It seems language from George Webb Sweigert's pro se law suit was lifted in section, word for word, with the party named, "Awan", being replaced with "Russian names".

Now, here are my two cents:
I just saw the article as an extremely poorly written, through its severely dearth knowledge of the legal process.
It was a nice try at launching a propaganda smear on George Webb, his online personae, though.
He is not a "right-winged conspiracy theorist"; he is an original source.
I am always leery with sources who are anonymous, as it is such a legal irritant when it comes to identifying an internet spook for service with subpoenas.
I am keeping it real because this black psyop propaganda crap is slowly encroaching into my legal realms and it is my belief this new audience has not been educated in the spirit of fuchsia...

Anyway, why not file to enjoin the cases?
Rule 19. Required Joinder of Parties
Webb is the original source.
He has invested time and interest in the case.
He has subject matter expertise.
Perhaps, this is what he is supposed to do, being a pro se.
Perhaps, he is supposed to enjoin in another case, perhaps, a False Claims Act case.
Perhaps, he has another FCA under seal.
Perhaps, he is doing what he is supposed to do as an original source considering the fact that certain laws prevent certain people of being whistleblowers, like a former POTUS.
Under the False Claims Act, there are special provisions for an original source.
For example:
(A)The court shall dismiss an action or claim under this section, unless opposed by the Government, if substantially the same allegations or transactions as alleged in the action or claim were publicly disclosed—(i) in a Federal criminal, civil, or administrative hearing in which the Government or its agent is a party;But the FCA goes on to identify what I call a special power of an original source, better understood as a subject matter expert.
(ii) in a congressional, Government Accountability Office, or other Federal report, hearing, audit, or investigation; or
(iii) from the news media, unless the action is brought by the Attorney General or the person bringing the action is an original source of the information.
(3)the term “false claims law investigator” means any attorney or investigator employed by the Department of Justice who is charged with the duty of enforcing or carrying into effect any false claims law, or any officer or employee of the United States acting under the direction and supervision of such attorney or investigator in connection with a false claims law investigation;Even though Webb did not file under the FCA, perhaps, just perhaps, it is time to push the proverbial envelope when it comes to opening the magical doors to the kingdom.
Perhaps, the Mueller indictments are pushing the same proverbial legal envelope, because, from what I see, there will be no more excuses for anyone to scream voter fraud in the 2018 Primary and General elections.
That would mean any claims of "voter fraud" would fall upon the state and local elections clerks.

I was always taught: "Nothing beats a failure but a try."
No one is perfect but at least whistleblowers try, and so is the U.S. Department of Justice.
I keep telling everyone, this is the work of the old school legal dogs of the civil rights era, which makes me think this is "The Shining", a term lifted from the "pre-emancipation and civil rights eras", but hey, what do I know?
This is probably Mueller' last legal hoorah and I am quite sure he has a place carved out in the annals of history for his legacy and his Ham Sandwich.

Perhaps, the Russian indictments are about immigration Ham Sandwiches or what may be better recognized as "fake identities" or what I like to call "Corporate Shape Shifters".
Citizenship is just a grant from an application on a piece of paper, that lots of people change like their underwear, you know.
Considering the fact that the U.S. has the worst immigration laws in the world, being that they are nothing but residuals of the peculiar institution, which, subsequently allows the maximization of revenues in the trafficking of tiny humans, or for those with a weak stomach to reality, we shall call it "helping refugees" instead of foster care and adoption.
Even those the individuals named in the Mueller indictment have Russian names, who said they are Russian and why are they in the United States, even in Michigan?
Are they illegal immigrants, considering the fact that we do have more than just a southern boarder with Mexico.
What about the other southern boarders with Canada?
Are some of these individuals of human predation for their abilities, on behalf of other actors, as named in Webb's complaint?
It is so easy to get a new identity when you have the industry of adoption.
What the heck do you think they do with all those identities when a child is adopted out, or dies in the legal custody of a state...or under the legal aegis of a privatized parental corporation?
Just remember, the States are moving to amend laws to make being a child a condition of disability, demonstrated in the legal conditions of affidavits, which means there needs to be a legal guardian, whether a state, a corporate or a human, who can then claim the assets, such as the identities of the child.
Obviously, no one cares about children, particularly the Congress, because they refuse to speak upon the industry of trafficking of tiny humans.
Anyway...
How come no one cares about the original sources who suffer physical, financial, psychological reprisals like Task Force or Webb for just being original sources?
Perhaps, the GRU is having a similar situation as the FBI?
Perhaps, there are other, international whistleblowers.
These are questions that will never be answered unless they are asked, and asked in new and improved creative manners.
I have faith in the old school legal dogs of the DOJ because the pro se doctrine is just another civil right.
Besides, we have everything.
