Let us start my Post Traumatic Fraud Disorder regression session to see what I can claim needs to be healed, and answer this in my findings, below.

Yes, that is correct, this whistleblower letter to our federal immigration agencies, by a registered, licensed nurse, Dawn Wooten, waited all this time to not go through the formal reporting of fraud channels, to get picked up on the news wires, about something that may or may not have happened to unnamed women, of which we have no formal testimony, affidavit, video, relative, or any other human rights and/or christian organization to protest the lack of action in the performance of experimental medical procedures on wards of the state.

I did not see Detroit just because Bethany Christian has the trafficking tiny humans contracts with ICE in Foster Care and Adoption (actually, it is only adoption, but do not say anything or they might get busted filing false claims in Medicaid), but there was no mention that it would be the State of Texas who would have jurisdiction over the women and children.

It is just a Parental Rights legal thing.

Anyway, I decided to take a deep breath to see if I could disprove my prescient visions of Detroit, where, lo and behold, I could not.

Through Peoples Movement Assemblies that connected elders to young people in both regions and through community exchanges over several years, the Up South Down South relationship re-generates the legacy of families and experiences that participated in the Great Migration for many reasons.

I remember that U.S. Social Forum came to Detroit, where just about no one from Detroit showed up because all the "Elected Ones" were at the Michigan Democratic Convention, where they merged with the crowd to make it look like they had lots and lots of people in their movement to set up the big event.

The 2010 US Social Forum took place in Detroit, Michigan from the June 22–26^[1] in the Northwest Goldberg area.^[6] More than 20,000 people attended.^[8] Detroit was chosen in part because of its activism in community building resulting from the lack of support from the Federal government of the United States. Organizers hoped that half of the 15,000 participants they had predicted would be from the Midwest.^[9]
Organizers planned on supporting and beautifying the neighborhood. Thousands of bicycles used during the forum were to be donated to the residents afterward. Some attendees bought vacant homes that were donated to a local organization after the Forum. The Detroit Liberation Library was created from hundreds of books collected from USSF participants from all over the country and later offered throughout the city.^[10]
Supporters of the Forum were encouraged to create Peoples Movement Assemblies in their own communities.^[6]
Activists at the gathering participated in more than 1,000 self-organized workshops.^[11] One of the most well attended events was a conversation between Grace Lee Boggs and Immanuel Wallerstein.^[8] Thousands of Social Forum participants marched to occupy Chase Bank Detroit headquarters, resulting in a national Chase Bank official speaking with church leaders in Detroit about foreclosures.^[12]

Lives Will Be Upended: Bishops Respond to Court Decision Allowing An End to Temporary Protected Status for Over 200,000 People

Washington, DC – Yesterday, in Ramos v. Wolf, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals vacated an existing preliminary injunction or pause of the Trump Administration’s attempt to terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for over 200,000 individuals living legally in the United States. Archbishop José H. Gomez of Los Angeles, president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), Bishop Mario E. Dorsonville, auxiliary bishop of Washington, chairman of the USCCB’s Committee on Migration, and Sean Callahan, president and CEO of Catholic Relief Services, issued the following statement:

“The Ninth Circuit’s decision continues a heartbreaking path of uncertainty and fear for hundreds of thousands of TPS recipients needlessly put into motion by the Trump Administration. As detailed in our extensive work in Central America and the Caribbean, TPS countries such as El Salvador and Haiti cannot adequately handle the return of TPS recipients and their families. The spread of COVID-19 has only made conditions worse. Today's decision will fragment American families, leaving, for example, over 192,000 U.S. citizen children of Salvadoran TPS recipients without their parents and with uncertain futures.

“Our nation must not turn its back on TPS recipients and their families; they too are children of God. We stand in solidarity with TPS recipients, who are here and have been living and working in the United States legally, and we will continue to do so with them in their countries of origin.

“We renew our call for the U.S. Senate to take up the American Dream and Promise Act, which the House passed last year. We stand ready to support such efforts. A man who brandished an assault rifle at a Black Lives Matter protest in Lubbock on Saturday has been charged with making interstate threats, announced U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Erin Nealy Cox.

According to a criminal complaint unsealed today, Emmanuel Quinones, a 25-year-old local, allegedly brought a loaded Smith & Wesson .223 caliber semi-automatic to a protest decrying the death of George Floyd, a black man who died at the hands of Minneapolis police last month.

In view of the protesters, Mr. Quinones held the rifle at “low ready,” in firing position with the muzzle pointed toward the ground, as panic rippled through the assembled crowd.  (Although Texas is an open-carry state, the Texas Penal Code makes it illegal to display a firearm in a public place “in a manner calculated to alarm.”)

Mr. Quinones allegedly refused a Lubbock Police officer’s verbal commands to drop the rifle, and only did so when the officer drew his gun. A protester then tackled Mr. Quinones, who allegedly shouted, “this is a revolution” and “President Trump must die” as he was taken into custody.

During an interview, Mr. Quinones admitted that he previously made social media posts designed to “intimidate” the President and “MAGA instigators.” One such post, shared on Facebook on May 28, intimated that he planned to obtain gun parts “to off racists and MAGA people.”

In the interview, the defendant stated he attended the protest to protect demonstrators from these so-called MAGA (Make America Great Again) instigators, who he planned to shoot on sight.  He claimed the police would not have been able to identify these counter-protestors, but that he could have.

“Instead of respecting citizens’ rights to respectfully voice their feelings, this defendant incited panic, putting everyone present – including those he claimed to support – in danger,” said U.S. Attorney Erin Nealy Cox. “We will not tolerate attempts to instill terror or encourage violence at otherwise peaceful protests.” 

“The FBI respects the rights of individuals to peacefully exercise their First Amendment rights. In this case, the defendant threatened multiple lives including the President of the United States and that will not be tolerated,” said FBI Dallas Special Agent in Charge Matthew J. DeSarno. “We will continue working with our local, state, and federal partners to apprehend and charge violent instigators who are exploiting legitimate, peaceful protests and engaging in violations of federal law.”

A criminal complaint is merely an allegation of unlawful conduct, not evidence. Mr. Quinones is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

He made his initial appearance Tuesday afternoon before U.S. Magistrate Judge D. Gordon Bryant. If convicted, the defendant could face up to five years in federal prison.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation Dallas Field Office, Lubbock Resident Agency, the United States Secret Service, the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, & Explosives, and the Lubbock Police Department conducted the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Jeff Haag is prosecuting the case.

This article is a nice start, so I shall grade it a C+, just because it did not take the time to identify TARP as the public subsidy nor did it mention the Detroit Land Bank Authority as the vehicle for TARP.

Rashida got some of that TARP money for her campaign, too, you know.

To better foreshadow, think of it like this: Detroit politicians funded their campaigns from the fake ass mortgage and tax foreclosure crisis, then participated in blasphemy to take out a congressional office holder, just so they could run for his seat to cover up the fact that they did what they did - stealin' the children, land & vote.

TLAIB OPPONENT BRENDA JONES COLLECTED CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS FROM QUICKEN LOANS EXECUTIVES AS PUBLIC SUBSIDIES FLOWED

IN THE WEEKS leading up to Brenda Jones’s vote in November 2017 to award $250 million in taxpayer funds to billionaire Dan Gilbert and his Quicken Loans empire, the Detroit City Council president cashed $8,000 in campaign checks from current and former executives at Gilbert’s companies. In total, Jones has received nearly $25,000 in campaign contributions from the executives, their spouses, and Quicken’s political action committee, while Gilbert, Michigan’s richest man, has accumulated over half a billion in public subsidies.

The $250 million from the city council allowed Gilbert, the owner and co-founder of Quicken Loans, to continue an ambitious redevelopment of downtown Detroit through his real estate company, Bedrock. In the years that followed — and as Jones collected more Gilbert-linked campaign contributions — the relationship between Jones and Gilbert has only tightened.

Jones is one of just two elected officials, alongside her ally, Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan, on the board of the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation. One section of the Trump tax cuts included the bipartisan Opportunity Zone program, which selects low-income census tracts for lucrative tax breaks. The DEGC helped to craft Michigan’s recommendations to the Treasury Department for Opportunity Zone designations that benefited Gilbert. A ProPublica investigation revealed Gilbert’s role in lobbying for the census tract designations, which sparked outrage in Detroit, including a call for a congressional investigation from first-term Rep. Rashida Tlaib, who represents the city in Congress.

Jones, however, made no public statement as anger rose at Gilbert following the revelations. Jones also stayed silent as Gilbert attracted criticism for refusing to assist the city in collecting income taxes from the new, wealthier residents of Bedrock’s luxury apartment buildings.

Jones and Tlaib faced off in two elections in 2018, one to fill the remainder of former Rep. John Conyers’s term, the second for the nomination to succeed him in the next Congress. Jones won the first, serving for roughly three weeks, while Tlaib won the second, going on to become a high-profile member of the so-called Squad, quickly making headlines declaring that House Democrats would “go in and impeach the motherfucker.”

Gilbert, who has been referred to by President Donald Trump as “a great friend,” is the most powerful man in Detroit, and owns vast swaths of the city. But his team responded angrily and attacked Tlaib’s demand for an investigation. “Rep. Tlaib would be well served to spend some time at www.oppzonefacts.com learning the truth behind the false ProPublica narrative before advocating that the government spend the public’s money chasing a ghost story,” a Quicken Loans representative told the local press. Now Gilbert has an opportunity to help a politician deeply enmeshed in the census tract designation as a board member of a powerful local development agency, as opposed to a member of Congress, Tlaib, who demanded a federal investigation into the controversial tax break.

Polls for the August 4 Democratic primary show a tight race.

The Intercept reported last month that Jones had received illegal campaign contributions in her 2017 re-election campaign to the Detroit City Council. Neither Jones nor Gilbert, through Quicken Loans, responded to requests for comment.

GILBERT’S ENTRANCE into Detroit began in 2011 when Quicken Loans moved its headquarters to downtown from Livonia in the Michigan suburbs. In a city that is 84 percent African American, with 35 percent of the city and half of its children in poverty, Gilbert’s role in Detroit’s politics and development have not come without controversy. Community discomfort with Gilbert’s vaunted new status was encapsulated in 2017 when Bedrock ran an ad campaign titled “See Detroit As We Do” featuring overwhelmingly white models.

“Dan throws a tremendous amount of money around in the city,” said Maurice BP-Weeks, who lives in Detroit and is co-executive director of the Action Center on Race and the Economy. “He is a political kingmaker. It’s difficult for people to credibly contest him and feel that they can keep their job or their funding because those are the things that are threatened when you take on such a powerful person. If you’re contesting power in Detroit, you’re contesting Dan Gilbert.”

Gilbert is the richest man in Michigan, with a net worth of $7.3 billion.

“The risk here is that a small group of developers can capture a city council or county board and get overpaid to do something they would have done anyways” said Greg LeRoy, executive director of Good Jobs First, which advocates for transparent and fair municipal subsidies.

“If you’re contesting power in Detroit, you’re contesting Dan Gilbert.”
“For a city like Detroit, it really doesn’t have the luxury of wasting any money,” LeRoy said. “Do you want to put all your eggs in one basket, like Dan Gilbert-sized office parks, or do you try to do other things where you’re not putting so many eggs in one basket — where you’re doing public transit, public infrastructure, health, and education, all the things that benefit lots of employers and don’t put you at risk of any one company’s business plan not working out?”

Between 2011 and 2016, Gilbert and his affiliated companies spent $451 million purchasing parcels of land in downtown Detroit. Gilbert and his companies employ over 17,000 workers in Detroit, making it the city’s largest employer. Of the five lenders that had the highest percentage of foreclosures in the city in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis, only Quicken is still extant. As of 2015, half of the properties that Quicken has foreclosed on had become blighted. Gilbert has been a leading advocate of expanded government funding to tear down blighted structures. Last June, Quicken Loans paid $32 million to settle charges brought by the Justice Department that it had approved hundreds of loans for unqualified borrowers, and then profited when the borrowers defaulted.

“Dan Gilbert and Brenda Jones are not looking out for the residents,” said Charlevoix VIllage Association President Toyia Watts, a community organization that led the opposition to the 2017 giveaway. “They’re not putting money in the pots for fixing up homes, give the people that live here the empty lots they’ve maintained. We’ve given developers too much power over the community. They have too much power over our neighborhood. The way they’re making money doesn’t work for us.”

Detroit City Council President Brenda Jones tests positive for coronavirus

"I got the cooties!"

Detroit City Council President Brenda Jones has tested positive for COVID-19, she announced Thursday.

"Fortunately, because I am not experiencing any of the horrific symptoms associated with the coronavirus, I will continue working remotely from home," she said in a statement.

Jones is the second prominent city official to test positive. Police Chief James Craig tested positive for coronavirus last week.

Jones, a former union leader, was first elected to the council in 2005 and has been council president since 2014.

Last week, Jones announced she is running for Congress in a bid to unseat U.S. Rep.  Rashida Tlaib to represent Michigan's 13th Congressional District, which covers much of Detroit as well as parts of western Wayne County and Downriver.

"My candidacy is based on hope. Hope for a better tomorrow, hope for our children, hope for our families and hope for the hopeless," Jones said in a video to announce her campaign.

The Detroit City Council has held its last two meetings, on Tuesday and on March 24, remotely via video conference.

And the moral of the story is, "She should never have been mean to my Sweetie.

Corps assessing 15 sites for 'alternate care facilities' to house Michigan hospital overflow

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is assessing at least 15 sites — including athletic centers, dormitories, convention centers and hotels — to serve as backups to Michigan hospitals that might hit capacity due to an influx of coronavirus patients.

The Detroit District is working under FEMA but at the direction of the state to assess a list of potential alternate care facilities that Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s office has prepared, said Lynn Rose, a spokeswoman for the Corps’ Detroit District.

“We’re working with the state and the local communities and whoever owns or operates the facilities as well,” Rose said. “We know that this is a dire need for the community and we are here to make sure that something gets done quickly.”

The corps had assessed seven sites so far, Rose said, and had planned to assess another eight on Friday.

The corps posted photos on its Facebook page of the various areas they’re assessing, including the TCF Center, the Henry Ford Detroit Pistons Performance Center and two Wayne State University dormitories in Detroit.

This comes as confirmed cases rose to 1,075 among Detroiters on Friday, among the hardest-hit areas of the state.

The corps effort is part of two FEMA Mission Assignments totaling $5.6 million to “provide initial planning and engineering support nationwide to address possible medical facility shortages," according to information posted to the district's website.

Once the corps has assessed the various sites, Whitmer will decide on which ones meet the state’s needs, Rose said. It's not yet clear whether the Corps would be used to retrofit the facilities or whether the state would utilize its own resources to do so.

The state on Wednesday informed hospitals that it would take action to shift patients from overburdened southeast Michigan hospitals to out-state facilities and explore the possibility of alternate sites for patients, such as convention centers and hotels.

Health system leaders in southeast Michigan in recent days have expressed concerns about the surge in coronavirus cases and the stress it's put on resources. But they have also said it will be difficult to shift lab resources, medical equipment and personnel to any sort of field hospital.

Whitmer on Wednesday said she was informed the construction of an alternate facility could take three weeks to complete but she hoped to expedite the process.

Rose expressed a similar hope but said there is no timeline for when construction would start.

“We’re going as quickly as we possibly can,” she said. “We’ve got a lot of people who are pushed out there to do these things.”

Ian Conyers wanted to run in the 2020 election, but that is not going to happen because he was mean to my Sweetie.

Brenda Jones, Mayor Pro Tem of Detroit City Council, sits on the Election Commission, who certifies elections.

Brenda refused to resign from City Council when she ran as a congressional candidate, but had no problem certifying her own election, when that election was riddled with incompetence in administration, fraud, and your basic espionage, making her illegitimately elected for that 8 day period in D.C.

Then, in the same breath of that same 2018 election, Brenda certified the election for Rashida, who is also unduly elected.

This means the entire Michigan 2018 election is nullified, if only there was due process.

This also means the 2016 election is nullified because she certified that jacked up election, too, and never once allowed all the complaints due process.

As Detroit carried the State of Michigan in elections, having the highest concentration of voters in the state, Governor Gretchen Whitmer is also unduly elected, but, hey, what do I know?

I know Trump continues to obstruct justice by keeping those IG Reports in his backpocket.

Brenda Jones files papers suggesting she's running against Rep. Rashida Tlaib

WASHINGTON — Detroit City Council President Brenda Jones appears to be running for Congress again this year, though she hasn't made any formal announcement.

On Saturday, a political tracking website called Poltics1.com posted on Twitter that Jones, who lost a close race to U.S. Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Detroit, in 2018, had filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission indicating she is a candidate in 2020.

The paperwork was dated Wednesday.

Former state Sen. Ian Conyers, D-Detroit, who also ran against Jones and Tlaib for the Democratic nomination to Michigan's 13th Congressional District, noted Jones' apparent entry into the race on his own feed on Twitter, saying it was "great news" for the district.

Jones' own campaign website and Twitter feed were silent on her possible aspirations, however.

Two years ago, Jones lost in the Democratic primary in the predominantly Democratic district to Tlaib, a former state representative and civil rights lawyer, by 900 votes — about 1% of the total — to be the nominee for the full two-year term in Congress beginning January 2019.

That race, however, included a crowded field of six candidates that split the vote, causing some analysts to believe that if the field had been more narrow, Jones' chances would have been better.

That expectation was supported by the fact that in a somewhat smaller four-person field in the race to succeed former U.S. Rep. John Conyers, D-Detroit, for a two-month partial term, Jones beat Tlaib by about 2%, or 1,648 votes, and ended up serving briefly in Congress herself at the end of 2018.

Jones has been a member of City Council since 2005 and entered the nomination fight in 2018 as a potential front-runner, having the backing of Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan and establishment Democrats. But Tlaib put together an aggressive campaign, raising more money than Jones.

Tlaib may be an even more formidable candidate now, having thrust herself into the national spotlight with early calls for President Donald Trump's impeachment and becoming a campaign surrogate for Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont in his run for the Democratic presidential nomination.

If Jones is running, she will have until 4 p.m. April 21 to file at least 1,000 valid signatures from the district in support of her candidacy. While it is not normally difficult to get that number of signatures, efforts to collect them this year could potentially be made more challenging by the spread of coronavirus.

Then, Rashida Tlaib, my U.S. Representative, has a "blurb" for lack of a better term.

Then, Fox2Detroit puts out a "teaser" for lack of a better term, about Fat Ass (a.k.a. William Isaac Robinson) and his own "radioactive issues" for lack of a better term.

Then, on the cusp of the House Judiciary ready to present to the Floor for the vote on Articles of Impeachment, I get a text message...

How considerate since he is a co-conspirator in the coup against his great-grand uncle and never even called me when my Sweetie's death was announced.

Ian did not even offer to buy the domain, he just demanded that I respond to his request.

Ian sponsored Detroit Land Bank Authority bills, during the pendency of my Detroit Land Bank Authority case, in his State Senate District, registered, at the time, with Michigan LARA.

That is called a cover up, or just really dumb.

Either way, Ian has demonstrated grounds of incompetency, presenting him to be unfit to remain in office.

Ian campaigned with Mike Duggan, the Detroit Mayor under SIGTARP and a conjugal collaborative of investigations.

Ian went to American University, junior spy grooming school, international.

Lest I fail to mention that Ian announced my Sweetie's retirement before he did, which meant he knew about the forged docs, the leak, and that #MeToo psyoptic.

Yeah, I said that because I am still in mourning, so I can do and say whatever I want.

And, he works for Biden's campaign.

Ian never once asked me my children, child welfare or anything on voting rights, or my public claims of election interference, considering the fact that I have an expansive history on the state and federal court dockets.

Ian never championed due process for my Sweetie, which is an issue within itself, because Ian knows these are false claims to remove an elected official, yet never disavowed the accusations, which makes him a co-conspirator of a coup.

I am not even going to mention the Detroit grand juries because that would take all the steam out of my grande entrance into society.

Unfortunately, I am unable to make any technical changes to my blog because I have dedicated the entirety of my work to the U.S. Attorney & Inspector Generals, and all the other policy & law enforcement entities around the globe.

My blog is also entered into the federal record, so, to bleachbit history would be treasonous, on my part.

So, as we sit in limeny, awaiting to find out about those Ethics Investigation referrals to the DOJ, whereby, Trump has been obstructing justice by keeping the reports in his backpocket, let us watch, with cocktails & popcorn in hand, to see what the next bold action shall be from the co-conspirators of the coup.
