Tales Of The New Crown: Boo Boo Barr Suddenly Announces Publication of Cryptocurrency Enforcement Framework Jeff Sessions Put Together After Getting The Cooties Touch

Sometimes, it takes a rogue to catch a rogue... which may be why we have not heard from Boo Boo Barr since he got the cooties touch.

In 2018, Attorney General Jeff Sessions
established a Cyber-Digital Task Force within
the U.S. Department of Justice to evaluate the
impact that recent advances in technology
have had on law enforcement’s ability to
keep our citizens safe. Acknowledging the
many ways in which technological advances
“have enriched our lives and have driven our
economy,” the Attorney General also noted
that “the malign use of . . . technolog[y] harms
our government, victimizes consumers and
businesses, and endangers public safety and
national security.”

#maytheheavensfall

Attorney General William P. Barr announced today the release of “Cryptocurrency: An Enforcement Framework,” a publication produced by the Attorney General’s Cyber-Digital Task Force.  The Framework provides a comprehensive overview of the emerging threats and enforcement challenges associated with the increasing prevalence and use of cryptocurrency; details the important relationships that the Department of Justice has built with regulatory and enforcement partners both within the United States government and around the world; and outlines the Department’s response strategies.

“Cryptocurrency is a technology that could fundamentally transform how human beings interact, and how we organize society.  Ensuring that use of this technology is safe, and does not imperil our public safety or our national security, is vitally important to America and its allies,” said Attorney General Barr.  “I am grateful to the Cyber-Digital Task Force for producing this detailed report, which provides a cohesive, first-of-its kind framework for those seeking to understand federal enforcement priorities in this growing space.”

“At the FBI, we see first-hand the dangers posed when criminals bend the important technological promise of cryptocurrency to illicit ends," said FBI Director Christopher Wray.   “As this Enforcement Framework describes, we see criminals using cryptocurrency to try to prevent us from 'following the money’ across a wide range of investigations, as well as to trade in illicit goods like criminal tools on the dark web. For example, the cyber criminals behind ransomware attacks often use cryptocurrency to try to hide their true identities when acquiring malware and infrastructure, and receiving ransom payments. The men and women of the FBI are constantly innovating to keep pace with the evolution of criminals' use of cryptocurrency."

“The United States has been enormously successful blocking terrorists, rogue regimes, and their supporters from funding their activity using traditional currencies,” said Task Force member John C. Demers, Assistant Attorney General for the National Security Division.  “As the Cryptocurrency Enforcement Framework explains, we will adapt our strategy and tools to 21st century financing, including to combat the use of cryptocurrencies to evade enforcement and harm our national security.”

“Cryptocurrencies and distributed ledger technology present tremendous promise for the future, but it is critical that these important innovations follow the law.  The Cryptocurrency Enforcement Framework provides the public with important information intended to help them understand and comply with their obligations under the legal regimes that govern these new and fast-developing technologies,” said Task Force member Brian C. Rabbitt, the acting Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division.  “While the Department of Justice and its partners are committed to supporting the advancement of legitimate cryptocurrency technologies and uses, we will not hesitate to enforce the laws that govern these technologies when necessary to protect the public.”

Task Force member Beth A. Williams, who serves as Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Policy, lauded the release of the Cryptocurrency Enforcement Framework:  “The Department of Justice is committed to protecting the public from current and emerging cyber threats, including those involving cryptocurrency and related technologies.  This Framework reflects the Department’s extensive cooperation with domestic and international partners in ensuring that we are adequately addressing these challenges, to the benefit of lawful cryptocurrency users and the public at large.”

The Enforcement Framework opens with an introductory essay authored by the Task Force’s chair, Associate Deputy Attorney General Sujit Raman.

Then, in Part I, the Framework provides a detailed threat overview, cataloging the three categories into which most illicit uses of cryptocurrency typically fall: (1) financial transactions associated with the commission of crimes; (2) money laundering and the shielding of legitimate activity from tax, reporting, or other legal requirements; and (3) crimes, such as theft, directly implicating the cryptocurrency marketplace itself.

Part II explores the various legal and regulatory tools at the government’s disposal to confront the threats posed by cryptocurrency’s illicit uses, and highlights the strong and growing partnership between the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Commission, and agencies within the Department of the Treasury, among others, to enforce federal law in the cryptocurrency space.

Finally, the Enforcement Framework concludes in Part III with a discussion of the ongoing challenges the government faces in cryptocurrency enforcement—particularly with respect to business models (employed by certain cryptocurrency exchanges, platforms, kiosks, and casinos), and to activity (like “mixing” and “tumbling,” “chain hopping,” and certain instances of jurisdictional arbitrage) that may facilitate criminal activity.

The Cryptocurrency Enforcement Framework is the second detailed report issued by the Attorney General’s Cyber-Digital Task Force, which was established in February 2018 to answer two basic questions:  How is the Department of Justice responding to global cyber threats?  And how can federal law enforcement accomplish its mission in this area more effectively?  An earlier Task Force report, published in July 2018, canvassed a wide spectrum of cyber threats, ranging from transnational criminal enterprises’ sophisticated cyber-enabled schemes, to malign foreign influence operations, to efforts to compromise our nation’s critical infrastructure, and articulated the Department’s priorities in detecting, deterring, and disrupting cyber threats.

Additional Cyber-Digital Task Force members include Andrew E. Lelling, United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts, and two senior FBI executives.  Components from across the Department contributed to the Cryptocurrency Enforcement Framework’s drafting.

Barr reverses, will quarantine for several days after potential coronavirus exposure

Attorney General William Barr reversed his decision to not quarantine following possible exposure to

the coronavirus and said instead that he would isolate himself for several days, according to The Associated Press.

Barr was exposed to COVID-19 last week at the White House's event announcing the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court

A spokesperson for the Justice Department confirmed Barr's decision to the news outlet, though the exact length of Barr's self-imposed quarantine was not immediately clear.

Kerri Kupec, the Justice Department's spokesperson, added that Barr had undergone four tests for COVID-19 exposure since Friday, all of which had returned negative results.

A further request for comment from The Hill was not immediately returned.

This week: Coronavirus complicates Senate's Supreme Court fight
Pastor who attended White House event has COVID-19
Barr told The New York Times through a spokesperson the day earlier that he would not quarantine, a decision that came as the Trump administration and the president's reelection campaign have faced increasing scrutiny over their preventative measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic following the president's announcement Friday that he and the first lady had tested positive for the virus.

News outlets have hammered allies of the president over the past two days in response to contradictory statements about the president's condition. Allies of the president have also faced criticism over the president's own past unwillingness to appear in public while wearing a mask, as well as the Trump campaign's lack of preventative measures against the spread of the virus.

Several other attendees at Friday's event besides Trump himself have since tested positive for the virus, including White House counselor Kellyanne Conway, Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah), and the president of Notre Dame University, the Rev. John I. Jenkins.

DOJ: United States Attorney John F. Bash Announces Resignation - Don McGahn & His Situation With Seals

Keep in mind, there is no need for subpoena if there is a superseding investigation.

#maytheheavensfall

SAN ANTONIO, Tex. – U.S. Attorney John F. Bash announced today that he will resign from the Department of Justice on Friday, October 9, 2020, at 11:59pm. U.S. Attorney Bash issued the following statement:

This Friday—eight years to the day after I first joined the Department of Justice—I will step down as United States Attorney for the Western District of Texas. Last month I accepted an offer for a position in the private sector and informed the Attorney General of my decision. I tendered formal letters of resignation to both the President and the Attorney General this morning.

I am grateful to the President, Senator John Cornyn, Senator Ted Cruz, and the other members of the United States Senate for the opportunity to serve the people of Texas. I am also grateful to  former Counsel to the President Donald F. McGahn II, who gave me steadfast support throughout the nomination and confirmation process, and to former Solicitor General Donald B. Verrilli, Jr., for first bringing me into the Department in 2012. And I am honored that during my tenure as U.S. Attorney, the Attorney General has seen fit to entrust me with significant responsibilities and to appoint me to his Advisory Committee.

I am also deeply indebted to the over 300 attorneys and staff members who work in our office, including the 73 Assistant United States Attorneys hired during my tenure. Through their tireless efforts, we have held accountable child abusers, drug-cartel leaders, gang members, bank robbers, embezzlers, fraudsters, scammers, and corrupt public officials. The exceptional public servants of our office have continued to perform at a high level during the national health crisis.

I owe special gratitude to my executive team—First Assistant U.S. Attorney Ashley Hoff, Executive Assistant U.S. Attorney Kristy Callahan, Counselor Mickey Tapken, Criminal Division Chief Christina Playton, Civil Division Chief Mary Kruger, Administrative Division Chief Gretchen Randall, and Legal Support Division Chief Lora Makowski. They are all women of extraordinary integrity, intelligence, and candor. I am proud to have served alongside them.

Most importantly, I would not have succeeded in this demanding role without the love and support of my wife, Zina, my daughter and son, my parents, my wife’s parents and siblings, and of course the Lord.

The Attorney General has elected to appoint Gregg Sofer to succeed me as U.S. Attorney. Gregg is an inspired choice. He is a veteran Department of Justice attorney, serving first in the National Security Division at Main Justice and then for over a decade as a national-security specialist in our Austin office. In the latter role, he built a reputation as a dogged and tremendously effective prosecutor. In 2018, I selected Gregg to serve as our office’s Criminal Division Chief, where he designed and implemented significant improvements to our operations, oversaw thousands of prosecutions, and provided me with invaluable advice on a range of important issues and cases. Since early this year, he has served in Washington, D.C., as Counselor to the Attorney General. He will make an excellent U.S. Attorney.

Like any job, serving as U.S. Attorney has had its high points and its low points. No day was worse than August 3, 2019, when we lost so many of our fellow Americans and our Mexican brothers and sisters to an almost inconceivable act of hatred. But there was nothing more soul-stirring than the way El Pasoans came together in the wake of that nightmare in a spirit of love and perseverance.

I hope that I have discharged my authority wisely and have improved the safety and security of my fellow Texans. I leave the Department with a profound respect for its people, its traditions, and its importance to our constitutional democracy.

Bash, 39, was appointed by President Trump to the position of United States Attorney in December 2017.  He previously served in the Department of Justice as an Assistant to the Solicitor General from 2012 to 2017, and he served as Associate Counsel to the President in 2017.

Attorney General William Barr offered the following statement:

I offer my gratitude to John Bash for his service as United States Attorney for the Western District of Texas. Since 2017, John has successfully led one of the largest U.S. Attorney’s Offices in the country. John has made significant contributions to the Department of Justice, including his service on the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee. I appreciate his service to our nation and to the Justice Department, and I wish him the very best.

Tales Of The New Crown: Boo Boo Barr Gonna Get The Cooties

Bill Boo Boo Barr did not wear a mask at Notre Dame.

"We all just adore Boo Boo Barr!"

All the priests love Boo Boo Barr.

That is why Boo Boo Barr is going to get the cooties, but, hey, what do I know?

I know they like tiny humans as lab rats.

I also know what happens to the other tiny humans.

And, I know how they maximize revenues in Foster Care and Adoption through academic propaganda.

Notre Dame president Rev. John Jenkins tests positive for COVID-19

The Rev. John Jenkins, president of Notre Dame, has tested positive for COVID-19 and is showing mild
symptoms, the school said in a message sent to the campus community on Friday.

Jenkins learned this week that a colleague with whom he has been in regular contact tested positive, so he also got tested and the result was positive. Jenkins already was in a self-isolation after attending the nomination ceremony for Judge Amy Coney Barrett in Washington, D.C., last weekend. The statement says that Jenkins was entering "an extended period of isolation" as indicated by university medical personnel and county health officials.

"My symptoms are mild and I will continue work from home," Jenkins said. "The positive test is a good reminder for me and perhaps for all of how vigilant we need to be."

Jenkins said in a statement last week, "I regret my error in judgment" for not wear

John Jenkins

ing a mask and shaking hands during the nomination ceremony.

The Notre Dame campus and football program have dealt with their own separate coronavirus outbreaks since school resumed last month. Notre Dame paused football activities and had to postpone its scheduled game last weekend with Wake Forest to December because of coronavirus issues stemming from its game against South Florida on Sept. 19.

On Monday, the school reported 18 positive tests in the football program during its latest round of testing. As a result, 25 players were in isolation and 14 others in quarantine due to an outbreak coach Brian Kelly tied to the pregame meal before the game against South Florida, and a player vomiting on the sideline.

Notre Dame resumed practice on Wednesday.

In August, Jenkins ordered the school to go to virtual learning for two weeks after a spike in cases in South Bend, but that decision did not impact football workouts.

Notre Dame opted to join the ACC for this season as a way to play the 2020 football season, a decision that had a significant impact not only on the ACC opting to move forward with a fall season but other conferences as well. In late July, Jenkins voted as a member of the ACC board of directors -- consisting of all 15 league presidents and chancellors -- to move forward with the season just as the Big Ten and Pac-12 decided to pause.

In an op-ed he wrote for The New York Times in May, Jenkins said, "Athletic competition presents another set of challenges. We believe we can, with aggressive testing, hygiene and careful monitoring, keep student-athletes safe. Indeed, keeping healthy relatively small cadres of student-athletes, coaches and support staff members is a less daunting challenge than keeping safe the several thousand other people in the campus community."

Notre Dame athletic director Jack Swarbrick maintained throughout the offseason and into the summer that he felt confident the Irish would be able to play this season, even though there might be interruptions.

Ivanka Trump Forgot To Order Dim Sum For Bill "Boo Boo" Barr - Of Parental Rights & The Georgia Anti-Trafficking Tiny Humans Conference

Oh, my goodness gracious!
Ivanka feeding
Bill "Boo Boo" Barr dim sum!

It must have something to do with the fact that he has to prosecute himself, in the name of the tax exempt god.

Well, that just sucks, because we all know Boo Boo Barr likes to contemporaneously advise and advocate for those foreign, private entities who like to procure and purvey tiny humans in the name of the tax exempt god.

Praise the lord!.

Here is a background on trafficking tiny humans in Georgia.

I filed a report to GBI on the trafficking of tiny humans.

This is about Parental Rights utilizing the fraud of Religious Freedom Restoration Act, to animate corporations, particularly foreign corporations, with a specificity of holding those who do things in the name of the tax exempt god.

Boo Boo Barr looks piqued.

Ivanka should start making sure to serve him some dim sum during these sessions.

Attorney General Boo Boo Barr Speaks On Success Of Operation Legend But Nothing On The Industry Of Trafficking Tiny Humans - Gerrymandering

Oh my!

Boo Boo Barr still refuses to speak upon all the tiny human goods being acquired by brute force under the arms of the U.S. for the purposes of maximizing revenues, a parental right of the foreign corporation, in the name of the tax exempt god?

Boo Boo Barr knows, well, that Operation Legend is about the welfare of the child, but is now focusing resources on El Chapo, where it sounds like Detroit was a major distribution center, but, hey, what do I know?

I know that this Operation Legend drug money had to have a network to launder the money which is probably why Boo Boo Barr is not talking about Foster Care, Adoption and all the Detroit Land Bank Authority fake ass mortgage fraud TARP schemes through children's trust funds to fund political campaigns because, if he ever did, he would have to...well....how shall I say this without making him exalt, even more, the virtues of his work....self-indict himself as a co-conspirator, for cloaking modern day human trafficking, the residuals of the peculiar institution.

*awkward*

Gerrymandering is not just the final results of redistricting, it is about the means and methods of the pattern of practice, which just so happens to be child welfare.

Before you are a man, you are a child.

Praise the lord and Boo Boo Barr.

There is another legend Boo Boo Barr has yet to speak upon.

DOJ: Boo Boo Barr Holds Press Conference On Operation LeGend - No Mention Of Trafficking Tiny Humans

This seems to be the first presentation of jurisdictional hierarchic re-structures for prosecution.

In that conjugal collaborative effort, federal, state and local jurisdictions are re-structuring the administration of justice.
Someone in the community says, "Hey, DOJ! Stop the Meanies!"
DOJ says, "I do not know what to do?"
Someone in the community says, "Look over here! http://beverlytran.com, etc."
DOJ says, "We all know."
But, what had happened next was.....
Now, let us sit back to see if Boo Boo Barr is going to transpose this jurisdictional assignment of law enforcement to public corruption.

You know I am sitting here, biting my pearls, just to see how Boo Boo Barr is going to go after the Meanies...who like to do nasty things to tiny humans.

When are you going after the industry of Child Welfare?

I want to hear you speak upon gerrymandering because you know these violent actions are foreign in origin.

Why is there a population of "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth) and why is it there is so much funding flowing through these foreign corporate parents which just so happen to fund political campaigns?

This is not a spurious correlation.

It is public knowledge, Boo Boo.

I want hear you speak of Foster Care and Adoption so I can properly annotate with stuff, just in case you decide to bear false witness, you know.

DOJ Is In Detroit - Bill Boo Boo Barr Is Busy, Busy, Busy - Bob Bashara Is Extracted From Humanity - Someone Is Getting Leaky

Bill Boo Boo Barr is busy, busy, busy in Detroit.

I was trying to figure out what was going on with all those helicopters flying over my house, serenading me by sirens and motorcycles at night.

Then, this happened...

Then, this happened...

I waved, you know.

US Attorney General Barr checks in on Detroit crime — from a helicopter

U.S. Attorney General William Barr, center, visits Detroit to assess a federal crime initiative that involves 42 federal agents coming to town to help fight escalating gun violence.
The feds have arrived.

Defense.gov News Article: Teddy Troopers 'Jump' Into Arms of Iraqi ...
"Sir Boo Boo! You cannot stop
the heavens from falling, for
the Celestial Goddess of the
Woodshed has cast her spell
many a moons ago."
U.S. Attorney General William Barr visited Detroit on Tuesday to see for himself how a federal anti-crime operation is going, though he didn't view the massive city  up close and personal — he saw most of it from a helicopter.

The nation's top prosecutor boarded a chopper in a field outside downtown Detroit to assess a new White House initiative dubbed Operation Legend, which, in recent weeks, has brought dozens of federal agents to town to help local police fight an uptick in gun violence. During a 45-minute helicopter ride, Barr saw some of Detroit's progress and blighted neighborhoods from above, though he also saw a little bit of Detroit from inside a sports utility vehicle.

After the helicopter ride, Barr and local officials drove to the JZ Motel on the city's east side and got out and spoke with the owners and workers about how crime has affected their business. Then Barr set out for a tour of the 9th Precinct, a police station surrounded by blight and crime, the same precinct where demonstrators gathered last month to protest the officer-involved shooting death of a man who was a suspect in a quadruple shooting.

U.S. Attorney General William Barr, center, met with Detroit Police officers and workers of the JZ Motel in Detroit Tuesday during a visit here to assess a federal crime initiative in the city. The Feds are sending 42 federal agents to Detroit  to help the city fight escalating gun violence.
Barr's visit to Detroit comes amid what has been a bloody summer in Detroit. Homicides are up 25% and shootings are up 51%, with nearly 380 being shot in the last two months alone, including 63 deaths — that's at least one killing a day by gunfire.

"I wouldn't call it an intervention," Barr said of the operation, adding  "I think Detroit does need an increase" in law enforcement to help fight the city's escalating gun violence.

"At the end of the day, it's about saving lives," Barr said during an interview from the back of his SUV-limo before he boarded the helicopter.

So far, 32 federal agents have arrived in Detroit. The remaining 10 are due to arrive in the fall.

The federal effort has drawn skepticism from local and state leaders and activists who question the government's motives. Black Lives Matter protesters have expressed concern that the feds may be used against peaceful protests, turning Detroit into another Portland. Others believe President Donald Trump, who announced the initiative last month, is trying to use Detroit's crime problem to win votes in November by portraying himself as the law-and-order leader.

As  NAACP President Wendell Anthony has argued: "President Trump is in the midst of his reelection campaign. He cannot have public rallies, visit key cities, hold conventions, or even take pictures in a crowd due to COVID-19."

Anthony views Operation Legend as a "political ploy" by Trump to win votes in November and to "scare suburban and city white folks into voting for him out of fear."

"His poll numbers are tragically low," Anthony has said.

Meanwhile, Detroit Police Chief James Craig, who also rode in the helicopter with Barr, has stressed repeatedly that the crime initiative is about helping Detroit fight escalating violence. He has said he needs and welcomes the help. And the AG came to town, he said, to see how Operation Legend is working.

"He wanted to come see it up close and personal," Craig said. "This is all about crime."

Craig stressed the federal agents are already here.

"Folks are on the ground, but they're still building it up," Craig said of the federal presence.

Detroit is one of several cities that is part of Operation Legend. Federal agents are also being sent to Milwaukee, Chicago and Albuquerque, New Mexico, where escalating violence has been reported.

“Frankly, we have no choice," Trump said about sending in federal agents to these cities. "This rampage of violence shocks the conscience of our nation."

But many local and state leaders are skeptical about Trump's motives.

"I have a lot of concern about what his intentions are," Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has said, adding the election is less than three months out. "I’m concerned about his motivations here."

Nessel explained that her skepticism is based on Trump's behavior toward Michigan lawmakers, saying he has disrespected and mocked local and state leaders, including referring to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer as "that woman from Michigan."

"He calls our cities war zones. That’s not someone coming in because he’s genuinely concerned about our populous," Nessel said. "He's not trying to help. He's trying to dominate."

Federal officials disagree.

U.S. Attorney Matthew Schneider said when he was an assistant prosecutor under President Barack Obama, federal initiatives like Operation Legend took place.

"I was doing the same thing then that we are doing now. It's the same. We are working with state and local partners," said Schneider, who believes federal law enforcement assistance is desperately needed in Detroit.

"We have more resources and tools. Who wouldn't want that? If you live in a dangerous neighborhood, you want to make it safe, and that's what we want to do,"  said Schneider, who also rode alongside Barr on the helicopter tour.

According to Schneider, Operation Legend is already seeing some progress.

"We have some active investigations going on right now," Schneider said. "We're seeing arrests. We've already taken guns off the streets and assault rifles."

Detroit chief James Deier of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has argued that Detroit can't afford to turn a blind eye to the escalating gun violence.

"Senseless gun violence is taking over the streets of the Detroit," Deier has argued. "Whether we want to admit it or we want to stick our heads in the sand, at the end of the day, statistics do not lie. ... What is happening on the streets of Detroit has to end."

Michigan Court Of Appeals Hearing On Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer & Her Magical Emergency Manager Powers Argument Simplified By Me

But, wait!

There is a fourth source of power a governor has to effectuate such sweeping powers of an Emergency Manager.

It is called being duly elected.

See, if you claim to be elected, in an election that was so jacked up, that it is still not certified because no one certified the 2018 Special Election.

That would make Gretchen Whitmer illegitimate, which means she does not possess any duly elected powers of goverening, in any shape or form, which means every single little thing she has ever done is retroactively nullified.

And, because everything I just said has been public information in the form of a play by play, real time narrative, Gretch, and her rogue ass crew cannot claim ignorance because I got the data of reading it all.

And, if they do play that, "Duh, I had no idea," crap, you know they are lying because they were stealin' the children, land & vote, where these "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) arguing on behalf of both parties, being the State House of Representatives and the Office of the Governor, should all be defrocked.

The last time I checked, you are supposed to present your instruments of authority to demonstrate your capacity to bring forth a cause of action, in the form of corporate parental rights, in the form of a certified, sealed, oath of office, filed in the Great Repository of the Great Seal of Michigan.

This is called a quo warranto because she has no duly granted authority to be the armiger of the state.

She has no right to keep and bear the arms of the State of Michigan.

Tah dah!

My legal arguments are way more funner than these "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending).

Hey Boo Boo & Matt,

You may thank me in that constitutional executive orders thing you contemporaneously got going on.

Appeals court rules against Trump, says House can sue to enforce McGahn subpoena

A federal appeals court on Friday upheld the House's subpoena of former White House counsel Don McGahn, ruling that Congress has the right to enforce its subpoenas in court.

The 7-2 decision from the full D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals reverses an earlier ruling from a divided three-judge panel that declared that congressional subpoenas were essentially unenforceable.

"The Constitution charges Congress with certain responsibilities, including to legislate, to conduct oversight of the federal government, and, when necessary, to impeach and remove a President or other Executive Branch official from office," Judge Judith Rogers wrote in the majority opinion. "Possession of relevant information is an essential precondition to the effective discharge of all of those duties."

Although the ruling is a clear victory for congressional Democrats, it does not mean that McGahn will be sitting for testimony anytime soon. The majority decision did not address the Trump administration's claim that White House officials are immune to congressional subpoena, so even if McGahn does not appeal the ruling, the two sides will still have more to litigate before the D.C. Circuit.

Kerri Kupec, a spokeswoman for the Department of Justice, didn't say whether the administration would appeal the ruling.

The circuit court on Friday also ruled that the House has standing to sue Trump over his diversion of Pentagon funds to border wall construction.

“While we strongly disagree with the standing ruling in McGahn, the en banc court properly recognized that we have additional threshold grounds for dismissal of both cases, and we intend to vigorously press those arguments before the panels hearing those cases,” Kupec said in a statement.

The House Judiciary Committee subpoenaed McGahn last year as part of an effort to follow up on the former special counsel's investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election. That investigation eventually morphed into President Trump's impeachment by the House and acquittal by the Senate.

Trump directed McGahn, his former legal adviser, not to comply with the subpoena, and the Department of Justice's Office of Legal Counsel said the president and his inner circle were immune from congressional subpoenas.

The House sued in federal court to get the subpoena enforced and a district court judge sided against the president in November, ruling that the president and his close advisers have no such immunity from congressional subpoenas.

McGahn, represented by the Department of Justice, appealed the decision and a three-judge D.C. Circuit panel ruled 2-1 that the House had no standing to sue.

The House then asked the full D.C. Circuit to rehear the case, arguing that the panel's decision would seriously damage Congress's ability to conduct oversight of the executive branch.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) applauded the ruling, saying that it "strikes a blow against the wall of impunity that President Trump has tried to build for himself."

“Today’s decision is a profound victory for the rule of law and our constitutional system of government," Nadler said in a statement. "The court rejected President Trump’s sweeping claim that Committees of the House have no standing before the courts to seek redress of the institutional injury caused when lawfully issued subpoenas are ignored. Today’s decision confirms the Judiciary’s ability to resolve these disputes."

Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) also praised the ruling, calling it "a victory for the rule of law and Congressional oversight."

"The Court reaffirmed our Constitution’s system of checks and balances and rejected the President’s outrageous claim that Congress cannot enforce its subpoenas," she said. "The House will continue to pursue justice until Don McGahn and all Administration officials comply with our rightfully-issued subpoenas. We remain committed to our oversight responsibilities and to our nation’s fundamental principle that no one is above the law – not even the President.”

The ruling, which can be appealed to the Supreme Court, affirms that Congress has the power to investigate the president and his branch of government and holds that the authority is especially important during impeachment proceedings.

"To level the grave accusation that a President may have committed 'Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors,' the House must be appropriately informed," Rogers, who was appointed to the appeals court by former President Clinton, wrote in the opinion. "And it cannot fully inform itself without the power to compel the testimony of those who possess relevant or necessary information."

All seven of the judges in the majority were appointed by Democratic presidents, and both dissenters were appointed by Republicans. Two judges, Gregory Katsas and Neomi Rao, both of whom were appointed by Trump and worked in his White House, recused themselves from the case.

The two judges who dissented — Thomas Griffith and Karen Henderson, both appointed by former President George H.W. Bush — argued in separate opinions that the courts should not be mediating disputes between Congress and the president.

"The majority’s decision will compel us to referee an interminable series of interbranch disputes, politicizing the Judiciary by repeatedly forcing us to take sides between the branches," Griffith wrote. "I cannot join the court’s expedition into an area where we do not belong and can do no good."

While Friday's ruling comes months after the conclusion of the impeachment process, it's a blow to the Trump administration, which has repeatedly argued in an unprecedented number of court battles between the two branches that Congress is limited in the ways it can fight back against the president.

The administration has had a mixed record in its legal battles against efforts to investigate the president. In a 7-2 ruling last month, the Supreme Court rejected Trump's argument that he has absolute immunity concerning a grand jury subpoena for his tax returns issued by the district attorney in Manhattan.

But the same 7-2 majority also dealt a setback to congressional subpoenas for Trump's financial records, ruling that the courts must carefully balance the interests of the two branches when faced with such disputes.

Though the high court ruled on the legal merits of those congressional subpoenas, it has yet to consider whether Congress actually has standing to enforce its investigative demands in the courts.

Ivanka Trump & Bill "Boo Boo" Barr Discussion On DOJ Human Trafficking Grants & Its New Silent Sub-recipient Grant Management - The Beginning To The End Of CAPTA & ASFA

Bill "Boo Boo" Barr was not very comfortable in discussing the transfer of funding and oversight of human trafficking grants to the DOJ Office of Victim Assistance, nor did he seem very excited about DHS escalating their activities in stopping the trafficking of tiny humans.

DOJ now has subrecipient grant management over the human trafficking grants, which means there is direct guidance and communication, unlike what goes on behind the iron curtain of child welfare, today.

I think the reason why Boo Boo had the Saddy Face was because it makes his job of covering up for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops robust activities of trying to restructure their activities of trafficking tiny humans, simply for the fact that they are losing their hegemonic status over the administration of the residuals of the peculiar institution, most notably known as Foster Care and Adoption, which is the industry of human trafficking, because slavery was never abolished, due to the 13th Exception.

I wonder why Callista Gingrich was not in attendance?

But, I digress.

TRUMP Celebrates The End Of Trafficking Tiny Humans Month With A Summit - Meet The Human Traffickers

How is Boo Boo supposed to contemporaneously advise and advocate in the capacity of U.S. Attorney General, when it comes to his promulgating Corporate Parental Rights to foreign nations while, in the same breath, advising these same foreign nations on how to maximize revenues in the trafficking of tiny humans?

Newt Gingrich, PRWORA, ASFA & The Christians - The U.S. History Of Trafficking Tiny Humans - Happy Child Abuse Propaganda Month

Boo Boo has no excuse anymore to claim he did not know Detroit is the epicenter of human trafficking, thanks to Alternative For Girls testimony.

I am quite sure Boo Boo is catching heat because these DOJ grants are not going to his foreign interests - these DOJ grants are going to the people who are actually being trafficked - humans.

Those foreign corporations for which Boo Boo promulgates Corporate Parental Rights are losing their sustainability because they are not human.

There is life after foster care, but it is no longer a life of human trafficking.

Praise the lord.

On a side note, longer hair on Ivanka is very flattering.

MS-13 Members and Associates Arrested for Sex Trafficking a Minor

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – Eleven members or close associates of the MS-13 gang were arrested this week relating to the sexual exploitation and physical abuse of a minor in northern Virginia and Maryland.
“Sex traffickers often prey upon the most vulnerable victims in our society, and when combined with the horrific abuses of a gang like MS-13, the effects can be devastating,” said G. Zachary Terwilliger, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. “I have personally handled the prosecution of MS-13 members in northern Virginia for over a decade, including for gang-controlled sex trafficking, and I have led meaningful outreach efforts with the Hispanic community in order to raise public awareness of these serious threats. As I’ve noted before, no one suffers more at the hands of MS-13 than other individuals of Central American birth or ancestry, and cases like this are proof of the need for community leaders to step up, acknowledge this reality, and work together to be part of the solution. I want to thank our law enforcement partners for conducting this complex investigation and arrest operation in a diligent and professional manner, and for their sustained commitment to eradicating MS-13 from our communities. These defendants are charged with heinous offenses, but are appropriately presumed innocent unless or until proven otherwise.”
According to court documents, in Aug. 2018, a 13-year-old identified as MINOR 2 ran away from a youth home in northern Virginia. Shortly after running away, MINOR 2 was introduced to members of MS-13. Members of the gang beat MINOR 2 26 times with a baseball bat as part of a gang initiation. Gang members then sex trafficked MINOR 2 in Virginia and Maryland using the currency of cash and drugs. While in Virginia, men lined up to have sex with her in a wooded area behind one target’s apartment complex. The men gave her drugs in exchange for sex. She also was harbored in various apartments in northern Virginia where men paid her and her handlers cash for sex.
“MS-13 is known for their violence and intimidation, but the horrific crimes alleged in this case show how their cruelty and depravity know no bounds,” said Robert E. Bornstein, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Washington Field Office Criminal Division. “The FBI and our community will not stand by while children are beaten, plied with drugs, and trafficked for sex. We will continue to work tirelessly with our law enforcement partners to disrupt violent gang activity and bring justice on behalf of the innocent victims on whom they prey.”
According to court documents, MINOR 2 was later beaten again with a bat 26 times. After the second bat beating, MINOR 2 was transported to Maryland, where she was sold to numerous gang members and other customers in exchange for cash. Law enforcement recovered photographs and videos of MINOR 2 while being sexually exploited, along with numerous social media messages regarding the trafficking and sexual exploitation of MINOR 2.
“Today’s arrests are a prime example of the commitment and dedication of local police officers and federal agents to safeguard northern Virginia against crime and violence,” said Edwin C. Roessler Jr., Chief of Fairfax County Police. “The Fairfax County police department will continue to use every resource and leverage the full weight of our agency and our federal partners to prevent violence by interdicting organized crime and holding alleged criminal street gangs accountable.”
