administration’s proposal to cut federal funding for the Special Olympics. Despite Trump's comments on Thursday afternoon, Congress is ultimately responsible for approving the budget that is proposed by the administration.
In a heated back-and-forth with Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., DeVos defended the administration’s “tough choices and decisions,” saying she did not personally approve the cuts, but forcefully pushed back against criticism.

“Let's not use disabled children in a twisted way for your political narrative,” DeVos said when answering questions from Sen. Durbin. “That is just disgusting and it's shameful.”

Durbin, in response, said the proposed cut was “shameful.”

“I am not twisting it, I asked you to answer yes or no, and you said you did not personally approve this,” Durbin said.

DeVos told the committee that she loved the Special Olympics and had contributed a portion of her salary to the organization.

Durbin went on to criticize decision-makers at the Office of Management and Budget, saying, “Whoever came up with that idea at OMB gets a Special Olympic gold medal for insensitivity.”

DeVos has faced significant backlash this week over part of the administration’s budget proposal that would eliminate $17.6 million for the Special Olympics. The full budget proposed a decrease of $7.1 billion for education funding overall.

The proposal to cut funding for the Special Olympics has been part of past Trump administration budget proposals. The chances that the budget will get passed as it is in this first iteration is highly unlikely.

On Wednesday, the chairman of the Senate appropriations subcommittee, Sen. Roy Blunt, R-Mo., issued a statement saying that the subcommittee would “not cut funding for the program."

“I'm a longtime supporter of Special Olympics and proud that Missouri is home to the largest Special Olympics training facility in the world,” Sen. Blunt wrote. "I was just at the World Games and saw, as I have many times before, what a huge impact the organization has on athletes, their families, and their communities. Our Department of Education appropriations bill will not cut funding for the program."

TEFRA: The Latest Medicaid Fraud In Child Welfare Trust Fund Battle - Who Will Control The Industry of Trafficking Tiny Humans - Nessel v. Engler

Today, I was tip toeing through the FinCEN trying to figure the next, latest and greatest stealin' op of the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) when I found a lovely growth of financial intel called the cross border transfer from the originator to the beneficiary, and said to myself,

"Hey, Self! You know what that sounds like? It sounds like one of those trafficking tiny humans mechanisms."
"Well, golly geeze, who would have ever thought about transposing international financial law enforcement models over to the privatized industry of trafficking tiny humans?"
"Me, Silly!"
So, there you have it, I found TEFRA:

Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982

TEFRA, as it is called, has lots and lots of asset forfeiture models for civil debt and liquidity for child support, disabled children, children and their families living in poverty, the elderly, and the lot.

That is when I figured out that this was the introduction to that "targeted population" era.

TEFRA talks about the transfer of bonds from the originator to the beneficiary in the form of trusts, children's trust funds.

It was at this point I said, "Corporate Parental Rights!"

I found the originator of the Public Private Partnership they are repurposing for civil asset forfeiture in the transfer of the grant to the right of the incapacitated person, having a diffusion of lumping children, disabled and elderly, into the category of not being legally capable to represent themselves in legal matters, therefore must be put under a Guardian Ad Litem for one of these privatized, foreign corporations to take legal custody of the trust, being the Medicaid funding, and any other inheritances, because the corporate parent becomes the beneficiary.

The rebranding of child welfare.

I know, I need to do a LK production on this.

This is why there is a push to become gender neutral.

Gender neutral in law allows for easier transfers of funds under chattel law.

Chattel law is heirarchial when it comes to gender in property ownership.

Think of it like this, instead of a marriage, you have a corporate partnership, with newly defined corporate parental rights through TEFRA in mergers and acquisitions, or rather, adoption.

Yes, it still exists today, but I see the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) taking this into maritime law, because we are dealing with foreign corporations in partnership with our federal, state and local governments.

partnership by on Scribd

Yes, the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) are rolling out the 2019 Stealin' Model for Medicaid fraud in child welfare.

Behold, the first thing that popped up when I did a basic term search on TEFRA:

Arkansas Department of Human Services
https://humanservices.arkansas.gov/about-dhs/dms/tefra

https://afmc.org/individuals/arkansans-on-medicaid/beneficiary-education/tefra-webinar-feb2019/

These are Medicaid funded private children's trusts models, which have no gender, under TEFRA.

This is being diffused across the nation as corporate parental rights, where the corporation is the beneficiary and the state is the orignator to the trust.

I tell ya, these "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) are awfully clever when it comes to stealin'.

The following is the Michigan private, foreign, children's trust funds for wagering.

MiABLE

This is all about the children's trust funds because they get that Medicaid money and leverage it, not providing crap to the people who need it, for the purposes of maximizing revenues.

Seriously.

This is about the christian chattel law model being outdated, when it comes to parental rights, under the legal property ownership concepts in gender, only.

There is nothing in Ecclessiastical law which recognizes same sex marriages, as the many subjects of wifery are still on the books under the Mann Act and Immigration and Naturalization Act.

It has nothing to do with one's genotype or phenotype, it has to do with the beneficiary of the trust, the ownership of the intellectual property.

Corporations have no gender; ergo, do not produce its goods, but acquire, through the transfer of parental rights from the host, the new name for mother.

The LBQRSTUV narrative is just a cover for the genetic research industry of manufacturing tiny humans, because humans are being produced outside a human host and it not very easy to assign gender to parental protein strands.

The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, a foreign corporation, has a corner on the market when it comes to the child welfare industry.

The LBQRSTUV community wants in on the skins because the Pro Lifers have been running the show.

Nothing more.  Nothing less.  It is about the children's trust funds in the trafficking of tiny humans, which is why we are circling in on the use of policy of a private, foreign corporation.

Since all this started in Michigan, this boils down to nothing but a battle between "The Boys" v. "The Girls" on who controls the rebranding of parental rights in child welfare.

Child welfare is chattel law under the Vatican, "Virgin of the Sea", so I see this as a simple battle of corporate privateers taking over the industry, with these very same questions lingering in SCOTUS in DACA/DAPA actions.

Who owns the child, under what jurisdiction, under what laws, under what authority, under what rights?

This is going to be very nasty because people do not like it when you snatch their money, but now comes another group that wants in on the Medicaid fraud in child welfare gaming system.

Nessel does not want to talk about trafficking tiny humans in Michigan, but is willing to confront the John Engler, but not on this subject matter.

We should ask Nessel why she does not want to talk about trafficking tiny humans in Michigan.

Oh, wait....I forgot.

Michigan is still under federal oversight of its child welfare system.

What a situation!

This is what I call an inherently contemporaneous conflict of interests because she cannot advise and advocate at the same time in child welfare, remember?

Michigan will no longer fund adoption agencies that discriminate against gays

Michigan will no longer financially support adoption and foster care agencies that refuse to work with same-sex couples and LGBTQ individuals because of religious beliefs under the terms of a settlement of a lawsuit negotiated by Attorney General Dana Nessel.

The settlement, which was announced Friday, sets up a battle with the Republican-led Legislature, which passed a law in 2015 that allows adoptions agencies to refuse to work with members of the LGBTQ community.

The terms of the settlement require that the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services agrees to maintain nondiscriminatory provisions in its foster care and adoption agency contracts. It also calls for the department to enforce the nondiscrimination provisions by terminating contracts with agencies that either discriminate against same-sex couples or LGBTQ individuals who would otherwise qualify to become foster or adoptive parents or that refer them to other agencies.

In exchange for the policy, the plaintiffs in the case — Kristy and Dana Dumont of Lansing and Erin and Rebecca Busk-Sutton of Detroit — have agreed to dismiss their claims and pay their own attorney fees and costs.

“We are so happy that for same-sex couples in Michigan who are interested in fostering or adopting, opening their hearts and homes to a child no longer comes with the risk of being subjected to the discrimination we experienced," the Dumonts said in a statement released by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which filed the case on behalf of the couples. "We are hopeful that this will mean more families for children, especially those who have been waiting years for a family to adopt them. And we can’t wait to welcome one of those children into our family.”

In 2015, Republicans in the Michigan Legislature, voting mostly along party lines, passed a controversial bill that allows adoption and foster care agencies to cite religious convictions when refusing to work with same-sex couples who want to adopt  or foster a child.

The two couples filed a lawsuit in 2017 challenging the MDHHS contract with taxpayer-funded and state-contracted foster care and adoption agencies that refused to work with same-sex couples.

The couples said they approached St. Vincent Catholic Charities and Bethany Christian Services to adopt children the agencies had accepted through referrals from MDHHS.  They said the agencies refused to work with them.

It is not found in chattel law.

The state contracts with 59 private adoption and foster care agencies across the state and while the MDHHS wasn't able to say specifically how many don't work with same-sex couples or LGBTQ individuals, 20 of the agencies are affiliated with religious organizations.

After the settlement was announced Friday, the Michigan Catholic Conference, the Lansing-based advocacy agency that serves as the official voice of the Catholic Church in Michigan, tweeted, "The settlement announced today by the Attorney General in the Dumont/Lyon case does nothing to protect the thousands of children in foster care looking for loving homes. As such, it is highly unlikely this is the last chapter of the story."

Lori Windham, an attorney with Becket, a Washington D.C.-based law firm that works on religious freedom cases, said the settlement violates Michigan law that protects religious adoption agencies.
"The Michigan AG and the ACLU are trying to stop the state from working with faith-based adoption agencies," she said in a statement. "The result of that will be tragic. Thousands of children will be kept from finding the loving homes they deserve."

Nessel, the first lesbian to be elected to statewide office in Michigan, is most well-known for her representation of a Madison Heights same-sex couple, a case that went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court and led to the 2015 decision that legalized same-sex marriage.

During her campaign for attorney general, standing up for the rights of the LGBTQ community was a major theme.

“Discrimination in the provision of foster care case management and adoption services is illegal, no matter the rationale,” Nessel said in a statement. “Limiting the opportunity for a child to be adopted or fostered by a loving home not only goes against the state’s goal of finding a home for every child, it is a direct violation of the contract every child-placing agency enters into with the state.”

The ACLU said the settlement was a victory for the 12,000 children in foster care in Michigan.

“Our children need every family that is willing and able to provide them with a loving home," said Leslie Cooper, deputy director of the ACLU LGBT & HIV Project. "When agencies choose to accept taxpayer dollars to provide public child welfare services, they must put the needs of the children first.”

But the settlement is sure to spark a backlash from Republicans in the Legislature, who argued that businesses, including adoption and foster care agencies, shouldn't be forced to conduct business in a way that violated their moral and religious beliefs.

Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey, R-Clarklake, blasted Nessel and the settlement.

“Dana Nessel has shown us that she cares little for the Constitution and even less for the vulnerable population of children in need of forever homes," he said.

"Nessel’s actions make it clear that she sought the office of attorney general to further her own personal political agenda."

He claimed that faith-based adoption agencies will have to stop operating in Michigan because of the lack of taxpayer-funded support.

State Rep. James Lower, R-Cedar Lake, said the decision proves that the Legislature was right when it passed a bill late last year that would allow lawmakers to intervene in any case brought against the state. One of the reasons behind the bill was fear that Nessel would try to undo laws passed by Republicans. That bill was vetoed by former Gov. Rick Snyder.

"I’m just disappointed. This proves our point that the attorney general is unwilling to defend the laws in this state," he said, adding that he's sure the GOP caucus will talk about how to move beyond this one settlement. "We can still request to become a party to cases, but I think this one is over."

Lower wasn't in the Legislature when the original bill passed in 2015, but he said he would have supported it.

"It made sense — the situation puts these agencies in a tough situation because they have been able to refer couples to another agency that is willing to work with same-sex couples," he said. "But now, they'll have to choose to either not to help the kids or violate their religious beliefs."

DNA & RNA have no gender when it comes to corporate parental rights.
