Did you every wonder why the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission did nothing about it?
Well, that is because I am on a mission...and the U.S. Department of Treasury did not like what the Detroit Land Bank Community Development Corporation was doing, as a 501c3, non-profit, incorporated for "charitable, education and scientific purposes".
It seems the Michigan Licensing and Regulatory Affairs did not like what they were doing either because it is now, defunct.
With that said, I guess the Detroit Land Bank Authority and the Detroit Land Bank Community Development Corporation is going to have a really, super-duper, hard time filing that mandatory court document of Statements of Disclosure of Corporate Affiliations and Financial Interest in the action of qui tam.
Oh, and by the way, Bill Schuette knew this was under federal investigation, so do not blame him.
And, as a side note, the Detroit Land Bank Community Development Corporation was never a Quasi-Governmental Organization.
They lied to the State of Michigan and its residents.
