The Lincoln Project lies.

Trump's wall was built of tiny humans.

I just explained this an hour before this video was posted.

Prelude To Detroit: I Believe Michael Steele Knows The Heavens Shall Fall Quite Soon - Gerrymandering - Stealin' The Children, Land & Vote

Michael Steele knows the heavens shall fall quite soon because it all started in Detroit.

Micheal was mean to my Sweetie.

At least we know now that Kellyanne Conway was a very busy, busy, busy co-conspirator of the coup against the United States because her husband George is on the Lincoln Project.

I do not believe it is just me, but I am very sure that if one takes just a few moments in time, to look up who is the Resident Agent to the Lincoln Project, it shall be found that it is a Corporate Shape Shifter exactly like the Detroit Land Bank Authority, which leads me to believe that this is the work of JonesDay, but hey, what do I know?

I know I would love to sit down and do a few brews with Ronald Steslow, the only formally associated name to the Lincoln Project, because it seems an LLC nor INC is anywhere to be found.

Of course, that malodorous stench of trafficking tiny humans was overpowering because the largest donor, with, what I shall assume are  reoccurring payments, is Stephen Mandel of Lone Pine Capital which just so happens to administer the children's trust of the Lone Pine Foundation, which seems to be funding Trump's permanent campaign.

GO BLUE!
The University of Michigan School of Education (UM-SOE) has long been engaged with Detroit and Detroit-area schools not only because of proximity to Michigan’s largest city, but also because of our core commitments to under-served and under-resourced communities. Countless SOE faculty and students provide instruction, conduct research, develop curricular materials, and build resources to improve the educational outcomes of Detroit’s school children.

In fall 2010, UM-SOE embarked on a new partnership with Teach For America (TFA) that has deepened our connections with Detroit and its teachers. TFA is the national corps of outstanding recent college graduates (and others) who commit two years to teach in urban and rural public schools and become lifelong leaders in expanding educational opportunity. In fall 2010 TFA established a corps in the Detroit region.
There is another Stephen of GO BLUE infamy, Stephen Ross, the largest donor, as of late, to the Trump Campaign and you all know he hails from University of Michigan, where that money was stolen from the trusts of the children of Detroit.

Stephen Mandel also enjoys nurturing the ZOOM Foundation, where the latest reported assets for the year 2017, was registered as $999,999,999.

I shall assume there was a limitation obstacle in the number of cell spaces to be less than $1,000,000,000, for what I shall assume to be an impossible thought to fathom of a nonprofit for children of "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth) to hold more than a trillion dollars.

What if that number which is not properly reported was well over $10,000,000,000?

I could continue but I have a blog with a search function.

Former RNC chairman Michael Steele joins Lincoln Project, anti-Trump group working to elect Joe Biden

Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele makes his remarks during a Republican National Committee Winter Meeting in Oxon Hill, Maryland, on Jan. 14, 2011.
Michael Steele
WASHINGTON — Former Republican Party chairman Michael Steele became the latest anti-Trump Republican to join the Lincoln Project, a political action committee led by Republicans working to defeat President Donald Trump and elect Democrat Joe Biden.

Coinciding with the start of the Republican National Convention, the Lincoln Project announced the addition of Steele, who served as RNC chairman from 2009 to 2011, as a new senior advisor Monday.

"The chair behind the Resolute Desk has always been bigger than any political party,"  Steele, a regular contributor on MSNBC and a Trump critic, said in a statement. "Sadly, we have witnessed its occupant devolve into preying upon Digital fears and resentments with narcissism that nurtures only chaos and confusion."

More:George Conway, other conservatives, launch Lincoln Project super PAC to 'defeat Trump'

Republican National Committee  Chairman Michael Steele makes his remarks during a Republican National Committee Winter Meeting in Oxon Hill, Maryland, on Jan. 14, 2011.
He added: "Leadership is needed now more than ever and I am proudly committed to resetting the course of our nation, standing once again for the future of my Party; and working with The Lincoln Project to help restore the purpose for sitting in that chair."

Steele's addition comes on the same day the Biden campaign announced the endorsements of 27 former GOP members of Congress, including former Arizona U.S. Sen. Jeff Flake, in support of Biden.

Last week's Democratic National Convention included several Republicans who back the former vice president including former Ohio Gov. John Kasich, former Rep. Susan Molinari, R-N.Y., former New Jersey Gov. Christine Todd Whitman, onetime gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman and Cindy McCain, widow of the late Sen. John McCain.

Since launching in December, the Lincoln Project has produced some of the harshest critiques of the Trump administration, particularly over the president's handling of the coronavirus pandemic, in online videos that have gone viral and television commercials.

Lincoln Project founders include conservative attorney George Conway; former adviser to Sen. John McCain Steve Schmidt; former Kasich adviser John Weaver; former New Hampshire Republican Party Chairwoman Jennifer Horn; and conservative pundit Rick Wilson.

Conway and his wife Kellyanne Conway, a senior Trump advisor who works in the White House, announced Sunday they would be stepping away from their political roles to focus on their children. The Conways’ 15-year-old daughter, Claudia, has described an increasingly volatile situation at home on her public social media channels, tweeting Saturday that she is seeking legal emancipation from her parents.

Before becoming the first African American RNC chairman, Steele served as lieutenant governor of Maryland from 2003 to 2017. Steele unsuccessfully ran for U.S. senator in Maryland as a Republican in 2006. Today he's a political strategist and frequent guest on MSNBC.

"I believe, like the majority of patriots, the office of the Presidency embodies who we are as Americans," Steele said. "It represents the heart of our compassion, the dreams of those who built this country both freed and enslaved, the eyes of those today that see both hope and despair, and the wisdom of each of us to make a meaningful difference."

Meet My Maltese K-Nig-Hit Terrance George Of Covenant House Academies - Detroit

This is Terrance George.

He is my Maltese K-Nig-Hit because he contracts with himself, to advise himself, to do the job he is getting paid to do as a school superintendent.

He is lots of fun.

He gets shy around my camera and runs away.

I wanted to see how he makes pretty pictures on shiny paper with all that predictive modeling crap, but I think he thinks I, the Celestial Goddess of the Woodshed, is not worthy of engaging in such discourse!

So, I went ahead and went diving for those pearls of wisdom, all by myself.

Now, I guess, considering that this was supposed to be a livestream, but it went badly and he is not going to redo it, I could ask about the promulgation of a flu shot, without any parental input.

Oh, wait!

I just did.

So, in providing in person education to their specifically targeted population they so passionately purveyed in the public square, I would like to know how these students, who are from traumatizing histories of the Michigan Child Welfare System, are supposed to be reinstitutionalized in what seems the most restrictive environment?

I told you to get rid of that corporal punisher Neocia Butler.

You only brought her on so you can check the Medicaid cost reimbursement box to show your investors that you are going to make that revenue maximization level with those phantom programs and services.

The school has become a living socioeconomic petri dish.

No, seriously, you know they have some dirty ass longitudinal data cost reimbursements going on in one or another of their tiny humans trusts.

You need to treat your staff better.

I just adore this school and I bet if everyone took a few moments out of their inextricably busy life, you should experience the joy with me.

Oh, and send Betsy my love and thank her for the Friday food pick ups.

Now, I feel better that I was able to participate in this lovely town hall.

Tales Of The New Crown: Betsy DeVos & Her U.S. Marshal Silence On Education In The U.S. Federal Courts

Sometimes, the most restrictive environment can be your own home, but, hey, what do I know?

I know the U.S. Marshal has the ability to be deputized in special operations.

U.S. Marshal Operations Each year the USMS carries out hundreds of special missions related to its broad law enforcement authority and judicial security responsibilities. It also responds to homeland security crises and national emergencies. The USMS Special Operations Group is a specially trained, tactical unit comprised of Deputy Marshals, who can respond immediately to incidents anywhere in the United States or its territories.

Betsy has lots of pending litigation before the courts.

NAACP Sues Betsy DeVos Over Federal Aid Money For Private Schools

I also know the U.S. Marshal does lots of other stuff.
Asset Forfeiture The USMS is responsible for managing and disposing of seized and forfeited properties acquired by criminals through illegal activities. Under the auspices of the DOJ’s Asset Forfeiture Program, the Marshals currently manage nearly $2.2 billion worth of property, and promptly disposes of assets forfeited by all Department of Justice agencies. The Program’s goal is to maximize the net return from forfeited property and then reinvest the proceeds for law enforcement purposes.
Witness Security The U.S. Marshals ensures the safety of witnesses, who risk their lives testifying for the government in cases involving organized crime and other significant criminal activities. Since 1971, the Marshals have protected, relocated and given new identities to more than 8,500 witnesses and more than 9,900 of their family members. The successful operation of the Witness Security Program has been recognized as providing a unique and valuable tool in the government’s battle against major criminal enterprises and international terrorism. Witness Security Program personnel are the world’s leading authorities and foremost experts on witness security matters, providing guidance and training to numerous government officials throughout the world.

Betsy DeVos publicly absent as critical decisions are made on public school reopenings

Image: FILE PHOTO: Education Secretary Devos attends signing ceremony at the White House in WashingtonAs public schools grapple with the challenge of reopening during a pandemic, Education Secretary Betsy DeVos is getting criticism for her low profile.

DETROIT — As public schools grapple with the challenge of reopening during a pandemic, public education advocates are criticizing Education Secretary Betsy DeVos for working remotely from Michigan, where she owns a sprawling waterfront estate with a round-the-clock security detail paid for by taxpayers.

And while keeping herself largely physically distanced as the coronavirus continues to spread, DeVos has been a forceful advocate for President Donald Trump's demand that schools reopen in full and in person — potentially placing millions of teachers and students at risk of infection.

It's a striking bit of mixed messaging for DeVos, a billionaire heiress, major GOP donor and charter school advocate who had no experience with public education before she became education secretary. DeVos is the nation's top education official as school administrators deal with one the biggest health crises facing the nation: how to safely bring 51 million American children back into classrooms or administer virtual education during a pandemic.

As budgets are gutted, Betsy DeVos funnels money into private schools, educators say
AUG. 10, 202004:56
Questions persist as to why DeVos requires full-time protection from the U.S. Marshals Service, which NBC News reported she began receiving shortly after she was confirmed — the only Cabinet official with such an arrangement. In all, her security detail has cost taxpayers at least $25 million, NBC News has learned.

The Marshals Service wouldn't comment on the arrangement or any specific security threat DeVos faces.

Full coverage of the coronavirus outbreak

Rather than actively offer guidelines to public schools as they struggle with the immense financial and logistical challenges of reopening, DeVos told the Washington Examiner in June that she was working mostly remotely from Michigan, her home state — where she owns the 22,000-square-foot estate on Lake Macatawa — with a public schedule that has been mostly empty for the past several weeks, including no events on her public schedule for this week.

Education Department spokeswoman Angela Morabito said DeVos has been dividing her time among Michigan, Washington and road trips.

DeVos has been holding events not listed on her public calendar, including several sponsored by the conservative Federalist Society, according to Federalist Society postings. She has also participated in a few events related to private schools and advocacy for vouchers, including a roundtable July 23 at a private Christian school in Ohio and two events in the Carolinas with Vice President Mike Pence.

Her press office said she has been in constant contact with governors and state superintendents virtually and in person. Yet NBC News couldn't find a record of similar events with public school officials; Noelle Ellerson Ng, associate executive director for advocacy at AASA The School Superintendents Association, representing public school superintendents in 49 states, said the group hasn't heard from DeVos this year.

"We would stand ready to answer that call. That's my job, to be a direct liaison to the federal government," said Ellerson Ng, who said she facilitated many such meetings for previous education secretaries of both parties. The group has been critical of DeVos' proposed education budget cuts.

State officials are also pleading for more assistance.

With school reopening in three weeks, Gov. Ned Lamont, D-Conn., told MSNBC on Friday that he still doesn't know "what, if anything, the feds are going to do to help."

Days after DeVos' and Pence's visit July 29 to a classroom at Thales Academy, a network of private nonsectarian community schools in North Carolina, to highlight the school as a model for reopening, several fourth-grade students were asked to quarantine after a student tested positive for COVID-19. "Thales is a great example more schools could emulate," DeVos said during the visit. "You didn't wait for guidance from the Department of Education. You didn't ask for permission."

DeVos had no events on her public calendar last week.

Still, she continues to echo the president's demand that public schools reopen for in-person instruction, regardless of the levels of infection in their communities. She also insists that it isn't her job to help localities determine how to do so safely.

There was no mention of Betsy, but, then again, Emperor Pence was there, by Trump's side, in his Mephistophelesic fashion.

Hillary Clinton & Her Rogue Ass Crew Champion Children's Villages' Corporate Parental Rights

Why is it the school did not present the girl's IEP to the court?

Did the girl have an IEP, and if not, why?

The following is taken from Oakland County Schools:
What is an IEP?
An Individualized Education Program (IEP) documents the agreed upon special education programs and services that are needed to ensure a free appropriate public education (FAPE) to students determined to be eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). If a child is suspected of having a disability that may warrant the need for an IEP, an evaluation is necessary to determine eligibility.
What is a 504 Plan?
Section 504 of the Americans with Disabilities Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in programs or activities that receive federal financial assistance and ensures that individuals with disabilities have equal access to programs, activities, and services as compared to non-disabled peers. A 504 Plan documents the agreed upon accommodations and/or services that an eligible student requires in order to have equal access to his or her education, to the same extent as his or her non-disabled peers.
Why was Mary Ellen Brennan's husband, an attorney, speaking in defense of his wife's decision to place the girl in the most restrictive environment when he was not part of the case?

Why was her husband speaking on behalf of the State of Michigan, without authority to represent the State?

Was the girl on any psychotropics, and, if so, was there any concerns raised on the level and type of medication?

The reason why the State Attorney General will never intervene is because of the contemporaneous conflict of interest of advising while advocating which is probably why the Court of Appeals kicked out the judgment.

Why are these elected officials coming out their political lairs advocating for this girl, when they all know of thousands of other children who were raped, drugged, tortured, beaten, lab ratted and sold in child welfare?

Do we have an issue of Medicaid fraud in child welfare?

Is Hillary "Skankles" Clinton going to use her law license to champion child welfare?

Well, of course, but will she say my name, or rather, what nasty things will she say about me?

Stay tuned because this is about Parental Rights.

Please leave any ideas of how Skankles and her rogue ass crew will assassinate my character in the comments, below.

Oakland Co. girl jailed for not doing homework gets released

Pontiac — A 15-year-old Oakland County girl whose months long detainment drew national condemnation because it was punishment for missed homework amid the pandemic was released Friday evening to the custody of her mother.

The Michigan Court of Appeals ordered the girl's release earlier Friday from Children’s Village, a juvenile detention facility in Pontiac, following outrage, marches and public pressure from former presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton.

The girl's lawyers, Jonathan Biernat and Saima Khalil, said the teen was picked up by her mother around 5 p.m. after the Court of Appeals ordered her release from Children’s Village, a juvenile detention facility.

The girl will stay with her mother "pending appeal or further order of this court," the three-judge appellate panel ordered. Mother and daughter quietly slipped past more than a half-dozen reporters and photographers camped out at the facility's entrance for more than an hour.

“They just want to go home. ... She will get to sleep in her own bed tonight for the first time in weeks,” Biernat said.

Biernat said the girl was “obviously overwhelmed and thankful” to be going home.

“We didn’t expect this to happen until Monday," Khalil said. "The Court of Appeals did the right thing.”

The girl, who goes by the pseudonym Grace, was placed in the facility for juvenile offenders in May after failing to complete class assignments from Groves High School in Beverly Hills after the school switched to remote learning during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Judge Mary Ellen Brennan of Oakland County Family Court initially ruled the girl was “guilty on failure to submit to any schoolwork and getting up for school” and called her a “threat to (the) community” because she was on probation for assault and theft charges, according to a report by ProPublica.

Grace was on probation on assault and theft charges related to a November assault of her mother, according to court officials.

On July 20, Brennan ruled Grace was a threat to her mother and should complete her course of treatment, denying a motion for early release. Grace's lawyers appealed Brennan's decision to the Court of Appeals in a Monday motion that was supported by the Oakland County Prosecutor's Office.

Grace's adjustment to online classes during the pandemic was similar to other students and shouldn't constitute a probation violation, Khalil and Biernat argued in their motion. Administrators, kids and parents alike were navigating "unprecedented and uncharted territory."

But instead of assessing the full context of Grace's situation or attempting to address it through less extreme measures, "the 15-year-old high school sophomore was taken away from the courtroom in handcuffs and shackles," Khalil and Biernat wrote.

"The lower court's callous approach is evident in this case," they wrote.

The appellate panel that ordered Grace's release Friday included judges Deborah Servitto, an appointee of former Gov. Jennifer Granholm; Elizabeth Gleicher, also a Granholm appointee; and Jonathan Tukel, an appointee of former Gov. Rick Snyder.

Grace remains on probation and will be in court for another hearing at a time to be determined, Biernat and Khalil said. Both doubted she would be sent back to Children’s Village.

Both of her lawyers believe there are sufficient support services Grace can take advantage of while remaining at home.

“Mom was looking for resources, “ Khalil said. “She said ‘I need help,’ but she wasn’t handing over her daughter.”

U.S. Rep. Andy Levin, D-Bloomfield Township, on Friday praised the appellate decision, arguing Grace's case and others during the pandemic have brought to the surface "injustices underlying so many of our systems."

“There is absolutely no doubt that public pressure turned the tide for Grace and her mother," the Bloomfield Township Democrat said. "... We must continue dismantling the systems that allow young, Black girls like Grace to be incarcerated at a disproportionate rate."

U.S. Debbie Dingell, D-Dearborn, also celebrated Grace's release but warned her case was just one "in our broken criminal justice system."

“Let this case shine a light and raise awareness of the work we still need to do,” Dingell wrote on Twitter.

Criticism of the teen's detention poured in from across the country and locally after her story came to light.

Former Secretary of State Clinton earlier this month retweeted an article about the girl's detention and wrote: "Let her go."

On Thursday, six members of Congress called on Attorney General William Barr and Education Secretary Betsy DeVos to intervene in Grace's case. The letter to Barr and DeVos was signed by Levin, Dingell, and U.S. Reps. Rashida Tlaib, D-Detroit, Brenda Lawrence, D-Southfield, Haley Stevens, D-Rochester Hills and Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass.

"While Grace has faced many personal challenges in her young life, it was her lack of completion in online classes that the judge cited as the definitive reason for sentencing Grace to juvenile detention," they wrote in the letter. "This is unacceptable.”

Birmingham's board of education passed a resolution to review the matter, one that "reiterates (Birmingham Public Schools') deep belief that no harm should come to its students as a result of the sudden shift to online learning."

Oakland County Executive Dave Coulter called on Brennan to inquire on the matter, and protesters marched in large numbers to demand Grace be freed.

Tales Of The New Crown: Detroit Does Not Want Schools To Open Even Though Betsy DeVos Needs That Medicaid Targeted Case Management Money Badly

If Betsy DeVos, et. al, does not get that school money, then what is going to happen with all those Social Impact Bonds?

Dare I say a global collapse in the bond markets?

She has got her teachers, staff, administration, policy think tanks, hedge fund managers, and any other financial creature hissing and grimacing behind her back if she does not get that money, as they have already advanced predictive modeling crapping generated Medicaid cost reimbursements under COVID 19 Post Traumatic Stress Training CARES Act.

Just go ask my favorite Maltese K-nig-hit!

Oops, did I just say that!?!

If there is no more schools, then, that means there is no more Medicaid Targeted Case Management, which means the Archdiocese of Detroit is going to have to start dissolving its privatized foster care and adoption agencies, unless they got that PPP, but that has nothing to do with the revenue maximization schemes which target populations... like Black Lives Matter does..which is how they make their money....through Medicaid Fraud in Child Welfare...

Oh, heck, just watch the video.

I wonder if the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops is going to have to start up a GoFundMe page?

I await the filing of the case and shall post hastily.

I bet this might mess up Bankole's bankroll, but, hey, what do I know?

I know this is sooooooooo romantic.....

BAMN vows to stop summer school in Detroit, blocks buses

Demonstrators block the driveways of the Detroit Public Schools West Side Bus Terminal to keep school buses from running on the first day of summer school, in Detroit, July 13, 2020. Concerns about COVID-19 and a lack of safety measures prompted the protesters to demand that schools close.
"Our children are not guinea pigs!!"
#labrats
Detroit — An attorney for a national civil rights organization will seek a court order to shut down summer school in Detroit's public schools, alleging the district is unprepared to mitigate COVID-19 dangers and is putting students and staff at risk.

Shanta Driver, national chairwoman of By Any Means Necessary and a civil rights attorney, said she will be filing a request for a preliminary injunction in the Court of Claims on Tuesday to stop the Detroit Public Schools Community District from opening 23 school buildings for its first week of in-person summer school.

DPSCD did open buildings on Monday for the first day of summer school for about 500 students, according to a Twitter post by superintendent Nikolai Vitti, marking the first time since mid-March that students entered schools for face-to-face instruction.

"COVID is not going away," Vitti tweeted. "Many of our children need face-to-face, direct engagement. We should not make that requirement for all children and families. Parents should be able to choose face-to-face or online."

Earlier Monday, BAMN demonstrators picketed in front of the district's westside bus terminal on Greenfield Road, blocking any buses from leaving to pick up students who needed transportation to summer school.

Driver said the bus drivers her organization spoke to said they were not given COVID-19 safety training for themselves or the children they are picking up.

"They have no hand sanitizers on board. They were not told of social distance measures. They have no masks themselves and have no masks for students," Driver said.

Kenshawn Siebert said he will not return to work as a contract DPSCD bus driver until safety measures are in place for himself and students on the bus. Siebert reported for work Monday with his own mask but was not provided training for COVID-19 safety measures, masks for students or sanitzers for riders.

Siebert, who works for Trinity Transportation/National Express, said he was not tested for COVID-19 before attempting to drive the school bus Monday and was not asked to seek a test on his own before reporting for work.

"My company has nothing in place for the safety of the students. None of us have been tested for COVID and they are starting the school bus system," Siebert said. "They are not prepared for it, and there is nothing in place to keep the drivers safe or students safe."

Teachers have contacted BAMN, Driver said, saying they were told by the district if they see a sick student, they are to remove him or her from the classroom, yet they are not being told where to place that student.

"Teachers have been given 10-minute video to watch on how to deal with reopening schools. That is so inadequate," Driver said. "It's so dangerous, and it's so irresponsible. We want to prevent them from opening schools until they can show it is something that can do safely."

Vitti was not immediately available for comment Monday. On Monday, he posted on Twitter a photograph of students inside a classroom wearing masks and sitting at desks that were spaced out.

"DPSCD serving 500 students face to face today. Thank you to all of our employees who made this happen for our students and families. Good to see students in schools this morning," Vitti said on Twitter.

Monday was the first day of summer school classes held in 26 different schools. According to the district's website, students can choose between in-person classes or virtual classes for summer learning.

Precautions the district said it will take include the requirement of masks for students and teachers, self-assessments and temperature checks for everyone who enters the buildings, and negative COVID-19 test results needed to be submitted by all adults working in summer schools.

The district is also requiring a ratio of 10-15 students per 1 adult for each classroom.

Summer classes are scheduled for four hours on Monday through Thursday. The summer semester will end Aug. 6. The district has said that summer learning is on a voluntary basis for students and teachers. DPSCD spokeswoman Chrystal Wilson could not be immediately reached for comment.

On Sunday, Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist echoed recent statements by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, saying schools won't reopen in the fall if coronavirus cases have not been controlled.

"The politicization of schools during the coronavirus, it really disgusts me. I mean as a parent of twin 6-year-olds who will be entering the second grade in the fall, I want my kids to be safe, I want every child in the state of Michigan, and frankly, the country to be safe," Gilchrist said.

Monday's bus demonstration, which started at 5 a.m. and lasted until 9 a.m., was organized with By Any Means Necessary, an organization that has held other recent protests.

"There's a reason they're only opening these schools in Detroit and Detroit has had the worst of COVID-19," said Kate Stenvig, one of the BAMN organizers. "We're not going to allow our kids to be guinea pigs in this experiment."

Along with forming a picket line in front of the two exit driveways at the terminal, protesters dug up plants and tree branches and placed them as a barricade in front of the open gates.

BAMN organizers said no buses left the terminal during the protest and at least two school bus drivers publicly quit during the demonstration, saying it was on Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan and Vitti.

"We've made so many sacrifices as teachers, to ask us to sacrifice our lives and even our children that we love and care about, it's just not right. We have to draw the line somewhere," said Tracy Brown, a teacher at Mackenzie Elementary and Middle School.

Around 100 people came out for the protest, and at one point, about 10 city police and school police vehicles were present.

"I'm not going back until this pandemic is defeated. There is no safe way to return to school while this virus is spreading uncontained," said Benjamin Royal, a teacher at Maybury Elementary School in Detroit.

"I'm not going to risk my life, and I'm not going to help create a situation where my students would have to risk their lives."

Freedom Caucus Holds Child Welfare Fraud Cover Up Press Conference

The Members of the Freedom Caucus rally around the podium to preach fire and brimstone if the schools do not open this year.

They want that money, badly, because they already spent it, and it was not on the students.

What is really going on is that their nasty privateering Title I & XIX UCC foreign Social Impact Bond schemes are going to crash, and crash hard on Wall Street.

But, what is truly going on is that the schools suck.

I listen to them lie about special needs children, who should not be labeled just because they learn in their own way.

There are horrors cloaked in these private schools.

The schools are filled to the brim with fake ass foreign indoctrination crap, because the schools are micro petri dishes when it comes to those wonderful socioeconomic longitudinal cohort experiments simple because you have a large enough national population where you do not have to pool to run that predictive modeling crap on targeted populations of "The Poors" (always said with clinched teeth) to come up with more educational fraud schemes like Child Protective Services.

I heard "The Elected Ones" lie, or rather bear false witness into the public record, over the internet, as a form of wire fraud, grounds to terminate the parental right to keep and bear the arms of the United States.

The schools suck because these people, holding office, under oaths, foreign to the United States, allowed the stealin' of children, land & vote, which is how most of them got into office, through gerrymandering.

Praise the lord, for I saw raw fear, in its purest form.

Butina is still free, you know.

Tales Of The New Crown: Neil Cavuto & Betsy DeVoss Cover The Complete & Utter Chaos In Schools Without One Single Mention Of Detroit

Please note that Betsy DeVos, who launched her Privateering career in trafficking tiny humans in Michigan.

Neil Cavuto looked too stunned by Betsy's complete and utter disregard of the lives of the teachers to even ask her about the lives of the children in the wake of Cooties 2.0.

I felt bad for Neil.

I know how it feels when engaging with vile creatures.

They like to smile alot because they are doing the work of the lord.

MI Safe Start Map
Michigan Cooties Re-Opening Map as of July 6, 2020
Do you know the skill level one must possess to avoid saying Detroit, where Betsy makes her big K12 money, or doing an entire six minutes sixty-two second video, without allowing the State of Michigan to roll off your tongue?

Betsy is a really good christian.

This fact should be honored in the annals of history.

Praise the lord and take a look at the new Michigan School Re-Opening Cooties Map because I find it quite odd that the latest round of outbreaks seem to be going on around Betsy's house in Grand Rapids and her Lansing playground, but, hey, what do I know?

Tales Of The New Crown: How The Schools Plan On Making Money Off Re-opening Schools - Corporate Parental Rights

Tennessee has a child welfare being task force with religious and nonprofit leaders making policy.

Do you see this???

Q: Why are religious and other nonprofits, who are not elected by the people, who take oaths to foreign nations, telling the U.S. how to educate our children?
A: Because they already have a plan.

My biggest question is how come no one has an issue with unelected persons just arbitrarily making policy?

No one is talking about this.

The charter schools are desperate for that money, so are the states.

That is why the schools are not reopening.

The entire K12 system is a fraud scheme to make us dumber, if that is even possible.

If the charters do not get their fall money, they are going to loose those buildings and default on those Social Impact Bond programs.

Many of these private schools like to contract with themselves, as LLCs, of course, but I just call it double billing.

I have a Maltese K-nig-hit who is really good at that double billing in private school administration.

They are pushing re-segregation language which is an indicator that they are not opening because they are pushing propaganda.

Will the Detroit schools have water and heat this winter?

I am still waiting for someone to explain to me their absolutely brilliant plan on keeping an autistic child in a face mask.

Better yet, I want to know how young children are expected to learn when they cannot see the facial expressions or the mouth in speaking.

No one brought up oxygen levels and learning, but I guess you do not need proper levels of air when you are being dumbed down, but, I believe that is the plan because they have a warehouse of foreign Social Impact Bond programs to address the mental health and learning disabilities for wearing a mask.

I am waiting for the latest and greatest pharmaceutical to help the children thrive from decreased oxygen level studies.

No one spoke upon the teacher emergency preparedness plan.

Michigan schools expect a booming demand for substitute teachers

How are the kids supposed to eat with masks?

I should not have raised the question of food in schools.

It gives me the Saddy Face.

We need to invest in younger teachers and allow these battle weary instructors to finally sit back and be honored, but we do not like encouraging higher education, due to the financial toll barriers called fake ass student debt.

At least the students of Detroit will have water, that is if there is not another surge of water shutoffs.

Whitmer's school plan: Students and teachers in masks, no visitors, spaced desks, cleaning

Lansing — School life in Michigan — from athletics to riding the bus to wearing masks in classrooms  — will depend on how much or little the COVID-19 virus is raging through regions of the state come the first day of school.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer released guidelines Tuesday for how Michigan's K-12 schools should reopen in the fall and said her administration would provide $256 million to help districts implement their local plans.

Depending on the phases of the Michigan Safe Start Plan, the governor's reopening playbook, students and teachers must wear masks most of the time except for eating.

Desks must be spaced six feet apart in classrooms and all arranged facing the same direction toward the front of the classroom. Teachers should maintain six feet of spacing between themselves and students as much as possible.

Visitors — even family members — won't be allowed in schools except in emergencies as decided by administrators....the legal term is in parentis loco, where the schools are the defacto parent, or rather, in the situation of private schools, Corporate Parental Rights, where a foreign entity have the power over the child, not the original parent of legal custody and guardianship.

Cleaning requirements say frequently touched surfaces — including light switches, doors, benches and bathrooms — must undergo cleaning at least every four hours with either an Environmental Protection Agency-approved disinfectant or diluted bleach solution.

Athletics would be allowed but with restrictions. Large indoor spectator events would remain suspended. Large outdoor spectator or stadium events would be limited to 100 people, and people not part of the same household must maintain six feet of distance.

Whitmer's order suggests athletics and extracurricular activities will not be offered in the fall in regions that are in Phase 3 or less of the governor's reopening plan. The executive order said private and public schools must develop reopening plans that "suspend athletics, after-school activities, inter-school activities (e.g., debate competitions) and busing."

Whitmer's latest executive order also requires school districts to adopt a COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan to lay out how they will protect students and educators across the various phases of her reopening plan.

“Our students, parents and educators have made incredible sacrifices during our battle with COVID-19,” the governor said.

“Thanks to our aggressive action against this virus, the teachers who have found creative ways to reach their students, and the heroes on the front lines, I am optimistic that we will return to in-person learning in the fall."

The extra  $256 million for schools appears to stem from a $2.2 billion budget deal reached Monday between the Legislature and the governor. Much of that budget deal includes federal COVID-19 Relief Funds to help schools respond to coronavirus challenges.

Three scenarios outlined
The plan, which was released by Whitmer and her COVID-19 Task Force on Education Return to School Advisory Council, envisions three scenarios for school opening in fall:

• Schools open for in-person instruction with minimal required safety protocols in Phase 6. Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula are in Phase 5 of her economic reopening plan, allowing for the opening of bars, restaurants and limited capacity in movie theaters and museums. The rest of the state has been in Phase 4, which has allowed limited-capacity dine-in eating and the reopening of bars.

• Schools open for in-person instruction with moderate required safety protocols in Phase 5.

• Schools open for in-person instruction with more stringent required safety protocols in Phase 4.

Public and private schools will not be allowed to reopen for in-person instruction if in phases 1-3, the plan says. In that case, students would be instructed remotely or online.

During Phase 4, all students grades 6-12 and staff must wear homemade or disposable level-one grade surgical masks. Any student who cannot medically tolerate a facial covering must not wear one....what about psychologically not being able to tolerate a facial covering?

In grades K-5, students must wear a mask unless they remain with their classes throughout the school day and do not come into close contact with students in another class.

All students must wear masks in hallways and common areas in the building except for during meals. Staff also must wear face coverings at all times except for meals. Any staff member who cannot medically tolerate a facial covering doesn't need to wear one.

Masks are expected to be worn by all students, staff and bus drivers during school transportation.

Homemade facial coverings must be washed daily, and disposable facial coverings must be disposed of at the end of each day.

When considering ways to best mitigate the spread of coronavirus, the task force focused on face masks as the most practical mandate.

There are recommendations regarding six-foot distancing, but the task force understood the constraints on class sizes and public spaces, said Tonya Allen, chairwoman for the Return to Learn Advisory Council and CEO of the Skillman Foundation in Detroit.

“The mask is the most important way we can prevent the transition of the disease,” she said.

Spacing recommendations
Schools located in regions that are under Phase 4 of Whitmer's economic reopening plan are recommended but not required to space desks six feet apart in classrooms.

“Class sizes should be kept to the level afforded by necessary spacing requirements,” the plan says.

Other recommendations include having teachers keep six feet of space between themselves and students as much as possible and keeping students as far apart as feasible in rooms where large tables are used. Schools also should post signs to indicate proper social distancing.

Busing is allowed under Phase 4 with no guidelines on the number of passengers but everyone must use hand sanitizer before boarding.

The bus driver, staff and students in grades prekindergarten-Grade 12, if medically feasible, must wear facial coverings while on the bus.

Vehicles must be cleaned and disinfected before and after every transit route. Children must not be present when a vehicle is being cleaned.

Libraries, computer labs, arts and other hands-on classrooms must undergo cleaning after every class period with either an EPA-approved disinfectant or diluted bleach solution in this phase.

Student desks must be wiped down with an EPA-approved disinfectant or diluted bleach solution after every class period.

'On edge of my seat'
West Bloomfield School Superintendent Gerald Hill said Tuesday the plan provides districts with good guidance "we have been needing for a while."

The governor's plan provides enough details over multiple phases that districts should be able to move forward and back when necessary, Hill said. The funding promised by Whitmer to pay for each district's COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan was welcomed, he said.

"I am happy to hear there is money attached to this," Hill said, "but the devil is in the details and how flexible it will be in terms of spending, the formula for districts and how we get it."

The school plan calls for “required” and “strongly recommended” safety protocols to keep school communities safe based on the status of the coronavirus. The plan also provides recommendations for mental and social-emotional health, instruction and operations depending on which phase of Whitmer's economic reopening plan each region is in.

Parent Lisa Rajt said Tuesday she thinks it will be a challenge for her son, an incoming seventh-grader in Ferndale Schools who is on the austism spectrum, to wear a mask at school. He struggles with sensory issues and becoming overheated, she said.

Rajt noticed the plan said if the state moves to Phase 5, masks in schools will not be required.

"For me, the takeaway from this plan is every person in the state needs to do everything possible so we are in Phase 5 when school starts," she said.

All the cleaning requirements in classrooms, buses and other parts of the schools are likely to be overwhelming for districts, Rajt said.

"People who work in schools are modern everyday heroes. In my district, they always rise to the challenge," she said.

The idea of moving from Phase 4 back to Phase 3 if the number of infections increases concerns Rajt.

"I am going to be on the edge of my seat until the first day of school," she said.

State guidance a good start
Randy Liepa, superintendent of Wayne RESA, and Ken Gutman, superintendent of Walled Lake Consolidated Schools, both say the state's guidance is a good start but uncertainty about future school funding makes it challenging for districts to plan for the new school year, even with the additional money promised by Whitmer.

Districts expect a cut of about $700 per student in state revenue for the 2020-21 year and have asked Congress to intervene.

"It’s the guidance we need. That is what school districts have really been looking for," Liepa said of Whitmer's plan. "At the end of the day, our staff wants to see kids back into school. Although there is no $700 cut this year, we may have it next year ($700-a-pupil reduction), and we still need a stimulus plan."

The governor's plan says districts and schools should plan to review the most current public health data released by the state every week. School officials are expected to hold weekly discussions with local public health officers to understand local public health trends, the number of positive COVID-19 cases, the proportion of positive cases, hospital capacity, testing capacity, whether a case is attributed to a cluster or specific event, and hospital staffing capacity.

"These requirements and recommendations are not always easy, but they are necessary. We must all continue to put safety first, leverage science, data and public health evidence to inform the decisions we make to serve each and every student in Michigan well," the plan says.

Without a plan approved by the local school board, schools across the state will not be able to meet for face-to-face instruction.

Education leaders urged schools to cooperate with the executive order; activate local leadership for local decision making; find ways to capitalize on state financial resources and policy flexibility; support educators; and engage communities to help reinforce the way forward.

"While many school districts will doubtlessly go beyond the minimum guidelines listed here today, they are an important starting point for all of us," said Michigan Education Association President Paula Herbert.

Local health departments will be working with schools to tailor the executive order to local schools, said Nicki Britten, health officer for the Berrien County Health Department.

"The road map represents the best path forward for schools, given the reality that we face," she said.

The announcement came as a University of Michigan survey found one-third of Michigan parents might not send their children to public school this fall due to COVID-19 concerns.

The online survey, which assessed parental plans for in-person school in Michigan, Ohio and Illinois, found health-related concerns were among the most common reasons cited by parents who did not plan to send their child.

The online survey, published Friday by UM's Susan B. Meister Child Health Evaluation and Research Center, queried 1,193 parents of school-aged children in the three states June 12-22.

In Michigan, 66.7% of those surveyed said they likely planned to send their children to school this fall, 12.4% said they likely would not send them and 20% said they were unsure of their plans.

Huntington Woods parent Joyce Krom said Tuesday the guidelines make her feel comfortable to send her daughter to high school in Phases 4 through 6. Krom did wonder how class sizes would be handled if desks had to be moved six feet away.

"At Berkley High School, there are often 30-plus students in a classroom," Krom said. "There is no way to maintain safe distancing at those numbers so additional staff will be required. They will also need to hire more maintenance staff to meet the cleaning protocols. I just don't see how districts will be able to afford those."

Hurley Medical Center’s ‘gentle giant’ dies from coronavirus

Hurley public safety officer dies of coronavirus
Wendell Quinn
FLINT, MI – Standing head and shoulders above most people, Wendell Quinn’s height was only surpassed by the amount of caring he had for others.

A public safety officer of more than 26 years at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Quinn died Sunday, April 19 from COVID-19 at the hospital where he served. He was 51 years old.

Matthew Murray, Hurley’s public safety chief, called Quinn larger than life in “both stature and in personality.”

“Those of us who know him and who love him, he’s affectionately known as the gentle giant. (He) stood 7-foot-2 and he had a heart to match,” said Murray. “It’s hard to come to grips with the loss of someone like Wendell because he meant so much to everyone here.”

Quinn would always greet people with a smile and was willing to provide help when needed.

“To be a public safety officer at any medical center or any hospital, it takes a certain skill set,” Murray noted. “Patience for the patients... He cared about everyone and he would ask you how you were doing, and it wasn’t just something in passing. He actually cared about how you were doing, and he would sit there and listen to you. That is a quality and a trait that is not easily found. He was wonderful.”

Quinn was always eager to provide assistance with the Children’s Miracle Network and expressed a passion at getting people signed up for the annual Bowl-A-Thon at Grand Blanc Lanes hosted by the Hurley Foundation.

Along with his job at Hurley, Quinn served as the men’s bowling coach at Powers Catholic High School in Flint.

Gretchen Whitmer funded her campaign with dark money, too, but hey, what do I know?

I know that first, this happened.
