Tales Of The New Crown: A Textbook Example On The Art Of Stealin' - KODAK

I wish to give special thanks to the upper echelon over there at KODAK for providing us a real time teaching tool on the art of stealin'.

Ok, so, let me get this straight.

KODAK decides it is going to get into the pharmaceutical game, probably to snag some more Cooties TARP 7.0 money.

Kodak C.E.O. Got Stock Options Day Before News of Loan Sent Stock Soaring

Then, it accidentally leaks out a presser to the local newspaper on how it is going to get funded to start playing in the pharmaceutical game.

Kodak Under SEC Scrutiny Over Early Disclosure of U.S. Loan Plan

Then, since only their selectively chosen audience received the accidentally released presser on the investment, stock prices soared from $2.00 a share to $60.00 a share, overnight.

But, during the maximum price peak, some of the top executives and their in-laws, in the midst of the stock price climax, ejaculates its shares either by sale or tax write off to a local synagogue.

Then, word got out and the stock price dropped back to $9.00 a share and now there is an FEC investigation.

So, my question would be, which tiny human trust funds of stealin' the children, land & vote were the financial vehicles and what kind of fraud schemes were funded for purposes of laundering the money.

Kodak deal with US government to produce pharmaceuticals appears to be on hold

The US DFC tweeted that ‘recent allegations of wrongdoing raise serious concerns’

An agreement between the US government and Kodak to develop generic drug ingredients appears to be on hold, after the US International Development Finance Corporation tweeted that “recent allegations of wrongdoing raise serious concerns.”

“We will not proceed any further unless these allegations are cleared,” the agency tweeted, without specifying what the allegations were.
Kodak said Friday it was conducting an internal review of recent activity by the company in connection with a $765 million loan it would receive under the Defense Production Act to produce pharmaceuticals. The company’s stock price surged in the days before the deal was announced, CBS News reported, leading Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) to call for the Securities and Exchange Commission to investigate whether there were any instances of insider trading.

Kodak, best known for its camera and film equipment, said it planned to create a new business arm called Kodak Pharmaceuticals to make ingredients that have “lapsed into chronic national shortage.” Kodak CEO Jim Continenza told The Wall Street Journal that he expected pharmaceuticals to become 30 to 40 percent of the company’s business. The company’s plans included production of ingredients for drugs such as hydroxychloroquine, according to The Wall Street Journal. President Trump has touted hydroxychloroquine as a possible treatment for COVID-19, despite evidence that the anti-malaria drug has been ineffective against the virus.

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA), chair of the House Financial Services Committee and other Democrats sent a letter to DFC head Adam Boehler August 4th asking why the agency was supporting a loan for Kodak, “an organization that was on the brink of failure in 2012 and was unsuccessful in its previous foray into pharmaceutical manufacturing, in its efforts to develop the capacity to produce up to 25 percent of domestic pharmaceutical components.” The committee is asking to see all communications concerning the loan.

Bankole "Boot Licker" Thompson Needs To Go Back To Africa For His Foreign Invasion Of Detroit, Livonia & His Psychotic Fantasy Of Owning His Very Own Bank

Bankole "The Boot Licker" Thompson has been on a #coloredrevolution tirade as of lately, by promoting his PULSE Institute.

The world is watching.

He likes to call NAACP Wendell "Swindle" Anthony a boot licker because he says the NAACP has done nothing but enrich themselves.

Yes, that is correct.

Bankole is giving his public testimony on the 2016 election fraud by letting the public witness his plans to take over Detroit and Livonia by enriching himself.

HA!

Bankole wants to own a black bank and I bet Maxine Waters will help him do it.

Yippers.

Bankole recently was victorious in his latest op, where I have a sneaky suspicion Reese Everson was a willing consultant in the Right to Literacy case, where, the Pulse Institute is going to get a chuck of the settlement that was supposed to be for Detroit Public Schools students whose needs are to stop public corruption.

The case was a mockery to the entire body of civil rights laws, but, that is not the point.

Bankole refuses to speak upon the Detroit Land Bank Authority because, he knows, when he does, he has to say my name, and he does not want to say my name because he will have to say my Sweetie's name.

Can I get a #MeToo?

Bankole leveraged his entire ethical core, or sold his soul down the river to the Congressional Black Caucus, to get this State of Michigan, backdoor Gretchen Whitmer #coloredrevolution funded  settlement so he can launch his next #coloredrevolution, and, in this situation, it shall be the City of Livonia and its Police Department to throw shade on the fact that this is Mike Duggan's old playground and that Gretch has some serious situations in the very near future.

A sign warning of racial profiling as seen on Telegraph Road in Redford Township just south of Interstate 96.Livonia mayor, police chief react to 'Driving While Black' warning billboard

I used to live in Livonia and learned how to swim as a very young girl at Clarenceville School, so I take this as another personal stab whenever I hear the afrocentristic war drums, knowing very well of the impending, foreign funded #coloredrevolution invasion of a municipality, for the simple fact that Bankole had the audacity to posthumously drop my Sweetie's name when they were all uber mean to my Sweetie, to simply make some money.

That vile creature needs to go back to Africa.

Yes, I am proclaiming that Bankole, and his tribe of "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) are about to topple the City of Livonia in major federal litigation because there are no officers of the darker persuassion.

So, I send this message out to Paul Bernier, City of Livonia Attorney and Police Chief Curtis Caid, as a heads up:

Why not step out there, onto the international stage, and ask Bankole, and his merry band of #coloredrevolution buckaneers, to provide the universally accepted framework in legal and genetic class based animus designation for black people-z, said with a 'z' because it is difficult to understand Bankole's foreign accent in his english, at times.

Image result for peter griffin race card

according to the #coloredrevolution psyop
of The PULSE Institute of Bankole
You should ask Bankole if his #coloredrevolutionary crew uses the brown paper bag test, or do they strictly go on proficiency tests in ebonics.

Seriously, someone should ask Bankole the magic question of how he determines who is eligible to bank at his fantasy black bank.

I mean, will he be using the Peter Griffin color coded race card or will the human asset property management re-segregation categories be based upon arbitrary and capricious decision making on who gets to live in his magical kingdom once he topples the City of Livonia.

I bet they change the name of Livonia to Bankole.

"Hey Mikey! Come out, come out, wherever you are at GO BLUE, Bankole wants to play games with democracy.

Bankole is so very considerate to provide for the public record that propaganda was promoted through our higher institutions of learning, which will then, profess in the community, the policy of which the black peoplez shall be indoctrinated through federal funding.

I do not know whether to call this sedition or treachery.

Gotta spend some time with a few bottles of Merlot to construct this matrix.

Perhaps, Bankole is working with Anthony Borgesi, founder of Black Lives Matter operation, which is not organic, yet highly sophisticated, but, hey, what do I know?

I know Bankole is using the internet to promulgate an insurgency against the City of Livonia.

I also know Bankole is still, at this very moment, plotting and scheming to become a king, because, he has nothing else to live for, for he knows, in some vague shape or form, that we are in Detroit.

The Tale Of The Congressional Black Caucus, USCCB, Wilmington Trust, TARP & Detroit Land Bank Authority Gerrymandering Election Interference

Oh my, Auntie Maxie is injecting her minions into the financial sector to cover up her TARP stealin' the children, land & vote.

It seems the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation uses the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops as one of its stealin' vehicles.

The Congressional Black Caucus seems to use Wilmington Trust, because the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops uses Wilmington Trust, too, when it comes to foreign washing of assets operations, particularly when it comes to setting up new databases to do more asset forfeiture operations.

This is a bank of the Congressional Black Caucus.

This is another secret bank of the Congressional Black Caucus.

It also seems, since Wilmington Bank is a Dow/DuPont Bank, that Bill *Smooches* Schuette had sizeable contributions funneled into his Michigan fake ass gubernatorial campaign through Melanie Sloan's old hustle, called CREW.

Yes, the same exact Melanie Sloan who has been psychologically scarred for life because she said my Sweetie sexually harassed her, but have no fear, for she is going to stand by my side, with all her girlfriends, in that female solidarity, as I have survived this harrowing journey of existence in ending Medicaid Fraud in Child Welfare and reporting all the gerrymandering TARP operations, by supporting me in 3...2...

Can I get a #MeToo?

Probably not, because they all hate my guts, right Melanie?

Do me a favor, would you, deary, and tell Lisa I said, #MeToo, too.

Congressional Black Caucus Foundation invests $5 million in black-owned banks
Members of the Congressional Black Caucus petitioned the government to aid minority banks during the financial crisis. Fourteen black-owned banks received funding from the Troubled Asset Relief Program, said Michael Grant, president of the National Bankers Association, a trade group for minority banks.
Have no fear, for the Congressional Black Caucus staffers have come up with another one of those absolutely brilliant clout flexers on K Street for the "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending) to make sure they have a solid strategy for not getting disbarred by impeding justice.

Yes, that is correct, try getting an attorney when you are attempting to file false claims actions, when the attorneys, themselves, are the ones facilitating the transactions of the K Street financial fraud schemes and they know the FBI as well as other intelligence agencies are all up in their mix!

Prescreen Legal Clients

Prescreen your legal clients. Protect yourself against problem and predatory clients. Attorney discipline and disbarment cases are on the rise throughout the United States, so prescreening your clients is more important than ever. Use our service to be prudent and proactive before accepting that retainer!

"It only takes one bad client to ruin your career and your life."

That would be me!

Or should I say, "#MeToo"?

But I have no money, ergo, no justice.

If you have not figured out why I am so bitter, is because Wilmington Trust was a creditor in the fake ass Detroit Bankruptcy, which makes them all co-conspirators in the coup to take my Sweetie out of office.

And that ends another tale of stealin' the children, land & vote.

Former Congressional Black Caucus staffers flex clout on K Street

The financial services industry is turning to former top staffers from the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) for lobbying talent, a trend reflecting the growing power of the CBC and the increased scrutiny the industry is facing under the Democratic House.

A number of former chiefs of staff to black lawmakers have been recruited to K Street this year. The moves come when  the Black Caucus is at a record membership and with some of its senior members, including House Financial Services Committee Chairwoman Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) and House Oversight and Reform Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings (D-Md.), putting financial institutions in their crosshairs.

“Financial Services holds a particular distinction for CBC-centered leadership because it [the financial industry] was one of the last industries to desegregate. And its power, in terms of providing access to capital, and its power to deny capital, has had a disproportionate, and at times harmful, impact on black communities for centuries,” a former congressional aide told The Hill. “These are serious matters, politically and policy-wise, that CBC chiefs consistently advise members on.”

Now, those staffers are in demand on K Street as the financial industry faces tougher oversight from Democratic lawmakers.

Among the prominent staffers who have made the jump to K Street this year are Ernie Jolly, a onetime deputy chief to Rep. Greg Meeks (D-N.Y.), now at the Mortgage Bankers Association, and John Jones, former chief of staff to Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Mo.), who went to Nareit, the industry group for real estate investment trusts.

Minh Ta, ex-chief of staff to Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-Del.), joined the Carlyle Group, and Fabrice Coles, former executive director of the Congressional Black Caucus, is at the Bank Policy Institute. Cedric Grant, former chief of staff to Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.), who is now the chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, is at Subject Matter after a stint lobbying for H&R Block.

For K Street, tapping those with CBC ties is an important step to court House leaders, particularly on banking matters.

The CBC’s influence extends beyond Waters on the Financial Services Committee. Five of the six Financial Services subcommittees are headed by Black Caucus members, including Reps. Meeks, Cleaver, Joyce Beatty (D-Ohio), Al Green (D-Texas) and Wm. Lacy Clay (D-Mo.).

James Ballentine, executive vice president of congressional relations and political affairs for the American Bankers Association, said black lawmakers have been attracted to the panel historically because of its oversight on housing issues. Now, lawmakers see it is an important perch to address a host of economic issues.

“The committee has such a wide swath of issues that cover the full array of financial products, services and regulatory oversight. It has become a very attractive committee if you are interested in banking and economic growth,” said Ballentine.

For the banking industry, 2019 has been a tough year, with the Democratic House pushing on a number of progressive priorities including stronger consumer protections, addressing wage inequality and bolstering affordable housing.

The House Financial Services Committee under Waters has taken a tougher stance on Wall Street’s top executives, with the chairwoman and panel grilling them personally at a hearing earlier this year on their compensation and efforts to diversify.

That increased oversight has brought anxiety to business groups, but also new opportunity to ex-CBC staffers.

“This is a relationship-driven time so you will continue to see a trend of CBC members, particularly on House Financial Services, get opportunities downtown as a result of the need to find a way to have a line of sight of how does Maxine Waters, how do progressives, think about the financial services sector,” another former staffer told The Hill.

The Financial Services Committee also added the Subcommittee on Diversity and Inclusion this Congress, which is chaired by Beatty, raising new, tough questions on those issues.

“Large insurance companies are going to be asked about the policies they sold covering slaves in the U.S. and large banks are being asked about how they accepted black bodies as business collateral,” the former aide said. “Rest assured, they are going to be asked about the lack of senior-level diversity in the financial sector.”

There has also been pressure on K Street to improve diversity in its firms and business associations.

Those who spoke to The Hill welcomed the new ranks of black executives on K Street, even as they cautioned that the influence world should be careful about hiring minority lobbyists only to lobby minority lawmakers.

“When you look at the CBC former staffers and chiefs who have left, they’re brilliant individuals. They’re coming into these firms bringing a lot more value than just being an African American lobbyist,” the former staffer said.

Ssssshhhhh... whatever you do, do not tell anyone those Chiefs of Staff are leaving because they know we have the CBC servers....sssshhhh....it is a secret.

There are “opportunities for former CBC chiefs and staffers who are now downtown to have some impact in what happens and ... translating that for companies and clients,” said Jerome Murray, former chief to Del. Stacy Plaskett (D-Virgin Islands), now at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. “But it’s also ensuring that companies are not looking at former CBC chiefs to only do that.”

Michael Williams, founder of the Williams Group, added that companies are realizing they need to do better in hiring diverse talent.

“The natural inclination is to go and figure out where is the talent pool and can they, in fact, get people who are going to be good from a policy perspective but also have the connections within the Congress, and not just in the CBC,” he told The Hill.

But Williams noted that hiring these former CBC aides does not mean they are just checking a box.

“They’re not saying we should target CBC chiefs because Maxine Waters is a chair, that doesn’t really fly. It’s not going to be helpful to them from a financial services perspective,” Williams continued. “But, if you target them because they happen to specialize in this area and they have great connections on the committee and within the financial services industry, it’s just a bonus that they’re CBC chiefs.”

The top law and lobbying firms have also been tapping CBC staffers for their teams.

In addition to Murray at Brownstein, Virgil Miller, former chief of staff to Rep. Cedric Richmond (D-La.), made the jump to Akin Gump.

For CBC staffers-turned-lobbyists, the challenge is how to use their clout to promote their clients’ interests and navigate House Democrats’ priorities.

“Financial services is important just in general because you’re talking about the U.S. economy,” said Ta, of the Carlyle Group. “CBC members have always been concerned that their constituents, not just black constituents, get a fair economy.”....and to make dat money because they are pushing hard for TARP 5.0 called reparations.

Tales Of The New Crown: Maxine Waters' Sister Has Been Extracted From Humanity

Maxine Waters says her sister died from coronavirus

Maxine Waters says her sister died from coronavirus

Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) recently confirmed that her sister died after contracting the coronavirus.

In an interview with the website theGrio on Thursday, Waters said that the experience of losing her sister during a pandemic was one of the hardest experiences of her life.

Waters had previously told colleagues in an emotional House floor speech in late April that one of her family members was dying in a hospital in St. Louis.

“It is one of the most painful things that I’ve ever had to experience in my life,” Waters told theGrio. “She had suffered. And so we are going through a very difficult time. It was not easy, but in many ways, I’m so glad she’s out of pain.”

Waters did not say which sibling had died. The congresswoman was born in St. Louis as the fifth of 13 children, according to her congressional bio.

Waters said in the interview that her sister had been living in an assisted living home for elderly St. Louis residents, and warned that such facilities can cause the virus to spread rapidly.

“The nursing home is the only place we have for many of our seniors, many of whom have outlived their families,” she said. “That’s where they go. And now these nursing homes are like a petri dish for the continued development of this virus that is killing us.”

Cocktails & Popcorn: Sayoc Gets 20 Years For Threatening A Public Official - A New Sentencing Baseline For Being Mean To My Sweetie

It is not funny to wish death upon anyone, particularly my Sweetie.

Cocktails & Popcorn: When Snail Mail Attacks Go Horribly Wrong - Another Transposable Model Of The Legal Geniuses

Florida Man Who Mailed Bombs To Democrats, Media Gets 20 Years In Prison

Cesar Sayoc, the Florida bodybuilder and nightclub bouncer who mailed inoperative pipe bombs to prominent Democrats and media figures seen as critical of President Trump, was sentenced to 20 years in prison by a federal judge in New York on Monday.

Sayoc, 57, had been arrested in October 2018 and pleaded guilty in March to mailing 16 improvised explosive devices to 13 targets around the country, including 11 current or former U.S. government officials, in the weeks prior to the 2018 congressional elections.

"I wish more than anything I could turn back time and take back what I did," Sayoc told U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff. "But I want you to know, Your Honor, with all my heart and soul, I feel the pain and suffering of these victims."

Sayoc blamed his behavior on his mental illness and excessive use of steroids, adding, "I should have listened to my mother, the love of my life."

According to a statement released by U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman in March, Sayoc's intended victims were former Vice President Joe Biden, Sen. Cory Booker, former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, CNN, Robert De Niro, Sen. Kamala Harris, former Attorney General Eric Holder, former President Barack Obama, George Soros, Thomas Steyer and Rep. Maxine Waters.

None of Sayoc's devices exploded. At his sentencing hearing Monday, Sayoc said that although his homemade devices looked like pipe bombs, he did not intend for them to explode.

Sayoc's attorneys, all federal public defenders, argued that Sayoc was motivated by his obsession with Trump and his anger at Democrats, whom he blamed for the vandalism of his van, which displayed Trump stickers.

Rakoff concluded that the design flaws in Sayoc's bombs were intentional and indicated that he did not intend to actually harm his victims.

A sobbing Sayoc thanked the judge when he announced the 20-year sentence. Prosecutors had sought a life sentence.

Cesar Sayoc Pleads Guilty to 65 Felonies for Mailing 16 Improvised Explosive Devices in Connection with October 2018 Domestic Terrorist Attack

Sayoc Pleaded Guilty to 65 Felonies, Including Use of Weapons of Mass Destruction and Interstate Mailing of Explosives

Cesar Altieri Sayoc, aka “Cesar Randazzo,” “Cesar Altieri,” and “Cesar Altieri Randazzo,” pled guilty today to a 65-count Superseding Information in Manhattan federal court before U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff.  In connection with the guilty plea, Sayoc admitted to mailing 16 improvised explosive devices (IEDs) to 13 victims throughout the country, including 11 current or former U.S. government officials, and that he intended to use the IEDs as weapons and to cause injuries.  Assistant Attorney General John C. Demers for the National Security Division, U.S. Attorney Geoffrey S. Berman for the Southern District of New York, Assistant Director Michael McGarrity of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division, Assistant Director in Charge William F. Sweeney, Jr. of the FBI’s New York Field Office and Police Commissioner James P. O’Neill of the NYPD made the announcement.
“Cesar Sayoc has admitted to acts of domestic terrorism that are repulsive to all Americans who cherish a society built on respectful and non-violent political discourse, no matter how strongly held one’s views,” said Assistant Attorney General Demers.  “Our democracy will simply not survive if our political discourse includes sending bombs to those we disagree with.  I applaud the efforts of so many in our law enforcement community whose alertness and tirelessness led to the prompt arrest of the defendant before he was able to injure anyone, as well as those whose efforts led to today’s plea.”
“For five days in November 2018, Cesar Sayoc reigned terror across the country, sending high-ranking officials and former elected leaders explosive packages through the mail,” said U.S. Attorney Berman.  “Thankfully no one was hurt by these dangerous devices, but his actions left an air of fear and divisiveness in their wake.  Sayoc has taken responsibility for his crimes, and will soon be sentenced to significant time in prison.”
“This case shows that the FBI will be tenacious in pursuing all those who wish to intimidate those they disagree with by threatening violence,” said Assistant Director Michael McGarrity of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division.  “When it comes to identifying and stopping those who terrorize our communities, we won’t hesitate to bring the full force of our combined resources of the FBI and our partners.”
“Sayoc's crimes were intended to incite fear among his targets and uncertainty among the general public, leading to a significant deployment of various law enforcement resources in a nationwide search to find him,” said Assistant Director Sweeney.  “When called upon, our FBI JTTFs across the country—along with our partner agencies—did what we do best, working swiftly, and side by side, to bring him to justice.  Unlike most of our investigations, this case played out in plain view from beginning to end.  The announcement of today's plea is as good a time as any to remind the public that our JTTFs are working behind the scenes on a daily basis, in much the same way, to keep our communities safe.”
“The NYPD and our law enforcement partners will continue to work tirelessly to keep New York City safe from threats of terror,” said Commissioner O’Neill.  “I commend the members of the New York Joint Terrorism Task Force, and the Southern District of New York for their work in this case.”
According to the allegations in the Complaint, Superseding Information, other court filings, and statements made during court proceedings:
In October 2018, Sayoc mailed from Florida 16 padded envelopes, each containing an IED, to addresses in New York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., Delaware, Atlanta, and California.  Sayoc packed each IED with explosive material and glass shards that would function as shrapnel if the IED exploded.  Sayoc also attached to the outside of each IED a picture of the intended victim marked with a red “X.”  As Sayoc admitted today during his plea, he designed the IEDs for use as weapons and mailed them understanding that they were capable of exploding and causing injuries and property damage.  In alphabetical order, Sayoc’s intended victims were former Vice President Joseph Biden, Senator Cory Booker, former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, CNN, Robert De Niro, Senator Kamala Harris, former Attorney General Eric Holder, former President Barack Obama, George Soros, Thomas Steyer, and Representative Maxine Walters.  Between Oct. 22 and Nov. 2, 2018, the FBI and the U.S. Postal Service recovered all of the 16 IEDs mailed by Sayoc.
The FBI arrested Sayoc in Plantation, Florida, on Oct. 26, 2018—less than five days after the October 22 recovery of the first IED, which Sayoc mailed to Soros in New York.  The FBI seized a laptop from Sayoc’s van, which contained lists of physical addresses that match many of the labels on the envelopes that Sayoc mailed.  The lists were saved at a file path on the laptop that includes a variant of Sayoc’s first name:  “Users/Ceasar/Documents.”  A document from that path, titled “Debbie W.docx” and bearing a creation date of July 26, 2018, contained repeated copies of an address for “Debbie W. Schultz” in Sunrise, Florida, that is nearly identical, except for typographical errors, to the return address that Sayoc used on the packages.  Similar documents bearing file titles that include the name “Debbie,” and creation dates of Sept. 22, 2018, contain exact matches of the return address used by Sayoc on the 16 envelopes.
Sayoc’s laptop also revealed extensive Internet search history related to his investigation of the intended victims and his desire to injure or kill them.  For example, Sayoc conducted the following Internet searches, among others, on the dates indicated in 2018:
  • July 15: “hilary Clinton hime address”
  • July 26: “address Debbie wauserman Shultz”
  • Sept. 19: “address kamila harrias”
  • Sept. 26: “address for barack Obama”
  • Sept. 26: “michelle obama mailing address”
  • Sept. 26: “joseph biden jr”
  • Oct. 1: “address cory booker new jersey”
  • Oct. 20: “tom steyers mailing address”
  • Oct. 23: “address kamala harris”
*                      *                      *
Sayoc, 57, of Southern Florida, pled guilty to four sets of charges related to each of the 16 IEDs:  (1) sixteen counts of using a weapon of mass destruction; (2) sixteen counts of interstate transportation of an explosive device; (3) sixteen counts of conveying a threat in interstate commerce; and (4) sixteen counts of the illegal mailing of explosives with the intent to kill or injure another.  Sayoc also pled guilty to using an explosive to commit a felony, which relates to felonies committed in connection with the use and mailing of all 16 IEDs.  A chart identifying the charges and maximum penalties applicable to Sayoc is below.

Mr. Demers and Mr. Berman praised the outstanding efforts of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s New York Joint Terrorism Task Force, which principally consists of agents from the FBI and detectives from the New York City Police Department and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.  Mr. Demers and Mr. Berman also thanked the U.S. Attorney’s Offices for the Southern District of Florida, the District of Columbia, the District of Delaware, the District of New Jersey, the Central District of California, the Eastern District of California, the Northern District of California and the Northern District of Georgia for their assistance in the investigation.
Assistant U.S. Attorneys Sam Adelsberg, Emil J. Bove III, Jane Kim, and Jason A. Richman are in charge of the prosecution, with assistance from Trial Attorney David Cora of the Counterterrorism Section of the Department of Justice’s National Security Division.

WARNING: H.R. 40 Has Been Legally Kidnapped By Her Flatulent Boviness For Purposes Of Stealin' - Prepare For The Next Psyoptic To Drop

Well, it seems H.R. 40 has been Legally Kidnapped by Her Flatulent Boviness, Sheila Jackson Lee.

Yes, that is correct, with her rusty trusty, Maxine Waters, by her side as the new Chair of the Finance Committee, they are setting up for that glorious data collection procurement revenue maximization for that predictive modeling crap for asset forfeiture in a "colored" revolution for civil rights.

They have taken the original idea, of which there is absolutely no reference to the original author of the Bill, itself, as the cyber annals of history have been purged in search engines for metatags life "John Conyers, Jr.", "Voting Rights", and "Martin Luther King, Jr.", to name a few.

So, I guess as what is being reported on in this video, H.R. 40 is going to be flipped from being a legal study, which I have already executed, to money maker of databases.

Gotta love those databases because there is a proposal to do DNA testing to determine if you can pass for being colored to get that reparations check.

I wonder if HFB is going to name the criteria policy, "The Elizabeth Warren, 1/1000th of One Drop Rule of 2019" and you win entry into that financial class, which would just about qualify everyone in the U.S., but I digress in ridicule.

Those new policies, because you know darn well they are not going to be made by Congress, are going to be created by all those new Public Private Partnerships in lots of new programs for corporate parenting.

If you cannot see the picture I am painting here for new and improved ways for stealin', then feel free to go through my archives.

They push their "colored" revolution as the new civil rights movement by establishing policies generated by authorities to enforce civil asset forfeiture, including the profits generated from the biomedical research of your physical person to pay back your civil debt as a right to society to the UCCs of the foreign owned children's trust funds.

Just another privatization scheme to buy lots and lots more fried shrimp.

Another Spokestoken, Another Privatization Scheme, Another Attempt To Highjack Conyers' Legacy Of Reparations

#cyberwars are real and #muellerisnotajoke.
I just find it oddly interesting when I hear the lead drop on the next psyoptic because this push for this new and improved H.R. 40 revenue maximizer for NGOs coincides with this investigative parsimony to ultimately drop some truth which is neatly tucked away, in Trump's back pocket, called the OIG Horowitz Report.

There is much more going on behind this reparation money hustle, and the investigation going on behind the reparation money hustle, and the people behind the reparation money hustle.

Just remember, I am only the Scribe for the annals of history.

Plutarch would have been so proud of me.

This is one side of the propaganda machine people may readily identify as right-winged.

Below, is the converse of the psyoptic campaign, better understood as left-wing propaganda.

When both sides are coordinated in dropping their rivaling, competing narratives, you know you are going to need some really savory cocktails & popcorn.

They just refuse to say his name....

Congresswoman Hopes Reparations Bill is Path to ‘Repair Some of the Damage’ Caused by Slavery

WASHINGTON – Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas) told PJM that the federal government should conduct a study of reparations for descendants of slaves to be able to determine the best way to “repair some of the damage" that slavery has caused to the African-American community.

Jackson Lee became the lead sponsor of H.R. 40, the Commission to Study and Develop Reparation Proposals for African-Americans Act, after Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.) resigned from Congress.

The legislation seeks to “address the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity of slavery in the United States and the 13 American colonies between 1619 and 1865 and to establish a commission to study and consider a national apology and proposal for reparations for the institution of slavery, its subsequent de jure and de facto racial and economic discrimination against African-Americans, and the impact of these forces on living African-Americans, to make recommendations to the Congress on appropriate remedies, and for other purposes.”

“It’s a commission to study the issue of what was the economic impact of the work of slaves and how does it translate in the 21st century. And what we want to do is to build a narrative, a story of the facts and out of that be able to access how we repair some of the damage,” Jackson Lee said during a recent interview after her speech at the annual Legislative and Policy Conference organized by Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network.

“When you look at urban blight, when you look at schools in inner cities and rural communities that are not at the level of excellence that they should be, when you look at support for [historically black colleges and universities], all of that will be part of understanding that whole journey and that whole economic journey,” she added. “And it is interesting that these magnificent buildings were built by slaves, obviously with no compensation. That is not what we are asking for; this bill is to have a commission to hear from people all over the nation.”

Make sure to pay attention to her detail when it comes to land, urban blight, schools, HBCUs, all areas wrought with pervasive fraud. She made inference to NGOs. She turned a legal study into another privatization moment in history.

Her Flatulent Boviness, including her obsequious afrocentristic drummers have actually pulled off an oxymoronic act of treason by furthering the industry of trafficking tiny humans, and for that, I am honored to have preserved the launch of this psyoptic.

Wow. Talk about selling humanity down the proverbial waters again.

Jackson Lee called the reparations legislation “a beginning process and an educational process for the nation in a non-controversial manner, and not in a manner of pitting one group of people against another.”

Actor Danny Glover called for reparations for African descendants during his speech before the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States (OAS) in 2016. Jackson Lee was asked if she agreed with Glover.

“Danny Glover has been a strong supporter of H.R. 40 and we would love to have him as a witness providing his point of view – that’s why this is such a great initiative and legislation,” she replied.
During an interview with PJM, Sharpton said that criminal justice reform and voting rights topped his agenda during meetings with lawmakers on Capitol Hill. On Dec. 21 President Trump signed the First Step Act, which White House Senior Adviser Jared Kushner worked on with a bipartisan group of lawmakers.

I do hope everyone understands that this is not going to end well for her, and her rogue ass crew.

Cocktails & Popcorn: When Snail Mail Attacks Go Horribly Wrong - Another Transposable Model Of The Legal Geniuses

Image result for popcorn bomb
Mailed popcorn does not pop when
it fails to be properly mailed.
Let us see here....

Wrong postage amount using forever stamps....

No USPS cancellation markings of the stamps....

Misspellings of names...

Wrong addresses....

No concept of national security protocol when delivering to former officials....

No clue about the powers of the U.S. Postal Service Inspector General.....

The origin of the packages was U.S. Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz's Office, which reminded me of a similar incident with her office when it came to using law enforcement for the purposes of personal benefit of interfering in a criminal investigation.

This author was shocked to find that despite the characterization of the Becks as peddlers of conspiracy theory, the defense counsel failed to mention the motion for protection filed by the Becks earlier in the litigation process. They also failed to note the voice-modulated phone calls received by the law offices of the Becks which contained a caller-ID corresponding to the law offices of Debbie Wasserman Schultz, a defendant in the case. In light of this context, the Becks hardly appear to be peddlers of conspiracy theory.

Then it dawned on me.

We have ourselves another one of those finely crafted transposable models, my by the hands of the skilled artisans of lore, who just so happen to be known as "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending).

Just a reminder:

But hey, what do I know?

I know I am highly impressed with the FBI, USPIS, DHS, SS and any other law enforcement entities who have been involved in this conjugal collaboration for quite some time, to have executed successfully executed this investigation so swiftly.

It helps when we possess access to all "encrypted communications".

Just think, if they never stripped Pookie of his security clearance there would never have been an arrest.

BOMBING SUSPECT’S VAN APPEARS TO BE COVERED IN TRUMP STICKERS

Package bomb suspect arrested - live updates

  • A suspect was arrested in the investigation of bombs sent to prominent Democrats and critics of President Trump, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced. FBI Director Chris Wray identified the suspect as Cesar Sayoc.
Sayoc was charged with five federal crimes, Sessions said. He faces up to 58 years in prison.
Several law enforcement sources told CBS News that Sayoc was born in 1962. He appears to have a criminal history in Broward County, Florida.
A fingerprint was uncovered from a package bomb sent to Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters, Wray said. The print was then connected to Sayoc.
Wray also said there was a possible DNA connection relating to one of Sayoc's past arrests. A law enforcement source had said that DNA evidence on one of the devices played a part in leading investigators to the suspect, CBS News senior investigative producer Pat Milton reported.
There are onlinw discussions debating which racial category they are going to lump him into.  Some have said he is Native American, Some have said he is black.  Some are just lost on the entire concept of having to question an individual on their race, which makes this entire event, including its, ongoing investigations, in continuation, an excellent teaching model for Quantico on how to spot "Legal Geniuses" (trademark pending).

Republicans are doing so well in early voting, and at the polls, and now this “Bomb” stuff happens and the momentum greatly slows - news not talking politics. Very unfortunate, what is going on. Republicans, go out and vote!

  • Earlier Friday morning, White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said Mr. Trump was " receiving constant information as it is available" about the new packages.

Voting is beautiful, be beautiful ~ vote.©
