SpaceX Public Private Partnership With Russia & The International Space Station Scrubbed

Ok.

Just work with me here.

If we are supposedly on the cusp of war with Russia, and Russia is hacking our stuff, then riddle me this -

"Why are we in a joint Russian partnership with the International Space Station and space R&D?"

SpaceX will launch the second demonstration mission of its Crew Dragon vehicle as part of NASA's Commercial Crew Transportation Capability Program (CCtCap), carrying two NASA astronauts to the International Space Station. This mission will be the first crewed flight to launch from the United States since the end of the Space Shuttle program in 2011. DM-2 demonstrates the Falcon 9 and Crew Dragon's ability to safely transport crew to the space station and back to Earth and it is the last major milestone for certification of Crew Dragon. NASA has extend the mission duration to allow the astronauts to participate as Expedition 63 crew members. The exact duration of the mission will be determined in orbit based on the readiness of the first operational crew mission.

The mission was scrubbed due to weather.

Next launch opportunity - May 30, 2020, 3:22 p.m. EST.

Vatican Prepares For War Crimes Prosecution For Trafficking Tiny Humans

Now, why would Pope Francis update the nation's judicial system?

Well, considering the fact that the Vatican is a foreign nation, whereby its GDP is based upon its thousand years global industry of trafficking tiny humans, I am going with "war crimes" as my final answer.

The pope updates Vatican judicial system

New law assures judiciary independence and brings Vatican into line with international legal treaties, while maintaining the paramount place of canon law

This new judicial organization proposed by Pope Francis is 'in many ways very modern,' assures the president of the Vatican tribunal Giuseppe Pignatone.

As small as it is — no more than 44 hectares — Vatican City State is nonetheless independent and therefore governed by its own judicial system.

On Monday, March 16, Pope Francis revised this system by promulgating Law 35.

It replaces previous legislation that John Paul II decreed in 1987.

In the preamble to the 31 articles of this new law, Francis says changes were required to reflect "a significantly different historical and institutional context."

He notes that it is in line with recent "normative reforms in economic-financial and penal matters, as well as a consequence of adherence to important international conventions.

"The pope says it is also a question of improving the "efficiency" of the Vatican's justice system.

The Holy See Press Office said the new law aims in particular to "guarantee the independence of judicial bodies and magistrates."

Magistrates "exercise their powers with impartiality," the law states.

They have the faculty to directly call on the judicial police, which is exercised by the Vatican Gendarmerie.

The text also states that magistrates depend only on the pope.

He appoints them and grants them Vatican citizenship for the duration of their term of service.

Qualification requirements for judges

The new law says the virtue of justice must be the basis of the small state's judicial system.

"The cardinal virtue of justice, in fact, enlightens and synthesizes the very purpose of the judicial power proper to each state in order to cultivate the personal, generous and responsible commitment of those invested with the jurisdictional function which is, above all, essential," the pope says.

Magistrates will be "chosen preferably from among tenured or retired university professors, and in any case from among renowned jurists who have acquired proven experience in the judicial or forensic, civil, criminal or administrative fields."

In addition, specialized magistrates may be recruited in response to "specific requirements."

This increase in requirements is also reflected in the composition of the Court of First Instance, which is now composed of the president and four other magistrates, one more than under the law in force until now.Of these judges, at least one exercises this task "on a full-time basis, without having subordinate working relationships or carrying out independent activities of a continuous nature."

A 'very modern' lawPope Francis notes another important point of this new law in his preamble.

Namely, that it "preserves and ensures the specificity of Vatican law, which recognizes the canonical system as the first source of legislation and the first criterion of reference for interpretation."

It is thus required that one of the magistrates of the Vatican Tribunal be an expert in canon law.

Likewise, one must have "proven knowledge of canon law" to be a lawyer.

This new judicial organization is "in many ways very modern," assures Giuseppe Pignatone, the President of the Vatican Tribunal.

Writing in L'Osservatore Romano, he said it aims to "guarantee the conditions of independence and efficiency" of magistrates.

There are other provisions, such as the possibility of the addition of judges to judge in collegial form a cassation case — this law is due to come into force in one month.

Intelligence official charged seemed to be 'exemplar of discretion': former colleague Cameron Ortis

Cameron Ortis
Cameron Ortis
A professor who once worked with an RCMP intelligence official charged with breaching Canada's secrets law says the man seemed to be an “exemplar of discretion.”

Paul Evans, a political science professor at the University of British Columbia, says he served on Cameron Ortis's doctoral dissertation committee and worked with him on several projects.

Ortis, 47, was arrested on Thursday and charged under three sections of the Security of Information Act as well as two Criminal Code provisions.

He's accused of trying to disclose classified information to a foreign entity or terrorist group.

An insider familiar with the case, but not authorized to speak about it publicly, has said Ortis had served in a civilian position as director general of an RCMP intelligence unit.

Evans says he worked with Ortis at UBC over the course of several years, and they later met socially from time to time.

He says that after Ortis took up his RCMP position in Ottawa, he never discussed the specifics of his work.

“He did not discuss the details of his work and throughout was an exemplar of discretion and integrity in our interactions,” he said in a written statement.

“Nothing in my experience with Cameron would lead me to suspect he would be any way involved in activities that would lead to such charges,” he added. “Like others who know him well, I was shocked by the news of the arrest of a very fine Canadian.”

Ortis had been a political science graduate student starting in 1999, finishing his PhD at UBC in 2006, Evans said. The pair worked together on training programs for junior researchers from policy institutes in Asia, which included two essays they published together.

Evans said the essays, published in 2002 and 2003, were about ways “the internet was being used for positive and negative purposes in the region.”

Another UBC colleague, political science professor Brian Job, has also said he was surprised by news of Ortis's arrest.

“Nothing in my experience with Cameron would lead me to suspect his alleged involvement in the activities for which he charged,” Job said on Friday. “Indeed, the exact opposite is true.”

Behind The Magnitsky Act: Казенные дети / Children of the State

I remember this.

This was the beginning of the Magnitsky Act where Russia suspended U.S. adoptions for, basically, the trafficking of tiny humans through NGOs.

At the time I had no idea of the questionable banking activities exfiltrating the ill gotten profits from property foreclosure fraud scheme through bogus mortgages, the pilfering of property taxes and other illicit biomedical activities of private entitites from Russia through U.S. child welfare NGOs, many of them christian.

I only knew about the child trafficking and the organ trade.

I even went to the FBI to report christian adoption agencies, from Africa and Russia, that were promoting the adoption of children for the purposes of organ transplants.

I was dismissed, right Julia Pidgeon?

See, it is legal for a relative to donate an organ, even if that relative was adopted for the sole purposes of harvesting organs, because it is the work of the christian god.

From both sides of the world, we were watching the U.S. industry of trafficking tiny humans grow, with condemnation and fear through the promulgation of propaganda by these NGOs.

Very few know where these "orphans" came from and no one knows what happens to them after they are adopted.

Here is a bit of a background:

Spies, Lies And An Idiot Professor

The following was sent to me from a Russian fan:

In the interview he speaks about how about 50,000 russian children disappeared in the US for organs.

Bev, while watching the documentary about orphanages in Russia, noticed the interview with Russian poet Valeri Hatjushin. He recited his poem that I found and used google translate We finished badly, we survived ... -

We finished badly, we survived, we have come, we have reached ... His house - thoroughly gutted and nothing was saved. In minds - mindless freedom. Under the general laughter - a general pestilence. And indifferent nature swallows our shame silently. Scabby rabble is mired in debauchery. And greed governs people. And whether to wait for God's grace a country that sells children? ..

He starts to speak from 41:27. He's a poet and chief editor of magazine "Mologaja Gvardija", "Young Guard"

He's part of Putin's cabinet , commissioner for Children's Rights. The journalist who spoke earlier in the video assumed that Dima's Law was retaliation by russia for Magnitski Act. I now understand that he has no clue.

However, it is more propaganda and focuses on NGOs.

UN Security Council Resolution Vote Highlights Into Syria Chemical Attacks Probe

Russia blocks US resolution in UNSC on probe into alleged chemical incident in Syria

United Nations Security Council resolution vote to set up independent investigation on chemical attacks on Syria highlights:

Image result for united nations security council
United Nations Security Council
  • U.S. submitted its plan to investigate itself because they said Russia did it because they saw it on Facebook.
  • Sweden submitted its plan to support Russia to investigate because the rest of the world supports the vote, except for U.S., U.K, Israel,who did the chemical attacks on Syria;
  • U.K. said Russia and Iran did it because the U.S. said they saw it on Facebook;
  • Bolivia just went all out there and blasted the U.S. and United Nations by calling for a special, independent investigative body, because Russia cannot do an investigation like this all by themselves and the rest of the world wants to work with Russia, since the UN refuses to lift a finger to investigate chemical attacks in Syria, even through the UN has received notification at least 3 times in advance of these chemical attacks by the U.S;
  • Russia just did a smackdown and asked for an independent investigation because they did not want to investigate based upon intelligence of the chemical attacks given to them by the U.S., whom the world is accusing of the chemical attacks.
  • Taking a break to caucus on the vote.
  • They came back not being able to come to agreement on the Russia written resolution to establish an independent fact finding mission because there are questions if the chemical attack actually took place, because there has not been a fact finding mission to see if it was a chemical or if it was a social media propaganda.

FUN FACT!  Putin and Obama already identified the chemical tagants through Porton Downs and filed with the ICC last year.  Sarin gas containers had U.S. inventory bar codes from Libya, too!

I think they filed some kind of international False Claims action, but hey, what do I know?

Stay tuned.

Child Poverty in the U.S. is a Multi-Trillion Dollar Industry

For every SNAP benefit dollar cut, a child dies, a job is lost, a city loses local tax revenue and a christian child welfare organization makes millions.

Instead of providing much needed mental health services and social assistance to prevent poverty, the month of April is dedicated to promoting the propaganda that poverty is the crime of child abuse.

Child poverty is a multi-trillion dollar industrial complex and there is a strong push to make it even more secretive through religious privatization of services for the sole purpose of generating profit, not well-being of children.

The only services left are to send kids to foster care, which is a living hell hole of a program that has never made one single benchmark.  #FosterCare is an #EpicFail.

This is why we are #1.  You cannot audit God.

The numbers are staggering: US is ‘world leader’ in child poverty

Hungry child eating bread (Shutterstock)
America’s wealth grew by 60 percent in the past six years, by over $30 trillion. In approximately the same time, the number of homeless children has also grown by 60 percent.
Financier and CEO Peter Schiff said, “People don’t go hungry in a capitalist economy.” The 16 million kids on food stamps know what it’s like to go hungry. Perhaps, some in Congress would say, those children should be working. “There is no such thing as a free lunch,” insisted Georgia Representative Jack Kingston, even for schoolkids, who should be required to “sweep the floor of the cafeteria” (as they actually do at acharter school in Texas).
The callousness of U.S. political and business leaders is disturbing, shocking. Hunger is just one of the problems of our children. Teacher Sonya Romero-Smith told about the two little homeless girls she adopted: “Getting rid of bedbugs, that took us a while. Night terrors, that took a little while. Hoarding food..”
America is a ‘Leader’ in Child Poverty
The U.S. has one of the highest relative child poverty rates in the developed world. AsUNICEF reports, “[Children's] material well-being is highest in the Netherlands and in the four Nordic countries and lowest in Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and the United States.”
Over half of public school students are poor enough to qualify for lunch subsidies, andalmost half of black children under the age of six are living in poverty.
$5 a Day for Food, But Congress Thought it was Too Much.
Nearly half of all food stamp recipients are children, and they averaged about $5 a dayfor their meals before the 2014 farm bill cut $8.6 billion (over the next ten years) from the food stamp program.
In 2007 about 12 of every 100 kids were on food stamps. Today it’s 20 of every 100.
For Every 2 Homeless Children in 2006, There Are Now 3
On a typical frigid night in January, 138,000 children, according to the U.S. Department of Housing, were without a place to call home.
That’s about the same number of households that have each increased their wealth by $10 million per year since the recession.
The US: Near the Bottom in Education, and Sinking
The U.S. ranks near the bottom of the developed world in the percentage of 4-year-olds in early childhood education. Early education should be a primary goal for the future, as numerous studies have shown that pre-school helps all children to achieve more and earn more through adulthood, with the most disadvantaged benefiting the most. But we’re going in the opposite direction. Head Start was recently hit with theworst cutbacks in its history.
Children’s Rights? Not in the U.S.
It’s hard to comprehend the thinking of people who cut funding for homeless and hungry children. It may be delusion about trickle-down, it may be indifference to poverty, it may be resentment toward people unable to “make it on their own.”
The indifference and resentment and disdain for society reach around the globe. Only two nations still refuse to ratify the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child: South Sudan and the United States. When President Obama said, “I believe America is exceptional,” he was close to the truth, in a way he and his wealthy friends would never admit.

SHAME ON U.S.

Failings by All Three Branches of Our Federal Government Leave Abused and Neglected Children Vulnerable to Further Harm

Shame on U.S., a report by the Children’s Advocacy Institute of the University of San Diego School of Law, in collaboration with First Star, discusses how the federal government is failing to properly enact, monitor, interpret, and enforce federal child welfare laws — and in so doing is allowing states to fall below minimum floors with regard to appropriately detecting and protecting children from child abuse and neglect and complying with minimum federal child welfare requirements and outcomes.

Each branch of our federal government plays an integral role in the child welfare system, and when even one fails to perform its role in an appropriate manner, children are put at risk of harm.  Because all three branches must be performing optimally to ensure a well-functioning child welfare system, this report discusses the performance of each branch in this arena.  Specifically, the report:
  • provides an overview of the scope and purpose of major child welfare laws as enacted by Congress, and to what extent current laws meet the needs of children;
  • examines how the judicial branch has interpreted those laws;
  • discusses to what extent the executive branch implements and enforces those laws;
  • comments on the potential efficacy of each branch’s scope and reach;
  • provides examples of shortcomings in all three branches with regard to their respective roles vis-à-vis the child welfare system;
  • discusses issues where the purpose or intent of child welfare laws are being openly violated by some states;
  • calls for more robust activity from all three branches — and particularly enforcement by the executive branch charged with enforcing Congressional intent and, when necessary, withholding federal funding or imposing penalties where states are clearly not meeting minimum standards; and
  • makes several recommendations for all three branches of federal government, all of which are necessary in order to ensure a well-functioning child welfare system.

Buy American, Adopt American

UNICEF estimates that there are about 740,000 children without parental custody in Russia.

Children's Defense Fund estimates there are over 400,000 children in foster care in the U.S.  Unfortunately, the Children's Bureau is unable to estimate the number of legal orphans in foster care because states do not maintain data on termination of parental rights of both parents.  This number (104,000) does not include youth in juvenile institutions, who are also considered children without parental custody.

So, why is it these Christian adoption organizations are not advocating the adoption of children who are U.S. citizens?  Perhaps, it is an issue of inequity.  Perhaps it is a tax credit.

Support America.  Adopt U.S. Kids

We May No Longer Be Entitled to "Entitlements"

We May No Longer Be Entitled to "Entitlements"
By RANDALL W. FORSYTH
U.K. example suggests cutbacks in government payments to the well-off in the U.S.

AMONG THE MANY INSIGHTS of Robert M. Bleiberg, the late former editor of Barron's (and one of my mentors), was that economic events in the U.K. had an uncanny tendency to presage those in the U.S.

The slide into high inflation that followed the expansion of the state and subsequent plunges in the nation's currencies were a common pattern. Britain's recurring sterling crises preceded the severing of the dollar's last ties to gold under the Bretton Woods system in 1971. Then came soaring inflation and chaotic economy of the 'Seventies.

Margaret Thatcher's election as British prime minister similarly preceded Ronald Reagan's march to the White House. The U.K. led the U.S. in the roll-back of the state, the curbing of union power (the British coal miners, Patco in America), the defeat of inflation and the beginning of the long boom of the 1980s and 1990s.

In the financial crisis of 2008 and the steps taken to counter it, the U.S. also followed the lead of the U.K. TARP originally was targeted for the purchase of troubled assets from banks, which gave the scheme its name. Former Prime Minister Gordon Brown instead proposed government funds be used to shore up banks' balance sheets by injecting capital, and the U.S. government did the same.

If past is prologue, it may be worthwhile to pay attention to what's going on across the pond.

The government led by Conservative David Cameron has proposed to rein in its budget deficit that rose to nearly 10% of gross domestic product—about the same percentage as the U.S.—by reining in some of long-time entitlements that had been nearly sacrosanct in British society.

His Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne, has proposed ending the government's child benefit for upper earners. Currently, all British families, regardless of income, receive £20.30 a week (about $32.28) for their first child and £13.40 for subsequent children, until they reach the age of 19.

Osborne proposes eliminating that subsidy for families earnings more than £44,000 (nearly $70,000.) The move would save some £1 billion a year.

In addition, Osborne proposes that government benefits be capped at £26,000 ($41,000.) That would mean no family could earn more than the average working family income by being on the government dole.

These changes would reverse the long-standing British principle that everyone, rich or poor, be entitled to the same benefits. Cameron now holds Greece as an example of where Britain could be headed if it doesn't break from the past.

Americans would call this "means testing" for "entitlements," the principle that the government funnel benefits for those who truly need them, not everybody. Given the projections of where the U.S. budget is headed, we Yanks seem certain to move in the same direction.

The Concord Coalition, the group that has been sounding the clarion call about the dangers of the deficit for years, cites numbers from the Government Accountability Office that show the main entitlements—Social Security and Medicare—plus interest on the debt will consume 100% of federal revenues in less than 15 years. The Medicare and Social Security funds, which will generate cash surpluses of $10 billion cumulatively in 2012-2014, will plunge deeply into deficit as Baby Boomers retire.

Social Security recipients face the second straight year of no increase in payments in 2011. That may be a harbinger of what retirees will confront. Present projections don't even take into account the record number of leading-edge Boomers who are collecting at the earliest possible age, 62, by necessity as they lose their jobs or are forced into part-time work but still need a full-time paycheck.

Given these trends, is it probable that Baby Boomers will collect all the "entitlements" to which they had assumed they were entitled? Not whether it's fair or efficient public policy, but whether it's realistic.

Bob Bleiberg suggested looking to Britain as an example of what's likely to happen here. Given the sized of the deficit there, everyone is being asked to sacrifice. Mutually shared sacrifice will hit the presumably wealthy who live in high-cost areas the hardest.

That means that those in the cross-hairs need to take steps to protect their standard of living. They have to save and invest more now to ensure more income and assets in the future.

Clearly, those preferences have been expressed in the financial markets by strong demand for bonds. That inclination will likely be a suppressant for equity valuations, all else being equal. And a less lush future for all.

Run, It's World Statistics Day!

The scariest day in the year for those so-called child welfare experts is not Halloween,

It's World Statistics Day!

This is the day child abuse and neglect advocates, foster care supporters, pharmaceutical corporations and States Medicaid Fraud Control Units hide, cowering in the corners of their offices paid through public funds, profusely perspiring, hearts pounding, in a state of terror that they will be forced to understand that the concept of statistics is not to make things look the way you want, making up numbers, promoting your personal agenda of keeping the money flow  at the emotional expense of unsuspecting taxpayers.

World Statistics Day is the day child welfare advocates in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada put on their war paint. The imperialistic morality parade gears up for national adoption month.

There will be no need to verify data collection and reporting methods for the
tears shall be made to flow for children who need "forever families" through massive child abuse propaganda campaigns.

There will be no reason to retain documentation to verify data.

With the use of anomalous and sensational cases of the most horrific child murders, incorporating the "throwing dead babies" effect, the rest of the scientific community shall soon forget the world celebration of statistics day.

Child protection workers getting out

The Victorian Opposition says new figures show nearly a quarter of front-line child protection workers walked away from their jobs last year.

The Opposition says documents released under freedom of information laws show 231 workers left, with more than 40 per cent lasting less than 12 months.

Note: Ha! They think they're special because they can't keep babystealers on the job!

http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/2009/may/07/baby-p-child-protection-funding

http://www.childwelfare.gov/management/workforce/retention/turnover.cfm

https://circle.ubc.ca/handle/2429/13412

Some workers learn to get off on the power trip. Some sell their souls to the beast. Some just become indifferent to the pain and suffering that they cause. These are the ones who are in it for the long haul.

http://www.liftingtheveil.org/turnover.htm

Most of them go into it with nothing but the best of intentions. Lots of them are good people who don't like their little taste of pure evil. That's why they get out so quickly.

Still with the constant crisis building done by the media distortion of the issues associated with child abuse and neglect, by making itappear worse then it actually is, by using the wrong set of data as a representative of child abuse and neglect rates such as the number of calls to the hotline vs the number of substantiated cases, etc, and the exploitation of the worst of the worst, creating a constant sense of paranoia to the point that when a baby cries, people are calling the hotline to report it, it's no wonder that so many of these people crack under pressure.

India Attempts To Challenge U.S. Money Back Guarantee On Adoptions

Foreigners to spend time with child before adoptn

Mumbai: The proposed guidelines for the welfare of children adopted by foreign parents contemplate that the adoptive parents should spend some time with the child in India, before he/she is taken abroad.

Bombay High Court is currently in the process of framing these guidelines.

Additional solicitor general Darius Khambata read out some of the draft guidelines during the hearing before Justice D Y Chandrachud today.

Guidelines have been proposed by Central Adoption Regulatory Authority. High Court initiated the process after a case of a 14-year-old adopted child -- who was abandoned by her foreign parents -- landed in the court.

Central Adoption Regulatory Authority???? There is no such thing as regulation in child welfare in the U.S. but the U.S. does have a great money-back guarantee if you send a child back home!

* The tax credit applies to domestic and international adoptions, but the procedure is not the same. Credit for expenses for international adoptions can be claimed only after finalization; for domestic adoptions, the credit can be applied even if the adoption does not go through.
* The full credit can be taken for domestic special needs adoption even when the qualifying expenses don't reach that limit.
* The credit of $12,150 is per child, not per year, so even if you claim expenses paid out over more than one year for one adoption, the total credit amount remains $12,150.
