Prelude To Detroit: Karen Dumas Has Entered The Stage

Karen Dumas
The following article is from 2010.

I found it because Karen Dumas has entered the stage.

Dave Bing was falsely advised.

As a matter of fact, he was terrified.

I know.

He whispered, in my ear, his prayer, and sealed it with a kiss on my cheek, which is why I am still on that mission because they were mean to my Sweetie.

Below, is a list of the names of individuals who falsely advised the Mayor of Detroit, but the only reasons I am preserving this is because they are of the same cloth of the individuals who have and continue to falsely advise Trump because they are the ones who executed, on the ground floor, the fake ass property tax foreclosures, right after the fake ass  mortgage foreclosures, the fake ass Detroit Bankruptcy and the fake ass Detroit Bankruptcy creditors of the fake ass Detroit Land Bank Authority.

Oh, and I cannot stand Rip "The Rip Off" Rapson.

Karen has a tale to tell.

Detroit Mayor Dave Bing urged to keep land-use plan process open

Advocates say residents fear being uprooted

• Eugene Jones, executive director, Detroit Housing Commission
• Anita Lane, project manager, Community Development Advocates of Detroit
• Steve Ogden, executive director, Next Detroit Neighborhood Initiative
• Linda Smith, executive director, U-SNAP BAC Inc.
• Tom Goddeeris, executive director, Grandmont Rosedale Development Corp.

• Don Edwards, founder, principal and CEO, Justice and Sustainability Associates, Washington, D.C.
• Jessica Green, of the Detroit Collaborative Design Center, University of Detroit Mercy
• Charles Cross, research and design fellow, Detroit Collaborative Design Center, University of Detroit Mercy

The community advocates invited to a land use summit at Detroit Mayor Dave Bing's office last week had a few words of caution for him: Don't make assumptions. Include the community in the conversation. Stay away from business jargon.

Urban agriculture may not be the answer.

The city, attendees said, should also move quickly to develop a positive message and terminology around the idea of developing a long-term land use strategy that will see some parts of the city mothballed and other neighborhoods bolstered.

Rumors have flown that city officials had a plan to reshape Detroit, or were developing such a plan in secrecy, fueled by the city's hiring of a Kresge Foundation-funded urban planner.

Until last week, the administration hadn't said much. Bing has said that among Detroit neighborhoods there will be “winners” and “losers,” that the city lacks the revenue to support its 139 square miles, and most often, that there's not a plan to shrink the city.

“I want to start by making one thing perfectly clear,” Bing told the group at a meeting on May 12, which was not open to the public. “There's been a lot of conversation about ‘the plan.' For all of you, there is no plan. … I think there are a lot of people in the media and in the community, people from all across the country, who are under the impression that we have a master plan for land reuse. This is just the beginning of the development of that plan.”

The assembled group, above, will serve as the mayor's advisory team.

Bing's team also plans to assemble a citizen advisory group.

City leaders have thus far declined to give a name to the process. In that absence, terms like “downsizing,” “shrinking” or “rightsizing” frequently are used.

But those words, the advocates said, rub residents the wrong way.

“The words you use are very important,” said Heidi Mucherie, director of the Detroit-based nonprofit Community Legal Resources. “There's a lot of pushback on ‘downsizing' or ‘shrinking,' and some people are embracing words like ‘re-envisioning' or ‘revisioning.' There are some people who said look, don't give this a fancy word, this is planning, so call it planning.”

Mucherie told Bing and his team that she observed two pervasive fears at a recent meeting held by her group. “(Detroiters) felt strongly that residents should lead the way, that the process should not be led by ‘outsiders' — and that could mean philanthropy, it could be consultants,” she said. “The other fear is the fear of land-grabbing and the fear of being involuntarily displaced.”

Some concerns aren't entirely unfounded.

While the city doesn't want to involuntarily relocate residents, said Karen Dumas, Bing's group executive for communications, “Nothing's off the table.” Business jargon like “rightsizing” or “downsizing” doesn't calm fears, said Tom Goddeeris, executive director of the Grandmont Rosedale Development Corp. “In the general population, rightsizing is a euphemism for layoffs,” he told the mayor. “It comes from the business community. … I also think you need to be careful about using too much business jargon. I know you're obviously a successful businessman, and you're using a business model for the city, but you need to be careful about business jargon. It makes people think it is all a front for big corporations that are going to grab all the land.”

Mucherie also urged city officials to approach the community without preconceived notions. Some Detroiters, she said, are put off by the idea of creating density. “They don't want to live in a dense neighborhood,” she said. “We heard from other citizens that they are furious about farming and urban agriculture being offered as a solution. That's not to say everyone feels that way, but … just because there are people out there who have advocated a solution doesn't mean this community has embraced it. You need to be very careful not to take assumptions to the community.”

Development of the plan will take 12 to 18 months, Bing said, and will be led by Marja Winters, deputy director of the city's Planning and Development Department, and Toni Griffin, the nationally recognized urban planner whose salary is paid by Troy-based Kresge.

Kresge will also foot the bill for a team of technical advisers to work on the plan and a community engagement effort, Winters said.

The advisory team will meet regularly to vet plans or suggestions developed by Griffin and a team of technical consultants before such items are incorporated into the plan.

The group's next move will be to weigh in on a formal community engagement strategy.

A request for such proposals has been made through the Kresge Foundation, but no companies have been chosen, Winters said. Kresge Communications Director Cynthia Shaw wrote in an e-mail to Crain's that costs for the consultants haven't yet been finalized, saying Kresge hopes the costs ultimately will be paid in concert with other foundations through a grant to a nonprofit organization.

Openness and transparency are key, Bing said. “I think people feel like this group in particular is a secret agent for this administration, that we're going to come out with this plan and keep it close to our chest and nobody's going to know about it — won't work,” he said.

“We've got to be transparent, and we've got to be inclusive.” Linda Smith, executive director of U-SNAP-BAC Inc., urged the city officials to develop a positive branding message. “What's the tag?” she said. “Something you can put on buses, something you can put on billboards. People have to get excited. Detroiters haven't been excited in a long time and it makes them negative.”

Developing a formal method for citizen input is crucial, said Anita Lane, project manager at Community Development Advocates of Detroit. “We want to be really creative about how we engage citizens and how we engage young people” she said. “I think it's important that we find a way to interact with the community. … Unless that happens here as well you will have a lot of pushback, and the plan may not succeed.”

The Battle shall be for the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, in the name of the tax exempt god, using lots of predictive modeling crap to coronate the powers of the Emergency Manager, because it all started in Detroit.

Praise the foreign lord, emblazoned in the #coloredrevolution of privatization, to conserve the industry, which built this great nation, in the spirit of the residuals of the peculiar institution in trafficking tiny humans, more spiritually known as stealin' the children, land & vote.

Gerrymandering through emergency strategic response modeling, of which they have absolutely no freaking clue of what they are doing, except getting fat, dumb and happy.

Prelude To Detroit: Giovanni Angelo Becciu Has Been Defrocked But Is Jorge Illegitimate? #SealsMatter

Vatican cardinal pushes back after pope fires him in scandal

ROME (AP) — A powerful Vatican cardinal who was sacked by Pope Francis in an astonishing twist to
"I was only doing the work of the lord."

the Vatican’s latest financial scandal pushed back Friday against allegations he embezzled Holy See money and denied he did anything wrong.

Cardinal Angelo Becciu presided over an extraordinary news conference a day after Francis fired him and yanked his rights and privileges as a cardinal. The 72-year-old Becciu, a onetime papal contender, said his downfall was “surreal,” but that he had a clear conscience, remained loyal to Francis and was ready to die for him.

Becciu said Francis had asked him to step down as prefect of the Vatican’s saint-making office during a “troubled” 20-minute meeting Thursday evening in which the pope said he “no longer had confidence in me.”

Becciu had gone to the pope’s residence for a previously scheduled meeting to go over possible sainthood candidates when the pope told him that documents from the Italian financial police alleged he had embezzled 100,000 euros of Holy See money and sent it to a charitable fund run by his brother.

The cardinal’s name had previously been caught up in a whirlwind financial scandal involving the Holy See’s investment in a London real estate venture. But Becciu said the London investment didn’t even come up Thursday; instead, he said the issue that forced his removal was the allegation of embezzlement, which was first reported by the L’Espresso news magazine Friday.

Becciu, the former No. 2 in the Vatican’s secretariat of state, admitted he sent the money from the office’s asset fund in 2017 to his home diocese in Ozieri, Sardinia, for its charitable work. Becciu’s brother, Tonino Becciu, is the legal representative of the diocese’s operational charitable arm, Spes Cooperative.

But the bishop of Ozieri, Corrado Melis, issued a statement Friday saying the money was never used and remains in the diocesan coffers for a future project. And the Becciu family said in its own statement that Spes never saw a dime of the money.

Becciu said such donations were fully in line with directives that the secretariat of state’s off-the-books fund be destined toward charity, and that it was the only time in his seven years that he had approved a donation for his native Sardinia.

“Certainly, one could say it would have been better if I hadn’t given it. But I wanted to help the diocese, not my brother, and that 100,000 euros was for the diocese.”

Becciu said he also recommended the Italian bishops’ conference donate 300,000 euros to the same charitable fund years earlier to help set it up, but insisted that too was legitimate because it was the conference’s decision to do so. The cooperative is a non-profit that runs a bakery and some vineyards that Becciu said employs around 60 young people who otherwise wouldn’t have jobs.

“I don’t think I’ve committed any crime,” Becciu said during the news conference, sitting in front of a giant silver crucifix in a religious institute just off St. Peter’s Square.

Becciu, long considered a possible papal contender himself, said in giving up his rights as a cardinal he obviously could not vote in a conclave to elect a new pope. But he acknowledged that he can now also be judged by others, including Vatican magistrates, and not just the pope since he no longer had a cardinal’s privileges.

“If they want me to clarify, I’ll clarify,” Becciu said of Vatican prosecutors. “I’m a citizen like everyone else, and if they call me, I’m ready.”

In its report, L’Espresso also reported other allegations of conflicts of interest involving Becciu and his brothers: That when he was ambassador to Angola and Cuba, his brother did carpentry work for the Vatican’s embassies, and that he also promoted another brother’s beer business.

Becciu denied having anything to do with the beer business. But his response was also an indication of a general acceptance in the Italian-dominated Holy See of favors and displays of nepotism that are anathema to many Anglo-Saxon corporate cultures, where even the appearance of such conflicts are forbidden.

Becciu admitted he gave work to his carpenter brother when he was renovating the embassies, but justified it saying the Vatican secretariat of state had approved the work and that in Cuba at least, it was impossible to obtain building materials locally.

“What was I supposed to do, go around Italy calling up carpenters to avoid let’s say a conflict of interest?” he asked.

Becciu was long known to have clashed with Francis’ first economic czar, Cardinal George Pell, who was brought in to reform the Vatican’s opaque finances and impose international accounting standards across the Curia, or bureaucracy.

Pell greatly irritated the Vatican’s old guard, Becciu included, and he issued a statement Friday congratulating Francis for finally taking action.

“He plays a long game and is to be thanked and congratulated on recent developments,” Pell said in the statement. “I hope the cleaning of the stables continues in both the Vatican and Victoria.”

Asked about Pell’s statement, Becciu readily admitted the two had professional differences. He recalled that he lost his temper when Pell accused him once in a meeting of being “dishonest.”

But Becciu said when Pell left the Vatican to face trial in his native Australia for historic sexual abuse charges for which he was eventually absolved, Becciu sent him a handwritten note expressing his solidarity and assurances of his innocence.

“If he still considers me corrupt, there’s nothing I can do,” Becciu said. “My conscience tells me I’m not corrupt.”

Despite his bitterness, Becciu said he remained loyal to the pope and pledged again his obedience even to the point of death.

“I promised him loyalty until the end, and when I became a cardinal I promised I’d give my life for the church and the pope,” he said. “I will never betray him.”

Mildred Gaddis Has A Gerrymandering Situation Going On

Mildred Gaddis has a foundation.

Mildred gets funding from the UAW and Ford.

Mildred Gaddis is the voice of Detroit politics, where, for the right price, you, too, can be on her show.

Rory and the others, just saving the savages.
Rory Gamble is working with Matt Schneider on routing out corruption of the UAW.

Mildred has lots of friends in Wayne County politics.

Mildred Gaddis never once spoke upon the ilk of the Detroit Land Bank Authority, how people were becoming homeless, leading mothers to be incarcerated and children placed in foster care.

Nope.

But she had a foundation doing all the wonderful things on that salvific mission of salvaging the souls of the savages in her afrocentristic drumbeating chant to maintain the status quo of the heirarchy of the "Elected Ones".

I wonder if Mildred, or her foundation, got any of those precious Detroit Land Bank Authority properties.

They like to do transactions in these fake ass tax foreclosure properties because they got away with it in the Detroit Bankruptcy.

In the realm of the "Elected Ones", one is rewarded with either a fake ass LLC turnkey to start shuffling properties, or, they get a child welfare foundation to get Faith Based Funding to fix up properties, many local churches, which was intentional, because it all falls under the jurisdiction of the Archdiocese of Detroit.

Mildred was mean to my Sweetie, and so were all her other co-conspirators, which is why I am quite sure she will be covering the #coloredrevolution, to vote, like your life depends on it, literally.

I seem to recall another child welfare fraud operation going on.

Is Detroit's Pure Heart Foundation A Strafor - Detroit Land Bank Authority Trafficking Tiny Humans Operation?

13560 E. McNichols, Detroit, Michigan 48205
In Detroit, just about every single child welfare charity is a front for some kind of foreign trafficking tiny humans operation because they always prop up an suspecting spokestoken.

Whether Pure Heart Foundation is the same found in the Wikileaks Global Intelligence Files, has yet to be determined, but what I do know is that this is not something someone from the hood would do.

What tipped me off was the theft of toiletries.

Why would someone steal toilet paper and soap when they could just strip the home of all the copper wiring?

You know the pipes are probably pec.

I just had a difficult time seeing someone run down the street with a stove on their back.

Then, why would the cost to clean and replace cost so much money?

Matrix Mother's Room
I do not know, but I bet someone else knows.

I see Stratfor.....I also see the Archdiocese of Detroit.....and the Detroit Land Bank Authority...I see infant mortality.

I tried to pull the property paperwork, but it seems the Wayne County Treasurer Property Tax Division is down, and so is the City of Detroit Property Tax Division.

Burglars raid home meant to be 'safe haven' for kids of incarcerated parents

Paint was poured onto the floor during a recent burglary at a Detroit home rented by the Pure Heart Foundation. Thieves also stole appliances and toiletries for kids. The nonprofit helps children of incarcerated parents and is planning to open the home as a clubhouse.

Sherelle Hogan envisions her nonprofit’s upcoming home as a safe haven — a clubhouse where kids can do their homework, receive counseling and enjoy a meal together on Detroit’s east side.

Paint was poured onto the floor during a recent burglary at a Detroit home rented by the Pure Heart Foundation. Thieves also stole appliances and toiletries for kids. The nonprofit helps children of incarcerated parents and is planning to open the home as a clubhouse.
But the Pure Heart Foundation, which helps children of incarcerated parents, is facing a setback after thieves raided the home early Friday morning, leaving an estimated $10,000 to $15,000 in damage one day before a scheduled open house for donors.

“I was heading over there to clean up and do finishing touches before our open house,” Hogan said, "and when I got there it was kind of flipped upside down.”

She arrived at the home on East McNichols Road near Schoenherr Street on Friday morning to find the large front window shattered. Burglars had stolen the refrigerator, stove, AC unit, hot water tank, furnace, cleaning supplies and nearly 100 toiletry kits for kids. The washer and dryer unit was damaged. Purple paint had been poured onto the hardwood floors. The security system had been ripped out of the walls, Hogan said.

Since the break-in, the kids Hogan helps have been sending her texts with messages like, "Please don’t give up on us."

“Their actions could have broken some children who've already been forgotten in society,” she said of the perpetrators. “They violated those young people, and they did not deserve that. It’s my obligation to keep fighting for them.”

STORY FROM U.S. CENSUS BUREAU
The 2020 Census isn’t as complicated as people might think

Detroit police continue to investigate. No arrests had been made as of Monday, according to a spokeswoman.

Hogan has received an outpouring of community support, and she plans to stay on track to open the home in April.

The house will be Pure Heart Foundation’s first facility. Founded by Hogan in 2015, the nonprofit aims to break the cycle of generational incarceration by addressing the barriers and struggles that children ages 4 to 17 experience when a parent is in prison.

Both of Hogan's parents were incarcerated when she was a girl.

Hogan, 29, said her nonprofit has served about 2,500 families so far. Participants, who are referred to as scholars, take monthly outings to places like Detroit Pistons games, arcades and the movies.

Hogan expects to welcome 500 kids this year to the home that she's renting from Matrix Human Services. The staffed space will function like a clubhouse where children can drop in to unwind, connect with a mentor and access services like counseling and after-school programs. Parenting classes and financial literacy and workforce development courses will be offered. A summer camp will begin in July. Participants will not live at the home.

Chanel Jones said her 12-year-old son is excited about having a place to hang out with his peers. His father is incarcerated, and he knew of very few people who could relate to him before he got involved with the Pure Heart Foundation about three years ago, Jones said.

"For the children to come there and have little to no worries, to give them an outlet that they don’t have at home ... that’s her priority," she said of Hogan. "She wants them to have a safe haven."

Hogan said she plans to work with the Detroit Police Department to ensure that the home is secure before she starts over on renovations.

Jheremi Moore, 16, said he wishes that whoever broke into and vandalized the home had reached out for help instead.

He was one of the first participants in the program at age 13 when both his parents were incarcerated. He said he’s fortunate that his mother and father have since been released, but other youths involved in the Pure Heart Foundation have parents with long sentences or life in prison.

Moore said the clubhouse will be like a second home.

"Pure Heart is our little family," he said.

The Pure Heart Foundation may be contacted at 586-690-1431 or at www.pureheartcares.org. Donations may be made to the nonprofit's GoFundMe page.

Brownback Sold Kansas To Israel

Image result for israel flagI have said for almost a decade that Kansas and Michigan were sister states in the privatization socioeconomic policy experiments.

Kansas and Michigan Dabble in Experimental Policymaking

Related imageMichigan went the authoritarian way with its Emergency Manager Law empowering NGOs with a slow transfer of powers through denationalization through authorities, because there is nothing you can do.

No FOIA.  No civil rights.  No oversight.

Kansas went the way of privatizing its actual governmental departments through UCC1s and just destroying any redress of grievance, because everything was sold out to social impact bonds, overseas, to Israel.

Wow. Just wow.

Now, Brownback has been appointed as the U.S. State Department Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom, in charge of the international faith-based propaganda slush fund of USAID.

Brownback is about to sell off the United States to Israel.

Does Brownback have dual citizenship?

If he does, he needs to be deported for treason.

Senators don't work for lobby groups... lobby groups work to influence
them. They key thing is that Brownback is heavily influenced by the
Israeli lobby. He regularly speaks at AIPAC conventions and is an ardent
supporter of Israel. It isn't difficult to see who is influencing his view
on the AKP.

An example:

Brownback wants to remove the waiver in embassy law

ByA Eric FingerhutA A. November 3, 2009

Sen. Sam Brownback (R-Kansas) is planning to introduce legislation today
or tomorrow that would remove the presidential waiver from the law calling
for the U.S. Embassy to be moved from Tel Aviv to Jersualem. He announced
his sponsorship of the Jersualem Embassy Relocation Act of 2009 on Tuesday
afternoon at a Capitol Hill meeting of the Jerusalem Conference.

The legislation would call on the State Department to move the U.S.
Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and get rid of the waiver in the 1995
Jerusalem Embassy Law that every president since then has renewed every
six months.

The Orthodox Union praised the legislation. Their press release is after
the jump:

Today, the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America, the
nationa**s largest Orthodox Jewish umbrella organization, applauded the
United States Senate for the introduction of the Jerusalem Embassy
Relocation Act of 2009.A

Since 1967, Jerusalem has been the united capital city of Israel, yet
the United States has failed to recognize it as such. The United States
maintains its embassy in the functioning capital of every country with
which it has diplomatic relations. Israel has remained the exception to
this rule. The Jerusalem Embassy Relocation Act of 2009 calls for the
State Department to move the American Embassy from its current location
in Tel-Aviv to its rightful place in Jerusalem. The legislation will
also remove the Presidential waiver from the Jerusalem Embassy Law
(Public Law 104-45) enacted in 1995.

The Orthodox Union would like to extend special gratitude to Senator Sam
Brownback of Kansas for his continued leadership on this issue and for
his chief sponsorship of the Jerusalem Embassy Relocation Act. The
Orthodox Union also wishes to thank the original co-sponsors of this
important piece of legislation including, Senators Cornyn, Inhofe and
Kyl.A

Nathan J. Diament, director of the Union's Institute for Public Policy
stated:

It is time to move the US embassy in Israel to its rightful place in
Jerusalem. Just as the United States locates its embassy in the duly
designated capitals of other nations, so too it should locate its
embassy in Israel's recognized capital.
